I am confused cuz i somehow didnt qualify but i did

i was playing today and hoping that i qualify for the cup but i had to be a vetran. i got to vetrans leage and went to play the cup when it said i played a game already and won it but got no points. i did not play a game so i played out the rest and lost two. If it were normal i would have qualified but since that game didnt count i missed it by one point. i could not play another game. if a normal person lost two they would qualify. someone please help me

BR possibility?

So if anyone else has heard the t.e.d.d Easter egg in br it talks vaugly about more vending machines on the map. My thought on this was that they might add a vending machine that moves around the map possibly with similar to the zombie santa. What do other people think of this? Or am I thinking about it too hard?

So this skin came out during the whole some people have crates some people have bundles thing. Is there any chance we might see it come back in a crate/bundle or hell even a lucky draw just the same one for everyone so everyone has the same access to it? Imo it's one of the cleanest AK skins in the game and i wanted it so bad but i wasn't willing to drop another $100 on a crate (i had *just* dropped like $250 on the dark matter razorback) idk it just seems unfair that such a cool skin was in a way "locked" from some players who didn't have $50 to$200 to drop.

You would think people would talk more trash in ranked, since that's the more competitive mode. But I've encountered so many trash talking tryhards in public matches when I'm just there to have some fun and complete my challenges. Like calm down kid it does not matter at all if you win this match.

Petition to remove hardpoint at crossfire from ranked

It's the worst game for me and you spawn at the other end of the map if you die trying to reach the hardpoint and even if somehow you survive, take on the other team and manage to capture the hardpoint, you barely have 15 seconds left of it and the enemy has the better spawn position. You're just running across the map all the time.

Jump slide & crawl how tf do I win against them.

How the hell you legendaries can do that so fast? Are you guys all Ipad users? I have s10. I got played but an Ipad before like a god exploit every technique I have except for one.

I run and slide and the slide is so little wťf. Let me guess, you guys are claw players?

Like no way I can win against ipad at all? I use shield for quick flash and boom those mf are still jumping and killin you. They can even see through my smokes wțf.

armor plates

(if you don't like opinions then don't read) I see people asking to remove vests and switch them with armor plates I say no because the armor plates are to make the vest more power full so you have an advantage with out them everyone will have the same armor and heath with no advantage but with vets and armor plates you will have advantages on other players win more games or get close to wining so you need to get better of decent at the game

Quick rant and discussion about armor plates in the beta.

So far how do everybody feels about amor plates being introduced into BR in the beta? I honestly don't really know how I should really feel about them, they almost seem useless or like a last resort option when they clearly are intended to be used on a rapid manner through a whole match. Vests don't really help as they barely take any damge and in my opinon they should be removed completely and so do with the syringes or at least make them less common, more like a legendary object or heck they may be just adrenaline shots, as players literally become sponges with i with it's current use, making basically players have up to 200 hp with vest included.

In my opinon armor plates should only be used as in warzone, making players only having that extra piece of health with them, also self health restoration should be a thing by now or else BR just will become even more slow paced and boring.

The base Demascus is cool and all but if the red stripes were moving or glowing, that would make the Camo infinitely better and much more worth the tedious grind. Just like the M. O. W. ( the animation made it worth the grind)

Rank Game Changes

Here's my list on what changes "I THINK" should happen of MP Ranked.

  1. Ban Trip Mines
    PLEASE just please, no, make it happen. They're annoying. Or atleast nerf them in some way. I don't remember Trip Mines being a thing on Rank games or in competitive.

  2. Ban Persistence Perk
    This is self explanatory. This perk should not even be in the game. Its too overpowered. Two players with Persistence is very annoying, dude. I believe this is also a perk not allowed in competitive before.

  3. Matchmaking Fix
    Its so annoying getting matched with a less skilled players. I get it, I get carried too. But I literally know the ins and outs of the games, I didn't mean to offend people with this and I don't trashtalk my teammates too it's just I literally have teammates that have 3/22/1 KDA. Believe me when I tell you they're not that skilled. They literally don't run Dead Silence(Currently the most important perk in the game imo) and he goes in chat saying the enemy team was cheating bc they always know where he was. We have these type of players in Legendary, man. Just let that sink in.

  4. Make a rank tier higher than Legendary or make it harder to reach Legendary.
    Getting to Legendary literally means nothing anymore. I remember having the fight of my life back in S2-S3 to get to Legendary. What more in S1? Please make it harder. It doesn't feel achieving to reach the tier. It feels like a chore to grind to the leaderboards sometimes bc of teammates (refer to my number 3 again)

This is all. And please fix the desync and server lag. I'm currently a shotgun main and smg main. It sucks to get desync with a shotgun, very frustrating tbh.
But yeah, this is my list. I know, its not perfect. I don't believe it is, I'm encouraging people to even criticize it but please remember to be respectful as I didn't intend to offend anyone with this either. I hope none of you guys think I'm all "high and mighty". This is just what I see thats a problem with Rank MP. You can argue that the situation COULD be worse, but it also could be be...

