Scorestreaks tier list

I am going to give you in my opinion, the ranking of all streaks in the game. I am also going in order by ranking all of them in the game from best to worst.

S tier:

VTOL (Best streak in the game): This thing is insane. It would cost you 1600 points to call in a huge gunship that has rockets and unlimited explosive rounds to decimate the enemies. If you think it is somewhat hard to earn this streak, try running the uav and cluster strike with it. You will still have to put in some effort, but the end result is satisfying.

Advanced UAV: Some might argue that the standard UAV is better, but the advanced uav is better bc it lasts longer, shows the enemies' directions and cant be SHOT down. Yes it is more expensive than the standard uav, but to me atleast, it pays off.

​

Stealth Chopper: Now I wanted to put this thing in the number 1 spot, but the reason I didn't was the fact that it gets shot down faster sometimes. Overall though, its very good to earn, and the AI on it is very good too, so expect to get around 8 kills, or sometimes 10+.

​

UAV: This is pretty self-explanatory.

​

A tier:

XS1 Goliath: This thing is pretty awesome. I love using it on small maps like nuketown, or sometimes shipment so I can go crazy on people. The only problem is the mobility. If you don't know how to properly use this streak, u can be a sitting duck, just waiting to give free score to the enemy.

​

Cluster strike: many people would ignore the cluster strike, bc they think it will give u at most 2 kills or they don't exactly know where to call it in. However, I recommend that you try using the cluster strike more often, so that once you learn abt it u can easily get 4-5 kills with it.

​

Counter UAV: Counter UAV for the most part is underrated imo. It would block off the mini map but not help u any shape or form. It just hurts the enemy, however, when they have no idea where u and ur teamates are, u can easily flank them or ambush them and get many kills as much as poss...

Trouble launching the app pls help

Whenever i try to launch the game a white screen showing this message appears:

"We're sorry, an error has occoured during the Google Play download. Be sure your connection is stable or try again later. If you cant solve the problem look up the official site or ask the community for help."

I've tried to uninstall and install again the game, an it would work for only a day or two, and since it's such a big download i'd pretty much like to avoid doing that every two days. Can anyone help?

Here is the original error message (i'm italian, i may have mistranslated something):
"Purtroppo c'e stato un errore durante il download di Google Play. Assicurati di essere connesso a una rete stabile e prova ancora piu tardi. Se non riesci a risolvere il problema, consulta il sito ufficiale o la community per ulteriore aiuto."

Smoke Bomber class is annoying.

Smoke bomber is the most annoying class. If your teammate has it other 3 are useless in fights in smoke. Also make you vulnerable to the outside threats. Inside smoke we can't see the enemies other than the smoke bomber and outside we can't see any enemy inside smoke. It's on the smoke bomber to wipe many as possible enemies before smoke runs out and we join in a fight. Our one teammates likes to use it even though its inconvenience to us. We just stand outside watch our backs and look into smoke for any enemies to pop out.

So guys how do you play with a smoke bomber and a smoke bomber teammate. what are your strategies?

u/CallOfDutyMobile Loved the new weapon balance update! But there are a few issues with character voice-lines. Alias' voice-lines were supposed to be available in the S4 update, but they aren't there. I tried reinstalling the game twice and downloading all in-game files again, but still no use. Unresponsive Touchscreen. Help?

Hiya!

I recently transitioned to playing using 4 fingers. My ADS button is now in the top right corner of my touch screen. I have noticed that sometimes (until I restart codm) my screen consistently does not register finger taps where my notification bar would be if I have another finger touching the screen. If I don't have another finger touching, it registers but with a slight delay only. Any ideas?

Nerf the thermite pls

I dont agree with nerfing the damage but I think they should nerf the slowing effect of the thermite since its basically a cryo bomb with damage 😐. also it should stop dealing damage when the person who threw it is killed (ex. someone stuck a thermite on you but you were able to kill him before the thermite killed you, it should stop burning and dealing damage to you) Also nerf the damage area since sometimes i take damage from it and die even when i am 1-2 meters from it.

