F for ios users (battle royale mainly)

After the latest update it became impossible for Ios users to be able to play an entire battle royale match without lags, freezes and crashes. I'm about to uninstall the game because I'm missing out on the fun. My device is an Ipad 6th, CA3JEX my tag. I’m from Brazil. Zombie mode is back. With with harder mode. Good. Same zombie battle pass. No problem. People who cant completed last time or those who joined newly will get rewards. But few things should have change this time.

Things we want to add in the zombie mode

  1. Aether camos for guns which came after zombie seige released like hades, crossbow, m13, season 8 shotgun, swordfish and thumper.

  2. Reqards should be change that we get at the end of zombie match. Last time we had epic pdw, xpr and hs. I wish they chang all this rewards to something new.

  3. Zombie siege in blackout map.

So, is Clown playing up for you in BR mode?

I typically play solo Fpp (and with controller) and haven't really had issues, but recently have been finding them. Usually seems to happen towards the final circles, but when I've activated clown, it throws the device, followed by a semi crash. I can still look around, move around (vaguely, can't run), but all weapons are locked out and won't respond, can't change weapons, can't select grenade etc etc. Effectively it allows me to slowly walk around, with no defense, and just hoping someone will find me and shoot me. Admittedly it allowed me to really embarrass someone before, by slowly walking away and luring him to follow me until he got maced by someone else, and finished 3rd after dicking around. But effectively, once this glitch happens, it's match over and just start again.

What else do i need for Damascus?

So, i already had damascus but for the first “set” of guns, but as they were adding new guns i wasn’r grinding them.
I used my card to max level all my guns and somehow i unlocked NA-45 and AGR in damascus (i still haven’t grind them for gold)
So this week i started grinding again, out of all the MAIN GUNS i have them all in gold camo, all but this two guns (NA-45 and AGR)
Do i need to grind these two in order to unlock damascus for all my MAIN GUNS?

using mic's in ranked (at least)

whats the aversion to using your mic in a match to at least call out the locations of a tango? i can understand if they are already firing off rounds, but if you see someone who gets out of the zone before you can kill them. i see it as common courtesy to just call off the locations of where someone is at if i am not able to pick em off myself. but thats just myself i guess.

Almost 3 seasons have passed and they somehow still aren't able to nerf Holger, mx9 and persistence.
And don't get me started with its so called SBMM.

Not able to fix bugs- reconnecting bug, random frame drops for literally no reason(I have a good device and it can run other fps titles in 60 fps without a single lag)

Killing the comp scene, like STAGE-5 is online?!?! Second time lan event has been cancelled.
COVID isn't even an excuse, other games also had lan events, it's just they can't manage a thing.

The only thing this game is good at rn is cosmetics, that's it.

MP is at its worst situation right now.
Just waiting for other titles to come out.

No damage increase from XPR-50 Stopping Power Attachment

I wanted to try using this sniper for MP since I’ve been liking it more in BR. I wanted to test out the difference if I attached stopping power reload ammo. It’s supposed to increase damage range and damage. But it only increased the range by 1. I found it strange so I tested 2 load outs. 1 with the ammo, 1 without. Both hit 110 for headshots at 40m. I don’t know where to report this so I brought this here

ISSUE: Sudden removal of MAX frame rate in some devices.

!When will CODM be able to bring back our max frame rate in our device ( to be specific, Redmi note 10 4g) it was removed last update. It hardly keep up in battle royale during squad fights. In my case, frame drop is the biggest problem ever since it was removed. It was smooth before and can run 50-60 fps. hope you'll be able to fix it soon.!<

About Undead Siege

This season's Undead Siege undoubtedly is the lackluster version coming from when it's first time introduction to this game. However we've seen such as new turret tier and new talent tier (tier 2 and 3 as I'd like to call it).

It made me believe that there's possibilities of Hell mode coming to the game. Either way what are your thoughts? I'd like to know about it.

Found this guy at Houseboat, I asked my buddy who summoned him accidentally and he told me ''Fake Crates'' and that he opened up some crates at the building behind the zombie, then he just popped out,

One other thing i also noticed was that bots were killing ''Zombies'' at the killfeed and i could hear gunshots at the boxing club building and zombie groaning, When i came in the building the bots and the zombies were dead but their bodies had despawned, I also found a mystery box from zombies at the boxing ring containing long range mods and an annihalator

Ideas for Undead Siege

Here are some ideas that I believe will make Undead Siege better.

Multiple Camos to keep people grinding, like ones from CW and BO3

New Maps every few seasons. I get that it isn't possible for a new map every season but ever 3 or 4 seasons, a new map would be excellent or big changes to old ones which makes them different, like Verdansk has explosions.

Regularly updated rewards, every 2 seasons, a new Zombies Battlepass with new rewards would be a great way to have people, who don't want Camos, to have something to grind for.

Different Gamemodes, like Endless, Round Based like we had in 2020

New perks for players, we have Death Machine, Juggernaut and War Machine, but would be cool to have others as well like K9 Unit, Sparrow, Trap Master, Medic, Transform Shield etc.

Hi, hoping someone can help please!

Spending some time in hospital so downloaded cod mobile on my iphone. I couldnt get in on the hospital wifi but my data seems to work fine.

