Low end Device Crash Issue

Hey i am a codm player i have been suffering some crashing issues i get 60 fps on low end device and i greatly like this but there is a issue.
When i try to play a ranked game or a public match for camo grind and rank push after like 30 points into winning game froze and game crashed and i hate that i get a ban for ranked like 1 hr 90 points are deducted and that makes me cry legit i broke my tab bcz of that i think you release a data pack for fps boost i think community sees this
Btw i love that the game supports f2p and low end gamer and game is optimsed for a unfamous device 60 fps oh boy thats a lot this game is "pay to look good"

Verbally Abused Because FENNEC

So I was playing a match and 2 people who were at level 150 and probably a team(they had same name) abused me because I was using a AKIMBO Fennec.
First during the match they sent a text on ALL abusing me.
Then after the match ended they sent me a invite and I accepted so I could confront them and after I joined the lobby they first cursed as much as they could and I asked why did they abused and they said because I was using a Fennec so I said it's a gun I like l. You guys are a team with 150 levels but still lost.

# NERF all AKIMBO by doubling the reload time

Best way to nerf the AKIMBO would be to DOUBLE the reload time so that the gun retains its properties and the time to kill but every time they reload they need to retreat and they have to be very TACTICAL and conscious about their ammo.

Giving reload animation for Both the guns would be awesome as well

Fennec is a good gun. Not op. Just nerf the AKIMBO perk not the gun

Misc issues (BR)

1)You cannot board a helicopter if you have purifier as the primary gun, has to be in the secondary

2)New seraph skin, when she points to indicate a weapon, she says both LMG and SMG at the same time

3)During game play, I won’t hear the voice chat command and sometimes I do. I have no way of knowing if my team heard it...I then seem like I’m spamming because I’m not sure if the message was verbally cued to my team.

WIFI OKAY BUT PING IS NOT OKAY

I'm having a hard time playing Codm this past few weeks. I have a stable internet connection but my ping average from 70-100 sometimes spikes at 200. I check it in my brother's phone but his ping average from 30-50 only. What seems to be the problem? Does ram affects ping? I have 4gb ram

Ping Spikes : Literally any gunfight I engage in ranked MP is associated with ping spikes. The ping gets back to normal as soon as I respawn.

This is so frustrating and there is not much I can do about it. You can imagine emptying a mag on someone and them still not dying, so you check your ping and find it sitting nicely on 199ms. The normal ping gets back to 40ms as soon as I respawn and stays normal untill I engage into another gunfight.
The ping spikes are not always extreme like 199ms, sometimes they range between 100ms -160ms.

Techniques I used to get Damascus quick

First of all start off with the weapon you play with the most. Definitely it has a good amount of level to start grinding for camos. Meaning all camos are open to start doing their tasks.

(Read last part on how to level up quick)

Do it in this order :

  1. Hip Fire kills (Dragon camos) - Set your default shooting mode to hip fire for that weapon type. While you are trying to achieve hip fire camos, you're automatically achieving sand camos as well which needs at least 400 to 600 kills in total, depending on weapon type. At the same time lucky headshots will get counted. Attachments should have everything that has hip fire accuracy, some bullet spread accuracy and recoil control.Just play hard point shipment. Small map means more kills.

  2. Full attachment kills (Tiger camos) - Doing this will also contribute to Sand camos (total kills) and Jungle camos (headshots got by luck). Just have your best attachments. Just play hard point shipment. Small map means more kills.

  3. No attachments (Reptile camos) - Doing this will also contribute to Sand Camos (total kills) and and Jungle camos (headshots got by luck). Just play hard point shipment. Small map means more kills.

NOW. Focus on

  1. Long shots (Splinter camos) - Play domination standoff and go on the first floor of either building and gets kills on the opposite end. More like taking down enemies approaching B. Stand off is mostly bots. For the most kills play domination crossfire and go on the first floor of either end facing mid of the map. Make sure your attachments increases range and bullet spread accuracy. Range has to be within the white line in order to make long shots. Make sure to have lateral recoil attachments and reduce vertical recoil if it's too much. No need for ADS speeds. No need for scopes

  2. Last but not least focus on Headshots (Jungle camos) - Play domination standoff, hard point shipment (small map means more kills). Use lateral recoil attachments, and bullet spread accuracy and most importantly a 3X Scope. Get close to enemies and si...

So I'm at the level Pro III for ranked multiplayer matches and I have an extremely hard time knowing when to play to actually get a few matches in. I'll get set up and enter the lobby, and end up waiting minutes in search of an opponent, and then I get the notification an opponent couldn't be found. Anyone know common times people will log on?

