So lately I've been seeing posts asking to remove crates altogether. Honestly for a mobile game, an item shouldn't cost this much. And after it is clear they are not gonna remove it, they should improve the crate system.
First of all, the good items in the crate have very low chances, and the rest of the crate being filled with trash fillers, so some may need to go over 100 pulls to get something they like in the crate.
So what could be done. They could give us a choice to pick up an item from the crate, like after a certain number of pulls, say 50-60. So you have a definite chance to get your favorite item from the crate after 50-60 pulls if you were unable to get it in the 50-60 pulls. Why I'm emphasizing on 50-60 pulls is because, you could choose one of the weapons after 50 pulls, but if you don't want any weapons, you could choose a character at 60 pulls. And then if you want any other item, you could keep buying them further getting another choice after certain pulls, this time say 30-40.
Also, they could decease the price of the crates, but with the idea I've stated, that isn't much needed.
The number of pulls I've stated are just an example, you could comment what could be better. And if you could improve my idea, go ahead.
