longshots not working

i could not get the longshot medal even after crossmapping with the kilo in crossfire. Tried using shotguns at long ranges but still could not get the longshot medal. Is there a way to fix this?

Is this a bug or it's desync?

When I'm controlling my character to pass through a door and my teammate is in front of me or beside me and I manage to get to the other side of the opening, after a some time I get rubberbanded back to a place before I tried to pass through the door.

This only happens when I'm passing through a door with teammates around me. Like it shows I moved somewhere on the other side of the door on my screen but in reality I never moved because my teammate was blocking me so After some time, it teleports me back.

Also when players try to jump from windows, it shows them jumping out and landing on the ground on my screen but after some time it shows they never left that window and what I saw never really happened.

This didn't happen before.

¿Legendary weapon on the battle pass?

Hi, CoD, this is a simple question, but it's combined with a personal idea. If, for example, on the battle pass we already have 4 epic weapons and 4 characters that's super brilliant, plus the new weapon and its epic skin is super, and if you still have a legendary weapon in the future at every battle pass when you reach level 50. In the '50 you'll get the new gun with your epic skin, character and legendary weapon I'm from Colombia and the pass is worth 360 if you put the legendary one and raise it to 380 I'd pay that and you could think about whether or not they implement it since there's a good way to start getting legendary otherwise than roulette.

Alcatraz has become very laggy lately

The mode was fine a couple of days before. I was able to play on maximum graphics and fps but recently (about the last 3 days) it's literally unplayable. For the first time ever, I'm having a lot of FPS dropping. Playing from Xiaomi mi 9 which is a pretty decent phone...That's something that has to do with the most recent update probably. Hope it gets fixed soon...

I've read someones comment about making a new account to get the fire button in the club to finish the easter egg tasks.

and it works.

make a guest account. you have to play through the tutorial and get to level 4 to be able to access the club. after that, you'll have the fire button and then proceed to slash those two posters, get them codes and that firetruck-red skinned soldier!

I dont mean to be rude, but DAMN im sick of these codm YouTubers' thumbnails and titles: "BROKEN GUN OMG" with the same format of thumbnail over and over again, the red tag that says "BROKEN", the YouTuber's face in shock, a gun in the thumbnail with the sky and clouds in the background. I know the title and thumbnail doesnt truly show how good that YTer's content is, but damn it makes me not want to watch the video. This is the reasons I prefer to watch codm videos that have a chill thumbnail, or no thumnail at all. I do not mean to be rude or disrespect these YouTubers, I'm just giving my opinion.

Defender Class glitch

After using defender class the screen immediately glitches. It's like when you press the scope button but without the zoomed in scope, firing buttons, jump and crouch/prone button. There is the giant red colour X button to cancel the scope on the left side of the screen but it does nothing. You can do nothing except run.
Encountered this twice. It fixed when I airboned and landed.

I despise nuketown

I hate it with every fiber of my being. It forces you yo play blind close range, and by blind I mean you could round the bus and get shotgunned by a camper, or you could try and play sniper, by going in one of the windows,

Oh wait, thats right, you can see fuck all from the windows, and chances are, your gonna get useless teammates who switch the spawns every five seconds.

Now, it wouldn't be so much of an issue usually but here's the thing:

The only map I have played on for the past 30 ranked games has been fucking nuketown. I tried different game modes, everything, but I only get fucking nuketown. I may win some, but it will put me in a shitty mood, becuase either I have to carry my teammates because they have apparently been lobotomised, or I get zero kills and 26 deaths because my teammates constantly switch the spawns, rendering me useless, but barely scraping by from their idiotic rushing tactics. But most of the time I lose, because I get stupid teammates eho constantly switch spawns.

Please, I'd like to play on a good fucking map, for once.

My problems with Alcatraz

Level 3 vest are way too strong considering you land with a crappy ar/smg with no vest. Pair a lvl 3 vest with an adrenaline shot and you can just plow through people. I’ve done it and and it’s been done to me. You can hit all your shots on someone and still die because they have lvl 3 armor and 150 hp.

Another problem is the looting after you die, especially in the final zones all the loot will be gone. You won’t even be able to find a gun or ammo because it was looted by 10 other people after they died. Dying and having to loot all over again is very annoying since our boxes de-spawn. If we could keep our loot that would be great.

They either need to have people respawn with a vest or up the spawn rate, I’ve been left without a vest many times.

These are just the problems I ran into

Purifier is finally fun thanks to alcatraz!

I never had a great time with this in MP because a lot of people play long angles generally and good players will avoid buildings and dodgy corners when they know you use purifier.
Now Maaaaaybe it's a little broken in Alcatraz but man is it fun especially as I'm loving the shotgun style of play more and more!
I do think it's probably unfair that there's no fight back chance for the enemy though, you can ambush on corners so easily in this mode that by the time they've actually seen you they're on fire and on their damn knees, begging for mercy from the flames.
But yeah, this is another reason Alcatraz is great, please make it permanent for BR!!

Solo club request

There should be an option to be in the club alone

90% of the time it’s random getting in the way of everyhing, and the soccer balls are nonexistent, so we should have a solo club option. It doesn’t have to have the mission things like Adler, but just some way to do pawn-takes-pawn challenges without a bunch of idiots in the way.

