So I'm able to sync it to my phone through bluetooth and the cursor part of the remote works.
But for some reason the game when is launched it won't recognize it.
I went into settings and I have connect controller settings ON.
I can't get it to work.

Where do I find VTOLs?

Been playing 5 days trying to get the fhj gold. Only vtol I've seen on hardpoint shipment was before i had the camo unlocked. Where do I find enemy vtols? Everything else I was able to find on my own or I was able to boost for it. I can't boost for vtol bc my second account isn't leveled up enough to have it unlocked.

All CP in battle passes it premium only, so how do you earn CP for the next seasons pass?

Theres a notif that says complete this seasons pass to get enough CP to buy next seasons battle pass, but every single CP reward in the battle pass is premium only. How are you supposed to earn the CP to buy the next seasons pass? Getting a skin or gun ou already have just gives you normal credits, and ive never seen CP as a reward for events or missions, only regular credits (again).

Is there another way to earn them i dont know of? Are you forced to buy a season with real money to get into the pattern? Thats just shitty.

Please add a TEAM FORFEIT option.

The team will forfeit and they'll win. As, rage quitters quit the match and only the remaining members have to continue to play or else they'll lose -50xp, so I believe it's better if we had a team forfeit option which will reduce the number of rage quitters, as, last night only two of us continued to play against them whereas other 3 left, it was a complete mess, so please devs, add a team forfeit option in ranked.

Now that my challenge is to get 5 kills with a legendary gun there are all of the sudden no legendary guns....

When I was working on the other missions legendary guns seemed to be every fucking place. Even in the not high level loot areas i would find the random legendary qq9 or ak117. Now that i actually need them they're all god damn gone. Every airdrop lands on the other side of the dang map and there aren't even legendary weapons in the high tier loot areas. 5 games now, 0 legendary weapons. Fml..

My take on a more competetive ranking system

The problem

We can all agree that the ranks right now aren’t well done. Playing legendary ranked is a roller coaster of absolutely slaying one game and being absolutely slayed the next. That isn’t what it should be like. Ranked should match you up with people on your ranks and those ranks should be indicative of skill. Right now you don't rank up because you became better at teh game but because you grinded and the game always gives you more points when you wins than you lose when you don't.

My take on how to fix it

Ranks should be placed on a bell curve. I'd place the ranks like this: bottom 19.8% in rookie, next 19.8% in veteran, next 19.8% in pro, etc till the last 1% which is legendary. I also want the "no points lost" in low ranks to be removed. Points for victorys and losses should be consistent across ranks. I believe this system would encourage people to use vc to do callouts as its an easy way to get an advantage and maybe win that match instead of losing it.

Please criticue me and give me advice if you see anything i did wrong. I hope to start a constructive disscusion.

So my kd on my profile is just above 1 which I want to improve so I started playing more pubs rather than ranked so I could quickly increase it but it wasn’t working so I gave up. Recently I found out about the ranking of your friends on leaderboard and saw that my ranked kd was 0.96 but my normal match kd was 7.2 which rounds to about 4 so why is my kd on my profile so low? Had an invisible enemy in BR.

I was playing BR, flying in a chopper, I notice a bot below me, so I land. As soon as I leave the chopper, the bot disappeared. Then I started getting shot at. It took me a few seconds to realize that the bot I saw was now invisible and I couldn’t land a single shot on it. I managed to get away since bots in BR don’t exactly shoot to kill. I wasn’t able to record the bug but I still wanted to get it out there. For the auto moderator: this happened about 5 hours ago on an iPhone 8 running iOS 13.6.1. I will keep an eye out for it next time and be prepared to record it. Sorry for the lack of footage.

Headshot Hitbox

Right, I am trying to get gold skin on IR1 and it is a pain to get headshots. I aim specifically for the head, and barely detects a kill as a headshot. I don't get where am I supposed to shoot? Considering the IR1's recoil pulls the shots up. This hitbox is just broken and really needs to be fixed at some point.

Echo loadout?

I'm testing out some attatchments with Echo. I love it so far. But I want to hear someone else's experience regarding 2 things:

  1. The Marksman barrel
  2. The Choke muzzle

Can someone clarify the bullet density increase and how it actually works in-game? 'Cause from my testing, it makes zero significant difference. Same goes for the marksman barrel.

