Xbox Controller issues with cod mobile

My son has an lg velvet 5g, he plays cod mobile and enjoys connecting his Xbox controller to his phone. He used to have no problem with it but lately he is unable to do anything in a match other than crouch. We have disconnected and reconnected the controller, tried multiple controllers, cleared caches. Does anyone know how to fix this?
It's odd because I have the exact same phone just not a 5g and I have no issues when it comes to playing the game with a controller connected.

Why are there bots in legendary?

I am in legendary rank and every games there is 1-3 bots on my team. There is no possible they reached legendary with their skill set so they have to be ai. Does anyone else encounter this issue?

I wish the rewards would reset each day— or at least the Red Sprite crates. Or perhaps set it so that every 'x' amount of wins we can get another camo.

I feel like the whole point of a completionist camo is to grind it out. There's no way to actually grind it out if we're time-walled(?) and/or pay-walled. Perhaps that is the grind...

Now it's just a leaderboard fight (or a wallet battle).

Adding To The Dumpster Fire

What's up with there not being different game modes for the Tournament? There's supposed to be like six different modes, and yet we're stuck with Gunfight— which personally, I think is a terrible choice for this Tournament.

Not to mention the bugs. The Koshka/Holger bug...
The pistols and marksman rifles don't show up on the loadout selection...
Spontaneous combustion (I've blown up while holding a trip mine or thumper, maybe I'm just stupid though)...

It's been said enough already, but the disappointing cash grabbing....
If this mode was a test launch for a rocket ship, it has completely exploded.

Addicted much?

I play this game every day, even at work. The trick is to go to the bathroom and sit in a stall at work. Who the heck is going to come in there knocking on stalls? I've won a few of the BRs. I've actually had someone take me out from outside the circle as it was closing in. I don't stay in buildings for too long. I had someone trap me in the church and as much as I was shooting at them, they ended up getting the upper hand. See you all on the battlefield!

In defense of Undead Siege...

With rumors of the mode being deleted next month, I wanted to talk about the mode overall, and how it's not not as bad as people say it is, but it's still far from perfect...

To talk about Undead Siege, I have to talk about old zombies... it was bad... like really bad... With only one map, Shi No Numa, you would play normal zombies, for about 15 rounds, then you would be teleported to an arena and fight a boss zombie. It was extremely repetitive with very limited rewards, and because it was never updated, it stagnated and players stopped playing, and it was deleted.

Which leads us to Undead Siege, and it has very much the same problems, albeit not as bad in my opinion.

First off, the rewards... Aether skins look fantastic, and on certain guns, puts diamond/damascus to shame. Dark matter looks amazing, and ooze isn't half bad. Tank and Nikolai turned are some of the best free character skins as well. Speaking of which, in a game where we like to complain about how the devs are greedy, all of this being 100% free is easily the best part of Undead Siege.

But, as I said it's far from perfect... The devs repeated mistakes of original zombies and kept the mode extremely repetitive as well as not updating it. These problems only got worse after moving it to Blackout where it has limited spots on the map with good loot and has never been updated since.

Another big problem was the difficulty, casual and hard mode become complete cake walks, while nightmare is so artificially difficult, you spend more time in this zombie defense game mode smacking a wrench against the base rather than actually shooting the zombies. (Side note, whatever developer added emp storm, I hope you stub every single one of your toes at once.)

I like Undead Siege, I feel like it does exactly what zombies has always done, that being a place where you can take a break from the main game. If you're tired of all the shotguns/snipers in br, or persistence/scorestreak/meta spam of multiplayer, Undead Siege was there if you just listen to a podcas...

Banned for texting my boss?

So I was playing a ranked match, Using a 2018 iPad Pro, and my boss who also has an iOS device texted me. It was very important so I went to the Text and responded.

When I went back to the game it said something like match failed or whatever. Now I’m banned for 10 minutes from playing a ranked match. This is happened to me multiple times when I leave the app for two seconds.

