Am I the only one who thinks that the prices for legendary guns in the credits store is dumb?

As a free player, it is hard to get good skins, and yes, the new grindable skins are really good, but having to spend months grinding away at cod for 20,000 credits is tedious, and for what? A gun that has an animated skin if has one, attachments, and a minor perk, which is the only gameplay affecting difference?

If you are getting a legendary, it's most likely going to be for a gun you already use, and already have a high level for, so the attachments that the legendary comes with are most likely unnecessary, unless you aren't into that gun, and just trying it out, and in that case, why would you not even try out the gun normally?

I'd be fine with all this if the prices were lower, like around 7,500, but they are stupidly high, and not worth the price. And, in my opinion, most of the skins aren't even that good! The only one that I'd say was good was crimson vampire, all the others are just not that good.

I'm out there barely able to move my ass two inches to the side to avoid being shot at and they're at there sliding on butter and jumping at the same time with extreme speed.

Is it a ping thing or an animation glitch? Like how do you slide so quickly to the side while laying on the floor?

Headshot and longshot missions require too many kills.

Downvote me as much as you want but you cannot change my mind. It's not fun at all. I know it's supposed to be a grind but this is far from enjoyable. 50 hip fire kills and then 100 headshots and 80 longshots? Nah. Especially the heashots. They effing suck so bad.

I love the update in general but this is hell no.

I haven't played since season 1 because I was mainly killing time for modern warfare.
Took me I think 2-3 weeks to get Pro V (season 1) but now in less then 3 days I got legendary.

I think it was 95 games with 85 wins or something in that area

(THEORY) Zombies may return sooner than expected

Again, this is just a theory. I’ve noticed that across the map in Battle Royale there has been an increase in teddy bears (plays a big part in Zombies), the Fire axe from the first version of Zombies can be found at certain locations across the BR map. Then you have the other three Black Ops Zombies storyline characters that were introduced this season. The season 9 comics are referring to a weapon that is being developed by the Germans (could just be nova 6 though.) and there’s the ranked rewards for Undead crusader skins.

Why has my performance dropped so significantly?

When I started playing maybe around season 6 from when I first started playing I'd get around 20 kills without dying to much. I'm now level 124 and my performance and my usual kill count is around 11 to 13, and I've been dying much more. Am I just encountering stronger people or am I doing worse?

Ive been reading some google play ratings, and I got surprised how dumbass people can be. A guy started to complain about the new season. He rated 1 star, cause after the new update his guns recoil patterns are going up, and not down. What the fuck actually. The other guy rated the game 1 star also, because his favourite weapon is the tempest, and he cant use it as a primary weapon, only as operator. (Btw he didnt know that the game has operators) Im even surprised that I could write this. Holy shit.

Question for the group......

So. I’ve been grinding away with many weapons trying to max them all out. Succeeded with several, but working on others. I’m confronted by one weapon players who got their gun maxed and are staying put. Meanwhile, I’m getting slaughtered using the underpowered shit-ass weapon I’m grinding with. Is the grind worth it? I’ve maxed out my favorite weapon in each grouping and I’m sick of getting killed by inferior players with better guns. Thoughts?

A Badge of Shame for Repeat Ranked-Match Quitters

We all have our medals and our achievements and our Avatars that inform strangers on the internet who play the same game as we do that we got a nuke against some kids once and are now therefore basically gods, or that we're frenzied killers who'll cut your fucking head off, but I'd love to see the implementation of some kind of badge of shame. I've had way too many ranked matches lately that go like this:

-- You took A.
-- Enemy took C.
...
-- Enemy took B.
-- Three guys quit rather than trying to get B back even though we're only 1 point down.

Or something similar in other modes. The other team has the first hardpoint for a minute, or has a decent sniper in TDM Crossfire. Instantly, a couple assholes cowardquit (it's not ragequitting, there's no rage, they're just frightened little frady bastards) and the round becomes instantly harder for me and the couple other Big Damn Heroes who hang around to fight a losing battle like the Thundercats we are. I'd love to see a medal placed prominently on a player's profile (or even as their avatar) letting everyone else know that they're cowards. For, say, quitting more than 5 matches a week? I think the exact number is debatable. Either way, the current penalty system doesn't work well enough.

