Nerf the shotguns

Have you noticed that shot guns kill range is way further now you get 1 shot from up to like 7 meters if you get hitmarkered you will have little time to react too and your health is super low due to this people like me die too much to shotguns im okay with fire fights with ither guns, but shotgunners move fast, dont need to ads, intervals between shots are now lower than before and the long barrel buffs it too much ARs and other guns are being overshadowed (except the chopper wich has good ads speed and is very versatile) one day, this will be a problem so please if you disagree or agree use the poll not the updoot downdoot button and if you hate this post just tell me and ill delete it

Weird frame drops!

Hey everyone,
I've been facing this weird issue quite recently. I mostly play BR, and there's no issues when i have my battery charged. But as soon as my battery drops down to 15%, my fps drops to like half and it feels like I'm playing on 12 fps. The weird thing is, it only happens in BR. It works completely fine in multiplayer till last 1%. But im BR, I can't play after it's down to 15. I don't have a habit to play while charging, so I charge my phone and play until it's down. And as soon as it hits 15%, fps drops down suddenly even if I'm in the middle of a game. I tried turning off battery saver completely and it still happens. Anyone have any idea how can it be fixed?

I played during the beta and wanted to play the game again. On discord people told me not to because controller support was already dead, but in the game the controller settings are still there but just don't work :/
Is there a way to make it still work or is it really too late ?

I can only install garena ver from the playstore. I installed global ver from Taptap and can play it without using vpn. Is this an okay thing to do?

It sucks because im currently staying abroad at malaysia and can't play with my friends. I made activision account for pre registration using gmail acc i made years ago when i was at my home country and my global account is linked to it.

I dont have to use vpn to play and there were zero issues. Its already been few months but im still worried. I ditched garena as soon as i was able to play global.

Just a thought on CODM

So does anyone else feel like CODM controller support could definitely use an overhaul?.... I don't mean to sound ungrateful or anything but casually playing on an iPad with a controller when out would be the best thing but the controls are just lacking so much. It feels like the controller is so stiff and the movements are way too linear and not fluid at all.

NA-45 ammo question

Hey guys, I've maxed out the NA-45 and I'm having trouble telling the difference between all the ammo. The electromagnetic ammo doesn't seem to have much further of a detonation range than the other two kinds of ammo. The fragmented ammo has says it has further damaged distance, and it adds to the damage factor making it 113. Lastly, the high explosive ammo says it increases the damage, but again it only makes the damage 113 as well. If the electromagnetic ammo only increases the detonation range by a small bit it seems worthless. And why go with the high explosive ammo when 5he fragmented ammo buffs the damage the same and has further range.

Any advice/clarification would be appreciated.

**Attack of the Undead** becomes an unfair game if you are the last survivor

Basically you are now the last survivor, what do you expect?

  • You Get overwhelmed Easily due to the fact they have flares.

  • You can't collect scavenger crate because most of the time you kill them outside your camping spot

  • If your gun runs out of ammo, you can use a minimum however it is not refillable by scavenger

  • All you get is Double health which by now atheist 2-3 infected does as they killed a lot of people

Basically you have to rely on spots that would need some parlour skills such as The high-rise rooftop and the tunisia small cabin ( which got patched recently ) and if you do that it basically makes the infected team seem like its impossible and just quit

What can we do to improve it and make it more fair for both sides?

Here are some solutions

About the minigun I see two possible solutions

A- Minigun should be refillable by crates at a rate of 50 per crate.

B- Once minigun is gone, you get back your primary weapon with some ammo in it.

This is to make it good as having only 200 bullets whilst fighting 9 people coming at you is kind of bad.

Scavenger special system:

Scavenger would be based on how much kills you got, for example if you get 2 kills, you get crate automatically instead of crates from dead enemies. This is because usually crates are in a open zone where you can easily get hit

Replace the two useless perk that I don't know what they do, instead replace them with something like a perk which allows you to have more trips mines active or one which increase your speed.

Add a respawn delay when there's one survivor left, this is to prevent the person from getting overrun and not having a chance to reload and set up defenses

Yesterday a Halloween roulette came out and it is honestly a joke for those of us who got through the roulette that were 250 dollars and now they sell it for 10 dollars sincerely they disappoint me they voted to the floor the exclusivity of things. And if they are going to continue taking out all the roulettes in batches so that they continue to take out more roulettes if later they are going to give them away it would be a loss of money and the disappointment of a large community.

