Call of duty mobile account was hacked

My call of duty mobile account was hacked. The Activision recovery webpage will not let me proceed unless I create a new Activision account and link the blizzard or Xbox account in question to the new account. Why is hardscoping so hated amongst COD players?

Yesterday, I had an arrogant player write in the chat (in all caps): "STOP HARDSCOPING, YOU FAGGOT [insert my CODM name here]!" Of course, I had no problem with it at the time, because I was in Highrise and sniping is my forte when it comes to that map (and I also made it a point to snipe that guy as many times as I could, so he could get a sour bite to end the meal), but that one chat message really got me thinking. So I researched on "hardscoping" in Google and stuff and this is one of the answers I got:

Hardscoping: A term used to describe an FPS player (particularly COD) who uses a sniper rifle by aiming down the scope for more than one second. It is often frowned upon by plenty of people in the COD player base due to the more popular but not necessarily effective tactic of quick-scoping and because of how unstylish COD players seem to look at this as.

Note the last line. As it turned out, this spoiled player wasn't the only guy who frowned upon hardscoping/hard-sniping. Why is it that they seem to think of said tactic as "unstylish", because isn't that how the game wants us to use snipers?

Do you think the PP19 Bizon should be nerfed? If yes, how should it be nerfed?

Reasons to nerf the PP19 Bizon:

- Shortest TTK of 277ms at up to 17 meters.

- Low recoil with 90% being vertical.

- Great accuracy thanks to low ADS BSA.

- Forgiving ammo capacity of 64 rounds.

- Extreme ADS Movement Speed.

Reasons not to nerf the PP19 Bizon:

- Relatively low fire rate for an SMG.

- Insecure TTK due to inconsistent damage multiplier.

- Outperformed by several SMGs at closer range and by most ARs at longer range.

- Gunsmithing the weapon to secure its TTK and counter ARs requires sacrificing its mobility and control, making it vulnerable to other SMGs.

Conclusion: The weapon is fine the way it is currently in my opinion and needs no direct buffs nor nerfs. However, a possible way to indirectly nerf the weapon is to buff the other SMGs TTK at closer distances to increase competition.

I found the guy who stole my account!

So about 18 hours ago, my clan leader called me and asked me why I had left the clan. I told him I hadn't and I logged in to check why I wasn't in the clan anymore. Only to find that my name, loadouts, profile pic, and many other things had been changed. All my CPs were spent. All my Credits were spent. Even my settings were changed! The entire account was completely messed up.

So I did what any rational person would do, and I spent the next 18 hours changing every password on every account that I've ever owned, vowing all the while to find the bastard that stole my account.

And they left me a clue. They changed my name to TOM¤웃IR and played some games with other people with the 웃IR clan tag. Here's the screenshot I sent to my clan in discord. Look at how they messed up my Mythic AS VAL... a damn scope and extended mag. It comes with a built in red dot ya nub!

So I checked the profile of the other players who had that clan tag, and found it belonged to the clan PERSIAN.IR. And would you look at who their clan leader is!

I didn't want to jump to any conclusions, but then I found this in my match history. Multiple games played with a full clan crew. Here's another one. He did more damage to my KDR and accuracy than he helped btw...

Then we finally managed to get his name right in the player search, which led us to his actual UID. Of course he has his stats hidden.

So now I'm just trying to figure out how to get this to someone w...

Hey lads, so today I installed CoD Mobile again after a long time, I am from Season 1 but after Season 3 I stopped playing, I always logged in as a guest with a announymus (however you spell it) google play account, never my actuall one, now it wants me to log in with my actuall acc and it doesn't restore my old one, this means I lost all of my progress and I am trying to find a way to contact Activision about it but I can't, any help?

Hola gente vengo a comunicar mi tragedia y a advertirles, al parecer lograron entrar a mi cuenta de activision, realizaron el proceso de verificación de 2 pasos y creo que cambiaron mi correo.

Mi cuenta de COD MOBILE, está vinculada a esta cuenta de activision, por lo que el que hizo todo esto puede entrar a mi cod mobile por ese medio, y lo hizo, me cambió el nombre y se gastó mis COD POINTS, además que cuando entré a jugar ( tengo acceso a la cuenta porque en primer lugar está vinculada con Facebook y creo que eso no lo puede cambiar) lo atrapé jugando porque estaba en una sala de br.