Imo the CP system is kinda messed up

So first of all, stuff costs different in different places which is really fucking unfair. I had to pay the equivalent of about 6 USD(560 CP) whereas people paying 220 CP can get it for under 3 USD??

Okay maybe that’s fine but what’s more fucked up ate the rewards of the tournament. So if I get 1000 CP and so does the guy from India, he can buy more stuff with it. They should standardize prices of items, maybe all excluding battle pass.

I know the devs are doing a lot currently, but the Tank in BR is an issue. Opinions?

The Tank, while an interesting addition to the Battle Royale mode is a pain. I see the developer's attempts to make the Tank balanced, but it is still way to prevalent in the late game killfeeds. The fact that the Tank can one shot kill even max armor and health enemies is extremely frustrating. The Tank can also basically absorb what I believe is around 3-4 FHJ-18 shots. This itself is annoying, because that means that you have to carry an FHJ around all game, sacrificing a weapon slot for just a CHANCE at shooting at the Tank. (Which, by the way, it would be nice if we could carry around a 1911 or J35B as a secondary slot, without using up our two primary slots.) And on top of all this, there is a chance of TWO TANKS being dropped in a single match. That's ridiculous! Plus, with the ability to see the tank on the map from anywhere, all it does is draw people CLOSER to the Tank, getting the driver more kills. (But keep the feature though, it is so useful.)

Im not just a guy who will complain about a problem without giving a solution, however. I will leave a comment below listing some ideas of how I think the Tank can become a fun, balanced addition to the Battle Royale mode. Leave your thoughts in the comments, I really want to know everyone else's thoughts on this.

Legendary Dustkicker RUS underpowered

After a long time I was playing with the legendary RUS dustkicker, somehow I felt it was not the same RUS as the old ones. So I picked a random RUS skins and tested i think they were doing better. I tested RUS moonstone and nuclear fallout, both were doing better than the legendary dustkicker RUS. Did anyone else face the same issue?

Ok so in my opinion when you knock someone down and they rage quit it should count as a kill because I was so close to beating my personal record by 1 kill and my personal record is 32 kills. If not I think it should at least be different where if you rage quit while knocked down you lose rank xp

Can we please bring back rank selection? My last 13 games were 2 domination, 10 hardpoint and 1 s&d. I love s&d and tdm, find domination te be okay on most maps but dislike hardpoint in general. Getting to legendary is easy anyway but being able to choose your own mode with likeminded individuals is way more fun. This way you can play what you like and avoid bots

I guess the topic has been discussed dozen of times, but I couldn't find any previous discussion about it.

Long story short, how come that after maxing out my BR rank, and almost maxing my MP rank, I still get lobbies *full* of bots?

The game has a huge player base according to stats, and yet I get BR lobbies full of bots, not even a single true player. They are getting spawned in super random places in the BR match, even in places that I knew for sure that were clear of enemies. Hell, once a bot spawned right next to me in the last circle in water.

I really want the challenge, I go for squads so I have more challenging rounds, but 80% of the matches that I get are just bots.

How do I get rid of those lobbies?

Season 9 update

Hello everyone, I have an iPhone 6s 128 GB with only 5 GB left of memory. I can play COD Mobile very well, with just a few crashes sometimes on Battle Royale and graphics on low quality.

But, watching the videos about the next update, that will radically change the game, I'm worried that I won't be able to play the game on my iPhone anymore. Will I still can play the game on my device?

Hey devs
I just wanted to report

When im in the match the app crashes and need to re enter app and now happens when i finish a match being BR and MP. I say same thing again bc it just gets worse every day i cant play rank in fear of app crashing and the penalty makes it worse

Tips on gunsmith

Just a short tip on gunsmith on how it would work and what could be the best attatchments for you.

Firstly, don't depend entirely on youtubers to tell you the attatchments. Youtubers can tell meta attatchments and weapons but you might need to tweak it to suit your own play style.

For example, the best RUS attatchments currently are quickdraw, Foregrip and long barrel. However I couldn't use this set very well. so i practiced more with extended mag to get used to the recoil first, so I would be more accurate (basically meaning I adjusted the attachments to suit my playstyle).

Similarly, It would make a lot more sense to you guys if you experimented with attatchments yourself, rather than copying the meta off of someone else.

Also here is a small glitch/bug that happened with gunsmith in MW: Sometimes some attachments boost/nerf weapon stats secretly.