This update was almost the perfect update aside from the overbuff on the qxr and the overnerf on the locus ads speed
(the other snipers are perfectly fine, but i think since locus has a smaller hitbox than the dlq it should have faster ads but more flinch to compensate for faster ads like the outlaw)

The only real broken things right now are the thermite and qxr which will hopefully get balance changes in a mid season update. Thank you for attending my TED talk

What do y’all think about snipers?

I’ve been playing with them and there still really good even in close range when paired with a pistol but there not as broken as they were before. You can quick scope to an extent but you should be playing more in mid range and long range and slightly campy. Overall I really like the nerfs and enjoy playing with them more this season. Also does anyone have a good DLQ build that has less aim swat and good ads time?

Rambo’s voice is so quiet you can barely hear it

Why can’t a huge company like CODM do proper voices. Most new skins lack voice for statements like “Well done” and the recent Rambo skin (which is awesome) unfortunately has some of the worst audio possible.

I used to be able to use ADS with out the ADS button. Now I cannot..?

I got a new phone a transferred all my data, I log into the game and go to play a match and I have to use the ADS button now instead of simply pressing tap and holding the right side of the screen. It’s really messing me up.

I’ve tried to adjust all setting for hours. I can’t even submit my question about it to CODM support. Is there a way I can adjust back to my old settings?

What are the "elimination special effects" on purple weapon blueprints ?

Just wanted to ask this.

I have a couple purple blueprints (namely, the meteor fall Ak smg from the credit shop and the newly released VHS effect assault rifle) and they both state in their description, in a little purple icon, that "this weapon has special elimination effects".

Yet I've got plenty of kills with both of those guns, and I don't think I've ever seen special effects when I kill someone. I didn't expect anything too crazy like what you get with some of the expensive guns, but I was wondering what is happening.

Left joystick is freezing when I use 3 finger claw

So, I just recently started using the 3 finger claw method and my left joystick freezes all the time. I have to take my finger off the screen and reposition to get it to work again. As they are right now, if you are using either scorestreak and die, which mind you is very easy as the scorestreaks will only deploy if you're in open space (so can't be next to a wall/in a corner), they prematurely end. The VTOL which works similarly when operating it (you stand still while operating it) still allows you to control it even if you are killed so I don't see why these two scorestreaks are exceptions.

Imagine calling in a VTOL and while you are using it, someone finds you and kills you, thus ending the VTOL right there and then. It wouldn't be fun would it?

As the Dragonfire and Hawk are right now, the risk heavily outweighs the reward and there's really no point to using them. Please tweak them to be usable through death, thanks

Fairly new to CodMobile, what was this?

So I was just playing a match of frontline on the crossfire map trying to rank up my snipers. There was a sniper on the enemy team using the locust I believe, and every time I got hit by him it had the “explosive“ icon around my and a dinging noise. What was this? I mean he’s sniping me from across the map he’s not throwing grenades at me, I watched the kill cam.

  1. When I try to link my account with a cod account in main menu screen it just shows a blank white screen.

Fix your servers.

Desync is currently at it's highest. Random ping spikes, sudden frame drops and to top it all off, absolutely asshole level hit registration. It takes 40 rounds shot at the opponents body only to realise that they're at 50 HP. Bullets just seem to phase through opponents like as if nothing hit them, only for them to 2 tap me with an SMG.

Before y'all say that "oH iT'S jUSt yOuR iNTerNeT cOnNeCTiOn", I play on 100 mbps wifi, with only one device connected to it.

u/COD_Mobile_Official we need some sort of server improvement.

