A suggestion to keep gameplay fresh, fun, and make use of maps and modes that currently take up space while unused.

So far, CoDM is nearly 5 GB. It is mostly skins. It is a buggy mess, with a moderate amount of weapons, a decent, but mostly unused, selection of maps and modes, and a generally unhappy playerbase.

Ranked has not changed since S1. Especially in BR, but also in MP.

In BR, we have one map, and every match tends to end near the center of the map, with 5-15 people in the final 3 zones. The gameplay is slow, repetitive to a fault, and does not seem to scale in difficulty as you rise in rank.

In MP, we have a mostly unchanged situation. We have had the same 4 modes for an entire year. The maps tend to remain the same, with the occasional additiin, such as Terminal or Tunisia, and the rate removal, such as Hijacked.

In BR, I suggest a new, small map every 3-4 months, just to keep BR players content and keep the mode fresh. Another idea could be a ranked mode on Isolated, which would contain far fewer plauers, about, say, 40. Early zones shrink faster, and regular 100 player Isolated becomes "unranked", like public matches in MP.

In fixing MP, I suggest we rotate maps and modes every season.

-TDM
-S&D
-Capture the Flag

Maps:

-Rust
-Meltdown
-Cage
-Raid
-Hijacked
-Gulag

Ranked S9:

Modes:

-1v1
-2v2
-FFA
-Gungame

Maps:

-Rust
-Standoff
-Cage
-Gulag
-Pine
-Raid

These fixes would extend the lifetime of the gane, make use of currently wasted space, and keep ranked modes fresh.

Give simple control players some love

Someone recently made a post about simple controls, and I thought I'd follow that up with thoughts of my own. I would love to see simple controls get a little more love in terms of shoot reaction time to allow simple control players to have a chance in up-close fights. CODM has built a pathway that creates huge possibilities for new mobile players and/or players with a disability through the simple controls option. I hope they consider paving that pathway now.

Buenas, me banearon otra vez (ya van como 5 o 6 veces que me banean por lo mismo) por según tener rooteado mi teléfono, la razón por la que lo tengo rooteado es por esos 2 módulos instalados con magisk manager (Aplicación que, que yo sepa, no es posible instalar cheats ni scripts ni nada), los cuales el primero es para forzar el rendimiento que por culpa de este juego mal optimizado, me dan tirones de fps y drops de fps a 20 durante unos segundos, hasta se me congela el juego cuando recibo un disparo (Hice un post de reddit el cual pueden ver), y eso que el juego antes de la temporada 10 de pase me iba aceptable. El segundo módulo es para mejorar la latencia táctil de mi teléfono (Pocophone F1) el cual no es muy agradable, no arregla que al usar 3 dedos en pantalla se me lagee un poco el táctil y vaya entrecortado pero mejora un poco la latencia táctil. No entiendo como pueden banear automáticamente solo por tener el teléfono rooteado y no banear a los que realmente traen hacks (Hablo de la polémica que hubo con RoK), aún sabiendo porque me imagino que saben sobre esto si buscan aumentar la seguridad del juego, que existen cheats que no es necesario root para poder usarlos. Ojalá me desbaneen porque no he hecho nada que esté en contra de la política de se...

Bullet Spread Accuracy...

Do you think this stat should be in the game or not? I feel like the game is intentionally rng based now, ads bsa is 2 layers of randomness from where your shots actually land? Why did the devs feel the need to add this stat into the game??? Idk maybe some people like missing shots when you're right on a target.. with flinch and ads bsa + bloom it's 3 layers of randomness while being in the most precise way of firing... Idk maybe it just takes luck to win gunfights now 🗿

Idea to rehabilitate in game weapon stats

So the in game stats are basically useless. Not entirely but pretty much when it comes to comparisons, etc. Especially Damage, really all of them are off especially comparing guns.

Put ARs, LMGs and SMGs on the same weighted scale 0 - 100.

Examples

Range - List Range 1 and Range 2

Base HVK at Range 1 is 0-30m, this is the longest Range 1 profile in the game, followed by base AK47 at 0-28m and the UL736 third with 0-26m.

