Experiencing input lag since a week now; am i the only one?

Hello, i have an iPad pro 2020 12.9inch and it runs pretty much every single game there is at ultra settings. Same was the case with codm until a few days ago. I suddenly started experiencing ingame lag and input delay in multi player only, the battle royale runs buttery smooth. Its a very unnerving feeling when u feel like the character in game is lagging behind your thumb movements. I have tried to find someone else with the same issue but failed so far. I have tried reinstalling the game, formatting my iPad, two different internet connections and pretty much every single setting combination possible in terms of sensitivity and graphics and have failed so far. Sometimes the game will be smooth like 2000 fps and sometimes i will feel like im playing project igi on a p2 processor. Someone please tell me im not the only one? Please upvote for devs. This might be a serverside or game issue. Thanks

How to stop campers in 1v1 duel

If the enemy selects melee, and then camps with a trip mine and trophy system, throw a trophy system at them. Theirs won’t shoot it and it will trigger the trip mine. Sort of you already know this or of some else has done this before

Awful connection despite good internet.

Starting today i've had 100ms ping, i'd say at best i'm hitting 50% of my shots because of that. Internet is fine (55mb/s download, 10mb/s upload). I've never had this problem before, has this been happening to anyone else? I live in south Ontario in case that could be relevant.

Well maybe devs need to fix this

In hardcore from beta server, some people can shoot their team, but if you do, game kill you automatically saying "don't shoot your team mates", so why even allowing us From first targeting them, would be annoying if this be in global release, imagine you are in middle of fight killing 1 enemy Mate jump in front of you and both get killed because you shot him. And game killed you.

Updated KN44 Colorspectrum is better imo

Honestly I’m very happy with the change because I think it looks better, but I don’t think updating guns like this should be a common theme. People buy the gun skin for what it looks like at the moment they bought it. I think it’s wrong to change what a skin looks like especially when it was from a lucky draw. Some people paid fat stacks for that skin and then they changed it, and if they don’t like the new skin then all the money they spent was a waste.

Remove tencent from CODM

We need Garena in global version. There are so many bugs in CODM but tencent is doing nothing to remove those bugs and glitches. Instead of removing those bugs tencent is busy copying everything from CODM to their so called pubgm. And in India people is thinking that CODM is a also tencent product. I know tencent is not capable of making such game but it feels bad when people say something like that bcoz Activision is working hard to keep this game up. I love this game but just fed up with tencent. They are using their Chinese mind of copying everything in this as well.

I took a break from cod and holy fuck!

Tlde ar the end
So I grinded and played the hell out of this game between october and april. Since then, I hoped on every update and was always suprised with the amount of new content, but simply couldnt get back in the game, as many of my friends didnt play it.

Now that I came back for good, I have a LOT of questions.

So, first things first. I missed the new guns(gks, Qo9, chopper but hopefully I can get the dr h). Is there a way to find them? I saw that the cc shop doesnt always have the items I previously bought, so I huess they really added a lot to it.

Second, holy cow, undead was amazing.

Now getting to the real thing. I was killed by this thing, anihilator. Where can I get it from? What is it? Is it a special weapon, instead of the scythe or sparrow(btw they ruined war machine, I cant believe it).

Amd right now, I see the game has a whole lot in it. But finally, I noticed the leaks. WTF!

There is sooooooo much. BR like warzone(this is the main reason I came back for good at cod, I cant stand the abuse of pubg anymore), Gunsmith like MW, Hardcore, 10v10?!?!?! This is what I wanted! Literally! There is nothing I can ask in this game. It literally has EVERYTHING. EVERYTHING.

...ok maybe ground war, but not really.

And, this is quite important for me. I dont want to sweat this game. Like, seriously. I used to sweat it before, but now that I took a break I suck(kd went from 4.45 to 4.2 in a couple of hours) and that was because I either had good teammates, or luck, otherwise it would have dropped way quicker.

Is there a way of getting more chill lobies? I asked this before and was told pubs. I dont dare playing ranked, and my exp is from pubs. Any idea?

Tl,dr: I am back in the game and shocked at how good it is. My only worry are the sweats. Any help?

[Humor] Ranked Observations - I hope you enjoy.

