If you could buy a previous legendary gun or even a mythic, would you? If yes, which one and why? (You’d actually have to buy it)

I’d say DLQ but I got the Zealot so I’m not that obsessed with holiday anymore. I would’ve said Dark Nikto but I got him last redux and there are too many wrist kill count characters now. I’d go for mythic m13. Didn’t like the gun when it first came out but after spending considerable time at the practice range building it, I found my perfect build(s) and it’s been my go-to gun even during MX9 meta. I’d drop $300 on it.

I got banned for the second time while playing. First time was a legit ban (bluestacks) but now I think it's unfair, isn't Gameloop an official (and allowed) emulator?

Yesterday I was playing on Bluestacks and my account got banned for 24 hours. I did some research and found out that unauthorized emulators aren't allowed.

I came across Gameloop and I thought that is was official and supported. So I install it today and start playing again, thinking that everything was fine since it's supposed to be an approved emulator; however, I got banned after the first game for 7 more days.

If Gameloop isn't supported either, is there an emulator that I can use to play safely on PC?

I think the movement speed became too unrealistic

I get it that cod style is faster than the other shooter games but it has become too fast...I mean the first seasons it was cool but now I think cod has got to be more like pubg I mean u can't slide jump ads shoot at the same with an insanely high speed and still be able to aim like a person who is standing or proning.
Ps: I'm not noob (5 mp legendary streaks) I just want codm to be more realistic cause when there is a decent overall speed there are no more melee abusers.(I mean why the hell would somebody rather a knife to a smg or such...)

So i felt strange that they are releasing content creator's skins but it is what it is. Ferg bundle came out today and on this subreddit I saw a post where a guy had purchased the bundle and the comment sections were full of bitching about the guy saying "he is a clown for purchasing that bundle"
I just wanna say that IT WAS HIS FUCKING MONEY AND NO ONE IS FORCING YOU TO BUY IT, if you don't like the skin then don't buy it but atleast do not bitch about someone buying it.

Any perks "necessary" to play competitively in ranked?

I think I read on here the one where you don't show up on the mini map and the one that doesn't allow score streaks to kill you?

I've been using:

1

Agile: for the sprinting aim reducer (does it do anything?)

2

Recon: for supposedly seeing enemies on map but it rarely does anything. Should I switch to Ghost or Cold Blooded?

3

A) Hardline or B) Engineer: A) for the leveling points and gun cards when I need to upgrade a weapon. B) for the ability to reroll care packages which is my kill streak and my gun is already maxd. Thinking about switching to Alert? Is Alert good?

What is the recommended Perk combo's for Ranked?

What about Gunsmith perks? Any of those absolutely essential? Should I be using a weapon piece or a gun perk for the last slot? Long Shot gives you a bunch of range on your weapon so is that a good one?

revamp persistence

Okay hear me out, what if ask Activision to revamp persistence, and change it so that instead of keeping your Scorestreak points after dying, it just gives extra 100 scorestreak points per kill, like this, persistence not equipped: 100 points per kill, with persistence equipped: 200 points per kill, thoughts?
Perk extra description: can't be used when hardline perk is equipped, it also doubles earned points for Scorestreak kills. If you guys have more ideas, comment below.

Comprehensive guns buff list (for obvious reasons I won’t be including guns that are being buffed in the new season)

ASM-10 - slight recoil adjustment, slight ads bsa reduction

M4 - slight range improvement

LK24 - reworked iron sight, blocks a lot of the screen

Man-O-War - slight ads bsa reduction

HBRa3 - ttk improved slightly, maybe range buff

HVK-30 - increased mag size on large caliber ammo (28 rnd maybe)

Peacekeeper MK2 - slight horizontal recoil adjustment

XPR-50 and m21 ebr- reduce vertical recoil (especially with stopping power on spr), make more viable in mp

UL736 - Increase mobility slightly or mag size

Chicom - improve ttk

Shotguns in general - maybe improve sprint-to-fire delay

Kilo Bolt-Action - improve base ads time, add special kar98k scope (just a personal preference, no real buffing reason for that)

MK2 - better lethal zones without 30-30 ammo

If you can think of anything else you would like to see, comment it down below and hopefully the devs see this and give it some thought

Suggestion: Persistence Revamp

I was thinking about it and realized most people complain about others going negative ( more deaths than kills) and still being able to use expensive streaks.
Well I suggest keep persistence the way it is right now but after every death it increases by some amount let’s say 100 points.
I believe that’ll be a balanced perk, tell me what you think in the comments.

how do i get low ping?

