Controller or Touchscreen?

I’ve just reached Master 1 and to get into ranked games takes me +250 seconds every time with a controller. I’m not to shabby with touchscreen controls just not dropping nukes as frequently as I do on the controller. Should I just go full on Touchscreen to mitigate this queue time or does the matchmaking for Ranked games at “higher” ranks just have terrible queue time?

Legendary gun right at the beginning of the game? In BR.

So I was playing BR (Blackout stage). My team and 3 other teams landed at the same drop point, and the gun battle began. I go help me teammates out and get killed. The kill effect showed it to be a Legendary AK Pumpkin 🎃 head.
Now how can you get them as ground loot off the bat?

How do you stop auto download while using WIFI?

Even if i disable auto download it still downloads maps that i do not want and items that i do not care, i tried to delete the map of undead siege and it just stayed there, i re opened the game it it just says "low disk storage", bruh.

The Game Is Broken!

So as the title says the game is broken!

I'm not sure if this is because of the release of apexlm (likely) but a lot of things in the game are broken, and the most annoying is the featured game modes 10v10 Shipment not working! Khandor Hideout not working! Alcatraz not working! so the broken parts are mostly the game modes.

But the new events like the crates stuff and the other that came today I'm not sure if they're supposed to be available already because it's an event similar to the anniversary one, but all events became available today unlike before where these events should have a different release date's but they're all out now, apexlm released today so maybe they rushed the event's and new modes and ended up breaking the game it always says "playlist none existent" "playlist not available". same thing with the Alcatraz

Why do people like attack of the undead?

Playing survivor is boring as sin, but as infected, you get completely shut down if you don't end the game in the first 2 seconds.

The only threat to a survivor is if they run out of ammo, but they get free vulture, and lmgs are a thing, not to mention that they barely have to kill after they get all their trip mines and sentry guns down. And infected are at such a severe disadvantage, the one good thing that they have, the speed up ability, has such a long cool down, they're just sitting ducks 90% of the time.

There are tons of people who say that this is their favorite party game mode, and I'm seriously trying to find what makes it so good.

I am happy to leave codm forever as apex legends mobile has finally launched and also i am so happy to see codm die like i can't even express how much happy i am. Codm has never cared about their dedicated players. Like even the content creators are happy with the game and to keep the community alive codm made them sign contracts to not play any other game or so or to not promote any mobile shooter game. Codm everyone's switching to apex legends mobile, even big codm content creators are now on apex legends mobile like iferg, kith etc. You should make things more F2P and cheaper and also make all guns balanced, currently in apex legends there's not like when you first see the enemy you kill him, it's like when the enemy sees you , you still have chance of killing him but in codm it's like when you first see the enemy you kill him and there are meta gunswhich we don't need much skill to defeat the enemy.So do something that is great quickly!.

Anyone else experiencing random ping spikes during ranked & non-ranked matches? like (in my case) the ping abruptly goes from 56 ms to 199 ms & stays like that for 3-5 seconds & then returns back to 56 ms and the same process repeats every 30-50 seconds. I'm from South Asia using mobile data (4G) and have had no ping issues AT ALL playing PUBG Mobile on the same network.

Should I stop playing ranked?

So I’ve been playing CODmobile for some time now and it’s really fun. I mostly play ranked because for the most part you’ll play with real people and not a bunch of bots(unlike regular multiplayer). Well, I’ve blown through the ranks and I’m now at the top legendary rank. The problem is, I don’t feel legendary. I’m pretty good at this game but ever since I got to the top rank I feel like I’m a burden tbh. I’ll get like 10 kills but I’ll die 8 times. Legendary rank is pretty tough sometimes and I don’t want to mess up my team. I hate the bots in regular multiplayer but I don’t feel as bad when I die as I do in ranked :(

What are the mechanics for climbing Clanwar leaderboards?

I had recently joined a top 10 leaderboard clan. The leader was really persistent in pushing the members to grind on the nodes and required a minimum weekly contribution. Well, I had reached around 30k for the week and was then kicked out of the clan. The leader's reasoning for the kick was that I was too active with so many points and it was hurting the leaderboards. He said I could rejoin right before the week concluded.

