Can't auto equip scopes in br

Before the Gunsmith update came there was an option to auto pick scopes, wherein I only had auto pick red dot only, and after the gunsmith updatei couldnt select auto pick holo scope or any other scope, it's no big deal but it's really an inconvenience to manually put scopes on gun.

Nikto?

So I've seen and heard that Nikto will come back in the mythic lucky draw for the fennec so just got me curious on how much do you guys like the skin itself? (it's my fav) ... You are all wrong. Stop following stupid rumours.

Yes, iOS devices are having frame rate issues and over heating problems. The simple problem was that they failed to cap the frames at 60 fps, which resulted in over heating issues. The SIMPLEST SOLUTION to this is to go to graphic settings and set your framerate option at medium. That should solve the problem as you will manually cap the frames.

Here's why everyone is wrong, and annoying. Activision isn't destroying other devices by lagging them and causing problems to promote Sony's Xperias. That would be extremely stupid and just plain wrong. It isn't a marketing tactic. The marketing stayed in the champs where the pros were given to play on Xperias to promote it. And the advertising of Xperia during the commercial breaks in champs.

Simply put, they did not destroy your device. It was a simple malfunction, where they failed to cap the frames. This game is far from perfect. But so was CS GO, or Call of duty modernwarfare on their release. Give this game time. Stop being so impatient. I have my angry moments at this game too and I wish that the devs put more effort into optimisation this game and fixing its bugs.

But I have reasons to believe that this game will reach greater heights. If it takes the right steps. And its on the right path. The million dollar tournament is one of them.

So either shut up and stop complaining like babies or go play some other game. if you have issues there is a section called bug report. Report the bugs and continue playing knowing that this isnt the perfect game, but it will be one day.

Its absolutely hilarious to see games over 6gb+ in file sizes perform better than CODM

That's right, I'm talking about Genshin Impact. Now this game is probably the most revolutionary thing to happen in the mobile industry. Their devs never expected to see the game blow up and the servers still manage to hold up. Their developer communications contain useful information on serious issues about the community.

COD Mobile however? A game company (Activision) which has multiple teams to handle different aspects of the game still struggles to solve problems that require immediate attention. The same old events, nothing new. Changing the name of an event to something nonsensical such as "Get ready to take off!" just sounds absurd to me and a cheap way to make people excited for something that doesn't need excitement.

The servers are an issue that is undeniably present within the game. You cannot say that you haven't experienced any form of lag, fps drop, desync, bugs etc in all your time of playing this game. This game lost its volume that was so precious to it. The only negative factor of the game this community had in previous seasons was its lack of content. But now, people do realise that adding "content" to a game is not the only driving factor for someone to play it.

(Btw, I use both Android and IOS devices that are fairly new. I find myself being able to relate to the problems of both types of players. I'm open to discussions in the comments.)

Redmi note 8 pro max and very high Fps issue

My phone is Redmi Note 8 pro and bought it because of Codm 60 Fps and camera.
And also it has a 280k Antutu Benchmark Score
So I Bought it.

And that was like Season 1.
I Bought the phone and had max Fps even on high Graphics.

But On S4 they removed max and very high Fps even on low graphics.

It's ok if they removed it for all phones under 280k benchmark, but still max Fps is available for 160k benchmark phones.

But like, what is the reason?,
Mediatek?, C'mon.

There is no heating issues on this phone and just performs awesome, I guess Devs trusted myths like "Mediatek is hot oven" yes mediatek been this like before this Processor.

Can they just give me back the max fps Alteast on low graphics.

There is a narrowness on the head 2 better than him, rus-79u is three higher, qq9 is better in accuracy and control and distance ... everything is better! Should I switch to 3-4 fingers? (Should I start playing with the claw technique?)

To try and shorten this as much as I can, I’m a lvl50 player who’s been playing on and off since release. Although I play with 2 fingers and do not use the aim button, I have good aim and can quick scope very easily. The more ranked matches I get into, the more harder my enemies are becoming. So I was wondering if I ‘needed’ to play with claw to be able to beat these players or If I could continue using 2 fingers.

Has legendary become too easy? Or is it just that the player base has increased along with many becoming really good?

Please read this bit. So, I started ranked in S5 and became legendary. Now, although I had to grind, it was still like - "was it that simple? ". I am not praising myself. I became legendary with just 2 thumbs. But over the course, I upgraded from being a 2 thumb player to 3 fingers and then to 4 fingers. I learned to play with gyro. With much improved gameplay, I wonder how I was legendary before this. I used to think that legendary was some sort of op club. But, it feels like anyone with half decent gameplay who plays a lot will sooner or later become one. So....

Is it just me?

So now it's not just a desync type of situation. These past few days SGs aren't working right. Instead of hitmarkers (it's already bad that shotguns are hitmarker machines at very close cqc), when you hit enemies now they show YELLOW hitmarkers. The ones you fucking see when you hit vehicles. What is happening now? All of a sudden there's sooooo much bugs on top of bugs. What now devs? Hope you see this.

The reason why CODM Is going to die.

