Recent Update Bugs

After the recent update , this whole sub is full of posts by people complaining about bugs. And i think the main reason why the game is so broken right now is because there was no beta server for the update... In future even if devs don't want to release a server for the whole community, they should assign a small group of people with special access to a beta server. This was they can point out all the bugs and fix them before release. There are tons of bugs in the game rn and its kinda ruining the party here.. so far the only one i have faced is the footsteps bugs, its f@king horrible...

Wtf happened to my Layout?

The Update shifted all my sht around, some more to the center, some to the left some to the right. Wtf?
That's really annoying, It took me months to get used to it and am shooting without scoping, scoping without shooting, jumping when I want to lay down etc. pp. all over again.

Is there/will there be any way to restore it without fumbling around with it for the next Season?

The constant changes to weapons and gameplay every other Season are irritating enough as is. If you've got to fck with peoples layouts at least give them an opportunity to save their regular one!

Longshot bug in sniper

Kishi controller support yet?

Does the game have support for the Kishi yet? I know it's been asked before but it's kind of a turn off for me that I can only use the Kishi if I have an external app running in the background or have my xbox controller connected to my phone at the same time to I use the it. Doesn't make sense that it doesn't work.

Can't overlap buttons in layout in the anniversary update?

Hello, so I've seen a reddit post before about overlapping Scope button and Right Fire button with All HIP fire enabled. This comp will allow me to play either HIP, ADS and Scope on the same side of my screen with minimal space.
Now I can't overlap them, only HIP fire is only registered.

Any tips?

My list of things that desperately need some kind of nerf

So I wanted just to make this for fun, and well it's my personal picks, but feel free to tell me if I gotta add something or if you agree/disagree with something specific. Here we go:

  1. Echo. Now this wasn't as big of a deal for me personally because I have ok movement, but I've heard it being talked about in a lot of places and I kinda agree with certain points. One of the most broken things about it is that it's semi automatic, as in quite high fire rate, as in you can just hold fire and watch it go, but it can one shot people on body. I can understand this point, and while it shouldn't become striker level, it can certainly be nerfed.

  2. Presistance. This one I really agree with. In ranked I have seen someone get a VTOL with a k/d ratio of 25k/53d in hardpoint. Oh what, you're telling me they got 25 kills and then died 53 times in a row? I think not, and if they somehow did, Why didn't they just use their nuke then?

  3. Bots. when I go into pubs, I'm usually grinding or trying to practice facing off legit players. Why are bots so overpowered???? They have the most broken aim ever!

  4. Tripmines. The most toxic piece of equipment in the entire game. I don't know why they even exist. On the server I play, most people have practically less gun skill than a tomato with meningitis, yet they manage to get kills. How? Why of course, by not forgetting to put a tripmine in every square inch of the map.

  5. ASM10 .yes, I know about man o war, BUT AT LEAST THE MAN O WAR IS AVOIDABLE WITH THE FIRE RATE!

Little Idea: Movement Stick Sensitivity Settings

Well, it does sound weird but let me introduce the Issue first.

Me, playing on an iPhone 7 (Small Screen u know), playing with 5 fingers is initiating a fight, but since the whole screen is filled with my Fat fingers, I don’t have enough space to wiggle my Thumb from left to right. So here’s a little solution idea:

A Setting (Probably a Slider), which changes the Sensitivity, or Deadzone, of the Movement Stick thing and enable way more movement while simply moving your thumb way Less.

Arctic. 50 or Locus?

I've been using the Locus. It's really nice with stopping power and it's really fun. But it sucks because I suck and I always get hitmarks. I heard the Arctic. 50 can oneshot in the foot with stopping power. Is it actually true and is it a good alternative for Locus?

The game is just unplayable

Take it easy I say to myself after the first game...

Let's do another game... and the same.

I will start with steps... horrible! The sound is just like PUBG aka HORRIBLE

graphics - It's like I'm back in 1998 and playing half life.

