Footsteps when using dead silence

Can enemies hear my reaper even when I'm using dead silence?
I found several times that enemies hear me moving side to side when I'm holding the bomb site in SnD.
The killcams also confirm that they can hear my movements.
I tried it with different skins and still the killcams confirm that my footsteps can be heard.
Is this a bug with the killcam?

Constant shuddering problem

I have a problem where my game is constantly shuddering. The screen shakes up and down and sometimes the buttons don't work (e.g when I dropshot the ads doesnt work) I've tried removing my screen protector and cleaning my screen/hands. I also tried restarting my phone and reinstalling the game multiple times. This ptoblem has only started a week ago. If you want a recording, please dm me.

The br wepons come with useless attachments

today i first time bothered to put an icr use in ranked in a crate and it was so fun to use in br. i could instantly kill people from as far as i could see with a 50 bullet mag.

It was my first time not being a miserable noob this season and actually carrying my team. There is no way to find this good guns in br anymore. You have to grind and build guns in mp to enjoy br.

i don't see this being fun for br only players

Why you should go on a COD Point Strike

#Disclaimer: I love this game and have been playing since s1. I an not trying to insult the devs and their work. I appreciate them, but part of that cones with the willingness co criticize them# Throughout it’s life cycle, COD Mobile has engaged in an admittedly scummy lootbox microtransaction system. We all ignored it because it was a free game. Recently, however, they took that scumminess to a whole new level that I just can’t tolerate anymore. Within the last month or so, CODM updated their crate system. This update, whilst guaranteeing epics. DECREASED THE ODDS OF GETTING THE MAIN CRATE SKIN/GUN BY UP TO HALF. It also threw in an absurd amount of filler items to prevent you from getting the main item from the guaranteed epic. This lootbox system, which is the plague of the gaming industry, has gone unchecked for far too long. Here’s my alternative solution for this: Bundles, bundles, bundles. Currently, bundles are nothing more than an afterthought to the devs. They (most of the time) just put crappy skins that no one cates about in them. If, however, they put more thought into the bundles not only would it drastically improve their system, but it would also encourage more people to buy then. “But they’ll lose money!” you may be thinking, but that’s not quite true. Many, many people would spend more money because they would be able to know what they’re buying instead of gambling it away. Take Modern Warfare for example. They made 3.36 BILLION from bundles (3x what they made from selling the game itself). In conclusion I and many other players will be going on a COD Point strike until our voices are heard and our money is able to be well spent. I’ve been playing since s1 and have spent HUNDREDS on this game. If they do not fix things however, they won’t get another penny from me, and others. We are sick of this and we demand change. Join me and others in our COD Point strike to have our voices heard!

Xiaomi users! My game audio goes quiet when i join a discord call

Hey! I need help I searched on the internet how to fix my problem but I didn't find anything useful.For some reason my audio always goes quiet when i join the call with my mates when I use my airpods, but when I have the call on speaker its normal and i can hear the game perfectly. Any ideas how to fix this I prefer using headphones over speaker. Im running MIUI 12.0.1 on Redmi note 8 pro.

Redux Lucky Draws and The CP Store

I really don't like Lucky Draws but Lucky Draw Redux's are even worse because they now have Sprays/Calling Cards/Avatars etc in them. And the CP Store is the most ignored section of the Store so I've come up with an idea.

Instead of Doing one Redux Draw at the end of every season, lucky draw items from the older lucky draws should be moved to the CP Store. And this new Lucky Draw Item CP Store should get refreshed at the end of every season. Also all items in this new Store should be atleast 3 months old and should have a small discount to make it fair and more appealing I guess.

This is just an idea and it may be totally flawed because it eliminates the RNG from the previous Draws. I have another idea that does take that RNG factor into consideration, I'll post it if this gets enough attention.

i have had such a fucking bad experience in the last 3 days ABSOULUTLY 0 PLAYABLE MATCHES none, zero. all of them have been filled WITH FUCKING TRYHARD SWEATS (i checked some accounts and the majoritie have DOUBLE my kd and this is just plain fucked up) to devs if you changed the matchmakeing CHANGE IT THE FUCK BACK i am just so tempted to just uninstall and throw my phone in a dumbster and set it alight I. HATE. PLAYING. it is genuinly so fucking shitty to the point where my kd this season in 0.3 DO YOU SEE THE FUCKING PROBLEM my kd is well above 5 normally so thats it for the first half of the rant about FIX THE FUCKING MATCHMAKING
second half: just revert the br optic change its honestly such a horrible change to the point i DONT PICK UP MY FAVOURITE WEAPONS because i hate the iron sight that much (MOW and ak117) just revert it, i see no reason why it was done in the first place

just change all base guns to the same as they where pre-gunsmith just resently started to use the gks again (i LOVED it pre gunsmith) only to find the recoil is so fucking SHIT this is the case with most guns but prominant with the gks ATTATCHMENTS ARE REQUIRED TO MAKE A GUN GOOD this is something i hate and i really want to be changed

