My top 5 assault rifles(happy 1st anniversary codm)

Hi,

So since its the first anniversary of codm i might as well share my personal top 5 ARs in codm

Now things to note:
This will be judged in the perspective of the main AR player

The criteria will be:

-versatility
-how many situations it can succeed in
-how good it is in mid-long ranges

Also i don't know exactly the stats of each AR so im going off of how it feels in a ranked match

5.ak-47

A high damage AR with a decent fire rate, does well in close to close-mid range. The problems make it top 5, recoil is difficult to control since your job as the main AR is to Lazer people in power positions, it deals 33 dmg making it headshot reliant, and its hard to compensate for the downside in gunsmith without losing ads and movement speed.

4.icr-1

This is a decent AR for mid ranges, no recoil and decent ttk.
However the fire rate is punishing, the damage drops of very quickly and its only good in close to close-mid range.

3.m4

Before you ask why hear me out. The m4 has literally no recoil,is less punishing compared to the icr-1 in terms of fire rate,does best in mid to long range. However its low damage leads to horrible cqb engagement

2.kn-44

A season 6-8 favorite, it does very well close to mid ranges it doesn't do so well at long ranges but not the worst at that range. There isn't much bad about the kn-44 the only problem is it feels lackluster in a way, and the recoil is a bit weird in handling.

1.lk24

Somewhat similar but very different, the lk24 is very good in every range. Recoil maybe lateral but compensating isn't as punishing with the gunsmith. The only problem is the HORRENDOUS iron sights unless you have a good epic skin
With better iron sights.

Codm keeps crashing

Hello everyone
I installed codm yesterday but when i launch it after 2-5 mins it just exits the game to the main menu without any prompt for crash or errors, when i open it again it just starts new so i assume it's crashing for some reason.
Im running it on my galaxy note 8 so if anyone encourted this or knows a fix please help me.

Question on the gold camo for FHJ

I already have the platinum for it. But my friend still can't get the gold. She's unlocked all the other skins for it. After that, she's played lots of matches with the FHJ equipped. Still she didn’t get it. Is there anything in particular that needs to be done? I don’t remember how I got mine other than the fact I just played a match with it equipped and I had finished SMRS first.

Anyone else has just the worst luck on FHJ Goliath kills?

I am in disbelief. I never in my life been this angry and frustrated with a game. I am at 9/10 Goliath kills with FHJ and I've spent like 15+ goliaths trying to get the last one. I get my goliath and let the enemy take it and then try to kill it but EVERY. FUCKING. TIME. either someone annihilators it, kills it just as my FHJ is locking onto it or I make it literally LITERALLY one shot. One bullet shot. It's been going on for weeks now and I just don't have any patience anymore. Is there another way to do it?

Any other advice because this seems neverending right now and I don't want to break my phone in half. I am seriously enraged.

A Year of Progress

Now that it's been a year since the release of CoD mobile, I thought it would be kind of cool to look at stats as a snapshot see just what was done and all the progress made in that year.

It feels like just yesterday when we were all playing games for the light up the world event to get abnormality skins.

Lots of little memories, from stressing about the star camo ak117, to all the different people I've met (and who have sadly quit).

Despite all the hassling I, and others, have given the developers over that time, I still think we've got to hand it to them for what they've done.

A personal change i would like in br

the time to kill in br should be reduced i mean that does it make sense if you shoot 25 bullets of ak47 and the person is still standing (i might have exaggerated) the point is that the time to kill a person at all ranges should be reduced only in br multiplayer is fine

also if the devs are benevolent enough they can think about buffing the hip fire

i mean that after 10 metres bulllets are sent into the void

they dont even hit the person

Touch controls stuck for sometimes while playing MP.

Hello guys I am playing this game from season 1 but never faced so many bugs in single season. Just want to know that is it just me or anyone else also facing this issue that while playing your movement control start to stuck (feels like the sensitivity drop from 80 to 10 and after few seconds it backs to normal and can't even Move the player).

New to CoDM

Hello there... Longtime player of War Robots and teammates there mentioned CoDM to me but my older iPad couldn’t DL the app.

After getting a new iPad that changed... I have only played about five games now and honestly, I expected this game to be like PUBG. Well, it’s NOT. In fact, CoDM is fairly superior!

Really enjoyed my first few games and now I’m trying to get my WR bruddies on-board with CoDM... Look forward to seeing you on the Battlefield and being a part of the growing community.

No golden launcher and DR-H visual bug

So yeah, i got all the camos for the lock-on launcher but after using it multiple times, in mp and br, no gold camo yet.
Also, unrelated to that, when realoading the golden DR-H you can see that the magazine you're replacing is not golden, while the new one is.

