Anybody thinks that headshots and hitboxes in general are too inconsistent?

I've experienced fucktons of times where i land a shot directly into the head and it doesn't register as a headshot, where a shot onto a neck does register as a headshot and so does the vice versa.

What's worse is that i don't know how many times my shots especially with the Kilo doesn't register at all, not even a hitmarker. One time i hatdscope to see if the shots does register or not and it simply doesn't.

Bluestacks slow

Bluestacks and also other emulators run slow on my laptop. Why? Do I need a gaming rig to run emulators?

Now I have a business laptop with the following specs:

-CPU: i5 1035G4 1.10GHZ / 1.50GHZ

-RAM: 8gb

-No GPU

-Windows 10

-SSD drive

A year ago I had a gaming rig with the latest GPU and a i7 etc. with 16gb ram but even on that device games ran slow with low FPS. I sold that rig though.

So even if I buy a gaming rig its still slow...

I only play Call of duty Mobile on it.

Camping must be lots of fun...

Campers, WHY? And why is everyone a camper right now? Most matches are spent searching for anybody to kill only to die with no enemy in sight. I hunt the campers. Most matches they are exactly where I expect them to be. It doesn't matter how many I take out they usually seem to pull it off somehow. Good for you, it's working! Now come out & fight me like a man! (Coming from a 41 year old woman, sick of these chicken shit tactics)

Add Legacy Stick Controls and Tactical button layout please!!

Please add legacy stick controls as an option for controller players! (and also tactical button layout) I don’t imagine it’s too hard to just add an input option in the controller menus, but please for people like me who learned how to play on a controller ages ago, it’s really frustrating when a game doesn’t support the layout I’ve been using for 15+ years.

I know default is “better”. I know the default controls are more common. But please man, please. If I can get legacy controls I can play the game.

Improvement suggestions

After upgrading the gunsmith, as the Battle Royale coffers are closing very fast, not giving players time to take the necessary for battle. The old safe system would be better. Another suggestion would be for each player to be able to call his own drop, as the gun fight is very uneven.

Tencent (timi) still with COD:M

At least in Android, there is a folder in internal storage named Tencent that has some files for cod M. If you delete that folder and open game, the folder gets recreated. So apparently Activision is trying to show they aren't with Tencent or they could actually have their own devs work on cod m from here! Hope we hear something from Activision side!

Bug on character models in main menu.

Since last season characters which it skin is showing have turned SILVER due to the lightening. Since the illumination for the MP & BR lobby does not show any wrong issue about this topic, it concerns me. Any character, for example: Krueger - Reaper skins' face and torso is silver in the main menu.

now that gun customization is out, and grindable camos are there, i find no reason to get any skins now from either crate or lottery .. not unless iron sights are good ..

Oh boy, another update, another awful Free BP. The only positive part I found, was the inclusion of the new Bolt Action Rifle (without a skin mind you).

I have also noticed that non-Epic or Legendary weapons don't actually have a skin shown for them in the Killcam.

Battle Royale Weapon Rarity Matter?

Started playing the Battle Royale and I am wondering if the weapon rarity matters? Some weapons are uncommon, rare, epic or legendary. Also does a legendary weapon have an advantage over an epic weapon for the customized BR loadout? I know mods rarity do affect the game but not so sure about weapon rarity.

Easy gold camos?

A love note from an old fart

A quick bit of background. I grew up playing LAN FPS games like Duke Nukem 3D, CS 1.6, Golden Eye and Unreal so the FPS type of games have always been near and dear to my heart. As life moved on, i went away from video games in general. My last console was a PS3 and the only thing left in my house is my wife's Switch. My computer is for work (i don't own it) and most of the time, im wiped out from dealing with real life that i don't care about gaming in general.

Until my phone took a shit and i had to get a new device (now have an A71). Doing my usual setup, i saw a play store recommendation for COD:M. At first, i brushed it off thinking it was another P2P type game or it was just stupid and cartoony like Fortnite or PUBG. Days later, i saw it again and said why the hell not. I downloaded it and played...

Holy fucking hell, this takes me back. I havent had such gaming enjoyment since GTAV came out. I love that you dont have to spend a dime and can still get a ton of cool shit. The customization, the maps, visual quality and all of that is amazing for a free mobile game.