Did the initial tutorial fine but now when I try to join any game, it says unable to connect. The message comes up instantly, doesnt matter if it's training mode, practice or or core frontline.

I noticed that beside the start button theres a download symbol and it says 17.3%. Do I need to download everything before it will let me join a game? Or should I reinstall?

Hoping someone has had a similar issue in the past and knows a fix. Thank you

I can't get damascus on new guns

I got the damascus months ago before the AS-VAL was released as I remembered, then I did not grind the new guns after that but and now I wanted to get damascus on rytec, so I grind it and I didn't get it. Do I have to complete all of the new guns for this? I thought when I got damascus it will automatically count to the gun once I grind a gold for it. It's weird because I grind SPR and Renetti and I got the damascus. I'm so confused

I know I've been toxic in my recent posts and I'm sorry about that but that's not what i am here to talk about.

This game is in the worst state that its ever been, even worse than S12, IK S12 had amazing skins, first legendary characters but if you remember properly, it had only two guns (akimbo fennecs and broken hvk) which made noobs win the game, feels similar? yes current season, Holger and MX9 and at least fennec and hvk got nerfed after a whole damn season but the current meta still stands after 2 or 3 seasons. See I always loved codm and I never even played any other mobile game since its release other than apex betas, the only reason was the movement, I haven't played apex pc but i knew that the movement was similar to codm the slide and jumps and everything. That gameplay mechanics of codm is what kept me engaged in this game and I would come back a second after i even tried other games which just had the regular running and jumping and crouching.

But the movement was getting nerfed and I've seen a trend by the codm reddit handler that whenever something goes wrong and people post about it a lot, like a LOT more than the SAW bundle posts, then they say it was unintentional, I don't understand, how can people fuck up so bad , I know making and developing a game is super hard and bugs and glitches are hard to fix but every single season an unreasnable bug comes along like no firing sound for guns, legendary guns losing their effects, kill cams getting worse season by season and bots legit have hacks coded into them. Like how can someone fuck something EVERY single time or its just an excuse and the worst part it most of it isn't even fixed, I understand fixing a bug could cause more but trying isn't gonna be that bad, everyone said S13 was bad due to lack of content but I enjoyed that season more than S12 cuz the team said its mostly gonna be a bug fixed update and the bugs were significant but les...

Proposal nerf to MX9

MX9 is an incredibly high mobility SMG with a 900 rpm that has a 3 shot attachment. Let’s start by balancing the damage. Let’s turn it into a 5 shot (similar to M13). It’s large cal attachment will increase damage, but enough to the point where it’s still 5 shot. 22 damage no large cal, 24 with large cal. Then let’s keep going by balancing the fire rate to a respectable 880 RPM. There you go activision.

Proposal nerf for the holger

The Holger is a 4 shot LMG with a 707 RPM. The 4 shot range is up until 30 meters (correct me if I’m wrong). Let’s start by giving it more recoil because the Holgers recoil is pretty easy to control. Let’s also shorten the 4 shot range to only 15 meters, 5 shot to 30, 6 shot onward of 30 meters. Let’s also adjust the fire rate a little bit. 707 RPM to 699 RPM. There. I fixed everything.

Can we please get a somewhat playable meta again?

I am not here to hate on anyone that uses particular guns or has a particular playstyle.
It takes a lot of skill to use a gun that isn't meta and win against people who use overpowered stuff, especially in gamemodes like SnD that are very raw and almost purely based on gunplay.
Maybe some people love the guns that are currently in meta based on how they are played and not based on how op they are right now.
Especially if you identify with any of the above, please dont take the following personal.
All it is meant to do is advocate for a more exciting MP meta, reminiscent of the AU Beta and Seasons 1 and 2.
(Most of the things I say are meant to make sense for SnD)

I just want to talk about the main issue that I have with the current meta.

Insanely simple and onedirectional gunplay

What I mean by that is the following.
Most guns that are used in meta right now just behave exactly the same.
Looking at SMGs for example.
QXR, Fennec, MX9, QQ9, basically the last 4 meta SMGs we had, all just behave the same.
Aside from the mildly changed damage and slightly different recoil, there is nothing special about them and the questions on what gun to use can only fall on whats meta, because if everything feels the same, why would anyone use anything else?
Personal preference?
What can you prefer about something if its exactly the same as the gun that was op before it and the one after it?

Comparing that to the SMG meta from season 1 and 2..
You had the MSMC and the PDW as the 2 big dogs.
1 more aimed towards close range, fast paced gunplay and 1 with a huge clip, meant for respawn modes and also not completely awful on range.

The rifle meta back then was similar.
You either used the Type 25, that was a decent rifle, but thanks to its fire rate and damage, able to compete with the PDW up close and then you had the ak117, which was the more range based of the 2 and because of that capable of competing with the LMG's on mid range..

Now the rifles are just tedious..

Anyone experiencing desync after the update? Also 10v10 seems bugged or broken I dunno how to describe it but everytime I play and finish a match in 10v10 then start another one I sometimes or always get a loading error in which whatever I click either cancel, okay or the close button it always takes me to the log in screen and if it happens in a row or a couple of times it gets annoying seeing how you need to go back to log in screen :|.