It didn't make sense to me why too many points would hurt the clean's leaderboard placement. Is that a real mechanic? Can anyone give more details on the mechanic? What other quirky mechanics contribute to leaderboard placement? I had figured placement was soley dependent on the greatest trophies earned and node points.

bro we have to grind for 200 k oil in all, this is nearly as worse as the minotaur event, those who have it are either die hard fans who live in their mother's basement and dont touch grass the Menendez one was easier in my opinion. Diamond Grinding

Hi guys,

I've been grinding the diamond for the D13 Sector which I quite enjoy using. I noticed that there are times I manage to get 2 plus points towards the 100 count, but I am not sure how I did . I have gotten as many as 3, but I have no idea what I did to get them. I am just killing away. Would someone know how it works. I know it seems like you can only get 1 point when getting 10 kills per game, but like i said. I have gotten as much as 3. How does it work to get more points per game?

Connection problems on Samsung phone

My son has problems connecting to CODM on his Samsung Galaxy A22 whenever he’s not on wifi.
Mobile coverage is fine, and I can connect on my iPhone 11 pro max just fine.
We got the same phone carrier and plenty of data in our plans, so I really can’t figure out why I can connect without wifi and he can’t.
I might have missed some hidden setting in the Android system, so if anyone has any tips or tricks, I’d be grateful!

Hacked Account

My account got hacked and other people are currently using it. I’m linked with Facebook, Apple ID, and activision account. I’ve changed my Facebook and Apple ID passwords so I know I’m getting hacked through my activision account. Only problem is I don’t remember which email I used. Every email I can think of is not linked to the account, and CODM support said they could only help me if I knew my activision account. Is there any way to get my account back? We need a break season

let me explain

i feel codm needs a season where we just all take a stepback and work on a lot of different issues. in this break season not too much content is released but a lot of work be done on optimisation, bug fixes, map changes, gun changes, balances, ui changes and reworks to scorstreaks operator skills and a bunch more stuff. the game feels very saturated with content and everything feels messy. i have also started lagging a lot while playing and this is a new issue. This same thing was done in valorant and really helped the game. i suggest this to help the current situation of the game and the community. please feel free to share your thoughts

Let's appreciate CODM for a while

Mid range phone user here (realme7 8/128gb). Experienced codm player. I was thinking to try Apex Legends when it releases globally, but....

Codm = stable 60fps on high graphics in mp and stable 60fps on medium graphics in br. But even medium graphics here looks beautiful.
Apex = 40 fps on high graphics but high graphics looks shitty, so blurred and its not even close to codm quality.

I come back to codm. 40fps is unplayable for me and idk why this game requires 5000$ phones to run it on enjoyable level.
Let's appreciate the level of optimization, graphics and overall quality of codm. This game is still a king od mobile gaming, there is no competition.

And i don't like many things in codm too. Payment system in tournament mode is disgusting. Persistence is annoying. Etc, etc. But other "big" games are not even close to codm

bots going HARD lately

I'm home sick so playing a lot of solo matches on specific maps, which always ends up with a lot of bots, that's fine, if there was a campaign made I'd probably be playing that on easy today with how I feel.

Has anyone else noticed bots going harder lately? Like I don't know if ive ever seen a bot get mvp as many times as I have the past 3 days. Once was when I was on a team with four humans, we won and our bot teammate got the mvp! We're not trash I swear.

A different one, enemy team was all bots, I got mvp and the win, I went 31/0 with 8 captures in domination, which is usually pretty solid I think, but we won 100:99. That's way closer than usual!

Reasons why people quit cod mobile

Are you a player like me? A player which used to play since the first seasons of the game, who went through the msmc and pdw meta and who enjoys playing aggressive without using any broken weapon? If you still play this game then i am proud of you.
This game is a lost hope. Many people still call it "The best mobile game out there". Is it really the best? Is it the best because even new players can dominate others just by equipping a broken weapon which kills faster than humans can react? Is it the best because it restricts movement and because people use to sit in headglitches and corners? This isnt a real cod game. This game is just a joke, made by some money-hungry devs who care only about money. Its not hard to balance all the weapons and bring back the old movement. People quited this game for Apex Mobile. I think i'll do the care and yes i know no one cares, im just saying. Wanna know the real reason why people dont play Apex Mobile? The answer is very simple: The game isnt easy to get good at. You need actual skill in that game unlike in Codm where all you have to do is to use your last 2 brain cells to build a loadout which has the most annoying stuff from the game and the most broken weapons

Just decided to play a game today after a few weeks of not playing. 4 of my enemies were using mac 10 and the other was using a dlq. I got destroyed. I pulled out Mac 10, they got destroyed. Is it really the weapon which decides who win the game instead of the level of skill? Why every single season we have to go the same: Getting a new weapon, releasing a legendary/mythic for it/making it as good as posible so the game is "fun" only when you use that one weapon/ nerf it to oblivion after people buy the legendary skin

banned for 10 years for nothing (Ban appeal)

My Codm account was banned for 10 years a couple of months ago the reason why I haven't made a post then was because I gave up on it but now I want to try to get my account back. I don't know the reason why I was banned but I know I was playing a few games and got a light ban after it expired I went back on then everything was normal I played a ranked then boom another light ban. then I started to get worried and I wanted 2 months before I played again then when the ban expired I played a quick match game and I got banned for 10 years. I spent a lot of money on the game I even put the time for mastery camos I would never cheat or break the CODM TOS so if anyone could help me get my account back it would be very very greatly appreciated.