I'm a huge fan of the game, and semi-decent at it, but this one point really sticks in my ass. In the unpleasant way.

a realistic detailed animations ! i dont wanna see someone flying in the air with a broken hitbox just cuz he did a slide and jump.. i dont wanna see someone teleporting in the when he jump down or trying to climb up .. holding & throwing trophy system animations with a fat ass sized trophy system in his hand...the running with pistol animation... the whole running or movement animations in this game feels like its not even cod 2003 man ..

im not talking about the first person view animations.. they are perfect, im talking about the animation of everyone else im seeing in the match or its the same as 3rd person view idk .. they kinda didnt work or care hard enough on that one from what im seeing tbh ... oh btw i spend alot of money on supporting this game (lucky draws only) so i thought i can say whats in my mind .. cuz MAYBE .. u never know

CODM Garena problem when inviting friend from another country

So I'm from Indonesia and trying to add a friend from Philippine but unfortunately game says "the player does not exist", I tried with his ID and IGN but none of them worked. Last time I tried to add a friend from Singapore, it also didn't work BUT his profile show up when i add him on FB. Another problem is my philippine friend's profile can't show up in my ingame FB friend list. Rn we could play in global version but i dont wanna start from 0 :(.

Battle Royale Legendary gun skins(Cordite Zero G, Ak117 Smart rifle etc)

What happened to all the skins for legendary guns in Battle Royale? Did they all get removed?

Where can I see patch notes where developers tell us that it's removed and other things like this? Pretty weird that this happened out of nowhere. It was one of the coolest things to pick up random legendary weapons with cool skins but now they're all lame looking.

Little things that can improve/add for the next update.

I have been playing this game since season 1. This update has been the best so far. The gunsmith is a great addition, but there are still some little things to fix or improve to make it perfect.

  • We need to have a way to know when we got longshots with the snipers and marksman.
  • We need to have a way to know when we destroy a transform shield with the FMJ-18.
  • We need to be able to see what camos we have already unlocked, when we have a blueprint equipped. (Maybe we can get the message "Camos available for base gun only" when we try to apply a camo and not when we try to enter the camos tab.)
  • I was thinking that can be so cool if that when we unlocked all the gold camos we can get a charm or a sticker, so we can use our blueprints and still show that we have unlocked all the gold camos. Maybe a gold bar, I think that this will be a great addition.
  • (This one is not gunsmith related.) I think that it will be better if we know for how long the stuff of the lucky board will be available. Also, you can make that once a week we can see 20 ads that day.

So far, these are all my suggestions.

This game sucks now

This game was great at the beginning. Great weapons, great gameplay, great maps. But after this new update, they fucked up the matchmaking. Level 50’s like me are constantly getting paired with level 150’s on the enemy team. There are so many tryhards that I just rage quit. I’m just trying to relax after a long day and these guys go all sweaty and look like their humping the fucking ground. And the community is made up of fucking five year olds. oH PuBg SuCkS CoDm Is So MuCh BeTtEr. That’s it, fuck y’all. Downvote me all you wish, cuz that’s what this community does when someone holds a different opinion

Epic gun skins shouldn't be blueprints

At least the epic guns we pick or loot, they must have the epic skins we purchased and not the random camos. Epic gun skins shouldn't be blueprints. If I gave some Credits, grindable moments or even CP then why would my epic gun have a random camo skin?
At least let us choose the epic skins we already possess.
I don't understand why would the airdrop be the only option to obtain them.

Okay, servers are horrible rn

I’m playing a ranked game just now, and it starts off normal, or so I thought. Hardpoint, Raid. Run onto the 1st hardpoint, and an enemy is there, I shoot at him with my shotgun, he takes no damage, I do the same again. He takes no damage, and third time, same outcome. I spawn in with a QQ9 instead as I still think shotguns are broken and inconsistent.