I'm trying to do the the kill enemies with outlaw and 4 attachments, as I would like the new sniper, but it seems that the number of enemies I have killed hasn't increased on the progress bar, even though I have killed way more than 20 enemies. Does anyone else have this problem or am I doing something wrong? Just to clarify, I am using the outlaw, and it has 4 attachments on it

Hello, Fellow Gerena player here. I've been getting this lil glitch. So basically, I was just playing a match like normal and all of a sudden,y screen turns black. It didn't crash as I can still hear the ongoing game. It happed twice to me during ranked matches which I had to exit and close Codm for it, making me lose those ranked matches. Please help, I'm so infuriated by this.

Earlier today I got promoted to a new rank and ever since that I haven't been able to really compete and thus haven't enjoyed the matches. I can't turn on my mic for teammates

So, I've been playing a lot with my friends so I never really noticed, but yesterday I tried to enable mic for teammates and it says something about "microphone settings" and it doesn't allow me to enable it, so I checked the settings and I don't know if i'm dumb but there's no mic settings. My microphone works perfectly fine when I use it with friends, but if choose anything other than friends it denies access. I checked my phone settings and i've allowed cod's microphone access so it should be working. I haven't played in a few seasons but I could use my mic before.

TL;DR: I can only turn on mic for friends, if I choose teammates it says something about mic settings, checked the game settings and my phone settings and can't find the problem.

Battle Hardened Pawn takes Pawn character skin. And some Feedback(?)

TL;DR

I love the idea of an easter egg skin that also helps promote Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War (what a mouth full). However, maybe desaturate the hell out of the red and yellow? It genuinely looks like neon PlSS (lower case "L" for that word).

I've been seeing a trend of making the free characters look god awful. Green terror Terrance Brooks, and Static Javier Hernandez just look ridiculous with the all green and all yellow.

I understand that these are free gifts, and I am thankful for them. However, from what I understand you want to strive for quality and while the battle passes and crates/bundles do show that incredible quality, that same level that the player base expects from you is not there.

Either way, I will use these free gifts because... they are free, beats paying over 100€ for a character crate/lucky draw or 20+€ for a bundle.

(And just to calm people down, this is a personal opinion. It feels like with each new day having a personal opinion appears to be "illegal")

Anyway, Im 110% okay with goofy character skins, however if you are going to do them, execute it to the same level as the rest of the content. Over saturating a character is not pleasent to the eyes.

Thank you codm for the free game and in-game rewards. Keep up the amazing work, and PLEASE make more "shared" events with both the mobile and console/PC platforms.

This is the seventh time (4 in a row) my games crashed and I've had to reboot into the game!!!!

Wtf is going on with this game literally a week ago i could play this game with little to no lag issues now my game crashes midway through games and I'm forced to restart the game. I'm scared to play ranked because it takes 40 seconds to boot back into the game and definitely die. Anyone else's game crash this often? Playing on an iphone 7+

Gun Mod Auto Equip in Br

Ever since the update, when I pick up gun mods they won’t auto equip. I need to move them from my back pack to the gun itself. Also when I pick up a higher level of that specific gun mod, it won’t auto replace the current mod. I have seen someone else on the reddit with this same problem, but I also know a friend that plays and doesn’t have it. Is this something that can be changed within settings or is it a bug?

Some balance changes for MP and BR (in brief)

Hello guys, fellow codm player here. So recently I was thinking about some possible things that codm can do to make the game a bit more competitive (and some other changes in general). I have listed some of them below

  1. Remove ads bullet spread and replace it with Bullet velocity/bullet drop/ bullet penetration
  2. Increase the bullet velocity of each gun, also whenever u go behind a corner and the enemy spots you before you manage to take cover and starts shooting, u will end up dying even if you take cover, I have personally tested this out and it feels like the bullets have auto-lock engaged.
    *I dont know if this is a glitch or it is intended to be like this*
  3. Full reload animations will surely come to the global server after sometime, but I noticed that the cocking animations were kind of "invisible" meaning that the player will only see a small animation for some guns (Ak-117, cordite are some of them) , hope they are fixed or changed before they enter the global server.
  4. We need damage increasing mags for many other guns, the bk-57's caliber mag should work like an OTM mag or the caliber mag on the hvk, the qq9 needs a 10mm mag with 38 rounds and the pdw, razorback should have less horizontal recoil, the gks needs a small firerate buff.
  5. Horizontal recoil should be reduced in BR and ads spread should be removed as a whole (refer point one), I am not very sure how the devs can change the healing system.
    Last of all, I want to thank the devs for making such an amazing game and apologize for all the criticism you guys have been facing, Keep up the good work guys!

Loud music starts playing during matches (Shadow Blade bug)

Sometimes when I'm in a match and someone in the match uses the Shadow Blade/Katana operator skill, the Shadow Blade/Katana music will start playing and it's obnoxiously loud. It's so loud I can't hear enemy footsteps and I can barely hear gun sounds. It's kinda similar to that Katana FOV bug we had a few seasons back, but this time instead of messing with my field of view, it's messing with my sound. This has happened to me quite a few times already and it only started happening after the Anniversary update.

