Kinda disappointed with how plates work right now

I think they should rework vests, plates, and adrenaline.

1.) Rework vests such that vests won't provide damage reduction anymore. Instead the level of the vest corresponds to how many plates we can apply/equip to ourselves. Lv1= 1 plate, Lv2= 2 plates, Lv3= 3 plates

2.) Rework plates by adding stats to them similar to how hp works but different. Maybe a value that is equivalent to 20 hp per plate. Plates would then be needed to be destroyed first before damaging hp

3.) Rework adrenaline such that it heals to 100 hp only and maybe provide a limited speed boost.

With these suggestions the total hp would then be 160 coming from 100 max hp and 60 hp equivalent with 3 plates equipped.

Things like nova gas, electric trip wire, and tempest would be able to bypass the plates. This means that these would directly damage the actual hp even if the player has plates on him/her. Of course the gas and trip wire damage have to be adjusted as well

These are just my suggestions and I would like to hear your opinions about it.

Who else wants this?

Please add functionality for multiple (4 or 5) sensitivity and control layouts. This would give us the ability to have an smg and AR sensitivity profiles. And it would let people that have a phone and tablet play without having to adjust their settings each time. This would be a tremendous addition to the game in my opinion.

  • More new gamemodes leaked from game files: Headquarters (HQ), Ultra Rapid Fire, 10 v 10 for all Core Gamemodes and Shootout!

  • New gamemode in the beta called TDM + FTL? No noticeable difference from TDM at the moment

  • New BR Locations: Camp, Outpost, Dormitory, Radar Base and Alcatraz Prison Island from Blackout?

  • New BR Class: Hacker that can jam the mini map for nearby enemies. Takes a long time to activate of there are lots of enemies nearby

  • BR has been revamped:

  1. Attachments can no longer be found scattered everywhere. Instead, guns are randomly generated with different attachments already on them and they will be scattered across the map, found it boxes and etc. They will have different rarities to indicate how many...

Test Server Man-O-War Glitch?

I am sorry if this has already been posted, but is the original Man-O-War iron sight missing in the beta? I've restarted the application, played multiple games, and the original iron sight does not show up in the gunsmith or while in a match at all. Is anyone else having this issue? The gun is just flat on the top and I'm unsure if this is just a big or if the they are actually changing the iron sight to just nothing.

In your opinion, what are the most annoying bots?

I'm not talking about specific bots (i.e PlasticFoods) since every bot has a randomized skin and weapon but the same horrible and unpredictable AI.

I'm talking about what weapons make the bots more annoying for you. Normally I'd say that any shotgun, but I've found that bots with PDW-57 are extremely annoying since they pretty much instakill you in most cases at close range, and those with Chicom as well, since their AI is coded so they think one burst is one bullet so if they hit you, they will hit you hard.

Related to this, I really hope that they get rid of matches full of bots, they are extremely dull and non entertaining at all.

So last season I ended at legendary 6516 points, and was relegated to pro 1, which is about 2k points below. This season I'm probably reaching 9k points in legendary, will the reset still drop me to pro 1? Or higher? Anyway to calculate or predict?

High ping

After the 28mb update iam experiencing some ping issues. Before the update i used to get ping in between 20 and 60 now the least ping i can get is 70. I can assure you that my wifi isn’t the problem i have the same speed that i used to get before the update and it can play yt videos in 1080p without any buffering i play on an Ipad 6th gen and if anybody know the fix please help me

Been playing test server for an hour and WOW. Just wow!

HooooooohLEE!!

Im a BR player 100% so I didnt have much excitement about the gunsmith in S9 for mp etc....but seeing what theve done to BR. Oh my!

I'm someone who isn't able to buy a high spec pc or console so I cant afford to get on Warzone.

So it's safe to say that I'm super stoked with how much love they've given BR!

Just when we thought they'll always leave BR behind MP, they've gone and revamped the whole thing... literally.

They didn't just tweak things... the whole BR is about to change as we know it.

I've never seen a game evolve like this in my 30 years of gaming in such a short space of time.

Thank you Devs!

And thank you whales and people that spend considerable money on this game... yall helped make this happen!

Let's appreciate the hard work and care they put in the game for us. I have never seen a developer as good and responsive as Activision. They are listening everything we are saying. What more can we ask?Hands down the best developer ever.