The desync is inevitable it happens in all shooter games, but in codm it exceeds soo much, here are the reasons why all OG players will leave CODM -

  1. desync
  2. the sheild issue
    3)only optimising Sony xperia and not other devices
  3. mismatch in rank
  4. choppy gameplay
    Half of these reasons weren't even there before s11, I would love a corrective season where there are no draws, bundles, battle passes but it will correct the gameplay. But no Activision wants money and hence all the legendary rank players, 150 lvl players and the OG'S will leave. Today's incident- was playing Alcatraz in legendary rank got killed by 2 enemy squads, I had an Annahilator every time I shot a
    Round my screen freezed, like this I lost 200 points.
    If the community is reading this, idc if u upvote or downvote
    I want Activision to hear the OG'S like me and million others

Hear me out... before you downvote.

I just want to say that maybe CODM's partnership with Sony has nothing to do with the lag people experience.

I play on a huawei y9 2019 device and my graphics and performance improved after the update. I couldn't even see other player's character skins before but now I can. Only frame drops I get are when I get close to transform shields and when someone gravity spikes around me. Yeah and also server issues

Maybe the fps drops people experience have nothing to do with Sony and could just be a problem on some devices since the devs have admitted they have problems optimizing the game for each device. They have also acknowledged the complaints and said they'll look into it before the next update.

Please take a break from the game if it's making you feel mad all the time. Realize it's just a game and mistakes are made during development all the time. Those mistakes would be corrected with time. Just relax.

Some personal opinions to the game

These are just few of my opinions towards the game itself. If can bring these updates in the next update:

  1. Try to make an event board where people can view what event is gonna happen next in the game. While this is not necessary, I would be happy if that happened, but it is not important

  2. Add new features to the training range. The addition of it is good, but if possible add these trainings too:

  • CQB training (Players will be given a QQ9 and they have to shoot their way through as quick as possible. Rating will be based on accuracy, time taken and body parts hit. When the rating is way too high, system have a chance of catching cheaters

  • Ranger traning (Similar to CQB training, only they are given an AK-47 and targets are more further)

  • Gun flicking training (Players are given an XPR-50 and have to shoot the targets that are moving foward. The targets cannot cross the line and only have 5 chances. Targets are one shot but they will move faster as time goes)

  • Headshot training (Players are given an M21-EBR and have to shoot multiple moving or stationary targets. Targets are 95/s for health recovery, and shooting rate is reduced)

Yall just got disappointed in activision now?

Ok. So ive been playing codm sice mid season 3 (late jan 2020). i have been scrolling on this sub for some time. Everyone is mad now. However the real issue started in season 6. it started with the desync and account regestration complete ios login issues. I lost my account the bp i had been buying sice season 5 and some other items. (kids stop calling me an indian scammer). I have accepted that i have lost few of my favourite free and paid skins. this then led to hackers coming in the game again even worse desync and lucky draw dupes(before they were a thing). Then the faking of ping issue. Then came gunsmith in what seemed a premature release. The thing was soooo buggy at times.

Im just pointing out that the game has been having mass issues since about may 2020

Season 11 was the Anniversary season for CoDM. The devs promised us a great season full of amazing things. Was it full of amazing things? Yes! Alcatraz, Standoff Halloween, Fennec, NA-45, harder Ranked, and zombies in BR, free Epic MOW, Ghost in a bundle. All of this, if was put up by the devs, would throw the community in chaos. Everyone would thank them.
But is everyone enraged? Lag, bugs, desync and everything in between.
Let's talk about them.
I want this post to be very calm and friendly. Understand my POV, I will understand yours and this will be a discussion, not an argument. No one wants arguments.
Desync has been a problem for long. We all know that. And some of us are even mature and knowledgeable enough to know what it is and how it happens. Devs promised that it will be fixed months ago.
It hasn't been fixed.
But, we should not be accusing them for this. They didn't say that it be perfectly fixed by the next season, or it is fixed. They have always said that they are working on it.
So they should work harder, right?
Well yeah, but who told you they have NOT been working at maximum capacity. There is only so much of water that a cup can hold. It is bound to overspill. I am sure the devs are working as hard as possible. They would not get anything from not fixing it.
Have you thought that desync is such a big problem that they have been on it for months and still has not been fixed? If yes, you have then you would understand what I am saying.
If not, then think about it.
People who say devs should not focus on skins and content and they should be more focused on fixing the game, in regards to the new update. You guys are right. And in community, I think there was a comment from the devs that we would be focusing on the fixes.
See? They listen to us.
Now, bugs and fixes. Like all of you, I have faced them. There are a lot of them, and I don't thin...

An idea to fix how some people gets matchmated with opponents far better then them.

Base the match making system on the level of a certain player, higher level gets into a match with similar levels, the ranks could also be used here. And to fix casual lvl 150 players being matched with competitive lvl 150 ones, make the amount of levels nearly infinite with rewards past 150 just being credits. Any improvements, criticism or the like on my suggestion will be appreciated.

The current ranking system still punishes you for playing OBJ. I managed to drop a +1700 flag captured but with a negative K/D. Naturally I lost over 20 points, but I tried going 0 caps with a 3:1 K/D and lost only 5points.

Does anyone feel like this system is flawed? Shouldn't a heavily flag captured outweigh your K/D in the final score? Note this is Legendary Rank.

I also notice your team can go with a 4player the entire game until the last moment when the game inserts a player, now your whole team loses out on the +5 Last Man Standing point. I think this is unfair to those handicap team. Momentum completely changes

Warzone Mobile, Call of Duty Black Ops Zombies, and Call of Duty Companion App

Dear Activision and fellow player base,

Aside from all of the game-breaking bugs, hatred towards CODM, I present to you a 'game-changing' solution (most likely Activision already know these but anyway)-

​

  • Make CODM only for Multiplayer and separate Battle Royale into Warzone Mobile, just like MW and WZ in PC/Console. That way, devs can add/change features for the whole app separately and accordingly. Also, bug fixing will be easier and the game server won't be overwhelmed.