Are there issues? Yeah those exist. The bots and cheats in games like this have been around forever so i just brush it off and not let it get to me. I didnt pay for the game so why get bent out of shape about it? This is my distraction from life so i try to find all of the ways to enjoy it. If some kid wants to run an aim bot or use a kb/mouse, who cares?

Last night i was grinding away to upgrade some guns and i was giggling like a kid while playing Shipment. Running around in the chaos racking up points and kills, I was having a blast. Then i played some ranked matches and i love all of the modes/maps as well.

Massive props to the game dev's and all of the work they do. I know COD is a massive franchise but it still blows my mind how much of this game you can enjoy for no app or access cost.

Gameloop and phone settings are shared?

The settings I have on my phone started crossing over to my Gameloop emulator. I want to have all guns on ADS setting on phone and all hip-fire on Gameloop. But for some reason whenever I change it on 1 device it also changes on the other. Any solutions?

Cordite magazine capacity bug

Not sure if any one else has experienced this but it is pretty annoying. My cordite has a 65 round magazine attached and when I load into a game and spawn it starts at 48 a few days ago it was working fine and now I’m not sure what’s going on. On my other load out with a 90 round mag I spawn with only 56 in the magazine and have to reload before starting to laser noobs. Please fix this devs.

Audio Bugs

I hope the game Developers see this; we all really really really enjoy the new update. It’s absolutely phenomenal what has been brought to mobile. So much detail and thought has gone into the new gunsmith and BR updates. And with all the new content coming it’s an absolute dream for someone who has been a big fan of the franchise.

However, the audio bugs and lag both in BR and MP are really ruining it for people who play with friends. During this covid 19 period my friends and I have been playing so much together and it’s been a great way to bond and have fun during this time but with the audio bug where the in game voice chat switches channels randomly very often it’s really really making it very hard to play with friends which I think is a big part of why a lot of us enjoy this game. Discussing strategies and communication is crucial to the game and without it, the game becomes very frustrating to play. Sometimes we will be talking or giving a heads up on an enemies location without knowing that our teammates cannot actually hear us and it costs us many games.

We have tried rebooting, redownloading but nothing has worked. We all want to enjoy all the new features you have worked so hard to give us but with big deal breaking bugs like these it has become very difficult to do so. I implore you guys to find a way to fix this. I know as laymen we may not fully understand how complex such an issue is but please assure us you are doing all you can to fix this as soon as possible.

On behalf of the CODm community I would like to thank you guys for doing a great job with the content but we would also really love if you could fix this big audio bug that’s really holding it back and adding a lot of frustration to a time that could be enjoyable.

Audio Glitch is back

Played Battle Royale with my sons about 80% of the time for the first six or seven seasons, then it stopped being playable whenever the audio glitch started happening. Was thrilled to find the glitch had been fixed in the newest update and had been having a blast with my boys again.

Until last night. The glitch is back and exactly the same as before. I have to swipe the game away on my iPad Pro about every 20 seconds to get the audio to come back. So frustrated right now. I absolutely love this game and the ability to play with my boys in something we all enjoy. It’s unplayable with this audio glitch, though.

Help me choose a weapon please 🙏🏻

Keeping in mind the latest nerfs and buffs that will soon arrive in global version, can anyone suggest a good weapon to suit my style? I used Cordite till now.

I need a gun with high accuracy, range and the most, ADS. Mobility and recoil is much not a problem for me. I don’t move a lot while shooting.

I have tried DRH but feel it’s accuracy to be less. QQ9 and Cordite are getting nerfs. I can’t tolerate the lateral recoil of BK57 after the update (its really unbearable 😓 vertical recoil is easier to control). Suggestions with some explanation are really appreciated. Thanks 🙏🏻

Headshots Not Counting

I've had countless matches where i kill the enemy with a headshot but don't get a medal for the headshot on the top of the screen. Last night i had i had a match where i counted at least 10+ headshots and only had 7 in my camo challenge, And i just played a match and there's no way i got less than 7 headshots, But only 3 counted towards getting the next camo.