Sé que realizaron la autenticación en 2 pasos porque me llegó un correo confirmando esto, junto con unos códigos backup.

Y creo que cambiaron mi correo porque cuando le doy a "recuperar contraseña" y coloco el correo que deseo recuperar, no me llega el correo de restablecimiento de contraseña.

Así que si no lo han hecho, hagan la autentificación en 2 pasos de sus cuentas ustedes mismos antes que alguien más lo haga :(

Ah, y si alguien sabe como ayudarme lo agradecería :) .

Hello people, I have come to communicate my tragedy and to warn you, apparently they managed to enter my activision account, they carried out the 2-step verification process and I think they changed my email.

My COD MOBILE account is linked to this activision account, so whoever did all this can enter my cod mobile by that means, and he did, he changed my name and spent my COD POINTS, in addition to when I went in to play (I have access to the account because it is linked to Facebook in the first place and I don't think that can change it) I caught him playing because he was in a br room.

​

I know that they performed the 2-step authentication because I received an email confirming this, along with some backup codes.

​

And I think they changed my email because when I click "recover password" and put the email that I want to recover, I don't get the password reset email.

​

So if you haven't already, do the 2-step authentication of your accounts yourself before someone else does :(

Oh, and if anyone knows how to help me I would appreciate it :).

I had a lost account and i connected it to google. It was around 5 months ago, so its outdated. My game doesn't let me sign in that account, and instead made me a new one. Major Ranked issue.

When I am forced into a loosing rank match (23/45 TDM) and don't even have time to carry to victory, I get docked rank because of this. It needs to be fixed. If I join a mid to late stage loosing ranked game, I should NOT be docked any points. Period.

So I signed up for the World Championship, got the frame you get when you sign up too and played a couple ranked matches (I'm Master 1 currently). I found the guy who stole my account!

So about 18 hours ago, my clan leader called me and asked me why I had left the clan. I told him I hadn't and I logged in to check why I wasn't in the clan anymore. Only to find that my name, loadouts, profile pic, and many other things had been changed. All my CPs were spent. All my Credits were spent. Even my settings were changed! The entire account was completely messed up.

So I did what any rational person would do, and I spent the next 18 hours changing every password on every account that I've ever owned, vowing all the while to find the bastard that stole my account.

And they left me a clue. They changed my name to TOM¤¤웃IR and played some games with other people with the 웃IR clan tag. Here's the screenshot I sent to my clan in discord. Look at how they messed up my Mythic AS VAL... a damn scope and extended mag. It comes with a built in red dot ya nub!

So I checked the profile of the other players who had that clan tag, and found it belonged to the clan PERSIAN.IR. And would you look at who their clan leader is!

I didn't want to jump to any conclusions, but then I found this in my match history. Multiple games played with a full clan crew. Here's another one. He did more damage to my KDR and accuracy than he helped btw...

Then we finally managed to get his name right in the player search, which led us to his actual UID. Of course he has his stats hidden.

Wall hackers

Just in pubs I've encountered 5 or 6 blatant wall hackers within 20ish games. I've stayed in the games just to report but we all know how inefficient that is.
So now I've just been reporting whales (people who spend wild amounts of money on the game) in the hope that enough whales will get false banned for Activision to implement a legitimate anti-cheat. Is it the right solution? No. Is it the only solution? Seems that way considering how long the community has been requesting it.

How to get Forced Laughter and Tactical Unicorn?

Hi everybody,

After buying Invocation and being really happy with it, I Recently decided I’d be down to drop some big bucks to get the other two legendary weapons I really think look dope, the tactical unicorn and forced laughter. I recently had the Forced Laughter clown gun lucky draw in the “For You” section of the store but I only completed a few draws from my leftover cod points and didn’t buy more since I already spent a lot (which I now regret).

Does anybody know/when/if how I can get these two legendary guns? Will the Forced Laughter lucky draw return even tho I already had it in my for you part of the store? Really appreciate any advice on how to acquire these fancy blasters! Thanks! 😄

iPad PRO M1 users - does your device dim the screen during a long session or playing while charging?

I have a 2018 iPad Pro and every time i play the game while charging the battery (usually in bed after playing in the living room) the screen will dim after a few minutes - sometimes two or three levels, to the point where it gets pretty dim. I have an apple keyboard cover and it seems like it happens less when i remove the cover, but that’s anecdotal at best and many times feels like there’s no difference.