Besides the point, I again rush onto the point, shoot at an enemy who takes 0 damage. I spawn in once more and I proceed towards mid, I make it inside the house presumably safe for enemy gunfire, but I was proved wrong, as I died soon after, but get this, my body teleported back to mid after I died. Fun! I once again spawn near the house this time, so I run inside and take a peek at mid once more, and as expected I see two enemies.

I was hit twice, so I got back behind cover and wait for regeneration of health. After I’m back to full health I peek once more and shoot one about 15 times, but I only got 4 hit markers, I fall back and a teammate finished him off, but after these events, the second enemy peeks me this time, but not standing, haha no no, he’s slithering on the fucking floor moving at full fucking speed and fucking kills me.

And after that, I FUCKEN DC’d

All events listed all occurred under a three bar connection to WiFi (5GHz) and 60ms ping.

Honestly, they should just put this shit back into beta or even alpha at this point, coz it’s really fucking disappointing all the bugs that are here.

BTW the bug that doesn’t allow me to shoot is still in the game, I bitched abt it twice alt and explain how to replicate it with Video to support it.

Camo Challenges

Is anyone else tired of people spamming games with "HeLp Me CoMpLetE GoLd" and on this subreddit for that matter. I mean c'mon they are CHALLENGES for a reason and honestly they're not that hard. To me its starting to lessen the value of actually getting gold camos on your gun. I remember playing cod and seeing someone in your lobby having gold and it actually meaning something. No before you say it yes you could boost then too but its considered cheating and you would hope to not get caught or face consequences, but now it seems like everybody is asking for help with challenges that honestly aren't that hard and just ruining what used to be a symbol of being good with that gun. Now I'm seeing people run around with gold trying their best but still going like 2-14, it could be they're just having a bad game or bad connection, but it just helps show that gold guns don't mean anything anymore and to me that just sucks.

Data not working for CODM

Up until recently i could play on mobile with 4g no problem, a lot of the time it was better than wifi, recently however i get a connection error. I know that the connection is good bc the home screen and the game loads 100% on data, it has green bars on the top right corner, just the game gives me error loading every match before i even get to match making and boots me when the match is made. Did the devs block data connection for the game or is it just me?

Iphone X on sprint/tmobile.
(Before ping was 30-80 on data)

[Help] download configuration failed.

I'm using the mi a1 and have been getting download configuration failed error from quite some time. It only happens on my wifi. I have a pretty good wifi so don't use mobile data, I have 2g internet and the game opens with that albeit after an eternity. I've tried deleting the cache but that's not helped. Is there a particular file I must delete so it'll re-download? I've asked for help everywhere but not found any luck. Thanks.

ADS and Katana Bug

I need help figuring something out. For CoD whenever I use a sight that’s a telescopic like sight I’ll aim down sights on it and can’t move it at all. I have no idea why I’ve reset the app, reported it, uninstalled reinstalled the app and it still does it. However when I use the base sniper scope that comes with the snipers or any iron sight or red dot/holo sights everything’s fine. Then secondly for the katana specialist when I use it I’ll activate it and whatever direction I activate it in I’ll stay looking in that direction and can’t turn it in 3rd person unless I attack someone somehow it’ll change direction but then stay stuck! If anyone can help me let me know I’d appreciate it! P.S. Sorry I don’t have any screenshots or videos I wanted to make this thread first then show it if somebody asked ):

How is the "Drop Angel" Reticle suppose to be read?

One of the reticles available to Tactical Scopes is the "Drop Angel" reticle. (Which is probably a typo of Drop Angle). This reticle is unique in that it has an 'angled' line with ticks on it that are numbered.
So I am curious:
How is the angled line supposed to be interpret in relation to bullet drop?
Why are the ticks on the each line becoming more distance from each other the father the tick is from the center?
And what units are the numbers using?

When my friends and I play we can hear and talk normally in the lobby. But in game it gets real sketchy. At first it works but then it stops. If we toggle between All, Team and Friend in different combinations it will work for approximately 30 seconds and then cut out again. Anyone else having the same issue?