I know that my iPad Pro only has 4 GB of RAM, but when I go back to the app it didn’t even reset itself it just told me that the match quit/failed to join. And I don’t have on low power mode so I know it didn’t go into app refresh mode or whatever.

I guess there’s really no point to this post except for the fact that I can’t even exit the game to do anything else on my device for more than 10 seconds or will log me out of a damn ranked match. It logs me out even quicker than if I was in a match AFK just sitting there.

How aggressive is your playstyle BR?

I was reflecting on my playstyle and realized that I am generally very aggressive and tend to rush a lot with something like an rr-9 or Jak-12. Lots of times it works, sometimes it doesn't.

I've generally seen more conservative approaches with my teammates. TBF, that is necessary, because I generally rely on teammates to revive me(lol).

I feel like this playstyle bars me from running solo because one mistake will cost you a match.

What's your preference? Also, with which disposition do you think you work best?

AFK/Quitting

Can't there be a credibility system or something— like Mobile Legends or other mobile games? Everyone starts at 100 points, and caps at like 110 or 120 or something. If they leave prematurely, go AFK, or commit other violations (maybe being toxic in the chat or something) they lose points. And at a certain threshold they can no longer even enter a Ranked match.

However, if they go a period of time without commiting any violations, they'll slowly gain points and will be able to enter Ranked again. This can also be a way to reward players that already don't quit, by giving them a camo or character or some other predetermined reward(s) after reaching the credibility cap (the 110-120 from earlier).

They had speed hacks, could see through walls, shoot through walls, knew where everyone was on the map and after a kill headed straight to the next person, also had aimbot. Devs Deserve A Break

I know it's not likely, but I'd honestly be okay with the devs taking their time for a couple seasons— especially after reading the anonymous dev's post earlier.

Games are (usually) incredible when devs can actually put the proper amount of time into their work. I feel like the devs are just hamsters running on a wheel; generating money for Activision while not being able to stop or do something else.

Maybe I'm being idealistic, but the more enjoyable a game is, the more likely players are to spend money, right? Sure, it isn't a guarantee, but I feel like a real win-win opportunity is being left on the table.

Like I said, I know it's not likely, but still....
The devs deserve a change of pace.

Icebreaker Should Be Removed From SnD Map Rotation.

Everytime I queue SnD rank, it's always Icebreaker and other map. I got Icebreaker during map choosing 5 times in a row, none got chosen. It's preventing other good maps to be chosen, and all I get is always icebreaker or Terminal, icebreaker or Crash, Icebreaker or Crossfire.

Something that really annoys me. When a teammate scans your dog tags and then empties your crate. Is it just me?

Surely a teammate who can rejoin the fight and be fully stocked is worth more than a few extra things in your back pack?

I used to play back in season 1. Grinding to legendary was very grind. I probably made it there in season 2 or 3. now, I come back to the game starting in veteran and in maybe 7 hours of gameplay I hit masters again. it seems like everyone is ass. are there bots in ranked now? I know there weren't back when I used to play, but maybe the plaerbase has shrunk since then.

Rant: This game has become too competitive and less fun to play

I do not enjoy this game anymore. This game has become really competitive, just one mistake, one peak, or one step forward and you could die to people who are hardscoping, camping or hiding. The “no skills” meta weapons (Kilo, Mac, CBR4) are one of the biggest reasons why this game annoys me a lot. I don’t even wanna get started with those annoying bugs in every game (found one bug yesterday which keeps giving footsteps sound even when enemies/teammates are no way near). I am quitting this game eventually.

custom layout suddenly feels different

I've been playing a while on my custom button layout and on the past week I suddenly have way more instances of : shooting when I mean to turn/reload, not shooting when I mean to shoot, not jumping when I mean to jump

Is it just me? Probably just me, right? I did slightly tweak my sensitivity up a bit, so maybe since my camera movement requires smaller thumb movement I think the buttons are closer? Its driving me nuts though.