How do people move so fast?

I’m getting better here, but every now and then I come across players who are sliding, jumping, shooting all at the same dang time. How do you do that? Are your button layouts somehow working off the phone volume buttons so you can press multiple things at once? My thumb just can’t move that fast.

Someone using my account

Last time i played at seasons start. Now, then i logged in week ago i discovered that someone playing on my account, nickname and controls changed, etc.

I use my Activision account to login into the game
I immediately changed my password, but this person still have access to my account(i logged in yesterday and game asked if i want to rejoin the game, controls was changed again and i was in party with another players I don't know).

I opened case in Activision support in recovery account section. But they closed it "because your issue is not related to the purpose of the form.".

Strangest thing here is that i have two-factor authentication enabled in my Activision account settings, but seems that game bypass it somehow.

Also seems that haker linked his LinkedIN account to my account. There is no ability to unlink it on Activision website or in the game.

That should i do? All help appreciated

A very important question about championship. Some guys make teams and members play more than 5 games and they quit. Is there like something that can be done? I'm staying awake for days now and they don't continue...

What do they have to do this? Why do they make the teams if they decide to quit codm or rage quit after they lose a game? If someone doesn't want to participate why even bother to make the team and ruin others joy? Don't you got feelings? I know it's a skin, but some of us we like this game, we support it and we just wanna enjoy it and get these free skins collections...

Limited quick message options for S&D (attack and defender)

Does anyone know how/why I have very limited quick message options for search and destroy (mainly the only mode I play)

All of the other game types have a ton of options to customize what you can say but my search and destroy is very limited.

It used to be normal and I could say a lot of things like “watch your 6” , “charge” , “add me as a friend” , etc. After an update 5+ seasons ago my options became limited. I can only say 12 basic things now and I don’t have any more options. This is only for search and destroy though.

Should Rank Protection Be Removed So that we can have a more competitive Legendary lobbies? Or Have another separate Rank for Top 10k and top 5k with no rank Protection?

I feel like So many trash players, Who should stay in master Or Grand master shouldnt be in legendary lobbies. I play SnD tryn to rank up higher and when i solo, i get paired up with Doumb asses noobs who Have ZERO GUN SKILL or GAME SENSE, And i constantly End up tryn to Carry a 1v5 situation. I think they need to either remove rank protection or make 2 more ranks with NO RANK PROTECTION, to keep The lobbies more sweaty and competitive for those Grinding to top 5k and above, Lmk you're guys opinion.
And if you comment and you're a trash bot at the game, you will be opressed and harrassed, You've been warned.

question about ak117 dazzling rhythm

I don't pay anything into the game, just play to have fun. So I don't know all about the legendary weapons etc.

I was playing alcatraz and picked up an ak117. It was mainly purple, had a casino-like sound effect and some type of death effect.

It was not ak117 radiance.

I'm not sure if it definitely was ak117 dazzling rhythm, but when searching ak117 legendary guns that's what looked most similar.

Does this sound like it is actually that gun?

Also do legendary guns have better stats as normal guns? Because I read that they don't, but the one I picked up in alcatraz had an even higher fire rate than mac10 but the normal ak117 is definitely not that fast at all.

Also which do you prefer? Ak117 or M13?

Just got banned after one game, and I just have some questions to prevent it in the future

Honestly kind of annoying. I use bluestacks for mostly all mobile games and decided to try COD Mobile. Got banned after one game only to look it up and see that apparently playing on bluestacks is bannable? (Would have appreciated a warning first like, damn)

After looking it up, I see I can use the Tencent emulator to play on PC, but apparently it's different matchmaking queue, so isn't as good, or so I've heard.

I guess I am curious on:

  1. Is there any way to play on PC without getting put in a totally different (apparently barren) matchmaking queue?

  2. If I play on my phone with a bluetooth gamepad, is that bannable as well?

  3. Is the reason for the ban that I was using KB/Mouse? If I use a gamepad on bluestacks, will I get banned for that still since its bluestacks?

I feel like they won't ever do them again because the disrespect iferg has toward Codm is just amazing. It's okay not to like a game but to broadcast your frustration out to millions of people and then make Apex content like it's what you started out with is just annoying.

