Reset back to level 1?

Is there a way to reset level 1 without losing guns from crates and skins etc? Kind of bored not having anything to grind with anymore just fancy a reset to go sweaty with K/DR😂

in-game lags, framedrops, terrible graphics

Please CODM make the graphics more fixed (like the past season's graphics) it causes the game to be like pixelated bug or glitch that I haven't experienced back in the past season's. Please if possible make your required specs for the game lower just like back then. I'm sure you're well aware that your game isn't that playable for everyone, you make free skins and free good characters but your game specs needs to be lower to be playable for us budget gamers.

Running animations got a huge update!

Sprinting animations of all guns are much faster than before in the public test build. But not a single person seems to talk about it. Before the s13 test server all the heavy guns(snipers, lmg, some ar) seemed so slow while sprinting. But now all of them feel fast like the other main line call of duty games which makes the game feel a lot more fast paced than before. This is such an awesome update and I hope this stays when season 13 drops.

Dead silence Nerf

Please reconsider the dead silence nerf because it will ruin SND, it will be a campers meta, at least make it charge like the operator skill but zero dead silence while springing will basically render the dead silence perk completely useless which in turn will encourage players to camp more, thank and keep up the good work

Diamond Camo

Hey CODM Devs! I am a player from Beta of this game and have been playing and enjoying the game from that. From season 9 I am trying to get that damascus and I am almost there but the REAL QUESTION is that I have heard that in order to get a Diamond Camo we don't need to grind for the damascus.

PLZ clear this and if possible then plz dont do that because it wouldn't be fair for the players who grind this much for the Damascus and if you decide that Diamond Camo can be obtained without Damascus then it would be unfair and I believe that only the deserving should get this much excellent skin.

HVK-30 NERF

So I used the legendary blueprint to test large caliber. The HVK large caliber has been nerfed. It now takes 5 shots to kill from 20 meters. FINALLY. (also tested it in crossfire against a bot like how path tested it, the nerf is indeed finally here)

Ban without proper reason twice in a row

Hello, Im here writing to you because I am having an issue with my account which has (I guess) a bug. I received after playing exactly TWO games, a ban which lasted 24 hours. So I was like okey, I am gonna wait but once the ban has been done, I started playing again and one more time, after playing exactly TWO games, I have gotten an another ban which lasts 7 days this time. While when I am using my girlfriend's account or even an another account (one that I created after the first ban) nothing happen, so It doesnt come from my gameplay or anything, it is on my main account that something just goes wrong. The nickname of that account is Pudd1n (IDs: 6746205848945295362) . Of course after those bans I went to contact in live some assistant support and I got told that they couldnt help me, that they couldnt take any action on studio's decision. I asked for a way to contact the "studio" and I couldnt get any positive answer. I am afraid that even if I wait the end of that 7 days ban, the bug happens one more time and I get banned again, it must be fixed.

I have to mention that I made purchases on the game, I cant simply accept to get randomly banned without a proper reason. So I would like to know the reason why (if there is any) or a way to issue a charge back.

About the beta

The public beta is running unexpectedly running smooth on my phone (Realme5i).My phone has a SD665 chip and I used to play both MP and BR in low graphics.It used to give me 40-55FPS.But in the public beta I am playing smoother than before on high graphics with some compromise.I got approximately 30-40 FPS and device is not hitting up like before.I appreciate CODM for this optimization.In BR mode I guess the bullet spread is little fixed...Thanks CODM for the fixing our game.Not sure completely fixed though 😅

False Banned

Hi. I haven’t played call of duty mobile in a few months and I came back to see my account was banned for ten years. I have frequently struggled with being banned for no apparent reason in the past due to my devices jailbreak however I have apparently been banned for 10 years. Does anybody know how to fix this?

Ban Appeal

Does anyone know how to appeal a call of duty mobile account. It was banned back in the false banning stage of codm and I deleted it. I assumed the ban would’ve been appealed over the 8 month period however it’s still banned for 10 years. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Codm we need to talk...

Hi Codm, you might not see this but if you do please take the time to read it. I have a couple suggestions to make this game better.

-While it is good that you add new modes and weapons each season along with a new BP something needs to be done to change things up a little bit. Each season we already know what to expect in the battle pass (4 character skins, 4ish Epic gun skins, a themed camo for br stuff, and enough cp for the next battle pass) and this can sometimes get stale even though there are 50 tiers to grind through. The problem is that if your like me you will have your bp done halfway through the season with not much after tier 50 but 50 credits every tier. What I suggest you change about this is that you either extend the battle pass (tier 75 maybe) and keep the credit system the same, or change out the credit system for an epic tier crate system that would only be attainable via the battle pass.

-Second, we need a new main BR map. Don't get me wrong I love Alcatraz but it just isn't that classic battle royale mode like something like isolated. The problem is that if you want to play classic battle royale you have to play on isolated. Even though there are new places added every two months it doesnt make up for the fact that the map its self is just getting way too bland. I know this is suggesting alot, but what needs to happen is a new battle royale map that is the size of isolated and has that classic battle royale feel. If you wanted to scrap isolated I might be ok with that, but only if we get a totally new map in return. I know it is alot to ask considering you just added Alcatraz into the game not to long ago but right now it feels like the only viable map and mode because of the fact that isolated its self is just so boring now a days. And how is codm supposed to compete with games like pubg when we only have 1 and 2/3 battle royale maps.

-Next up is zombies, BUT HEAR ME OUT FIRST. Every couple seasons or so we have had a new huge update that brought a lot more to the game....

Nuketown Russia Theory

First let me state that I can't play in the test server as I am on iPhone, but one thing I noticed is when watching people play Nuketown Russia, at the end of the match it plays a cutscene. Now I don't know if this is specifically for this map, but I believe this would be the nuke launching at the end of the match, and the bunker from S11 is just a placeholder. Also in the lobby, there is a nuke in the background. What do you think?