Tournaments should be available all weekend, not just during the 4 hour time period

Been playing tournaments but me (and many others) struggle to make time for it because its 4 hours, and we may be busy with things like work. Also, there seems to be way more ping spikes when tournaments are open, since there's more people online at once. I don't mind the mode, and the monetisation couldve been done better, but imo its not bad. Better than ranked and pubs because of persistance

Devs why too much effects on low graphics

Now this isn't my first time tweaking with games. I am running on Iphone 6s Plus, spoofed as Iphone 8 plus in order to unlock Max FPS inside the game.

People are gonna say it's not meant for your device to run MAX FPS but actually it does. The heat is all you have to deal with, after all the A9 chip is able to compete to intel core i3 back then. I'm able to run 60FPS with a cooler in the back of my phone.

The only problem is that, over the recent updates. It seems like they multiplied the effects which causes my fps to drop into 45-30 fps. This happens on battle royale

The framedrop only happens when there are thick effects. But when sprinting and roaming around the map. The FPS locked at 60

The smoke is much more thicker, gunshot blood, the smoky thing on the airplane before you drop. Even the kinectic armor used effect. Players on wingsuit too.

I humbly ask the devs to reduce or optimize the effects in Battle Royale. it has been a good game so far.

issues on s22 ultra

Anyone else is having issues playing CODM on S22 Ultra? My issue happens when I move around with the virtual joystick and it does not follow my movement. The joystick just recenters. My note 20 doesn't don't that and movement is perfect. Same settings on both phones and each version of CODM in the respective devices. C'mon developers optimize the game for S22 Ultra.

Does anyone have any temporary fixes?

This game is everything right with the multiplayer formula, and everything wrong with micro transactions.

Combining all my favorite elements from the futuristic “trilogy” with all my favorite elements from classic COD, this is a genuinely fun and good COD game that holds its own again many actual $60 COD titles. But God the micro transactions are abysmal. The customization for guns has been gutted and outfits that would’ve been free otherwise are in loot boxes? An actual base skin from advanced warfare is in a loot box pool that would take more than $15 to guarantee it. It’s insane!

I really hope the next COD game takes note of how great this multiplayer is while understanding just how horrendous the constant loot boxes and expensive items are

Tournament Mode needs an IMMEDIATE IMPROVEMENT.

First off, stop making it literally pay-to-win. Remove all of the paid aspects, including the exclusive track on the milestone pass, and the “Play an additional game for 30 CP”

Second off, make the Red Sprite camo reliant on the player, not on RNJesus. If you keep the crates, there should also be a surefire method to obtaining the camo without RNG. Also maybe improve the animation of the camouflage.

Third, make sure that EVERYONE can play the mode. It’s idiotic that you monetize a mode that some people can’t access because it’s in testing. Why the hell can’t you just make it available to everyone?

Fourth, the mode selection is really restricting. If you want people to play gunfight, just make it so that all modes are available, and none can be disabled or selected individually.

Five, make a harsher penalty for people attempting to exploit the “three losses = bot game,” mainly in general, so that people can’t use BS ways to get the dumbass crowns. And perhaps ban people from that weekend if they quit the game.

Six, alter the time limit for tournament, or remove it entirely. I don’t have much to say here that doesn’t sound like ranting.

I believe we should boycott the mode in order to get the devs to actually change the mode, and maybe even create more posts about this to get their attention. Tournament mode needs major adjustments, or it’s going to die before it can come out of this bs “testing phase.”

P2W? How?

Only posting this because I'm honestly tired of seeing people cry about "P2W blueprints". Bruh, just because it has a red dot built into the geometry, doesn't mean it's instantly P2W.

I've said it a hundred times already, but everyone has the same buttons on their HUD, correct? There's a running man (auto sprint), the settings cog, and the emote button. Take one of them, put it in the center of your screen, shrink it/change the opacity, and boom a "fake reticle" that can be used just the same as a red dot/holo sight. I've been doing it for as long as I can remember— on other games too.

