Does Hitbox really matters in Battle Royale?

I understand that to be competitive, there are characters that have a lower Hitbox than others and that gives you a slight advantage in Multiplayer, but how would that affect in a Battle royale?

For example, the skin of the clown (Joker) has a huge Hitbox in MP, but there are people who do not care about that and use it anyway.

Molotovs, sticky grenades, and trophy systems in battle royale

I've realised that the battle royale experience in CoDM can be taken to the next level by adding trophy systems, sticky grenades and molotovs in the game. Personally, I think trip mines can be skipped because of how broken they would be if they were added into the game. Perhaps a massively nerfed trip mine could be tolerated(a trip mine that takes away only 50HP or so) . Please upvote this if you would like the developers to add them in the game. (of course, I know the priority is towards fixing the game first but please give this idea a chance too. Oh, and pretty please don't downvote for no reason😅)

KN-44 Headshots

I'm currently grinding gold camos on all my AR's, just cant get any headshots with my KN-44. I tried mulitple attachments but nothing works out.

I play domantion on shipment 1944 all the time.

Anyone got tips for my loadout or gamemode/ mapchoice?
I prefer to use red dot sight.

For people who want to get to leggy fast. (small tip for snd for lower-ranked players)

This is a pretty small tip for snd and normally works well in lower ranks. Ik this may seem like a bad tip but it was actually kinda fun and it messes with the other team. SnD gives the most rank points so if you play snd a lot and you are good at it you can easily get to leggy. The tip for snd in lower ranks is that you should try and play aggressive and try and push to their spawn and flank them. This may not be useful in leggy because more people actually use brain cells but I still do it in leggy and I still get high kill games. In lower ranks peoples mechanical skills are not actually that good (aiming, controlling recoil, movement). If you can master mechanical skills (try watching YouTubers play, pro scrim player) then killing them is a lot easier. Try and flank the opposition and try and follow a route which you would normally go when you are on that side. 90% of the time you will probably find a kid there camping like a bot. Remember to have your sound on so you can easily hear where the other enemies are as well and you can flank them as well. People normally associate snd with taking things slowly but if you play aggro it can really wind them up. EVEN in leggy ranked there are still a bunch of campers as well. ALSO after the round has finished DO NOT go the same way you went last time. The kid ()if he has brain cells) will probably be hardscoping that area just for you. IF you keep dying then do not be afraid to try again. YOU learn by making mistakes and the more better you get at playing aggro the more higher kill games you can get. Especially picking of campers can help your less skilled team-mates from not dying to them. YOU always have to be unpredictable in snd so remember that. Hope it kinda helped idk leave some more tips in the comments if you want.

Sometimes it isn't "My Team Sucked" and "I have bad teammates"

Guys sometimes it isn't your team's fault. Sometimes the enemy just have better players and your team isn't shit or "bots" just because you got MVP.

Consider this scenario, if your team has a positive and higher K/D but your team loses the match. The enemy all have bad K/D and all lower score than each member on your team, it probably means they played better. But if you flip the victories around the losing team with the bad K/D will probably blame his/her teammates despite a tight fierce match.

My thoughts on the chinese CODM´s full reload animations

....meh. I honestly feel like some of the animations are really good such as the AK style ones, the M4 slap I liked, but the rest of the weapons are kind weird. Some of them don't showcase the weight very well, such as the ASM-10´s and the UL736´s reloads, some of them missed the opportunity for a satisfying sound such as the HVK and ICR (both are related to the AR-15, so where is that slap?) and some of the sounds on the guns are unsatisfying (Chicom and MSMC,) or it doesn't pay much attention to detail (DR-H, seriously that reload bugs me, or the Man-O-War, which is related to the FN FAL) and some are not really faithful to the source material (Man-O-War, which should have a bolt catch, because FN FAL, or the HG40, which is related to the MP40 and could have a bolt slap.) In short, I feel like not only is it oversaturating the charging handle on the left side and needs more variety, but it also could pay more attention to detail, and the sounds could be more satisfying. I know, it's a mobile game, but that does not mean it has potential to be better.

These Bugs Are Driving Me Crazy!!

To be clear, I play on a Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2. There are two major game breaking bugs and one resolution problem that I have yet to see anyone discuss besides a handful of people leaving reviews in the app store.

The first major bug is that the game freezes during battle royal or long MP matches. I'd like to note that once the screen freezes, the audio continues normally and you can still technically move around and do everything normally, you just cannot see anything happening on the screen.
I've tested if this had to do with framerate, graphics settings, and even if the phone had been hot at the time and all of these things seem to not play any part in the game freezing randomly. The screen becomes stuck and then it begins to look like a gif( a couple of the last visible images playing over and over again). The only way to continue the game is to close the app entirely and then reboot CODM. By the time you have rebooted - you have to reload into your MP or BR match and hope that you have not been killed.