I can 3 shot someone at 10 metres without any barrel attachment, or at least the middle one or whatever. So, any recommendations?

Bundles Vs Crates

So guys hear me out... We all know Crates are way too overpriced and the Bundles only have included past items... most of them not even very popular... So why don't the developers listen to the community and get rid of crates...

One could argue that since this game is available for free to everyone... unlike its Pc/Console counterpart.... the company needs to make money somehow.... Now the Pc/Console version costs 60-70 dollars... so the company makes a lot of money from the initial sales itself... then they have in game battle pass and bundles...

In Cod mobile however company earns only through crates and draws and battle pass. Understandable....

But the sheer costs of these crates and draws is staggering... Bundles in COD Pc/Console... for a legendary bundle cost around max 2400 cp... thats like 25 dollars... For getting a legendary in COD mobile you spend 100+ dollars in lucky draw... Crates on the other hand can dig a very deep hole in your pocket... just for an epic or 2...Mind you... Pc/Console game development and maintenance costs are way higher than mobile... still.. the same. story has continued since the launch of this game...

Thus... if a developer is reading this.... here's my personal opinion mixed with wishes of others..... PLEASE GET RID OF CRATES.... ADD BUNDLES... If there were bundles costing around 20-25 dollars definetely tons of people will buy it.... This season the content of crates is amazing... i want to buy them... but i dont want to be a gambling fool considering my economic situation.... I would have.. of these were bundles...

I know there is a ton of amazing content coming out for Anniversary month... But the gift of permanent bundles will make the community very happy and truly satisfied...

Things we would really love to see in CODM. (Feel free to elaborate in the comments).

Some things I would really love to see in this game:

  • Akimbo
  • Attack Dogs Scoresteak
  • Night Mode in BR & MP
  • The return of the Zombies mode
  • The Overkill Perk
  • A futuristic themed Season and BP or sth related to space like Infinite Warfare.
  • Some maps from COD4 MW like Backlot, Vacant, Overgrown, Bloc, Chinatown, Creek, Downpour, Pipeline, Wet Work.
  • Legendary Shotguns
  • Complete Bundles (and not these small ones that include only one gun and a BP card for 1100CP) that include Skins, Camos, Sprays, Stickers, etc.. Like they're in Warzone.
  • Operator Finishing moves.
  • Gas Mask for the Safe Zone (Safe Zone mask)
  • A Ghost Plasma Bundle
  • An event for the releasing of Cold War like it happened with Task Force 141 and Warzone.

Yeah, based on who reported and it's sources, it is a fact is coming and I love the idea. I just really hope this doesn't end up in a Epic games port situation where the game is unplayable and in this case TIMI gives them a hand. Off the top of my head: this warzone mobile thing seems shady to me

  1. Warzone is too good and large to be on mobile. If we scrap the graphics there will still be a lot of stuff to add which I highly assume is going to be too large for a lot of us to download.

  2. I checked Activision's site and didn't find any kind of listing. Maybe I'm blind

  3. There hasn't been any official confirmation as far as I know

But

  1. Since our first anniversary is just around the corner the devs might just add it. I mean that's the best mobile game update I've ever heard of

  2. Mobile gaming industry is really profitable and codm is an international success. Activision just kight release it.

Dear devs please fix the reconnect to game issue. Where you click ok but nothing happens. Info in text

The game was fine before s9 for me. But after s9 my phone hangs a lot. In mp sometimes my game freezes. Then the app closes. A popup comes from my phone (mi) that codm stopped working. I open the app again. The popup which saved my so many times, the one which says reconnect to the game. But after the update the ok button of the popup does nothing. While on the popup I can already see my rank points deducted and a mail notification which is ofc of rank match penalty. Before it used to work smoothly but now it doesn't. Any help please

Ping Issues Pls Help!! (I'm sorry for the repetitiveness)

I've probably posted things related to this way too much, but this has rendered the game unplayable for me. I'm not seeing many people complaining about ping related issues but I've missed many many scrims, tourneys simply because of high ping. I'm playing in EU, almost always play very close to my router and still somehow manage to get 90-120 ms. Yes, this could be an issue with my provider but this only happens with COD.