Just cause someone has a $150 blueprint, doesn't mean their aim just magically gets better when they ADS.
I'd know, I have the Mythic Kilo and I'm arguably just as mediocre as I would be without it (especially since the running button is literally covering the "red dot"). I've given my gun to my teammates several times (in MP and BR). The bad teammates still have bad aim, the good teammates still have good aim...

What is the best way to counter sniper sweats?

I literally can’t escape them even in pubs. The enemy team will always have an alias with a diamond dlq that sweats their fucking ass off and goes 30-1. I hate snipers so much, what is the best gun to counter them? Are shotguns good? Because I have used countless AR’s SMG’s LMG’s and Marksman’s and have lost every single time even at close range

Unpopular opinion: Satellite is great…for testing what has become of this game.

If mods approve my post I truly appreciate your effort.

Now, I don’t want to make this sound like a complaint post like many of the posts in this sub, but hear me out: Satellite is a really great map for testing, and after around only 10 games I now realize what many people have come to realize:

  • The Kilo and M13 are NOT balanced whatsoever. Like, really, I don’t even understand those two guns. They are literally designed for noobs, used by noobs. The Kilo is literally what happens if you make the LK24 (the predecessor of Kilo) a meta gun: extremely easy to use, fast enough fire rate, practically 0 recoil, high accuracy and extremely high damage. When this thing first came out, I actually respected it for not only how good it was, but also how much skill it took to use. Now, it’s a piece of crap anyone can pick up and use. And the M13 is literally what happens if you put a beginner SMG in a body of an AR, with AR attributes. It’s utterly ridiculous. You can put almost anything on those two gun and they still are gonna serve you well.

  • BSA ruined EVERYTHING. I honestly DO NOT CARE that it’s improved in BR, I don’t care that there are guns that don’t really depend on BSA to work well, the only thing I care about is when it will disappear, because I hate it like Maul hated Kenobi. In Satellite, a MP map yes, and most guns can’t even fight long range like how they are supposed to. The map is only somewhat ~100m long diagonally, and most guns can’t do THAT?! “You can even have negative BSA on burst guns and they’re still gonna work”, they said. Too bad they didn’t work either. I tried Swordfish with ~+7% BSA (4rd burst btw) and at around 50m it has already started to miss the whole burst no matter how well I aim. Like, I even stood still, tried to control recoil and let the gyroscope do its job. And it still didn’t hit, every single one of them. Time and time again, Idle Sway system has proven to be the superior range balance system, and it’s been in almost every single CoD game out there, no matter how goo...

My take on this whole Mythic P2W Conspiracy

Just to be clear, I don't think what ever these 12 year olds think that a custom red dot or what ever else they be bitching about is the cause of this Placebo P2W experience. I have a conspiracy that fits right in with the top tier Scummyness that follows Activision.

I have 2 conspiracies. Neither is backed up with solid evidence other than word of mouth. This could all end up being false, or a dev could leak the code and say it's true.

What if, when a new mythic/legendary comes out, the devs... tinker with the in-game stats. Not any significant changes, but like maybe a 1 point damage boost in the background? Maybe a multiplier? But I know people will try to disprove it by going and testing the guns in the Test Range to look at the numbers.... the numbers Mason, what do they mean?

Could the devs hide a damage multiplier within the code, for a day or so, make the gun FEEL more powerful, then revert the changes?

Or is it just a placebo effect cause the gun looks all wacky and cool?

This next one I have some slight evidence to back up. I own the DRH Wicked Claw, I bought it as my 1 Legendary that I wanted on its first redux. If only I known ahead of time the kill combo camo changes causes my device to drop frames, and the higher the kill combo changes the camo, the more frames I drop just holding the gun out, plus firing the gun drops more frames. It makes the gun unusable trying to precisely aim. Now whenever I'm around one of these Mythics/Legendary weapons, my frames drop, sometimes a little sometimes a lot. These frame drops make the game extremely hard if not impossible to play. Combine that with the hit registering issues, tjw lag and desync, and these Mythic/Legendary weapons "FEEL" Powerful.

