Anybody else having Battle Royale matchmaking issues?

As of lately it's been hard for the game to apparently fill in an entire fpp squad, and usually puts me either alone or with only one other person in an entire bot lobby.... or if I do get full squads, there's always one afk, one who's playing the game for the first time ever and doesn't know what the shoot button is, and one decent but not good player.. just wondering if anybody else is experiencing this.

Lil subreddit feedback what is just the plain truth

Since it is so fitting for the last month of the year, and because the subreddit is like that even rn, it's time to make a conclusion of the subreddit. You can hate or downvote me as much as you want. Just saying the truth and by downvoting and hating me you're just proving my points.

  1. We want this turns into we hate it after it's implementation:

People wanted Akimbo, Akimbo gets hated everywhere rn.
People wanted HBR, complained later how overpowered was.
People wanted more modes, found those modes boring afterwards.
People WANTED ZOMBIES, found it boring afterwards and then it got removed and everyone misses it not because it's oh so OG and cool.

Do you see a pattern here? Most stuff that gets wished by the subreddit gets quickly hated or trashtalked after it's release. Like immediately.

  1. Karmawhoring and Upvote Manipulation:

So I get you people loved to debate about if blue or red wins over a dumb backpack, to then just throw into the inventory and never actually use it, but dear boi got this used by karmawhores, not even that, specific problems, legit movements, etc. Karmawhores used it all the time, with no effort at all and got to 6,4k without anyone ever mentioning that legit hard worked fanart disappears in the dust or gets stolen by said karmawhores.

Oh and lets type "pls upvote" or "please don't downvote for the extra upvotes". Of course I already see the comments "why do you care about karma so much". I don't, I just like to adresse it so that either someone gets that those effort memes are just pure garbage OR so that i can have fun to read very pissed comments. Like I said, when you hate, you're just proving my points.

  1. Dev hating for small mistakes:

Oh our favorite catagory of the entire thing. Before you guys type angrily how I "deny the existence of bugs". I don't. I never encounter them but I know they exist and they should be fixed. But you got to see that somehow everyone turned into a wannabe map coder or programmer to explain how to fix a game. Yes it's 6 months with no...

Hi guys i have a doubt in this game i started to play codm from middles east country but im from asia. For me all the crates and lucky draw starting spin and battles pass all are high. But in asia its different also too much less. So after if i went to my country it will change the currency for asia or it will be the same like before for example in middle east starting cost for lucky draw is 30cp in asia its starts 10cp. can we get a legendary Locus in season 13.. stop giving legendries for the newly introduced guns which we havnt gotten accustomed to using yet, u can rather put those at the end of the season not at the start..

put the best draws at the start of the season so can atleast use it during the season and not only 1-2 weeks before the season ends

That knights divided timer... and the overall event.

I say we petition Call of Duty Mobile and Activision to give out one level of rewards as an apology for the misleading timer. Most companies would make good on the people they mislead. To make the lot of people think they had days left when it wasn't the case is a smack in the face of the players that tried to grind for all the free items.

I understood that I had more time. But that wasn't the case and now the event is over and Im left with a bitter taste in my mouth as well as im sure hundreds of other players have the same sentiments.

Give all people that didn't get to finish the event due to the misleading timer one reward teir up. Im not saying everything in the event, but just the next reward. It's not much but im sure it will make shit a bit better since the devs fucked up and no one did anything about it

How do you cancel a stealth chopper

Trying to grind a bit in pubs for camos. Occasionally My finger accidentally pushes on the stealth chopper. This is especially annoying when it happens to be against all bots. Is there a way to cancel it once you click on it? Thus far I am left with calling In a stealth chopper on the opposite side of the map, but is still somehow gets kills. Thanks.

I need to ask a serious question

So earlier today I was playing Rapid Fire. I had the Cold-Blooded perk on, and that says that AI-controlled scorestreaks cannot target you. Then someone (couldn't get the name) uses a Hunter Killer Drone and it locks on to me. No other teammate of mine was near me, it just locked onto ME. So now I need to ask, is the Hunter Killer Drone excluded from the Cold-Blooded perk or is there something else going on here???

Unplayable lag and device slowing down: OnePlus 6T

Currently using an OnePlus 6T. Game was running very very smoothly with high graphics and max frame rate. Now, even with low graphic and frame rate, it's literally impossible to play the game. Phone is hearing up, lagging and a touch is taking 4-5 seconds to even get registered

BR GRAPHICS.

Devs, the BR graphics right now is bright, colourful. There is nothing wrong about that. But I really really think that the pre s11 BR graphics was better. It was a bit darker but the grass colors weren't blown out. Idk how to explain it precisely and many others can explain it better.