I bet some of you have the follow ability now as well.

With just seeing a player’s username, profile picture, frame and go-to character skin, I am able to predict if they will be good or not in my ranked games.

Observations: The “worst players” on my teams usually have the following:

  1. Username: First game combined with numbers or a random name they never bothered changing. Also the use of the words “sniper, killer and destroyer” in their names but they actually can’t do those things.

  2. Profile Picture: Either a poor resolution Facebook selfie, or the Championship, Snake or the Flowery Skull avatars.

  3. Frame: The S5 Frame. That’s literally it. For some reason the worse ranked players always have the S5 Frame.

  4. Default Character: Nomad Druid Skin, Special Ops 3 Arctic Skin, Battery Skulls & Blood or Industrial Ruin Skin🤮 Sometimes the Vanguard.

The “best” players on my teams usually have the following:

  1. Username: Short and sweet. One word names or names that are easy to remember and pronounce.

  2. Profile Picture: Custom image or Anime character used through Facebook. Also any default CODm avatar works as well.

  3. Frame: Anything but the S5 Frame.

  4. Default Character: Mostly any female skin (e.g. Urban Tracker, Seraph, Scarlett Rhodes, Artery etc) or sometimes old S1/S2 skins (e.g. Old Battery skins, Ghost skins). Sometimes common skins too.

With this information, put yourself in either the good or bad designation and know your role in becoming the best you can be.

Game Over

I wanted a rare skin so I bought the Carat Thief for about 150 euro's. Knowing that most people would prefer badass skins but would have wanted this skin in hindsight. I could have lived with the fact if it was re-released as a lucky draw, wouldn't like it but they need to make money too. BUT TO RELEASE IT AS A BUNDLE FOR 15 EURO !!! That makes me freaking MAD. I have the AK red-action skin pff might just as well through that in a bundle with Captain Price along with all the other rare items. GAME OVER. WILL NO LONGER BE SPENDING ANY MONEY ON THIS GAME. They shot themselves in the foot.

Just curious CODM

I've been noticing 3-4 Mexican/Latino players in every game I play. Are West coast players playing on west coast servers? Is that why there's so many Mexicans in my games? It's very inconvenient being unable to communicate with them. And I find that 99% of them play really bad, with very poor game IQ and game sense. I literally lose my motivation to play when I see them cause I know they are just going to be trash. I just recently lost a 19 kill SND with 4 of them on my team cause none of them could get more than 3 kills the entire game and I was left 1 vs 4 or 5 every round. I still managed to clutch a few of them but man it's not easy clutching 1 vs 4/5 for an entire game.. It's pathetic. Other times I'll just give up and go hide in a corner till games over cause I notice my entire team is like 2-12 and they can't win any gunfights so what's the point?
Would love to not play with them.. is there any plans to allow players to pick the servers they play on? Or keep Mexican and other country IP's out of US servers? I rather have increase wait times than get into games with them every single game.

Or at least make it harder to get into Legendary Ranked? So that Legendary players are actually good? How are Legendarys going 0-22!!? I just don't understand how it's possible. It makes no sense and really makes the entire ranking system meaningless. I'm close to 15k rank points, which isn't all that much but it's def enough that I shouldn't have to play with absolute trash players! I should at least have decent competition. I like to solo rank, but it's getting less and less fun cause of all the horrible players in Legendary. Literally after the first like 3 weeks or a new rank season, Legendary rank becomes a joke. So many trash players in it. Please make it more competitive! And Master ranks should not be allowed to play with Legendary players! There is such a huge discrepancy in rank points with them. It's not fair for the Legendary's to be forced to team with them!

Framerate drops after some time (also posted in r/xiaomi for more info)

So i am on mi 9t pro, with snapdragon 855, but in cod mobile i am not able to play battle royale on very high graphics. Not because its not available to choose, but because after 10 minutes the framrate drops from 60 to unstable 30~ 40, with framerate on max. The device is getting hot but not that hot. If i play pubg on highest graphics the phone gets much hotter but the game still runs at 60fps, not like cod.

I know cod mobile has many bugs and lags, but whats the problem, can't the sd 855 handle the game? I don't think so, gpu is only at 50%....hmmm someone with the same issue?