Noobs in BR

How the hell do these noobs get to grand master or even legendary In BR? Every time I play squads I plays against noobs who average 1-4 kills per game (mostly bots) and one game that I had, my teammate that was on top of construction building (he was sniping btw) he legit missed 3 shots on a completely still target who was reviving… I just don’t get why I have to get in these squads when I perform decent-good in games.

My last post featured me completing draws for Dark Side Nikto & M13 Morningstar, and I said that I won't be spending any more $ on the game anymore, which brought in comments telling me, "Good luck with that, you will spend again" or "I tell myself the same thing but did the opposite anyway"... Can't play ranked with friends anymore

In the past, we can play with friends even when they're in legendary and you're in master V. Now I can't play with my friend anymore because he reached legendary first than me. Is the M16 viable in BR?

M16 in the old BR was just a one-way ticket back to the lobby (unless you're a pro-player or something) but now in this BR, I've seen a couple of guys use it by mid game to early-late then switch to SMG's like MX9 or Fennec.

Now, taking into account that mid game and early-late game provides enough space for AR users for long range engagements, it made me think, since the Swordfish's here, can the M16 possibly be used as a DMR? I've used the M16 in MP as sort of a sniper replacement when I feel like it and it more or less works.

Any good BR gunsmiths for the M16?

Speed up animations...

In a game we're almost every gun can either instantly kill you, or kill you before you can react... not to mention the unbearable amount of lag... why is every animation so slow?

Weapon swap speed is so slow that it's quicker to just reload cancel then to swap to your secondary, ads, and start firing. Gaz was possibly right on Cod 4 when he said "swapping to your pistol is faster than reloading", but it sure isn't the case with Codm. This is why literally everybody uses melee or an fhj.

Lethal and Tactical throwing, it's just too slow, especially for something like the trophy system, I equip the trophy system do I don't get bombarded by the endless molotov and thermite spam, yet my character wants to take their time.

Scorestreaks, I'm not talking about the ones that you need to aim, but specifically things like uavs, counter uavs, shock drones, swarm... I've died so many times in the middle of calling a uav because the animation just so slow.

Smaller animations like mantling could be sped up as well.

How to find fun in the game right now

I quit playing ranked a week ago(was at grand master), but Mx9 spamming occurs even in random pubs, BR optimization so bad that I literally froze for five seconds after I kill someone and that got me killed. Zombie hasn’t been updated and we cannot grind aether. Is this codm’ s way of telling me to get a life? In that case, thank you very much, if only I could have my money back.

Have TDM use time limit instead of kill limit

Tl;dr
• It reduces camping
• It promotes aggressive play
• You don't have to worry about dying so much

One of the gripes I have when playing TDM is that when you lose, most of the times it's bcoz of you teammates go 0/13/5. This makes it feels unfair, especially when you're getting 15/5/3 at the end of the match. The only way to not lose is to not die. And to reduce death, you need to CAMP most of the time. Otherwise, you're giving the enemy free points for getting ambushed by them.

Three times I've managed to start the game at Day 2. It's annoying to recover from and usually it's in matches I have no hopes of winning because I have nothing but a few bullets and a wrench to help my teammates out. Quality of bundles have went down

The quality of bundles recently have been.. Just god awful.

Especially the anniversary ones. Last year we got the Ghost - Loose Ends bundle. The Outrider skeleton bundle. Just really good bundles.

And the ones we’re getting now are just bundles that have been re-released. Or crate characters that didn’t sell well, it’s literally just clearance crates but at a fair price.

The bundles lately just suck.

Is the HS0405 better than the KRM? (ADS gunsmith)

I tried both of them with ads gunsmith (very tight spread but need to ads) and the KRM has tighter spread but the HS0405 shoots 10 pellets instead of 8 so it might hitmark less. When I used them in real game, they both seem to have very similar range so I need another opinion on this.
The attachments I used:
HS0405: Choke, Extended Barrel, Granulated, Strike foregrip, Laser Tactical
KRM: Marauder Suppressor, Extended Light barrel, steady stock, granulated, Laser tactical

Guide on zombies mode

Zombies mode is back and I wanted to guide on what to do and what to not do

Traps
People made mistakes which caused night 5 to game over is probably the worst thing ever. Here are a few traps not to fall into:

Trap 1: Building only one type of turret

Some turrets are strong indeed. However the cost is to have that particular resource at scarcity. Also, you will need a reliable team that knows what you are doing.

Trap 2: Not Utilizing the buffs at talent lvl max

This is a bit complicated to speak of, but instead of waiting the oppounity, you can create one:

-Turret dmg increase and dmg reduction: Put outside of the umbrella until its at 50% HP

  • Reload: Using highest dmg output rather than using cost-effective guns
  • Wrench hit rate: Repair

Trap 3: Not maxing out wrench dmg first

Maxing out wrench dmg gives you double the hit rate, so your chances of winning is actually higher. Maxing it out first essentially removes the need for multi-repairs, lowering offesive potential

Trap 4: XS1

NEVER USE THE XS1. It completely removes the ability to fix and increase higher potential dmg. It gives you an early game advantage, but it does nothing at late game

Cost effective guns

The term "cost effective" indicates that you will be spending minimal essence for a reasonable output. These are guns recommended for newbies in the mode, as they are cost effective:

  • RPD
  • Shorty
  • PP19

They don't have the highest damage output, but they can save lots of essence for perks, upgrades and operator skill.