It's like beating a dead horse at this point and I know who's gonna show up,but I don't care.

Ferg himself admitted that the game is in a dogshit state,and you can't say he's just bad,op things have been kept op,while the gap between weak and strong weapons seems to be widening,players feel forced to use the meta.

An explanation for the Dev team leaving the game to die could be that they're working for warzone mobile,but I don't think that,because regular multiplayer has a lot of fans,who would rather play mp than warzone,and that the game can be repaired,so they can continue milking it

Hello cod mobile developers id like to suggest this gun for you its called 11- it used a 11 bore shell with the barrel being short but long it has trigger with safe button the hing that is attached to trigger is the opener you pull it the gun opens id love you to add this gun it will be so good anyways you cant install on it a scope you can add a leather thing to the stock that will be shown in photos and you can at a belt to it you cant ass suppressor or even under barrel you can add ammunition like:

11 bore red shell (strongest)

11 bore blue shell (not to weak not to strong)

11 bore white shell (strong)

11 bore green shell (weakest)

The barrel can not be changed or lengthened and don’t you dare to make it a 50 caliber barrel you can a hanging thong to it on side and stickers and also at the end of barrel there is this little yellow sticking out thing its for the aimer so you get better aim we mostly use it for hunting

Sniping in codm is getting a lot less fun

I've been sniping in codm for a while and I noticed that almost all of the snipers one shot to the torso and head. They also have no bullet drop. In my opinion, thus makes sniping too easy and pretty boring. I'd love to see a lot more realistic sniping experience similar to warzone.

The Red Sprite Championship have a serious problem...

How $$ hungry can CODM be.... Millions of people paid 400CP for a few Red Sprite crates in the premium pass, the amount of CPs return to top 100 players is only 6000CP for top 3 total and the rest to 100th only 100CP each... This bring us to a total amount of only 6000+9700=15700CP....

problem with facebook linked account

I don't really know how to explain what happened so I'll try my best: yesterday i logged out of my account (which is linked to both, a call of duty account and a facebook account) and once I tried to log back in using my Facebook account (like i always do) it didn't log me in, rather it made me create a new one using my already linked facebook account. So now I have that Facebook account linked to a new game profile. However my old account still appears linked to the dame facebook account yet my profile picture is not my facebook's rather an in-game one (and yes i already tried the restore default option). Is there any way I can fix this issue?

Hey there, what do I do?

I have a problem. I quit Cod Mobile like 3 months ago Simply because how idiotic the game was. It caused so many rage quits. Goddamn dogs, and persistence VTOLS and choppers everywhere. The new matchmaking for public matches is garbage

Seems like the matchmaking for me is one sided. I purposely loss 20 games in a row and still couldn't get a bot match or even a fair match. Instead I got 4 bots against a full 5 stack. MP ranked is already filled with super sweats and now I can even get an easy game on public matches. Can't even relax and shoot some bots. Nope....sweat sweat sweat sweat sweat....and unfairmatchmaking. I don't know what this game is becoming but it's not fun anymore.

It has been a fun journey. I have spent a lot of time on this game and it's sub-Reddit. Part of it was spent in enjoyment and the rest in frustration or disappointment. Finally Done With Spending

After the anonymous dev post, lots of shady marketing decisions, and the game feeling like a cow being milked for everything it has, I think I've spent my last dollar on the game (outside of BP, if I think it's worth it).

It's obvious that the "higher ups" don't care about us the same way the devs do. And it's obvious that this game has been turning into nothing more than a profit machine....
It's borderline depressing. The money is like a drug to them, and they're strung out on it.

I'd like to complete my collection of particular skins, but I don't think it's really worth it anymore.

I've just been waiting for games that I've pre-registered for in the play store to be released.