I've noticed 1 particular player has "Charge!" and a few other unique expressions and he says it in a really raspy voice. He also says "I'm really sorry!" which I thought was only in SnD or MP matches.

Unpopular opinion maybe, but K/D needs to not be so glorified or objective modes in rank should be reworked in relation to it.

I'm tired of every legendary match being filled with players who treat the objective like a disease because they don't want to die or hurt their stats cause "muh im a good player", even if it needs to be played to actually win.

There needs to be an objective related stat as prominent or MORE prominent than K/D in profiles. Winrate too. And frankly they should stop handing out rank points like candy so you actually have to win to rank up ie care about the objective more than just fragging.

Either that or make it so deaths standing on objectives don't count toward K/D, or fuck it make it so K/D is only calculated from modes where KILLS ARE PART OF THE OBJECTIVE ie team deathmatch and SnD.

Literally just anything to make it so every player doesn't treat objectives like the black plague. I don't want to have to choose between losing or getting my ass (and K/D) reamed for being the only person willing to get objectives capped to actually win the match. Everyone wants to camp it for kills nobody wants to cap it.

If you want less iFerg slayer wannabes stop glorifying K/D being what makes you a good player, and start glorifying playing the fucking objective and winning being what makes you a good player.

DLQ Nerfed?

For me, the dlq now ads really weirdly. Its similar to how noscoping is with a sniper, while you're sprinting and ads in, your character first stops, and then ads. Before, you scoped in right away. The locus still feels the same. Is it just me?

XP cards and the gunsmith situation.

Xp cards are a joke now, it used be like a flex on new players and the inactive ones, but now they are even more useless.

-cards give either 50, 100 or 500 xp.... all of these numbers are way too low, now new players are in a disadvantage and old players can't use all of there cards on all the guns that they want in general they either lvl up mostly around 5 or 6 weapons to lvl max.

-okay so lets assume that in general u need at least 4k xp to lvl up a gun, with out considering that the amount increases after leveling up everytime
and let's also assume that the max lvl of every gun would be around 50

U would need 4000 of 50 xp cards (green) to lvl it up to max
And 2000 of 100 xp cards (blue)
And 455 of 500 xp cards (purple)

That is ALOT, like even for some that have been playing alot, we also have few ways to gain those cards none of them are that effective to speed up the process of leveling up (they dont give that much), I suggest that the xp cards gets a "buff", what I mean by that is increasing the amount of xp for all the cards, for example making the 50 xp card to 250 xp or maybe even much higher than that, ik alot of people are at home now but that doesn't mean they can play CODM all day everyday, it's way to much grind for even above average players.

Or maybe make double xp weapon cards, both the one that works for 10 matches and the one that works for 24h more common and obtainable in ez ways.

Im sorry if my English is bad, im curious to hear peoples opinion on this subject.

Bro im tired

first of all, i play in breaks, while studying. i take 30min breaks to play 4-5games of ranked. thanks to whatever changes the devs made tht isnt possible anymore. i cant play more than a single match due to the long ass waiting time. even a single game is pretty rare to be found in half an hour tbh.

second, the update fucked my favourite gun: the RUS. i experimented w many guns and i was so so pissed because i chose the wrong guns to play with and now i have 0 weapon XP to upgrade and play w other weapons.

as soon as i got used to the qq9, i was feeling cheerful i was lazering ppl across the map in highrise. it was just so good and fitted so well in my hand. cod obviously couldnt stand that and nerfed it too.

im so so done with the infinite mollys, long ass waiting time (that too when stae 2b is going on), limited weapon xp and large amounts of weapon xp required to upgrade a single weapon. i dont have enough time to grind weapon xp by playing pubs.

disappointed us like always, codm.

Frame Rate Nuked With Mini Patch

Since the mini patch came out today my frame rate got absolutely nuked. Mind you I am playing on low graphics and medium frame rate. My 2017 iPad heats up like a barbecue.

Is anyone else having this problem? Can we escalate it to the team please. I am more than happy to provide more information.

