I'm from the Philippines and my fam's planning to move to NZ in around 2 years or so. I have a few questions.
  1. What version of CoDM does NZ have?
  2. If they're using the global version, how would I transfer all my progress to from the Garena version to the global version?
  3. All my progress is saved on my Facebook account and is connected to my Garena account so I can log in with either one in the Garena version. Is it possible to log in with my Facebook account in the global version of the game if that's the version that NZ has?

Taking a Break From the Subreddit.

Going to be taking a break from this community. There's too much debate and disagreement, along with spam, hate, and distastefullness in others opinions. I'd love to see this community go back to being a fun place to interact, but in it's current state, I find it difficult to enjoy being here, especially with recent spam flooding the subreddit.

I truely LOVE this place, but I think I should really take a step back. I'll return in a week or two, hoping that things settle down.

Treat each other with respect and value each others thoughts! Don't gang up or hate on somebody for disagreeing, but rather acknowledge their words and have a civil conversation with one another. Regarding the dredge

I can promise from the bottom of my head this was a scrapped weapon and will NOT release next season.
It was going to release back when zombies existed but was scrapped along with the monkey draw because they got rid of zombies. There's been gameplay and screenshots of this gun that have been posted for the past few months and everyone constantly says its coming next season and it doesn't.

PS. You guys are wasting your time and efforts protesting for this.

In case you guys forgot, before, they decided to do a test run of bundles. 50% of the fan base got the items in bundles and 50% got it in crates. I think we know why crates won. They simply made more money. Activision isn't a charity. It's a corporation. They will choose what makes them more money. Yes, its gambling. Yes, it could be harmful for people who are careless with their money. But who cares? Activision will choose the option which makes them more money. Remember, this game was made seeing the huge success of PUBG Mobile's formula of a free AAA game and heavy microtransactions. If you want the skins in the crates, you will just have to be patient and wait for it to come out in the bundle. Sorry but it's the truth.

Battle Royals Season 9 Meta

I’m mainly a MP player and I was looking to play BR ranked this season. Should I play TPP or FPP? I played PUBG and I preferred FPP but is TPP in CODM more popular?

Are the AK/ASM and the M4 still the kings of BR? Do LMGs like the RPD have a place in the meta?

If I were to play solos would the engagements be more long range or mid/short? Should I run an SMG or should I just stick to an AR?

Bug, I guess?

So the other day, I decided to do 1v1s with my friend without the use of a controller, and whenever I would aim, my gun weapon or knife would end up going off despite me not even firing the weapon, this also happens when I use a controller, the left trigger would be to aim and out of no where, bam, a shot goes off and I didn’t even press right trigger. If this can be solved, I’d appreciate any help available so I can enjoy BR, ranked, and 1v1s again.

Crates vs Bundles: A feasible solution

All Youtubers sould publish their financial data on how much they spent on crates till now and maybe compare that with how many bundles they could have bought, it would actually make sense to them too. They are players who spend the most and inevitably drive others to do so. I do not throw blame at them, simply pointing out the truth. I support every single content creator out there but this is there time to support us.

Moreover, I request them [Youtubers] to halt buying crates for a month (only buy bundles) and see how much they save. This would definitely trigger a response from the devs and the whole team.

Change my mind or give your suggestions if otherwise. Else, upvote and let the concerning party see this post.

I was playing br squads, I wasn't recording, I had level three armour and 140 hp, and this player called slender乡141 2 shotted me in the leg across the map with an arctic 50? Then I was spectating my squad, another 2 guys from the clan, Blackout乡141 or something like that, and ghost乡141 both were using aimbot and killed my squad mates across the map with hbr?

Secondary Commentary during BR gameplay

Okay so I deleted all packages and downloaded them again. And I noticed that there are other involuntary voice commands/commentary during certain actions/activities?
Eg "it feels good to fly" when using the airborne.
Idk imo this was quite good. Made the UX a lot better rather than just having the default voluntary manual voice commands.
Also finally able to play the Marakov event in BR after downloading the packages again. The change in background score is also a very nice touch.

Sidenote: the gameplay is still messed up due to over populated servers.(GArena - India)
My downloaded packages get asynced everytime I switch to a faster network. Someone please tell the representatives here to bring this to management's notice ASAP.