I'm from india and i play br and i always constantly have 50 to 60ms ping and that's a huge disadvantage to me, and on top of that i have average device (cant do anything about it)... Glitched Damascus

Ive got Damascus on all my base game weapons.
For some reason it doesn’t give me damascus on my gold DLC weapons, or sometimes it gives it to me without getting gold. I have NA45 and Outlaw damascus, but not Rytek. Similarly, ive got Peacekeeper, Fr.556 & AsVal damascus, but not Amax or M13.

Anyone know what’s wrong & if there is a fix?

Dear CODM, a word on your bots.

Lately I've noticed that your bots have wall hacks, quite literally.

Example, I was playing a pub S&D yesterday and while having high alert perk equipped, the side of my screen flashed. Someone saw me. Thing is, I was standing against a wall. There was a bot on the other side. Naturally, I killed it and finished out the game.

In another instance, after being headshot by a hip firing bot with an AK117, I watched the kill cam. The cross hair in the center of the screen was tracking me through a shipping container with a scary amount of precision.

If players get banned for using hacks, maybe you need to alter your bots behavior to be more fair.

On a side note, I'm also wondering why a bot can kill me with a headshot, but never actually aim at my head? Why can a bot kill me in .5 seconds with two shots to my feet but when spectating a bot and I see 5+ bullets clearly hit another bot but nothing registers?

P.S. I'll be scanning for enemies, my character will say "enemy spotted" and THERE'S NOTHING THERE. My character might have wall hacks but me and my iPad sure as hell don't.

Undead Siege Nightmare Strategy & Tips

I saw someone previously shared their Undead Siege strategy so I thought I’d share mine so it could help out others struggling with Nightmare mode. I’m currently ranked 12th in Nightmare damage (Garena) and average 7+ mill damage per game.

General Strategy

Daytime

How you use the helicopter is by the far the most important aspect of the game since it has the biggest impact on whether or not you’ll be able to collect enough mods to build and upgrade your turrets. I try to make sure that I’m the pilot by monitoring the timer during nighttime and going near the helicopter spot before anyone else. DO NOT STAND RIGHT UNDERNEATH WHERE THE HELICOPTER WILL APPEAR, otherwise it will glitch and the helicopter won’t be generated.

This should be a pretty well known rule by now but WAIT FOR YOUR TEAMMATES. Use your judgement when to leave since not everyone will want to go to on the heli because of the close airdrops/they’d rather take a vehicle but the ones that do usually make their way when they hear it. Very few people use their mic so sometimes they’ll shoot at the heli to tell you they’re coming. If you have a teammate that flies away as soon as they start the heli, you’d be better off just quitting that game.

The best place to loot is Turbine so I usually make my way there but in the first day there’s usually not enough time so just go to Fracking Tower if it’s closer (jump off of the heli and enter through the trap door that goes underground).

Missions

I personally don’t bother with the missions. They’re good if you’re grinding camos (which you shouldn’t be doing in Nightmare in the first place) because of the waves of zombies but there’s more loot in Turbine.

Hi. As I was saying, I want to quit CODM. I started playing last year and tried to quit for two months. That time before I quitted, I was good at playing even in solo queue. I started playing s5 of 2021 and quitted playing after that because my device can't play the game good. I went back playing because I heard that the devs added a feature where you can delete some in-game files. Back to the story, I wait to quit now because I suck at playing unlike before and I hate it because I can see my friends who started playing CODM reached legendary pretty easily unlike me who's stucked at pro ranked. Is anyone else sick and tired of how OP shotguns are in BR? Enemies one shot me from like 7+ meters with a shotgun. Meanwhile a sniper (which is so much more difficult to use in BR btw) headshot isn’t even an instant kill in a fucking shooting game.

How good is Refitter Class in BR?

The description says "Slowly repairs and increases the durability limit of your armor and vehicle".

While it certainly repairs the vehicle, I have not noticed it healing my armor. Shouldn't it regenerate your armor in the same way your health is regenerated? This is what the description implies, right?

Devs, don't nerf the K9, don't touch persistence, don't go near the VTOL.

The only people who want those nerfed are quickscoping on shipment with sniper rifles and don't know what real life is. If some quickscoping aimbotter can't shoot a dog twice in ten foot or carry a launcher maybe you should nerf that aimbotting nonsense mechanic. Put the breathe down animation back on all the sniper rifles immediately and stop encouraging five year olds to hold other people back on this game by building in a cheat mechanic.

Oh PS: shipment is also the source of 95% of the whining and toxicity on this thread.