My take on score limits

TDM should be 60 or 70
FL should be 80 or 100
HP should be 200 or 250
Dom should be 100 both halves
KC should be 60 or 70

In general score limits should be increased across the board to let games marinate longer. I’ll like to see the communities take on the score limits as well

Persistence rework

Now that persistence is getting a revamp.
Does that mean if someone starts off with a non persistence LOADOUT with all three tier 3 scorestreaks but later when does, he changes to a persistence LOADOUT.

Score Streaks Are Useless

The VETO is so dumb, it takes 17 kills (kills by themselves) and can be broken in 2 seconds, same any flying streaks. They take to much effort for no reward. Some are good tho I will say that, but those are the ones they don't get destroyed in 6 milliseconds

Persistence is finally getting nerfed. What next?

The long awaited nerf for the Persistence perk is finally coming to us. But then, we haven't seen any new perks in quite a long time now. Time for us to discuss what could we take from other CoD games in order to further expand our capabilities.I got 2 suggestions based on the Persistence nerf:

1 - Overkill and/or Gunfighter into the green tier. Overkill has been tested in the past as a red perk but then it was ditched forever. As a green perk, it wouldn't be OP as it would clash with Hardwired/Ghost/Cold-blooded (vital perks in SnD and respawn modes). Regarding Gunfighter, it's a wild card from Cold War that allows you to put up to 8 attachments on your primary weapon. Could be added as a green perk with the same thoughts about Overkill.

2 - Specialist system from MW 2019 as an alternative to scorestreaks. This system replaces your 3 scorestreaks with 3 extra perk slots that activate once you get a certain kill streak (2 per extra perk, then 2 more kills to activate specialist bonus). Only a select number of perks from all tiers is eligible for the extra slots, and you lose your extra perks and specialist bonus upon dying. That could certainly add more variety to the game and make it less dependant on scorestreaks.

What time time does the tournament start ?

I have done this using the US UTC but it doesn’t work then I did my UTC ( +4 hours than us ) time zone and it doesn’t work even on Saturday, Sunday and Monday I tried but doesn’t work my only option is using my GMT which is +8 hours than the US time zone also for 3:00 to 7:00 does this mean 3pm or am and 7pm or am ?

why can't people that know they are drags stay away from ranked?

If you know you're not the best player I really wish most players stayed away from ranked... for instance the last game I lost there were 2 people that were 2/15 and 4,11.

Dude...... how do you enjoy playing this game? What draws you to make you play ranked to cause your team to lose.... some people may argue "they're just trying to improve" .... if you're consciously knowing you're not going to go positive then where's the improvement or point? Where's the fun seeing defeat mind you there are a special kind of stupid out there that purposely loses the game. That fact that you are aware you can't hold your own then don't make others suffer. This is why they make you play real people in pub matches now. Leave the ranked for players that actually take their skill to different heights and game styles and don't stick to "comfortable"

Call of duty was never meant to be user friendly but due to greedy fucks in suits they offer trash friendly things like persistence and k9 unit........ even though persistence is being nerfed you still can get a top tier killstreak you don't deserve so is it really nerfed? It it was me I would have just taken it out or made it so you could only get support streaks

I think it's more of a challenge for people to admit they suck at the game and not go into ranked then it is to "challenge themselves to making a team lose"

Codm Account banned for 10 years (Ban Appeal)

My Codm account was banned for 10 years a couple of months ago the reason why I haven't made a post then was because I gave up on it but now I want to try to get my account back. I don't know the reason why I was banned but I know I was playing a few games and got a light ban after it expired I went back on then everything was normal I played a ranked then boom another light ban. then I started to get worried and I wanted 2 months before I played again then when the ban expired I played a quick match game and I got banned for 10 years. I have an idea to reduce codm space storage problem

What if say next season planned remove all mp map from the download (but still keep the file) and make a poll to what map to stay in that season it needs to be at least 20 maps to stay for that season and when the next season after this one they make the poll again for the next season but they need to change a bit like atleast 5 map that is on previous season has to be replaced with other map that did not win vote in last season

Basically like a map rotation that rotates every season but people get to vote what maps to be in that rotation for every season

It will be more low end friendly and will reduce problems like long waiting time in timer screen on rank and public

Question, around what rank do bots stop appearing in? I started ranked this season a little late and I’ve played 37 games. In almost all of them I had an opposing team literal bots. Currently master 4 and I’m still facing full teams of bots. I don’t recall having played this many bots matches in any of the previous seasons. codm download manager manual delete bug

codm download manager manually deleting resources does not work.