  • Link CODM and Warzone Mobile by the same COD account for the same user so that we can use our existing resources throughout both games.

  • For zombie fans, update your existing COD BO Zombies game in the play store and make it free.

  • Update your existing COD Companion app and add CODM so that CODM players can access the features you provide for the pc/console player base.

P.S. Warzone Mobile is officially confirmed but not yet announced.

we have a disappointing Halloween event that lasted a measly day and that the event that gives rewards was not so strong, but it should be noted that the reward of the season Ted the new character of the season was a character acclaimed by the fans and also important to emphasize the birthday event that in my opinion was great But as I said the game where there are many looks has no content anymore for those who have already finished the ranking and the events that are easy the game has literally stopped for me for two days since I played because I am discouraged in the game there is no content to play there is nothing new not to have anything to do other than just enter a game and play repeated games with nothing new I really wanted the Call of Duty mobile audience to get together and shout for them to listen to what we want most we want bug fixes we want new content constantly we want you to listen to us and do what we want because it is the audience that keeps a live game and their duty as developers is to develop a game that the public likes

About the lag

I thought my device ran the game very well untill recently , I have a snapdragon 632 ,redmi note 5 pro, and actually I use another phone as my daily driver so there's basically nothing on this phone except codm. And yes the first two games run super well , I got mvp in legendary Dom first two games, then after that my device started heating up .I don't think I've ever experienced heating in such a small duration , even when the game booster feature of mi, the device got heated to the point I could play barely , lost the next time match ,I thought oh, maybe a restart will help. Nope, the next match was even worse . The screen started shaking and I couldn't aim at all, lost the next match too, straight up stopped playing .

It's very triggering issue,I study all day and expect a good time after class playing codm . I'm about to stop playing if this continues , and it's shameful since the inflow of content in this season has been great, I love the new br map, Alcatraz even though I'm a mp main and, the BP was great. The free cardinal was awesome and I even pulled out some character skin from the lucky draw. Please don't let this anniversary be remembered for such issues ,push a maintainance update devs . The game is in such a great stage, thanks for everything and I know this isn't something that's going to be fixed in a day but at least address this issue instead of just saying lower your fps cap. Playing on medium fps isn't very pleasing for the in game experience as well. So please , unless you want to lose a huge fan base, do something.

So im like a huge fan of atrack of the undead mode but i cant keep playing only two maps again and again i.e. crash and standoff. I AM WRITING THIS AFTER PLAYING LIKE 20 GAMES AND 95 % of the time I HAVE GOT THESE TWO MAPS. Only 2 times i have got highrise and 2 times summit map. I mean u guys have 7 maps for that game mode and all i get is always those two maps. Its not that im not lucky or what but pls the map rotation in this mode is unfair. I mean i want to experience all the maps not just continuously play two maps before the event runs out. Its a mode that makes me calm after the ranked M.P. SO Pls devs this is not a lucky crate or draw. Make all of the map frequent to all players.

Just because someone posted that 120fps is only available on xperia doesnt mean it was there forever ive seen people in post like "the devs when they mak deal on sony" or "devs giving us a shitty experience on frame drops" blablabla. In those posts some commenta says that they have xperia and has the same problem i have a friend who kept dying because his frames where also dropping. All of us experience this, yes. But spreading this kind of shit pisses me like on the loose ends. Remember when you guys hated the devs for making it a crate even tho it was obviously made from photoshop or even fake the image was captured on phone not screenshot. So pls hear me out this shit is annoying and instead of saying "devs made a deal with sony etc" just say devs this experience has been bad pls optimize the game for everyone.

Grenade Throws Suggestions

Some players like myself like to use the "fast-throw grenade" setting because it seems much more convenient than pulling the lethal/tactical out and having to press another button to throw. Despite this, I still want to do certain line-ups using a Frag Grenade specifically while still being able to cook it. @CODM Devs, I suggest you add a setting wherein players can use "fast-throw grenade" but will allow them to hold the button down so that the character model will keep the grenade until the button is released. This way, it is much easier to do grenade lineups while still being quick in throwing important tactical equipments.

The sad state of this subreddit, a discussion

After reading a bunch of posts talking about the xperia I’ve noticed something, you guys are really dumb....

Let’s get things right, the xperia isn’t getting “more optimization” or “is gonna make the game more laggy for other devices” because of Sony’s deal, the truth is, they are just getting a higher framerate and in fact, nothing is gonna change with this deal besides the exclusive higher fps for a while.

Saying that dumb shit and shitting on Sony xperia is only gonna hurt us at the long term, Activision is already being awesome with us(do I have to remember you all how they treated Ghosts, AW, IW and BO4 community?!)
So stop with that stupid “let’s boycott” Sony xperia.

Most of the people that are saying it probably don’t understand shit and just are mad because of the game “optimization”(which is acceptable)

In the end, this has to be said... this subreddit is full of stupid kids and it must be a pain in the ass for Activision’s community team

My honest, most objective take on S11

Please read Activision mods.