Desync is present here

Weapons - no damage, emptying a full round and no damage, shooting with war machine - he was running faster than without hitting him with war machine. Etc

They are shooting 3 bullets and I'm dead and I have adrenaline and lvl 3 vest.

I cant play 3 vs squad .... even tough fill the squad is unselected

This update "sucks" big time!

Bug report on a few guns

In this new update, the legendary chopper won't show in the BR gunsmith even if you have it, the last battle pass' GKS vines on the back of the gun are replaced by a terrible bad and flat texture, and the KN44 from that jungle Soap crate, its magazine is bugged, the one from the skin is overlayed with a standard extended mag.

Now, for epic skins, wouldn't it be better if they all had only the stats changed, and its appearance preserved? These gunsmith mods screw most of our guns

Ping issues

So I have been playing COD mobile for a while now and always had around 40 ms ping but a few days ago my ping went to 80 ms and now the shots are registering late making the game unplayable in ranked. I tried resetting my internet but the problem persists, even after the update. Can anyone help me if they know how to solve this issue?

Wing suit in battle royal.

I have started playing battle royal. Playing the game since season 2 and never really liked it until now. I have a problem when i jump from a height, my wingsuit will not open. Is there a way to make the wingsuit open so i can glide from a height when i want or is it just random?

Will my account be banned if I use emulators like Bluestacks?

I havent seen anywhere if Gameloop is the official emulator in which you wont receive any accusations from anti cheat however it seems Bluestacks players are starting to receive bans despite codm being the posterboy for their software, and in all reality I refuse to download gameloop its had trojans in the past aswell IP backdoors its far more unsecure and bloated compared to bluestacks.

Snipers in BR

I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one who thinks Snipers should be improved in BR. It kinda blows. What's the point of calling it a sniper if you can't one shot a person. If the devs are implementing warzone like features, they might as well should do something about this. Snipers in BR has the worst hit reg and I'm not joking. The update literally made no change whatsoever.

Not Being able to unlink Apple ID from account.

I made a account with my Apple ID but then switched accounts to different login option so I went into the iOS settings under passwords and security to remove the Apple ID from cod mobile but when I go back into the game it still logged in and once I go back to passwords and security the cod mobile Apple ID is back even though I removed it any help would be appreciated.

Br graphics hurt eyes

so I tried battle royale few minutes ago. I have it on low graphics and had my phone's brightness down. The new graphics is too colorful and stuff. The entire time they messed with my eyes to where it's hard to play and even harder to spot enemies. even in final circle. Please change the graphics back to the original or make a option where people can choose between old graphics or new one.

Game Volume during Phone Calls on iPhone

Hey community,

I couldn't find anything helpful on this, I tried posting to r/iPhone or similar, but they are restricted for some reason and so I can't post there, so here I am!

I play a lot of CoD Mobile with a friend while usually talking via some sort of phone call, be it telegram, signal, whatever.I've always had the issue that my iPhone "dims" the media volume to a very quiet, fixed loudness - fixed as in, no volume control knob I could find would change it!If I change volume in any way, it always only affects the phone call, while the game/media stays at this very very quiet level.

Do any of you know if there's a way to change that and allow to adjust media volume during phone calls? Or remove that volume lock, anything that helps?

Appreciate any help, thanks in advance! It's really been bugging me for a long time now, need to hear footsteps ^^

Any tips on improving accuracy and speed?

I've been playing the game for a while now, (a few months) I recently stopped for a few weeks but started up again. Something I've NEVER been good at is long range shooting. I can spot someone a distance away, have my sights on them, shoot them first, and they'll return fire and kill me first. Almost every single time. I absolutely suck at it no matter what I do. Any tips on improving my aim/accuracy?
Also-- speed... I've tried to make swapping guns while in the middle of a fire fight my go-to reflex instead of reloading when my gun's spent and giving the enemy an open target-- other than that, that's my only real trick - - how do you guys kill mfs with the one mag you have without needing to reload between kills?
How can one improve overall SPEED?