Observation (part 2)

I never know that I’ll make a part 2 of this, but here you go. But before I start, I wanna tell you guys that this is a very subjective post, you guys can disagree with me.

- Point #1: CoDM has the best thing in almost any CoD, but it also carries the problem that every CoD has / used to have.

+ Issue #1: connection. This is the same as Black Ops 3 at launch. Desync is no surprise, it was so bad that sometimes your gun feels like a hitmarker machine. And they fell off the wallrun too.

+ Issue #2: variant system. This was the same as Advanced Warfare, and Infinite Warfare. Which were the built-in perks in weapon camos (Rare - Epic - Legendary). Thankfully we alao had some free Epic skins with had the same perk. But the best thing was in S9, when all camos became pure cosmetics like CoD WW2 and BO4.

+ Issue #3: similar to #2, but this time around, it was even worse: new DLC weapons behind paywall. Yes, I was talking about the MoW and Pharo Dream Crystal, ICR Dark Matter, Locus and Razorback Cosmos / Cosmic (same camo but had 2 different names), and especially the most fatal case: the HBR Dragon Dance outrage. Thankfully, the developers listened to the community, CoDM got over this for around 5 months, now all DLC weapons can be obtainable via challenges just like Infinite Warfare, WW2 and MW 2019. This problem got worst in BO3 and AW, they locked new weapons behind the Drops, and especially in BO3, there were many good DLC weapons, which made it a P2W game. Well, looks like that era is over now. Thanks Activision.

+ Issue #4: Persistence perk vs CoD WW2’s Requisition perk / basic training. This thing CANNOT work with Scorestreak or literally any streak system, just like how pick 10 was ditched in favor of Gunsmith because they obviously cannot work alongside each other. If you look up the CoD Wiki about Requisition, you can notice that it has the same description as Persistence. This thing needs to be completely removed, no excuse here. Leaving CODM FOREVER due to my Clan 😭

I really liked playing CODM and I have been playing it since its first Beta. It has already been a Month since I have left CODM. I am kinda sad as I was a part of a Top 50 Clan's T2 Team and was about to make my way to T1 but secondly, I was good in Studies too but all these Clan work and stuff was troubling me as they kept on calling me to join for a practice Match. I have never refused them since I have joined the clan but due to certain circumstances, I refused them for a week straight and told them that I will play less Matches for a Month. But they didn't agree, so at the end, I agreed to play with them during my Online Classes (it was my first time, skipping a class). I played with them and Top fragged in every single Match (I was pretty happy that I will not get removed) but sadly, after these matches, I was REMOVED from my Team and they moved me to Casuals.. Reason for that removal was, I had turned off my Audio for the whole matches. And at the end, I felt pretty bad. And Finally, I decided to leave CODM and never look back to Competive Scenerio of any game even tho how good I play! All my SKILLS are probably gone by now as it has already been a month. Just a long sad story of mine. At the end, GOODBYE CODM!!

Need help with my gaming profile

I used to own a cod mobile account that was registered to my google, email, google play store, Activision account (linked) (My previous original account), etc. I lost everything, all the data, the purchases and grinding etc. I lost all hopes of recovering it but I linked it with my wife's FB account. Forcibly I had to create a new account, a new Activision account, a new Gmail, FB and linked it with the same. I directly linked it with Activision and failed to start the game as a guest in my new email, instead used my old email login. Now I cannot purchase anything from Google play store as it is showing I am logging in via my old account mail.

Now I have two things to ask. 1. If I change my new Activision account's email id to my old and original mail ID, would the previous data get replaced my new accounts data?

  1. Or my new account data be lost due to clash with my old account's login details and previous gaming data and my new gaming data be replaced by the old gaming data?

*I cannot make any purchases from my new guest account(google play account) since I did not start the game from that account, instead used the old guest account. Also, my previous Activision account can be logged in but has no progress saved. I tried installing and installing the game and used the new email (google email account), but they are asking me to start a new gaming profile.

Guys, I made a new gaming account in CoDM since I lost all my old progress. It's my bad luck that I made the new account a couple of days after "Ghost Loose Ends Bundle" and "Merc 5 Hot Shots Bundle" expired. I missed it by chance and I badly want them. I am willing to pay anything for the skin but only if it comes back in CoDM. Developers, if you are reading this please bring back those two bundles, I am badly waiting for it and willing to pay for it. I am sure many guys like me are waiting for it.