This means that when you select a particular attatchment, say a "Monolithic Suppressor" and it says "+ADS speed", "+Recoil Control". You would think it just boosted your ads speed and made the recoil more controllable, but it could actually happen that this boosted or nerfed some other stat that it did not mention. I am not sure if this is a glitch or what.

This happened in MW, where if you equipped a sawed off barrel on a 725 shotgun, it didnt show that the "damage to range" stat was boosted, but players could easily kill people in long ranges with that attatchment rather than when that attatchment was not equipped.

Another tip on actually how to find the meta attachments is that you want Good ADS speed, Good recoil control, Good damage:range, and somewhat good mobility. Some attachments will boost these stats and some attachments will nerf these stats.

For eg. If you equip the longest barrel on your RUS, that will boost your damage to range stats, but might nerf your ADS Speed and recoil control. So it will be upto you to decide what you want to sacrifice and what you want to buff on your gun.

Screen Recording Help

Hey!

Its time to make Legendary Rank actually LEGENDARY, deserved only for the true masters of the game, not anyone that grinded his ass from scratch with PDW Zombie Gene with less than 500 Matches.

Smokes in mp

Is it just me or do my smokes actually don't appear on enemy's screens? First time it happened I thought the guy might have some cheats or whatever. But it keeps happening regularly and annoys me so badly. I know you can kinda see people while they're in the smoke but I always die behind the smoke and in the killcams I can clearly see that enemy sees me and aims directly towards me. How is this possible?

However good the game becomes, however good S9 is, RANK is a complete let down. There is no place for solo queing. The players in legendary vary from complete TRASHHHH to PROS. Some people are just so bad. They shoudnt be in LEGENDARY AT ALLLLLL!!!! Please make tiers in legendary also and only same tier should be matched together otherwise if it doesnt change it will just become a game good for stacks and nothing more.

Some recommendations from my side

  1. A random, random mode selection in pubs matches that match you to the closest real people lobby (just like current rank selection, this will help in reducing bots and be more fun)

  2. A permanent melee attack button so that when you are near an enemy you can use it on your own and not come in bw of your shooting (i know customized huds can change the melee location..but i would like to have a permanent button than a fluctuating one)

  3. Many people recommended how it should be more rewarding to play objective in hard point and domination. So my recommendation is for TDM, as it is a big part of the game..
    The final result should be based on KD and not the score. Because the obj in tdm is to kill and not die..a person who goes 5-3 is better than someone who goes 16-22, but the guy with more kills get the mvp spot

  4. Add ffa to private lobbies

Nerf drop-shotting. Seriously. It's annoying.

Title says all. I'm honestly tired of dying to a bunch of sweaty tryhards that engage me in a firefight just to go prone and evade all my shots and then kill me while laying flat on the ground.

Can we make it like Rainbow Six Siege where if someone goes prone while ADS'd they immediately get kicked off ADS? At least that will discourage people from running around drop-shotting people knowing they can't hit the broadside of a barn.

30+ year olds here, stand strong with me

I just hit Legendary in MP. While not considered the biggest accomplishment but I'm a BR leggie that's always stays in the Top 1%. I'm 38 years old on a $200 device that works 60-75 hours a week in retail management.

So to me it's quite a sense of accomplishment considering the minimal time I have on the game and spending hours in BR.

I praise all of you 30+ year old hard working family guys or girls on the CODM.

False Bans

I was playing ranked with a friend on 20th July when both of us got a popup saying we had been banned for 24 hours after finishing a game when we were on the same team.
The next day when the ban ended..we logged into our accounts only to get banned yet again after playing a public game..and this time it was a 7 day ban for both of us..
We've been trying to get assistance regarding this on every possible platform..Dmed admins and mods on discord,reddit and twitter...waited for hours on the activision support site..people with the support team roles on discord act like we're a nuisance or technically challenged people that cannot read the Security Policy...that's the support we've received so far..
It's just outrageous how people who've been loyal to the game since the beta get banned falsely and get ignored but the hackers posting their videos on youtube are bragging about their antiban hacks..
I'll make one last attempt at getting the ban lifted before I quit Call of Duty Mobile for good..
Kindly look into our accounts and reverse the 7 day bans or atleast provide a valid explanation for this to happen...

The gist of season 9 updates i got from the public test other than the gunsmith update.

Nothing. just Rust 10V10 and Shipment. That's it.

If you hated being spawn camped, you must realize that the shitstorm is about to hit.

It'll be molotovs and SMRS's fucking flying everywhere.

I think there is a video going around on this subreddit where a dude literally enters the game just to be killed by multiple scorestreaks.

Shipment is like that, BUT MUCH WORSE.

