What is the most stable LMG for BR?

Since no sniper can 1 hit kill in BR, i'm thinking of putting a 4x/6x scope on an LMG loadout and using that as my long range gun. Who knows maybe the enemy's time spent placing new armor and using adrenaline might be all the time i need to surprise them.

Got bored/curious, so I did some statistics with a custom J358 for Battle Royale.

Here's the custom build, long barrel, OWC laser Tactical, match-grade trigger, stopping power reload, and sleight of hand, and I don't know for sure but I believe you can put on a site that you find just randomly on the ground.

0-29m... 70 damage no armor, 52.5 damage lvl 1 armor, 45.5 damage lvl 2 armor, 38.5 damage lvl 3 armor.

30-34m... 50 damage no armor, 37.5 damage lvl 1 armor, 32.5 lvl 2 armor, 27.5 damage lvl 3 armor.

35-∞m... 44 damage no armor, 33 damage lvl 1 armor, 28.6 lvl 2 armor, 24.2 damage lvl 3 armor.

I don't know how CodM handles the decimal numbers, I would guess if they round up or down... but I found a kind of interesting that with the build I'm offering, you can be on the other side of the map and you can kill an enemy with 7 body shots even with 150 health and lvl 3 armor. The game just won't render that far.

No legendary skins and death effects in BR

Right after the gunsmith update came out, I loved how we could get legendary guns with actual legendary skins and death effects in BR. But since season 10 dropped, the legendary guns that I pick up, have no skins on them or the death effect. But I do see other people getting them in the kill feed. Is there a way to fix this?

Some tips to get platinum on all assault rifles

So, I just recently got platinum for all assault rifles. And while doing that, I got some tips that you guys may use to get platinum as well. I will give some tips for the camo challenges (except the get kills challenge, get kills with 5 attachments challenge, and get kills with no attachment kills, but I recommend playing hardcore for those) including recommended loadout, perks, scorestreaks, etc. As well as rating the difficulty from 1-10.

Note: This is my first reddit post and I do not have really good English so bear with me lmfao

First things first:

- This is my personal habit but I don’t recommend using your weapon xp cards immediately. Because you will never know when you will use them for more important weapons. Instead I recommend using double weapon xp cards. These cards will double your weapon xp depending on the type that you are using (Green: Double weapon xp for the next 24 hours; Blue: Double weapon xp for the next 10 matches). You should use these one by one to avoid wasting it when you're gun is max.

- You can ask your friends to donate you some weapon xp cards. If you don't have any of those things, you can just simply start playing games and complete the first challenge (get kills).

- Expect that you will get angry sometimes while doing the challenges. If that's so, I recommend resting, play other games, etc. And you can just come back to CODM later on.

- The lethal grenade should be something that damages the enemy just a little for an easier kill. A good lethal is a thermite. All tactical grenades are good in terms of easier kills, but I recommend the flashbang and concussion

With that said, let's start with the tips.

Kill enemies with hipfire challenge:

Recommended Modes: Domination, Hardpoint

- You have to risk pushing the objectives to get some to lots of kills.

Recommended map: Nuketown, firing range, hijack, and other small maps

BR Problems

So i’m saying this for the second time now, why is BR like laggy for me my Device is an Ipad 6th Gen with 5GB of RAM, my wifi’s also pretty good I dint see why the frame rate drops I tried using the Lowest settings possible but it made it worse so what I did was I switched to “Medium” graphics which was WAY smoother than the Lowest settings. In the Warfare Game mode I would keep crashing multiple times like I would crash 3 times until the game ends, I really hope this would be fixed soon.

(Request) Better controller support

Firstly thank you CODmobile for having controller support in the game at all, however it’s slightly lacking and changes could be made. iOS 14 introduced haptic feedback and custom mapping which isn’t compatible with CODmobile yet. Me and the thousands of other controller players would be very grateful if you would introduce these changes :)

I created a new clan but cannot invite friends, the "invite" button is greyed out or some are already in a clan. I read a 2019 post somewhere that friends must be online in order to invite. Is that still true today?