If I am a dev (imagine)

  1. I would add night maps to ranked mp and would add a random day-night BR isolated playlist
  2. I would remove the 100 HP cap and would increase the cap to 150 HP so that you can use hemostatic to reach 150 HP and no need to search for those Adrenalines
  3. I would optimise the BR for high drop damages
    And greatly improve the vehicle mechanics and would 100% change the current 4 seater to Warzone type of van and would improve the hotboxes so much that you can spray someone in a car
  4. I would remove the fucking ads bullet spread accuracy and add gun idle sway in place of it and increase the range on all guns in BR so that you can engage in long range fights too and snipers would be very glorious to use also.
    And there are many other things too....
    But the fact is I am not and I am hugely mad at this game development team , no matter how many freebies you give ; If you don't improve the game , it is not going to be popular in Indian market and especially will not counter with those PUBG die hard fans ha ! No wonder this game doesnot get views in Indian streamers community 😢 # RIP COD Mobile with all those desync issues and meta weapons and very poor optimisations ( funny thing is that this game was the most optimised when it was really and was greatly appraised for that but the state now is very pity and sad and I don't expect from the devs to do any better)
    Fingers crossed that the Warzone Mobile will give a good experience and I wish that these current developers don't use there talent for that masterpiece concept of else that will also be a very sorry piece of shit.
    The community loves and tries to keep the respect towards devs and if the game condition continues like this and then devs should prepare themselves for very harsh and negative feedback and should not expect any respect whatsoever😞

Any solution?

How do I increase the FPS in BR? I play on an iPad 6th Generation on Low Graphics and High FPS. It says "High FPS" but in game when I play the FPS drops a lot and when shooting it becomes like 10 FPS.

Can I play Garena CODM in Europe ?

Hi guys,

I am from Southeast Asia, been playing Garena CODM since release.

However, next January, I will be going overseas on an exchange programme to Europe. That got me thinking, the CODM version there is Global, and I don't want to reset from scratch again.

Is there a way for me to continue playing Garena CODM in Europe ? My laptop can also run Gameloop emu, and I don't mind using emulator as long as I can still play Garena CODM throughout my time in Europe, to continue my account's progress.

Anyone with similar experiences ? I'm sure there are others with similar experience like me. Do voice out your opinions !

What is wrong with the bots in BR?

It's not news that bots are aplenty in BR, but what's been happening recently is that whenever you're up against a real player a bit will come out of nowhere and start to attack you. Even if you have the enemy in your sniper's crosshair and are getting ready for that headshot a bot will sneak up from behind and force you to reveal your location.
This is exceptionally annoying when you're clutching against a squad or when you're in a head-on battle.
Is this something that's happening just with me or is this for everyone?

If it's for everyone could the devs please fix it?

The Best Devices to Buy - CODM Edition

So in this post I want to discuss the best devices you can buy to play this game and some tips concerning what to look out for when buying a device.

Part 1 - What to look for in your next phone

Refresh Rate (hz) and Touch Response Rate

So refresh rate and touch response rate are actually 2 different things you need to look out for. Refresh rate (or hz) tells you how fast the screen refreshes per second, while touch response rate (or touch sample rate) tells you how often the screen looks for taps. Touch response rate is more important, especially right now where the game caps your device to 60fps, so a phone with 120hz screen but 60 touch response will look better but feel worse than a phone with 60hz and 120 touch response.

iOS vs Android

iOS on average is more optimized than Android. Because of that, an iphone with the same refresh and touch response as an android will still react better to your touches, by at least 20% and up to 40%

To counter that, Android makers need to make their phones with better refresh and touch response to match the iphones performance advantages.

So what are the best devices to play this game on?

This should go without saying but the absolute best device is a 2018 or 2020 ipad pro. iPad pros have a 120hz screen (so it'll support 120fps when it comes out), and have some of the most powerful processors in mobile devices. These devices will play this game for years to come and will play it well at 120fps.

The downside is that ipads aren't allowed past stage 4 of the cod champs and will eventually not be allowed in any tournaments once they have the ability to tell when someone is using it. I wouldn't recommend an ipad if you want to play this game competitively because of that.

Next up is Gaming Android Phones - the devices I'm talking about specifically are the Red Magic 5g/5S and the ASUS ROG Phone 2 and 3.

All these phones have 120hz+ screens, and boast 240hz+ touch response time. In the testing I've seen, these devices have very low latenc...

Sliding

Has anyone else noticed that jump sliding is weird. It like sometimes i can’t do it twice even once, at time i’m just stuck crouching, and when i press jump it takes forever to stand and i have to spam the jump button to stand. I even tried this on controller. Did they nerf sliding?

New option in BR mode

Activision, and COD Mobile developers, I would like to ask a question:

¿What possibility is there, that in battle royale mode, they can add the option to deactivate the automatic collection of sights? Is something that in my case, and in that of some friends, affects the experience of game, since sometimes you meet enemies, the time in which you open the inventory and unequip the sights, makes you lose the fight, I hope you can take this in mind.