Ghost Skin

As someone who played this game since day 1 of global release, and giving on devs selling an og skin to new players. I can just say that they should think what they’re doing and the best option in my opinion is to give a skin to players on anniversary, example: people who started playing in first month get this skin, 2 months get this, 3 months and so on. Or just redeem themselves for this, cause h1z1 battle royale and apex legends are both coming to mobile this year, older players as myself will definitely consider those games cause of this.

Dev this is my request or a idea you may say that you make a campaign fps game for mobile. There aren't many such games to go to. Again I am not asking to add a campaign to the existing game as the game is already 3gb and I dont want it to be 4gb as it would certainly lag a lot on my device.

Since optics have been removed from weapons in BR and are now available on the ground as loot, they can probably be made available from supply boxes as well like they used to be earlier... Because at times they are so hard to find that u go an entire match without them.

Bundles should be the only purchasable item along with the battle pass

Most people would say that "its a free game and they need to make profit" even with the bundles system they would still make an insane amount of profit and even more
Look at mw they have already almost made 2× more off ingame purchases then game sales.

Crates would've been fine if they only kept the characyer and weapon skin and not put in all the usless filler "epics" The gambling system in most countries is banned for this reason. You could literally drop 100s and 100s for a CHANCE at receiving what you want. Hell bo3 crate system would be better then what we have. The fact that you have to pay 125 dollars for a cool character skin, cool weapon skin, and a ton of other garbage. Think about it. If you draw the 1200 cp spin on the draw and get a charm you just paid 12 fucking dollars for a weapon charm thats barely even viable. The current system is absolute bs and needs to be reworked. Its even more bs that people were able to get bundles of some of the redux draws but now they re-release them and you can own them for 125$ vs 25 bucks.

Why not add in level prestige and some cool rewards for prestiging?

For example after you do your first prestige, you earn 1 free item called a Prestige Medal. With this medal you can trade it in for 1 free Legendary Weapon, skin or item from your choice in the Prestige Reward Area. There would obviously be a prestige cap probably say you can only prestige 10 times. The rewards for also prestiging (besides the Prestige Medal) could also be prestige calling cards and emblems. This might even lead to the levels to be changed around so the level cap wouldn't be level 150, maybe at least to level 60 or a bit higher.

Voice chat in private matches

Did they take away the voice chat ability when your friends are on the other team?
I can’t talk to or hear my friends when they’re on the other team in both private MP and BR matches. My friends and I switch to All for the mics and speakers but still nothing. Is this a bug or is there something I need to change in my settings or audio section?

Enemy bots: either lock onto my head, or some how one shot me with an AK-117

Friendly bots: When I need them to lock onto an enemy’s head or one shot some body they just look at the ground and spin in circles.

Bots in general: Move like the have a broken leg and herniated disc.

Thoughts on weapon XP this season

Personally I feel like we've lost the ability to try out new weapons with no real commitment this season. For example, if I wanted to try out the stopping power rounds on the XPR or slugs on a shotgun I would have to play dozens of matches to level up the weapon enough to try it out and after all of that I might not even like it when previously you could use a small proportion of the cards and max them our without a second thought. I understand the point is to grind out the attachments but I think this is a bit overkill.

The XP cards from the previous seasons were virtually useless unless they were purple and it took several hundred to fully upgrade a weapon. Now they are hard to acquire consistently apart from the ones you can get from friends each day and the developers know this which is shown in the XP card deal that has been offered. £10 for 20 cards is pretty ridiculous.

  • Problem -

Fix character voice : Example like Makarov doesn't have russian accent. It's just default voice. Make every character has their own unique voice like in original Call of Duty video games.

Charm is freeze : I add charm to my guns and everytime I move, it just stay froze. It supposed to move or it's because I put my graphic on low. Fix this please.

  • Suggestion -

Put more weapon and attachments in loadout : Example like new handgun like desert eagle or rifle like modern times. I heard about gunsmith 2.0. better put lot new stuff in it. Also add C4 so I can make surprise party especially put it on vehicles.

New maps in BR : Well, make like you can choose which map you want to play like pubg or make map more bigger.

Night mode : Night mode for MP and BR so we can see the stars and meteor showers.

Tracer rounds/bullet : It'll be fun to play at night mode.