How do you fix the default skin bug and loot bug?

It gets pretty boring if you can't see cool skins of other players in every match. Everyone in-game had the same default skin, and you can only see skins of other players during the result screen and the plane scene at the start of battle royale.

Loot on the ground is just boxes, you can't tell if it's an item or a perk. Or which type of gun it is.

No fix is working. Setting all settings to default, re-downloading the skin pack (soldier) or changing accounts.

Why is matchmaking such a pain in the ass....

I'm a returning player and holy shit the game feels like shit. Yes there are many improvements but I can hardly find a match. Takes so long to find even a Ranked match in Elite. Half the time it says "match is full" or timeout. When I eventually join a lobby, it never starts, forcing me to leave. And non-Ranked is so much worse.

I started playing the game from day 1 and stopped during the second season 6 so it's been a good while since I've played it.

HELP BEFORE I DELETE MY CODM || My mobile network switches from 4G+ to 3G during game play

for more context, i play BR a lot and i noticed whenever i'm moving alone or fighting one vs one my network remains on 4G but the moment I've got 3 or more players on my screen at the same time for some unknown reason my network switches to 3G and the game lags. most times I've to toggle my airplane mode on and off mid game while praying no one/safe zone kills me before i reconnect to the game. to make matters worse my rank is legendary and every time i die early it due to the switch from 4G to 3G. one time it was so bad my own teammate called me a BOT!!!!.... i almost cried.

for more clarification my mobile network setting is set on 4G permanently not auto or 4G/3G option

my 4G network signal is really strong i don't even get a 4G, but a 4G+

at this point. there's no difference between joining the game and committing suicide in-game willingly

i'm slowly running crazy and to save my mental health, I'm close to deleting the game if i can't find a solution.

I wish I was rich and had money like well known famous youtubers.

I'm the type that loves to collects skins and operators in codm. Would be nice to have all legendaries and mythics, but instead I have to watch the guys on YouTube flexing their skins while most of us have to sit and feel bad that we can't afford any of those high quality items. How much my life would be better if I was able to throw cash at this game and still having enough money afterwards to throw more cash. I sometimes wonder if I'm that good at the game

This is more of a personal post and English is my second language, so I'm sorry if I'm sounding confusing. I'm not sure if I should post this but I need to vent.

In January I re-download the game after a good 6 months of inactivity. After a multi-player game, I ditched my trusty M4, which was my main since I first started playing, for the HG-40. In a few day, I grinded this smg to its max level. It is weird how I am so emotionally attached to this weapon after I gave it up so quickly.

I also started playing more on ranked, I don't know where I was when restarted playing but I currently am on the Pro I league and I know I've passed a league or two. Basically, it was a flying start. I never was good at optimizing the pieces of my weapons, I'm just not good with statistics and that's when I discovered that the game have recommanded templates for them and that's when I started getting this feeling...

I was playing ranked game and I tried a new recommended template that I just earned for my AS VAP (it wasn't max level) and during the game I faired poorly, so much so that I lost exp wich was the first time for me. After more games where I lost or barely gained exp, I started to question myself on my skills. It's hard to explain but I just felt that the game was lying to me, the rank screen tells me that I am as strong as 88% of players and yet I'm telling myself that no, it's not true, its lying to try to make me feel good. Strangely enough, I still enjoy this game and I think I continue playing it for a long time, it's just that when I see my rank, I'm saying to myself its bullshit.

F Cheaters

Anyone else deleting the app because they can’t play a single decent game? Every game I have played this year had at least 1 cheater in it with some kind of wear super speed hack and it’s so frustrating. What’s the point in playing when one person zips around within seconds of game start and wipes you and your team out? This is insane. There were never this many cheaters before. Bye COD.

The Division in CODM & why it exists.

This is going to be a long piece & it will no doubt upset a few people. But it's simply an observation of certain facts, situations & mindsets that are prevalent in the community. There's a few differing ones, so that's why there's division in the first place.

Your first major observation, probably one you've heard a lot of times.

"CODM Isn't real Call Of Duty."

It's always console or PC players that will tell you that. Among the console players, hardly any of them regard the WII version as Call Of Duty either due to the control system. Some might cite the control system of CODM being different or the alternative non-canon universe being the reason for them saying it.

But it isn't the main reason. There are two types of CODM player with previous experience: people who started out playing Call Of Duty on console or PC are one group. They've played COD.