Yo stupid game you forgot something and it's not about some freaking ass skins its much more important

So since the update I was expecting something like SOME LAG SUPPORT for 3gb ram players which was the only thing I was hyped about I was reading the update notes nothing not even a tweak about helping people who run on a 2gb ram(if it's possible) and for the 3gb ram phones and quite frankly I'm not gonna waste money on a new phone just to enjoy playing this cz my country is in a crisis rn the country is lebanon so yea I can't really focus on spending $$$ for a stupid game that doesn't fix lagging and dysnc especially in BR Ive lost so many ez fights to the point my phone was praying for God but lucky for you I didn't so yea that's right you're update was that bad in terms of fixing lag and dysnc movement other for skins and stuff it's whatever to be honest wasn't gonna buy the pass or crates so please for the love of God fix it please....... I BEG YOU. Please spread this so that this has one last responsibility to take care of the lag dysnc and I'm sure people will relate

Just had my most tense and amazing moment in CoDM

Fairly new to the game (2 months top) started playing with autoshoot but got used to manual thanks to BR. Wreaking squads left and right.
So basically I join a match, Crash (kinda hate it but okay), things go okay, we're winning. But the enemy team decides to camp the 3 story building like they always been part of it. 7 kills left to win (43-35). Suddenly I notice nobody is shooting nor dying. Check scoreboard. Everyone from my team is effing gone.
Me, being the prideful idiot that I am, I decide to stay and at least wait for the 3 minutes . Momma didn't raise a quitter .
So I spawn and decide to take it slowly , they start coming for me so I start lurking them around the corners and take them down one by one while they try to get me on spawn (north area, next to garage).
The result? 50-35... Not even once they managed to get my arse.

Such a shame I wasn't recording because damn that was epic

Sniping in the new update.

So, idk what it is, but since I have updated the game, sniping feels clunky. I'm not sure what it is. Don't get me wrong, the aiming and shooting is quite fine, it's the movement and sliding part that feels kinda tight. Before the update, could we sprint as we were using a bolt action rifle and rechambering, or has it been always as it is now. Something just feels a tad bit off. Also, for some reason even though I have the always sprint on in my settings, it just doesn't work at times. It makes my character walk even though I have the joystick all the way up... Please help me out fellow snipers...

Zombies Mode

So I'm not fully understanding what's going on with zombies mode, some YouTube videos suggest that it's coming back in S11 and others say it won't.

I think that it will be coming back relatively soon, weather it be S11 or S12.

  1. The comics started in S6 correct, well one of the lucky draws had Scarlett Rhodes in it.
  2. Primis characters are here... and other zombies related characters like Tengu.
  3. The devs said they had a surprise for the anniversary season, a few days later they posted about WZM and then it was gone that same day... maybe to redirect suspicions from zombies to something else. As far as WZM goes that seems highly unlikely because of how big the game files would be for a direct port of Warzone to mobile.
  4. Halloween is spooky season, other than ghosts zombies would be the first thing that comes to mind, a zombies mode would fit in with the season.

Idk if any of that makes any sense, all I know is that in a ton of videos and reddit posts it's hard not to see a few "shen will zombies be back?" So it is a wanted mode. What do you think?

High powered rounds

I think assault rifles should get more high damage rounds to make marksman/ranger barrels and sniper scopes viable. This would make for more unique gameplay and play styles. Some examples are, 10rd SOCOM rounds for m4, or M67 rounds for the cr-56 amax (aka galil) for kn-44. I think this would be a cool addition to gunsmith

I'm not thinking what you're thinking

I still believe that Garena and VN servers were going to get different things, just like they always have, and that CODM was not expecting all of their content to be leaked and literally going viral everywhere. So, what they did was remove the crates because they realized all regions were having instant access to all of the content through leaks and players from those regions sharing their side (and everyone being outraged with it, even though they most likely had something else in mind for Global). I also believe that CODM is using those to sort of test the waters, to decide how to finalize the content for Global, using them like guinea pigs.