The Bad:

  • Performance and gameplay.
    Activision tried to push the enveloppe but the enveloppe just bursted. Black screens, frame drops, desync, bugs are S11's theme.
  • Zombies.
    They know what we want yet can't seem to figure out a way to please us. We want classic zombie mode, simple as that. Undead fog, TEDD as a BR reward, teasers and teasers and easter eggs... Activision is shooting itself in the foot by disappointing us with lame events and mindless hints. Worst of all, the only answer we get is: "We have no news on that front." which may be true but if it is, then it's just a very, very bad sign.
  • Limited time game modes.
    Alcatraz, Cranked, AOTU, Hardcore...
  • Sony.
    The Sony deal.
  • Overhyped marketing team.
    No test servers (lol, the game is more laggy than ever) because of all the "awesome content"... Yeah, apart from the missions, the merc5 skin and Alcatraz, everything else was just... regular or recycled.

The Brighter side:

  • Activision officially claimed that they were considering a season dedicated mostly to bugs fixing.
  • Cranked is awesome. So is hardcore mode.
  • F2P rewards and grinds are awesone.
  • Missions/campaign mode with Adler and the Task Force was great!
  • Alcatraz was excellent.
  • Bundle movement seems to have an impact.

Friends list not showing all friends

I played back in season 1 and stopped playing for a while came back the other week and saw that I still had a lot of my friends playing so I decided to play more. I got a notification to connect and set up a COD account and connect it and when I did all my Facebook friends on my friends list disappeared. They can send me the daily xp but I don't see them on my friends list. I tried chatting with support but that was 4 days ago with no response. Is this a known bug or am I just unlucky?

My opinion about lag.

So I've seen people complain about lag this season but myself as a low end device player this season has been the best season for me because before this update I wasn't able to go past the low graphic setting as I have a low end device that was compatible with medium graphics and I wasn't able to see enemy character skins. But after the update it has enabled me to play in medium graphics as it obviously should be because my device is compatible with medium graphics. Keep in mind that I have a Huwawei nova 3i and except a few frame drops in battle royale. I haven't had any issues with lag. MP runs smooth at a good frame rate and BR runs smoothly as well except when there's alot of people around or a smoke grenade nearby it would drop frames a little bit. That's all. Really love the update and now I can see enemy character skins in game. Game feels better than ever coming from a low end device player. Btw I play on like 35-60ms and haven't experienced de-sync. Let me know if you guys experience lag with any low end device after the update?

Hello There

Hey there I've been playing CODM since launch last year and I even helped me get into the Call of duty franchise in general as I started playing Modern warfare a month after it launched and I plan on getting the new black ops cold war game.

Needless to say I'm a huge fan of COD mobile and have been buying Battle passes since S3 and I love the content they have brought into the game like Gunsmith.

Pre Season 9 i had no issues playing the game on a IPad Mini 4 but post S9 I had lag issues and frame rate drops and genuinely wondered if it was the age of my device.

But then I realized after looking into it, it was the bad optimization. Which has disappointed me. Flash forward to the S10 i get a new phone to upgrade from my old one and its a top of the line 2020 phone and I can play the game on super high graphics and max frame rates and I encounter no issues except maybe the device gets a little warm.

All im saying is that optimization really needs to get fixed and I would love to see 120 FPS support for devices that have that support. That's about it.

The recent incidents, the bugs, the lags, the framedrops and especially the concern of the community on Xperia being optimised better but the other facing the issuea. I saw iferg's recent video and he did make some good points. All I want everyone to know, everyone in the community and the developers that codm has become a part of our lives and it's like a friend that boosts our mood and makes us happy, sad, angry when losing etc. basically it's a bundle of emotions. Right now I don't feel satisfied since I had been supporting people saying that the developers don't care they care for the partnership with sony which is a very wrong thing to say. It's very wrong to question on such basis to any game developer. It's okay even the developers didn't saw that coming but since the issues are there and they have been highlighted i want the community to change the behaviour like i am doing. We must go from "devs don't care" to say to devs "we care". There are bugs no problem the developers made a game they'll do something but we must let them we are with them we love them we support them and we believe they'll do the necessary thing for the community. All i want is that developers must know that we love them (no homo) but love is only beautiful when it's two way so we do need the game better than it's current situation. After all we all agree on giving up on a update without battle pass crates free skins etc. for an update with fixes. #fixourgame #we_are_in_this_together.

Black screen on brand new device help!

I purchased a better device last week, Samsung A71. Its a decent phone with Snapdragon 730. However, in between a BR match, my screen turns black! In my opinion, his anger is justifiable since we are still in the early stages of promoting mobile games and supporting a single brand and improving optimization to that one phone is not the right way to do it. Operator Skills

What do you think is the best operator skill? The shield has done me well while I grind camos but I decided to play ranked today and the annihilator has been nerfed HARD, the tempest stinks, so does the war machine. The sparrow has been bad for a while, the equalizer is the worst of them all. Are the purifiers the way to go now? I’d rather use an AR than the death machine as well. I don’t stay alive long enough for the HIVE to matter and I don’t necessarily feel like getting one kill and then dying myself with the shadow blade

This game has broke my phone.

I was playing a game if Alcatraz with 2 fps as usual and I died. My screen turned black and it was stuck there for a good long time until I figured out how to shut my phone off. This is not becuase of the phone it is from the game. I only get good frame rate in mp and br is horrible. It is worse when you only want to make one phone support it. I play LG k31 and never had any problems. Will you please fix the game. I won't quite because it is fun but the frame drops and lag is frustrating.

