I think devs should focus a little bit on f2p players and put more items to be bought by everyone like: Sprays, Charms, and more legendary guns cheaper than 20000 credits. Scope+Shoot Day 13

I am happy to say I have mastered scope+shoot and balnkscoping after almost 2 consistent weeks of practicing. I can bring it into legendary ranked and get a K/D ratio of 1.5 to 2. The only mode that’s hard to snipe in for me is Hardpoint. Also, I traded my ability to hardscope for the ability to blank scope. I am now terrible at hardscoping and long range snipes. I am currently trying to relearn it. Thank you everyone that gave me tips, advice, and encouragement. For anyone trying to learn blankscoping: Just practice and it will come to you naturally. I spent my first week practicing in Vs. AI and Free for all. After you can get the timing and crosshair alignment right, you can go to ranked. Never give up!

I have a problem whenever i use the katana it never lets me move in 3rd person i have been testing this for 2 whole days and still cannot figure out why i cant move the only way i can move is to go back to 1st person when you are ready to throw the katana thats my only way of moving

Sniping: ADS vs Scope + Shoot

I’ve been using ads ever since I started playing 2 seasons ago, and people have been telling me to switch to scope + shoot. I already gotten too accustomed to ads, and don’t plan to change, but was wondering why scope + shoot was considered better.

Desync!!!?

Did desync actually get worse in the last few days? I just played a game where I was shooting a guy with the cordite.. I died.. then it gave me the kill with the cordite. How is it so out of sync that I'm getting my gun kills AFTER I die!? I'm worried all these gameplay issues will just be worse when you implement all the new season 9 stuff. Game doesn't even make sense anymore half the time. I saw a guy earlier phase through a wall then teleport. I'm seeing people katana kill me from the other side of the room... I'm slashing with my katana 1 feet away and not getting kills, then other times I'm slashing through 3 people at once from the same exact distance... I'm emptying entire magazines point blank at a guy standing still and not even getting a hit marker... I'm shotgunning people point blank and not getting hit markers... I'm getting headshot hitmarkers with the DLQ and Arctic... What is even happening? All this new content is amazing... but please make sure the gameplay keeps up with it.

Camera shake on OnePlus 8 need help pls

Hi guys/girls (sorry for my bad english i'm french)

I played cod mobile on Honor 10 and i never had this issue on it, i got a OnePlus 8 (i use the same account of my Honor 10 with exactly same settings except graphics/framerate and sensibility, GYROSCOPE IS DISABLED like always)
and when i swipe my camera from left to right or right to left my camera shake even when i scope in. In Battle Royale too.
That makes me fail on kill ennemies and using Ninja in BR.

FOV issues while playing MP ranked and public

While playing I have my fov maxed out on 75 yet while I’m not even ads’ing the fov is dropping and zooming in and then going back to the set 75 that I have which is very annoying and messing with my game play. I’m not sure if anyone else is having this issue but I just thought I should ask here to find out. Hopefully the devs see this as well and sort it out :(

Unpopular opinion: Developers should not limit their potential of making the game better by introducing new things just because some low tier devices can't handle it.

Seriously, if the developers has the potential to make the game better by introducing new things, then please let them do it. Please don't pile up comments that my 2GB RAM phone can't handle it etc. People said the same thing about Gunsmith that it's gonna break phones but look where we're now. If developers want to introduce cool stuff from MW 2019 or any other game then let them be, and don't post these stupid comments which will ultimately result in Developers not putting out the content. I understand that not everyone has a flagship phone, but seriously even the cheapest phone nowadays have 3GB+ RAM, and a decent processor that can run the game smoothly on low graphics. If you have a 2GB RAM phone, then please consider upgrading it. Fortnite on Mobile takes a whopping 8GB of storage, IMO it's too much but CoD:Mobile can easily go upto 3-4GB of storage, so please let them be.

Yanrique isn’t that good. (Debate)

I learned how to get good at BR by watching him yet now he seems to be average. Anyone can get 20-30 kills per game it seems. I remember when I was a noob who could only get 3 kills I thought he was a god, yet now many other people and I tend to get 23-30 kills per game similarly. Just rush the platform get ak117, slide, fly around in a helicopter etc.

Katana Operator Skill

I feel the katana is kinda underpowered because of your health. This wouldn't be a problem if I could keep my distance. But I need to be up in enemies face to do damage. Often times I get one shotted form a guy with a shotgun or sniper. Rolling is slow and clumsy.