The second bug is a spacial audio bug. For instance there is normal landscape on every device, but there is something also called reversed landscape mode. This means you have flipped your devices orientation to the opposite side but are still in landscape(horizontal) mode. I.E if your volume buttons were at the top before and charging port on the right, the volume buttons are now on the bottom and charging port on the left.

The Galaxy Z Fold 2 has two built in speakers and they are located under your hands when you have the device in normal landscape mode. So, naturally you would want to swap the device into reversed landscape so that the speakers will be above your palms instead of under your palms and the audio being blocked.

Once you flip the device into reversed landscape what happens is the audio stays the same orientation. For instance, gunshots happening on the right side of the player will be heard out of the left speaker instead of the right speaker. This is very disorienting and really cr...

The Fuck?

Like the post said, the fuck? Why did they have to “optimize” the game for low end phones? Because that shit did not help lower end phones and high end phones. I have a 6S and before this update it used to run way smoother than this update. I ran high frame rate and it barely lagged, like once every few games. And now whenever I start to shoot or aim or change perspectives, it lags so bad it’s not even funny. Did they really deoptimize the game just so ppl could buy a $1500+ phone? You could literally buy a ps5 and like 5+ games with that.

FIX THIS GAME PLEASE! This is getting ridiculous, I am losing battery while CHARGING!

Developers, you need to hurry up and damn well fix this game. You've had a lot of time already, and I'm sure a lot of the community are getting fed up of your antics. You need to stop focusing on superficial rubbish and tackle core issues. No other app causes battery drainage like yours. Personally I will be taking a break until you've fixed this to preserve battery health. Does this happen to you? My device is only two years old. Can last an entire day still. Just not on CODM.

This game f*cking sucks right now!

The issues in the game are just ruining it. I've played this game since launch and I've never had any thoughts to quit playing or deleting the game totally, but these thoughts are present a lot lately. Stop with the cosmetic stuff, crates, bundles, lucky draws, battle passes, new game modes and any other thing that is not a gameplay fix!!! Yes the free stuff is amazing and the community thanks you a millions times, but it don't mean anything and isn't usable if we can't PLAY THE GAME!!! For the love of everything please just put out a huge update for all the gameplay issues because this is getting ridiculous. Now I'm experiencing not being able to reload in BR to go along with 100 problems!? The only thing I could do is either find a new gun and use it, couldn't reload, switch to my secondary, couldn't slide, jump or run, just walk around while trying to evade a full squad. Patience is gone and the game needs to be fixed or else I'm sure you will see a huge drop in players...

  • knockdown crosshair change issue
  • screen freezing and lag during gunfights.
  • flying when exiting vechicle.
  • sometime when u jump u can't use class.
  • before update when ur prone,double tap crouch will let u slide thats gone.
  • weird movement,like u r bouncing when jumping.
  • when vechicle hit we fly across the map.
  • sometime we cant glide when jumping from hills .
  • vechicles doing flips sometimes when we go near them.
  • Smokebomber issue enemies not visible most of the time.
  • auto switching to fpp while shooting in br.
  • sometime when you're ads dropshotting u wont be able to getup by clicking the prone button again.

Malfunction of CODM

I'm really curious about what is causing bugs, overheating, desync, frame drop and lag... Because I know a lot of players are suffering from those issues, but I've never experienced any of them and I'm a S2 player. Just unlocked the Fennec and I have a lot to say.

So I decided to test out the Fennec on a practice vs AI game since this gun is new and I wanted to test it on easier foes first, and good god this thing is a monstrosity. First thing I wanna talk about is the amazing hip fire accuracy. It's crazy as hell, and it fills me with the terrible belief that it could get nerfed. Next is the damage, and this little hell spawn shreds harder than Eddie Van Halen so you know this thing means business. Lastly, the ADS speed is very fast which makes close quarters combat very easy to excel in. Only problems I have are range and recoil, but that's to be expected from a submachine gun, not to mention those issues could probably be fixed with attachments. I strongly suggest you give it a try (just not on me). Oh, and about the hip fire accuracy, I used no attachments that enhanced the accuracy so this little bastard doesn't even have to be ADS'd (aimed down sights) to be accurate.

Inability to move sniper scope (ADS)

I've posted about this previously already.

But none of the sniper scopes is usable for me, whenever I ADS I'm unable to move my aim (character movement is fine), its fixed.