Hi, I'm reaching out because the desync is unbearable, I love this game I'm a p2p player and with that I feel like I've contributed a lot. But there's re issues tht clearly need to be addressed and the worst one is definitely the desync. It terrible I just played a battle royale and I didn't miss a single shot to a dude I was aiming at point blank, he wasn't even gazed. He could've sit down, drank a cup of coffee decide it was time to aim at me and then shoot me and I still wouldn't have killed him. He destroyed me without getting a single shot. Please fix this asap codmobile. You have done so many improvements with the gunsmith we are loving the game, the new features and the new gameplay but this puts a shadow over everything, thanks for hearing me out

Suggestion for automatic looting to be turned off for teammates' lootboxes

Everytime I play BR when a teammate dies and I go to collect their tag it automatically loots their box for me.

While I want automatic looting on, I don't want to use it on dead teammates' who'll return in a minute. I want them to be able to return to their box with all their stuff so they can get back into the game quicker.

I feel bad whenever it happens because it feels like I'm desecrating their grave or something. I know cocksucking the devs gets more attention but I would appreciate if devs saw this suggestion.

I have so many epic skins that I would love to use in BR but the game won't allow it :( the only custom options I can make with the guns are just rare and uncommon camos :(

We can get our own epic skins with gunsmith, yes, but we only have 5 loadouts to use, which means 5 epic skins, and we have to get the airdrop too.

Uncommon > Rare camos now

After Gunsmith, I find the Uncommon camos more useful/appealing than the Rare ones, even if their design isn't as good.

This is because Uncommon camos are more adaptable for the gunsmith biggest changes to the original weapon (i.e. barrels), covering the extra parts with the simple camo (like the grindable ones), while the Rare camos are mostly designed for specific areas of the weapon, so the extra parts are just replaced with the default metal color, making them look bad.

I have been using the Lunar New Year camo for BY15 since I started this game, but now it looks bad.

It's a shame, but I don't blame them tho. Since the Rare camos are usually more specific, they'd have to do different designs for the extra parts, which means more time to develop and maybe a less optimized game.

Keep Changing Voice-chat from Team to Friend on iPhone

The newest update was amazing gunsmith new modes everything was amazing but it also brought a bug I'd like someone to help me with.

So I am in NA region and all my friends are in India(Asia region?). And we usually play games together and talk through the voice chat.

While, I play, I keep experiencing this issue, that even thought my friends set their mic on friends, I keep have to change my volume output from friends to team, and back and forth. Everytime a decently big sound occurs, it changes to a different one (viz. team or friend). And it is very annoying coz my friends keep telling me about the situation and I can't hear them, or I get killed coz I am busy changing(I play with 2 thumbs). Overall it's just been a very frustrating and annoying bug.

Does anyone else, experience this issue at all?? Or has anyone fixed this issue? I would like any help available to fix it. 😭😭😭

Best way to get headshots with smgs?

I'm having a lot of trouble and frustration getting headshots with smgs. I managed to do it with rus and cordite but both of those took all day long, hours of frustrated playing til my hands hurt. Even with bots it's difficult. What are the best attachments/methods/tricks etc for getting headshots? I switched from ads to hipfire with laser...I'll see if that works better, but any advice would be appreciated.

Okay, here me out...
  1. Training Mode shouldn’t have a time limit.
  2. Training Mode should have an additional “Gunsmith” button for easier experimentation between attachments.
  3. There should be an option to mute character voice when using quick-chat function. For those who don’t know what that is, it’s basically when you tap on a quick-message on the chat button and the character speaks.
  4. There should be an option to either mute, or the ability to independently lower the Announcer’s voice so that it doesn’t bother us.
  5. You should be able to see your missions, tasks, or Challenges in-game.

So I'm an idiot, which means obviously I have to go and do the camo challenges for guns in the order they're listed in the loadout screen. My views on the latest update

I used to play cod for fun. It wasn't as complicated as a pc game and it felt great killing some guys without having to take it competitively.

Now I feel like the gunsmith section has made the guns completely different and complicated. For example lk24 and ak117 were one of my favorite guns because they were both fast and had little to no recoil. But now they have so much recoil that I can't control or enjoy the game.

This whole attachment thing has got me very busy since I've been trying to figure out which attachments would go well with my play style. For instance, I add something that reduces recoil but it reduces another statistics which I can't keep up with.

Well, I just want to have my old fast ADS and little recoil guns I guess. But since I'm not getting them back,

What are the best attachments for fast ads and less recoil?