A request to the ones using the Test Server- Mace Metal Phantom

Can you please help on telling whether Mace Metal Phantom skin has a voice in the test server? It would be a good help.
The operator is currently muted and doesn’t even say “Reloading, Frag, Enemy In sights, Sniper” and other basic commands.

Similarly there’s the same with Seraph Skins, Battle Hardened.
If you could help out here.

Yo wth is up with this game? Our team was double capping at 146-147 down in domination rank. It was a game we would have won easily and the game decided to end at 146-147 like wtf. Does anyone know why this happened?

Locked on bug in tank in Battle Royale (release version/not beta)

When someone locks onto the tank using FHJ-18 and then dies before firing the shot, the tank keeps the locked on state with the alarm sound.

To reproduce the bug:

P1 in tank

P2 out of tank with FHJ-18

P2 locks on tank with FHJ-18

P1 will hear and see the Locked on alert

P1 shoots P2 with tank shell

P1 will still hear and see the locked on alert

Exiting and reentering the tank won't solve it.

I think this problem also applies to other vehicles but it is rare for the person locking onto the vehicle to die before firing the shot, so this bug wasn't discovered before.

3 question about BR( public beta)

So, new updates coming to the BR, many new game mechanics. Most of them I didn't understand while playing the public beta. Here are the questions:

  1. There seems to be new level system for guns- there is common(green), rare(blue), epic(violet/pink) and legendary(gold) Is there any way to convert an epic gun to a gold one or its just something we have to stumble upon while playing the game??

  2. The new color scheme is a little eye straining. It actually hurts to look at for a couple of seconds. Is there any chance its going to be changed?

  3. There are new mods for guns these also seems to have different levels ranging from epic to legendary, anyone know what they actually do and how they function??

I think I thought of a problem with gunsmith

So I’m not in the test servers but I think I found a big problem with the gunsmith, there is one specific gun that could ruin the entire game because of how strong it could become with the gunsmith, that gun is not even a main gun, it’s a secondary weapon, the basic pistol, the basic pistol is pretty useless, only used when you are out of ammo on your main gun, but with all of the attachments it could become the best weapon in the game, and the reason for that is... it has no recoil, the basic pistol has 0% recoil, with a few attachments from the gunsmith it could become an unstoppable weapon since you could hit every shot as long as you know how to aim, which isn’t the hard part in CoDM, the recoil is, but because the pistol has no recoil there is no problem, IMO it could become a problem, but I don’t know because I’m not in the test servers

Petition to replace vest with armor plates, the current br has still many problems

The dev is trying to make codm br more warzone like so why don't you remove the vest and add armor plates instead? The current br mode is still trash because of the stiffy movements and bad texture of everything even under max graphic setting. Frame rate is low af even though I have very high graphic + very high frame rate, i have to downgrade to high graphic in order to get max frame rate. It seems that only under max frame rate rate setting, this game can run smoothly. What a shitty optimization!

How to further improve the BR of COD Mobile in Warzone style!

First of all I’d like to commend the devs for the work they have done so far. The transition to a Warzone-like BR is the right move. Now I’m going to list a number of features that could be implemented in COD Mobile’s BR to make it a peak Warzone experience. Suggestions 1,4 and 5 are probably fairly easy to implement on a mobile device, not sure about 2 and 3.

1. Add Buy Stations and Cash:

This is probably the next thing that could be implemented. Cash can be collected as ground loot, from looting enemies or from supply crates. The cash can be used to buy stuff from Buy Stations that are scattered around the map. Not every feature from the Buy Station can be implemented in COD Mobile as we have several classes that cover a similar role, for example the UAV is not practical since we have a Scout Class. However here are the features that you should be able to buy from a Buy Station in a COD Mobile version:

- Armor Plate Bundle: gives you a number of armor plates - $1500

- Cluster Strike (just copy the scorestreak from MP): calls in airstrike at a selected target area - $3000

- Gas/Zone Mask: counters the blue zone for a limited period of time of 12 seconds - $3000

- Self Revive Kit: self-explanatory, no need to rely on teammates if you’re knocked - $4500

- Munition Box: resupply ammo for all teammates - $5000

- Loadout Drop Marker: calls in loadout drop (airdrop) at marked location - $6000

- Squad Buyback: brings back a teammate from the dead - $4500

2. Contract Missions:

- Bounty Contracts: when picking up this contract, the minimap shows a general location of an enemy target. Your goal is to kill that target within a set period of time in order to complete the contract mission. Rewards: Cash/XP.