I tried deleting operators/skins resources to reduce space and lag

it will show that 1/25 compiling then restart the game and after opening the game, the resources are not deleted at all.

I have to keep clearing data just to delete resources and it still keeps auto downloading which is really frustrating, maps would be ok to auto download but atleast please fix this so we can choose which resources to delete or not

It’s ridiculous that they removed bot lobbies for pubs but it still functions as before for ranked.

It’s blows my mind that they make this change to pubs instead of the actual competitive ranked mode.

Also I still think that the bot lobby change needs to be reverted for pubs it’s ridiculous that every single game is a sweat fest now as bot lobbies don’t exist for me anymore if I want to sweat I’ll play ranked

Ranked System

  • Instead of multiple types of modes, how about you change it into 'category playlist"

for example: Divided by 3 types of playstyles (Barebones, Hardcore, and Pro) and a special mode

  1. for Barebones, you can't use any Operator Skill, Score streak and Perks. Only your arsenal and equipment was allowed. This playlist just for people that wants skill-based gameplay and less toxicity
  2. for Hardcore, as you know, for people that wants to grind, or just for a quick-play. This playlist need to ban any explosive weapon (NA-45), attachment (JAK-12 Explosive Round) or equipment (Thermite) to prevent toxic gameplay.
  3. for Pro, basically just normal modes but longer objectives. for example, TDM requires 40 points while in Pro, TDM will requires a lot more (lets say 100) for longer gameplay and will be rewarded more Ranked points than previous playlist
  4. what I means by Special Mode is every week, there's gonna have one mode from Featured MP (like Gungame. Grind and other), placed in Ranked, so people can have fun while being rewarded Ranked points
  • Introduced Weekly Ban, players can bans one from any weapon, equipment, Operator Skill, perks and Scorestreak in Ranked every week
  • Players can't choose modes, only Playlists
  • No more team-count based matchmaking, takes too much queue

Fast Recover - increases HP recovery by 35%

Lightweight - Increases climbing speed, greatly reduces fall damage

E.O.D. (aka Flak Jacket) - greatly reduces explosive and fire damage, fast throwback reaction including Thermite, player will not stuck with Thermite and Semtex. Thermite will not slow down player

Law Breaker (Bling remake) - One additional attachment for both primary and secondary weapon slot

Athlete (Agile Rework) - Increases sprinting speed by 10%. Reduces the aim time of weapons after sprinting. Player in Cranked mode for 3 seconds after kills an enemy

Overclock - Increase OP charging speed by 25%

Martyrdom - Drops a live frag grenade and any plante...

So,I just downloaded COD last night,and I've noticed that in the online gaming,I who am level 15,am put with players who are eg. Level 40-50 in a team,but I noticed that they dont really play well,most of them have really low kill streaks,and I have higher kill streaks than them,so I wanna ask,did those people cheat or buy levels or something,how do they have such a high level but such low skill?

Looking for a team - World Champs - Region "India"

I prefer TDMs Respawns. I can play S&D, Doms, HardPoint too. Mostly I play only TDM.

My play style is AGGRESSIVE and TACTICIAN.
My choice of guns : Assault Rifles and Snipers

I have a good knowledge about the head glitches for almost all the maps. My gunsmiths are all about Long range and Mid range accuracy. I can snipe too but at a considerable level. I can quick scope at 7/10 rating. I can invite my friend too, if y'all need 2 members.

quickscoping

Can someone that feels they are a great at quickscoping give me a run down on what sensitivity I need again I got a new phone and every sensitivity I had saved on the phone I replaced feels so off and I had it good before its frustrating because I'm barely hitting shots.