Matchmaking and audio bugs?

Today my game has been acting up. I timed out when joining three ranked matches in a row with penalties and I’ve been unable to load into any match, ranked or public. Additionally I have a major audio bug where The game sounds like it’s playing from behind a sock, it’s all muffled and you can’t change the volume which is stuck super high. It also plays when my iPhone’s silent mode is on. These are in-app issues because I have a good internet connection and every other game is working fine, and as soon as I close the cod app my audio “pops” and works normally. When I close and reopen the app to see if I can restart it, I am taken to the ranked match screen instead of the home page, almost like the game is preloaded in the background. Anyone have these issues?

Everyone plz read this aspeacially codm devs!!

I solved this issue but I wanna make sure it doesn't happen again. I was getting into the game as usual but when I loaded into the match it would just say "Reconnecting to the game". This is no problem. I restart my cod and get into a different match. "Reconnecting to the game" and this cycle continued for a while. I started to panic. I texted my friend on discord asking if he knew how to help but he didn't. Then I realized that I got a software update. So I updated it and now I think it's gone. But I just don't want this to happen again. I don't hve proof cuz I thought of putting it on here after it was fixed. (Idk how long it'll stop which Is why I'm putting it on here so hopefully they notice and fix it for sure)

Instead of getting the equilizers from IW, it would be better the get the ram instead

If you haven’t seen by now we’re getting the equilizers in the game which is pretty much a more mobile version of the death machine, which in my opinion, is not needed.

The ram from IW is way funner and takes skill to master. If you’ve never played IW (I don’t blame you) but the ram is essentially makes you, well, a ram. You gain a massive speed boost for a short time with a metal shield that deflects all damage in front of you. The problem is that you have a short duration and minimal turn speed.

This would really change up the meta and it would be a great addition to the game :)

Unpopular opinion

Gunsmith is cool and useful, and I know I'm begging for too much but I'd like to see more visual changes in the parts of the guns. You know, really different barrels not just "smol pp, hard pp, ultralarge pp and a fucking spear coming out of the barrel". If they are copying mw2019 I'd love that they copy every single thing of it

Pro Tip: Unless you’re playing frontline, DON’T push the enemy’s spawn.

All too often, I get berated by teammates in ranked because I “allowed the enemy team to get behind us” (I usually stay back to take care of anyone who flanks, and in domination i stay back to cap the point.)

What I don’t think people realize sometimes is that pushing the enemy spawn too hard will cause spawns to flip, meaning that now the entire enemy team is behind you and you probably don’t realize it immediately. I see this happen alot in domination, where my team will try to push whichever point the enemy is spawning at in an effort to capture that point.

Really, you don’t need all 3 points to win the game. You only need 2, and trying to push the third point usually either results in the spawn flipping or your team dying, which allows the enemies to rush mid and capture b before you can recover.

So please, if you value the lead you have, however large or small, don’t try to push into the enemy spawn, because the spawns will flip and you may be taken off-guard and may end up losing the game as a result.

What would you think of a recurring event that had old skins as a reward?

It would be called flashback Friday (obviously) and it would be similar to the heavy shot event, but with lower tier rewards (no epics, most likely 1-2 uncommons and 1-2 rares), and less grinding; completable in a few hours of medium grinding.

The skins I had in mind would be: ruins, glacier, red triangle, abnormality (maybe not, as it’s an Uber classic), irradiated amethyst, ashen viper, bandit, etc. Just high quality, low tier skins.

The rewards would be something like: 20 points - melee skin, 50 points - pistol/launcher skin, 80 points - primary weapon skin. Maybe once a month we get a character skin.

Keep in mind this is just an idea, feel free to disagree or downvote, but don’t get all mad and mean in the comments

Issue with Voice Chat - Ruining COD Mobile

Since the last update - we (teammates) are facing issues with the Voice Chat in BR/WZ/MP Modes. We were able to hear each other and chat normally in the Matching Zone. But not inside the Game. This came up after the latest Season update. We have to constantly change the mic and speaker options to hear us inside the game. Ruining the game. Anyone facing such issues ? Any fixes ?