I found that restarting my phone brings ping to 30-40 for about 3 games before rising once again. My wifi is full bars every time until I open COD. If anyone has faced this and knows a solution, I'd greatly appreciate some answers.

I was testing slugs vs. Buckshot on the Krm, Hs0405, and By15. And they need to majorly buff slugs.

So traditionally slugs on shotguns in video games have always been a little bit more risk vs reward. You can one shot people at longer ranges, but you don't get the comfortable hip fire close range kill capability. Well, I did some testing and for all the semi-auto shotguns in the game right now, I have learned that slugs are not worth using in the slightest.

Now before I get into the results, I'm going to tell you that I did 2 tests for each gun, and 2 tests for each ammo type. I did one test with no attachments and slugs, versus full attachments and slugs, and the same with buckshot. When it comes to attachments, I only used pure range and bullet spread accuracy. Now when it comes to the ranges, I'm only talking about the consistent one shot capability of either slugs or buckshot. Anything above the ranges I provide will require a 2 or more shots to kill.

Krm buckshot: with no attachments, 12 meters, and with full attachments, 20 meters. Krm slugs: no attachments, 13 meters, full attachments, 20 meters.

By15 buckshot: no attachments, 19 meters, full attachments, 21 meters. By15 slugs: no attachments, 9 meters, full attachments, 14 meters.

Hs0405 buckshot: no attachments, 11 meters, full attachments, 15 meters. Hs0405 slugs: no attachments, 13 meters, full attachments, 17 meters.

Conclusion: slugs are not worth using under almost any circumstances. They can either be a complete sidegrade like in the case of the krm, or a complete downgrade like the By15. And for the people who say that the Hs0405 is better with the Slugs instead of buckshot, you are correct by a whopping 2 metres. Hopefully the Slugs will get a buff soon, but considering a lot of people don't like shotguns and feel as if they are overpowered somehow as they already are, I highly doubt it.

My idea for how to make the community happier while not eliminating crates

So, I’m gonna explain my idea first and then get into my thought process behind it. After every crate or lucky draw, have a limited time bundle (like maybe in the store for three days) worth around $25-$35 with the character skin or the gun skin, one epic weapon or item, and some battle pass tier cards.

So, here’s my thought process behind this. Cod will never get rid of crates because at the end of the day they still make a lot of money. Same with lucky draws. But, my thought is, people would be a lot happier if they could buy the item from the draw directly. For example, I would be perfectly willing to spend around $30 on Wicht Warden, Takeo, Dark Shepherd, or American Bulldog. For both of the draws, I bought five draws, got nothing, and stopped because it got too expensive. For the Warden and Takeo skins, there was no way I was going to buy crates because, again, they’re too expensive. Plus, the limited nature of my idea would still preserve the feeling of rarity while making desirable items more available.

Remember when Ferg spent over $1000 on crates before he got the one gun skin he wanted? Nobody wants to drop massive amounts of money and not get the one item they want. I’d prefer to spend a little more than a bundle for an item that I value.

TL,DR: Limited time bundle after lucky draws or crates with the most desirable item, worth around $25-$35.

Controller Advantage?

Don't really understand how controllers have the advantage here. Some input lag to start is already horrible.

Controller:
–Better view (no fingers to block your screen)
–Easier for those who aren't used to clawing mobile fps
–Easier to customize HUD, because it isn't limited by your finger placements.

Phone Controls:
–Mouse-like aiming for long range (measured by distance&sens and not time&sens)
–More finger usage if needed

Depends:
–Close Range (Controller should have the advantage, unless the phone user is experienced and has a high sensitivity for close range
–Mid Range (same as close range)

As someone who uses a controller, I find long ranges to be a nightmare. The deadzone is so high, small adjustments can't be made for long range engagements. Recoil is also a nightmare because of the deadzone. While you can claw to utilize more fingers with the controller, it's not as easy as the phone.

Codm fps drops on pc?

So today I downloaded call of duty mobile on gameloop. The game maxes at 60 fps however on high graphics i get random fps drops sometimes as low as 48. And the game seems like it shudders. I haven't tried multi-player yet only BR. Is there any way I can improve performance?

My specs:
I7-9700k
16gb ram @ 3200mhz
RTX 2070 super

Stop blindly praising the devs on community updates.