3D Touch bug? Or is it my phone?

I noticed when I played today that my 3D Touch (iPhone XS max) is messed up. I’ve had it dialed in for sensitivity at 68/33 but starting this am even the slightest touch on my right thumb will try to ADS. Changing the touch sensitivity doesn’t make it better. Note: I’ve had a really small crack in the top corner of the screen for a while but that hasn’t affected 3D Touch before.

Need help with Facebook account and linking CoD account

I started my CoD mobile account over a year ago. I linked it with my Facebook and that‘s how it’s saved. I recently re-downloaded the app. I used my CoD account to log into the app. This made me start a new account. I didn’t want this. I wanted my old progress so I logged out and logged into the app using my Facebook. My progress is saved on the Facebook one. I then did this:

  1. Opened the CoD app and logged in using my Facebook

  2. Went into settings and clicked the “+” plus sign. I clicked Call of Duty to link it to the Facebook saved one.

  3. It said “link unsuccessful” “This Call of Duty account is already linked to another player. Please change the Call of Duty login linked to your device and try again.“

Does this mean I cannot link them? Someone please help. I’m literally maxed out on this account and don’t want to lose the progress.

PLEASE READ AND LET DEVS SEE THIS 👇

I've had enough. This has to be THE worst phase CODM has ever passed thru coming from a BETA player. Even when gravity spikes/pharo/shock rc were a thing they weren't this cancer.

It just turned out to be from the best game in 2019 to the worst game in 2020. I laugh so hard when I see CODM reply instantly to every monetary bug but they take their time slowly to fix the life cycle of the game.

It all started when they started putting 3 shot kill weapons and the game, and then they want a "skill-based" matchmaking and they literally fucked everything up. With the desync, 3 shot kill weapons seem like 1 shot kill and you never know when your shots will register.

The game is LITERALLY unplayable. They release mini updates every 2-3 days just to add new lucky draws and events that nobody care about right now, not even a fast patch note fix for the current META.

All you can see in ranked right now is either a sniper, HVK, Fennec, ASM10, and if you don't use any you putting yourself at a huge disadvantage. Not to forget mentioning you'll only get search&destroy because the matchmaking is literally rigged. Fucking bring it back to random matchmaking. I don't want anymore to choose what I want to play. I see myself quitting mid game because this game is not a game, it's a race who kills the other guy faster and who has better fps/ping that the other guy.

I didn't even mention the bugs yet. PLEASE STOP MONITIZING YOUR GAME, ALL OF YOUR SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNTS ARE FILLED WITH HATE COMMENTS.

Apply a quick fix for weapons and balance changes for some. Add a new rank above Legendary because you literally made noobs reach legendary easier than ever. Legendary BR is a real challenge, MP IS ASS.

Fix desync that has been for 3 seasons now, remove skill based matchmaking if skilled means using ASM and fennec, add new tiers, add new ranked game modes, just do something, the game been stable for so many months.

Even the anniversary update they hyped the hell out of it and I bet most of you won't say it was THAT good. Please...

It is not a secret,everyone knows that these two guns are the two guns that broke the game,whether its range wise,ttk wise,these two guns are literally so overpowered, for example the chooper with the heavy handle build,when you use this gun you dont need to ads properly and you can just shoot it without ads-ing and its still very accurate,the chopper is not a crazy super fast ttk gun but for the akimbo fennec you literally dont need to ads to start shooting,for example if a person who is using dr-h and akimbo fennec user cross paths,the dr-h user will die before he could even ads since the akimbo fennec is really accurate without even needing to ads,no guns is good enough to compete hipfire with the akimbo fennec,i dont know if nerfing the gun qould solve this problem ,if they did ,it would be like the bk57 which got nerfed to the ground,akimbo fennec shouldve never happened honestly,i know the devs are trying to bring something new to the game but,i dont think bringing out a gun thatll literally break the whole game is worth it,it has been a really long time since the akimbo came out, and they still haven't nerfed it for some reason,i dont know their reasoning of not nerfing this gun ,i know they need to make money to keep this game running,since it is a free to play game ,but it is really unfair,the meta literally forces us to use specific guns making us unable to test out a variety of guns that is out there,but due to this meta the game literally forces us to use these 2 guns,and for the hvk it literally kills in an instant whether its from far away or close range,there is literally such a low recoil on this gun anyone can use it ,it needs 0 skills to use this gun in comparison there is no gun that can beat it,the only gun that can beat this gun is the akimbo fennec and that only on a low range,

Bot spawning in battle royale

Does anyone else feel like sometimes bots spontaneously spawn very close to you or even directly behind you? And they only target you perhaps because your other teammates are all bots. Even though your butt teammates don't have this (BOT) in their names? Often when I inject adrenaline, a mindless bot-like player appears to take a little health off before they are easily killed.