Surely this is a bug that needs to be fixed. I am unable to use any of the scopes because of this. Is anyone else experiencing the same thing, I've been waiting for them to fix but its been more than a month now. I'm on Garena.

Leaving Codm Until The Bugs Are Fixed

I am playing codm daily since the june indian beta and now i am tired of this game i post so many bugs but still not fixed
1.one of them is a touch problem which occurs in 80% of my matches
been complaining about the bug since s2 not fixed
2.i had to quit ranked because of bad teammates
there are campers every Fucking match ( even on shipment )
3.and of course the best thing about this game is the desync
i teleport around the map even on 20ms
4. Since I Played in the beta i have to pay double the amount of cp to buy stuff ( imagine supporting someone since the start and they give better things to new players)
Sorry CODM you just lost a loyal player .
really hoping you fix all the bugs instead of releasing a fucking mythic skin

If the price for better isolated is loosing Alcatraz ... Do it!

Isolated has a real core fanbase that plays for hours. Please keep building it out and improve this map as it deserves Graphics,grass,rock,buildings. ATM alkatraz is nice for change but gets boring. not a big fan of the respawn mode anyway. Also mabe hand us out our gunsmith early so we get some time with it and just drop extra perks, heals and ammo in the airdrop. Isolated really needs some love !

I have been having constant high ping (around 120) and keeps on reconnecting, this happens everytime while I'm in game but there's no network connectivity problems I face during I'm in lobby and it's not my internet as I have tried with mobile data and 2 WiFi to see if I still face the problem and it was still there. This is started like 2 days ago and I dont know how to fix it I've tried reinstalling the game but still no change.

Devs, pls read this...

First thing I want to say - I am a dedicated to the game player since a couple of months. I was playing and supporting it as well. I want to tell you that you created the best mobile FPS game for mobile in history. The mechanics, the weapons, the maps - everything great. I will tell you something now and don't think I am a hater or don't appreciate you, because I appreciate you guys a lot for not being greedy, but passionate about the game (I mean I haven't seen a mobile game before giving so much stuff to the f2p players).
But recently I am bored and I don't have desire to play, because I don't want any of these skins. Space, fire, zombie, clown themes on repeat. You gave to us some kawaii skins, but I was really disappointed. So, please think about it to make more and better looking waifu skins. The community is full of fellow weebs, I see very often in Ranked people with anime related profile pictures. I am sure that they would be happy if you add cool waifu skins. People who like space, fire, zombie, clowns, military, red themes got way too much stuff. We are also not a small part of the community, even a lot of pro players are weebs (I watch a lot of scrims).
Also, I would like to see more Manta Ray skins. It is one of the most beloved skins in the community.

Hi im using xiaomi mi8 phone and sometimes me and my friends use discord and messenger to talk but sometimes when im playing my phone just go black but its still on and i need to restart the phone so idont know if the game has problems or my phone or the apps because i already reinstall them and it still happens

Would u like too see a community skins competion???

At this point i have seen so many talented ppl on this subreddit that i think its time we had a community made skin competition or poll for them so that they can add those fan made skins in game(possiblely for free) and also i think its better for the community and leaves a good Expression and vibe in between all of this conflict thats going in with the game rn
And it could lead into more good and important interactions with the community and the devs of the game in the Future

Youtubers top guns lists

What exactly do they base their lists on ? How is ferg gonna put the gks as a top 5 gun when the Rus is similar in every aspect just with a much higher fire rate that is less punishing, one minute he says the Echo is a top 5 gun a week later he says the Krm and by15 are better and doesn't even mention the Echo ,both him and Bobby put the locus as the best sniper because "it has faster ADS " and path goes on to prove them wrong and says the DLQ has faster ADS and is better now watch them both change their opinions because of that, these lists are hella annoying because they're so misleading to the viewer and the sad thing is that their viewers listen to them

Melee trade option

There should be an option where we can trade melees with other melees.melees in games are a way to show status, we should have an option where we can trade paid melees with paid ones and free melees with other free ones,I have the folding knife, karambit, baseball bat (epic one from bp bundle) and I can give them all away for the katana-all hallows.

Help!

Well my cod mobile account is linked to facebook (it is not mine , this is my friends account) and he just found out that his facebook account is created with a virtual number that he do not have. (The number is gone).
And that unknown person can enter the account at any time. We do not have that number to unlink the account and i also heard about this.

Any plans on the gifting option?

I wanted to ask when the gifting option will arrive cause i am sure that they r not going to add a way to unlink facebook account and etc. I wanted to ask when the gifting option will arrive so i can "gift" everything that i have to my other account. Why can't they fix the bugs!!!!