So excluding range stacking attachments have the HVK at 80 Range 1, AK 77, UL 74. This gives you a real idea of the Range 1. Now Range 2 since so many guns have short Range 1 profiles. A good example to show with a gauge is the AK117 with it's profiles being 0-4m and 5-21m. Short short considering you got the base MOW Range 2 profile at 23-42m. So the AK117 having the absolute shortest Range 1 profile give it a 25 on the scale. Range 2 being much better with distance than more than half the guns. Give it a 50-55 for Range 2. And so on with all the guns. Max at 100 being a Range stacked base HVK. The Fennecs Range 2 is the shortest of all guns at 7-10m. So than it would get a 25 for Range 2.

Damage...

  • Is so easy I don't know why the devs couldn't at least make this one accurate.

MOW and ASM per bullet have the highest damage at 34. So this being max damage, set the stat at 99 or 100 for both. As far as weakest per bullet gun let's forget about the base HVK because that's the one but 2nd is the Fennec. The Fennec per bullet is 23, lowest in the game. Put Damage at 25 (This is where you can gauge the gun is with accurate firerate coupled with it)

Firerate....

Fennec is number 1 so Firerate stat would be 99-100 until something faster came around

We really need to have 3 Accuracy stats.

Horizontal/Lateral Recoil
Vertical Recoil
ADS Bullet Spread Accuracy

Seperate the 3. The system now two different guns could have 70 accuracy and be entirely different in how they are with the total "accuracy" it shouldnt be like this.

Mobility having ADS Speed, ADS movement speed and movement spee...

I bought a new phone just for CODM and guess what, it can't run CODM properly(this post isn't about optimizing the game)

So I bought a new phone(redmi 9)and CODM runs hella smoother on it than on my previous phone(realme3) but I can't see other people's skins on redmi 9,which means that the devs optimized the game but the game recognizes my phone as a "low end device" Plz fix this issue devs cuz CODM is really boring with only dull spec ops 1 default skin.

Everything is good for running CODM

Is the fennec seriously that overpowered

People are saying the fennec is extremely OP but I've seen tonnes of akimbo users and you can literally counter them with an msmc/qq9.

I feel that the s36,hbr,kn44 and cordite metas were way worse as those guns were good at all ranges but the fennec is useless outside 20 metres

Like sure the shotgun nerf made it worse but is it really that bad?

And NO I dont use fennec if you think I do I only use qq9 mainly

Big - Weird sound

For some reason, the last game of BR I played there was a REALLY LOUD sound that started happening. It sounds like someone smashing a pumpkin or something (as odd as that sounds). I closed out the game, and started it back up and it instantly started happening again. It’s really annoying and it makes it hard to stay alert if anyone was nearby. I still got the dub though thanks to my teammates V clan. Please fix this.

A lore Theory (Theory)

So me and my brother have made this theory that
CODM is the Afterlife of the Characters being as all the characters (minus warzone characters) Are Dead like Ghost and Nikolai And the after life is just them doing what they know witch is fighting zombies and each other in the battle royal and main things like frontline and 10v10 also the guns come from everywhere in the universe Of Call Of Duty it would make sense cause why would a ww2 soldier have a cordite And I believe that is same with scorestreaks. And the maps. I also believe this cause the Comics Adler who is from cold war witch took place in the 60s spoke to mara who is from warzone witch takes place in 2020 also everyone is young cause that is how they died (I dont know about Adler as I have not played cold war) but to me this checks out

So do you agree with our theory or do you think we are some crazy mother floopers tell me cause this seems possible

Battle Royale Hacker Class - Opinion on a buff?

I'm honestly just inquiring on if there are downfalls for buffing this class. It has the potential to be one of the strongest.

I personally use it often to force players to come out and gunfight but not only does it require way too much awareness and skill to fully activate, the actual effect last for a very short time. Considering it's recharge rate, how long it takes to activate and distance, I don't think it's very useful as is. It's perfect against most trap players but if you're looking to push aggressively or ambush, it does a poor job.

I'd personally like to see a faster recharge rate or longer enemy skill deactivation. I think the chip upgrade should be faster activation. Once the enemy leaves a certain proximity, maybe deactivate the hacker effects as a balance.