Screen/Control response problem

Hi guys, hoping someone can offer some help.
When playing... It seems like my screen or more so my controls fail to register. So let's say I'm running forward and go to turn right.... My player keeps running straight forward, or I fire and go to change direction (while ADS) I can't change direction of fire. It's a bastard of a problem!!.
*At first I thought it may be the game install, so uninstalled and re-installed

Then

*Noticed a slight crack in my screen protector, so replaced my screen protector

Then

Checked in game settings, as far as I can make out, all is OK. I've lowered graphics to low and frame rate to highest.

  • Installed Cc Cleaner to release ram, ect on mobile

But the problem still persists!!
I'm stuck on what to do next, it's only started happening this season.
I don't think I'm dropping frames as ememy doesn't disappear in front of me ect...., yes I do get the odd frame glitch where things seem to freeze for a second, but the above problem seems different to this

I have a Samsung S10, with majority of RAM and memory free and phone has no problems with screen responses outside of game, I have even ran screen response tool ect on phone to check response times and mapping....

Any suggestions...????

¿Have you ever felt terrible after spending money on loot boxes?

Please remember that skins are nice but you don't need them, it's just colorful data.
If you are spending money that you might need for other more important stuff, please take a break and think about that you will be losing money for a non guaranteed virtual item.

I love this game and I spend some bucks in this but because the game is fun for me as it is and it doesn't hurt me to gamble with some dollars, BUT when I buy some loot boxes I expect to lose money and don't receive the skin that I want because a 0.5% of chance of getting something is a 0.5% chance of getting something. The posts about people getting lucky that you see is that 0.5% minority. Imagine if the other 99.5% post about what they got every time they pull.

hi everyone. just observeemd something weird with the long distance shots grind for the camos. im dis they adjust the distance for snipers? it used to be pegged from 30 to 40 meters away ( i should know since im on my last two guns xpr and na45 ). i only observed it this week so not sure if they adjusted it or if theres a bug or something

Slow Internet or App Bug?

Earlier seasons, I used to rank up very easily but ever since the new update (Season 11), my internet speed has decreased like anything. I am facing a lot of bugs and glitches like my shots not getting registered,
being unable to move from one location to another, screen freezing out of nowhere or simply logging me out in the middle of a match. This is a constant issue since the beginning of Season 11. Heck I am still stuck at Master 3. It's one thing to be a bad player and losing but when you are giving your best effort yet still lose because of lag or internet connectivity problems, it's time to actually reconsider your life choices and simply leave the entire game.

Screen jumping problem 😠

I have a problem with the screen while playing in battle royale.. Whenever i see an enemy and i try to shoot them my screen suddenly look up and i struggle to aim... It happens to me every time i try to shoot at an enemy.. Never had this problem before and i don't know what's causing it.. Unpopular Opinion: The NA-45 sucks

The NA-45 in my opinion is the equivalent to the trap master class in BR, it takes very little skill. Now don’t get me wrong the people who can use the NA-45 really good are godly, and that’s another issue I want to talk about. The NA-45 is making ranked even worse, especially ranked SnD and ranked hard point. I know the NA-45 has good accuracy but to be blunt I don’t consider it too much of a sniper (for MP that is) in my opinion I feel it’s like the wannabe sniper, as you really don’t need much aim, just shoot the explosives close enough to the target and your okay. I know it’s just a new weapon that all players, myself included, will be adapting to.

Also I don’t mean to say anyone that uses the NA-45 is a camper or is bad at the game because you can’t determine someone’s skill from there weapon preferences but I’m classifying in my opinion the gun as a shit gun in general.

If you have any counter opinions I’d love to here them in the comments section, or if you can add on to anything I said too.

Persistence destroys the fun and competition in both ranked and tournament!

Ranked: Its very disappointing when you dominate a team in the first round having a KD ratio +3 and winning the round, so that in the second half a bunch of nablets with negative KD grab their persistence Golaith, chopper or VTOL.

I feel like my whole effort has gone for nothing after losing such games.

So devs why would you give nablets the upper hand? Its like you gave them a legit way to cheat!

Its funny that devs won't bring overkill perk to keep the game balanced while we still have persistence!!

Tournament: Basically the second round of any respawn match is literally juggernaut fights, loads of Golaith for each team, do u think this is fun? Its disgusting.