I am tired of this ping issue!! Every time a 30 mb update arrives it brings that ping fluctuating bug!!! Sometimes i get 40 then it reaches 70 then 60 and i cant freaking kill anyone !!! Why time and again this bug returns why can't the devs just fix it permanently! Stop releasing maps and guns and focus on bugssssss

[Recommend] 2 and 3 finger HUD/controller

Ive reached elite 3 by playing with the simple default controller setup but now Im thinking of changing it as im not getting good scores anymore for some reason.

I play on an oppo a53 with dimensions being 163.9 x 75.1 x 8.4 mm.

I would still very much prefer to play with thumbs only but wouldn't mind experimenting with 3 fingers either so recommend me comfortable and good setups for both of the layouts. Would prefer newer videos or pictures.

I did check out some YouTube videos but their HUD seemed to be missing quite a lot of things like ladders, positions, red blast thingy etc which were present on my HUD so they were probably from an older version of the game.

So ya, help this noob in need or I might end up on your team.

2 bugs thats not gone

So there are 2 big bugs that haven't gone.
1st one is the constant connection issues.
2nd one is where you start the game, then its jumped to the game and its like starting half way through the match.

Hi devs, iam playing this game since alpha, beta & season 1. I used to play plenty of times on console before this game got released on mobile. And also played warzone to get my lifetime favourite GHOST. When I played this game, i never had played a game on mobile for this long. Then i realised that this is not just a game. It was enjoyable and relaxing to play. I told about this to friends. They also enjoyed it and play it often. When ever a question comes of best game of this decade, i always said CODM. Even my friends love this game so much that they start playing wherever they get place. We played Pubg before this and I always get frustrated playing it. Dying and not getting revived was the main minus point in pubg. So i honestly say this again, COD games Forever. I play this on low end phone because i can't afford one. Because my parents don't allow to. Then also i was thinking to buy battlepass as it was very decent. Then bought it 5 days before season 11 arrived. I was very happy for the season 11 bp. I got 2 characters, QQ9 skin, glowstick, etc and was growing happier by gaining more items from bp. Overall seaon looked good at start. Then this TRASH happened to me.
Surprise....... U have been banned for 10 fckng years. Wow devs wow. I never ever expected this surprise gift on your 1st anniversary.
At first i thought it may be 1day ban but after that i got shocked. I mean why me?. There are cheaters out there go ban them but why a false ban.
I know u have seen and read this post devs but please don't ignore this poor guy. My people said me to create another account and start from beginning with that and some said me to quit the game but here iam, asking u kindly to lift this ban man. Just just prove them wrong that u don't ban innocent people. Show them u care about us. Just make good things happen. I will not ask more than this and it will be my last and final request for u. I hope one day i may play with my friends again 😌😌

Playing CODM on my iPhone and iPad

Hi all! I currently play CODM on my iPad and I want to log in on my phone as well. I’ve never played on my phone before.
When logging in I get the following message

‘The system detects that the Game Center account you selected is already linked to a player. Do you want to overwrite the current players information?’

If I proceed, will this erase all my progress? Has anyone logged in in two iOS devices (not at the same time)?

How do I optimize the amount of weapon XP I get per game?

I'm not talking about x2 XP cards, since those are very rare, nor am I talking about regular XP cards... Does it scale off kills? Did it scale off how long the match lasts? Does it scale off what game mode? Do you get more XP in ranked or not? Stuff like that is what I'm wondering about to see if I can optimize just a little bit more... As much as I like hardpoint shipment, having to play 40-50 per gun, if not more, gets very old very quick.

I always get banned at the final week of each season

At the beginning of each season, I can get a lot of kills and a nuke and nothing happens. But when it's the final week of a season and I get a lot of kills or a nuke, I get banned for some reason. Can you please fix this bug? It's very annoying as I get mad at this ban. This has been happening since Season 8.

Hi guys I was spectating one of my friends game play and one of his teammates had an Dr-h, he would shot something but not a bullet (then it would shoot normally) would think it was a flash grenade (2) but it comes out from his gun instead. Is there a perk that does that?

People from season 1 who bought the pass and completed it should get an event where we are able to pick free legendaries.

I just wanna be clear, I am not trying to make people jealous in-game, but I have been playing this game from season 1 and I bought the pass to show how much love I give for the franchise. I just want the OGs to be happy and to know how much Activision cares for the people whom have been loyal to them for decades and decades of FPS masterpieces, and im one of those people who appreciated the game and cherished every moment, every game, every update, and every franchise. I think if this was to be given to us, the new and upcoming players would be also encouraged to try and experience your games. When you barely make it to the safe zone and inject your last adrenaline shot expecting a major fight, when a bot comes out of nowhere and reduces 30 health points and you are like why did I even put on the shot....happens to me every match..