An interesting clutch

So um sadly no recording but I'll tell you what happened.

So I'm playing search and destroy with a friend. And for some reason my phone is pretty bad so I can't play the game without being out played by someone who has a better phone and can rip me to shreds and lag.

So it the third round (1:1) I went a different direction from the team and they somehow get rekt (4 vs 5) and I thought to my self, well I have a shit phone there is no way in hell we will win the round. But I try anyway.

Map is Terminal. Our team is defending first. So I'm at the plane while the team gets rekt at A. Bomb planted. I head to guerrilla spawn and come across an Enemy, easy kill. Then the big area near A I come across the other 4. I'd say they were defending the bomb and they were at the big row of glass. I take one in front of me down and deal with an enemy to the left. Then I look at A, another enemy. I also noticed in the moment that the last enemy passed me. I Molotov the guy at A, and then deal with the last guy (who was now on the other side of the glass, I'm escalator/special forces spawn side).

Had a rush of adrenaline. I mention this because I was basically useless to the team after so it was fun while it lasted.

Sorry about this mods. Also I maybe making a speculation post.

“I saw a Reddit post this morning about like people complaining about youtubers. I'm gonna be the bad guy here, I'm gonna try and defend them. People rarely think on behalf of the youtubers, they rarely do it. You don't really get to experience why like people do YouTube content that way, until you start doing YouTube content yourself like properly.
People like Ferg, Noah, Bobby, Hawksnest. They are professional youtubers, I'm not. They need to make a living out of it, I don't.
I mean at this trend I might consider being like a part-time but I don't really gain a lot of money from it. What you have to realize is when people are professional youtubers, they need to make money of it and in this desperate time which I can't explain why, people need money. That's the reality and YouTube is arguably one of the least stable platforms to be earning your living so if you are doing content like me where I would spend like one week, two weeks to get data, compile, analyze and make this one video. That's not gonna work, you're not gonna get enough money for you to survive basically.
So they need at least by daily or just straight up daily content.”

My account got banned for 10 years for no apparent reason, I didn't use VPN or any hacks. And my device is not rooted, also I didn't modify any of the game files. Playing since global release, all that time and effort just thrown away for no reason? Hackers are playing the game without any problems but many legit players are getting false bans. Alternate BR Game Modes

Excluding the traditional Classic and Warfare modes, there are ways to bring different modes within current maps and contents.

  1. Warfare 2.0

No class selection, no passive ability, no vehicle, more frequent airdrops, 20vs20, infinite respawn.

  1. Armored Royale (Like warzone)

Trio (3) team-based, total 10 or 20 teams, normal loots and fights, only Antelope A20 Available, 2 tank in airdrops, no dogtags, infinite respawn until 1 player of the team has an antelope/tank, destroy enemies and their vehicle for permanent team-wipe.

  1. Zombie War (Like cod bo cold war zombie mode)

Select class and loadout before match begins, Squad based, Plunder method to unlock crates and special weapons, no enemies, only zombies, scorestreaks and tactical+lethal+support slot available, only goal is to survive as long as exfil comes.

*Open to other mode suggestions, so I/someone else can combine them.

I have an idea for the ultimate skin grinding mode

This is most likely out of the ordinary but that doesn’t matter. This mode would be called “Completionist 24/7”. The mode would have a map selection of Shipment, Cage, and Killhouse. It would basically be a never ending game of Rapid Fire and since it never ends, the progress you made stays with you when you leave the match. When you leave the match, a new person joins the game and this would work perfectly since 1. Its rapid fire so you can get in the groove easily, and 2. It doesn’t end so you dont have a disadvantage. This is just something i came up with off the top of my head so let me know what you think about the idea.

Anyone know when the 3rd completionist camo comes out?

