War Machine - (Xmas update) Make it shoot snowballs.
War Machine - (Easter update) Make it shoot chocolate eggs.
Death Machine - (St. Patrick’s Day update) Make it shoot doubloons or make the person explode into shamrocks
Sparrow - (Valentines Day update) Make it shoot heart arrows and/or make the person explode or make the explosions out of hearts
Annihilator - (Halloween update) Make the person explode into slime, cobwebs, or have a ghost leave the persons body. The weapon itself would have cobwebs dangling from it.

These are possible ideas. Lmk which idea is your favorite.

Can we get this fixed?

Okay, so today I played 3 consecutive SnD's and in every game one or two players on my team left. I kept tryharding, did pretty well, but couldn't help teammates win those games. Players, who commit to the game and don't chicken out should get less XP points removed. I lost a 3v5 SnD game, had 11 kills and I got almost 50 XP reduced. This should be fixed, would appreciate if you upvote, so maybe the moderators could see it. Thanks!

So I like to use ironsight but in BR matches the auto pickup always puts it on whenever I run next to one. I don't want to disable auto pickup because it is really useful most of the time. Is there any way to disable only the picking up of scopes? Thanks

Can we get 90-120-144fps support please?

I know this has been posted before but it would be nice if the devs actually implemented it, this needs more exposure. Please add FPS options higher than 60 for devices that can support it! My S20 Ultra plays this at 60fps locked with under 50% GPU utilisation, let me use the full potential of this phone please devs! This game would be killer at 120fps and I know it's such an easy thing to implement since the game is built on Unity. The recently released ROG Phone 3 is 144hz (with a hidden 160hz mode) and there are loads of devices with over 60hz screens now (iPad Pro, OnePlus 7 series and above, Samsung S20 series, Mi 10 Pro etc.), it's a no brainer in my opinion.

Please make it happen Devs, it's my one and only annoyance with this game at the moment. I've played other FPS games that support 90-120fps and it's just an amazing experience especially since it's touch based, you don't only see the difference but you feel it too. COD mobile is my favourite mobile game at the moment and it would truly be the best in my eyes if it supported unlocked framerate.

I also think having an unlocked refresh rate mode will heighten the skill gap considerably which will make the game more competitive. Perhaps seperate high refresh rate players from normal 60hz players for fairness, consider it please, thanks!

Better Nuke

I think that the nuke should be changed in a few ways, with one the overall look of the nuke. I know this is a mobile game but the way it looks is so disappointing. Also the nuke should kill five enemies, not three. Or, they could make it 30 kills and it ends the match as well as kills the entire enemy team. I think if they make it 30 kills they can also add a new scorestreak, the AC130 or gunship, at 20 kills. And one more thing, I saw this in another post, make the nuke activation sequence shorter, like in MW2019 with a tablet instead of a laptop. What do you guys think?

FFA being Permanent in Private Matches

Free For All was recently removed from private matches as an option only is only allowed in casual. FFA was a great game mode in private to play with friends when there was an uneven amount of people or people didn't want to pick sides. Me and my friends fail to understand why FFA was removed and at least not kept in private. I made a post about a month earlier discussing the decision and multiple agreed that it should at least be kept in private. I'd like here you're guy's opinion on wether this great pass time should be added back or not.

Joystick movement bug?

When i try to move forward or any direction really my character would stop moving, it feels like the movement is stiff and this problem only has been happening recently. I thought this was because the button was too small and even with an increase the same occurs and i do not know what to do. Anyone have any tips?

Ranked - No Matches found?

I just hit a new tier of ranked play (I think Pro1 or the one just below that) and I'm suddenly not able to find a single match. Could this be due to not being able to find enough real players to populate? My ranked matches so far have felt like they're mostly against bots since I'm getting 4x the number of kills. Does the game stop populating ranked matches once you hit a certain tier? I've tried searching at night, in the morning, in the middle of the afternoon, etc. The moment I go back to casual I get matches with no problem.

A thought that came in my head recently.

A lot of us really love the CODM Devs because of all the cool stuff you can get without paying. So F2P players get to enjoy the game, and you can beat someone who has payed 500 dollars for skins and weapons without you paying for anything. Just pure skill is needed. But o a thought came into my head. What if the reason we love the DEV's more than normal is because were used to everything these days being P2W. So CODM is a nice breath of fresh air and is why so many people play it. Its user friendly for everyone. I think more games should be like this. Im not gonna pay 50 bucks for a fictional skin on a fictional gun because it's cool. Nah im gonna kill players with a rusty knife. Thats the CODM way.