Btw i don't blame the pro players cuz they r playing for a huge lot of money and if they didn't use it, others will take advantage.

P.S i know its a part of the game and everyone can use it, thats why im asking to remove it or at least nerf.

Lost 57 points for a dom ranked match.

Before this dom never cut so many points never saw until now. Even had 10+kills and wasnt even last in the match. I mean seriously so much minus in dom since when.? Snd gives you more points and cuts more as well but doms dont give much points but so much negative. Btw had won last 8 dom ranked matched with 7 MVPs back to back but one bad match this much negative. Wasn't expected...

Phone heats way too much from today. (Iphone11)

It started today, i expirience waaaaay to many screen dimming than i use to. Before it took approx 5 matches to heat up and dim the screen, but now, it dims on the first match in BR during the countdown.

I scaled down the framerate and graphics from both high to medium, and it still happens...

Club / tavern. How to get back there?

I fired up the game very early this morning during a bit of insomnia... I hadn’t played a match for at least 6 weeks.

Immediately upon app load I got dropped involuntarily into a club / tavern / arcade that had games within the game.

Like a knife game, and a stand-up console where I had to catch bombs in a barrel, etc.

Oddly, there seemed to be other human players there also interacting with the arcade features.

I wasn’t able to stay in for long but now I’ve got time and I can’t figure out how to get back there.

ive seen a lot of those posts complaning and i have had the same thing happen i wont to let people know that you cant just rapid press like a brute no for me it works if you hold t for like a sec so next time dont rapid press because it wont load you have to hold your finger down on it for like a half sec and itll be able to deploy wanted to let people know so that you use it and hopefully help other people with there fhj-18 challenges because lord knows how long that takes

Is anyone else's controls lagging?

Since last night I've been having a lot of trouble with the games controls lagging. Almost like when a controller's button gets stuck and there's a l ok ng delay before it'll do anything.

I'm also having trouble shooting. I'll press the button but instead my player will just move to the left or right and I'll end up dying cause I'm just not shooting. It is super weird and extremely frustrating because this started while I was in an MP Ranked game and it completely fucked me up.

I'll reload when I don't hit the reload button, I won't jump, I won't ADS or shoot, and my player's movement is really slow.

No, this isn't a bad internet connection. I've had this wifi for 3 months and my ping is great and the game isn't lagging, just the controls. I have no problem connecting and I never get booted for bad connection. Idk what's going on.

Is anyone else having this issue???

Anybody else's ping is garbage this week? Location : Western Europe.

Ever since Sunday, my ping has been pure garbage. The base has now become 50 and usually hovers around 70 during matches.

My ping usually used to be around 12-16 and when playing with my American friends around 60-70.

I think this has something to do with the end of daylight savings in Europe. Maybe, the servers are not in proper sync and that us why the ping has become garbage.

And introduce a little realism so that you cannot shoot from a machine gun and a sniper rifle on the water. And another suggestion, correct the classes, scout, poltergeist: scout 2 shots if he shoots 10-20 meters away from himself, and for poltergeist from the improved ability, remove the notification about him and for 3-5 seconds after activating the thermal vision ability. I think this will make the game better.

Latency issues

Lately the servers have been very laggy and sometimes it shows that it is connecting to the server even though I have a steady internet connection. My region is India and I don't know if I am the only one facing but this is kinda annoying ; pls take your time and hopefully fix it soon😢

Waiting Screens and Broken Game

For the past 2 or 3 days, my game has been super slow loading up when I first open the app. Then I get 30s+ loading “m’s” in between all of the options I choose. Sometimes my game even loads up with my tier set back to 1, no events tab and when I press anything it tells me to update my game which I already have. This is super frustrating because I just tried opening and loading (waiting thru all those loading screens) about 6 times and it didn’t correct itself this time.

"Halloween" in CODM

You know, I don't feel the spirit of Halloween now as I did a year ago. After all, then there was a Halloween atmosphere. Spooky music, Halloween style lobby, lots of Halloween stuff. Now what? There are a lot of colorful characters now. The season is more about the future than Halloween. Yes, Standoff-Halloween returned. But it is not on the list of maps in the rating. It is like an additional map. And the music is not very good against the background of the Firing Range. Instead of Halloween-themed characters, we are given another Special Ops 3 or Salazar with a laser skin. I'm disappointed. There is no Halloween atmosphere as before. Perhaps everything will change dramatically on October 31, but not likely. I said everything. Thank you for attention.