I thought about it being too op for your team in the final circle but I don't see many scenarios in which someone could pull off hacking in such a confined space.

I feel like I’m just getting bored of this game. It’s not competitive anymore. Also my-

Anybody else notice less and less of their friends are playing the game lately?

More clarification:

I have over 150 friends... almost all of them over 18 because I don’t add players under age. Sorry.

Almost all my friends are not in school and have graduated college..

they were basically the top players since s1... they haven’t logged within 7 days. A lot of them are s2 legendary or s1 legendary like myself.

To clarify post: I mostly play ranked mp and I was top leaderboards s1-s2... I’m 25 years old.

Personally... I think many of my friends stopped playing ranked because it got so easy and went onto play more competitive games...

Idk how to fix this... I’ve been playing less myself lately I have over 200,000 kills on the game and over 20k ranked matches played.

I feel like I’m just getting bored of the game. It’s not competitive anymore.

How can u/cod_mobile_official fix the game and bring back competition... so that people that used to grind this game 24/7 and spend money on it will come back to it?

It's probably an unpopular opinion I don't know but getting to Legendary is hard as hell this season.

I do see it as an achievement but not seasons prior, I seem to be playing a lot of season 1 and season 2 ogs still at master 4 and 5 and they too seem to be struggling, crazy lag where bullets seem to come from nowhere, play 3 games smooth as hell next few games feel as though you are moving in treacle, unregistered shots, won't jump walls and cars, being shot when you are clearly well into a safe area, unleashing 8 bullets into somone before they die. If you have gotten that far and are still soldiering on I salute you!

Transform shield deals flame damage

Hello all,

Im here to ask about something that I've seen only twice, and I really cant explain.
I have seen the classic transform shield deal damage when u go near it. Some kind of flames come out of it, from the shield. Its not some molotov thrown near it because it lasts for all the duration of the shield. And u can really see the flow of the flames coming out from the shield, not from the ground or anything.

Unfortunately I dont even have a screenshot. Has anyone ever seen this?

My idea: make ranked hard like season 1. Maybe harder. Make it so that only top 500 players world wide get the frame.
But allow all players to get the gun skins and other shitty stuff at lower tier ranks.

Create a separate ranked playlist called: competitive
Where scorestreaks, specialists, and Molotov, akimbo, rpg, and trip mine are banned. Also make it extremely hard to rank up with the only rewards being a picture, frame, and a calling card.
u/cod_mobile_official please bring back the competitive aspect to this game.

HONESTLY It just too fucking easy.

The game not opening

Since today from around 11:00 am (IST), my game just automatically signed me out while in a ranked match and is not letting me sign in again.
I have proper net, but the game keeps showing the no connection message right after signing in from fb.
I just posted here to know if it's an issue from my end or others are also facing the same.
P.s. i have tried with both a wifi and mobile data, but it's the same.

Dropshotting needs a bigger nerf.

Dropshotting is still very OP, we need to do something about it or the entire game is going to be full of people just dropshotting while they're walking. I see it very often during ranked games so that's why I quit playing ranked and continued in public matches. If this game is conquered by dropshotting, it doesn't feel like a CoD anymore. It also has triggered me multiple times already because whenever I load into a single game, there's almost always that one person just dropshotting the entire lobby. It is very obnoxious and ruins the flow of the game. In my opinion, it just destroys the feel of it being a Call of Duty and making it more of a Call of Dropshot.

Suggestions from a player

As a huge lover of CODM since Season 1 and as someone who follows this sub daily i really hope the December or future updates have changes to improve/address the current state of the game, which in all honesty is in rough shape in it's first year anniversary. With that being said, I've decided to compile some suggestions based on my personal opinion and some reddit posts that I've been seeing on this sub for a while, i hope the devs see this as a constructive criticism from a daily player instead of a random rant.