Highest dmg potential guns

Rather than saving the essence, they provide the highest dps in the mode. It is bad for newbies, but perfect for maxed out talent:

  • Akimbo Fennec
  • Rapid Fire Hades
  • Drum Mag Echo
  • Rytec/SPR

Note that these guns take lots of essence. Even with extended mag, the fennec still empties out a gun less than a sec. The Hades on the other hand has insane fire rate, but really takes a lot of heavy ammo. The shotgun and sniper dosen't need explainations, as they can't be brought ...

Deleting Accounts, linking and unlinking Apple.

Does anyone here know how to delete a cod mobile account?

I had a mishap where I deleted the game for a short time and returned, and could not access my old account. So I started a new one, now of all times, I am unable to link my guest account with my Apple account. Why? Because my original account somehow linked with my Apple account without any recollection of me doing so. And now I have an old unused empty CODm account linked to my Apple account. And the one I do use which cannot be linked to my Apple account at this time. I heard of a method where you clear the game data or something to delete an account, but they say it only works if it is a guest account. Does anyone know what I can do?

My goal is to end with one account, all of my data intact, and linked to my Apple account. Deleting the other one would solve all of these problems, so I guess that is top priority when it comes to answers, but anything that can help, helps.

FAKE BAN!

Hey u/COD_Mobile_Official. Our Clan Master u/Golem_BLAze has got a 1 Day + 7 Day Ban Although He is using the official emulator; Gameloop. Many other players are using unsafe emulators but they are not getting any type of bans like this. I think the main reason for him getting banned was the report by those noob players whom he wall banged and also his sweaty movements that looks like speed hacks. He got his first ban after quitting a Public TDM - Shipment match and when he again opened the game then he instantly received another 7 days ban. I know this will keep on going unless you will fix this problem. What can we do if he gets 10 Year Ban? it will make every 65 players of our clan leave. He can't even do clan wars cuz of this bug or fake ban that he is getting. So it's a humble request to the Cheater Management team to mention the mistake that he made or just unban his cuz he is not doing anything that breaks the TOS of this game. He has made a lot of effort into this game for 2 years and spent a decent amount of money. Getting another 10-year ban will be the end of his journey in CODM :(

Confirmed Balance Changes Season 9 with Stats!

Hello I'm Cygnoux. We, the Team Cygnus (forefront of COD Mobile Research) have compiled all the confirmed Balance Changes so far and some hidden changes too. I saw some misinformation being spread around, so making this post so people are more informed.

Balance Changes Season 9:

M13:

BV BUFF: 550 m/s to 900 m/s (applies to BR as well, fastest base Bullet Speed in the entire game)

ADS Speed BUFF: 2F faster ADS Speed now

Movement unchanged. ADS Movement unchanged.

Reload Speed BUFF. 1.4s and 2.7s now.

Blackout Mag buff, offers sound suppression, faster reload, and range boost for barely any penalty

Top AR to use now. Have fun :)

Damage NERF: 25/21/18/16 profile now

TTK is inconsistent due to hitbox and damage.

Vertical Recoil Nerf, which doesn't impact much. Felt the same as before

BSA nerf so spread of bullets is more (and yes, SKS has BSA. Another misinformation that SKS doesn't have BSA)

Bullet Speed got fixed. Had bugged 0ms Bullet Speed which is 692 m/s now, same as the fastest ARs and LMGs bullet speed.

I've been trying all day to get this Undead Siege challenge done where you have to revive a teammate two different times and it may seem easy but these are hard mode challenges and literally everyone uses the revive tokens so it's nearly impossible unless they don't know what to do; so can someone bless me and do a quick Hard mode match where you knock yourself so I can easily revive? Where's the tank?

Since we got another season of undead siege and they had time to iron out some bugs I ask once more, does anyone know where is the tank (vehicle, not the character Tank Dampsey)? We can choose a skin for it and since now we have a easteregg it might have something to do with the tank. I know it's probably useless at this point since we already know how to turn hard mode easy but maybe it's useful on nightmare mode (if it ever releases) and probably isn't destroyed at night like other vehicles.

My account Got Hacked DEVS PLS HELP ME!!!

See its complicated, Hacker hacked my Activision account (He is only accessible to Activision account), to change the password of my Activision account I need a verification code which is sent on my Gmail account which i used to sign up for Activision account. But that Gmail account has became inaccessible to me, it is asking for recovery verification on a NUMBER which i don't have and I don't know who has because it is only showing last 2 digits. I’m hearing other people’s games too!!!

Me and my friend were playing and I noticed somethings off. I was hearing my friend’s game. I thought it’s a problem with his mic or maybe problem with my mic, nope. We both only turned on speakers and turned off mics and still I can hear is gameplay EVEN HIM adjusting his guns in the lobby. I unplugged my microphone and it’s not a mic problem. It’s a Game problem.

Pubs = Ranked 2.0

Seriously SBMM on Pubs is Unnecessary & annoying as shit.

I played 10v10 for Clan Wars & all the match is MX9 Sweatfeast..

And not a single Casual or BOT lobby to chilling & relax a lil bit even, after losing like 3 times in a row or having a very bad K/D.