Banned for no reason

I do not know why I got banned again. The first time was only for ten minutes but now it is an hour. I notice I keep getting these bans after I have insane or great games. Those two times I popped off with a msmc in pumpkin confirmed with scores over 6000. When I dont do as well I dont get banned. I cant even press the help button or see why I was banned as it says connection terminated after the ban message pops up. The only reason I might have been banned for is that my device is jailbroken, but I have never installed or used any hacks for codmobile.

Annoying sound

When I hopped into a BR match in the classic mode someone started swinging their melee weapon and I thought it was normal but I was in a solo game and when I was dropping I still heard their melee weapon. I back out and start to play MP and still hear the noise. I even hear it in loading screens. I don’t know why it started but I restarted my phone and closed the application and I still hear it. From now on I have to play the game without sound because of how annoying it is. This needs to be fixed, it only started happening to me today so this might be a new bug.

Here's some suggestions I would like to give,let me know what y'all think.

So as most of us are facing desync,lag,hit reg problem, heating issues on our device here's what I would suggest
1)Revert those FPS cap and bring back them to normal and let players decide what graphics and frames they wanna play.
2)desync is real,it can't be gone completely,Maybe do server maintenance every monthly and give us the time the maintenance will be going for and how long it will go.This way we can plan and play accordingly and servers maintenance can be done properly without anyone ranting on Reddit on that they can't play etc.
3)Fix BR it's still buggy and sometimes my surroundings doesn't render and I can't equip things which gets me killed quite easily.
4)it's high time we need maintenance only season and hope it'll come maybe S12/13.
5)Bring zombies back?(maybe I'm asking too much at this point just fix the above issues and hope we can get zombies later)

Fixing controls for iPhone 12 Pro

Just picked up my new phone yesterday and this far, CODM is all but unplayable. I previously used the iPhone XS with 3D Touch, which was great.

I adjusted the shooting icon and made it bigger, but I can't move and shoot at the same time, only one or the other. Also, when I ADS I hit the shooting icon and it only shoots for a second and stop, even with the gun set to auto.

I switched to simple mode to still try and make it work, but I can't ADS to save my life, all that works is hip fire, which is absolutely useless.

Is there a setting I'm just not seeing? The new phone is great, but the playability of CODM just went right into the crapper.

Gun range in BR

Okay, hear me out, guys. I say the devs remove the damage restrictions of all guns in BR, meaning they remove ranged damage. The damage of the guns would be the same at any range. In BR, I find it hard to kill people with ARs at long ranges. Also, increasing the damage range and overall damage of shotguns like the echo is a need. I think it's impossible to kill an enemy with an echo with less than 5 bursts. C'mon people, it's a shotgun! It's supposed to DOMINATE close range! Making the damage of a particular gun uniform over all ranges would increase the chances of team wipes and overall make the game less stressful. I mean, c'mon, being unable to kill an enemy even after a high number of landed shots is kinda irritating.
That's my suggestion, and this is just my opinion. I have no intentions of offending or starting an argument over this. Rather, a peaceful discussion with an exchange of ideas would be commendable.

This is why Double Ranked XP events should NEVER be a thing again

Oh hello, don't mind me, a Master II guy that is on 3rd losing streak due to noobs that got into Master and Pro because of the XP boost.

I just want to start this by saying, Ranked in Cod mobile is not even considered a Ranked genre in the gaming' community, instead showing that you got legendary is saying " I got the most luck with having good teammates".

Honestly coming from a Console COD player that has played Arena modes ( basically Ranked in Console COD ) and its nothing like Cod mobile.

Do you want to know why COD mobile ranked is fucking worse?

Its because Activision is developing it soloely without Infinity ward, Sledgehammer and Treyarch helping them majorly ( the three names i mentioned are the development teams of Activision ).

Last time I checked, Ranked is BASED off Skill, SKILL

It shouldn't matter if I lose or not and I know someone's gonna be like "wElL rAnkEd iS TEaM pLay" Well fuck off okay? You obviously have no idea what ranked is and have never played ranked in a real non-mobile game.

Ranked originally is BASED off Skill, NOT who wins or losses, this is because due to bad teammates getting punished and tagging good players along.

This is how ranked is in known games like R6, COD titles, Overwatch. YOU WIN by being the best, NOT by only doing the objective and hoping your god damn teammates have 2 IQ.

Ranked is meant to be a system for skilled players to flex their skills and use it to rank up, ranked isn't a objective-based gamemode and you cannot tell me a veteran COD player any different.

This isn't a surprise because Activision has always been dependent on Mostly Infinity ward and treyarch and these two developers have been the best and made ranked the way it should be.

In-game performance.

I recently purchased a Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro yet frame drops, desync and glitches are not usually undergone since S11; I only experience significant frame drops when my cellphone is running out of battery (less than the 10%). Lag is sometimes present but I think is a general issue in Latam, not only on CODM but on other online games as well, that of course MUST be fixed. Just take it easy and wait for the devs to fix this.

I was a player of codm when it came out. Sadly i deleted the game cause i didnt have space on my phone. But i got a new phone now and downloaded codm again. Currently im like level 47 or 49 idk. But the lag is killing me, the game is barely playible. Weve lost many OG players, but we will lose more if the devs dont step up their game. So i was chilling playing some 10v10 pumpkin confirmed, when suddenly i popped off. I got a 35 kill streak. It said "nuclear" at 20, but i could not activate it. So, I returned to my phones home screen, and googled it mid-game. It says i need level 20. I come back, and ovbiously, im dead. And then heres the ultimate BS. I drop a nuke again. My end game score was 11k.