  • Rework Damascus, Platinum and Gold camos to something closer to COD MW. They look cheap in their current state (in particular the Damascus)
  • Increase Bullet speed and ADS spread accuracy across the board. . Getting headshots is currently dependent on luck instead of accuracy
  • Increase Damage range on all weapons in BR. Gunfights at medium - long range are a nuisance since the HP is so big for weapons with so little damage range.
  • Adopt the warzone health system in BR with Plates only and a fixed base HP. The "Adrenaline" item in BR is entirely dependent on a RNG and shouldn't boost the base HP, instead have a Base regenerative HP and plates to boost armor.
  • Different Level system. The "Prestige" system would be amazing since all players that have been playing for more than 3 seasons are already level 150
  • Better Clan Rewards. Better and more rewards, receiving a couple of credits or a random crate for playing an entire week isn't engaging.
    -Better post battle pass Rewards. 50 credits per tier after tier 60? Really?
    -Less Loading Screens. There's a bloat of unnecessary screens to skip after a match.
    -Better FPS and Less Desync. Self explanatory
    Just Bundles. Players would spend a lot more money on quality bundles than they do at Lootcrates and Luckydraws. Cod MW has a much higher revenue from selling bundles than they did with Lootcrates in the past. It's a nuisance for players to spend Cod points on a item they so badly want that only has 0.089% of bein...

Does anyone else find that when they play with headphones, you can hardly hear anything at all until you turn the volume nearly all the way up, or is it just me.? I tested the headphones in other places with the volume down and o could hear just fine but in cod mobile, there’s pretty much nothing until you turn it up half way.

I can't reset my password, literally.

So one time, i got kicked from the game because, no internet. When i had internet, i opened the app, but well i had to enter my password again. But because i have the memory of a fish, i forgot the password and i decided to reset my CoDm password. (i pressed the ''Forgot Password''' button in THE APP, not a shady website. Well, entered my email address, and then i waited a L O N G time, and finally received a mail from no-reply@te.activision.com. So i opened the email, pressed the ''RESET YOUR PASSWORD'' button. Then i entered my new password, pressed ,,Save'' and well.... I got only one piece of useful text.. Reset password failed. Is there any reason why it failed?

A simple suggestion to the devs

Hey guys, if I’m not mistaken there’s some developers in this community, so I wanted to suggest that as I already maxed out all of the guns, you could add an option to sell your XP cards as I don’t need them anymore, and I thought maybe it could be good instead of just having them in my inventory. penalized/ losing points

tired of getting penalized/losing points because teammates quit in lobby or like, just now, in BR Alcatraz, 3 teammates quit after they were killed for the 1st (ending up placing 9th; i lost 28 points). this is not the 1st this has happened. the company does nothing about this b/c they don’t care as long as the make $$$$

Bad lag killing my game

I was running across an open space. A building at the other side. Suddenly my enemy is in my face, running at me straight on, operator skill blasting me, the shield with the gun.

You dont just spawn running with operator in action so I can only assume he run from the building yet it was too far away that I should have saw him running out of it or possibly jump from it.

Has anyone else experienced this.

How codm community ruined their own game! [pls read]

Everyone knows that s11 was full of bugs. Almost everyone reported these bugs. But almost none of them got fixed even in s12. You know why?

2 reasons-

  1. S12 was just a small update, not a large one. But devs could have fixed almost all the bugs in this update or either through hotfixes. So the second reason...

2)The community. They kept spamming #FixOurGame and cringy titles, sarcastic titles over bug fixes flair. Wanting good skins doesn't make a F2P greedy

I've seen people here being insulted countless times because they are talking about free skins. Yeah, we should be thankful for skins we can get without paying, but just because we get them for free tgat doesn't mean they should be bad. The epic M4 looks like a rare skin, the Battle Hardened hurts my eyes sometimes. Just because we want good skins we aren't greedy or shitting on devs. I don't care if the skins are rare or epic or legendary, as long as they look nice. Obviously some F2Ps are greedy, like those who want like 10 legendary weapons because they played since S1 or something. Also keep in mind that free epics are harder to get than thise behind a paywall. A payed skin is just a few taps away. Congrats, you have money. But free epics are often behind a event that you have to grind your ass off for (like the Starstruck Chicom). Long story short, we just want some nice free skins. Imo the free Razorbacks and the Locus hit the right spots, I want the artists to keep making good skins. I didn't play all day for a piece of cokorful garbage. Sorry if this post is confusing, kinda hard to press all points

How do I make the characters shut up?