Long time mobile FPS Player, new to COD mobile, any experienced players willing to help?

Hoping this is a relevant post, not usually on reddit.

I used to run a youtube channel for mc3 and nova 2 back in the day and haven't played much since those games died out. I joined the early beta for cod mobile and dropped it again until this past month so I'm just hoping to catch up on what's new from experienced players. The mechanics have changed drastically since I played constantly and I'm sure there's a lot to learn for competitive play.

I know there's tons of info online and I've done my research, but there's still a lot of stuff that I won't find from any post or forum (at least not one worth listening to). If there's any solid group or reddit user willing to help out I'd be stoked to get caught up.

If anyone here used to play back in the gameloft era I'd really like to catch up on what you think of cod mobile, this was the game we dreamed of back then. The controls are so much better and the lag compensation is incredible. Kinda wish I had kept my channel running, but mobile games were pretty dead for a solid 5 years.

WTF IS WRONG WITH THE MATCHMAKING!!!

I lost 5 matches back to back and was thrown from master V to master IV. In three of those matches my team had pro tier player with the enemy team having legendary tiers. I agree I ain't a real good player that cant carry the team but wtf cod why? I m just trying to grind here. Why give me completely useless teammates ( I can say that cuz I was MVP in 2 of them with a considerable margin) while my enemy has legendary tier players? I usually don't rant but boy did this test my nerves. And to you noob pro tier players. For the last time don't call someone a noob when he has a better score by 1000 just cuz he was using a chicom.

6 tips to become the best teammate ever

Everyone likes top fragging. However, as many of us probably found out the hard way, top fragging doesn't win games. A good team is more likely to win when teammates work together, but with randoms, this can be a nightmare.

Adaptability is typically the solution to to win more, but what does adaptability even mean in CODM? Switching loadouts? Spam quickchat? Become an akimbo user?

Well, you can do that. But it's really not necessary. Here are 6 tips that make you a better teammate, one for each ranked MP mode and two for the BR modes (sorry Warfare, you won't be getting a spotlight here). Each of these can carry over to any game mode, but are most prominent under their specific mode.

Disclaimer: Most of these are based off my personal observations and experimentations in the North America region.

Team Deathmatch: Protect your teammates

If you don't already, get into the habit of checking the scoreboard a couple times, particularly in the last 15-20 points in the game (make sure you're in a safe spot to do so, though :D). Any later and you may not have enough time to change the outcome. If you're within the top three on the scoreboard, continue to frag out, but be careful. You'll want to stay within your half of the map so your teammates will spawn near you. They can cover your flank and the enemy will always have to approach from the same angles (i.e. the Crossfire map).

If you're the bottom two, don't push out. Your goal is to cover your better fragging teammate's flanks. You don't want to be giving up points to the enemies, so hard camping (staying in one spot--most snipers do this) or soft camping (anchoring, moving around, but remaining in the same area so you don't flip spawns) is a better option.

Domination: Rush B later

Rush B is a terrible quickchat. Why? Well, B is perfectly in the middle of the two sides (except Highrise because Highrise couldn't care less) and that's where most of the fighting happens. The higher up you go in ranks, the rarer it is for B to be captured quickly.

Only certain guns guarantee 1-shot headshot kill?

I noticed when trying to get the gold camos on guns is that a lot of them require more than one shot to the head to kill the target (snipers are headshot instakill of course). Sometimes I get one bullet to the head, but then my aim shifts to another place on the body because of the target moves. This is frustrating because the headshot doesn’t count if it isn’t the killing blow. Anyone else having a similar problem?

The story of CODM so far....

S6: Ghost and his team attack an outpost in the desert after dispatching of security they defend underground.

S7: Ghost and his team encounter strong resistance as they push into the underground lab and take many casualties. They eventually find a room filled with scientists kills by the mercenaries. Makarov then appears on a screen and proceeds to fill the complex with nova-6 gas. Ghost escapes only to see missiles being launched from around him.

S8: Ghost and Tank investigate one of the cities targeted by Makarovs attack. They eventually get to a gulag where they encounter Mace and some more of Makarov’s mercenaries. After a brief fight Mace escapes and Ghost and Tank find that they had been interrogating Victor Reznov.