Make fancy costume for every character : I mean then what is the point having shirt and helmet logo beside the bag pack in the loadout. Don't make costume only for specific character like firebreak. Make for all character to be fair.

Make attack of the undead permanent game.

secondary weapon slot needs some love.

After quite some time playing this game I can say that secondary weapons arent that reliable because we only have one pistol, one revolver, 2 knives and 2 rocket launchers while primary has a lot more cooler stuff and I wish the devs would add more pistols and start adding machine pistols (not SMGs) into the game as secondary so we can have guns like the scorpion from black ops 1 and executioner, B23R and KAP-40 from bo2.

Laggggggggggg

Game is getting unplayable after every update. Mic is getting worst. Frequent disconnection of mic. Game is laggy af. Even my opponents lag like hell. Normal pings in last season was 65 to 75ms and now 80+ are normal and it shoots to 200+ whenever the situation is critical in the game... Please fix the game . Don't wanna quit this gem due to lag. Die hard fan of CoD :'(.

Realme 6 frame rate optimization!

Please optimise mediatek helio G90T processers for very high or max Frame rates. Because before in the last days of season 8 I buyed this phone for competitive purposes. Remove Notification of New Items Obtained and Fix Technical Problems Instead

Notifications of new items obtained do not really matter and are generally annoying. The multiple clicking to accomplish nothing is poor UI design.

The game still has not given me three items earned in the last season’s challenges. Because they have made no effort to communicate their progress on that, it is another example of the game publisher’s criminal business practices like encouraging gambling among minors.

Fix the game’s technical problems and end sketchy business practices used by organized crime instead of filling my inbox with username changes. I don’t care what their new name is.

Activision Login Error: iPad

Hello. Im trying to log in with my activision account on my iPad. I was logged in yesterday but today it asked me to log in again. I type in the correct activision account info (confirmed on the website) and then screen turns black. Top bar says "Account Registration Complete" (i am not registering, i'm hitting log in) and there's the option to go "back" and "close". Hitting "close" gives the following :"Login timeout. Please try again later. Authorization error. (6,-1)

Lower your expectations. The devs won’t change the microtransactions.

To preface, I’ve been playing this game since global release. I wont get into the specifics on how much I spent but I have a handful of character skins from lucky draws and one character (ghost - plasma) from crates. So I fully understand the frustration on the ghost plasma situation for the og f2p and paying players.

No matter how vocal the community is about their distaste for microtransactions, it won’t change anything. I’ve seen many situations like this one play out. The devs won’t address it. After some time the fire will die down. Then devs do same thing but with a different cosmetic skin. Rinse and repeat. If you want to keep enjoying this game, you need to separate how you personally value a cosmetic skin and realize the devs will gravitate towards the monetary value. And while they’ve made great efforts for the f2p content, they will remain terribly disconnected from the paying players. They won’t change their monetary practices no matter the amount of backlash. All we can do is lower our expectations and spend responsibly.

The attachments on the blueprint weapons just don't make sense, and it adds to the issue of how blueprint weapons look with other attachments

To put it simply most attachments don't make sense on their blueprints.

for example the new legendary blueprint for the echo.

How in anyone's mind did they think that a 3x scope is useful for a shotgun, not to mention it uses a short barrel too which in no way makes sense with the scope either. The scope looks great, but it is a shame that it is wasted on a shotgun when it could be slapped on a dlq as a 6x with a ghillie themed blueprint.

Now once the gun's looks gets ruined with a more viable build, it's barrel with the cool-looking bayonet is gone along with the nice looking hand guard.

The system copies the system from modern warfare and they share the same issues of sacrificing the gun's look for performance unless you want to play at a severe disadvantage.

TLDR: the blueprint system needs to have better practical attachments for the guns so they can look good and viable at the same time. A setting to treat them like pre season 9 epic and legendary skins is also very much needed.

Sometimes when I’m playing battle royale, my gun won’t shoot. So my right fire button shoots when I hold it, and when I let go it stops shooting. But sometimes, I can’t hold it and shoot I have to keep tapping. And I’m not pressing the scope in button, when I try holding the right fire it just doesn’t shoot unless I keep tapping it. It’s so annoying because that keeps happening and I can’t kill the person in front of me so I end up dying.

ACTIVISION What is up with your ban system?

2 times today I went and chose:
Multiplayer->Practice->Practice against A.I. only to get banned for “cheating” once the match was over. What the hell?! It’s thankfully not a 10 year ban, but I am really confused as to what I could possibly have done to trigger the automatic ban system.