Revert SBMM back to randoms vs randoms.

I keep on bumping into 4 man clans/squads in Alcatraz/BO/Isolated playing ranked like it's a tournament or scrim and sticking together. And CODM giving me players that camps in 1 room and shuts the door till the final zone. this is seriously messed up. Do the devs know how good most of thw players in Garena server is? What if, make an in-game option to move game data to sd card?

Just like on other games I play, where after you finished downloading all the games resources, theres this option you can select to move it to sd card to free up space on internal and uses the sd card from there.

With the increased resource size every season, it needs the user to give up their storage (especially low specs phones) just to play the game.

But you can just NOT download the resource and be fine right?

Yes but when you are connected to wifi, the game just auto-downloads everytime which you will need to cancel everytime after everytime you played a game (mp or br). Yes, it auto-downloads the resources. Every, time.

The game really needs to do something to save storage space for not just mine, for everyone.
If the game really competes with Genshin Impact on "Eating the most available internal storage", then I can put this game into 2nd.

Started end of November, 2nd full series. Final thoughts from someone new-ish to the game

Hey guys,

So from my last post and the feedbacks I got this time around I grinded MP ranked the first week of reset, and made it to GM III (for the skin) then stopped for Damascus grind. Here are some more thoughts on the game :

- You guys were right, the skill level in MP ranked is night and day when playing at reset. I'm matched with and against very good players all the way to GM III. This in comparison with last week playing WC matches with a team of randos, going from GM III to legendary where the skill level is akin to Master rank

- This series is also where I transitioned from (unsupported) controller (with keymapping app) to 4 fingers claw. The comfort is gone, but the accuracy went through the roof. I was actually handicapping myself playing with a controller in a finger lobby. Considering my accuracy went up by a lot, and that I started the journey to Damascus, I turned off Aim assist in BR and MP, and turned it back on after finishing Damascus and reaching Legendary so here are some thoughts on it and Damascus journey:

I played with aim assist off to get the "real feel" of each weapon's recoil and aim shake. To stay in the "mood" I turned it off in BR as well.

When I turned it back on yesterday, I played mutliple BR and MP matches to check the difference. It feels very unnatural to play with it now, but the number of gunfights I win easily doubled as it helps tremendously, especially in BR. I have yet to try shotguns and snipers (and melees) with aim assist on but can't wait to experience it.

Some guns with weird/ a little difficult recoil pattern are now beaming (the recoil of the P90 is now basically non existent even though my build is mobility not recoil control, whereas with aim assist off it was a little annoying especially for longer range gunfights)

The grind made me discover some guns that I actually really liked and try to play the...

Regarding the team kill issue in cod br

I have seen posts complaining about how teammates kill each other for high tier loots. I have also experienced this on my own and can’t express how frustrating it is when your own teammates threw the match just for some item. Maybe to prevent this from happening, cod can implement a system where a teammate who’s downed by friendly fire has the option to ban his or her teammates from picking loots from the loot box after death. This system is already being implemented in the Chinese version of pubg and I personally believe can be really effective to minimise team kill for loots.
This can’t eradicate the entire team kill issue but can definitely help those who are killed by teammates seeking loots.

I finally got damascus...but not all

So I finally got damascus but i noticed that its not all the weapons. I saw a video on how to get damascus, and it said that its okay not to grind all weapons. But I still thought that ALL weapons would get damascus. For example: in marksman you only need to grind gold for the kilo bolt action, but I didnt get gold for it but still got damascus for it. So Im confused cuz now my question is: in order to get all weapons damascus do i need to grind ALL weapons?

PUMPED BUG

This bug has been happening since last update but this time I was able to screen record it, also my ping is usually 13-22 ms but lately it’s been staying above 40ms

Also I know pump causes sluggish movements but I’m not a pumped main any more, but whichever class I use I keep facing the crouching bug.. I can press the reload button and it will cause my to crouch

Another feedback for BR ( classes)

The classes need to give little adventage in gameplay ( and make them balanced)

  • pumped ( NERF)
  • ninja pasive ( rework - silenced footsteps its bad idea in BR ) i dont mind BUFF in skill
  • clown (BUFF)
  • despasido (BUFF)
  • Scott (BUFF)
  • invisible class ( adjust example -speed boost when full invisible but u can't shoot in this period)
  • i know some classes also need NERF or BUFF or ADJUSTMENT but this classes for me need hot fixe

What if?...

So since the current theme of this season is the desert theme and they actually made it work for the BR map why not make this a seasonal thing?