S9: Reznov then tells Ghost and Tank the story of how he infiltrated a Nazi lab, killed all the scientists working on nova-6 and then secured what was left for the Russians. He then tells Ghost that the reason he was being interrogated by Mace is because he knows where the Nova-6 was hidden after he secured it and now Mace and Makarov know where it is.

S10: Mara tracks down Makarov at the location that Reznov said the nova-6 was however he already has it. Mara and her team follow him back to a compound and attack it. Okay now how is this possible? These are classic guns I don't understand why there are using kilo bolt action and .50 cal even if they have copyrights how a company such as Activision can't pay this. Smallest games I have ever seen are even using Kar98 and I don't understand why. Warzone and MW have fennec and .50 cal but kar98 is bullshit. I hope devs will see this and do something

I have some tips that will most likely improve your ranked Gameplay.

  1. Use a gun that you like, stop playing meta.

  2. Switch to claw. It is so worth it. I barely go negative in ranked anymore after switching.

  3. CREATE YOUR OWN LOADOUTS!

  4. Hold positions in objective modes, don't camp.

  5. Emote button in the middle of your screen. Improves your aim.

  6. Improve your map knowledge.

  7. don't fight in battles you can't win.

  8. Rush for high ground, not the objective. Rushing objective can make you easier to predict so the enemy team can flank you and your team a lot easier. Go for objective after clearing it.

  9. This is extremely crucial. Pick your perks wisely.

  10. Stop copying the pro players. Play your own way.

  11. Improve your movement. Don't senselessly walk around the map and stand still in a gunfight.

I Wanna play or 1v1 with sweats (that have legendary or mythic weapon) since I finished my exams

Well I did pretty well in my exams managed to almost ace everything except for (fuck math and biology) I didn't find any suitable place to celebrate cz 1.my parents aren't loving me as much as before 😔2. 2 days after my exams I got covid 3.i can't get some virtual friends who can back me up so I'm asking for anyone( read the title) to come and help either play with me or 1v1 and idc if I loose atleast it's practice and pretty much just listen to each other. Some of my observations, you guys may have seen it, or may not.

OK first of all, I'm not trying to sound like an idiot here, but I think I've seen many unusual(and also obvious) things inside of this game, especially in its awful current state.

- The reason why 10v10 and Ranked lag like it's never lagged before, not only because of the bad optimization. It's also the amount of real players in the lobby. This is an obvious one I think, because the more players in your lobby, the laggier it will be. Also the FPS will drop even more. One of the evidences was around 2 days ago, I had one of the worst game in ranked ever, FPS drop to 0 and I literally couldn't do anything and went 6-23.

- The current meta. Except for the HVK "Flatline" and the Fennec "Double Trouble", everything else looked fine until I find out, the MP5 and the Fennec had the same mobility at 100% (6.83 m/s) , and 41% of Aim Walking Movement Speed( 2.8 m/s). The sprinting speed is nothing wrong, but, the Aim Walking Movement speed is. Most SMGs were nerfed in terms of this. GKS and RUS has 31% ADS Movement speed, the AGR and Razorback has 30. The rest has around 34%. That's a night and day difference. It's so so big that it not only makes 0 sense, but also makes the SMG balancing look EXTREMELY DUMB. Like, the RUS and Razorback has a mobility of 97% (same as AR) and strafing speed of 31%, then fine because they aren't even SMGs. Both of them are carbines. For anyone who doesn't know what a carbine is, it's basically an AR but being scaled down to fit a role that most SMGs fit in. But things like the GKS? This makes 0 sense. Right now you can tell me that the GKS is good, is solid, is the gun that Techtonic use to get the MVP title in champ, etc etc. But in my eyes, this gun is a worse ICR in literally EVERY-SINGLE-ASPECT. I can make the ICR have the ADS speed as fast as the GKS without sacrificing accuracy. It was faster than the ICR: faster ADS moving speed, mobility, same ADS speed for some reasons. Now? It's the same thing but GKS has 25% less range. C'mon devs, did you guys do it on purpose to nerf a...

Annoying expensive Bundles is really bad

It's a rant I know for someone who's doesn't have much but wants to get a good gun. It's really frustrating that one has to spend so much money to acquire a good gun. It's so expensive yet you end up getting stupid items in the draw until you get to the very end of a very lengthy list of useless items in a bundle. Developers of this game are really greedy to be doing this and it's gatekeeping for those who don't have that much money to spend. I really hope theyll be considerate and either bring down the cost of buying coins or just provide as fewer items in the bundle. This is making me really consider if I should continue playing although I love this game so very much. Many times you just stand no chance against someone with those expensive nerfed guns and it's sad.