So I bought the battle pass for 160 INR in battle pass sale that happens around every season end. It offers you 220 CP which are enough to buy another battle pass. I picked up the game again after not playing for a long time (played around release for a short time)

I thought the game would be pretty active knowing the popularity of CoD and it's free. But to my surprise the matches I play are a lot of bots. I'm playing the core modes like TDM and Domination but every time I win easily because everyone shoots like a Storm Trooper.. and that might even be an insult for the Storm Trooper.

If I played long enough in one go I found myself against some real players because I was starting to get owned hard which I'm more used to in these games.

Can anyone tell if this is just the game making it "fun" for me so I'll stick around and ease back into the game or am I playing the wrong modes?

SUGGESTION: Clan Features

  • Add like 5 Officer Roles
    (They've the ability to invite/accept members but not able to kick anyone unlike Vice Master)

  • Transferring the ownership of Clan Master to someone new requires at least 3 days to fully take effect, cancellation before the 3 days will terminate the transfer.
    (This is to prevent accidental transfers which has unfortunately happened to quite a lot people and they're unable to get back the ownership)

  • Ability to change Clan Name

  • More filter options for Clan requirements (e.g Rank, KDA, etc)

In-game store not letting me make purchases

So I've been playing COD:Mobile for a few years and finally decided to buy a battle pass. But my in-game store shows me the currency of UAE, Dubai, this is because I linked my Activision account which was created in Dubai. Now my region is stuck in Middle East even tho I've been India for the past 2 years. Even my world chats in Arabic. I tried buying CP from the store but it won't accept payments made in India thinking I'm in another country. I bought a gift card to redeem thinking it'll work but game rejects that too saying it's not available in the country I'm in. Warfare Bugs

There are a few things I would like to report, some of them may not be bugs but they should be looked at.

- overheating when playing warfare, I play on iPhone XR and my phone heats up after one game, and it dims my display making it harder to play

- frame drops

- guns (at least the Holger, that's all I've been using) firing sounds are laggy, sound cuts off and comes back making it sound really bad

- when respawning it sometimes spawns you right in front of the storm (idk what it's called, the blue wall), causing you to fly into it and take damage

These are the bugs I've come across. there may be more so list them in the comments. devs if you could take a look at these that would be great

  1. showing an on screen message when you unlock a camo on a weapon (upon getting gold camo you would see a little box showing the gold camo and it would say “you unlocked gold camo”

  2. for certain types of kills (headshots, long shots, collateral) show the name of the kill on screen for a second. This helps a ton with grinding camos so you can make sure you’re getting the right type of kills

  3. let us edit loadouts mid game. This is a feature in modern warfare and it’s not like it gives you an advantage. You’re taking time away from the game which technically puts you at a disadvantage. It would be a nice feature

  4. adjust the customization feature in gunsmith so we can drag and drop plus scale stickers anywhere we want on the gun. Limiting our cool stickers to tiny little pixels at a place we can’t even see it makes no sense

  5. this is a pointless one but would be kind of fun: let us use our emotes in the opening “scene” before a match begins. When all our characters stand in a circle and the camera pans across us it would be fun to show off our fave emotes

  6. bring back the tokens feature from the original zombies mode. F2P players could slowly accumulate tokens for a character or a weapon skin by grinding enough. If you look at a game like War Robots, they have this feature implemented but it’s such a long grind to earn the paid item for free that it doesn’t stop ppl from making IAP’s. It wouldn’t hurt their sales at all I’m sure, but would get more players grinding more often

  7. fix snipers on br. Comparing sniping in pubg mobile to codm is like comparing a Doberman to a chihuahua. The bullet doesn’t seem to have a realistic path. You can’t even see the bullet trail. Unless I find the exotic arctic, I don’t use snipers at all in br

Im in desperate need of MP ranked playing friends, its depressing to end a match 20/50 and over half the kills being me, makes me wanna put down the game for a while, instead of grinding legendary on MP

Why does CODM hate us sniper mains so much :(

Honestly I’ve been playing the game ever since it came out, and also been a sniper main since then, but then the big new update came out everyone was happy about it.... except the ADS became slower than my grandma, and I tried it for a bit and ngl hated the ADS speed. After that I dropped the game, till a month ago when I heard from a friend that they sped the ADS up a bit, sure it was a bit faster, but it was still very slow compared to the original, and now in the new update they nerfed snipers in close range combat, like come on devs.... have mercy 😞

I was playing around with attachments, and realized the "default look" button wasn't actually giving my weapon its default appearance in the menu. On the home screen, my character is holding the default look, but in the menu, it just appears as a mishmash of random junk

From all the things they buffed this season... DID THEY BUFF THE BOTS OF ALL THINGS???