Complaining about crates is like whining about losing in casinos, you knew what you were getting into, don't cry when you didnt get what you want.

Guess what, you can just - not spend the money! Oh my god such an insane idea right! Wow!

This has been a reocccuring "problem" where people whine about how shitty or expensive crate items are, and how bad their value is, first of all, hmmmmmm???????? These are completely optional, the best thing to do is NOT buy them, NOT, BUY them and then Complain how bad it is. Dont support it, end of. Once you bought them, you basically admit to submitting to their gamble nature. You knew, and you still went for it, sorry you're disappointed but this is now your problem. There Is no scam no trick here, chances, are chances.

Why is the game not allowing me to play with my friends in the friend list

After installing cod Ive played with my friends all around the world and had a great time but after the new update I cannot play with my friends who are in India while I'm in the UAE. I can join them in the same room but we could never play when I click ready the game starts for them while I just get an unstable network alert. Help a fellow CODM Player out. (Upvotes requested)

I started playing CODM in the beta. I have been buying the bp (battle pass) since S1 up till S7. I had just bought the bp. I was then locked out of my account due to the account regestration glitch. I contacted mod mail on the cod mobile discord. I tweeted at activision. Nothing. Finally (towards the end of the season) I was messaged that buy as many tiers as u can so not to lose stuff. Activision will understand and give me the other items and CP back. I made an alt till that time. Its been 2 months. I managed to grind S8 and S9 PREMIUM BP. I lost that account as well. NO RESPONSE FROM ACTIVISION or mod mail. I was linked to a developer reddit where i posted my complain. 2 weeks and nothing happened. I am now STUCK on my f2p account after losing more than 100 THOUSAND CP IN ABOUT 10  MONTHS. I had previously asked for upvotes for the devs to help me. I now want upvotes just so no other players are scammed. Activision may be pupming out great content however there are many of us who havent gotten to enjoy it . Hello fellow gamers. Nice to meet you. I would love to join in on this conversation about bundles only! So before we all argue and the 9 year olds just spam me with hate cuz their mammas credit card doesn’t have enough money for crates, think about this. When the HBRa3 was first released, people were dominating the whole entire game, but luckily it was very expensive so only the rich or Pro- gamers could use it. Imagine it being cheap,like for example 10 bucks. Everyone except f2p players would be able to get to legendary easily. And the F2P players would be mad and sad about how unfair it is and take 10 more years to go to legendary. Because it’s not even skill, all you have to do is be rich to be good at the game!! And get to legendary! But finally after so many seasons, pay to win players finally saw this problem and asked devs to make it free to play, thinking they were very kind to do so. It wasn’t entirely fair, cuz it took them so long, and p2w players can just pay money to get good while f2p players have to grind for it. But at least we got a chance to text this very op weapon right? And then we can have some fun- wait...did they nerf it instantly??

I’m not even joking, that actually happened. Like at released it free so it’s fair or make them pay so much money that they end up regretting buying it. It’s going to be a win win, Devs can earn a whole lot more money and end up giving updates more often (I’m not sure if that helps) and the f2p players can finally have fun because of how fair it is!! And even if they lose to a P2W weapon, they can secretly laugh at the fact that they probably payed hundreds of dollars for a gun that’s gonna get nerfed the next season.

So I just got a brand new iPad Pro, and downloaded call of duty mobile. I played a few games and all was good. until a message popped up telling me I was banned for 24 hours.

Has anyone else been unfairly banned or am I the only one?

Do they not realise being on iPad gives you a greater advantage?

Does anyone know of a Gunsmith database?

Hi guys, I was wondering if anyone knew of (or owned) a database of all of the attachment for each gun and the stats that they provide (eg +5 mobility)?

The format doesn’t really matter (.csv, .db, .xls etc) just wondered if something already existed.

The reason I’m asking is because I want to try and write a program that will provide the theoretical best and worst attachment combos and see if they’re any good.

The devs are trying there hardest and just a few smaller transactions aren’t going to cover their whole team so you should suck it up And stop complaining. It is a choice to be made to pay for cosmetics in this game so they don’t need to be made so don’t pay for the game.