If you have an M1 iPad Pro, does it have the same issue?

I believe I got banned falsely. I was playing the game and it said connection timed out or something like that then it said I was banned for a month. I don't know if it was because I wasn't using the official emulator (I was using bluestacks because the official one didn't work on my mac) or something else, but to my knowledge I don't think I was breaking any rules or anything. I believe that my ban was unfair and therefore I think it should be lifted.

Hey guys, I used to play CoDM in the early days of the game’s release. Recently, mostly out of boredom, I started playing again. Since there’s a lot of new weapons/attachments, I was wondering if someone could tell me what the best SMG/Assault/Snipers are along with the attachments to look out for. Issues with ranked

In my opinion I feel like rank xp points should be granted on purely performance and not just wether you win or lose but you could get a bonus if you win for example like a 20 extra rank xp every game no matter performance and a negative bonus for losing and/or performing bad and they should also have ranked matchmaking based off performance in past matched if any way possible. This is just my opinion because im tired of getting teammates that perform badly

My Brother's Fb Account got hacked, now he can't log in his CODM. It there anyway to open CODM without Fb Account?

So my brother's fb account got hacked and he uses that account to play CODM, which means it is link. Now it was hacked, he desperately wants to open his CODM, even without using Facebook.

Please, if you know a solution, I would love to know. We also tried every solution there is, (We tried recovering his facebook account but Facebook's service sucks. We also tried linking it to Garena, but you need to open Codm or Fb account to link it. We searched how to use OpenID but Google won't show me any tutorials or such). Any help will be appreciated.

Please fix the Marksman rifle sensitivity issue!

Ever since the S4 update, marksman rifles when used with ironsights are stuck to the same sensitivity value as sniper rifle scopes. This bug makes them near unusable, and for whatever reason it hasn't been fixed. The exact same bug applied to the SKS when it first released, and they fixed it after only a few days. Hopefully it can be fixed soon!

ayo since late last year around August or September I've been getting low fps when I play. I've already tried evething, factory restarting my phone/uninstalling the game a million times/deleting apps getting my overall storage super low/hard resets/tweaking my phones performance settings/using game boosting apps and the game still runs like dog shit. for me the weirdest thing is with my main device I dont lag nearly as much in pub matches compared to ranked its complete hell. I also heard android 11 fucked with the gaming of the phones that aren't the new flagships like s20 or wtv. I remember like 2 seasons back or something they optimized this game and it got better but after that it went back to normal then got bad again and this update has made it far worse. honestly br is smoother then ranked for me which makes 0 sense. does anyone actually have a solution bc I've tried evething.

I'm sometimes worried about getting banned from the game

I don't cheat or anything and I don't play on an emulator.. but just today I played a few matches while I had down time at work.. one went 60/0/6 and other went 54/3/5,

I'm worried that people report me for cheating when I'm not.

I have a friend who got banned from other games like pubg on PC and warzone on PC for just playing without cheats and doing great.

this morning around 8 :30 or :40 I woke up and booted up bluestack 5 and started playing 1 match to experience the game with bluestack for the first time. I just killed someone in a tank with a smoke grenade.

How? I have no clue. I tossed a smoke grenade at the tank to blind them and it killed them, getting me the victory. They had low health due to a nova gas I tossed earlier but I’m genuinely confused. I had no idea smoke grenades dealt damage. The more you know 🤷‍♂️

Can we get the option for more than 10 loadouts for MP? Pleaaasssseee?

So I’ve gotten really obsessed with cod mobile over the last month. The gameplay is great, but by far my favorite thing about the game is making characters in the load out section with unique styles, modded guns, and operator skills. Right now I have 9 characters that I really love that are ‘set’ and use the last slot as a flexible thing to change. But I really want to make more characters. It would be so cool to have at least 15 load out slots so that I could make each character with one of the different operator skills. I really want this feature, and would even be willing to pay a reasonable amount of CP (like 500 per load out slot) in order to make more permanent characters. This would also encourage me to buy more legendary guns and continue my battle pass sub.

In short Activision: let me make more characters by providing more load out slots and I will give you more money.

BTW, if I am an ignoramus and there is already some way to get more load out slots I haven’t yet discovered, please let me know!