Hi! We didn't have any changes related to the clans since the launch of the game. It'd be great if you could update the rewards and add more functionality to the entire clan system like clan renaming. Also I've found that after the season 9 update, the clan master can no longer change anything related to the clan like level requirement etc. I'd appreciate if you could take a look at this issue. For or against replacing br loot with blueprint pickups instead of the current camo system...

So my idea is basically instead of picking up a gun and having the camo be the one you selected, and the legendaries don't have a legendary skin nor the death effect, you get to pick up blueprints like the ones you've unlocked (whether it's legendary or epic). This way poeple would be able to play with some legendary weapons they've never played with before which would persuade some to buy more lucky draws/crates/bundles. So they have a free way of marketing the lucky draws and the players get to experience the skins (if they can find them).

How do you guys stay calm while playing? Especially in BR?

I feel like the reason I lose most gunfights in br is because I'm always panicking, like whenever I see the red footprints on the minimap that show there is an enemy nearby i start to panic... even though I'm good at the game I can't seem to handle gunfights in BR with more than one person. Kinda pathetic I know...

I’ve been experimenting with the attachments so on the weapons I’ve use most I’ve made diff saves of diff attachment setups but now I wanna get rid of the saves I don’t want to use now but how do I delete the save ?? Do something about the HACKERS!!

ThéÆsir clan is tired of all these hackers, so as a clan we are doing something about it as Activision seem to not act upon our reports and we have reported numoreus hackers. Our world championship was ruined by hackers in many of our matches and a lot of the top teams in the WC have hackers in their team and have ruined the world championship experience for us. We had two quality teams that should have made it into the next stage but for the numerous games ruined by hackers. HERE is VIDEO PROOF of hackers. Ranked matches are ruined by hackers these days and Activision still don't seem to do anything about it. So as a clan we are doing something about it and if something is not done about these hackers we will start a petition to force you to take action and ban these hackers. As a clan we will no longer spend money on this game until something is not done about it. You seem to spend too much time on skins, crates and bundles bleeding money from us instead of dealing with these hackers and your report system is a joke. The increase in hackers has become a serious problem as you seem to find a hacker in most games now. We are a competitive clan that has won numoreus titles and play at a high level competitivley so we know what we are talking about. We enjoy the game but our experience of late has been ruined by the hackers. Improve your system and dont rely on us the consumer who spends money on this game and the community to deal with the hackers ruining your game. That is your job not ours.

Cod mobile you've done great so far but...

After this huge update which added gunsmith i think it's time to work on some visuals and adding some new animations to the game. New character animations such as new aim-in animation so when you're aimed in when anyone sees u they can understand that.new running,sliding,jumping animations to make the game more relastic for example cod modern warfare's animations for running,jumping,... their pretty cool. I hope u guys have some plans for these things in the future.

they really should start bringing new content to bundles next season .. heres how they should do it in my opinion

say there is 10 crates, 4 lucky draws this season

then they should change that and make it like this

5 crates, 2 lucky draws, and 7 bundles. or at least turn 1 lucky draw to bundle it dosent have to be 2 if they so hungry for money, to be 6 bundles.. thats it .. new content for all and everyone happy without crying for old skins and bundles still cost money so they really should make them worth buying .. like they dont even care to but ads for them anymore after that " test month" .. i remember seeing that " 7 items, one price" ad back in april ..

Facing severe ping issue

Ever since the last update I have been experiencing constant ping drops causing me to lag and glitch and hampering my performance. I'm playing in India and I didn't face any ping issues for the last two seasons. It cannot be because of my internet connection as the speed is the same as it always has been, around 20 Mbps.

I was messing around with the BY15, KRM262, and HS0405 in the training room, here's what i found.

Before I begin, yes, I looked at Hawksnest's website, but i found his damage calculations did not take into consideration just how random shotguns are. Doing this testing, all damage was done with no attachments and only ads'ing for the most accurate I could get. Also all my testing was torso shots and not headshots.