Camping in TDM Ranked

These campers are ruining the whole fun of playing TDM ranked. Especially if you are a solo player and you get full team in opponents side they just camp in a house after taking a lead of 2-3 points. Even if uh dun go there they will keep camping there until time is over or if uh dare to enter that building without any operator skill then you are dead and there lead keeps increasing. It is so annoying. I really enjoyed playing TDM but bcoz of these campers its so boring now.

[Rant] Ranked mode from Pro level is crap

Why is it crap? Because skill doesn't fucking matter anymore! Everybody fucking camps. Veteran was the last level where I found actual opponents with syke skill. I didn't mind losing to them, good games. But pro is fucking crap. Not to mention the amount of bots. Idk if it's my region or my skill level (honestly I'm not bad) but I get paired with like 2-3 shit bots all the time. The kind that run straight into sentry gun fire and shit. I mostly lose the game because of these fucks, giving away free kills. Even in S&D, these bots keep circling around the same place goddamn! I lose XP because of this shit. Until Veteran I always had legit people. Suddenly from Pro I'm getting paired mostly with bots.

Also, people who camp, do it if you must. But ffs don't suddenly jump in and steal somebody else's kill!

If codm devs is not sure about adding bundles only, the should keep 1-4 weeks of bundlesonly without draws or crate in the game and if it makes them more profit and the community happy, they should keep it in the game but if players are still not buying it and profits arent flowing, they should add cool skins to bundles and can keep the crates or draws.

About the 10 Men Regiment (HVK) and Survival Skills (Tank Skin) Bug...Contact Support In Game.

If you reach out in game, it seems that Activision thinks that they’ve already addressed the problem, and an automated response will advise you to check your mailbox. However if you indicate that this has not resolved your problem, it will notify support in game and someone will ask you for a screenshot of your mailbox.

So it looks like they think the problem has been resolved...however there are still a number of players (like me) who are still waiting.

It’s important to let them know that we’re still out here and that this issue still exists. If you haven’t received your rewards, it doesn’t look like you will unless you make a little noise.

Matchmaking problems, in addition to DSync

Oh hey CoD Mobile, I wanted to report a problem I am having, and probably because of that I will not be able to achieve the legendary patent. Machmaking is horrible, I play games where people are afk, or that they only kill one person and do nothing else. I got to master V, but drops to IV because of this problem that I'm having. In addition to the Dsync problem, which is unbearable. NOTE: I usually kill 10 to 15 players in a common match, while the others kill only 1.

A petition that will most likely be ignored

I don’t have much to say, but I really want the option to let users switch between the original KN44 Color Spectrum and the revamped version. I’ve said this in my previous posts, but I won’t stop, because me and some others bought the original KN44 skin because of its appearance. It’s unfair that it gets remodeled to an almost completely different skin; one that we did not ask for. But if it were to be simply reverted to its original model, it would be also be unfair to those who bought the one from the new draw. I wouldn’t be surprised if u/COD_Mobile_Official doesn’t see this, but it really would make me happy and make me use the KN44 Color Spectrum a lot more.

in mp, the defender operator’s flash is literally 1 or 2 seconds but in br the flash is 5 seconds??? doesnt make any sense to me especially since br the defender is used much more than mp. an led shouldn’t blind someone from 10 meters for 5 seconds. didnt the devs think this was too overpowered in close range?

So I bought all tiers of a lucky draw, here are my thoughts.

Recently, many of the Call of Duty Mobile Reddit community has expressed their hatred for luck-based draws and crates. And as someone who spent nearly $140 and got double-charged to get all 10 tiers of a lucky draw, I can say I agree.

I was really interested in purchasing the Badger? HBRa3 skin, and yes, it’s very cool. Probably one of the best skins in the entire game. Anyways, the “luck” for this gun is insanely low, your odds are close to under 1% every draw except the last 2 draws. Which almost guarantees you will be spending more than one draw to get this item, which is problem number one: luck.

Luck isn’t even that much of luck anyways, the game, regardless of RNG, has a predetermined outcome for how much you are supposed to play the lucky draw, in my experience and what I’ve seen around the community is that you are going to have to play almost close to 9 draws to get a reasonable shot at this weapon. Legendary skins are great and all, and I’d say they are reactive and have some sort of dynamic aspect to them in the skin’s design in the first place. That’s only for the weapon itself, mind you, the kill feed also displays a unique banner on kills with the weapon and that’s definitely interesting and draws attention to this expensive feature you have on your account. Most people wouldn’t even consider spending any money on call of duty cosmetics whatsoever, for me I simply had money laying around that I hadn’t touched in years. But even then, problem number 3 exists too. Cost.