I play at around 50% volume Because I can hear footsteps loud enough but the characters saying "Ahhhh I've been shot" "need backup" "changing mag" etc are just too loud and really really annoying and it's just pissing me off at this point .

Hear me out on this one. This thing is not fair, if that word is appropriate here. My ass just exploded every single time I was killed by that. Exploded so damn hard, that it will be a spoiler to the next big “2020 surprise”. I used to play without it. Emphasis on the “used to”. The next day I unlocked it, got the hang of it and started to gun down every single soul I saw on the way. And you know what?

I didn’t like that. Not one bit.

Every time I killed someone - I kinda felt their anger(no, they were not writing stuff about me in the chat), their pain, that was just the same as mine not too long ago. And then I realized something.

You know, when I see posts here about “Nerf Akimbo Fennec”, I see comments like “Eat or be eaten”. Should I remind you, that we are not in the jungle? It’s not WWII and shit. It’s just a game, it should be fun for everyone, not for the group of over privileged assholes running around pressing 1 button to kill someone. Drop that shit. People are legitimately quitting the game because of how OP that thing is.

Remove the Akimbo perk completely from Fennec, don’t just nerf it.

I feel the M16 gets no love but it's really goodd. It's not that difficult to use and it's deadly accurate. I feel the only other AR that comes close to it's accuracy is the ICR. I love the ICR but sometimes I feel the TTK isn't that great.
What's your thoughts on M16 compared to ICR ?

how to leave a room

I don't know what that means and trying to figure it out, I even left the clan I was in and it still won't work. Does anyone know what to do? Slaughter missions....

So I don’t understand the MP missions that feels so one sided. Especially in the new campaign. Fight against the clock especially.
Sometimes I’m on the winning side, sometimes not. But the gameplay feels obviously skewed & overwhelming.

I’ve been playing since the beginning and at the moment it seems the worst it’s ever been.

Bots have random capitalizations in their names right, but I’m not seeing a proliferation of them.

Can anyone explain this?

Hi, im a 69 year old who only uses acimbo fennecs and spams the Molotov on shipment, AMA!

Like the title says, I use the fennec with acimbo while others are try their hardest to grind pistol and shotgun camos on shipment. I use urban outrider and I also love persistence VTOL, stealth chopper, and air strike! Did you guys see the new crates? Oh boy am I gonna buy them all! as many of us know, warzone mobile (might) be on the works. i'll say this again until everyone gets it but battle royale doesn't belong in cod. cod mobile's main attraction is multiplayer. imo they should just remove br because; if warzone comes out, it'll just kill our current br. unless warzone decides to replace warzone mobile for our current br in-game then i can't see a future for br in cod mobile. im also concerned about zombies (where is it lmfao). at this point ranked is just boring and we've been waiting for zombies for 11 seasons now and the devs haven't said a single thing about them.

Erros in BR Aka 47, chooper an ICR.

Hi, I want to report an error that I have seen in Battle Royale, since when you use the automatic button to shoot from the hip - (by tapping the fire button and holding the sight, you can shoot from the hip that way) - - which Before if it worked well, and now sometimes it does not fire the weapon from the hip, the weapon that I have seen the most this error is with the ICR almost always, and sometimes with the AK47 and the helicopter, but if you put manual firing from the hip it will not ay problem help us solve that thank you very much (THIS ERROR ONLY HAPPENS IN BR).

Gravity spikes

It happens to me often but today was the breaking point. I used gravity spikes 4 times in the same domi game and each time the enemy kills while I'm in mid air and in the killcam it shows that I was just idly standing there. Nice. In TDM too this happened three times back to back today.

Let's be real. The real reason the akimbo fennec not getting a nerf when people are begging for it is because of money. Disucss

Back in Season uhh I forgot which season was that ( i think its somewhere around 5-7, correct me please ) we had a week of ASM10. at that time, the fire rate of ASM10 was buffed and it was OP ( iirc, it was the only 3 shot AR at the time, it's before the OTM DRH ) and people spammed it so hard. within a week after many people cry for its OPness, the devs nerfed it.

Now in season 12, many people are crying, begging for the fennec to be nerfed ( not me, I'm not crying about it ), yet the devs just said in the latest community post "were giving it some time to breathe" and stuff like that. and yet almost 1 and a half season later, nothing changed.