Swordfish is just a basic burst gun with a different iron sight, I'm not saying it's bad but by the community is OMG WHAT A GUN IS AMAZING... overhyped as fuck. The only reason is because it is new, in a week or two no one will use it.. *personal opinion *

Please fix Firebreak(clan reward) skins

I know it’s been seasons they didn’t fix it. The skin color is very light itself, and the no shoulder light skin can literally make it invisible especially if you play on low graphics. Very annoying. If you are going to cancel shoulder lights, just do it for all skins. Don’t do it for this one light-colored skin.

Please disable touchscreen input if controllers are connected because people take advantage of this

Sometimes I want to play on a bigger screen, so I connect my phone to my TV and use a ps4 controller. I give up sensitivity and speed of gameplay for a bigger and better graphic experience.

But some people take advantage because when a controller is connected it pairs you with people who do the same. So they start the game with controller connected and then put it down and play with touchscreen having an advantage on those who do use the controller.

‘Tough’ perk attachment for assault rifles

Is not working for last 6 seasons or more. Should devs just remove it from the game? I mean why do they even give us perks/attachments that do not work at all.

Just for some of those toxic comments - I play mainly ranked SnD. And it used to work each round when you respawn.

There was a few fixes a year or so that:

  1. they decreased sprint speed boost duration from Tough
  2. they made speed boost canceled if you switch to secondary.

Now its just not working at all at least in SnD. And by now I mean a period of 5 to 8 month or so.

For IPad Pro users!

I stated up playing codm back in late season 1 with a phone then in season 8 I switched to a iPad mini.
I was fairly good at the game especially with snipers and most of my sensitivity settings were over 100 like for all other guns it was 180 and for snipers 160 with acceleration on.
Two seasons ago I got a iPad Pro 12inch and kept the same settings but move my hud a bit but I can clearly notice I play much worse and sniping is harder then when I had a smaller screen.
I play 4 fingers and wanted to ask if any other iPad users could recommend me some setting, right now all guns are at 160 and my snipers are at 120 I still think it’s too much, I’m opened to suggestions!

Who in Cod's Green Earth thought letting enemies into occupied vehicles was a good idea?

I thought this stuff only existed in the Battle Royale pre-game lobby...yet after several hundred hours of playtime, I play a match where my squad gets down to the last two teams only to find the last enemy sitting in our tank.

Like what??? Why would they ever allow this! What is the purpose? And if you can do this, why can't you reach over and stab the f$3@er in the vehicle with you?

Is it possible to enter a vehicle that's about run you over?

I mean this crap is obviously rare so kind of a non-issue, but they intentionally left it in as a mechanic for some reason.

Game mode idea

So in this game mode it is a core game mode like domination, hardpoint etc game modes with a objective. When your 10 points from losing a round in Dom or 20 from losing in hardpoint for 5 seconds the hardpoint gets disabled then everyone on losing team gets 3 score streaks they brought in plus 2 random scorestreaks. Some scorestreaks are black listed tho such as EMP, cluster strike, swarm as those would be way too op or get rid of the point of the mode. The maps would be mostly open maps and you can have 2 air strikes active at once instead of 1 and stuff like napalm, care package and lighting strike can be activated even with 2 score streaks in the air as those are fast score streaks and be frustrating waiting to use them. So basically the game mode is strategic hide under buildings and wait for the onslaught to end while defending the point from said buildings. This mode would need a bit of testing incase it is like extremely boring to play on and some improvements to add in

Battle royale roadkill mechanics

I find it very frustrating running someone over and doing minimal damage yet someone so much as touches the hairs on my legs and I instantly die while having kinetic armor??? Both of these happen a lot and this just happened in the last match i ran over someone going downhill and just flung them over to narnia yes someone just barely touched me that same match and I instantly died can someone explain to me how the mechanics work???

What kind of cheating do you see?

Curious about what yall think are the main tells for cheaters and/or bots. My friend has made it a mission to report the ones he sees, and the frequency with which they notice cheaters or bots is a bit surprising. Almost every game has a bot or two(known bot name, aimless rushing to danger etc), and about 1/3 of games have some sort of reportable offense (afk, intentionally dying, wall hacks, aimbots). And one of his tells includes the toons that spawn yelling “lets go, lets go”. Is there an explanation to this phenomenon that we are missing?

What is going on with the controls lately!

For some reason this whole week that I've played the shoot button stops working for no reason. It's caused me like 10 deaths in a row every game I play where it happens. I just stand there like an idiot and let people kill me because the gun just won't fire anymore. It doesn't happen EVERY game but 1/5 games it seems. I hate to be that guy that's like "my controller is broken" but in this game it's the truth.

Anyone else having this issue? I haven't had this problem before. I went from Master back down to pro because it's been happening all week.

Today's edition of "Battle Royal Schadenfreude!" - Jump Leader told "Hop it"

I joined a random squad for Battle Royal, Isolated... the jump leader straight away made an absolutely horrifically confusing and dangerous drop call, my other two squad members made off on their own way. I land some way due east of the jump leader, the other two further north.

I'm assuming the other two are playing as friends because they're sticking together and straight up steamrolling anyone that they meet. The jump leader, meanwhile, is in the one place you don't wanna be on your own - where all the gunfire is. I start picking up kit (Though there isn't much so I'm packing an echo and a MK2 with minimal ammo on the MK2.)