Attack of the Undead in Standoff

I’ve been playing a lot of “attack of the undead” in stand off but as much as I try I can’t find good spots to camp. Every spot has 2+ possible entrance, I’ve been trying to get cheeky and get on top of roofs and such but haven’t had luck, if you got any good spots lmk!

Request: Please Devs allow additional purchase for Premium BP items

Little request here, please devs allow us to purchase the additional items included in the premium battle pass (sinister bat, frame, avatar picture and the charm).

A lot of people, including myself thought that the premium battle BP only allowed for extra tiers early and no additional items, would have definitely gotten the premium BP if I had known.

Take more of my money devs! I'm sure there are others who didn't know either.

Why won't you fix the desync problem?

Why won't you fix the desync problem? It's getting worse by the day! You never even comment on what you are doing about it. I need in detail what you plan on or are doing about it. If you plan on doing nothing let us know! Always give the Devs some time! How much time do they need? This is frustrating to try to advance in a game that doesn't even work! You need to fix the desync problem!!!

Nerf the Melee range of Bats and Axes?

I'm a SnD only legendary player and it's RIFE with players spamming bats and axes. While I will concede that you CAN counter with shotguns and fennec, the recent spate of melee spammers is really changing the entire dynamic of SnD in a BAD way. Maybe it's a fad since CODM just released a plethora of bats and axes but it's way too viable in SnD as is right now which makes for a pretty toxic experience. I'm only speaking for myself; what do other players think? Should a shadow nerf be implemented just enough to discourage melee spammers or is it a refreshing take that people like me should just get used to?

Every third post is about some bug. Over heating issues, floating cars, missing CP, stuck controls. Please devs focus on this and not on lucky draws and crates.

Been browsing here for 5 minutes today and it’s literally post after post about new bugs. Each update you add more and more stuff without making sure the game is bug free first. New iPhones overheating, br map disappearing, out of map glitches, floating cars and missing cp. I can continue but you get the point. Each day there seems to be a new crate or lucky draw or bundle, but what about these game breaking issues. Not to mention a damn exploding sniper that makes me want to quit the game. Please fix u/COD_Mobile_Official

Whenever I see a video in here it always shows the person 3 or 4 finger clawing, but I still hold the default controls scheme, just that the buttons are larger. So my question is, does anyone still just use 2 fingers here?

So about the season. . .

How does everyone feels about it? I personally are overwhelmed, it barely feels like Haloween style or even anniversary style season, but a mix of both fro no reason, with both sides getting a very low part. So far the only anniversary worthy stuff I have seen is alcatraz, no good skins(not even the login is good) and let's not talk about gun skins without costing huge amounts of money.

My anti camper gun

I play a LOT of 10v10 and well that's a lot of camping so I made a arctic sniper build for that very reason MAX range like the bar itself cannot go up more. Max damage (the most I can physically make it deal) and god damn is it nice to use. It is a challenge to hit marker one shots at the furthest range I can find and the recoil for a arctic isn't that bad only problem is it takes 2 seconds to ADS but god does it feel nice

Hardscopers should be given more credit

Although hardscopers can be very annoying because you immediately die upon stepping out of cover and they are considered a “no skill” thing, they should be given more credit for what they do as they are supporting the team. If done properly, hardscopers can prevent the enemy from entering an area. Some people say that hardscoping takes no skill but that isn’t true. As a hardscopers, you need to predict which path the enemy would take in order to position yourself at the right position and your role is to support your team, not get the highest number of kills.

General community feedback

I just want you guys opinion about the game, past and recent uptades (apart from the devs worshippers)

I feel like skilled players getting punished with every change on the game the player base divided into 3 groups; players abusing the “meta”(op guns term in codm, meta never filled its meaning), noobs using provided meta in order to compete and last group trying to have fun

Skill gap has never been this thin between a noob and decent player, noobs getting too much from the pie and it is almost feels like they trying to get rid of the decent players with either banning them or forcing them to quit(only a few bros made it to this day). They stacking op gun over op gun from the rich cod arsenal only few especially selected guns being added with different mechanics than they had. They turned upside down the game back then a sweaty game play now considered casual which shouldn’t be in a competitive game a noob can challenge a decent sweaty player and can have a chance against them and those decent ones rathers abusing the same mechanics. Is this how it should be, am I the only one who thinks its wrong?