New Easter egg events to get epic skins are really good.

Honestly, such missions are very fun and enjoyed every second trying to get that battle hardened red shock (except of course the bugged redemption center. Nm its fixed now), As i was saying such events make this game better because when we ask for free cool reward and if you put it in daily login rewards it kinda easy for everyone to get, We wanted such skin to grind for, To prove we are eligible for it, Not something anyone can get. So CODM keep up the good work

Is there a solution for the pawn takes pawn site not working other than just wait more and keep trying?

I have all three 6 letter codes from in game. When I enter them on the pawn takes pawn site it says they are cod mobile codes, click here to redeem. That always just leads to a screen with no info on it. Reloading does nothing. Reload to many times to fast and you'll get temp banned from the pawn takes pawn site. Been trying a few times a day always to no avail. I see some people with the skin so I assume it works for some people.

So I dunno why this is happening but there's no firing button in the club and I can't get the redmibtion code because of it I gave my account to my friend who was able to get the code and same problem I tried to change stuff in my settings but nothing changed

Alcatraz Endless Respawn Mechanic Change

It's super annoying when you kill an enemy just to have them respawn right behind you and kill you which just ends up prompting me to give that person a taste of their own medicine and it just becomes an endless cycle that only ends when one of us runs out of respawns.\

What I propose is that when you respawn, the last area you died, for example, Cellhouse, will be faded gray which means you can't land there until your next respawn unless you die there again.

What are the best weapons to hipfire?

Are there any sites that break this down? I recently got back into the game after a year, and I'm just trying to figure things out. Seems like resources to study the game are kinda limited, unless I'm missing something. Ik the game shows stats, but there doesn't seem to be any connection between hipfire spread and accuracy stats.

I'm currently mostly using my ak117, hg40, m4, m4lmg, s36. Ak117 appears to have the tightest hipfire spread rn, but are there others that excel in this?

Share your four finger layout for phones please

I'll like to see different approaches. I couldn't play CODM well on phone well so I switched to gameloop and played the game pretty much there but you it's very hard to find a ranked game and you're often stuck in queue because you can only be matched with players on gameloop themselves to make it fair.

Some players suggest you don't even use a phone to play this game and instead get a tablet which isn't really possible for me so I'm asking for you guys you share your layout, thanks!

I want to start using the claw technique but I would still like to keep my thumb hud at the ready so I don’t have to switch over every time. However I don’t see any way to save multiple layouts when I go to edit it. Is that not a feature or am I just blind?

Audio settings

Is there a way to set the audio settings ins such a way that I don’t get the announcements and player screaming sound and I only get to hear the gunshots?
Playing hard point on shipment only atm to get the platinum cammos and I’m super annoyed with the screaming and moaning that the players blast into my ear every time I shoot or get shot as well as te constant annoying announcer telling me about the god damn enemy molotov.

TLDR: is there a way to mute the announcements and player moaning sounds?

Screen turning black suddenly.

Hello, Fellow Gerena player here. I've been getting this lil glitch. So basically, I was just playing a match like normal and all of a sudden,y screen turns black. It didn't crash as I can still hear the ongoing game. It happed twice to me during ranked matches which I had to exit and close Codm for it, making me lose those ranked matches. Please help, I'm so infuriated by this.

We should be able to have 1 Vtol/Stealth Chopper for each team in the sky at once.

I was just playing pumpkin confirmed and couldn’t place my stealth chopper because an enemy’s one was in the sky. I say you should be able to have one air support per team not one for both teams. I know what your gonna say ‘just shoot it out’ well still I think it would be a better improvement. 2 Instead of 1, maybe if this gets added make it where vtols cant shoot opponent vtols. Same with stealth choppers

Remove blueprints from the game.

Who else thinks that they should remove blueprints from the game entirely? Because what if you are a beginner and only have uncommon or rare skins for guns? The name of the gun skin doesn't show up in the loadout or the round ending kill cam, so what is even the point? Why did they even add blueprints to begin with? I think blueprints should be removed from the game entirely.

Some things to make Battle Royale better.
  1. After throwing grenades, your character should immediately switch back to a weapon like in MP. This makes Grenades more viable in BR
  2. Bots should not randomlly spawn. What I mean is sometimes when you are one-shot, a bot will randomlly appear to kill you. This is RNG element should not exist
  3. The Hacker Class shouldn't take up the entire screen
  4. There should be a fast-throw grenade option like MP

My friend's account got stolen and he and the thief are both playing on it. How can we get rid of the thief?

Posting for a friend since he doesn't have a reddit account.

The thief logged in using my friends Facebook account and he binded it to his garena account. The garena account belongs to the thief so my friend can't unbind the facebook account from the garena account. He has changed his password many times but the thief still won't go away, he even changed his ign and his pfp to his real face and name, so we searched him on Facebook and the thief was a damn kid, and you know kids are hard headed, so even if we talk him to stop using the account he will still use it. My friend has spent $100 on the account and is from season 1. We really need help getting rid of him, so please kind redditors, help us.