For example, if it's a winter theme make something like the current sand storm tornado but winter style? where it covers all locations (the atmosphere of the map) or if it's a Halloween theme make the BR map so that it fits the theme? like skeletons, pumpkin heads, and ghost decorations? they already did it twice like the Undead Siege theme where the atmosphere of the map feels different

this isn't even that hard (I think😅) if they could just recycle the assets when the season arrives

I think the bundles section is gone because there's no bundles at the moment and it will be back when they add some.

It kinda makes sense. The same way when S3 started there were no seasonal missions so the section was gone as well. Would they actually remove bundles from the game without announcing it? My guess is, even if they stop making new bundles they will keep bringing back the old ones at least for some time

an interesting idea for zombies that might be worth it

If they're working on round base zombies I would really love to see it on mp maps like nuketown or highrise just like how they did with undead siege. Just take the mp maps as a base and work on it and make it a zombies map that way we will have less to download and it will actually be a fun first experience and it will attract more eyes to the game since the zombies community is so big

M4 Gun sound

M4 gun sound should be changed as it feels too unrealistic! It should be changed to a gun sound which gives the feeling of war

For eg- They can change it's sound to M4A1 sound in MW3. Or M4A1 from MW2019, or M4A1 from COD4 MW, etc. Those sound are much more realistic and makes the gun sound solid!

My Codm account has been hacked

So basically a hacker has gotten into my account (I don't know how) I don't give out passwords or other important info, do apparently the hacker has linked something called LINE to my account is there anyway I can unlink it and get my account back . P2P players kinda forcing F2P players to buy stuff.

I've been on CODM's subreddit a lot recently and i've seen P2P players kind of "persuading" F2P players to buy stuff with "yOu ArEnT tRyInG tO kEeP cOdM aLiVe". What did we F2P players ever do? Can we not play normally without wasting money? You also have to take into account that not all people have spare money to use. Plus there are also a lot of kids that play CODM. I just dont get it,so i've set up a poll.

Capture the MF objective! 🤬

Playing ranked Grand Master Hardpoint and Domination. Why the fuck do so few players actually try to capture the objective? That’s great you got 30 kills, but we still LOST because you camped the entire game and never set foot inside the circle. One or two players cannot take on 5.

I propose a new rule. If an objective isn’t captured, and/or the team is losing by X amount, your kills are worth 1/2 the points and they don’t count towards MVP. Either that, or players sitting on the point getting 100 points every 5-10 seconds.

In any case, the point structure needs to be completely remade.

Why CODM is better than its new (cough) competitor

  1. CODM provides a greater range of gameplay. If you want to do intense, tactical team battles, BR has you covered. If you want to be a lone sniper or survivalist camper, BR has you covered. If you want a tense mixture of close quarters urban ducking and cornering with open air gunfights, BR (Alcatraz) has you covered. If you want a giant massacre then BR (Warfare) has got you covered. People say "CODM is better at MP but the competition is better at Battle Royale". No!!! CODM is better at both. CODM BR lets you drive trucks, swim, land helicopters inside cooling stacks, hide in buildings and one-shot bots with your HS204, etc - just a much more varied range of gameplay than a certain other game that really only offers 3v3 BR in a wide landscape with VERY perfunctory buildings

  2. CODM multiplayer > > > competitor's multiplayer vs. Like seriously I was shocked how poor a certain other game's MP offering was. Basic as hell arenas reminiscent of a late 1990s FPS demo, Quake 3 sprung to mind. Just milling around in an open plan square jumping, tanking hits, etc. No ranked option so no incentive to actually use teamwork, exploit class synergy etc. Doubt anyone ever plays apart from to complete daily tasks out of a sense of bloody-mindedness

  3. Customisation. I get the concept of classes in a multiplayer BR FPS is a really good way of encouraging teamwork and innovative gameplay. But damn a certain other game really forces their characters into your face. There's no room to personalise your avatar or your style because you are locked into playing A, B or C... maybe in a different colour scheme. And you know what's even worse? You can't even just choose your fucking class. No!!! You have to wait in the lobby for a consensus on who's going to be who in any given game. CODM objectively provides more freedom of choice to be who you want to be and play how you want to play.

  4. CODM provides better rewards. Yeah, crate gambling sucks. But holy hell, even if you don't pay a penny of real money into CODM, you can obtain...

ps5 controller fix?