- Scavenger Contracts: This contract leads you to three supply crates on the minimap which you have to open within a set period of time. Rewards: legendary weapons, Self-Revive Kits, XP, Cash.

- Recon Contracts: minimap shows an objective marker. You ...

I can't get onto the test build because my WiFi is to slow

I started the download fairly soon, but I have 200 kbps WiFi,so by the time my download was done the registrations were filled and I couldn't make an account. I'm super pissed because I was really hoping to test the new features, especially the gunsmith.

Does anyone know a workaround? Does anyone have a spare account I could log into? It's really annoying that a factor that's out of my control determined whether I could use the test build or not. I waited 4 hours for the download to finish for nothing, unless someone can help me out.

Can’t find players in BR?

I always max out at 25 kills I can never find players. I always circle my helicopter around hot spots, watch the map, I check to see if doors are opened or boxes looted, I check high tier areas, yet I can rarely find enough players to get past 25 kills. Anyone else experience this?

Devs make possible to add camos to blueprints.

I´m really greatfull for this update, so please take this feedback. Even if the old ones takes a time, but please don´t bring the new blueprints before change this. Mostly players don´t use the common versions of the guns, but probably a lot of us will grind for camos. Now in test server we can´t do that. I know this could be a bug, or maybe it´s unfinished, but i´ll assume it´s not to give my feedback. I have some sugestions to each type of blueprint.:

  1. Animated: This kind of blueprints could receive camos in unanimated parts, like mags, barrell and stocks.
  2. Redesign: These guns could receive the camo in the entire gun and with feedbacks you change it with time if necessary.
  3. Legendary: This also could take a time, but could be updated every season, since legendary guns are not that much. The new ones could be adapted already.

Still want that MOW from the solstice event but been screwin off. Heres how many you will need to get each day and of what items from now till the end

If any one start today

Tp 500 / 3 days left = 166 per day
Canned 500 / 4 days left = 125 per day
Pet 165 / 4 days left = 41 per day

If you still want to try for the mow but haven't started it is possible if you break it down. Today you will need to get 166 tp and 125 canned. Tomorrow 41 petrol and 125 canned. Monday 41 pet 125 canned. Tues 166 tp 41 pet. Weds 125 canned 166 tp. Thurs 125 canned 41 pet. When you look at the numbers and how little time left you probably say ohh hell nah it will take forever. I got 50 tp in three games in less that a half hour. Just break it down and knock a lil off each day..

A message to the peeps who got into the Beta Server. How does the High Alert perk work and do my allies see the Marks?

I've always wanted to play supportive style in MP, just flanking the enemies, marking them and enabling my team to move around comfortably while I take out enemy snipers.

Does the High Alert Perk do what I think it does? And it marks enemies that my team can also see, does it give them psuedo-wall hack like how I thought the Dragon Fire Drone does?

When the audio issues strike, the only thing that fixes it is completely closing the app and reopening it. However half the time I do that in the match it doesn’t let me rejoin and I lose like 50 rank xp. Please devs find a way to fix one or both of these problems.

Always remember to look at your MINIMAP

Ive noticed some randoms in Public matches and even some leggies in ranked matches that they dont look at their minimap often also they dont react when they see the skull icon thing that appears when ur teammate dies.

If the enemy has no suppressor their firing will reveal their location in the minimap.

Lag , desync and problem

Call of duty mobile. I realky want to love ur game so much. And i believe that it can be considered the best game currently. However there are some problems that has to be addressed..

  1. Desync and lag
    I understand that u guys are currently trying to fix it and i appreciate it. But its currenly impossible to me and others to play right now. Half my shots dont register and it takes like a solid 2 seconds to kill someone and its super annoying to shoot at someone for u dying cause the shot didnt register. And thinking of the amount of times that happens just hurts my head.