The gunfire gets to the point it's showing distantly in my HUD compass but the jump leader themself isn't engaging. They call for backup, then change it to gather round. The gunfire continues so I assume they've cleared the area, and it's further off than where they are.

At this point one of the other pair gets killed and put on the revive flight. That's important.

I find the jump leader in the middle of Launch Platform near the towers, jumping around. Now they dived off the tower as I approached, but when I get to them they suddenly turn and sprint back up it.

And then I get sprayed by an entire squad all at once. I barely manage to run back through the towers, then miraculously manage to kill one of the enemy who followed closely and wound another with the MK2, downing them while the other three were trying spray me with assault rifle fire around the pipes.

The jump leader has ran back up the tower at this point, but one squad member just lobs a clown up there. The K9 chases the player off the tower, and they land smack bang in a triangle of assault rifle fire, barely even landing, as predicted.

I'm about to log out in frustration, but the other guys have to come this way to get into the zone and I can already see one in a truck heading for the area. The revived player has landed, got armed again, and covers the truck driver who jumps out and grabs my tags.

Secondary and Perk Changes Idea

Here are some changes that I think would increase the usage of certain items in CODM:

  1. Hard Wire:
    I feel as though this perk in underused compared to the other green perks because this perk counters few thing ingame.
    Therefore, my idea is extend the immunization to EMP ability to the scorestreaks the Hard Wire user places. Although, the scorestreaks could still be damaged by other methods.
  2. J358/.50 GS:
    I think the reason the J358 is underused is because the .50 GS has both a oneshot ability too and larger magazine capacity than the J358.
    Therefore, I think the .50 GS should be limited by making it a two-shot weapon to the head and upper chest, but still having a larger magazine than the J358, meanwhile, the J358 keeps its oneshot ability.

Dear Codm Devs, I'd like to thank you guys for releasing amazing loads of content and making the game  better season to season and I hope you guys continue to do so.. but I have to to give you my personal feedback on the current state of the game I hope this reaches to you guys because I'm really upset in regards to this matter.

This is my first ever post on Reddit, I usually shy away to do so but today I've been emotionally pressured to do so because I'm so frustrated... And I'm willing to take my time and share it to everyone reading this... because I think I'm not alone in this...

So Devs of codm I have to say, this meta has been really bad because the lack of diversity in the weapons we see in this game .... And I'm that player who played almost every gun in the game just to see how it does in the meta and I have to say there are plenty of awesome guns that are unique and strong in their own ways... But recent seasons the meta has been revolving around meta guns like mx9, as Val and holger, that has ridiculously high TTK... Like even if people do use their fav guns...they are not able to compete on higher ranks due to extremely superior guns that abused in the meta ...and I don't blame the players because they want to be the best and they are forced to pick these guns to win...but for people who wants to have fun playing other guns in a competitive rank matches...it's really hard..
Like the versatility of guns like mx9 as Val Holger is insane... They can be used at all ranges ...even tho dmg drops occur over ranges, the ttk is really high due to the high fire. Like most of the gun fights in codm is close range and mx9 is unbeatable in close range because of its dmg ...like the headshot dmg multiplier is insane...42 dmg???that's crazyyyy and it has 35 rounds so people spam and they win their battles with no trouble at all.  I hope you guys could fix the meta by just adjusting the dmg multiplier and the range of these weapons to make them more competitive with other weapons rather than an overkill.

I don’t care how good the battle pass is, this season is ruined because of the devs and their nerf fetish

The devs are hypocrites plain and simple, the QXR was unnecessarily buffed and then when people complained it was nerfed into a peashooter that can barely compete in ranked.

Now the MX9 is going to be a pain the ass for THREE WHOLE SEASONS now. Are you kidding me?! What’s the point of having 50+ damn guns if I’m only going to see 2 of them used in ranked?!

People whining about unnecessary things like melee. Use a fucking shotgun or a tripmine for Christ’s sake! There’s a goddamn reason the shorty is a secondary you morons.

This seasons feels like I’m planning a granny simulator, I’m using an SMG and the movements feels so sluggish, how tf does an SMG feel slow?!

The devs complain about camping. How the flying fuck do you think people are gonna play if you keep on nerfing mobility. Why not just remove sprinting and sliding entirely since it barely makes a difference.

You guys had a good thing going and fucked it up. Nobody asked for any of this. All we wanted a goddamn MX9 nerf and you guys shat the bed with all these unnecessary changes.

Sometimes change is good, I admit that. But this is not a good change. This is ruining the playing experience

I’m not even gonna bother talking about desync, cuz at this points it’s clear you, the devs, don’t care. It’s only gotten worse and worse with each update. And before you ask it’s not my ping, that is a constant 60-70ms

And this isn’t even the entirety of the shit sandwich. There’s the lack of content in Undead Siege, don’t you fucking dare tell me that that new mission counts as a change you miserable troglodyte! There’s now new BP, and no Aether camos for the new guns and the camo challenges for those people who didn’t grind for the guns are bugged, why add it back of you didn’t do anything with the game mode?!

After getting a hold of 821-1 it was immediately clear it was an infected Canis lupus familiaris (German Shepard). Seeming less deformed as the other -1 specimens. Unlike other Specimens the snout and jaw is not extended from the skull. Still having some lips, when pulled up it shows the teeth that grew longer and sharper than one of the regular German Shepard

As for the rest of the body, it has contorted to a form unrecognizable with the German Shepard. Most of the skin on the legs are gone, fur of the canine is next to nonexistent. The spine trickles upon the top of the body as if it’s about to escape. The tailbone of the infected is gone leaving the tail a plump sack of flesh. And many stone like object leaving the skin from within the body.