Need support. FOV bug making it impossible to play.

So this just started happening recently after I cleared game cache and data due to some constant crashes and mic problems I was having in game. I noticed the cache size got up to 1.5GB which I've never seen it that high before, data was around 500mb. Cleared both to get a fresh start and the game seemed to work a bit better. However during MP ranked or pubs I will watch my screen randomly go from my 70 FOV setting, down to the lowest as everything suddenly zooms in and my sensitivity feels jacked as well of course when this happens. Ive gone into the game settings and manually changed it, but once this happens changing it 54 or 75 makes no difference. It stays stuck zoomed in.

I have been attempting to get in contact with in game support but they haven't provided one response to my current inquiry or previous. It seems they're ignoring me which is why I'm coming here. I've attempted to reach out on other social media to your support for help with no response.

Can you please assist on this bug? Its fairly game breaking for me as i can't play with the fov turned all the way down. I've restarted the game, tried changing fov outside the game in lobby which temporarily fixes it but it happens every single match. Not sure what else to try at this point, this is a new one. Haven't encountered this on the beta yet fortunately. Is this a known issue?

Please advise and upvote for devs to see.

Regarding the next season of CODM and beyond

The same way CODM is implementing lots of changes and adding content from Modern Warfare next season, expect the same thing when the next console CoD releases, Warzone and Mobile will both tie into the next main CoD game in ways we've never seen done before, with Mobile still embracing content from past titles like normal. Activision's CEO also says that in October there will be lots of content planned to celebrate the game's 1-year anniversary, so be on the look out for that!

Looking for chill, active players on COD Mobile

I’m from the East coast, so my most active times will be in the mid to late afternoon and evening, although I’m on almost every day so you might catch me for a game or two before I get off.

I don’t usually use my mic bc I find it distracting especially in tense/clutch situations, but I’m open to change.

Some of my stats: (I almost only play multiplayer ranked unless there’s a challenge for Battle Royale)

  • MVP 357 Times
  • 1197 Games
  • Top 3 over 760 times
  • Almost 15,400 kills
  • Accuracy of 19.63%
  • K/D of 2.42 last time I checked.

I’m also max level (150) and strictly do not but the battle pass. I’m looking for team/clan mates that I can vibe with for a few games throughout the day, but not looking for an entire FaZe commitment (maybe if it comes to it, I’ll consider, but I don’t think of myself as an extraordinary player, just a hardened veteran with somewhat astute observational skills. Jealous people? Got some hate on a public hp from my own team mate for dropping a nuke 40 points into our hp game

Seriously? This legendary girl was giving me crap as I dropped a nuke within the start of our game when we were about 40 points into the hp game.

She is the type who has spent a lot of money on crates rocking all the new skins and Legendary cordite.

It's so funny as she was calling the opponents bots and when asked if she can drop a nuke in this game and she went quite after saying it's not a challenge. She went on the game and died about 7 or 8 times compared to my 57/1 kd

Katana bug?

Hello all. Not sure if this is just me or if anyone else is experiencing this. The thing is, whenever I use the Katana skill I cannot change direction. My character just keeps facing one direction and strafes when I turn the joystick right/left. Scrolling with my right thumb or using the gyroscope look doesn't do anything. The only way I can change direction is that I have to switch to the throwing stance then switch back to 3rd person view. This is weird to me since I've watched videos of other people using the Katana and they seem to be able to turn in 3rd person just fine. Can anyone give me some advice?

Katana should be removed or locked for now

Since the moment the Katana was made playable, there have been so many bugs in the game. The operator does't only create difficulties for the user, but also for other players in that particular game. It's really annoying when my Fov zooms in suddenly when I am not even the one using the Katana. In my opinion, they should remove or lock the Katana for the time being and release it again when the bugs are fixed. It's extremely fun to use and I like it a lot, but it will be even better when all the bugs are fixed. What do you guys think?

minor tip for those of you who are planning to speedrun camos

for those of you that are gonna grind camos, and arent sitting on +10k purple upgrade cards, every gun (launchers aside) has a task set to get +60 kills with no attachments, which would save you a couple hundred purples in the long run by gaining some free levels. just want to spread the word and make sure everyone saves up and spends on their favorite guns AFTER theyve done that challenge.

Should characters have slight perks?

I mean, minimal perks that makes sense for the character itself, not their level (epic, rare, uncommon...).

For example, Urban Tracker, since she looks like a lightweight character, she could be a little faster than others like Reaper, who could be a bit slower, but given another advantage like a bit less damage to tactical equipment because it's a robot.