You guys have to understand the current state of the game. I know skins are cool and i have to agree, they are. I know they bring in alot of money. However. Despite how cool the skins are and how much we like them. yall have to ubderstand. We would rather you focus fully on fixing ur servers than have a new legendary skin come out. I know skins, creates and lucky draw generates alot of money but fixing ur game makes us happy. Happy people stay. Its really not good to have ur game ruin by the lag and just seeing the legendary qq9 and lucky draws. It will just potray to us that u guys only care about skins and money.

There is a huge ads difference between the common dlq and the red action effects to even blank scope if I shoot before that cloudy scope effect goes off it counts as normal hip fire and results on a random shot

The common dlq and any other skins can shoot instantly at the start of ads animation with 100% accuracy

There is nearly less than half of a second delay

Remove Persistence from the game or nerf it more.

There is absolutely no skill involved with persistence.
Cmon, kids here will say "git gud". But how much should I even get gud? Until i became those people who is just throwing nades with smrs to b flag. Having hardline makes each kill 156 points when enemies are capping the flag/hp/kill them with the annihilator, essentially negating the double points requirement.

Scorestreaks are meant to be streaks, for good players. Yes, persistence needs kills to work, but it is essentially busted. With hardline and bonus specialist points/obj points, the bottom fragger, as long as he/she reached 3200 points, which is not rare considering the domi and hp can last for alot time, can bring out a vtol, out of nowhere, turn the tables around.

It is essentially deathstreaks, but more op!

I know im gonna get downvoted, idc. I am only trying to make the game a better place.

Are there any issues in CODM? (I love CODM and this is only meant for constructive criticism)

Apart from lag and boosted accounts in Legendary, the game is as near to perfection as a game can get.

Big youtubers like Dysmo and Faze Jev and even M3RKMUSIC said that if this game was on console, they would grind it so much.

What are some issues apart from lag and boosted accounts in ranked.. I really can't think of any... just maybe optimisation, or not even optimisation. just a personal opinion that my potato phone cant handle codm very well but can handle smaller games like C-Ops and bullet force.

I hope this game stays alive and in its peak for the next 4-5 years :)

Are guns in BR gonna be this limited in S9?

Okay I personally am really excited for Season 9 and I have been exploring the test server a lot. Its more slick and now we can all focus on the gameplay more than picking up loots. One thing that kinda disappointed me was the types of guns that are so limited. Hardly 8-10 guns, is it just for the sake of test server or ARE WE GONNA HAVE ALL THE GUNS AVAILABLE IN BR IN THE ACTUAL UPDATE?

Dear cod mobile can we carry 4 weapon types Primary ,secondary ,melee and pistol in BR . Because it takes a whole weapon slot to carry a pistol or revolver in BR like we have to trade our primary or secondary to have a Annihilator which is just a revolver . And a little request I want to say that our pistols or revolvers and melees are not visible in our character like primaries and secondaries are visible in BR. Make them visible for both mp and br so please fix them.

Suggesting a theme revolving around stealth for upcoming season

A season about Stealth, how about that?
Adding a night mode in MP and BR, make it really quite and dark so we can have a chance to use night vision, in MP it may not be that good because of the Red markers on enemies, but maybe the devs can remove replace it like MW, when the enemy is near you crosshair, their nae shows up

Maybe this will not work on s10(if they decided to make a story) but maybe it'll work for other seasons

Btw those goggles on characters like Recon-Samurai and Sentinel recon can have a built-in night vision in them

Why did only Garena made a new server for a small portion of countries while the others play on global?

I was wondering why only Garena did it. I also think it would be nice if the garena version covered Asia as a whole, also I would appreciate it if you can transfer the account data from garena to global version because when I travel from Philippines, South Korea, and USA. I play online games (like mobile legends) and it's nice to see how competitive the other countries are but having a garena version limits it. It would be hassle to have another account in the global version because I paid money in garena version and I would like to use my cosmetics in the global version too. 8 yr hiatus now starting COD mobile

So I’ve been playing FPS since goldeneye changed the game on N64. Played heavy from 2006-2012 and then life got busy but getting back into now that I can play on my phone.

Played fortnite BR for about 6 months but wanted a true shooter and just started COD mobile. Loving the gameplay, super fast and easy to get into.

But wtf is the deal with upgrading/switching guns in BR. I don’t have a clue how this works. Do you pick up pieces and add them to your gun and upgrade that way? What’s with all the drop and how do you open them?

