Level 50 player wanting to improve any tips?

Hi I am a level 50 player and I love the game but I am finding multiplayer too easy at times and I found out that this was due to the bots.

Which of course is annoying as hell when you goto a ranked match and struggle to get one kill I got this seasons battle pass and I have got some decent weapons and perks and I am always trying to find a good balance in my gunsmith options.

I have watched some YouTube videos to improve and I have tried to apply this knowledge to my matches.

I try to be as varied as possible in match types but is it only worth playing ranked matches or try multiplayer ones as well but knowing in both especially multiplayer there will be more bots.

Genuine Question

I really don't understand this, so im asking for outside insight, not looking for a fight.

If you go into the popular grinding maps/modes, what in God's sake is the thinking behind activating anything other than support streaks (ex. UAV, Advanced UAV, Shock RC, etc) while in there? Do you not realize that using sentry guns, VTOLs, and stealth choppers, in essence, steal kills from you as well??

Left trigger doesnt aim down sight (controller)

Title says it all. I am trying to use a Backbone One controller and everything is great except the left trigger does not aim down the sight only on advanced controls. I do not want to use auto-fire.

Tips for Gold Striker

I have a maxed out Striker, so attachments are no issue. But I cannot, for the life of me, get a reasonable number of headshots/longshots per match. Its the last gun I need to get Damascus too, so you understand the frustration and excitement!

Any good recommendations for maps and attachments for the gun?

I've been using the slug mag, but I really don't feel a huge difference, and the reload speed is terrible!

5 Ways Lucky Draws Could Be Improved.

Here's what I think needs to be fixed when it comes to draws:

  1. ALL GUNS SHOULD BE REMODELED OR HAVE SOME SORT OF ANIMATION. SKINNED ATTACHMENTS DON'T COUNT. Same for knives, grenades, etc. I don't wanna waste my hard earned money on some gun that doesn't even have an animated skin. Same with all the other shit.

  2. ALL LEGENDARY CHARMS SHOULD ALSO COME WITH SOME SORT OF ANIMATION. similar to the night light charm from the mythic draw, a legendary charm should have animation. Whats the point of making it legendary if it doesn't even stand out from all the other free charms I have?

  3. KEEP SPRAYS AND STICKERS OUT OF DRAWS. I could probably count, on my 2 hands, the number of times I've seen someone use a spray in the past month. No one likes them. If you want to add filler, add more weapon skins and other things people will actually use. Same with stickers. I don't speak for everyone, but stickers just make the gun look junky in my opinion.

  4. IF POSSIBLE, A LEGENDARY SHOULD HAVE A REACTIVE CAMO. If I'm gonna spend 100+ dollars on some pixels, at least make them change throughout the game. Reactive camps look better than non-reactive camps imo.

  5. DON'T LET GUNSMITH RUIN THE GUNS. This goes for not only legenderies, but epics too. Whats the point of having a good looking skin if it's just gonna be ruined with all the attachments you add? Seriously, whoever thought that attachments should show on epic / legendary weapons needs to there's 5 ways these draws can be fixed.

Please note, these points are just my opinion. If you disagree, id love to hear your thoughts.

People are hating the game for wrong reasons

Every alternate post I encounter in this subreddit is some unnecessary rant. Like "debs made so much profit and they no fixing desync" ,"they are so big and they can fix desync and bugs","I have a sd 460 and still not able to play the game at very high graphics". Ofcourse there are some issues with the game and people who actually post bug reports are not whom I am talking about here,they are actually helping them get to know about bugs.
People I am talking about here are who have got a misconception that if some people are facing problems everyone is. They are like this is the worst game ever made no good contnet ,no legendary for f2p.
Well some people in the community think that the Dev's are going to do things specifically for them. They are like we want all the contnet from all the cod games and when they implement something people are like why are you increasing the size of the game and why is the game not running as smoothly as it used.
Another thing CPUs of your phone's degrade over time so it's obvious you won't be able to play the game at the same settings properly as you used to in season 1.
For the people who don't know fixing bugs is actually not a easy job and desync is there in every fps game and can only be reduced a little. I even encountered a few people who were saying that they should make low end devices players not play with high end devices players as it is unfair.
The fact of the matter is the reddit community is or small and if some people are facing issues doesn't mean everyone is. Ofcourse there are some problems with the game but remember every big game has that phase where the bugs and desync are just amped up to 11. Saying stop pushing skins etc is dumb of you cause this is their only source of revenue and this won't help with anything related to the game. If you don't want to don't buy anything they give many f2p skins and they don't even matter tbh.
Ps: Thanks for reading this and stop unnecessarily hating the game for wrong reason. Also don't think that season 13 would magic...