Not only do I not have any sort of “hacks” running but it is beyond me why anybody would use hacks for AI practice. The only reason I use this mode is to test out new gunsmith loadouts so I know what to expect before using them in multiplayer or ranked.

So I ask again what in the world could I have possibly done in practice mode? Why did I automatically get banned after the matches?

Gold / Plat Camo for Echo bugged ?

After obtaining the Gold (and Plat) camo for the new Echo Shotgun and equipping it, the skin is okay with full Gold body...

But if you equip a Barrel on, the Gold/Plat camo does not apply to the new Barrel attachment, leaving the Echo with a Gold/Plat body, but with a Black Barrel on.

Other guns have their Barrels Gold despite using any Barrel attachments, so I'm sure this is a mistake ?

Someone pls tag the dev team because i'm not sure what's their user ID here, it would be really appreciated.

90/120/144/240 FPS on Android ? Why we don't have it yet ? (and yes, a 240hz phone actually exists)

Hello, since I play CoD Mobile since the beta, so more than a year now, I would like to switch to a 120hz phone, but the game is actually capped at 60fps, so their is no reason to change my Mi9T Pro actually. The game can run at 120fps on iPad Pro, so it's not for a balance issue because we can play against played with big screen and 120hz screen.
And, more generally, why you just don't unlock every settings for everyone on Android like on PC games ? It's complicated to optimize the game for every phones on the market, so their are some phones being not fully used in their full potential. We can just have every settings and set the optimal settings ourself, if the device runs ultra at 12fps, we just set to medium or low, whatever 🤷🏻‍♂️
This is what retains me for buying an high refresh rate phone because I nearly play only CoD Mobile.

So will we get an unlocked framerate on android devices and/or unlocked settings (my main question stills the framerate btw) one day ?

Some things that I think should be improved.

First of all, some people in this sub don't seem to like it when someone talks about this kind of thing and they just say "if you don't like it don't play it" or "stop complaining about other skills "Why make a subreddit in which you can comment and give suggestions to improve the game if you are only going to say the same phrase?

• I understand that devs want to make the game more "challenging", but there is a big difference between that and unfair or even frustrating. The points that are gained in each game mode are very few and at the same time those that are lost are too many. Some days ago I got 12 kills in BR but I didn't finish in the top 20, which made me lose too many points. Really? The same happens with ranked, they make you lose too many points if you lose even if you are MVP. The publics are useless, some people like me prefer to stay away from ranked due to its toxicity and only play BR or pubs for fun and at the same time raise BP points, but they are useless for that because they do not give you even half points to get to the middle of a level.

• Talking about pubs, if ranked is more competitive and skillbased, pubs are not ... Or at least that used to be because now there is skillbased matchmaking (which is not well done in both pubs and ranked) which is the point to play pubs if I'm not going to have fun and I'm going to play like I'm ranked? For that I can just play ranked, and I know it seems like I just want to play against newbies, but that's not the point, this worked in EVERY COD game before MW.

• This is related to the first point, the points they give you in the BP are very few and they make you lose motivation, because every time you want to reach the middle of a level you must play a 20-minute BR game, if not you are screwed.

• Some ranked maps are not designed for this. what is rewarded in ranked is teamwork and skill, but most of the people who play you in ranked do not fulfill either of the two. hard point is full of campers and people who do not go to the point, the same...

How the community can help fix bugs

I have seen people posting about a season like Rainbow 6's operation health where without adding any new content the devs totally focused on bug fixes. But to make that happen, we as a community should have to put some effort to. So my idea is for a month or two, this sub should have posts of only bug reports. No fan arts, no memes but only bug reports. The game is going downhill every season with desync, lag getting worse. If the sub really loves this game so much and want it to last long then instead of asking for skins or new features, they should ask for a good gameplay experience.

A frustrating night.....

Grinding for 15th gold camo with the A117. Maybe it’s just me but it’s damn hard to hit headshots with this weapon. Lots of bullets badly placed. Headshots are coming pretty much by accident. Finally decided to quit and play a few games and I think the grinding has made me lose my mojo. Really, really playing poorly. Questioning my choice to grind instead of play for Legendary this season.

Why doesn't anyone ever use smoke in BR?

For revives, heals, decoys, not setting yourself up for death hopping on an airborne, open areas from snipers. The list goes on and on to use smoke in BR.

At the same time it's like people don't try to use game sense. They could have good gun skills and leave it at that. This is mainly in squads where this season has more humans playing and better bots maybe. Better matching, it's harder this year.

I don't see much but from a small number of my regular teammates of sticking together, using each other's operator skills in a combination. Tactics, just flat out tactics, to many people are just mindlessly playing I guess.