The sheer cost of COD points is ridiculous. You can only get 800 for 10 USD. That sounds like a lot and sure, it is; however, the price of what cosmetics cost in the store is very high in comparison to this value. For example, a rare weapon skin in the COD points section cost 1000 COD points, which is absurd considering 800 COD points is 10 USD. Very Simple Idea I think we can ALL agree on: Get rid of the stupid unnecessary timers at the end of EVERY game

  • I don't care about your royale pass knockoff and what I could have if I bought it. I know what's in the damn pass. If I wanted it, I'd have it. If I don't want it, I didn't buy it, stop bothering me about it. Just makes me want it even less. The laggy timer button doesn't make me look at the stupid locked gun. The laggy timer button makes me angrily rapid-tap the screen where the buttons going to appear a fuckin eon from now.

  • I don't care about every little gun stat that went up. I'm sure I can take a wild guess what went up based on the loadouts I chose, and if I care, I'm probably already looking at the stats between matches for upgrades, or keeping a mental note of for example "I got so many hip-fire kills, just need 10 more"

  • there's no reason for me to stare at everyone else's stats against my will. Why do I care? Sometimes, if it's a really good game. Sometimes, if I did really well and somehow wasn't first. Then I'll poke around. But the average game? Pubs especially? I literally don't care xXpussy_slayer_69Xx got 2 kills

  • if I lose, I'm definitely not sitting through all that bullshit. I don't fucking care how much better the other team was. I don't want to see their stupid dance. I want to play another game.

Every single time, I close the game and reopen it, and it's literally faster than these stupid unnecessary timers FORCING us to stare at stats and waste time.

I don't fucking care. Maybe I'm strapped for time. Just let me play another one.

I don't know what mind game you're playing by forcing this shit for no reason, but I'm not biting the bait.

Me personally? Yeah I'm just gonna close the game because with my phone (Note9) loading ALL the resources and reconnecting to the server, including searching for updates and whatnot, is quicker than these stupid voluntary timers. But maybe there's someone out there with a slower phone that can't load the game each time faster than the timers.

The timers don't need to exist.

They are annoying.

My Issues with the game

Been wanting to put this out there for a while and with the recent seasonal events I think it's the best time to! I'm hoping this post is seen by devs so my points can atleast be taken into consideration. I don't have many issues with the game honestly but the issues I do have I feel can be improved for an all around better experience.

CREDIT STORE:
I've personally found that with events I've found it hard keeping up especially when the event REQUIRES you to buy something from the credit store to progress further, but not enough chances to get the credits needed. There's the daily tasks and the season pass but other than that it becomes increasingly hard as some items cost 3000+ credits and they only give you 50 each time. I feel either the costs in the Credit Store needs to be lowered or the amount of credits you earn needs to be increased to make it more balanced, especially for casual players who don't want the immense grind and just want to play the game and have fun.

BOTS:
I've had experiences several times where I'm in one of the limited time moshpits and the game puts me with a bunch of bots and expects me to carry the whole of the team by myself... I feel bots should be an optional thing that you can turn on or off. I don't want to be playing with bots all the time outside of ranked play, especially when ranked play is very limited in the modes it offers.

RED LIGHTS:
I've seen a couple complaints about this already and I agree with them. I don't like getting killed from across the map by someone (usually a sniper) that I myself didn't get the chance to see yet just because I have two giant red lights on each of my arms... It's frustrating, yes they help me find players but I feel they're very unnecessary as they're not used in any of the console Call of Duty games so it just feels like Codm is trying to hold my hand the whole time.

When you announced about the free Outrider skin I linked my cod account with Activision. But then a few months earlier when I heard that people who have linked their accounts with FB are getting hacked I tried to login into Activision my account after log out from FB. And it showed that "wrong username or password" I tried to recover my password and a new account was created. I can't login into my linked Activision account. Pls add a new option to unlink our Activision accounts so that we can secure our accounts.