Legendary in multiplayer only with random squads :)

I was so lucky to get random squads one after another. Tonight was going great and I guess won 25-27 out my last 30 games to jump from Master 2 to Legendary in a matter of hours. They were communicative, stayed together, provided backup and it was such a pleasure to play MP. Just happy there are still some people in random squads who do this. To top it all off, I saw 3 other guys make it to legendary as I was pushing too. With all the negativity going on with the game (this was a great feeling).

Is it just me, or is the amount of MW content they’ve brought to the game just... exhausting?

I mean... come on. This game is supposed to be a best of ALL CoD games. Not just MW. This game started off with a large amount of BO2 content but they did a really good job of balancing out what we received across guns, maps and characters up til about S6. Ever since S7 it’s just been a nonstop stream of copying weapons, characters and modes from MW.

  • The MP5
  • The SCAR
  • The Kar98k
  • The Origin 12
  • The Vector
  • Damn near every single MW character bar like 5-6
  • Every single mode that’s been introduced is a MW carbon copy
  • Gunfight maps ripped straight from the game
  • Shield Turret (literally who the fuck wanted this)
  • 99% of calling cards torn straight from MW

You can argue with me that the weapons have been in past CoD games. They all function the exact same as MW and also have the same aesthetics / animations. Like jesus christ. There are 15 (yes, 15!) other CoD games to bring content from! I get this has also been the current CoD game but seriously. Christ. I already play MW and this game. It’s just exhausting. The NA-45 is the first weapon not from MW since Season 6, and it’s been in the game files since S1. Apologies for the rant; yet at the same time can we not focus on a singular (mind you, pretty bad) game.

Baseball bat camos?

Hey all,

So recently I finally got gold & platinum for my axe and knife but for whatever reason I can't unlock any camos for my baseball bat. My bat is at MAX level, I have two of the rare camos for it (Reflective and Royal Flush) but I still get the whole, "get kills to unlock these grindable camos". I tried clearing the bat camos to use the base camo and I still have ben unable to unlock any of the grindable camos. Any suggestions?

Guns:

- On the LK24:

+ Near the rear aperture sight, there are some kind of code: " SIN FEL C.SION " and the serial number: 20182Q2N.

+ On the picatinny rail on the handguard, there are "L1, L2, L3 and L4".

+ The default magazine is a quickdraw mag.

+ The default stock is inspired by the ACR's stock, or the IDZ stock, which is exclusive for the G36 platform. On the other hand, the YKM Light Stock is inspired by the G3A3, because there is no collapsible stock for G36s in general. Nice try, devs.

+ The handguard is a nice easter egg, due to G36s back in the day, they lost accuracy when firing continuously like a LMG, the current handguard exposes some part of the mechanism inside in order to let the air cool them down.

+ When equipping any barrel, it turns the LK24 from a piston driven gun to a direct impingement gun for some reasons.

+ The fire selector is the proof that LK24 is an American made G36, also called T36 in real life.

- On the HBRa3:

+ On the upper receiver, there is the name "HBRa3".

+ On the magazine well, even the gun is supposed to fire 5.56x45mm, it states that the gun use 7.62x39mm, which is a common AK round.

overheating when playing 10 vs 10

I have a note 10 plus (Snapdragon 855 chipset). After barely 15 min of 10 vs 10 Pumkin Confirmed gameplay, my phone heats up: the screen brightness is reduced (to 50% I think) and there is frame rate drop. I am trying to play with max Frame rate and Very High Graphics settings since I believe note 10 plus should be able to handle it. It does not - in particular, when someone uses VTOL, there is dramatic frame rate drop (maybe it's because of extra graphics processing required to render continuous fire and explosion visuals idk).

Since note 10 plus is already a powerful device, it makes me think there is no device capable of running 10 vs 10 mode in max frame rate and graphics settings. If so, is this a game issue which needs fixing? I am not an expert, just sharing my experience.

PS: I will probably be buying note 20 ultra by the end of this month to see if there is improvement.

Awesome Calling Card Idea

Can someone create an animated(rare) calling card where there’s a turkey? So it starts off facing left of the fourth wall then turns towards the fourth wall then does a 180° turn clockwise. Then in the next frames show it pecking down at the ground at a few pieces of bird feed. I wish I could do it myself but my drawing skills are horrible.

Aim bug

ALL of my scopes stay straight when ADS. I can't move my reticle and that makes for a very hard game. I'm forced to use simple controls, and not being able to shoot prone people, through chain fences or smoke, trip mines etc is very inconvenient and I'm losing more of my games.
None of my scope sensitivities are at 0. Has anyone found a fix? I posted about this before with a video and nothing came of it.

  • Sony is one of the worst company in the history of mobile devices industry , they just release a new phone each 2 or 3 years or even more , they are out of the competition since too long , they want to come back whatever it cost so they make a deal with the perfect company who only cares about who pay more ..

  • and as you all heard it almost pay 1.5 million $ to handel the tournament of codm and championship too , rather than the contract between them and Activision so it is clear to abuse all chances to raise their phone again to rejoin the intetional market ..