If one day Cod Mobile comes to an end the culprits will be the developers themselves, it’s incredible everything they’ve brought so far, skins, gunsmiths, classic maps and everything, but there comes a time when it’s starting to leave them extremely boring bugs that have been with us since the beginning of the game.

Black screen, desync, and currently several problems with the servers they are choking all the time. I was super in hype for the gunsmith but in a week my desire to play is over, honestly it is getting really boring, they are focusing so much on cosmetics and forgetting the main thing.

Am I missing something or is CoD Mobile too easy?

I used to play cod on consoles, from Ghosts, all the way to Blops 4 and was pretty average at it. Only jumped on the codm train a few weeks ago after being recommended it by a colleague. I'm liking it but the MP matches are way too short and easy. I have a current k/d of ~13.0 and was regularly getting nukes on 10v10 Shipment. I play on ipad with a ps4 controller, is that why? Currently at level 40.

Will there ever be a rotation of the BR loot pools?

I'm all for having the loot system graded by rarity with random attachments but the same guns have just gotten old already. Almost the only viable weapon option is the blue ak-47 or spending half the game trying to get to an airdrop and your custom loadout. I'd like to be able to pick up any weapon and say its just as good as the rest but currently most weapons feel sub par.

hello i login my guest account on my phone and the old one was banned cause my phone was jailbroken with nothing on it mind u.

So i removed Jailbreak right and i play the game like 2 or 3 times and i get banned

why? :(

is it cause i usually have a 20 to 39 kd ratio and spam my killstreaks scores and shoot people really well in team death match because i'm used to better players?

Shadow Blade glitch?

Since the time Shadow Blade (then Katana) was first released, I have experienced a glitch that each time I tap on the operator icon, instead of launching the Shadow Blade right away, my character just changes to TPP, holding the gun (not the Blade). Exasperated, when I try to fire, it just becomes weird and the shots don't hit the target. It's only after someone has killed me that I can use the Blade as it is intended. Anyone else faces this? 🙈

Constant text chat spamming

There NEEDS to be an option to mute one person or just the text chat in general. All week when I want I get one guy who will not stop spamming “turn on voice chat” or “we can win this”
Or he will constantly spam which bomb site we are running to. It’s always in all chat, so both teams hear it. Please give the option to mute someone or all of text chat

Please please PLEASE focus on bugs instead of new content.

Before we start this, I know there are going to be people who downvote this post and leave hateful replies, but I dont care. I like this game too much to let these issues continue. Also, I am not shitting on codm or its developers. I am simply providing feedback.

So, here are some bugs people (including myself) are still facing.

  • desync
  • invisible enemies
  • invisible guns
  • tereible anticheat
  • people not receiving rewards for gameplay
  • default reticle during pre match (trivial, but it's still a bug)
  • hits not registering, even when BSA shouldn't affect it
    -bad server connections, despite good internet
  • south African players dont even have servers
  • missing map textures
  • suspicious killcams (again, kinda trivial, but it could lead to a false ban)
  • (possible) false bannings
  • yellow notifications on weapons, when there is nothing new.

I'm sure there are more bugs that I am forgetting, but heres some I can think of off the top of my head.

I think that we should possibly skip a season (not s12 obviously), or have a minor battle pass so the developers can focus on bugs that have been plaguing this game for months now. Codm is the best fps mobile game out there, by far. However, bug fixes are needed to maintain that kind of reputation.

When is the "BLACK SCREEN" issue going to be fixed?

I recently got redmi note 9 pro which has android 10. I am getting black screen while in matches in every 40 minutes. I can hear the sounds and the game is running but screen is black. This is super annoying especially in the BR matches. I had redmi note 5 which had android 9 and had no issues at all. Now, who do I blame? My phone? Cod? OS? Is there any fix for this?

Improve TDM system

The current team death match system is driven simply based on kills. This is bad because not dying is as important too, I dont play Tdm at all because every time I played Tdm this season, the mvp is some noob with 11 kills 17 deaths and I will be the only guy with something like 9 - 3, rest of my team members have a huge negative kd, these guys have no brain cells and simply want to get more kills. Please improve the system to also motivate players to not die.

add -ve score points for dying and at the end people with 11 -17 should get a higher -ve rank point that someone who played well with 9 - 3.

Headshot problem

I dont know if the is a bug or not but I'm noticing shooting someone and killing them with a headshot counts as a normal kill,I thought oh mabye its the bullet drop so I get closer still counts as a normal kill, okay mabye there still some drop off still I stand directly behind someone to the point the barrel on on the head nope still a normal kill, and I'm playing on MP so I don't know if there something wrong with the headshot mechanic in this game or if its my device.