Dont tell me that k98 is the only weapon we got in next season

Last season we only got one AR, and actually its supposed to be 2 but the Maverick Became AK117 instead. And if they re doing the same again then what gun will be a skin for other gun?. My bet is they re gonna make the STG44 as a skin for the Ak47 in the battlepass couse in cod online Maverick and STG44 was a skins and because they re like to take everything from cod online it might be possible you can find the stg44 here

S10 New Gun(s)

So, every season CoDm adds new guns, this is great at all. In S10, and maybe S11 and S12, the new guns should be pistols. There's only 2 in the game, the MW11 and J358. They should add a new pistol each season for the next 2 or 3 seasons. My picks. B23R from BO2, the USP45 from various Cods, and the Deseret Eagle from CoD4.

how can i get the battle pass offer pop up to appear?

thinking of breaking my own law by getting the battle pass. when i open the app, one of the pop ups is an offer to buy the pass for £5. i can't seem to access this elsewhere in the app so my only option is to buy it as soon as i open the app. however, it only seems that it pops up the first few times you open the app per day - then that, along with the other pop ups don't show until the next day. i know there's still one day left for the offer but is there any way i can force the pop up to appear or do i just have to wait until tomorrow?

Can someone explain what does "ADS Bullet Spread" mean?

I seriously don't understand it, I've been playing on test server since first one and I still don't know what ADS Bullet Spread is. I understand horizontal and vertical recoil but what is ADS BS? I thought it was like hipfire, the more of it (ADS BS) you have the tighter spread is but aren't bullets supposed to go exactly where your iron shights are? It feels more precise while using it but idk...

Latency Ranked - what else to fix for me?

Hi,

i'm searching for the final puzzle piece to solve this problem:
Ranked enemies occur on my screen with 0-5 to 1,5 seconds delay and thats their kill for them and the death for me.

Playstyle doesnt matter, cause neither defensive nor offensive solves this.

I know thats its all about "violence,speed and momentum" but i dont get the "speed" on screen.

Setup:

-Router: dns and qos selected for gaming
-Internet: 50 mbit, 6-8 sec ping speedtest
-Phone: Poco f2 pro, 59-60 fps stabil, graphic low, xiaomi Game booster optimized, always cache cleared or background apps closed, 28-35 ms Ping ingame
-Wifi 5g and Ethernet cable make no difference -> 6-8 ping speedtest

Myself: age 40, first mobile game ever and first fps since mwf2 on PC
After week 10 i hitted legendary on phone and stuck between 7.700-7.800 points

I understand, that my age and reaction are limited.

I just want to play within my limitsbut i cant solve this last step where These 0.5- 1.5 seconds dissapear and reduce my fun in playing.

Every help is apprecheated.

The worst AR in CoD Mobile?!?

Well....this is the only time Activision really pissed me off. That’s about the HVK-30. Or should I say, the HaVoK .30 Cal??? I ground so damn hard for the gun, literally wasted 2 weeks. First, the gun was unfinished, the FOV and reload animation was copy-pasted from the M4(thankfully that had been fixed). But the things that baffles me, is the handling stats. The gun handles painfully slow compare to all other ARs, even the ASM10 and the MoW is faster. 250ms when ADSing is super slow for a AR-SMG hybird. It does have a godlike quickdraw which reduces ADS time by 33% but it still cannot be as fast as the LK24 or the Type 25. The overall sprint out time is 603ms, well, slow as f$#k. It doesn’t even have the godlike hip fire spread like the Cordite. The recoil, isn’t very friendly either, and the flinch is super punishing. The gun also shoots slower compared to the original. The Black Ops 3 HVK however, is in the other side of the spectrum. It was one of the top ARs if I’m not wrong, it handled very nicely, and shot faster by 11 RPM(711 vs 722 RPM). The reload time, was slightly faster but that still counts.

Hey Activision, I know it’s really understandable that you guys nerf its damage range because it isn’t meant as a long range AR but please, buff the raw handling stats. I tried my best with it in ranked matches and the new Gunsmith, but I still cannot make it any better. Compared to the original, the Mobile version was nerfed into oblivion. So please, buff it, people had ground so damn hard to get a gun that is so underwhelming, even the GKS and the ICR-1 can beat it in multiple situations. Don’t get me even started with the guns that people call “meta guns”.