Not sure about anyone else but for me I've noticed an insane amount of kills where I get killed in a single body shot with smgs and ARs. Also the game just feels so much more difficult eventhough nothing has changed. Anyone experience this?

Something wrong with quickscoping in season 9?

I started learning quickscope at the end of last session, it was like 'press scope in button and then shoot with hipfire' and the scope closed as soon as you shoot, but now, when I repeat the same thing the scope doesn't close on any of the snipers and I die scoping in. Am I missing something?

Difference in attachments.

When you get legendary guns with pre made attachments are those attachments only available for that certain legendary gun skin? I got the ICR-1 Retro Nuclear and I noticed I have attachments unlocked for that skin but don’t have those same attachments unlocked for my other ICR-1 skins. I would think you would have the same attachments unlocked for all the skins of the same gun :/

Damage isn’t increasing for any gun except dhr

Kilo should be able to 1 shot even on the legs, mp5 supposed to get 50% damage increase but damage is still the same downsides of the bullets carrying over tho

Are the voice servers down, me and my friend both can’t turn voice chat on as says connecting then timed out. Was working fine then boom. Same across all game modes. Works before searching for a match though. Both iOS, both Europe.

Does rooted device lead to ban?

I use custom rom on my device and I also rooted my phone. I do not use any kind of cheat or VPN. Should I be worried about getting banned? I played a lot for skins and grinding rank with friend. It would be devastating for me if somehow it get banned. I see a lot of false ban that's why I am worried.

Weird microphone issues

Is anybody experiencing issues with microphone not working at all? Before today’s mini-update, the microphone and sound of teammates was, as it has been since Season 4, extremely buggy. However, today it completely stopped working. It says “connecting to voice...”, then just says “voice timeout” or something along those lines. It’s getting ridiculous. Has anybody else experienced that?

A classic first world problem

I actually like all the new features that they have added to the game like the gunsmith, new map and content. But the thing I actually enjoy the most in the game is the battle royale for me anyway it's by far the most enjoyable mode I know some people hate the new br changes and some people love them, personally I like that they added more mp guns not to mention made the map bigger. Anyway what would happen in previous seasons is that I would grind mp to get legendary and get the rewards then start to grind br and the rewards from that. Now however since they added all these new attachments in multiplayer not to mention the completionist camos I feel obligated to grind these every time I open the game, and after I am satisfied with what I've unlocked I will probably grind to legendary ranked and I feel like battle royale is getting completely left out not because it's not fun but because there no reason to be playing it, does anyone else feel like this or is this just a bruh moment from my pov. Anyway I would like to hear anyone's thoughts they have

Greetings Call of Duty: Mobile Community! It has been only been a short while since we’ve released Season 9: Conquest and the amount of feedback you’ve all shared has made it feels like much longer haha, but we want it all and we love the passion behind the huge Reddit threads about Gunsmith, the long and detailed suggestions on Discord, and the ten minute YouTube videos diving into balance suggestions around Gunsmith.

Of course, there is plenty beyond that being shared and we just wanted to say thank you all once again for showing just how widespread and eager this community is. We’ll have some notes and responses to some of those major pieces of feedback in this update, but for now let’s take a look at all of the main of the events that Season 9 has to offer.

How do killchains work?

I’ve been playing a lot of shipment, and every good game I have the medals go crazy. For example I got 32 kill chains and 6 ultra kills in one match. I definitely didn’t get 500 kills that match so how does that work. Anyone else noticed this?

How I envision a successful future for CoDM zombies.

Zombies is a semi-forgotten topic in CoDM. Removed a long time ago because it wasn't up to the devs and our standards. I've taken the liberty of making a list of thing that can make Zombies in mobile more played than before.

More Maps!: this should be obvious; we only had Shi-No-Numa in CoDM Zombies (garena also had Nacht). I'm thinking 1 map per update and going in order of console releases (Waw, Bo1, Bo2, Bo3, Bo4....)

Respect to the console versions: Idk about you, but i don't remember Nacht having perks or PAP.

Lowered Zombie health: a personal problem I had. Back in Bo2, zombies died to 1 raygun shot up to round 15-20ish. In CoDM they took almost an entire tube of ammo after round 10.