I saw that the test server a whole back before season 9 had a Damascus camo for getting platinum on every weapon. All three were visible if you clicked on Completionist. Was unsure if they hid it when season 9 came out as a "secret" camo for getting gold on every weapon but I can confirm it's not hidden because I just got platinum on everything so it must not be in the game yet.

CODM World Championship: Garena Qualifier.

What Happened why did the voting for teams just disappeared? I haven't claim my points. After the games for the qualifier it ended in 10:00 PM PH time then I open the game at 11:00 PM to claim my points then It was gone. Using a Controller in non-controller lobbies

So I’m new to cod mobile and this bug is probably already known. In case it’s not I thought I share it. You can get into BR lobbies with a controller and play against players without one.

  1. With the controller off open the game and join a lobby.

  2. Once in the lobby close the game and turn on the controller.

  3. Reopen the game and reconnect to the lobby when prompted.

Now you’re playing against players using the touch screen. You’ll have to close the game again after the match and turn off the controller then repeat the steps.

Creative Mode idea pls read full

As private matchs have been the same since S1 i suggest adding a creative gameode in which we can anything. Here are some ideas:

  1. we use all guns with any attachnent we like
  2. spawn setters like for example you are trying to find some good spots and you find a really hard to get one so then u place the spawn setter down so the next time you die u can spawn there
  3. infinite scorestreaks (with a cooldown)

So yeah add more down in the comments

Active BR clan

Hey all, been playing since last September. Yep we Canadians got an early Beta! Anyhow looking for a clan that actually plays together. Can’t say I’ve played with anyone in my clan in months. No one ever accepts invites. I’d say I’m pretty decent as long as the game isn’t bugging out. Play with air borne as my main class but also am decent with the trap master. Been legendary every season but the first and currently around 14500 for rank xp. I can’t stand playing with randoms anymore. I’ll save/revive ppl left right and centre then if I happen to go down can’t ever rely on them having my back. If anyone is looking for a decent clan member please give a shout my way.

How to turn off Auto-Knifing?

When someone gets to close and I press the fire button, my character tries to knife them instead. That bullshit has gotten me killed wayyyyy to often because it only gets a like 5% of the time. Most times my character misses the knifing even at point plant range and the enemy kills me. Can I turn this off?

Question: how do upgrade weapon colour in multiplayer

You guys know how the weapon has different ranks, white, green, blue, purple, gold, like in battle royale. Well my question is, i see other people with blue or green ranked guns in multiplayer. Am i supposed to level it up to a certain point it will change colour or am i supposed to manually do something.

Headphone hissing in app

I just got a new pair of headphones today, on opening the CODM app, i get a annoying hissing combined with static that is supposed to be the sounds of wind and explosions on the home screen. Also, inside a match, ambient sounds and footsteps also sound as static and a low hissing noise randomly comes and goes throughout the match, the thing is everything sounds fine on my phone's speakers after removing the earphones from the audio jack and the headphones don't hiss/static anywhere outside the CODM app. Ive rebooted my phone, turned off Equalizer, and also reinstalled the app. Any solutions?

Does anyone think there’s a chance that the M4 - Feral Stalker will ever come back?

When I first saw this skin in the events I was stoked, literally one of the coolest ones I’ve seen, plus it would have fit my build perfectly. I got distracted with work and when I came back to cod there was only a day left and I still had to collect like 25k points. I was heartbroken, stayed up all night playing but the event ran out before I could get it :(

I think Activision should make it easier to accrue Double Weapon XP Cards

Especially given how many guns there are in the game, the arrival of the Gunsmith Update, and how many more they're gonna release with future updates.

As of Season 10, there are:

  • 14 Assault Rifles
  • 6 Sniper Rifles
  • 5 LMGs
  • 10 SMGs
  • 6 Shotguns
  • And the Kilo Bolt-Action Rifle

I think what they should do is reward Double Weapon XP cards at the end of matches, with the rarity and quantity of the card based on the points players scored in the match, just as they used to with the +50/+100/+500 Weapon XP Cards.