In MP do your guns actually get better/give you an advantage against new players? That seems fucked up.

Halloween map idea

So last years Halloween event was super cool and I was a big fan of the Halloween Standoff map. I was thinking about what they could do this year and it dawned on me, a Nuketown Halloween map.

So the night should be set at night. Mannequins could be dressed in costumes, the houses could be decorated with lights and pumpkins, etc. Just a fun little idea that popped into my head.

  • Add Health regeneration same as MP
  • Remove Homeostatic, First Aid, Adrenaline
  • Change Health to 150 HP with single bar
  • Change Health bar color to Blue
  • Remove Vest mechanics
  • Armor plate can be added without vest
  • Add armor plate bar below health bar
  • Change armor plate bar color to White
  • Change armor plate bar into 3 seperate bar (each plate replenish 1 bar)
  • Reduce armor plate loading time
  • Headshot damage is equivalent to level 1 armor (does not increase as armor plate bar increases) - To ensure headshot a significant damage than other hitbox.
  • Remove loot from Airdrop (weapons, ammo, etc)
  • Change Airdrop into Loadout drop
  • Change Tank's thermal vision button to other position (or changeable in layout editor)
  • Add Gulag 1v1 for 2nd chance revive
  • Remove revive mechanics

Partially Important

  • Remove Airdrop mechanics
  • Change Airdrop to take a complete loadout from MP (including Perks, Weapons, Lethal Throwables, Tactical Throwables)

Worst legendary rank season

I can see a whole lot of work done on the game (which I’m very excited and happy about), but one thing that must be addressed is the core gameplay. Rank this season has been pretty bad, especially at upper ranks.

I don’t understand how I can possibly have legendary teammates that don’t know how to play hardpoint, dom, and snd. Absolutely mind blowing. There’s playing bad, and then there’s literally playing wrong. There’s being an Obj player and there’s dying 25 times in a game. There’s playing safe, and then there’s camping. There’s losing gunfights and then there’s apparently players who don’t even shoot back!?!

In S1, rank was a sweat fest all the way from upper pro to legendary, S2-S4 only really upper master and legendary seemed to have good players. Now, according to the game, being in the top 1% of players means you still go up against and with teammates that I’m genuinely sure aren’t bots. I don’t know how it’s possibly to have teammates with .7 k’d and averaging barely 1000pts per game —that’s not a slayer and that’s not an obj player. They all can’t possibly be getting boosted. The game is letting bad players into too high ranks and it has made it awful to play, so now I play pubs or not at all.

I’m not exactly sure what needs to change, maybe people can add suggestions, but something needs to be done differently. An extra 2 or 3 ranks could honestly be added, and whatever the matching parameters are also needs to change.

See I don't want any parents to think that they have raised a thief and a pathetic human being that steals the money from his Dads debit card and use it for the in-game purchases without seeking their permission. It happened in India today. A kid literally used 23000$ from his Dads debit card to buy in-game skins on PUBG mobile and deleted all the messages of the debited amount from the phone. But Later he was caught.Can you just believe that ? 23000$ is no joke. Imagine the condition of the father.

So if your are reading this and you have done something like that just go and say sorry. Or if you are too afraid to do that just try to save money on other stuff like don't buy new T shirts for few months. Don't let your temporary excitement and happiness make your parents cry for the whole life.

Why is the DLQ favored over the Locus?

The Locus has a faster fire rate and more damage, yet everybody recommends the DLQ, whose only significantly superior stat is accuracy, but I’ve never noticed an issue with shots not hitting when I’m on target with the Locus.

Siniper in battle royal

He made this complaint because they should improve the precision rifle experience in battle royal mode. Because it is very uncomfortable and difficult to use the siniper in this mode for the following reasons: 1. The projectile speed is extremely slow. I think they should improve projectile speed because it takes a long time to reach the target. 2.The bullet drop is a bit exaggerated but it is manageable. What they really should improve is projectile speed. They could be based on experience with the warzone game rifle.

Question about gunsmith

I haven't really played any other CoD games since Black Ops 2, so I don't know anything about the gunsmith. Let alone how it's going to be implemented into CoDM. What's going to happen to all of our weapons currently? Like, the ICR for example, I don't have any naked ones so am I just going to lose it? Or are the levels of all my ICR skins going to be combined into a new naked one with more customization? Another example being the HBR. I have the naked one, so when gunsmith comes is it just going to be the level of the naked one, or are all my HBR skins going to combine levels?