Android 10

Is there any updates or fixes to connect a controller to an android with the latest system update. This is currently the only cod I have due to work location and it sucks that I can't add my controller. Anybody got past this issue in anyway.

It is an super fun sniper rifle. The only sniper rifle I have been able to take to rank matches and come out on top.

Also whats the point of a marksman rifle? I have no idea what's the difference between that and a regular sniper rifle?

All right , so basically did activision put sbmm into public matches, because i swear I don't think my enemies is bots and all of them are "iferg skilled". I don't think im noob because this litterally happened just today (garena player btw). And why are my senstivities randomly locked or changed to slower sense. Is this a bug or something? Can we all agree that sometimes matchmaking is utterly crap?

For those who enjoy mostly public matches, but this may apply to ranked as well.

And with this I don't (only) mean level/rank disparity between teams, but also the fact that you get put in a match that is way too started. For example, a TDM in which the score is 8 vs 18 when you enter, or a free for all in which the guy in the first place literally has 12 points when you just enter.

Not to mention the fact that, in public matches, more often than not a team will have 1-2 players and the rest are bots and the other team may have 3-4 players and just one or two bots.

In ranked this may be seen as a blessing considering you don't lose points if you lose, but in normal games it is extremely frustrating when you just want a fair and normal match, not an already won/lost and super quick match.

You read the post correctly I need help I was tired of clueless duos and squads so I decided to solo only to find it worse cz of my low end device not able to process this game in its current state of #fixourgame especially BR multi-player as well I was trying to practice casual quick scoping not freakin kill a person within 1 or 5 away from me XD. Returning to BR solo I'm losing more and I mean WAY more gunfights than I shouldve won them I use defender or emp drone cz I main them and sometimes the lag and frame kick in and I lose the gunfights especially when having the eco I had a point of breaking my device but I wouldn't allow it cz I use it for online work which is way more important so all I'm asking is for a teammate or team that have a device that lags way less than mine and to have a small DNA gene of these top br players to help me win some games and feel happy for once and forget that these issues will not let me play codm

FPS flop

So I’ve seen a few posts about people saying FPS drops. I never really experienced it only in the end in Alcatraz. But today in Rust 10v10 the crust part of the game was fine and dandy but once the second half came around it was impossible to play so low fps. I also have a 2 year old iPhone 10s it was a $1000 dollar phone it should run perfectly fine.

Guns in br

I have been playing abit more br lately. I realized that not all the guns can be found on the floor

Guns like: BK57, Type 25, HVK, dr-H, Pharo, msmc, etc etc the list goes on

I know that you can customize your own gun in airdrop. But i think that there should be more variety of guns that you can pick up on the floor.

BR freezing

i started playing since the season 9 and going up against an enemy and i try to ADS, the whole thing freeze up for a second and by that time im dead. this happens literally every single BR game I've played since day 1 but today i lost my shit.i thought this was my phone but after seeing posts here i feel relieved knowing it's almost everyone who had this issue and if it's fixed we might get a solid gameplay experience. any news they'll resolve this?

Please rework the striker. i beg you

introduction of the echo legit makes the striker useless. the gun hasnt ever been good, and now its not even worth using when you guys buff it by making a whole new gun. its such a good shotgun concept and the punishing reload wouldnt be so bad if you just make the weapon perform like its mw3 counterpart.

you reworked the razorback so it wouldnt be a pdw, i have hope you can do the same for my striker so it wont just be an inferior echo. for those of you who never played mw3, the striker had a 18 extended mag (stock 12), a slower fire rate, more recoil, terrible mobility, but it almost hit as hard as a pump action. the reload with only sleight of hand perk actually reloads at the same speed that 2 reload speed attachments do here on codm.

i propose the removal of fast reload reload case,

CODM needs Help!

Developers at CODM need to address the issues in game. They seem to continue to release items in game yet they won't fix the problems. Lag, Glitching and Sever Desync. Support staff in CODM are worthless individuals that should be hired to work at McDonald's. One year in and they still have no clue how to address problems. Hire better code writers!

Something wrong with my view sensitivity

My ps4 controller pairs to my android pixel 3 phone fine and works, but I'm CODM even when I enable controller support when I hit connect controller it tells me to connect my controller via bluetooth.

It's already connected but CODM won't recognize it, even when it's connected via bluetooth when I'm in game the buttons do nothing.

Hopefully I don't get murdered on here for wanting to use a controller but has anyone encountered this/have a fix?