So my ps5 controller has been working fine, and now I'm not sure if there was an update but my circle button and aiming with the right stick do not work. Like if I hold the right stick I get command options, but it will not aim, tried both ps5 controllers and they both do the same thing. I've reinstalled cod mobile, tried connecting through the settings instead of auto connecting, and made sure text to speech was off cause I saw that as a possible fix. Any advice or anyone else having this issue? I've also tried reseting to default control settings and got nothing

So the matchmaker is definitely rigged against free-to-play players. I'm averaging 10-30% win rates over the last ten games consistently. Every day. I have never spent a dime on this game and the matchmaker has decided that my job is to lose.

Just want new players to know that this is what you're up against. The stats don't lie. The 10v10 game modes make it quite obvious that the matchmaker puts you on a losing team. You should have a 50% win rate in these modes easily. Not 30%. Your individual contribution to the win is minimized in these modes, so it's definitely not your fault. And in case you didn't know, the average win rate for all players is always 50% according to fundamental math. So while I'm out here playing at 30% everyday, someone else is winning 70% of the games to average it out. Who could that be? Paying players.

There's no arguing with math, the game is rigged. Engagement optimized matchmaker is just a fancy term for "rigged against f2p player". I demand that the matchmaker algorithm be posted. But of course it won't because we will see how it takes advantage of f2p players and uses statistics to promote "engagement" otherwise known as frustration and addiction. In my view, the matchmaker is as harmful as "loot box" gambling that has prompted lawmakers to require published win rates or even banning loot boxes. I would rather play a game against randomly selected opponents and get stomped in lopsided games 50% of the time by chance rather than know an "EOMM" is picking when and how I get to play lopsided games.

(No, it's not because I'm bad, I place top 3 or MVP, but I'm always against a team of players with new skins and rapid score streaks. Even if I were bad enough to make my entire team lose, I should see a win rate close to 50% over many games due to mean regression.)

Honestly SUPER bored of the game now… BUT I’m so stoked to have the Oden coming!! I haven’t been excited about a gun being added since Feb of 21’ !! BUT I’m literally so bored of the game until that comes out. Mainly wish we had better ground war instea...

There really isn’t anything special in featured MP modes right now. 1v1 duel will be dope. But like idk I have no motivation to play the game and get bored after a couple games.

But mainly I’ve been watching a lot of ground war content from MW19 and comparing it to ours… mobile ground war ain’t shit compared to it. Now I know like there’s some limitations but even in terms of pacing and gameplay. Idk like mobile ground war can definitely be so much better. Didn’t we have like 20v20 mode in BR with a smaller zone a couple seasons back? Why not just do the same thing but with the normal ground war cap point mechanics and make that ground war? That would be great. Even like Alcatraz with cap points would be a fantastic start and way better than current ground war. I fail to believe that at least THAT is impossible.

Is BR just bots?

I've literally crushed every single br on Alcatraz and Blackout. I haven't even seen a single person put up a good fight. I can run the map and kill the lobby or sit in a helicopter until top 3 without ever getting shot at. Does this change at some point? So mind numbingly boring. How is legend rank a challenge it just seems like time grind.

Is it just me - or..?!?!?

Has anyone noticed the influx of players that camp? Seems like the "in" thing to do as of late is to equip an LMG, stand there, and shoot.

I have absolutely no problem with the way anyone plays, but campers, yeah they bug me. So much in fact I have named my M-13 "I-H8-Camperz"!

Doesn't matter which map, which level of play..there will always be some donk either standing or crouching in some corner or behind something sending 100 rounds of hot lead down range..and they never seem to die whwn you actually DO shoot them.

Maybe it's just me, or the luck of the lobbies lately, but damn it pisses me off to no end. Grow a set and play or gtfo! 😂😂😂

Suggestion for decreasing storage

CODM should split up the weapon camos that you download into camos (green and blue skins) and blueprints (purple, legendary, and mythic) because it is by far the largest thing to download, and it looks weird when every gun the default, and decreases peoples want for new skins. Also the hundreds of green and purple camos every season must take up a bunch of storage, and very few people actually use them. This way people can download the blueprints without wasting a ton of storage.

Root user cant sign in

OnePlus 5T stock OS, stock kernel, teamwin modded version recovery, magisk root method.

I was able to login the start of latest season. I do not run hacks and have a legit account I've sunk money into, so not worth it for me to hack.

Soon as I click sign in with Activision, it immediately returns "authentication error". I try Facebook, "login request times out."

Things I've tried, cleared cache, unhid from magisk hider.
Reinstalled Google chrome.
Set a default browser.

Rebooted phone .

What's going on? I would have to have to redo the 15gb download for I don't have wifi.

I’ve been playing a lot of Murder Mystery 2 on Roblox (great game, you should try it), and here is a cool concept for a “Murder Mystery” party mode.