Ferocious in nature, the infected will try to bite any living organisms nearby with its strong sense of smell. Using the sharp teeth it digs deep into the skin infecting the wound with venomous liquid slowly killing personnel from the inside if the Hound would be killed.

I’m reaching my wits end with the lag and force close issues…

Imagine it…BR Squad and you’re the only one left out of your team, they’re all watching. 10 people left and you’ve got gold.

You’re confident that you’re going to win this…in your zone, nothing will come between you and victory….

Apart from the game closing by itself…and in that 30 seconds it takes to reload you’re back in the lobby because the disconnect resulted in you dying. You didn’t even get to fight…

This happens on my iPhone 8 every single BR match I play.

My other phone has similar problems but never closes the app by itself, lately it’s just been a lot of lag spikes.

Why does CODM refuse to even acknowledge this issue?!? I’m going to be contacting the publishers tomorrow but ultimately this completely sucks the joy out of playing.

I’m going to stop spending money on this game for now, I don’t see the point. Sure in the grander scheme of things my few 100 is insignificant, but if enough of us take this approach it will lead to change.

I feel as though the Hard Wire perk is underused compared to the other green perks because this perk counters few thing ingame.

J358 and .50 GS Adjustment Idea

I think that the J358 is underused, and the reason the J358 may be underused is because the .50 GS can one shot kill to the head, while the J358 cannot unless stopping power is used, and the .50 GS has a larger magazine capacity than the J358.
Therefore, I suggest that the .50 GS should be nerfed by lowering its damage to be the same as the damage of the current J358 without stopping power, but still keeping its larger magazine. Meanwhile, the damage of the J358 should be increased to match the damage of the current .50 GS, allowing it to one shot kill to the head. As for the stopping power round, I think it should greatly increase the damage range of the J358.

Since people don't seem to know, you can build turrets in the zombie mode...

You can even upgrade them and make them stronger if you ever so slightly go out of your way to collect resources. Also, you can deposit extra resources into the warehouse, so your allies can upgrade their turrets. Building and upgrading turrets makes it easier for you to win, and you need to win in hard mode to get any progress to your aether camos.

But, to be non sarcastic, please do not play hard mode if you don't even know the basics of the basics of the game mode. You're just wasting everybody's time. Practice in normal mode to get a feel on how the game mode works, you can also level up your character that way so you're better prepared for hardmode.

Why I should be unbanned: I'm requesting an appeal because I believe I was falsely banned and I believe the ban should be lifted. I've attached a few videos of how I play. I started recording these after the first time I got banned. I don't think I'm a "pro" or a "god" at the game, but that's exactly how I play every Hardpoint/Free For All Shipment and I can't really do anything if people mass report me for playing like that and almost constantly dropping scorestreaks all game on them. I use an iPhone 12 Pro. I do not use an emulator of any kind. I do not hack nor cheat. I do not use any third party programs. I do not use a VPN, nor a jailbroken/rooted iPhone. I do not lagswitch, glitch, be toxic in chat. I do not go AFK. I play how I play and pretty much no life shipment when I try to grind for Diamond skins. Apparently that's a bannable offense. I already contacted in-game support and Activision player support via their Contact Us page and they both said they couldn't help me because they didn't have the power to unban, all bans are final and cannot be appealed. The only reason I'm typing this is because someone from the CODM discord recommended I make this post.

BR Stats make me tilt really hard, and it is affecting the people around me

What actually is the average stats of a player in BR games? I want to lower my expectations to myself and others. I was a casual way back until I invested time in this game, then I started caring for these stats in particular.

When we die early, I get angry at myself and it's affecting the people I play with. What should I actually do to not care for this? I can't help but check them out and feel bad because it is decreasing with each loss.

Massive suggestion to improve the overall gaming experience in Multiplayer Ranked. I really wish the devs see this.

Apart from the meta, the most off-putting part of playing multiplayer ranked, is the absurd matchmaking. Here's a genuine genuine suggestion, based on something that already exists in the game:

At the end of every ranked match, when the XP screen appears, there is a parameter called "Performance". And, this, in my opinion, is key to improving the ranked experience. The "Performance" parameter must be made stricter, even including negative points despite winning.

The performance parameter, must take into account, the player's performance, including kills, deaths, assists, objectives. And also teammates' and enemies' performances. What it will do is, despite winning, it will not grant a 50-60 XP increase to absolute dummies. Dummies who don't play OBJ, and don't get kills either. The ones in every match, with 2/25 K/D and 0-10 second objective time. Despite winning, they'll lose XP, owing to their horrible performance during the game.

This will, in my opinion, stop absolute bots from reaching higher tiers, because it will remove the "carry" factor. Hence, Legendary will have value. Good players will get matched against good players. Bad ones can stay in Elite tier and enjoy their little games. Everyone will have fun. Losing team MVP who gets 30/7 K/D with 1:30 obj time will not get negative XP. And balance will be restored. The matchmaking system can continue the way it is, with no changes, but the overall experience of Ranked, and the prestige associated with Legendary tier will be improved.