But truth be told? I'm waiting for it. My shit eating grin won't just stop.

I'm currently thinking of switching my guns over to hipfire. But I'm still not sure if I should. I saw people like ferg and hawksnest and many more have their guns on hipfire. It kinda makes sense especially during hectic situations where you just want to shoot. But I'm worried about how I'll play. Should I swtich over?

I started to not care that much to play Ranked

I dunno. is it like considered a bad thing to like start to not give a damn in ranked? ever since when the desyncs started to happen (tho it doesn't happen as often now unlike before) I just feel like I kind of lost that feeling you get to have some motivation to play ranked. now I just like don't care anymore if I reach Legendary or not.

A map balance is need to make retaking core locations in certain maps easier and doesnt necessarily increase the win rate of the teams holding said location significantly.

For example. Crash, First HP. The store site where the Third HP is containing a head glitch impossible to contest, making the team spawning in CT has a easier way to capture first HP. The stall should be lowered to where your shoulders and upper chest be seen, to make it less effective.

Nuketown, mid. The head glitch in the truck on the first HP is kind of hard to contest, and it gives the person there sightline to everything in the map. Nerf this spot as this literally gives intel to the team who holds this site. You only have 3 angles to cover here, make it four from garage, which is manageable since you are literally in a head glitch.

Summit. Make the timings different on mid. A CT should be able to get there immediately to contest mid without being grenaded to smithereens. There is trophy systems, yes, but it will slow the CT going mid, giving time for the attacker to go to a off angle. The mid control attackers have there is too much, with little to no contest as Attackers in mid can go to A lower, A Top (the jump site), B lower, and CT mid. It is a heavily Attacker sided map.

Crossfire, (actually dont have any imo, all my complaints in crossfire is just camping, which the devs cant fix directly.)

I know imma get downvoted for this, but CoD championship is coming, and a map balance is needed to keep the competitive aspect of this game alive and well.

One Plus users on CODM comments

I'm going to buy a OP8 tomorrow when my local T-Mobile opens. I'm in need of a device anyway to run this game more optimal. It's all about sustained frame rates and my current device just isn't hanging anymore. The monthly updates and device requirements are slowly increasing. I can't even imagine after season 9 how a device less than 4GBs with less than a 845 snapdragon could handle it. RIP those iPhone 6-7 guys.

I might get downvoted but why do cod mobile need Battle Royal mode?Is just a bot paradise and it's get boring sometimes and reaching legendary is now difficult because of lag,desync and other technical issues. As a solo queue player, I don't mind playing SnD

You always get paired with teammates that either are incapable of understanding the objective of mode or don't care about it. SnD provide limited opportunity for them to pretend to be their favorite YouTuber and even if they get killed pretending to be one, you / sane teammates get a decent shot at winning the round. Worse mode IMO is hardpoint, in most hardpoint matches you will get a teammates that either don't know sequence of the Hardpoints or will camp in worse locations to cause spawn switches. My mode preference in order.

  • Domination
  • SnD
  • TDM
  • Hardpoint

Why?

Why with each day I'm feeling like the legendary rank is filled with even more bots? How can you get to legendary with literally 0 game sense? What the fuck happened with the legendary rank these days?

For the love of god stop asking people to carry your skilless ass to legendary, what's the point if you will go 0-20? I mean why god, why? If you somehow got to legendary but you suck and barely get any kills then do your best to play the objective, no ones going to be mad, but for fuck's sake stop pretending to be ferg when you go 2-25 running god only knows where or camping at the spawn, you're literally useless only giving the enemies free scorestreaks.

I swear that legendary never was really hard, but current legendary is worse than practice vs AI, because bots at least play the objective... While most of the players in legendary, calling them bots would be disgraceful for bots. High fice PlasticFoods!

Is is possible for a player to have 2 primary weapons?

SnD. The opponent killed my teammate with an m4 and then he killed me with a sniper. It’s not like he left his weapon and picked up somebody else’s. He had both an m4 and a sniper.
I’m sure overkill hasn’t been unlocked in the game yet.
Can someone please explain how do players switch between 2 weapons?

Shotgun campers are giey

Imo Hardpoint and Domination ranked should be limited to only 1sg user/team. Imagine going to ranked just to get bodied by 4 shotgun users camping the hardpoint. It's imbalanced and frustrating as hell, because there's nothing you can do. Rush in? 2 shotgun users are pre-aiming at your face. War Machine, Sparrow, nades? Trophy system. Especially now with Gunsmith, you can make the shotgun more OP than it already is. Sure, if you can use it, use it. But I hate the fact that literally everyone is abusing the hell out of it, like the noob tube or the ACR in MW2. So, the only solution to this is either nerfing it or limiting it, as I said in the beginning.