Please fix freezing/black screen issues!!

Devs,

Please, PLEASE fix these annoying freezing issues! I've been playing on my Galaxy Tab S7+ for a few months now and while I was used to BR freezes every now and then (which was bad enough), now I'm getting them in MP matches almost every other game. The game was fine up until the recent season. Since then MP matches have been freezing maybe once per gaming session initially, to now where I'm having to restart the game 6 or 7 times in an hour. I've tried lowering graphics settings and frame rates to avail. It's super frustrating and disappointing as this is my favorite mobile game!

I was wondering, why so people ignore the problem that are Crates?

For real, why? Half of the community is complaining about glitches, overpowered/underpowered weapons, bad players at legendary rank, but what about Crates?

Did y'all forgot that these are rigged lootboxes? And that they're released weekly?

Did you ever wondered, why do they add so many shitty uncommon/rare itens in Crates? Because if they added only the epic stuff, people wouldn't waste their COD Points, trying to get one specific item.

And even the "guaranteed epic item" is a scam. Why would they add so many shitty epic blueprints/epic charms/epic frames? Because if they didn't, people could easily get the item they want on their 10th crate.

And the price too. Fuck, why would i waste 80 CP on a uncommon camo? That's the same cost as the 3rd spin on a Lucky Draw for some people.

Don't just ignore these shitty ass scams. I know, i know, bugs are way more important than these optional items, but these are still a problem. If people got rid of lootboxes on consoles/PCs, why can't we get rid of them in mobile games too? It would be nice to see CoDM without these Crates.

Okay not going to lie I’m a sweaty try hard when it comes to rank.. but there’s times when I just want to pull out my locus and mess around in a pub match. Rushing everyone and not care about winning or losing. So literally right now I was playing a game of DOM NukeTown (pubs) and I was 8-16 lmaoo I’m the worst when it comes to sniping. So then my teammate started to curse at me for not trying.. so I started trippin cause last time I checked it wasn’t a rank match. So I told him to take a chill pill and to have fun.. guess what.. he fuckin left the match! Lol like why rage quit in a PUBLIC MATCH I get it you want to win blah blah but damn boii relaaaxxx. Idk what you guys think? Lol i think this boy was trippin honestly I get people want to win and I know it’s very competitive but no need to get mad at the end of the day is just a game learn to play and learn to have FUN.

And like wtf u/JhetroFD got banned for not USING A VPN but for HAVING A VPN, like Codm Atleast show a Warning prompt like "you're having a VPN on your phone which is against our tos if u continued to have it it'll result in a ban" if this is been showed u/JhetroFD's account will safe rn, literally not even giving them a warning and banning everyone is just straight up bull shit

Same goes for Jailbroken devices and unofficial emulators even my friend got banned for playing on bluestacks because he didn't know only gameloop was allowed if he got a warning prompt he will Install gameloop and play and literally banning is not even good

How activision hasnt fxed a bug since season 7 and how i lost money due to it. (Repost-2 of probably 1000)

Aight. Lets cut to the chase here. I started playing codm in season 3. I bought my first battle pass in season 5. i just got the bp and a spin of the soace station lucky draw. Got the rpd cyber space. Bought season 6 bp. reached tier 200 and got the bk wild west. Bought season seven battle pass. And got stuck on tier 37. Why you ask? Well because of the famous account registration complete ios ipad glitch. So, i lost my account codpoints many skins and 148 levels. These included free and paid skins. CODM feels like Barbie with guns

I have played since day one as a casual player and slow grinder.