Anniversary For COD Mobile

Some people are saying that the Anniversary is gonna start after the new update, but I wanna know what is the fun of celebrating it on another date ? Its like my birthday was on 1st october and I am celebrating it after 15 days. I dont think so that I am gonna enjoy it much 🤔. Honestly each n every player was expecting atleast a greeting, or a banner something like that from the game. But its almost 2nd of october in some regions but still there's nothing new. Atleast CODM would have greeted us. They Themselves said in the posts that "OCTOBER 1st is the FIRST ANNIVERSARY OF CODM ". We were expecting Greetings not freebies.

Bots are too fucking strong (Read Description)

After the Season 9 update, the AI Bots have become in themselves hackers. There is no rhyme or reason as to why they are so OP.

Why is it every time I turn my back to one for a spit second I get one-shotted?

Why am I being tracked through walls only to be one-shot-head-shot when I appear?

Why are they sliding every other step?

Why is it that when I’m playing a match where its a 5v5, and my bots do horrendous ,but yet the other teams bots seem like they are on legendary level?

I’ve said it before and ill say it again. Call of Duty Mobile, you have a very fickle player base. There is Zero investment to get ahold of your game if you already have a phone. This is not console where players will stick around and wait for bug improvements because they already bought the game for $60 and bought a $400 console. These players (and including me) have absolutely no trouble deleting this app and moving on.

Fix the matchmaking. Again, fix the matchmaking. One more time, FIX THE MATCHMAKING.

Hacker Overview

The Hacker wins fights by jamming enemy intelligence while securing their own. If you rely on your mini-map to help navigate the environment and locate enemy players, this is the class for you.

Activate the Hacker’s Ice Pick ability to black out the mini-maps of all nearby enemies and prevent them from using their class’ ability. Ice Pick hacks enemies around them, in relatively large radius from their position, for a brief time period. Enemy Medic in the area? Blind them and prevent them from deploying their Medical Station ability. Poltergeist? They won’t be able to rely on their Active Camo ability when Ice Pick is up.

I don't know how really insane players end up in Master II with me, completing destroying my entire team, but I don't play that much in comparison to many players. I think that the devs should add a new measured stat, game time, or time played, that pretty much just tracks the amount of time a player has spent in matches throughout their entire play career, along with the option to hide displaying it to other players.

Bring back the old loadout

Devs absolutely murdered almost every gun in the season 9 update. Gunsmith won't help except lower your ads/ movement speed, and if you increase that, good luck with bullet spread accuracy.

We want the old loadout back,the old cordite, hbr, kn44, qq9, ak117, pdw, bk57, you could use almost any gun and get 25+ kills if you're good at the game, now you only see the icr and the asm10 or hg40 and barely get 15 kills.

And for those who say it's all about choosing the right attachments, I've used every attachment since gunsmith came out and there's only like 3 good ones.

My dear friends and comrades you’re a better player than you think.

Just CoD mobile has some bad network code. (Believe me I do this for a living. I deal with net codes and online gameplay every day at work.)

There’s no perfect network code ever, but there are some new ones that are better.
CoD mobile uses a very old technology. The worst.

If they update it:

You won’t get shot behind the wall.
You won’t get killed in a millisecond.
Your every bullet will be counted.
You won’t start seeing enemies after they already killed you.
And many more.

Will they listen to the community? Nope, they won’t.

Strategy against players with jump/slide movement

It’s often that I run into players that rawdog the slide and jump functions. They’re jumping and sliding more than they run around. Especially in a map like Shipment. I see this common with snipers and shotgun users. I have nothing against it or think it’s an inconvenience. In fact, I enjoy these match ups because it helps me work on my reaction and precision. I just don’t do it as excessive as the ones I’m referring to.

I know they’re supposed to fatigue but it seems like they don’t. I recently seen a teammate run into an enemy sniper, who was sliding and hoping all over in their area. I jumped in, but the sniper killed my teammate right as I arrived. The sniper continued to slide and hop all over and eventually killed me. It wasn’t exactly lopsided, since it took the sniper 4-5 shots to finally kill me, but the sniper displayed zero signs of fatiguing. It also seemed like the sniper’s second hop had more distance and height than than the first hop.

With dropshotters, I’ve had success with jumping as a counter strategy when they drop down, but what are the best approaches to counter an enemy such as the sniper I described?

Today is our 1 year anniversary of Call of Duty: Mobile and while we don't have a season dropping or anything today, we do have much more coming in mid October that is still tied to anniversary.

For now, thank you all for being here, for sharing this with us, and for supporting us and this community through the year! The memes have been stellar, the discussions have been passionate, and the majority of people have always treated us (the community team) and our overall developers with a lot of respect. Codm On Data Connection

Anyone having issues with connecting to a game while on LTE with Sprint? If I’m on WiFi or 3G it works fine but I keep getting the cannot connect error after countdown to new match. I have deleted and redownloaded multiple times reset data connection. LTE works fine on everything else but CODM. Any ideas?

My first and LAST Lucky Draw.

So today Cybernetic Stalker came out. I've been playing CoDM since season 1 and I must say, I'm terribly disappointed in the lucky draw system.