Battle Royale Classes [ Masive Balance Ideas]

so lately I've been playing a lot of BR again (been playing since day 1) and notice that the classes are WAYYYYYY unbalanced to the point that some are trash and some overpowered so here are some balance ideas.

The Trap Master: this one is the most op unbalanced class honestly, I say this as someone who used to main it.

  • remove damage from traps
  • decrease enemy speed even more or just make them get stuck 2.5 - 3 (with chip terminal) seconds including a PEM (can't use abilities or see minimap)
  • smaller range for traps
  • if damage isn't removed, add a warning just like poltergeist or don't make traps invisible.
  • remove speed boost, this is a class focusing on setting offensive traps, not mobility.

The Clown: this one is pretty good as it is, however, it is underpowered compared to the rest.

  • change zombies to dog zombies, keep current damage/health/speed.
    the dogs are harder to see and hit, so it means a smaller hitbox.
  • increase throw speed of the operator (it is too slow in my opinion, it should be fast like the defender).

The Poltergeist: this one was my favorite class because it is pretty interesting, however with the ninja existing there's no point in using this anymore.

  • Remove warning popping when someone uses this, just add a sound (kinda like airborne, there's no warning just a loud sound) or just pop it for like 1 second, so you don't know when someone stops using it or if it's over.
  • same increased speed as trap master while not using the operator (passive ability) and increase the current speed of the invisible status (the amount as trickster speed boost)

The Scout:

  • "wall-hack" like ability, when activating the operator, you get the ability to see your enemy moving even behind walls and not just flashing a static silouette for like 1 second.

The Ninja: this one is already an excellent class, however there are issues.

  • Fix the grappling hook, if you get stuck with literally anything, and not even stuck, you just touch literally anything and it stops moving you to...

Bro I'm running a clan and i keep kicking people for inactivity. 7 days inactive & u gotta go and i know people main other games and play cod recreational but i wanted to ask the community what you think.  I'm a sweaty try hard and I cannot expect that from the random cue and I dont most people dont play obj or with call outs or even use teamwork but I at least expect my clan to get the daily login rewards and get to level 150. Hackney yard First Impressions, great map with one fatal flaw.

I have been very critical of the most recent maps that they added into the game, I tolerated terminal and I downright hated high-rise because of the flow of the maps being much slower with tons of camping. I can confidently say that I really like Hackney yard for the most part. The map is much smaller than I thought it was going to be ( you can easily run from one spawn to the other in less than 30 seconds) so you're never out of action. It has some verticality which I love. But reading the title, there's one aspect of it that I really dislike that's kind of a big deal... the spawns. You regularly spawn alongside enemies or the spawns flip every 2 seconds. This can lead to some really BS deaths. Even shipment I would argue doesn't have this bad of spawns in regular play. Hopefully they can fix the spawns issues and make them more consistent, and if they were to do so, I think this would be easily my second or third favorite map in the game.

The challenge requires you to buy the quick fix perk, which I don't have yet, and I don't have enough credits to get it, but I have no way to get any more, so now I cant get the gun I have been waiting so long for. Iphone 8 heat when playing

Im running a fully updated iphone 8, and playing on wifi or 4g, my phone gets red hot, to the point I worry about the long term damage it could cause?

Change your system requirment stats

This isnt a slam on anyone who works there, this ain't a bash post. But I bought a new tablet (galaxy tab A 2019 (8)) maybe 6 months ago for it's sole purpose of running the game. It meets the system requirement and then just a little bit over. I think of the system requirements were listed correctly I still wouldn't bought an even higher upgrade. I LOVE the game, it's my only game. But I get so much frame drops in BR it's like this doesbt make since mathematically. I thought I did all the math and this tab. Should give me no hick ups according to the minium requirements. I mean, I dont blame anybody, and honestly you feel spoiled. But these frame drops in BR don't just cost me games, they cost me rank, which costs me equal competition. Anyone, no hate from here, I'm sure I'll keep playing and buying regardless, but Im trying to save as many bucks as I can, so what's the real system requirements?

With the new generation of consoles out we need an update on controller support. Mainly support for Dual-sense and Switch pro controller and I believe the Xbox one and series X/S controllers are both the same when it comes controller support. I haven’t played in a while and decided to redownlod it but my account is deleted

I redownload the app and haven’t played in around 4 months. In the past I have linked my account to Game Center/Apple id so I know it’s saved, but when I click on the button it says I don’t have any accounts linked. I am logged in on my usual Apple id.