What do you need. Do you need a fast or slow camera sense and does the sniper sense need to be fast or slow.... and for speed excel. Dude I'm all kinds of messed up... my ads speeds are almost there but I can't find the video that helped me the first time in understanding this and I forgot who it was because I forgot to save the video

[Change My View] Even in legendary, if your only aim is to get #2 consistently, the best strategy is to find places to hide and camp

Its boring af but the best way to get #2 consistently in this game is to understand where the fighting is concentrated on the map and always be on the opposite side. Most players, like zombies, are attracted to the areas that have a lot of sound coming from them, and flock to these areas only to be swatted down like flies by the one or two top squads on the map.

I'm not advertising this strategy - I personally hate it and I like to take strategic fights, but you cannot deny its effectiveness.

I've found that when I'm playing solo cos my team dc'ed or something, I avoid fights and I come in at #2 always. When I'm in a squad, its a dice throw between 2 & 5 with the occasional #1. That #1 high feels gooooood though.

Why is gameloop so shit?

This was my first time trying to play codm on PC, coz why not? I just wanted to try. I tried through gameloop and for god's sake the game had frame drops at 60 fps. My PC is literally i9 12th gen with an RTX 3070Ti. How tf does a mobile game not manage to run at consistent 60, when COD Cold War runs at 200 fps on QHD resolution?

Rytec AMR best for killing tanks?

I've been playing Ground War a lot (Love it!) and it's given me an opportunity to primarily use a sniper rifle. I went back to using the Rytec AMR with explosive rounds and it seems like the per-shot damage is better than the others I've used. Has anyone else seen this? I mean, it makes sense since it's very similar to the Barrett .50 caliber sniper rifle which is an anti-material rifle, IIRC.

Funny. I hear people constantly complain in this sub for the past week (since I joined).

Some complaining “it’s p2w!”, meanwhile I haven’t spent a penny and am smashing games left and right into legendary.

Others saying “it’s a gambling app!”, meanwhile I haven’t bothered opening any crates I’ve earned. Strictly smacking people with my duck in legendaries.

I don’t get why people hate this game but purchased vanguard, or literally any mobile game that isn’t by riot games or osrs. All mobile games are casino money grabbing gachas. Codm is not bad.

The State of Account Security

Hello all, I don't want to sound whiny but I'm just so pissed at the horrible account security the game has.

My account was logged into earlier today, and not only did they screw up everything that was on my profile, they also spent the only cp I have which I have only bought for battlepasses. And while I have did everything I to secure myself (having my activision account not linked to anything, 2fa, etc.) those measures did nothing to protect my codm login, so anyone that manages to get into my account can basically stay there until the auto login logs them out.

I just feel tired, and unable to do anything. All of these security measures seem useless and i dont even have any options incase i get compromised (like removing logged in devices for google accs for ex).

Bring back the OG characters

Its is pretty disappointing to see how the game is starting to lose its charm after the 1st anniversary. I believe the main reason to be its drift from the original theme and genre. This also includes bringing colourful themed character. There please bring back the OG codm characters like OG soap, OG Gaz into the game by some means. It would be highly appreciated.

Connecting to voice chat error

Everytime I try to connect to voice chat in br, it says that connecting to voice server which ultimately fails. Having this issue since last 2 days. Since then I have tried exiting and re-entering, uninstalling and then reinstalling the game. Nothing seems to work. What can be done to fix this?

Anyone else playing on PC no longer in prematch lobbies?

I hardly have any pre match lobby time with fellow players (using Gameloop) with the last 2 seasons. It used to be loads of fun though - emoting, checking out the opponents....

Now, when I play a match - I am either frozen on the countdown screen or standing alone somewhere whilst waiting for the countdown - the match only goes live for me when I am about to jump out of the plane.....

Anyone else have this? I miss that...