Update broke my ADSing

My Layout

I have all guns except sniper/marksman set to hip fire. ADS mode is set to hybrid.

The fire button and ADS button are offset and stacked, kind of like a Venn diagram. If I hit the bottom right corner of the "combo" I get hip fire. If I hit the top left it toggles ADS and if I hit the overlap I get ads+fire.

That all changed with the update. It's like I can't hit both buttons together. The ADS button works like a toggle, not like the hybrid mode of before. The fire button only gives me hip fire, even when I hit the part of the button that overlaps the ADS button.

Does anyone know if this is a bug or a planned change to the way the controls work?

New updates brings new annoying changes to snipers.

The kilo bolt now gets frozen for a second after every shot. That annoys the heck outta me. I see that ADS speed has gone up but feels very unrealistic. There is no motion blur. The animation is too choppy.

I don’t understand why they keep tweaking the snipers every damn time. Just leave em alone ffs.

Suggestion: Option to disable Voiceover/Battle Chatter?

I know a lot of people like the feature of characters talking etc, but with the new update I feel like I'm just being bombarded by characters saying random things about the match versus hearing footsteps, gunshots etc. I don't want them removed from the game, but an option to disable them in Audio settings would be great!

Idk what the devs did !

But the game runs very smooth on low end devices now...I see some ppl say they are having problems and that they hate the new update..I’m not saying the game is smooth 24/7 but I haven’t been able to run medium graphics on a I phone 6s plus with no problem since s5 so whatever they did this time it actually worked...

Codm common crates

Look codm, we all love ur game so I'm saying this genuinely and just with a little bit of salt, but y'all are ripping us off, u advertise the main items in the crate but then make the chances of getting that item super slim, u guys did fix the epic crates but the common ones are still bogus, literally no one wants the traffic cone items in the newest one, y'all put it in there to make us spend more money, money is valuable and we like ur product enough that we spend it on ur game but we're all unhappy at the end when we wasted most of it. We are ppl, not atms, y'all are great and we love you but we ask that u respect us just as much as we do ur game, iferg is a perfect representation of how y'all squeeze money out of us, and I'mma add this, many ppl don't buy ur stuff cuz it's so expensive, y'all know how much more you'd make if ppl knew they don't need to spend a couple hundred bucks on a crate? So many more ppl would buy things, u make it less expensive, more ppl buy, and buy more, literally everyone wins, I know this will have no impact on what y'all do, but just know that everyone who spends money on ur game feels ripped of at the end, even the youtubers who make money off of playing ur game, love y'all, hope you see the that if you make things cheaper, you'll make more money, simple econ, stay safe out there codm team ☺️

I entered the adler code i recieved for playing the cold war beta, but after confirming my account it just keeps loading.

After reloading the page a few times and even removing everything except for the /redeem part of the url i finally got it to ask me to confirm my account, afterwards it just kept loading again and i'm scared that if i reload now i will lose the code and skin as i haven't recieved the skin yet in game.

Is it safe for me to reload the page or should i just wait? i've been waiting for about an hour now.

When do you guys think people will actually use a variety of weapons?

I'm grinding for a camos, and it ceases to amaze me just how many guns aren't used the game because everybody has to use the most meta thing ever even on something like shipment hardpoint.

Assault rifles, DR-H, man-o-war, icr with the occasional ASM10 or AK47

Sniper, DLQ33

Lmg, Chopper, which to be fair it's the only good lmg in the game

SMG, HG40 or QQ9

Shotgun, Echo

Remember there is almost 50 guns in the game, and yet only 10 or so are ever used... can people actually have some variety? I thought the entire point of gunsmith was so people would use a different variety of weapons because every weapon would be more less viable...