  • Maybe one 24hr Double Weapon XP card could be awarded per 2000 points scored, at the end of a Multiplayer match or Battle Royale.
  • Maybe one 10-Match Double Weapon XP Card could also be awarded per 3000 points scored, at the end of a Multiplayer match or Battle Royale.

This could make it a lot easier for players to try out and level up guns and encourage them to continue playing the game or return whenever new content lands. I got back into COD Mobile for a while when I saw what Activision did with Season 9.

I spent time grinding out XP for weapons so I could customise them and see how they would do in battle when modified. Not only did I love what I accomplished, but I even maxed out a few guns and went from Level 126 to Level 150 by grinding out Domination, Hardpoint and Shipment 10v10, because I wanted to try out the new possibilities now available to my guns.

What do you guys think?

They could fix the camouflages of the echo eyes of the devil and natural causes when you change the accessories that ends up affecting the camouflages.
Because according to what you had said epic and legendary camouflages your camouflages would not be affected due to different accessories.

There is an event in CoDM that lets you vote on teams which you can redeem for the Sheriff Character and other stuff. Is it already expired? I have tokens pending for the redeem of the Sheriff Character, and there is no warning that it will be gone in October 03, 2020.

I think I've seen cheaters

Crawling players that can't be shot.
Once in nuketown. Guy crawled all the way to our spawn. Couldn't be shot and nades and flash bangs did nothing.

Once in br. But I ran up on him pretty fast. I might not have legit hit him but I think I should have at least got a hit marker

First of all I want to wish a happy 1 year anniversary, it is good to be together with this wonderful game since its launch. But I would and would be very happy to know if you developers will bring the ax, the taco and of course karambit for free, being really simple. So are you going to bring them? I and I believe that many other players were very happy with this. English was bad there I am Brazilian and it was all by the translator haha

I have an issue as the splinter challenges require me to destroy flash shields or the shield stuff like UAVs are fine but shields I don't think I've seen that since season 2 or 1 and I have every single one except for the destroy shield challenge

Favorite type of blueprints

Animation - basically, animated camos (i.e. Cyberspace series, Heat Stroke series...).

Remodel - the weapon is remodeled partially or completely, and can't be changed in Gunsmith (i.e. DR-H Chained, RUS-79U Viking, Type 25 Geometry...).

Simple - just a normal camo that, for some reason, it ended in the epic rarity (MoW Industrial Revolution, Championship Purple series).

Attachments - the weapon is remodeled, but it only works in certain attachments, so the model change in Gunsmith if those attachments are changed (i.e. IRC-1 Retro Nuclear, Echo Demon Eyes, GKS Scion...)

I cannot find any difference for Hacker, but I know you go higher for Airborne.

I don’t usually drop money for too many things, but I wanted to have that mow with it’s unique design. Now they’re gonna release it for free not even a month after ppl paid to get it. This is a pretty huge middle finger to ppl who spend money to support the game. I don’t plan on buying other crates, but damn the one time I splurge for a cool epic it gets released for free right after. Feels bad man

It is atrociously hard to get Headshots in all of the guns and Longshots on Shotguns.

Longshots on some SG (Not the BY or the KRM) are atrociously hard to get Longshots with, even with Slugs in hardcore. Who decided to get longshots on Guns that are supposed to be in close quarters, and its even inconsistent in close quarters.

Head hitbox are just downright broken. Im aiming at their head with the ICR and MoW, and its not a headshot.
I configured them to have the highest ADS bullet accuracy + a tac scope to see the head clearly, and still no.

Weapon Sway and Lateral Recoil

Does anyone positively know if the Tactical foregrip A (reduce weapon sway) has the same affect of the light muzzle brake and strike/steady stock (reduce lateral recoil) ???
These being affective for weapons that more drastically sway side to side when firing, like the BK 57 , KN 44 , HBR etc.