I swear to God bots are one of the worse things in codm right now in both mp and br. In mp it's already bad they can track you through the walls and headshot as you peak but now they're strafing better than most legendary players. And in BR, sometimes bots are able to delete most of my HP, it's a little annoying especially when a little when you have adrenaline but earlier while I was fighting a someone with no armor, a damn bot suddenly appears deletes 80 hp, awkwardly runs away then the other guy just finished me off with 1 bullet. That just was pure bullshit I almost iFerged my phone.

Desync has ruined this game for me.

I have 12GB ram, 888 Snapdragon chipset, and a 5G network connection in the US. After the update my ping went from 40ms to over 70ms. I can draw my weapon first every time, and still get killed. I can't avoid enemies using cover, because they are literally 2 seconds in the future. Which means that I'm dead before I can even move around a corner. I was so close to getting Legendary before the update that killed this game for me came down. Now, I'm just moving backwards. I feel like an absolute fool for spending all of the money that I have on this pos game. Server maintenance appears to be pretty low on Activision's list of priorities, and it's gonna cost them good PAYING customers like me. Game performance should be the #1 priority for all games, but Activision clearly doesn't understand this.

Help with hacked account.

So I've been a player since day 1 of the game, I've bought several hundreds of dollars worth of CP. I go maybe a month or two of continuous play and then go into a 10 month hiatus. I logged in again around a week ago, and i find that my BattlePass is level 270, all CP gone, and name changed.

What i think happened is that somehow the Hacker got into my account and linked an activision account into his own (I usually log with Facebook but i had an activision account linked too) So now the Hacker and i are stuck with the same account, he can't unlink my Facebook account and i can't unlink his activision account. Is there something I can do to stop him? It's really annoying

Help needed

I had a level 106 account called "Lotherzell" which im pretty sure was logged in with a google account but i would use the guest log in because it was quicker, but when I upgraded my phone, I use the gmail i had on it and it says "create a new account". I dont know why but it won't let me on it anymore, I can still look at my old account with my new account but i can't get on my old account. Shotgun long range?

Okay so we all know how bad the range is with shotguns, it's horrible.....

The developers like to balance guns (you'll see this in the new nerf) and make Sniper campers and SMGs runner's.

Personally I dislike shotguns in-game, but the range of a 11/12 gage is amazing in real life... I've seen people hit a target at 100m+ when shooting clay pigeons, yet the striker (a barrel round shotgun capable of carrying mini missiles) will do little damage past 20 meters.

Dlq outlaw and locus users are still able to rush me, it shouldnt be like that, if codm wants a balanced game they should make the max ads for the outlaw around 500-600ms and the dlq and locus around 900-1000ms so that in close range, smgs will have a chance to kill them. marksman should also be nerfed, everyone is running red dot now, the marksman ads speed with rds should be 700ms and with 6x scope it should be 1200ms so smgs and ars can have a chance to compete with them even at long range since smgs ttk at long range is 300-500ms. im tired of snipers quickscoping with their broken guns that take 0 skill.

Who remembers the "all mic/ear" feature in BR

This is one minor feature that I really miss from the earlier seasons.. The all mic/hear feature where if you set your mic and/or earphone to ALL, you can hear and talk with other non-teammate players who have also set their mic and/or earphone to ALL; granted you are in audible range (ie: some 4-5 metres).