Map selection can vary, although please keep the large maps like “Icebreaker” or “Hacienda” out.

1 killer equipped with a knife, 1 hero equipped with a one shotting revolver that must reload after every shot, and 8 civilians caught up in it.

By default, everyone is equipped with fists, but the killer and hero can conceal their weapons by simply equipping their fists. A nice feature will be a quick knife for the killer. They can simply swipe with their knife with fists equipped for a fast sneaky kill. Civilians cannot harm the hero or killer in any way, and the hero will instantly die if they kill a civilian. If the hero dies, they will drop the gun. The gun will have a glowing outline and will be instantly picked up if a civilian walks over it. The civilian then assumes the role of the hero and must shoot the killer. Note that the killer is slightly faster than everyone else while they have the knife equipped.

After the round starts, there will be a countdown from 15 which at the end, will equip the killer and hero with their weapons. The killer has 5 minutes after the countdown to kill everyone, while everyone else needs to survive.

Here are some cool perk concepts. The killer may only choose one at the start of a round during the countdown.

Speed Boost: A field upgrade that boosts the killer’s speed for a short time. Recharges decently enough

Kinetic Armor: A field upgrade that gives the killer body armor for a very short time. Will instantly shatter if shot at and does not protect the head. Recharges very slow

Dead Silence: Active when the killer is holding the knife. Grants silent movement, no death sounds.

Assassin: Gives the killer 2 combat axes. The restock perk is active and replenishes 1 combat axe every 30 seconds.

To all the COD redditors. I am not sure if this is normal or is it just me. I've just started CODM and I'm level 24 and yesterday I was playing with my friend who's level 150 and we played MP and my normal results are like 10 klls and normal deaths but yesterday I managed only 3 kill in around 4 games. So is this because of difference in levels or is it just I'm bad.

The average levels of players and opponents were above 100 so this horrible results was due to level difference or it's just that I'm bad.

Easiest lag reduction tip for codm!

  1. Just delete unnecessary maps that you don't play on. Eg- For ranked MP players, delete public match maps, etc.

  2. Delete weapon camos pack (Download weapon camos you own from your loadout)

  3. Delete character skins pack (For <6GM ram devices). You can download character skins you own from YOUR loadout.

  4. Delete HD resource pack if you have it.

  5. Delete high quality audio (For <6GM ram devices)

  6. Don't play codm while charging (Always keep your phone charged before playing)

Don't worry, I have tested that deleting unnecessary resources actually reduce lag, I was able to run low graphics with small frame drops when I had downloaded character skins pack. Now after deleting that, I am able to run my phone smoothly on medium graphics and real time shadows!

So I don't know if it's a glitch on my end, thanks to wifi connection or people are just really into the skin but I've been seeing an insane amount of people in the Special Ops 5 Dead Zebra Skin during multiplayer matches. So, in January, After making a purchase with Google play in another game, I received free Dark Light pack, for which I had to pay $0.00 in Play Store to claim it. I did, and it confirmed the payment too. I wasn't playing back then, so I didn't have the game installed and didn't check it.

Hey there
I am f2p since 2 ½ years now and i finished Damascus finally two-fingered.
But since this cheerful day i ve to be careful with level my weapons or grinding things.
I ve 2 weapons left to reach max amount of my xp cards- i love to play solo or without anyone talking so its hard to find a mate daily to collect the chest of daily recommend.

Maybe there is a possibility to change this " fight a game with a friend" to " kill 20 enemies" or " do 20 min in -fil in a mode u like (10vs10/ffa/snd....).

why

tf are bots in every multiplayer match including ranked? and don’t come at me with that “win a match” nonsense cause that’s not it. this game starting to feel like i’m just playing call of duty mw2 campaign when you shoot up the airport. clan battles don’t even matter cause every challenge is just getting kills on basic MP modes that don’t have real people. why you got me playing against the computer? anytime we kill a bot in any part of this game, does it count cause it’s not real? these bots are unnecessary. there’s no coordination, you can’t talk to them, you can’t have a real match cause they’re programmed to be really good and really bad at the same time. and it’s a shitty feeling when you keep winning and winning and winning cause there’s no life fighting back. these kids are loving it though with spammy scorestresks and 100+ kills but let’s be honest, we all know that’s not what the game should be entirely. make a kids section so they can do all that without having us try hards? (i think that’s what they call the real good players) getting in the way of each other. bots shouldn’t be a involved with you learning and fucking shit up all while having a good time. happy for you guys on the unionization. hopefully you can change the game slowly with the union making sure you’re heard and things gets done

Miami Strike is a JOKE!