The HS0405 is objectively the worst out of the three, but I found that it was unique in its own way. At 5 meters it did 250-300 damage per shot, 10 meters it did 80-120, and at 15 meters it did 30-50 damage per shot. Unique to it out of the three, it has 10 pellets per shot, meaning if one pellet misses you have a little bit more leeway room then the other shotguns.

The BY15 is the middle child of the 3 it has its own unique strengths. At 5 meters, it also does 250-300 damage, at 10 meters 80-130, and at 15 meters, 70-90. And it has 8 pellets per shot.

The KRM262 is often regarded as a side grade to the BY15 or slightly better. At 5 meters, it does 250-300 damage per shot, at 10 meters 100-150, and at 15 meters it appears the damage drop off is insane at only about 50 damage per shot.

To nobody's surprise, the 405 is objectively the worst at any ranges you would use a shotgun, as well as being the slowest weapon in between shots, hopefully they will buff it. But I was really surprised that the BY15 at 15 meters consistently out damages the KRM, and by a pretty significant amount, so if you're going for long shots with no attachments, I recommend the BY15.

Dear CoD Mobile Devs, fix your headshot detection system.

I'm zooming at someones head with an 8X in point blank and it doesnt count as a headshot, BUT your broken bots can triple headshot one burst me across the map with an M16 WHILE NOT EVEN HITTING ME.

So please, fix your goddamn headshot detection. Headshot challenges for camos are by far the hardest not because hitting an enemies head is hard, but because your detection system seems like it was coded by a 4 year old.

Cordite nerfed for the THIRD TIME

Cordite got nerfed again FOR THE THIRD TIME a few hours ago. Now the magazine capacity is 40/80 instead of 40/160.

First nerf on Aug 16 = reduced damage

Second nerf on Aug 20 = increased ADS bullet spread and removal of 65 and 90 round attachments.

Third nerf today = 40/80 default magazine instead of 40/160.

I was waiting for a long time for season 9 to try out this weapon and they completely ruined it.

Codm doing nothing about the Hackers instead they are bringing out their very own hacker system for BR.. Wola!

Dear Codm, you guys seem to be doing a really pathetic job at handling the absolute loser hackers who are infesting the ranked mp. They have all the crazy stuff to literally just kill you at the spawn.

Either you “develop” some balls and ban these losers Or “develop” something within ur match making algorithm and get these hacker n aimbot losers aganist each other and let people who play normally let em be.

Seriously you would be appreciated more if you do something about this instead of bringing out stupid ass skins.

Hot Take: The Nikolai Belinski skin feels like a throwaway character ngl

Unlike the rest of his crew, Takeo, Richthofen and Tank, Nikolai's voicelines aren't like the voice he has on Black Ops Zombies. He also can be unlocked for free on the latest event and the rest of the three are paid to get.

I know about the Tank Dempsey Wrecker skin btw and I know that Tank and Nikolai can be unlocked during Season 3 but why Nikolai is the only skin that can be unlocked for free and why him when it could've been a different character that should be unlocked...?

I've seen it in some streamers end and today it happened to me, no matter how much I tried my gun would not reload and I lost the br final match. Enemy used flash shield so this shouldn't affect reloading and the flash had already passed

in murdablast video he said in garena there is going to be an event tomorrow which will have an event called fortress .....(something) in which we will get a ghost skin and battery skin(free) and a login reward series starting from 28 and wil continue till 31 it contains a razorback skin(mountain dew) and on 31 there is going to be d-day event in which player level and gun level xp will be increased and no points loss for ranked in br and mp

Real stat of weapons?

I've noticed that some guns(in fact, most of them) are not what they should be. For example, I maxed out a Type 25 only to increase the damage, but I found out that it isn't "60 damage per hit". Also I have a friend who usually uses an ASM10, but his gun deal much, much more damage than it should do(he can 2 shot every one). Is there a way to quickly reveal the true damage(or other stat) of the gun?(don't say experience plz, I'm so wounded from QQ9 and Type 25)