I love the game and all the new features we get every season.

But the game starts to feel like a neverending hoarding of skins, camo's and avatars.
I truely do not care about the colour of my gun or my soldier. What I care about is playability and gameplay.

And it is starting to feel like the game has turned in to a dress-up game where people obsess more about getting the newest skin/camo, than playing the game.
It is like the gameplay itself has turned in to a chore, in order to get more skins.

I just got a 21 kills BR game?

A little bit of backstory, just so you can understand why i’m so shocked. The past month and a half i have almost not played any BR, cause I just wanted to unlock TEDD, and then i didnt play BR after that. The only BR games I’ve played this month is 3 single games to get some kills when the Knights Divided point earnings was kills in BR. Then today I saw that a new class has come. So I thought, ”Let’s just try to unlock it” and the first game I play, I already felt 5 kills in that this was quite a good game. When I had 5 kills, there were 90 players left alive. But I just calmed down and continued like normal. But I just kept on getting kills all the time. And I end up in a 1v1 for first place, south of Pipeline. I heard the other player using a war machine, so I though I was fucked. But I managed to lure him a little with a smoke, so he backed off a little. I hacked him, and then shot him in the head with my M4. You can’t even imagine the adrenaline i had when the match was over.

First of all, My Device Name is Redmi Note 8 Pro
It has Mediatek Helio G90T Processor

I bought that phone because of the camera and also it's ONLY PHONE WHICH AVAILABLE ON OFFLINE WITH CODM 60 FPS AND PUBGM 60 FPS

So I got some proof from videos that it actually supports max Fps even on high Graphics

(These was around late season 1 btw)

So I bought the phone and played on max Fps and it was Soo good :)

Until Late S3 the max fps, very high Fps and max fps got removed even on low Graphics, so there is no way I can play on max and very high Fps on my phone until now

FROM S3 TO S11
So season 12 update came and what nothing, every update I wait excited and just disappointment.

These are some math for those who say my device isn't powerful:

Redmi Note 7 Pro: Supports max Fps on medium graphics
Antutu benchmark: 1,81,664
Redmi Note 8 Pro(My phone): Not Max and very high at all
Antutu benchmark: 2,96,789

Like see my phone is Powerful Enough.

Now let's go to a another topic called ""over heating""*

In most cases, yes mediatek chips heat up, and there is also a rumor that all Xiaomi products emits heat like hell and etc.,,

I thought Devs will test the phone and then give the Fps options, what Devs done is just saw the MEDIATEK HELIO G90T AND THEY THOUGHT THEMSELVES IT GONNA HEAT LIKE A LAVA

No Devs just don't trust myths.

My phone doesn't heat up at all, it just as other phones.

And even if they removed it on S9, they can say excuse that they removed because the game is getting bigger blah blah blah and why other phones even under my benchmark does still have max Fps?

And also note that they removed max and very high Fps on S3 not on S9 where they game actually got big blah blah blah

When I go to the codm lobby, go to settings and near the top right corner of my screen, there are three icons; Activision, Facebook and Apple. I have been suggested to use double xp cards (blue and purple) and go into Shipment (Hardpoint/Domination) or to try out Kill House (Kill Confirmed) and believe me, I've tried out all these things. Its bots for the first 20 seconds of the match then its just a bunch of tryhards with Akimbo Fennecs and HVKs. Please help me out, as I'm sick of dying to LVL 150 Fennec Wielding Tryhards.

PS - I'm currently looking to Level Up my Locus but I faced the above problems when I was trying to level up other guns too.

The people who have a misconception that the crate system is f*cked up, believe me it isn't! Me and my cousin tried our luck and got all the good stuff from the crates. P.S. I just opened a maximum of 30 crates for each crate. Here's the proof

Damascus Question

Can someone please tell me which guns can I skip to get Damascus? Like in Modern warfare, you were supposed to get the OG season 0 guns gold in order to get Damascus... So which guns can I skip to get Damascus?