I don't want to discredit all the hard work that went into creating the map, I mean it is pretty detailed after all, but it seems like no one wants to play that map. It's a big joke at this point. Every time I enter Ranked Multi-player TDM they give everyone 2 map options to choose from and every time Miami Strike is one of them and every time no one wants to play it. People will choose anything over Miami Strike and everyone literally picks the other option rather than play Miami Strike. The decision is almost unanimous. At this point even I'm not sure why the map is still existing in Ranked TDM. They should just bring Killhouse into the Playlist again

Tips for long shots

Hello, i have recently started grinding gold camo and i feel the hardest of the prerequisites are the long shots. Are there any tips or any tricks you follow for getting more long shots every game? I see quite a few posts of people getting Damascus camo. Anything you can share with me?
I tried to play Hardpoint firing range but i can get at Max 5-6 long shots per game and it is quite slow for me.
I appreciate any points anyone can provide. Thanks in advance!

my thoughts on the new balance changes

I think the devs are trying to shift the meta back to the 3 shot slow passive meta, away from the fast agile smg meta, they buffed the asm10 and mow and bufeed the bsa on almost every ar, in addition to the range buff for some ars, they nerfed the mac 10 however they thought other fast viable smgs like fennec qq9 ppsh mx9 got nerfed even tho nobody complained, they were nerfed just to nerf the fast aggressive meta in general

What is a capture kill?

Does anyone know what counts as a capture kill? For example it’s an open node right now in Clan Wars for Hardpoint; is it kills which you make when you’re stood in the hard point?

If the enemy is in the hardpoint and you are not, and you kill them, is this also a capture kill?

Controller Support

Why is the controller support limited to official console pads when Android has a fairly HiD implementation now for controller support. It means that I can't even use an Xbox branded Razer Kishi to play CoD, instead the expectation is to use one of those controller clamps, which are hardly pocket sized when you include the pad, you also have to take your expensive console controller out with you for on the go gaming and the form factor for long play times is ergonomically inferior to the telescopic switch style controllers.

What gives Activision?

Bots have been buffed so badly in MP.

Bots were already good previously but now they have learned to throw grenades and jump, slide at the right timing. those bots have a faster reaction time than humans themselves 🤯. One day I got against a bot, I went into a gunfight with him, and my aim was just slightly displaced from him and it kills me, and he jumps before starting to shoot my second teammate😱. Plus they have insane gamesense and fast strafing speed ‼️‼️

But in MP public matches and even high ranked lobbies have bot lobbies with insane aim nowadays! PlasticFoods was called the best bot previously, but now other bots are even crazy 😂. Did you noticed that plastic foods is rare to found? If you have found plastic foods then comment!

persistence nerf?

I have a question about the persistence nerf. Right now, in the game, if I switch classes mid match, my score streak stay the same. Will it be possible for abusers to exploit this and stack all high tier score streaks on one class and then switch to a persistent class keeping the high tier scorestreaks?

Alright so I’ve been playing this game since the BETA, so I think I have enough experience to say that this game is going downhill, and has been for a while. ESPECIALLY RANKED! Back when CodM came out there were only bots in ranked until you got to I believe Elite/Pro. Now I have reached legendary a few times over the years but I stopped to grind Damascus. But when I come back to ranked there are literally just bots on both teams. I’m in master II and sometimes I have one other real person but most of the time it’s just bots. Like WTF. (Sorry for the essay btw.)

I sometimes get 3 or 4 likes in the post match for seemingly unimpressive match and results. I've usually had an OK performance like a postive KD but not come first or even second. It's weird as I sometimes get more post match likes that the MVP. Just wondering if anyone else gets this?

Is it really worth it now ?

I have been playing apex legends for some days and I’ve gotta say I definitely had more fun in Alex than codm,now don’t get me wrong codm is a really great game and I have played it since the beta but he amount of awards they give out that are paid specifically just seem to be really biased.The p2p players get really good skin awards and etc and the f2p really don’t get as much care to be specific!that doesn’t necessarily mean they haven’t done anything good for the f2p players but as the situation is now it doesn’t really look good.Now the problem with ranked,I think it’s pretty obvious as to how fucked the meta is persistence users and using mostly broken guns there’s no proper balance to it at all.The ways to improve it would be to make ranked games based upon the guns they could use and add limitation to the players ability which actually would make for a fun experience as the matches would be really balanced.I’m some time I don’t really think they’re gonna give any much care to the game at all because they are already developing a new war zone type game for which I have my fingers crossed.I really do hope they make some good changes and win the player base back,but as for now I really don’t enjoy playing codm at all.Apex is something which I prefer now