The biggest issue is the game engine. Some movement tricks can't be performed because the engine just bugs out. Knife range and hotboxes are completely shattered. Ads bullet spread accuracy was a bad idea because they haven't perfected gunsmith to handle it. The artic 50 is slightly more zoomed in than all the other sniper scopes. Hitboxes are utter trash. Throwing mechanics for lethals were done by a child, especially the throwing axes. The robots are by far the hardest to kill than any player because they're 100 accurate. The kriss vectors range drop off is absolutely unusable. Spectating often shows a pistol fusion or grenade of the gun the actually have. Desync makes movement goddamn useless because when I bhop a corner it just looks like I jump peak it (bhopping a corner will send you farther and you'll come around it faster) there are times the joystick and aim area just stop working, especially if you jump on something and try to slide off it. Oh and vaulting is completely busted. There's far more where that came from but these are the more game breaking that are more than an occasional glitch. Oh and how about headshots being so low damage? I don't care if it's an smg you try to survive 2 45acp shots to the dome (looking at the kriss vector here) and those are 2 headshots on top of 2 body shots

Nerf the sentry gun

Players with no skill can use the sentry gun and win matches easily. It's getting more and more annoying both playing public matches and ranked with unskilled players just taking the sentry gun out and completely destroying my streak and turned what supposed to be my win into a lose. Either weaken the damage/fire rate of the sentry gun or increase the points needed to obtain the sentry gun.

P.S: If you're planning to downvote, sure go again. Don't complain when you rank goes down because of constant sentry gun spawn trapping

Frag Grenades and Semtex/Sticky Grenades

I feel that these two types of grenades are heavily underpowered in this game so can they be one shot no matter what, unless the 'victim' has flak jacket, in that case it will deal 50dmg (half health). This is a change only to be made in MULTIPLAYER and not BATTLE ROYALE.

How to fast aim

So I'm having problems with my aim speed. My reaction time is good I'm even using Agile in every loadout, but no matter what gun I'm using the aim speed is horrible compared to other people aim speed. What I see from YouTube videos people have much better aim speed than what I have. Is there any thing what I missed in setting to improve it or it's a bug?

BR becoming Boring.

Hey guys. These days I have a feeling br has become quite stale and boring. Don't we need anything fun or different? Like, mp always has something every season if not every week. In br the same guns. The same map. Even in the guns a select 2 to 3 guns have to be used if u have to win. I'm not complaining or anything, I just wanna know what u guys are feeling... Also there is nothing to grind in br. The legendary takes hardly the first season of the rank series and there is one event or so per season related to br. Initially Alcatraz was fun but now the match making takes hours. Don't u guys think we need a much spiced up br. Mp legendary is atleast tough to attain tho not so compared to season 1-3.... Ur thoughts......

Public Service Announcement: Please use Goliath in Rapid Fire

You can't see me but I am literally on my knees begging everyone to please use XS1 Goliath in Rapid Fire matches. I have been grinding gold on my FHJ 18 for over two months now and I still haven't killed enough Goliaths. The thing is, during Rapid fire matches I always see people using Sentry Guns and Vtols but no Goliaths. Why are they so unpopular? Did they get a nerf or something? Anyhow, as an FHJ grinder, please please please use Goliaths in rapid fire! It would really help us all out here ya know?

My headshots with my smg only count as a headshot kill like 25% of the time... I tried it out on practice vs a.i. and I only aimed for the heads and got 34 kills and about 18 or so were headshots....
Am I doing something wrong?

Sentry Guns stay tracking enemies through walls and kills them.

Now, I don't know if this is supposed to happen. But in the past year I have been playing, it's never happened.

I've been playing Rapid Fire a lot recently grinding guns n stuff and of course there's a lot of people using Sentry Guns. I typically do not get upset at use of sentry guns and given that I'm playing Rapid Fire, I expect to come across them.

Onto the issue:

Went a Sentry Gun targets you it of course starts shooting. Though it literally doesn't miss, you can evade it. When it starts to shoot, just get behind a wall. Or some sort of obstacle. After you do this, it's supposed to stop.

Now in my recent games, this doesn't happen. It keeps shooting and damaging me through everything. No matter what I go behind.

At first I thought it was the horrible desync killing our joy in MP. So I just accepted it. But once game, my ping didn't go above 60ms and desync was moderate but playable. I killed a guy and placed a Transform Sheild and proned behind it because a Sentry Gun was shooting me during the engagement with the enemy. When I killed him I still had at least 70-80 health. After I proned, I found that I was still being shot, by the sentry gun, through a transform Sheild.