Controller issues

My controller won't work for COD Mobile. The game says my controller is paired and it was working literally yesterday, but now it's stuck on stupid. I can jump and switch guns with my controller but the triggers, bumpers, and analog sticks don't work.
I've tested the controller. I've tried disconnecting and reconnecting my controller, restarting my phone, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, force closing, and clearing the cache. Nothing is working

So here's my thoughts on the championship structure:

  1. Everyone should be alloted an automatic team similar to their skill level after progression to stage 2.
  2. There should NEVER be a situation where somebody who has progressed past Stage 1 cannot find a team.
  3. With these improvements it would be a truly fantastic competition.

Does anyone has Flacko CODM's music playlist?

As y'all know Flacko is GOATed sniper in the game, and his montages use sick music.

What’s the best way to get gold completion on assault rifles?

Which objective or games do I wanna play to help me reach the skins on the gun fastest. Or do I wanna use tdm and free for all? Also what helps get headshots easier I’ve been practicing a lot but sometimes with assault rifles it’s hard because when you shoot multiple bullets one of the bullets could hit them in the head but the kill shot would hit them in the neck so it doesn’t count as a HS. Anyway any tips for getting the skins faster would be appreciated. Right now I only have the M4 and AK-47 gold. Very close to getting HRB3 and peacekeeper gold as well, stuck on headshots though :(.

Big ole account issue question

Started playing yesterday, played for a while, was logging in using Google account.

Bought some cod points for something, again Google account used.

Linked controller today, stopped working after 4 games.

Trouble shooting said to uninstall and reinstall if restarting game and phone doesn't work...so I uninstalled and reinstalled after trying first options.

Account is gone, along with money spent. Apparently logging in using my Google account, doesn't mean it was actually associated with my Google account?

Nickname is still in use the game says...so, how do I recover the account? Logging in from my Google account created a brand new character account.

Haven't ever had this issue on any other.mobile game ever, since choosing to log in using your Google credentials always associates the accounts automatically...I also couldn't manually link the accounts when prompted in game as they were already technically linked... I'm confused what is happening.

Anyone with first hand experience able to shed light?

Why can't we have different sets for UI layouts?

I'm so done with the fact that I can't have different custom UI layouts for when I play on a tablet and on a phone.

Sometimes I wanna play on my phone, but I just can't be bothered with recreating my old custom layout whenever I get back on my iPad.

It's a pretty simple thing that should've been added in the game since the beginning.

Glitche in clan wars?

My clan won 2/3 final nodes (it wasn’t even close, like 6k-10k point wins on the domination and predator drone challenges and me and my clan were all on there and watching it until it finally ended so we know for sure we won). This gave us enough points to take the lead, which is why we focused on them and yet once clan wars ended, it said we came in 3rd place, none of the points had updated (or have updated since) and it said we only had won 1 node (which we won at the beginning of clan wars).

Anyway, we can’t find any answers as to what happened. The point totals didn’t take into account the final 3 nodes. None of this makes any sense.

My clan is pretty pissed because we spent MANY HOURS up late at night and up until the last second making sure we won…and yet NONE of it even counted! It’s like the final 3 nodes didn’t count for anything whatsoever!

There’s been no update or no correction. A new series just started with new clans.

My whole clan is bummed out and we are refusing to play anymore because what’s the point of the game doesn’t even update accordingly? Hope you guys can fix this. The name of my clan is Dark Union.

Garena CODM

My facebook got hacked, so I decided to deactivate it. What I did was connect my Garena to Facebook, then login to the game using garena. Afterwards, I removed the login of my garena and codm from my facebook then continued on to deactivate my account. I was wondering if after the 1 month given time, is if my gamedata from facebook would now be on Garena? I hope I made sense.

Please I'd like to know, is it true that with the new "For You" feature in the store, if you've bought some items from a particular draw, by the time it reappears in "for you" it will be the same as you left it according to the items you've already gotten? Tip: If you want a close look at a skin drop it on the ground. The gun is fully rendered and you can look as close as you want. Just make sure to pick it up every few seconds so it doesn't despawn.

Marksman Rifles and Snipers have same sensitivity, but snipers have default scopes and marksman dont.

So the sens. i use for snipers is perfect for zoomed scopes but is too less for marksman, so everytime i wanna use marksman i gotta change my sens, which is frustrating.....

Just add a seperate sensitivity setting for Marksman Rifles plz..