Best way to check if controller is working?

I have played this game with controller several times so it’s not my controller doesn’t work or I can’t figure out how to connect it. I even get the little notification at the top that says that I’m using controller. But sometimes when I get into a game the controller just isn’t connected. So when I first start up the app for the first time what is the easiest way to make sure that the controller is actually connected? Since you can’t seem to use the controller in any of the menus, how do you check to see if the controller is working before you start a game.

Cant link cod account

I am trying to link my COD account but every time it says link Failed. I have reset the Password, verify the email, and logged in on other devices through Safari and such. Every time I go to login it loads at the top and it will say link successful or whatever. But all it ever does is load a black screen. When I close out it says link filled. I need to link the account so I can get the free stuff to do the challenges to upgrade the battle pass so this is really infuriating

Max Frame Rates and Max graphics support for iPad 6th gen

Please, JUST PLEASE. IN THE NEXT UPDATE, LET US IPAD 6th GEN PLAYERS ENJOY 60FPS ON BATTLE ROYALE. HIGH frame rates is so LAGGY. Allot of weaker android phones have max graphics and max frame rates unlocked without any GFX tool. We bought our iPads to use it in its MAXIMUM POTENTIAL. There are so many audio callouts that are important for gameplay. Can the devs maybe consider a subtitle option for those with hearing impairments?

I have ear damage and pain from sound so not only no voice but no audio at all when I play. I'm still doing pretty fine for myself in rank but it would be nice to actually not be disadvantaged by basically being deaf to every enemy scorestreak and other audio clues. Feels like it wouldn't be the hardest thing and for a mobile game that people probably also play out in the world in places they can't have the sound on it would help them too.

Bot frustration (no hit shotgun)

My last match it happened again. I shot an enemy like 4 times with a shotgun. No hit markers, but I mostly know when it's a good/well timed shot and the circle is on point, and when it's not. The enemy then finally killed me and killcam revealed obvious bot aim behavior. Now I've been just assuming I miss these shotgun shots, it's common enough! I figure even some shots that are "on" will miss! But it's getting to be more and more a consistent observation, that when I "miss" multiple shotgun shots that look like they shoulda hit, then the enemy kills me, that it turns out to be a bot.
Has anyone else noticed this phenomenon? It's not definitive yet, but I feel like I'm seeing a pattern.

Also I got killed by bots in midair gravity spike jump way too many times this week!

Should i find a team?

Im currently stuck at master 4, and can't seem to progress further. Everytime i enter a match my team gets annihilated and i rank down. I don't consider myself too bad and i often get mvp on my team.
Im a solo player, and it seems to me i don't stand a chance, unless i get a team.
Is it possible to get to legendary as a solo player? If not, where can i find a team?

Can CODM devs please do this?

My problem is the rendering problem.... whenever I play BR in Cod, I always never see the weapons on the ground, this is a problem most people probably have on Cod since some of them do not have advanced phones. And not seeing the eeapons kindof puts us at a disadvantage, for example. You are in a gunfight, then you are looking for a weapon in the ground, you find a yellow weapon box, its a fmj with no rocket ammo even though the sniper ammo around it looks like rocket ammo, as the same with other attachments, backpack, and other ammo, so you just have to go above it before you can know which weapon it is, so could you CODM devs please implement weapon and other thing's rendering? It kind of puts us at a disadvantage and some of us cannot buy new phones. It would also be lovely if Codm devs rendered skins. Its just a discussion im willing to take.

Why are there so many damn buttons?

Why does it take me 6? selections to move from one game to a new one? If I win or die, let me jump into the next game. I don’t need to acknowledge how many kills my teammates got, collect XP, level up, bypass the Premium Pass, etc. it’s rather ridiculous.

There are other serious issues with this game as well (trying to figure out where opponents are around you if your deaf is impossible), the invisible player mode and the wire setter mode are overpowered, the last storm sucks way too much way too fast, the tank is a crap way to die, driving is unnecessarily difficult...

And yet I still play. At least performance-wise the game is much, much more stable than, say, Fortnite.