The other group started out playing a tiny sub game set inside one room in fpp from BO3. Zombies. There's your main reason. It's also probably why so many people are happy to sit in a map the size of a beermat getting blown to smithereens here. It's just like the tiny sub game.

So, there's one division. It's not just outside the community as a result of the psychology involved. They haven't experienced a Call of Duty game. Just BO3 zombies which they now think this should be.

This of course bleeds over into the TPP thing. Now, I can agree with everyone that the "look around" button should be removed and camera angles should reflect what the actual player would be able to see including their peripheral vision. Not being able to see over walls while prone, round corners etc. That's just a poor mechanic used for ambushing.

But removing TPP wouldn't work altogether. Why? Because sandbox games don't work with fpp. Only till a certain point. Viewpoint is far too limited, it's less than our peripheral range as humans. Conversely, most people can't really engage enemies in TPP either.

Regarding Battle Royale

I have seen people complain about bots in BR, and frankly,it is a problem. I don't wanna go from rookie to grandmaster just so that I can play with real players while in reality,I should have been doing that from the start. It's painful to play against bots for hours on the end to reach rank which makes me eligible to play against real guys,only for the rank to reset and send me back to bot realm.

One possible fix is to increase the matchmaking time,because the game has a horrible habit of having zero matchmaking time,leading to the lobbies being filled with bots.I don't wanna save 30 seconds just to waste 15 mins against bots,but I think most of us are ready for the opposite.

Codm Freezing when mic is on

I Use my headphones while playing, When I'm playing with my friends I'll use my mic. When i turn my mic on then the game sound starts comming form the phone sometimes and the headphones something, while this is happening the game keeps freezing midway and my touch isn't registered. Can anyone suggest a fix or codm fix this next season?

u guy's best br game?

so recently i switched to solo vs squads in br, solo's personally no longer seemed like a challenge considering i won like 85% of games i played in at least recently, plus i got a pr of 25 from solos, and believed that honestly that was the most kills i was ever gonna get playing solos, but my second game ever of solos versus squads i broke my pr and got 26 kills, so far its been a challenge but i find it fun.

Anyone remember Rival1v1?

So if you don’t know what I’m talking about, Rival1v1 was a mobile esports app a while back, I think around S5-6 is when it first came out.

So basically this app was a dream come true for mobile esports. You wager the in app currency, or gems, on 1v1s. If you won, you would submit proof and take your opponents gems.

The more gems you won, the higher you were on the leaderboard. First place won a Nintendo switch(substituted out for $500), second won $200, and third won $100.

There was also a raffle using tickets you won after every wager. Prizes were the same as the leaderboard.

Of course there were issues, people would lie or cheat, and give themselves gems. But luckily the staff were helpful and you could report cheaters and get the gems.

Sadly the app shut down, as the parent company decided it didn’t bring in enough profits and that there wasn’t enough users.

Just asking on here to see if anyone remembers the app, or knows of a similar app.

My username on it was Tyler123529 and I was the #1 on the leaderboard. And yes, I did get my $500.

My problems with CODM...

DISCLAIMER: Call of Duty Mobile is still a great game, and this is not meant to be taken as a hate speech, it's just as a member of community, I am really sick of some thing they rolled out.

  1. As I'm sure y'all know, persistence is still not nerfed. Now, I will say the devs are never going to fix it, but the MX9 at least took 2 season to get a nerf, and Holger is still pretty much still spammed in ranked and whatnot.

  2. On the lucky draw. Okay, I understand that developers made this game to make money, but really, if they actually take time to listen to the community, this game will just rise to popularity once again.

  3. Toxic behavior. This only mainly concerns Garena player. So far in global, I don't see much of those in Garena. Everything is just worse in Garena, tryhards that camps around the whole map, some movements we casuals can't handle. Yes, you may think that we lack skills, and you're right. But look at Sonho's video where he get spawn trapped by Hanzu, Garena CODM player. If you are stll not convince. Check this video.Sonho vs Hanzu 1v1 Sniper in Killhouse

Sometimes, I really get frustrated by the problems and the lag spikes. Do not point blame to TiMi Studios and Activision, I think that they have kept a great job for the first lifespan of CODM.

it's just me or every time an enemy lands from the parachute he disappears for a split of a second? I hate that, I get killed almost every time because of that. It's not just that I cannot see, it's just that if I shoot I don't hit him (he's not there).

Requesting for a patch update/midseason update for Season 1 (2022)

This is an open letter that I'm requesting for optimization for lower end devices. With the new update, I'm having too much RAM on my cell phone, which is Oppo A53, 4GB of RAM & 64GB of storage.