Redeem Russell Adler skin

I recently got a code from activistion to redeem the Russell Adler skin exclusive to pre ordering black ops Cold War. But whenever I wanna redeem the code, the redeem page either loads infinitely,says there’s a verification error or says my UID is invalid. I’m assuming it has something to do with me redeem this code at 5:22 am Malaysian time. Anyone can help me out?

What do you think the purpose of the Arsenal containing all Legendary weapons is?

Why list every single past Legendary weapon each saying "currently unavailable" if they weren't coming back again? I just hope we can buy them directly for cheaper CP instead of it being random chances in a draw. A nice discount to coincide with the 1 year anniversary or Black Friday in November even...

Or do you think there'll simply be a LOT of upcoming Redux draws??

I'm seriously hoping Mythic will replace Legendary in the Lucky draw bcoz I actually don't Mythic is all that great with its "unique effects". They look a bit simple.

Qq9 10 mm rounds question

Hey there. I've just tried the 10mm rounds for the first time. Is it just me or are they broken and don't do anything? It says the damage is increased but I'm certain there is no change. Even in the training room it seems to do the same damage to the dummy.

Is this gonna be fixed by developers?

Graphics settings

Alright, before, I could run the game at high FPS and low quality. That gave me an extremely smooth experience. Now for some fcking reason, the highest I can go is medium. The high and maximum FPS setting is just gone. Now I average around 30FPS and always drops to 15FPS and sometimes 10FPS. Whereas last time, I got a smooth 60FPS. Somebody please tell me, how the flying fck do I get those settings back? I hate being killed because the of the fcking frame drops and sht. Please for the love of all that is holy help me.

Progress bar

Does anyone know whAt the progress bar is for under the arsenal tab ( used to be inventory ) cause you can see all the previous legendary weapons and with the new mythic being released I’m hoping that we will be able to earn at least 1 legendary ! Anyone else find it lame that they don’t put in a feature of if your teammates bail in BR you can’t lose points? I had 2 disconnects before countdown (also why can’t they replace them if it’s before start) and I ended up losing 45 points =/

My thoughts on the game.

The game would be much better if they'd fix that bug where you constantly teleport around no matter how fast your internet is. And it will also be so much better if the controls were much more sensitive, cause its pretty hard to play with the action happening 5 seconds after pressing the control, and the 5 second wait until you can even hit other buttons.
And the last really annoying thing about this game, this may not be a bug, but I've noticed that 90% of the headshots with snipers don't even register making it almost impossible to unlock the kar98k.

Oh, and the devs, they need to hurry up and look at real CODs and make the time/score limits to like BO3 standards with like 100 kills tdm, 200score dom, etc. 99.99% of the matches I play only last 5 seconds until it ends. And then it takes forever to even join a match at all.

The matchmaking and SB teammates have gotten out of hand and it's become up to this point in time a pile of technical HOT GARBAGE

I don't believe anyone has taken the initiative to come out and say in front of everyone but this really needs to be brought up for my sake and everryone else's.

This goes mostly towards the Multiplayer not really the BR but there is some of it their.

I'm so tired and displeased by the remains of how the matchmaking use to be and it's current position is only just a shell of what it used to be. There was a time and place when the game was in pristine condition of having no underleveled teammates when you were in your 100s or late 70s,less than 5 sec matchmaking time,loading was quick and immediately got you into the match and when you had at least one or two bots on your faction...All of this has gone to waste with subquetent updates and it really upsets me by how this is going nowhere and I won't be surprised to see it get worse from here on out like just do something about it for once like,improve the load times for everyone,give us teammates who are on our level or at least close to it,not make there be such a substantial amount of bot on your factions. This is just something I want to have taken into consideration by them and I don't see why this matter can be relegated enough and I understand the pandemic has taken a toll on the game's technical ability and limited staff and equipment but I would like to see some improvement on what can be done to make it happen yet we're not really in a rush to have some major overhaul to this game's engine yet it would be much appreciated by everyone to have these made achievable in another given occasion.