No skins when playing Gunfight

When I play the mode Gunfight, none of my weapon skins show up and I am stuck playing with the default skins. My teammates and enemies both have skins, but why don’t I? Teammate has T25 cyberspace, I have the default skin, even though I own the T25 cyberspace and geometry skins.

Can’t find a ranked match for days now

I don’t know if this is because I use a controller or what but it’s become very annoying.

I’m only in Elite 4 so I don’t think it’s because there’s nobody else at that level but for the past 2 days I cannot find a match. I’ve looked it up and some people say there is no fix except to make a new account and I really don’t care to start over.

Anybody have a fix for this?

I'm Confused: Please Help, Battle Pass Season 8-9

Hey, I am new here, sorry in advance.

I got the Battle Pass today and am already tier 73 in season 8. I saw something saying "complete all 50 tiers to earn enough cp for next seasons pass."

​

I thought this meant the battle pass was a one time purchase as long as you reach tier 50. Like I said, I was already tier 73. It gave me 440CP? Is this how much next seasons battle pass will be?

Am I missing something? Do I have to complete 100 tiers? Do I buy tiers past level 50? I'm confused.

Why is it YTer enemies play like bots

So it feels like every YouTuber gameplay I watch the enemies aren't doing anything. This is ranked legendary obviously but watching the video it's like the enemies are playing like noobs. Run out in front of them in the middle, go to the same places over and over. A YTer could have like 3-4 guys in their view. Kill all of them and none get a shot in. The enemy will run straight into a room like a bullet sponge. No jumping, sliding, dropshotting

When I play my enemies are sliding, jumping, dropshotting, taking strategic angles. Doing various combos like slide one way but jump the opposite. Enemies slide into rooms. Playing like all of them are on a 20 inch screen with a 10 finger claw spasming allover the place.

Is it me or are they only posting those vids where the enemy is playing those noob type guys. I would love it if the enemy would just run out in front of me doing nothing.

Or is this a definition of desync and a high quality device and internet and those YTers have the edge when those enemies are like a half second behind in everything.

Just got out of a game where I died about two or three times because there was an ally's death marker covering the screen where the enemy was and I couldn't see them, even when I ads it was still there. Wanted to quickly highlight a shady strategy that CODM does:

Ever since around S3-S4, whenever CODM releases a new crate in-game they wait around 24-48 hours before updating the FAQ page with that crates' probability stats.

They're legally required to disclose the crate probabilities as per the law in most countries, but the fact that they delay the FAQ update each time suggests that they're doing it on purpose. They know that a majority of the crate purchases will be within the first 48 hours and they're hoping that hiding those numbers for a little bit will trick some people who may have been convinced against spending $$$ after reading the probability of getting what they want.

Making this post in the hopes they fix this. If you're gonna add a gambling element in a game that kids play, at least do it ethically!

Ever seen boosting players in Juggernut?

Was playing juggernut today, and noticed that everytime there ledin or sasukehaice were juggernuts, the other one waited next to him until his health was low and he would kill the juggernut, and so on, while giving enemies locations, the whole game until one of them won.

Plus, for bonus points, IamFox was running in circles in spawn so I bet it was one of them using extra phone to prevent enemies from attacking.

How to report that?

I am confusion

Hey guys! So I have access to two ISP at the moment one is just 5 mbps and the other is 35 but for some reason I get lower ping and no dsync with the 5 mbps one... why? Lol. I get a constant 40 ms with the 35 mbps but from time to time theres a usual delay for when the bullets actually hit the targets if any of them reach them at all.

(For those who live in the PH) the 5mbps is PLDT and the 35 is Converge. I’ve done speed tests and they’re both fine so I’m confused. Maybe the ISP? Idk 😅

Quick suggestion for usernames

Names like Wolf or Monster all belong to players who don’t play the game anymore..me personally I love OG usernames I have one myself but these names need cleaned up for the players that’s still active and wants to own them ! I can’t speak for every region but my region all the players with rare names haven’t played since season 1 when you add them the game tells you that they haven’t updated the at all and words like “gun” or “sniper” shouldn’t be classified as profanity in a COD game.

Anyone else think this season is boring as hell?