Legendary gun in BP only for the anniversary

Hey guys hope you all are good , the wait for the anniversary update is very much exciting as every day passes ,with the iconic character ghost returning in the game again makes us feel more nostalgic like it is our old season 1.

Let me get to the point of this post as we all new we are gonna have some interesting things in the BP in the upcoming anniversary update , I know like Devs of CODM have by far provided the most coolest battlepass items in any FPS game I ever seen. Now it shouldn't stop there is it.

It could be a great thing if a legendary gun is added as an tier reward in the BP, I know it is quite an task for the Devs to add it but if it is done it would be for an greater good for both the game and it's fanbase. That too they can add an legendary only for each anniversary update not during other BP seasons.

Let me breakdown the Pro's and con's if they add an legendary:

PRO'S

  1. Many f2p players will be encouraged to buy the BP
  2. It would help everyone in getting an legendary which will make the anniversary memorable.
  3. It would also help in rope in further more new players on the anniversary time.

CON'S

  1. I understand that there will be no concept of an rarity in the BP legendary gun, as of which many players will be having it.

To be frank if an legendary gun is released in this aspect majority of the player base may not get worried of the rarity aspect of that legendary weapon.

Question about IPads in codm and other mobile games

I’m a student, Japanese, living in Japan, thinking about getting an iPad only for games, including Codm, the upcoming Apex mobile and hopefully warzone mobile.
I’m a student, so I’m thinking of getting a used one for cheap, and thinking of getting an iPad Air 2, since it only goes for 20000 yen, (about 200 bucks) average. I know the existence of iPad Air 3s and pros, but I don’t like ones that are too big, so pros are out of my choices. Are iPad Air 2s too outdated for the upcoming games and should I save for an Air 3? Or are there better cheaper choices? Thanks for reading

Unresponsive controls

When I use my 3 finger claw setup with the fire button on the top left, sometimes I can't aim or move around while firing. This has been a problem for seasons, is known to happen to other players and has costed me a lot of Ranked matches. I need a solution or a fix ASAP

About Free Paid items...

How about crates where we opened over hundred and didn't even get the item? I had that experience with ghost plasma, Battery torque, Smart rifles.. So total I have spent over 500 litteraly on nothing but yet if I get chance to get any of them for free I will be happy even though I hate my self being so stupid. What's your opinion about this?

BR Feedback and Improvements

BR TPP Movement

It feels like the character does not have weight. Its like he isn't actually running and jumping. I would suggest you to add movement like "COD MW 19". Its cause in mw the character feels weight. You can see the screen shaking when its running and jumping. They should add those animations to cod mobile and tactical sprinting. It should be like this.

The sound of the feet touching the ground, screen shaking, jumping, and it feels like greasing the ground while sliding. This is the character movement from COD MW and I think this should be implemented.

Gunsmith

  1. Guns like hbra3, LMG should have faster ads

  2. Normal extended mags like 38 rounds and 40 rounds should not have ads reduction time for any gun.

  3. MIP strike stock should be added for HBRA3. The combination of attachments makes it slower ads gun.

Rocks and Trees for cover

Add more rocks and increase thickness of the trees for better gunfight in open grounds. One can use it for cover.

BR Operator

Trap Master

It should be heavily nerfed. There are numerous areas where it cannot be detected. It makes rushing invalid in the game. It is breaking the game and if BR will ever go into competitive, it should be nerfed.

Airborne

It should be nerfed. How?

  1. Add COD MW 2k19 style landing with parachute where one can shoot the landing person.

  2. Add fall damage.

  3. The current way is too fast and one can go from anywhere to anywhere. The game becomes messy in the last circle. Competitive way messier.

Mods

First of all you are trying to make the game simpler by adding warzone style gameplay and then you are adding mods which is making it unfair. Because everyone cant get a good mod in a match and who does have it, has a clear advantage. And there are different level of mods, its too difficult to get the golden mod.

BR has become close range combat mostly. BR should feel like a lot more. For example, long range fights, sniper showdowns,