I must give some context to preface my claim, so allow me to begin by saying: "Yes, this is not my first time spending money on this game", I've bought credit packs several times before, always using the coins for small things such as Battle Pass and crates here and there, but this time, I went all in because I've never had a gun that kills with effects and I really love the Kilo Bolt Rifle.

I would love to say I was unlucky, but the truth is different; the Lucky Draw is a SCAM.

The probabilities are rrrridiculous and the exponential credit rise is absurd.

I bought it all the way until the rifle, all 10 draws and I need to tell you, DON'T DO IT. Trust me, it's not worth it, even if you try to convince yourself it is.

If you want to support the devs, that's fine, but there's a difference between supporting them and they blatantly squeeze you dry of your income, please me smart about these draws.

At least I know that I ain't putting a single dime back into this game, this was my last purchase and I'm okay with that.

Kilo lucky draw

If anyone is interested to buy the whole draw it costs the same price as the ones which the guns have reactive camo while kilo don't (scammy)

ATTN DEVS: "Battle Royale Needs Attention ASAP"

I know we are still days away from the new update and BP... but can we please get a quick fix to the gameplay issues and bugs in BR??? The random flick away after shooting someone is causing too many unnecessary deaths, the frame drops are just making it unplayable along with many other issues....
You have us a great update to BR last update, but that don't help us and takes away from the fun in the mode when you can't even play and die when its not even our own fault!!!! I think I speak for the whole BR community when I say "PLEASE FIX BATTLE ROYALE GAMEPLAY, PLEASE"!!!!!!

Thank you for bringing us an amazing game, but we would like to be able to play it!

So I'm hear to bitch about my lag in br

I was playing br right and being everyone has jumped back onto it with me to unlock the new SKILL/POWER/SPECIALIST/ ABILITY I am forced to hang on the outline of the ring most time picking up bots. I'm used to lag in BR as my wifi isn't really made for gaming, I'm on a phone that really isn't made for gaming (I still love her tho) but damn come on. I honestly hate knowing that I'm finna die cause my whole screen freezes meaning that someone or multiple people are coming to absolute fuck my shit up.
Well I'll end my rant here as I kinda lost my anger(not really anger, more upset). Please I'll accept pity in the comments, good boys and girls are also greatly appreciated.

The hacker class is not worth it...

Hear me out first please!

First problem: you can NOT cancel the ability, once you start using it you can not go prone or run fast, only jump and walk...this is extremely nerfing as, If there are more than two players nearby it will take SOO much time to activate that brings me to

Second problem: The time to activate is just far too much!

Third problem: I know this is stupid but if you click the ability with no enemies nearby, you will have to wait for the thing to recharge once again from the start

So I updated my Pixel 2 XL from Android 10 to Android 11 (remember it's no longer in beta) and as a result of updating I lost root on my device, I installed the Canary version of Magisk and got root back.

I tried to run call of duty and it kept "crashing" randomly after anywhere from 10 seconds to 5 minutes.

The inconsistency of the crashes were rather unusual so I decided to obfuscate Magisk & hide root from call of duty and this fixed the issue... so clearly Call of Duty Mobile doesn't want users running a rooted device.

Call of Duty was working perfectly last night, I could close the game and re-open with no issues.

Fast forward to this morning and the game now "crashes" on launch, I don't think it's a true crash because if I go into Android Developer settings and enable "Always show crash dialog" when the game "crashes" there is no crash dialog.

I cleared application storage & data and re-launched the game and the game worked fine however as soon as I close the game and re-launch it the game "crashes" instantly on game launch.

I've tried all of the following yet the issue always happens on the second launch:

  1. Uninstalled the game, deleted any call of duty folders & re-installed the game from the play store.
  2. Uninstalled Magisk & TWRP (After doing this, I did #1)
  3. Flashed a fully stock factory image from Google (After doing this, I did #1)
  4. Ensured all applications are up to date & checked for OS updates.
  5. Tried a different game account (signed in with a different option)

Any ideas what is going on... is there any log file I can use to find out whats happening? If I need root to be able to find these log files I can re-install Magisk because the same happens with and without Magisk installed.

The game was working flawlessly yesterday, I can play the game if I clear game storage and re-launch it which makes no sense.

free lucky draw

I am currently facing a bug where i have to refresh the whole game to get an ad in the free lucky draw and sometimes it only lets me watch 2 or 3 ads a day

it makes the chances low of me getting the epic gun

Port forwarding

HI all hope everyone is fine.

I got broadband connection and isp has blocked several ports and i thing cod mobile is one of them as i am unable to connect to there server. Does anyone know the ports which are needed to be opened for cod mobile to work properly?

Stealth choppers have been useless lately

If you haven't noticed stealth choppers occupy a sht ton of space,when I tried to place my stealth chopper somewhere it either says " an armed unit is occupying it " even though theres literally nothing there. I spent the last 1 minute of the round finding a spot for my stealth chopper to take place JEEZ WHAT GIVES STEALTH CHOPPER?