I started cod mobile 3 days back after a long time so this camo system is a bit new for me.. At least For cod mobile...

So far I've gotten:-

Locus, Arctic. 5, Outlaw, DLQ33, Knife gold, (Marksmen Rifle Alpha is almost gold)

I'm working on Sniper class rn and Deagle in secondary as that's something in really want to get gold, after which I'll do the other two pistols... So want to get all info before hand

I dont even know from where to start, ive been playing since ssn 4 so i have atleast some skill in me
What i want to say is this game sucks rn
I cannot move correctly, i crouch everytime i want to slide, the meta is bad, u cant use any other guns in ranked, desync happens way to many times, i got chain killed by a asm 10 user bcoz my shots weren't registering, i encounter lag spikes everytime i enter a gunfight and game just kicks me out of match randomly
My movement after the movement nerf is real bad
My device is relatively new and can handle the app easily and recently nobody has been even talking about it, thinking of downloading free fire, i know its really p2w
(Free fire)but atleast i will not have crazy lag spikes
We need to do something about it cause even higher devices are facing issues and Activision doesnt seem to care idk what to do:(

DO NOT PLAY PUBLIC MATCHES!!!

If you play a pub match and get more than 30 kills, chances are you’ll get banned for 1,2 or 3 days. Happened to me every time I got more than 30 kills on pub matches. Never happened while playing ranked matches. Forget pub matches, I recently got banned after getting 50 kills on a practice vs ai match. CoD mobile’s anti cheat system is seriously broken. I don’t expect them to fix this very soon. So I only play ranked now. Beware of the false bans.

I know it's text but i tried to shoot a video but the it gets corrupted because of crash during recording the bug. Apologies for bad English,Its my third language.

In Alcatraz, When you land on the lighthouse to snipe players on the roof of the cellhouse, you will see 2 bunkers each opposite to each other. The right gives exit to the roof, right into cellhouse and the left one is just a room . Focusing on left room taking it in front of us,to the right wall of the bunker there is a gap where there different loot boxes spawn. If you try to loot jumping on it, you will get stuck in the wall and will result in massive framedrops resulting a server crash of the game. I tried to shoot a video about it but, due to crash the pause button of video didn't work and it suddenly crashes and due to abnormal saving of video it gets corrupted. Please try it yourself if you have a good phone, mine samsung m21 6gb 128g variant is facing this issue please try because I tried several times and please dont downvote it.

Costly Nikto-Dark Side character is GLITCHED! Please fix....

I did the entire dark side draw, which is actually really costly. Then while using the Nikto-Dark Side character from the draw, I noticed that the AR watch from the wrist is missing after switching to FPP inside a TPP Battle Royale game. So I started a game in FPP only Battle Royale, I noticed the AR wrist watch is still missing. While I can still see it in TPP mode and while doing emotes in FPP mode. Please fix it... Don't just take all our money...

I have my account connected to my Google play. So I would press the guest icon and it would log me into my Google account since they were linked.

I switched phones and now when I select guest and pick my account it tells me to make a username. I'm guessing it's not recognizing my Google account already existing?

Bugs. Bugs everywhere (long text alert).

Devs I really hope you do visit this sub once in a while just to address some of the issues players facing with COD Mobile.

  1. 51 days ago I’ve submitted a bug report via in-game form and also made a post here. Issue was and is with changed screen resolution that added additional side space (boundaries or how you call it) that firstly completely messed up my controls (icons sizes and location on the screen etc, i.e. scope and exit ). This also affected location of opened inventory and expanded map in BR. The X button (close) is not located in the corner of the screen but limited by this stupid additional space that you made and I fucking hate it.

  2. Actions registration priority in BR. This is mostly related to class perks. While movement and shooting seems normal you have to press 4 to 5 times on class icon for perk to finally start responding. Im kinda used to this because it was like this from the start but still. Is it hard to make 1 press response? Im not a game developer but I think this is related to some kind of actions priorities but best I can fo is 50-60 ms.