Unpopular Opinion: Desync

Some people are taking over advantage over the "desync" problem when they have never or rarely had desync. Some people say it was "desync" when in reality they got gunned down by another player faster because they hit all of their shots. I know a lot of people get desync but people shouldn't take advantage of that just to complain because you lost a head on gunfight.

CoDm should have an option to stop unwanted invites via "status picker"

There should be an option where we can set our in-game status like in Discord, eg.

  • online - anyone can invite you to play (recent teammates, friends)
  • invisible - only friends can invite you to play
  • do not disturb - players cannot invite you

This will solve the problem of people spamming unwanted invites (which take up the entire screen), and allow you to choose when you actually want to play with others.

I'm sure this will also be great for YouTubers with a large fanbase who probably receive tons of unwanted invites all the time.

-even if you get to the gunsmith you still crash when even tapping one of the attachments.

For the F2P

IMO there should be a wager match gamemode in Feature, where the F2P player can bet Credits and get alot of them. There are still ways to get Credit as a F2P, but they are not consistent and not much. And F2P doesn't include Battle Pass.

Okay, I get that banning jailbreak users is easier for you. BUT, not every one of them is a damn cheater!

I never used a single cheat in this game yet I’m constantly getting banned for being jailbroken. WHY??
At least let us play in Safemode/Stock mode where any tweak WON’T work.

WHY do I need to restore my phone and LOSE EVERYTHING ON IT to play this game?!

Give us jailbroken users because a lot of us are honest players! Most also spend a lot of money, you’ll get to a point where you’ll lose a great part of the community... PLEASE!

My COD account got hacked

So before pandemic started I was really active in-game. Donated more than $300 in it. But after this whole covid panic started I didn’t have enough free time to play. ( a lot of work)
So I quit and came back to it few weeks ago only to found out, that my account was probably hacked. (Nickname was different, lvl and all other stuff) always used Facebook sign-in. But I didn’t change my nickname back, cuz I didn’t know it was Facebook or COD account. So I changed my password on Facebook waited like a week. Logging back to see that he is playing ranked game.
It came down to COD account, but main issue, that I don’t remember it at all. Cuz I created a new one after they had a event where they were giving skins for linking it. So, I ended up with account that got hacked I don’t see any option to unlink it in-game. Activision support is not working. It’s says that all agents helping our customers or smth.

Idk what to do in this situation, cuz this guy could easily hack on account to get it banned, cuz he wasted a ton of time and bought it somewhere.

Petition: 2 Factor Authorization for Activision Accounts - Stop the stolen accounts!

COD Mobile Devs really need to implement a better way to secure Activision accounts to prevent random COD Mobile account hacks.

It is so sad and scary to see so many people here on reddit post about their accounts being randomly hacked/stolen and not being able to gain back full control of their accounts. Some people go months without any support from Activision. Whether you are f2p or p2p, a lot of time and money could have been invested in this game and with the devs releasing more p2p content they should give their users a peace of mind before they spend hours and hard earned money on a potentially unsecured game. Especially when they offer rewards to link your game to an Activision account.

People seem to lose access to their accounts via their Facebook or Activision accounts. You can do 2 factor authorization on Facebook via text or a 2 factor authorization app. But there is no way to additionally secure your Activision account. A 2 factor authorization log in would help a lot of users stay safe and help the support team with the probable overwhelming inquiries they get about people getting their accounts hacked.

Hopefully the devs see this, because I always feel bad for all these people posting about their accounts being stolen.

Improve ranking/matchmaking system

Everyday CoD Mobile is getting bigger and bigger so why not update the way that players are ranked? I mean, you guys could implement the ranking system of games like CS:GO and League of Legends. This system is called Glicko or Glicko-2, it matches players with almost the same skill level. The current matchmaking system doesn't make any sense, sometimes there's only one or two players that are actually good on a team, and the worst players are just a weight to carry. I know no one has the obligation to be good in this game, but seriously, the competitiveness on this game would evolve into a next level.