Instead we should be giving them constructive criticism..every community update I see the first few people to comment usually just tell them how great they are and bring up a minor issues we need to start asking about the overpriced monetization , unfair crates , mediocre bundles , and bug/desync issues I love the devs and all the hard work but these crates definitely need to go I don’t shit $100 dollar bills and my money doesn’t come free.

Hey so ummm.....yes I don't know if this problem is only towards me but I'm having a problem, see umm i can't play the game it says play but when you tap on it it cant play it won't open....normally it does this and I'm used to it already after a new up...

Comes to PC players but this season is different It started last season I didn't even play the game for more than 20 days I couldn't even get the epic skin character log in rewards. I play with pc and an emulator but please trust me I have never been paired with and mobile user and I'm also greatful to the emulator deves I've never for once seen a hacker Whilst using a PC to play so I have questions

  1. Have tencent and Activision broken up
    If yes
  2. Are we free to use other emulators or you guys are working on yours
    3 if no what then is taking this update ages to come by
    I really need to get this Mara skin lol sorry about that
  3. If this is only towards me hkw can i fix it and how do you get a solution?

Anyone else having Controller issues

So I currently use an XBox controller to play but I have been having issues the past 2 days. I have unlinked the control to my iPad and relinked.

Issues I’m having:

  • Will automatically shoot
  • Not let me shoot
  • Last will disconnect for no reason

Any ideas?

Warzone mobile

Does anyone know what's going on? I've seen two takes on the Internet, first one being that we can expect a full blown warzone port for mobile devices. The second one is that a new dev will be in charge of codm's br and will implement a lot of warzone - like changes.

Now I think the 2nd one is much more likely. Warzone is a 170 GB game with graphics that simply cannot be reached on mobile. In addition we already got warzone like changes in cod m br like the opening cutscene, weapon loadouts, different level weapons and armor plates. So if Activision was to indeed release a mobile version of warzone why would they add said warzone stuff in codm? It would just look poor in comparison. I assume this was just a misunderstanding and the hype beasts of YouTube rushed to get clicks.

I think about saying goodbye to COD, but it's not the game's fault

Unfortunately I was always very competitive, but not very patient, I suffer a little with anxiety problems, several times I found myself extremely irritated with silly things inside the game, such as losing a simple casual game or dropshots.

It's not the players' or the game's fault, it's more my problem, my cell phone is not the best either, they've been crashing a lot and this is something else that has made me very nervous, I feel that this is not good for my mental health and I think seriously about letting the game go.

It was cool while it lasted but I believe it doesn't do me any better, the game is incredible and everything but I think I'll have to leave it for a few years.

Let's be honest.

When season 9 was about to drop, I saw on this subreddit posts praising the developers. Fair enough.

I also saw people giving ideas on what to add to the game. Mostly characters and some hud changes.

Now everyone wants bugs to be fixed. I agree.

What I'm trying to say is the same people who say we need to fix bugs are the same people who wanted new skins. I see a lot of memes of people down voting bug reports. These mostly get to the hot section. some of you were down voting the bug reports and you wanted to karma farm so you just joined in with everyone saying you wanted bugs fixed.

Samsung Galaxy s20+ questions.

Hi, first of all great job on season 9 and 10! All these new changes have reinvigorated my love for this game. But recently I bought the new Galaxy s20+ and it seems like CoDM is not optimized well for this device. I have a lot of lag issues, overheating issues after only a few minutes of play and sometimes the game isn't as responsive as it should be. I'm on medium graphics with max framerate. I've tried low graphics but it makes gameplay not smooth.. and I feel like the newest model Galaxy should be able to handle medium anyways. Touch screen responsiveness sometimes doesn't work properly. I used to use the s10+ and it ran the game perfectly so I expected a newer device to be better but its not at all. If you could optimize the game for the s20 line of phones that would be awesome!!! You're the only game I play these days but it's frustrating when touch sensitivity changes or stops working when you're trying to shoot someone -_-

I need device recommendations

So I heard about WZM, Im assuming I'm gonna need more than 2gb ram. What's the most powerful tablet that comes in a 7-8inch screen. I'm a 2 thumbed but I have big hands, but the more powerful tablets come with huge screens. I tried googling around but it's so time consuming. Anyone know of like a 4-8gb ram 7-8inch tab?