  3. This also may relate to connection issues in BR. If you jump in a crowded location like playform or alcatraz main block - crates and loot is loaded in last priority. This looks like there is no any loot at all for 5-8 seconds after you land. And you running around without anything dodging bullets hoping some loot to load.

  4. Action registration in BR in general (by this I mean action is actually made after you press it) is also affects using of medkits and switching between armor plates and adrenaline. While not using anything from it sometimes you need to press like 5-8 times on the icon just to switch to a correct item.

  5. Occasional bug that switches my view from FPP to TPP. Im not touching it I swear it just living its own life and switches my view here and there.

  6. Why the fuck do we switch to melee after using a tank?

  7. Other issues were addressed before by most of the community like frame drops during intense actions etc.

completionist....

i know i’m not the only one underwhelmed by the completionist camos. the platinum one is especially underwhelming. we go through hours and hours of grinding for a camo that’s not much better than an epic skin we already have. i feel like the devs could improve them in a few ways:

  1. make them smooth! the skin looks so bumpy and textured and for what? it would be one thing if it were meant to have a dirty look to it but it isn’t so what gives? the ruby/sapphire razorbacks but gold would look so good.
  2. scrap the platinum. even if they were to smooth it it just looks silver. a better concept would be diamond, make it like a white version of the razorbacks, with a moonstone vibe.
  3. i know it’s been talked about but damascus is especially underwhelming considering the player has done so much to get it. call me crazy but i think it should have an animation. nothing huge, but it really needs lagniappe. like a holographic look.

i know devs probably won’t do any of this but it’s nice to dream

Why do “warriors” do this in br:...........?

  1. When I am flying a chopper and come upon the enemy my chopper passengers act like they are on a sight seeing your instead if firing at the enemy? Do they not understand the object of the game is to kill the enemy?

  2. I save someones life by dog tagging them yet when I am killed they don’t go anywhere near my dog tag even though they are close by?

  3. Why is there always some dikwipe in my platoon who tries to kill his own brothers by shooting down a chopper or vehicle commandeered by his brother?

  4. Why do chopper pilots that I am a passenger in not go after the airdrops?

  5. I could go on and on but there should be a “how to play” handbook that is a must read before you can actually battle in BR because of some of these useless “teamates.” #sad. af.

I have wasted rs1200 on the gks blue mercury skin

I have spent(wasted) rs1200 on the gks blue mercury create ,. Even if there has been an increase in crate odds i have wasted my money , hoping to get an EPIC skin.
It is a shame , because i have been a regular payed customer in the codm community and a player since season 1.
I am really dissapointed, because Rs1200 is not at all a small amount by any means.
Ill will never spend my money on this game ever again , until i get a favorable responce from codm.

Character Voices in BR

Hello everyone

I have had an issue in BR since the start of this season. I can't seem to hear my character do those little voice overs (like using adrenaline shot, enemy spotted , etc) but my teamates could. The only time I can hear it is when I get on the revive flight. I dunno if anyone else has this issue as well?

Refitter class passive ability

Now we have Medic and Refitter class in BR. And I want to discuss about its passive abilities. There is one of them, i believe: while using Medic you start healing and repairing faster but instead - Medic should only be able to use medical stuff faster and Refitter should be able to use armor plates faster. Either way it doesnt make any sense why Medic repairing his armor faster, than Refitter, whos main goal - armor. What you think about it?

Every time I shoot at someone my recoil increases. Also when I am my sights my gun sways back and forth. Aim assist isn't working. I only notice this in ranked. I can kill squads in br, yet I can't kill a single person in ranked.

Please upvote. This constant "bug" makes the game unplayable.

Ever since Knights Divided started, my in game ping has increased radically. It jumps all the way from 60 to above 100. I have tested WiFi, I have tested mobile data. The ping is the same, so my internet is not the problem.
My region is Poland.
Other games on my device have no such problem.
Judging by killcams, my opponents in matches have no such problem.

Take down the hackney yard map

It is impossible to play that map if they spend it hidden in places where they cannot be accessed, I do think they should remove it since people who play alone are used to playing with Akimbo and hiding in a corner