That one event thingy

Hey guys i was wondering does anyone know where the event buttom is for watching adds to get some star shaped coins to trade them in for golden guns
I wanted to get the dlq and it cost like 200 or something i dont remember exactly but i cant find the event anymore
It also stated that the adds would only be seen on devices that are powerfull enough and stuff like that.
But now i cant find the event button at all
It was like 2 days ago that i stumbled upon it and was really hyped to finally get a golden gun

Random 15035 Ban

I want to start this by saying I was not using any emulators I strictly play on my iPhone, and the only external device I use is my bluetooth Xbox controller. I was playing a game of CTF on Raid at work and after this game is over I get greeted with a “Connection Error” screen so I re-log and see that I’ve been banned with the code 15035. I looked it up and find out its a code for cheating, how was I cheating? This is ridiculous as its the second time its happened and no one responds to my Activision tickets

Got Bundles?

I wish they'd release even half as many bundles as they do crates. They're pretty sad. Bundles are a guaranteed buy for me if they have anything decent in them. I would think it would be worth their while to focus more on them. I'll definitely give them a pass this season though, because of everything that's coming to the game, but please focus and give us more, better bundles.

If I remember correctly, I had seen my ranking from Master 4 being dropped to elite 1 when season 6 was released. And something similar happened when season 7 was released. In season 7, I reached legendary and that did not change after going to season 8. How does it exactly work? I might have missed this somewhere :(!

Can a player execute a slide-jump-drop shot instantaneously?

I had this problem where every time I would instantly go for a drop shot after a slide-jump, my gun will shoot but my character will not go into prone position. (I use the 'prone button' btw.) I thought that my finger was just not touching the prone button properly so I placed the button on my hud where I can press it comfortably and increased the button's size so its much easier to press, but the results never changed.

But there are times also when I managed to execute the said movement in one swift motion, its just that I have to wait for a few milliseconds after I landed from my jump before I can drop and shoot.

Maybe you guys have some tips or recommendations for me on how to improve that. Any help would be much appreciated!

Tried to use the katana op but you need to be really close to make it work and it's easy for you to get killed before you can even inflict any damages.

It looked cool when tried it against bots. However, going against Legendaries it's was pretty useless for me

I cannot turn my character around while using it. It wierdly reduces my fov. And the katana roll button doesn't restore to crouch once it runs out. And it wasn't just a one time bug, it happens every time. First time using it and I'm not at all pleased.

A few notes about the new operator: Takeo's Katana

  1. It is a close range operator with an effective range of 10metres(if you're within 10 metres of the enemy and you try to kill them, your character lunges at them)

  2. Costs 1300 points to activate in game(tested in Practice Vs AI mode by )

3.Automatically fills up over 4mins 30secs of doing nothing(also tested in Practice Vs AI)

  1. Assuming you do not die, and enemies rush you in quick succession, you can kill as many as 16 enemies.

  2. Once activated, some smoke is released from the character, and you immediately switch to 3rd person view

  3. You can stay in the "Katana mode" from between 45 seconds to 1min

  4. You cannot Actually see people through smoke while using the OP skill, but an indicator points out enemies and with a tap of a button, you can kill them.

Now that the katana is finally out, I hope it raises some awareness.

Bit of a rant so feel free to skip this.

With awareness I'm talking about bots being stupidly overpowered. It was funny at first with PlasticFoods and whatnot, but it has worsened as time passed. I love playing ranked but I also enjoy playing public gamemodes which of course include bots (and the frequent and extremely boring bots only matches which I have been boycotting for a while), at a distance they are downright braindead but they are just annoying at medium to close range with those instakill bursts. Sometimes they will miss obvious shots, but most of the time they just even turn around a corner firing as soon as you are on sight with 100% accuracy.

The katana is absolutely wonderful and in my opinion it can turn the operator skills meta around if used properly, but when playing public matches going after bots with it is almost always suicide no matter where you come from; from above, strafing, from around a corner. If the bot has noticed you, you will die in most cases.
Now, I know some people have noticed, posting videos and memes about the bs that bots represent, but that seems to be causing little to no effect; they say that in S9 bots will be even more OP.

The game is wonderful, but in my opinion adding bots outside of practice mode was questionable and giving them an unpredictable and annoying aimbot system was just stupid. I hope something is done about this.