I just forced myself to complete the battlepass and now that it's done, i don't feel like playing it anymore. The new weapon DRH is meh. We got couple of new perks, having two explosives is a nice perk and as of quickfix, i don't know why i would use any green perk other than toughness. The Juggernaught mode is a joke. And that's it, guess i'll find something else to do until the next season.

Suggestion for gameplay improvement/option.

Consider this, instead of simple/autoshoot mode why can't we have an auto ADS option? As soon as an enemy enters the center of your crosshair you automatically ads? Set a minimum range for auto ads so that if enemy is too close for ads then you can hip fire or chose to aim manually and maximum range set at start of weapon max shots to kill range, you should still be able to ads manually to peak corners and lanes as normal, you will have to fire your weapon yourself so no autofire and if you fire your weapon you will only return to hip fire when you release the fire button, this should not be an option for snipers and possibly shotguns though.

FYI I use advanced mode 4 finger claw if you're wondering. The HOLD TO ADS is bugged so was thinking of solutions.

  • The player should to choose weather they want a sniper scope or a tactical scope on their sniper rifle via customization.
  • Add explosives like the smrs in the mystery box with customizations options(skins)
  • Every base weapon day one weapon should be in every map
  • Post launch weapons, should have the same customization and pack a punch options.
  • You should only be able to equip one of the same weapon

WONDER WEAPONS
Wonder weapons that are featured in the map should be free to use and not payed. For example the ray gun and thunder gun in fan favorite kino der toten. This is the same as hiding weapons behind a paywall in MP and will contradict the new business model. Not to mention their are better way to monetize zombies suck as taking advantage of things like dr montys factory which made tons of money and didn’t affect gameplay unless the player chose to use it. Also, wonder weapons should be special, unique weapons like the thunder gun or wonderwaffe from past games, not stronger skins of weapons already present in the game, that’s just now how Eisner weapons worked in the past and it seems a bit lazey and less creative.

PACK-A-PUNCH

  • There should only be one pack a punch option, not ten that increase damage little by little, ten takes too many points and takes away from other aspects of “setting up”

How to use sensitivity settings?

So I redownloaded this game after having not played it for a while. And for some reason all the sensitivity is high. I remember setting it quite high before I left, but not this high. And I went into settings and turned it down. Didn’t work. I tried some more, still didn’t work. I thought maybe it’s in “Firing Sensitivity” and not “Camera Sensitivity”. Tried that also and didn’t work. Then I decided to turn on Low in the “Sensitivity Presets” section, rather than custom. Still too high! Some please help I can’t use my sniper rifle with such high sensitivity!

Bug or Invisibility hacks?

We were playing squads in BR. At first it was 8 players left, last 2 teams almost at the final circle. We manage to kill 3 of the enemies but one of us was killed. Now it's 3 VS 1 in the final circle. But all of us cannot see the last enemy. We kept looking to where the damage was coming from but nothing. All 3 of us were killed. I don't know if this is a bug or someone cheating.

I also experienced this before where I can't see the enemies but my team mates can. So I know that it was probably a bug. But in this case all of us can't see the enemy and we're sure it's not a bot because of the name and we are fighting a full squad at the end.

It's unfortunate that I didn't get to record it because it happened so fast.

Have any of you ever experienced a scenario like this?

Avoid tilting in ranked and adjust to your teammates/enemy

So tonight for me was kind of wierd in ranked. Some Dom and HP matches where we were absolutely getting destroyed the first half of the match. But we/I was able to pull it out. Like losing 75-18 type losing examples. Doesn't matter really how bad you are losing in Dom, snd or whatever. You can win.

  1. I never get mad at this game. It's just a game, it's fun. When you take it too serious than emotions come into play. Play overly aggressive at point. I've started off so bad I went 0-8 KD but ended with around 20-10 KD in the same match.

  2. Game sense, map awareness, adjust to your enemies and your teammates. It's pretty easy to see what the enemy tendencies are. Alot of people do the same thing over and over. Locations, routes, etc. Same with your teammates, adjust to how they are playing to sway the game towards the winning end.

One enemy might drop shot every single engagement. Those guys are easy because unless they are hipfiring there will be a delay between proning and when they ADS again. The constant drop shot guys never adjust, they will always do it. Aim towards the legs before hand and you will win almost all engagements. Just one example.