How does the game count kills towards challenges?

I’m on the perk prodigy challenged where you need to kill 20 enemies with alert on I used only 2 classes both had alert for 21 kills but the challenge says I got 19/20 I got 2 kills with someone else’s weapon at the end is it cause I picked up another gun that made me miss that last kill?

Season 9 Battle Pass Wishes 🤞

I really hope we get 4 characters in the next battle pass like we did in season 8 again. The leaks for the upcoming character skins in season 9 are all dope as hell too. Also I hope we can get a legendary gun too. It wouldn’t make sense price and rarity wise but it’ll be a first for those who don’t wanna risk the lucky draws and end up spending +$100 on one skin, no matter the rarity or effect it’s still an absurd amount for one legendary.

Keeping Weapon Perks [Suggestion]

(Note: I have not played the Season 9 Beta, but I have read about it)
Since Gunsmith may be trading all the different variants of a type of weapon for one weapon that can be fully customized, I think that to compensated for the removal of the different weapons with their exclusive Weapon Perks (e.g. "Increase movement speed momentarily upon respawning" and "10% - Player XP Increase") and cosmetic Effects, you should be able to unlock the ability to toggle different perks and effects, but only one at a time, for the base weapon for each perk/effect that comes with a weapon that that a player has already unlocked.

Shotgun users?

Okay, so the amount of shotgun users on ranked doubled ever since the grindable KRM was released. Before it used to be like 1 shotgun user every 5 games? Now there are like 2-3 shotgun users in a team every game.

For the pros here, how do you deal with shotgun users? I’m mostly an AR guy and I find really hard to hit them since they move so fast 😤

Any tips on how to counter them?

Ranked Players (Rant lol)

Probably gonna get downvoted to hell, but if you’re at legendary and somehow still can’t grasp the basic strategy behind Hardpoint, please just stop playing ranked multiplayer. It’s frustrating as hell to be teamed up with 4 people who rush the current hardpoint with less than 10 seconds remaining instead of heading to the next hardpoint.
Also, if you play the kills instead of playing the objective (smartly though), please just do regular multiplayer so you can go for your nukes or whatever.

Is there a real need to put controller users in a separate lobby?

IMO touch-aiming is way superior than aiming with a stick and the only real advantage I’d give controllers would be great stick movement. 4-finger Claw gives more flexibility with having crouch, jump, aim (and maybe prone) on one finger, and more so with a 6-finger layout. I can’t see how controller players would have so much of an advantage that it warrants a separate game lobby.

Add more harsh punishment for those who leave ranked

Being banned for 5 minutes isnt enough
Like everytime we starts as the losing team on hardpoint /domination and snd 2/3 teammate leave the game and letting us at a big disadvantages which is tilting

If ranked bans were like cs or valorant most people would stop actually being di*cks and leaving ranked mid game just cuz they lose a few rounds or they didnt get to play the map they wanted

Is there any way to permanently change or delete a guest account‘s playertag in order to make it available again for Sign In with Apple or Activision?

I created a guest account on my iPad with my playertag, which I use since over a decade. However, now I also want to play it on my iPhone and a guest account is not synchronized between devices afaik.

As a result I want to switch from a guest account to another log-in procedure but my playertag is already taken now. Is there any way to „free“ my playertag again?

I Qualified for the Championship!

So I qualified for the World Championship Stage 2B on my second try (It was somewhat close in the last 3 games), and I was really hyped ("was" being key-word).

Yesterday I started to sign up online for the tournament, and It wouldn't let me. I was so confused and even restarted my internet.

Turns out you have to be at least 18 to compete.

.....I'm 16

F's in the chat for everyone who is below 18.

Any opinions on this age restriction?

Tablets and phones

What if the devs put in a feature where next to every ign in the team menu (whatever the thing is called where kills, deaths, assists etc are shown), the type of device being used would be displayed?

Tablets (mostly iPads) and smartphones are the only 2 categories that matter lol. I mean yeah pc but meh.

I'm almost 10k legendary and I can clearly tell that most of the time, i am matched with tablet users.

I don't know if this would be useful or not but I think it would certainly be interesting to see.