Now I'm not going to speculate wild stuff, but because we know how money-hungry the devs are ( *cough cough UAV camo* ), I can say will full confidence that they're not nerfing the Fennec because of money. Why? that would hurt the sales of the mythic fennec. Who's going to spend $450 on a non-meta gun? Youtubers probably. and they would probably nerf it after the draw / season ended. This is not the first time they did this, its virtually every new lucky draw. Buff the gun to shit, sell'em the lucky draw, nerf it later on.

This is opposite of what happened to ASM10 back in that week. they had no lucky draws / crates to sell epic / legendary ASM10, so they quickly nerf it because people asked for it.

I know my Activision Account and my Game Center Account information. But I do not know my facebook login.

If I could just see the Facebook account linked to my Cod Mobile account, for example the starting letter (x****@gmail.com)

That would greatly help. I don't know the login facebook info to the Account linked to Cod account, having an idea of the first letter used would greatly help.

Many 3 fingers/thumb players just got nerfed. Can no longer swipe inside jump/crouch button to simultaneously aim while jumping/sliding.

So few days ago before these small updates, if you have you jump button big enough, you could slide your finger left in the button and you character would jump and look left simultaneously. This allowed 3 finger/thumb players to jumpshot and have better movement.

Now the area under those buttons can't be used for aiming. This is widening the gap between 4 fingers and 3 finger/thumb players which is the opposite of what codm should do.

Game crashing only during BR since the season 11 update

Alright, I just hope I'm not the only one with this issue.
I first downloaded CODM around August (don't know what version was on then) and been playing it ever since then.

I play MP, BR continuously even for up to 4 hours sometimes, my phone get a bit hot, but not severe but still won't even crash until the season 11 update that came out mid October.

Since then my BR always crashed for no reason, but there is something specific about this crashing, it never crashes on MP, I have played MP for over an hour to see if it will crash once, but it didn't. Another thing is, the crash doesn't happen in the pregame lobby, it happens:

  1. While jumping into the fight zone, jump and parachute (most occurred)
  2. After getting off any vehicle (most frustrating)
  3. While picking weapons (least occurred)

So, basically after it crashes, I reopen then reconnect to game if hopefully the game is still on and I get to continue if luck keeps me alive or I'm dead already and my teammates are close to pickup my dogtag. It crazy frustrating because I have new friends on the game that we play together and it pains to be the one costing the team.

My phone is android with 3gb of RAM free storage of 7gb(deleted a lot of files of about 4gb to get to 7gb thinking it might be storage issue). I have asked my friends on the game if they experience such crash, they said it crash sometimes for them but no as often as it did for me.

From the first day i downloaded the game, I have always used low graphics settings so I doubt it is coming from there.

If there is any dev or someone with similar issue and/or solution should please contribute as it is super frustrating for me since I really enjoy BR than MP.

Are my teammates actual bots?

I started playing with my friend, he is lvl 45 I'm lvl 150, and we played a lot of snd, but when ever I die, and spectate my random teammates, I see them aim onto enemies without shooting, I see them miss every shot even when they're at such close range, and they run away from people, also I'm seeing enemies with 3 kills 12 deaths aim onto me through a wall and then instantly beam me once I come into sight, I rage so much when I'm the only one with above 2 kills other than my friend, I have lost literally 5 matches in a row and have had to 1v5 4 times. I really need to know.

How can I obtain legendary weapons without playing BR or spending a butt-load of money.

When I say legendary weapons, I'm talking about the kind of weapons that make the player look like a master modder. The weapons that look exotic, that cause the victim to melt and that have a really stand-out name tag in the kill feed.

I'm not the biggest BR player, as I mostly prefer playing multiplayer and ranked. I do have the battle pass though. Payed €5,49 on it and not looking to pay too much more on the game.

I have been, however, been saving up credits in case this kind of gun pops up in the store. Currently on 10K, most blueprints are 20K so I fear one of these legendary weapons could be going for quite a bit more.

Basically, can these legendary weapons be found as a rarity in the battle pass, or do I have to think out putting a bit of money into the game?