You can tell what type of players your teammates are. Change your style to what's needed. This is when things can sway your way in a match.

  1. In ranked in my opinion, is designed around win one lose one type matchmaking. Unless you are a top 0.1%er loses are gonna happen. So just have fun. I've pulled out many of potential blowouts playing like the above. Alot of them still shock me. I think the enemies get complacent or something with a huge lead, maybe overly confident. I still think alot of it is mentality, game sense, map awareness, etc and a little bit gun skills and your device.

Just thought I would post one of those different type threads. Sorry no memes or polls here

CoDM bug report

I've noticed that in the tasks which require players to use a weapon with a quickdraw along with 1 other attachment, foregrip doesn't count. I played two MP matches with quickdraw and foregrip but my kills weren't registered in the event until I replaced foregrip with other attachment. I've noticed this bug in the previous season as well.

Biasing towards female character skins

I always try to get most of the skins CoDM releases. I have found a biasing towards female character skins while opening crates. I would get the male characters very soon but when it comes to female character skins it would cost a fortune. I spent almost €150 to get the Manta Ray skin today but just €20 for the firebreak-sinister skin , really codm ?? And this is not the only case, I have faced this bias previously several times. Did anyone else face the same problem?

Juggernaut game for you and me.

We hope that the Juggernaut game event should have the following:

  1. Holstering the LMG so we can run faster and reach the next Juggernaut.
  2. An option other than Chopper LMG.
  3. LMG's unlimited ammo.
  4. An option for Lethal Frag to either Sticky or a Trip mine.
  5. An option for Smoke Grenade to either Concussion or Cryo bomb.
  6. The score system that includes the number of Juggernaut hit points / shots.

AverageLemon (the bot) destroyed the enemy team in front of me. (Real Story. Read)

It is in humor. But it is a real story. Happened yesterday. I am in Legendary (low level around 8400). And there was a good team in front of us and AverageLemon in our team. I am not sure where the capitals are so I will write it like that.

As the match started, ours and the enemy's team started giving appraisal messages to AverageLemon about how great he was and how SoccerMom and PlasticFoods were overrated. Obviously, the bot did not reply. He fought and died like a bot.

We were winning 3-2 and then, in the next round, we all died except AverageLemon. Four guys left in enemy team. He kept going and did not falter at any step. The enemy team weren't serious anymore because they knew that a bot was left. Then calmly planted the bomb and got ready for AverageLemon to arrive. What happened then is stuff of legends.

AverageLemon killed one of them who was dancing with a knife. The other three rushed him with intention to kill and even played properly (no jumping and joking). As if he was possessed by the gods themselves, AverageLemon jumped, slided and strafed like a boss.

That day he 1v4'd the enemy team. They literally played like they were playing against a real player and lost. Next round, their own words, "We are not worthy. Bye.". Three of them left and we played 5v2 rest of the match.

Now I wonder, how good is AverageLemon in front of SoccerMom and PlasticFoods??

Tanks in BR - Invisible on minimap when there are 2 teams left?

Yesterday i played a duo BR game where there's only one tank in the game and someone was in it..when i entered the circle, i couldnt see the tank anymore but i didnt care and so i proceed to play like i normally do...my teammate was killed so its just me vs 2 more enemies...the circle was quite small and im hearing the tank's engine, but i couldnt see it anywhere and especially on the minimap...i got shot to death because i literally couldnt see where the tank was. Is this a new bug or what?

I’ve only just recognised, having not played with them much since acquisition, that the likely reason the Common (very nice) DR-H is all over the place in terms of accuracy compared to the Chained version is most likely due to the front iron sight being a fair bit closer to the business end.

Didn’t initially think the overall differences to the Stock, Receiver, etc. would result in any actual difference but having played a few games with both the difference is quite apparent..

Still not going to put a grip on it though but a Red Dot does seem to help somewhat, or just me?

Since zombies was ignored by the devs for zombies they can make a map maker for us so we can do our own maps and have like a map of the month and map of the year and for the basic players heres how i imagine it

You go to zombies and select a map and there is a option to go to map maker

You have to place all perks and you have unlimited time to costomize the maps and place blocks as long or as short as you like and you need at least one window

If this releases i want people to make last man standing maps