I am not directly adressing a part of the problem, these are just my observations and collective thoughts from those fallen bros, it was always like this, they always gave us something to abuse by making it op but I cannot tolerate anymore. Gun smith supposed to come with its weekly balances as inifinty ward does but we have to wait a month for it and even then they still ignoring every issue about the game itself and gameplay they choosing to provide the fun those noobs paid to have instead

In last couple days game is unplayable but somehow a noobs having no issues and I would even expect this from Activision as they done it in other games like changing hitboxes for players, sbmm abuse and many other examples you can search it

Tournament is the great example for these they are streaming themselves to show how broken the game, nearly 90% of the teams filled by thumbs players, I am not saying thumbs players are ...

Game crashed (Playing on iPad Pro) and when I tried to rejoin I was penalized

What's the policy on game crashes in ranked? I am using a high performance device but I'm still facing issues. Given that this seems to be a worsening issue, at least for me, it would be nice to see a solution. If the developers are going to keep adding content without effective optimization (which is understandably a difficult task across hundreds of device types and regions), would there be a server side way of monitoring ping and refresh so those experiencing major crashes can be detected and protected from penalties?

There is a new kind of dropshot glitch that has appeared in the game's Battle Royale mode. While scoping in and shooting if I press prone, I cannot get up by pressing prone again or even if I press the jump button. I cannot get up even after I stop shooting. I can only get up if and only if I scope out. This isn't happening in multiplayer but it's happening in BR in addition to the already existing glitches that we face like, random TPP to scoped out FPP glitch while shooting and random aim moving away after knocking enemy. Drop shots are one of the most effective skills to have in a game like cod mobile especially in the BR mode. But this problem really creates a frustration like never before.

I'm using an Asus Rog Phone 3 and it's still happening. I uninstalled and reinstalled the game and still happening. I already spent a lot of money on this game just to get frustrated by these nuisances. Please please please do something about it. The most exceptional thing about this glitch is, it's not happening to everyone. The glitch is selecting random people to affect them. Why cod mobile? Why? Can't the developers relieve us from this trauma. I bought this new phone just to play cod mobile and I'm getting reward with glitches that affect the gameplay directly. Again Please please please I request you please fix this!

Woke up this morning and the game became extremely laggy, After rebooting my phone several times and reinstalling the game with no change, I decided to check the battery health and realized it dropped to 72%. Is this the cause of the lag or should I start looking for an upgrade?

Petition so that in the next season not a single cosmetic is released and work is done on repairing the game. This has become unplayable!

The amount of errors and erroneous bans that are published daily is exorbitant! Errors and desynchronization are the daily bread in codm. Came home stressed from work and I'm scared to play the game for not wanting to end up stressed. Please developers, repair the game, there is no game where misfortune does not happen.

Anyone dropping frames today???

iPhone XR, medium graphics, max frames.

I play this game at least a bit every day... but just today I started dropping frames like crazy in every game mode, multi, br, Alcatraz, doesn’t matter.

Have used these settings and this phone since season one and never had this issue.

Also noticing my phone seems warmer than usual when in game, which I assume is what’s causing it to throttle. No changes to my phone at all, no new updates, no case.

Power save mode is on so it’s not background apps.

Stumped.

Getting pulled into ranked games

I just got pulled into a ranked S&D game where my team was down by 4 and there was 1 player remaining versus the 4 still in play on the winning team. There was essentially 1 min of play before the team lost when I JOINED.

Devs - please do diverging about this. I would rather wait a full 5 minutes to join a game that isn’t in progress - end of game. Come on....

Is Biden or Trump the reason my gun won’t go “bang bang”?

Click bait title for quick solution.
Just switched from iPhone 7 to iPhone 12. With the 7 I had 3D Touch which was amazing. I knew using the 12 I wouldn’t have this feature (after playing on my wife’s iPhone 11) but where did the fire button go?
I’ve switched up the custom controls a few times, final hit reset but nothing ever popped back up. I even went back to my old 7 and took 3D Touch off.
There is probably a simple explanation down archived somewhere but honestly I’m too drunk and lazy to dig for every possible keyword. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Why isnt the redemption site working yet?

Its been like 6 days since we came to know about the redemption codes but the site https://callofduty.redemption is still not working for me. I've waited for 6 days so that the site wouldnt get overloaded but its still not working for me.

I type every thing and press submit but nothing happens, literally nothing happens, not even the site tries to load something.