Roadmap to fixing CoDM Bundles, Crates, and Lucky Draw for the benefit of all

This is a plan to make a community driven change to CoDM. As much as I would like fairer prices, I believe that his plan will also keep CoDM being one of the best mobile games! Please send me any thoughts you have (constructive please) about the proposed ideas.

Part 1: Feedback

Posting to official CoDM feedback survey and other media in order to spread awareness and get CoDM's attention.

Part 2: Boycott of Crates and Lucky Draw

I dont want to control how anyone spends or what they choose to get in-game. This would be voluntary only, loke everything else in this post. The more P2P players who partake, the more effective part 2 will be. This would take place over an agreed upon time period (probably a week or 2)

Part 3: Offensive approach (I dont want to get here)

This would consist of leaving negative reviews about th gamling system and how CoDM is focusing on the cashe (like so many other mobile games) rather than the overall game experience.

Disclaimer: Yes, I realize that CoDM is not P2W. Yes I also realize that the cosmetics themselves have no real world value. What is driving me is the belief that CoDM will benefit long term from implementing these suggestions (see feedback Text for details) otherwise I wouldn't waist my time.

Tengu keeps taking me out in Battle Royals super early on —thoughts?

Hey all, longtime player here. Recently, as I’ve been playing battle royals, no matter where I land or what I do, I’m getting taken out by a (Bot?) in the first 4-5 kills. Not sure what’s happening or how to change it, but it’s happening far too often with the same setup (same weapon, same popping up out of nowhere to basically one shot me before I can even aim, same skin). Anyone else seeing this? It’s super frustrating. Thanks!

Disable Fire button Dragging.

One problem I have with the single fire weapons, mainly shotty, is that even though I have disabled look movement when holding the fire button, the button still is drag-able and this means I dont always fire when I press fire, as my finger may move slightly and it makes the button drag without firing.

Does anyone else find this annoying?

Bundles solotion?

I know codm is out to make money and it's horrible the way they do so through lucky draws and crates. As it's a hard form of gambling aimed at kids.

Potential solution which isn't great but would help codm make money at the same time and limit robbing it's user base. They could provide 2 versions of the battle pass and users can choose which one they want.

Option 1. The same current BP where you can earn enough cp to buy next season. This option will retain the current crates, lucky draws and limited bundles. This will be for users who don't care about having the latest and newest weird skins

Option 2. BP option to forego the cp earned for next season but means that all crates and lucky draws are replaced with bundles with similar prices as previous trials of $25 max. This means that users can opt for this option knowing that they will have to pay every month for BP but know the option that they will get set price for skins.

Not ideal but workable.

Competitive Sytem Revamp

Note: I am not hating. I love how much the CoDM team is doing for this game and how well they do it. It is incomparable and I've never seen this much effort and care in a game and for that I am truly grateful. Thank you for everything CoDM team!

Okay, so I recently quit Battle Royale because of Flash Shields, and it got me thinking, what if they fixed the competitive system. Here's what I was thinking:

Ranked Multiplayer

The loot pool is changed to more focused on raw gun gameplay (certain operators are banned, such as gravity spikes, annihilator, war machine, sparrow. Possibly 1 tap shotguns. All lethals except frags. All tacticals except smokes and trophy systems. All secondarys except Pistols and maybe melees. No scorestreaks that would give an extreme competitive advantage like VTOL, Stealth Choppers, Sentry Gun, SAM Turret, Shock RC. Only UAV, Counter UAV, things that will not give a serious competitive advantage. Nukes should still be allowed, as those are gained from getting 20 kills and cant be XP farmed. In normal Multiplayer everything will be allowed.

Ranked Battle Royale

Similar to Multiplayer, they should make a ranked gamemode where crazy stuff is banned. FHJ, SMRS, Tanks, the Death Machine car, Annihilator. The classes that's should be banned are Trap Master, Transform Shields, Hacker (ik it not released but it still falls under tha category of "grants competitive advantage"). Basically the same as Multiplayers changes. There should still be a mode with all the fun and crazy stuff, but when you want to grind you want to grind and those things are annoying.

This is a discussion I beg that if you disagree with me you say so. This our game and we all have to help make it better.