  • what the plan ? Just release an average features phone or maybe less with high price and pay for Activision again to use a scummy way to catch the audience , by optimizing the gamewith 120 fbs for only this device , no lag , no desync , no bugs ( this is confirmed by 3 users of the phone , it is another game there )

  • we are just a tiny pawns that always get tricked by hot skins and free recoloured designs , or even with this emotional speech that devs say when they try to catch up our feelings to get our kindness over and over , by give 21600 CP for all who buy the phone , it is almost the cost of 4 lucky draws , like 4 legendry weopons for free just if you get the phone , this way will end the game in 2 months from now ..

How to get quickly get through the NA-45 Longshots without Headshots

If you’re like me and currently grinding for Damascus, you’ve probably run into some challenges with the NA-45. I believe the long shot challenges are bugged, as they only count long distance headshots (one shot one kill medals) for this instead of long distance explosion kills.

Interestingly, the gun can one tap anywhere on the body in hardcore mode, which is available for about the next week. Hop in and hope for crash or crossfire and you can get them done really quick.

Why the fuck is so much XP reducted?

Like seriously, 60-80 XP is way to much, and most of the time when I leave a match, it's because of a poor connection. Or sometimes I need to leave because, shocker, there are more important things than COD Mobile. It's worse on your progress to leave than to actually lose a match. I lost a game and got -3 XP, but another time it kicked my out and I got -80 XP. Absolutely ridiculous. So I have a few suggestions.

  1. Take away 20-40 XP. It's a relatively low number that still has an affect on your progress without taking away several games worth of XP.
  2. Instead of taking away XP, put the player on a timeout that increases every time you quit a match during a session. i.e. If I play a ranked match and quit, I have to wait 5 minutes. If I play again and quit, I have to wait 10 minutes. But If I don't play for a few hours, it resets back to 5 minutes.
  3. This is more of an advanced feature, but the game should be able to tell when I disconnect via bad connection or just quitting. If I disconnect, it tells me that, and gives a slight XP boost to the team I was playing with. If I quit, it uses the suggestions I had above, either a small XP reduction or a timeout.

Those are my suggestions for quitting/getting kicked out of a ranked match. Hopefully the devs change this, but considering the shitstorm that COD Mobile has become, I don't know.

Props to the major YTer calling out CODM Optimization

I'm not entirely sure on of it's ok to post a name of a YTer in a thread title. But that major YouTuber has called out CODM in a video about optimization, lag, desync, freezing and making the game better for that certain Sony device and even worse for the most high end other brand phones. He has over a million subscribers but imho not being a fan this might have been his best video to date.

Please Add Tactical Foregrip B to all guns

I'm not sure of what guns actually have this Foregrip besides the AK117. But this is one of the better foregrips just like Strike Foregrip. Tac Foregrip B reduces Lateral recoil and increases ADS Spread Accuracy.

The perfect attachment for guns where Vertical Recoil isn't an issue as much. KN-44, ASM, MOW, DRH, etc etc

We obviously have some attachments that are specific to 1 gun. But some attachment options in gunsmith are just to cookie cutter. One gun could have 3 barrels while another could have 6 barrels.

I say spread a few attachments around to other guns.

There is a ranked credits Bug or am i Stupid?

I think there is a bug in the ranked reward system when you rank up. For each rank there are 2 rewards, a box / xp cards / Some Skin, but the bug is in the second reward, the credit one, when you go up, you get the first reward, but never the credits, I realized when going up all ranks from Professional to Master rank. I am currently in master 1 (going up from pro 1) and the only credits that have been added to me since then were the clan diaries and the daily missions.

Let's start with the facts

  1. the phone Sony gave to all players in Champs is the Sony Xperia 1 ii, a phone that only supports 60fps. This phone CANNOT PLAY AT 120FPS.

  2. the sony phone that CAN play at 120fps is the sony xperia 5 ii. This phone HAS NOT RELEASED YET. It won't release until sometime in December.

  3. Champs has been going on for the entire month now. It's not related to champs at all.

  4. all devices with a 120hz screen will eventually get 120fps support. Eventually. The 5 ii will receive it first tho.

  5. there's no way of knowing if the 5 ii has access to 120fps as an option since the phone isn't out. So it's literally 100% speculation to say this has anything to do with that phone when nobody can confirm this.

  6. the only word by codm is that this is an iphone issue that causes overheating because the game is running uncapped instead of at 60fps.

  7. despite codms claim nobody I know with an ipad pro has seen 120fps gameplay. And their statement would have me believe that I should.

  8. if you are having issues try and set your game to high fps instead of max. This may fix the problem for you, idk.

Claim 1 - CODM was paid to mess other phones up so the sony phone looks better

Why this is stupid

  1. the sony phone in question isn't out. Why would you ruin everyone's game on purpose to sell a phone that isn't out.

  2. On top of that the phone doesn't sell well. Why would activision make the game unpayable for paying customers to help sell a phone that won't even break a few hundred thousand sales. Makes no sense. And it makes no sense for sony to spend millions of dollars to advertise a phone that nobody would buy (I mean millions on top of what they spent to sponsor the tournament that is).

Claim 2 - it was done on accident when they started to optimize for sony phones (including the 1 ii)

Why this is possible but unlikely

  1. as I said the champs games have been happening for a while. So if they planned to optimize this game for sony devices they would have don...

What do the EMP's disable? Am I missing something here?

This stupid event to get the "Tactician" perk is wasting 3 days of playing for me. What a nightmare.

Break Enemy's Scorestreak with EMP 2 Times

What does the EMP disable of the following? I'm assuming the obvious, it can't be used on anything in the air. That leaves the bold items, correct? In the end, I'm just hoping someone uses a Sentry Gun or Shield Turret, correct? If so, EMP's are literally the most pointless part of all of CODM.