Wonder weapon rework: lava skins shouldn't give bonus abilities. Also monkey bombs should be a box default.

Map Challenge unlockables (skins, guns, characters): I see it working like this: You beat a certain number of rounds, or kill a certain number of zombies before dying, you can unlock a base weapon (they wouldn't be required to unlock Platinum or Damascus, but will have Platinum and Damascus once the weapon has gold.) A zombies character (Dempsey, Takeo, Rictoffen, Nikolai, etc) or a Zombies exclusive skin (not required to get gold camo, but will be unlocked for all guns when challenge is completed). Each map/era will have its own challenges and unlockables.

About Lag...

Why is the game so buggy all of a sudden? As in I keep teleporting in extremely crucial game moments, it’s not as bad in BR, but in MP, it’s actual hell. I know it’s not lag since BR is somewhat smooth but MP is crazy, I keep teleporting everywhere? Do you guys know any fixes?

I'm thinking about switching from PUBG to CODM because the devs for PUBG are garbage. Only thing throwing me off right now is the fact that you can buy guns and attachments (I think?). Obviously I haven't played enough to know much about the game at all but IF I switch, will there be people who easily destroy me because they've paid for advantages? This is the deciding factor because although PUBG is riddled with hackers, at least I can use every gun in the game for free.

Can someone tell me how I'm doing so well on my first day?

So last time I played COD consistently was in 2014 on my xbox 360. before it broke I wasn't very good. I generally had more deaths than kills although I played a lot.

I downloaded COD mobile today and I'm doing so well. My last game I had 24 kills and 2 deaths. And I've had a couple games like that on just my first day.

Is it bc I chose the simple mode instead of advanced? I don't have to pull a trigger and it automatically does it. I guess most players use advanced?

It feels good not to get killed every 10 seconds.

Is it just me or is Vanguard the first and only character thus far to have an Aussie accent?
Not going to lie, as someone living in Melbourne, I was surprised to hear a character with an Aussie accent.

I play on OCE server, could anyone tell me if she has a different accent based on different servers?

[Gameloop] Can't connect to BR servers correctly

For some reason after the update I can't connect correctly to the game servers. When I join a BR game, opponents do not load, dropped weapons, equipment, etc do no load either. I literally jump into an "empty" map and I constantly get a "reconnecting" message on screen, but the ping displayed on screen is low...

This happens with my regular internet, which is weird because I can play any other game with it with low ping, like CSGO, Valorant, etc and I do not have any problem browsing at all either. My speeds are fine.

I tried using my phone as internet hotspot and the game works just fine.

I did try resetting my router and stuff, but nothing worked. I used to play w/o any issues before and I don't know what to do.

Ltm idea

The ltm name could be defuse the bomb. It is like snd but with operators like hive and shields. The only operators available are hive sheilds and sentry gun. The hive bullets don't get destroyed once u die, it is permanent only if a enemy shoots them. At the start of a match both teams plant their bombs which takes 10 seconds. While one person is planting the bomb other people could set hive traps sentry guns and sheilds. There is a 1 minute barrier at the beginning. Once the barrier falls down each time tries to defuse the enemy teams bomb. The bomb takes 30 seconds to get defused. If the enemy fails to defuse the bomb and dies the defuse does not restart. It stays at whatever second it was on. The only way the bomb could restart is by u or your teammates restart the bomb which takes 10 seconds. The bombs defuse time will be shown where the tdm score is. The points will not be kills the defuse time. The game will only last 10 minutes. If the neither bomb gets defused the team with the most seconds to defuse the bomb wins. There will not be scorestreaks. There is going to be a uav that cannot be destroyed. The maps could be meltdown with the bases as the bomb spot. Nuketwon with the two houses but the bomb will be on the second floor. Standoff the two buildings next spawns. Cross fire where the snipers are usually at.

Codm if u like the idea u don't have to give me credit as long it looks like there was a lot of effort

Sorry if this is dumb/misplaced question. I just played my first game under the new updates, and I can’t help but notice the aim timing on my Arctic .50 is incredibly slow and jerky. Any idea as to why they felt the need for this update? Any attachments to mitigate?