I am not hopefull about season 9

Just adding the katana caused several major bugs changing the entire gun system will be a disaster

During the game fov/zoom changes randomly even tho if you are not using/equipped katana

After you use katana you can’t crouch or drop buttons not working

I mean these are the most basic things if one of the developers had a phone on their hands idk if they can afford one or not they could see how they poorly executed

Katana operater is very glitchy

When i used for the first time i thought wow this is sick
But when the operator cool'd down i couldnt slide i look at my crouch button and it was the roll button for the katana not the crouch or slide button but when killed myself with a grenade it was back to normal now

After that i used it in a hardpoint match thinking i can get alot of kills with it but when used it i got killed instantly by a bot just 1 tap me but when i respawned
My fov was glitchy when i walked around the corner my fov just zoomed in then i aimed, it was back to normal now and whaen try to throw its kinda wonky and would just switch back to your main weapon

Convert a fortnite addict to CODM?

This is kind of off-topic. So back in April, I started to get bored of fortnite Mobile, came across CODM, and started playing it. Fortnite however was the one thing me and my school friends could bond over. Half way through summer, as I was now a full CODM addict, a thought started to plague me. The fact that I “ditched my friends for CODM”. I figured the only way I can get my friends back is to convert them to cod. The problem is, they play console. They have a phone and a controller so it’s not a big deal. My question is, how do I successfully convert my friends to CODM and get my friends back?

World Championship Stage 2B and 3B

Greetings everyone,

We are reaching out today for not for the usual community update but to share some information about the next two stages of the Call of Duty: Mobile World Championship. Stage 1B recently ended and that means anyone who qualified for Stage 2B will be able to start playing relatively soon.

Here is all of the basic information below. If you have any questions just reach out.

Stage 2B

This is the second phase of our tournament with second chances to jump through Stage 1 - 3. We have a huge number of players participate in Stage 1B and many winners who qualified to move onto Stage 2B. Like last time, this stage is all about teams.
Group up, form some teams, and progress your way to Stage 3B by making it into the top 512 teams! Here are the main details:

  • Stage 2B will be live from August 15th - August 23rd (UTC)
  • Teams play in 30 ranked Multiplayer matches
  • All players on each team must be in the same region
  • Each team will earn points based on their team’s average rank
  • The top 512 teams will be selected to advance to Stage 3

Rewards
All players on teams that complete all 30 matches will earn the soldier Ruin – Championship 2020. Players on that teams that rank in the top 512 will advance and also earn 1000 CP.

Before, they used to aimbot us only when we we're really close to them, but now they actually cross map aimlock onto us and spray us to instant death. Tbh the legendary randoms if replaced by boys in ranked would make the game more difficult for real.

Tier XP

How much XP is a tier in the battle pass? Like how much XP accounts for a while tier for you to unlock the next tier. 15000, 12000, 10000? I can't seem to figure out how much XP do you need to tier up cuz I regularly earn around 15-16K each BR match yet it only tiers up sometimes and not everytime.

Katana Operator Skill Causes my FOV to go down

So, I’ve been playing, and there’s this bug that has made me lose some games. For some reason, when ever the Katana operator skill is used, it causes my FOV to go down to like 50. It may be coincidence, but that’s all I really know about it. Is this purposely added, or is it just a bug?

Battle Pass Coins Not Being Received

Is it just me, or does anyone else have this problem? In the BP, I have reached level 50 and now I am at 68 but I have not receive any of the Coins. On my screen it doesn't show that you have to buy the BP so i should be receiving all of them but I'm not.

Please either tell me that this is a bug and I will get all of them back, or tell me why I'm wrong and its supposed to do this

Does anyone else stop playing MP for a while and play BR, only to come back after a few days and see that your MP skills have gone really bad?

Whenever I play BR for a few days and don't even touch MP, I come back and see myself losing a lot of gunfights which I usually win. My aim gets bad, my movement gets bad and I see a huge impact on my K/D while playing MP and I get beaten a lot of times even when I prefire. Does anyone else experience this?

Blueprints for COD mobile !

Guys have you noticed the blueprint option in the test server of S9 ? the blueprint would work as same as it works in COD modern warfare 2019 . I think cod mobile is going to give blueprints in the crates maybe no more skins , the luckydraw would give blueprints instead of gun skins what do you think guys share your thoughts.

Known Katana Bugs

So, I don’t have all of these, but these are all the bugs I know of surrounding the Katana operator skill.

  1. There is a bug surrounding the fact that when ANYONE in the match uses the Katana, you will zoom in to somewhere around 50 FOV range. I have a post explaining more here:

  3. Not confirmed, but someone said that their input delay was off who also experienced these other bugs. I don’t know why or EVEN IF that happened actually, so take this one with a lot of salt.