Like I said, these advantages could be minimal (like the rare-epic weapons perks), and independent of the character level to not make it p2w (since some characters are only available with the BP or crates/lucky draws).

katana gameplay

At the end of the katana time the crouch button remains as if you still have the active operator. It only accommodates if they kill you, otherwise you cannot slide or anything with that button .

Do you use "tap to ads" or "tap and hold to ads"?

So I was just playing around with my settings and stumbled upon these two options. I have always had it at tap to ads. But I was watching Noah's stream and saw he had it at tap and hold to ads. I changed mine and saw how different the two things were. I am unable to decide which one is better. Also, it looks like tap and hold to ads makes flicking easier when sniping. Can you tell me which one is better and which one do you use?

We need the PKM/PKP machine gun

So, we already have the RPD which is a neato little piece of Russian kit, but I think the PKP or PKM would be even better LMGs.

The PK series machine guns are Soviet Russian LMGs, chambered for the hefty 7.62x54mmR cartridge, a full power machine gun cartridge with some serious kick and ballistic performance. The PKP and PKM clock in at a ROF of 650 RPM, and come standard with heavy, quick change barrels, integrated bipods, and a optic rail. The PK series machine guns are open bolt designs, which make them much cooler running than their predecessor, the RPK.   • Recoil description: Harsh vertical recoil, but mild lateral recoil, with very little "jitteriness"
  • Movement speed:
    • Sprinting: 5m/s (slowest in game
    • While ADS'd: 1.1m/s (also the slowest in the game)
  • Sights:

PKP Pecheneg iron sights from MW3. 2.7x at 70 FOV (highest of the LMG class)

  • ADS Speed:
    • 460ms (iron sights)
    • 500ms (optics)
    • 360ms (quickdraw, iron sights)
    • 400ms (quickdraw, optics)
  • Hitbox multipliers:
    • Head: 1.3x (highest of the LMG class)
    • Torso: 1.0x
    • Arms and Legs: 0.9x (for balancing purposes. This reduces effective damage on target, making the gun require four shots to kill if not hitting the torso within 10m)
  • Magazine Capacity: 100 rounds, 150 extended magazines
  • Reload: 6.5s, 4.8s fast mags

Is this game only bots now?

Just played like 10 games after not player for 6+ months and I didn’t match 1 actual person. After the first 3 I was getting sus so I got a spreadsheet that had all the bots names on and checked it for the rest of the games and everyone was a bot. It’s kinda annoying considering that they can barely shoot the floor.

Rant: Capture and Destroy

I notice this after some games, but why on earth does everyone doesn't follow the fing rules of Capture and Destroy, the goal of that Game mode is to place the bomb or defuse it, so why on earth does the fing bomber just run around while not doing their job, killing all enemies is optional, you plant the bomb and fing defend it, and also in the defuse side, the bomb is already planted in front of you, so why the f are you not defusing it, it's goddamn annoying that Everytime this mode appear in ranked, we keep losing since my teammates are busy finding enemies to kill when the mode is called Capture and Destroy

Mic is not working

I used to play alone that's why I never noticed it. Recently I have started to play with a friend and I have noticed my mic doesn't work most of the time. Sometimes it works on lobby and if I keep it that way it works in the match. But if I turn off for some reason, it doesn't work anymore and also stops after the end of the match or if I create a new lobby. My friend said one of her friends also faced the same issue that means I am not alone. I have tried all the possible solutions and the permission to use mic is on. Does anyone know how to fix this or anyone else here facing the same issue???

I am not able to open the game on my iPhone XR after updating my software to iOS 14 Beta 4 beta from iOS 14 beta 3

It was working alright till today morning i played a few games and then updated my phone to the next version and after the update the application crashes on opening ( i re-downloaded the game ) just in case it was linked to a corrupted file , but no results please look into this matter at the earliest !
PS: other games are working fine like pubg and fortnite!

Call of Duty: Mobile - Public Test Build Pt. 3

Greetings everyone,

It may be very early in the morning for many of you, but we have sorted out some issues with the latest Public Test Build and everything should be good to go now! As you may have seen there are many players from the previous test already checking out this build, but we still have quite a few spots open. Here are the basic details:

  • Begins today on August 5th / End date TBD
    • Test end date is July 23rd (PST)
  • Available for Android devices only
  • Download Size: 1.7 gigabytes, Wifi connection is recommended
  • Available to the first 10,000 players (first come first serve)
  • Content suited for ages 16+
  • All information and player data collected during this test will be deleted

This is the last of our public test builds for Season 9 and Season 10 content, so please jump in, test it out, and use the in-game report to let us know if you are seeing any issues. This one is primarily just for bugs and trying to find any critical issues before the next release.