  • Shield Turret - no one ever uses this
  • UAV
  • Shock RC - can it be used against this? IF so, I've tried and failed 100 times.

  • Sentry Gun - I can't find anyone using this right now. It's been 3 days straight of Hardpoint, 10v10, it's just not happening... This could go on for weeks.

Unable to Download Maps

I have just downloaded the Call of Duty Mobile game on my iPhone 7 Plus. In order for me to play Rank-Matches, I have to have a majority, or all, of the maps downloaded.

However, as soon as one download is about to finish, I lose connection to the server, and it restarts the download. I have very stable Wifi connection, and it still does this, no matter what download I choose (20mb or 456mb size).

It's really annoying, and I would like to know if there are any tips that can be given to me in order to fix this issue.

I would use my mobile data, but it's soooooo slow. My Wifi is perfect, so I don't understand the issue. I have even attempted to delete the game and re-download it. I still have this issue. Is this a bug?

What happened to attack of undead?

Devs keep ruining only good mode that make us remember zombie, I mean, if an undead can bypass trip mine, and undead can knife you and he isn't even near you ( issue with knife/axe and bat) and undead can climb/jump fast, what's the point of putting a survivor, while a sniper like dlq/locus Hitmark and undead from close/mid range? I mean I'm not annoyed so much, but it's literally ruining game, specially broken melee and bullets parts.

what's the problem with Activision? leave several bugs, problems with Desync among others in your game and want to optimize only the new Xperia? (I had an Xperia before and I can say my regret is great), just because the mobile cod doesn’t have a rival STILL doesn’t mean that you should treat your players and customers as if they were rubbish thinking they are the victims and as customers, it’s our obligation to praise the qualities and criticize the defects and currently the codm has many more defects than quality, and still want to deliver the optimization that ALL PLAYERS want only to a branded device in which you have an exclusive contract? Pétition to remove the rank restriction when inviting friends to play ranked MP. Hear me out.

I know some people take this game too seriously and will be crybabies about it "I dont want noobs in my team" and what not

If a low ranker joins a high rank lobby it should give players a notification (kinda like it gives notification when a controller player joins a lobby) and other players can decide if they wanna play with the low rank person or not.

Solo players starting MP ranked matches should only be matched with & vs similar ranked players.

A mixed rank team starting a match can be matched against high rank team, since the players in the lobby know and acknowledge that they're playing with low rank person and are willing to risk it, i guess.

I just wanna play with my friends. Unranked matches are too easy for us, we can't play ranked together coz of level difference. Or just add an option to reset rank to bronze so all my homies can play together without the boring ranking up journey with randoms to finally play w people you like.

Game feels better

Is it me or the game feels way smoother and the graphics are amazing, so I have a ipad 7th gen and it’s not the best but the graphics feel way better and my FPS feels way above 60 it almost feels like 240 on my pc

Restart???

Um I just finished a match, the final kill can was on then my phone crashed (sounded like a broken record). Then my screen went blank and rebooted wtf. Now granted I'm on a Note 8 but dudes come on, I switched over from PUBGM because they had to may hackers and bugs, but never had my phone reboot on me. Come on guys!!!

Warzone mobile?

For those who are confused why warzone mobile is gonna be a different game and not some feature in cod mobile version. Call of duty mobile version that we currently have now is kind of like call of duty black ops 4 mobile and warzone is completely different compared to the black ops 4. Different physics, class, maps and others so i think that's the reason they are developing a completely different game. Can't wait for it hope it comes out soon 😍 also let me know your opinions and correct me if I'm wrong ☺

I've been trying to tell the devs to fix this game since ranked S4, yet the community keeps downvoting me or saying "git gud."

Ironically, now everyone is trying to tell the devs to "fix the game." And Ferg's initiated it. Hypocrite, if Youtubers didn't do the "OMG IM SIMPING FOR THIS CHARACTER." And actually focused on making the game better rather than being sellouts, Devs would've stopped and responded long ago.

Community just wanted to "have more skins" or "pls put "character from 'cod franchise name'" What happened? Did that help the game? Everyone circle-jerked Activision and the devs, telling them "dis best mobile game ever." When criticism comes, the community's reaction is clearly divided. There are those who's very competitive and would want to fix a bug, lets say, the drop shot animation. There are those who's "pro" and says "oh i can kill em, maybe you should git gud." And there are those who just wants "more lady skins because I can't communicate with girl people and would like to touch myself while looking at manta ray/urban tracker/mara. (Im not saying all of these people do these, but your actions on this subreddit shows this."

Lets talk about Framerate this time. CoDM is running on the Unity Engine, particularly light engine that even very-low end phones can run. Did CoDM devs learn coding from Yandere Dev? I have never, ever, saw a FPS shooter game where if you get shot, you lag, not even PUBGM.

Map-wise, You wanted to make CoDM a competitive map, yet there are insufficient competitively viable maps in this game. The only maps I can think of that are competitive are Raid, Summit, and Tunisia (to an extent) in SnD. Summit, Nuketown, Raid for Hardpoint, No maps for tdm. Domi is the same as HP. They dont even change the maps, the head glitches, the spots. A competitive game must hear the player's feedback on their maps, like how unbalanced Crossfire is, in all modes. Crash is literally suicide in Domi, and in SnD its just defender sided.