This is just a suggestion though. I'd love to hear the community's take on it!

I don't wana sound negative about the Game which I still play everyday but the game is not fun anymore.
It has become jarring, annoying, stressful.

The guns i think that need a buff

Especially the Man-o-war it was a very fun gun to use but now its recoil is just uncontrollable using the marks-man barrel and Ranger foregrip does help but its still hard to control and the gun is not very rewarding for the recoil if it had like a body damage multiplier or something it would be good.
And using meta weapons is not fun anymore i hope Activision nerfs the mx9 and holger

So, I was bored today and as one does - I did some Maths. Here are my findings.

Disclaimer: All CP values are India Server based, as is the cost.

If you are an OG player (since S1) and have bought every single Lucky Draw till date and want to know how much you've spent OR if you've ever wondered how much it would cost to buy every single Lucky Draw till date, you have come to the right place. (Updated till Chopper Rules of the Game)

Some guidelines that I set before calculations:

  1. Only Legendary and Mythic Draws (so, no Razorback Cosmos or either of the Firebreaks)
  2. The only exception is the OG Pumpkin Head Draw (CoDM's first draw ever)
  3. If I'm considering you bought the first draw, I'm not counting its Redux.
  4. If a gun came out in a Crate it's not counted, unless it has a Redux Draw.
  5. Legendary Gun Crates are excluded because they don't have a fixed result.
  6. Due to Rule 4. and 5. Pharo Dream Crystal is excluded.
  7. The special Holidays Redux Draw in 2019 allowed you to get both the AK117 and the DL Q33, so even though the DLQ never got its own separate Redux, it is counted.

Total CP required to buy every draw = 395455

Total CP required to buy all draws (Redux version only) = 357310

Here's where I should mention that most Reduxes are cheaper than their original counterparts, especially if they're older skins. CoDM Devs have made a clear effort in making the draws cheaper - here is some proof.

  • The Original Pumpkin Head Draw cost 23580 CP, the Redux was 4550 CP.
  • The Original AK117 Holidays Draw cost 7260 CP, now most draws cost 4950 CP.
  • The Holidays Redux Draw (with 2 Legendaries) cost 5350 CP.
  • The Man-o-War Dream Crystal, S36 Phobos, KN-44 Colour Spectrum, GKS Tactical Unicorn, and Cordite Zero-G were all 5000+ CP. While their Reduxes (except MoW and GKS) are all sub-5000.

If you bought all draws except the MSMC and purchased the Bundle instead - it will save you 3750 CP.

The cost of buying 395455 CP (if purchased strategically) is = ₹259559

this game is close to having the final nail in its coffin and it might be right now, there are lots of things to be done and hey activision, if you are seeing this then listen here: ranked is sweat simulator mobile, persistence, holger and mx9s everywhere, censorship, low framerate for some people, movement is now shitty, no der eisendrache, melees in snd, br is fucking boring like no new content for it and a lot more but sure, this post might look annoying and low effort but there is no other way activision LISTEN TO US since many mobile games are on the way and i hope this game gets fixed and never gets a dead, bad end (sorry for bad english im from syria)

Why are all my weapons now maxed ? Since weapon master came in some days I could still use the 5 xp cards to do the daily but know all weapons are mixed

Probably controversial but...

Are melee abusers really that bad? I mean, compared to meta abusers, I'd much rather deal with a full team of katana only users than meta only users. The melee abuser has several benefits and negatives with his playstyle. They gain extreme mobility and damage in exchange for range. I don't see why this game can't be like TF2 for example with it's demoknight and hybridknight. I see melee only users getting all this flack for running and killing people instantly. The MX9 kills people instantly but with range.

some questions about CP from a newbie

Just started playing the game a couple of weeks ago, excited to buy the new Halloween BP but want to make sure I’m understanding CP correctly before I do anything:

  1. Is there any way to earn CP in-game? Or is it real world $$$ only?

  2. Wish I could just spend $5 for the BP, but that doesn’t seem to be an option… As a player with zero CP, what’s the smartest way to buy the BP? Buy 880 CP for $9.99? Buy one 420 CP pack and two 80 CP pack?

  3. It looks like the BP rewards quite a bit of CP. Do many people just hold onto this CP and use it to purchase the next BP?

  4. Besides purchasing the BP, what’s the smartest way to spend CP? The amount of diff draw boxes in this game is absurd… my gut tells me they’re not the wisest thing to spend on

I'm unable to play the Garena version in Myanmar but from what I have searched, it says Garena works for SEA countries other than Vietnam and the only version that google play lets me download is the Garena version. I downloaded the global version from elsewhere and it works???

Yeah, I've only gotten three of these crates and somehow landed this stupid tag twice. I ranked up easily to Pro II but since then it has been quite a challenge for me. I was very excited when I finally reached Pro IV and got another Killer Constrictor crate. Only to get this tag again....okay fine whatever...let's see how many credits it converts into....1? Seriously Tencent and Activision? For an epic spray, that only gets 1 credit? I've gotten more from uncommon grenade skins in the lootboxes.

Tl;Dr The credit amount for duplicates needs to be raised. Better yet, get rid of duplicate items altogether, especially for something that is supposed to be a reward for increasing rank. That's like a slap in the face to me.