With that said, this test won't likely be open very long due to the impending release. Lastly, here are some general tips for anyone running into installation or download issues:

  • Do your best to make sure you on a secure uninterrupted connection so that the whole package is downloaded without any issues
  • Try to turn off or stop your device from going into any kind of rest mode
  • If you are running into issues download the file, try using a different browser
  • Make sure you have 4-5 gigabytes of data free on your device

Thank you once again to every single person out there who has spent even a minute helping us test this new version. This next update is by far one of the biggest we have ever had for Call of Duty: Mobile and that means it is one of the most challenging relation to balance, bugs, and getting everything ready to go for release.

COD mobile minimap icon size

Anyone knows how to adjust this? on the minimap the icons are overlapping already but as you can see my ally is not beside me..this causes a lot of problem for me when i see footsteps that are beside me on the minimap while in truth they are farther especially in back alleys.

I have seriously adjust all the settings i could and reinstall the game including using guest accounts. please help

already talked to two of my friends and they gave me screenshots everything is normal on their end.

A question to all Indian CODM players!

Recently I have been experiencing extreme surge in my ping. I usually played on Airtel (and Jio sometimes) and had a ping of about 40-60 at max but since last 2 days the ping is never below 90 and spikes upto 150ms when it becomes unplayable. Has this recent spike in ping also experienced by you or is it just me? I dont need suggestions to shift to wifi network or change my network. As of now I am leaving the game as its costing me XP and its infuriating to lose to people with half skills but better connection.

Ghost shots

How about making the servers not registering shots when we take cover? It's super damn annoying you unpeek and are about to peek but still get shot through cover cuz the enemy has super high ping
Also sometimes the guns that are supposed to take 5-6 shots to kill are goddamn 2 shotting you at range and once in SnD Tunisia i ended up being 1 shotted by a supressed qq9 (no there wasn't any damage dealt to me) a guy teleported in front of me and one shotted me
How does someone counter that?

Please fix the katana operator bug

Dear devs, I know you guys are working hard to make the game good but there is this small bug. When you activate the katana operator skill and it runs out and you transfer back to normal, the crouch button is replaced with roll button and it does practically nothing. The character doesn't roll or crouch either. Please fix this bug. Thank u

Sound cutting in and out on latest Android official build.

I've noticed for the past couple weeks my sound in game has been cutting in and out and I'll lose audio and microphone ability until it either comes back or I have to unplug the headset and plug it back in. This happens numerous times per match or sometimes only once. Happens mostly during BR.

I originally thought something was wrong with my phone and took it to a local Samsung store. They inspected the device and ran tests for over an hour and concluded that it's fine. So I went home and jumped on the new beta and played for a while. Then I listened to some YouTube videos, didn't lose sound or have any issues once. So for some reason there's a bug causing sound to cut out and sometimes not come back.

Android 10 July update, no root or custom rom. Samsung Galaxy Note 10+. I have already cleared all data and cache which actually seemed to help for the first few hours. But then it returned and it's progressively getting worse. Even more odd, sometimes when this occurs I will also lose touchscreen response until I get a pop-up message indicating that call of duty has stopped responding.

Do you want a crash report that I can send directly to you? I have tried many times to contact in game support but they don't seem to exist anymore. Ghosted for weeks.

Is anyone else running into this problem? I know iOS was having something similar happen, I thought this was my phone's fault but that doesn't seem to be the case. This issue seems to occur more often when gunfire from an opponent starts but happens without too.

Devs / support please advise.

The bad rank system and matchmaking fucked up my tournament and getting the beautiful BK57

I matched up with people who don't know how to play and fuckers throwing after and after not even knowing what to do. The only modes I got is tdm and s&d out of 8 matches. 4 S&D and 4 TDM, how is that even ok?! The stupid matchmaking and rank system made me throw 2 tournaments and not being able to get the awesome rewards you provide. I had teammates all the way from pro and some even don't even know what they are doing. And this only happens during the tournament period. I have played this game after 3 months of release and the rank system and mechanics is still this bad. I need you to add complicated rank systems and prevent people leaving matches or include some noobs way below our rank.
