Well, I don’t know if this is a relevant topic and if it’s always been like this, but since I’ve started recently, maybe I need to know. So, the season 8 characters, that are Kreuger - Reaper, some Dempsey dude and the robot have no voice for the in game quick texts. I haven’t mentioned prophet since he has a voice. So will this be fixed or?..

Desync is rendering this game unplayable

There is literally no point in playing ranked matches anymore, the vast majority of the time you’re losing and it’s not even your fault. It doesn’t matter if you unload a full clip into someone’s face, you will die within 1.2 seconds of them firing on you. So therefor, if the game is inherently unfair, what is the point of playing? None. I’m done. See ya

Advice on how to get better

I'm sure a lot of ppl want to know how to get better and so do I. After playing in garena for the past two weeks, I think I've found the answer. Just use the Kn44 or cordite guysss, it's that easy. Never have I seen guns that melt so fast and require no skills. Btw, rest assured becuz both guns outbeat 95 percent of guns in codm. Kn44 or cordite for all game modes and you are assured a good game to say the least. A Kn44/cordite a day and they will make your day.

Stuck with Seasonal challenges requiring Arctic50 and DrH.

I got stuck playing these challenges. I'm not really into ranked. I just play casually. I love playing this as this is good FPS on mobile.

One challenge required DrH to complete it. While I left it at that because I don't buy any pass. I'm a free player. And in the tiers Dr H is so far away. Of course its available for free players but its in tier 20 or something.

As I said I didn't mind that. So tried the other challenges.

And I get stuck in challenges when one required Arctic 50. I'm prolly level 47. Arctic 50 unlocks at 60 or something.

So my question is if I get arctic 50 from the credit store. Or should I try BR. Do kills in BR count?

And moreover these challenges are all like this. Last season maybe I fully finished one challenge fully.

Also I'm tired of seeing these challenges saying "use this totally in 10 games" and makes you play through the mode times just to complete that challenge. Unlike asking for 10 kills or any number.

And this isn't a personal attack on anyone. Don't get offended. I don't even post here that often. But these challenges compelled me. If this post is not the usual post y'all see here I'll delete it.

Any advice on finishing that arctic challenge please tell me.

Mesaage to all the devs regarding BR

BR is not getting as much love and care as MP. There are many bugs in BR that makes it annoying to play. And I am facing a specific problem (don't know if others are facing it or not), my ping increases to 120-199 for the first few seconds every time I take a gun fight. So it makes the game fustrating to play. The problem occurs 50-70% of the times I take a gun fight. It would be really helpfull if you guys could look into the problem. 😃😃

Btw thanks for the amazing updates (specially for the events that let the f2p players grind free weapons) that you guys keep providing regularly. 😊😊

Is it just me, or weapons with kill effects doesnt let u see the killcam and immediately respawn. It forces you to look at the effect before respawning.

I noticed this during a domi match, everyone was using the Zero-G, Type 100 legendary skin, And the Gunzo gun skin. Compared to when i died from normal gun and ragdolling. It took me 1-2 seconds to respawn, precious time which allowed the enemy team to cap our base flag before i killed them all.

Devs pls fix.

Random loading in the lobby.

Is everyone facing this unusual loading while in the lobby? All my friends are facing it. Both ios & android.
It was fine in the last season but the new update has caused this unusual loading dealy when you enter the lobby from whether the game or the Loadout or any other menu. It happens even if any other player has pressed the ready button. The loading icon shows in the middle and keeps loading for a good 10-12 seconds. It's pretty annoying.

It it gambling

Lucky draws are considered gambling in my state and can’t be done otherwise I didn’t know that when I did and I couldn’t risk it again so I don’t play much anymore because I was really good playing in battle royal and I even played good in zombies but I had to stop playing I realize that it only a pay to win game now because the free stuff takes hours to get when a person who pays for it gets it fast and I think it’s not fair.

Need help re-learning the ropes

So I was a thumb player until yesterday, when I decided that I have TERRIBLE MOVEMENT when playing with thumbs. I learned that the buttons are drag-and-go-able (you can drag your thumb from the jump/slide/prone button on to the shoot button and it will register) but even with that, my playing with thumbs sucked. I couldn't jumpshot, I couldn't drop shot properly, etc etc. So I decided to switch to 4 fingers. Here's how my new layout works: right thumb is for ADS, pre-aiming, any kind of peeking, sliding and jumping. Left thumb is just walking and running, right index is for hip fire, and I use left index to go prone for dropshotting. My radar is placed in the middle of the screen, on the top, because that way I'm way more likely to notice it. The small buttons like emotes, microphone, settings are right next to the map, placed vertically on top of each other. I also use very high sensitivity (I mostly play smg) Maybe draw a picture of what I'm describing, just so you understand it better. Now I am using all of these settings, however I'm having trouble adapting my muscle memory to it. For example sometimes instead of using index to hipfire o end up using my thumb, like moving it to the button and then firing.

I have 2 questions:

  1. Is this layout a good idea? If no, what do you recommend me to change?

  2. How do I adapt my muscle memory to it? Do yall have any recommendations?

Final kill cam should get an update

I just had a frontline game where my team lost (32-50) and I was the last guy that died, I died to a guy with a sniper, but the thing is that before he killed me I killed 3 other enemies and I left him on about 10 health, where he would have died with one shot, but no, that not what the kill cam shows, the final killcam shows the stupid perks and the weapon, and a fucking spray?! Why would anyone care about a spray?! Instead of a spray there should be a kill feed, and there should also be an HP bar to show how much health the guy had left, since now I feel like a total loser since that’s what everyone else saw, that he killed me without me landing one hit on him.

TL;DR , final kill cam needs to show HP and kill feed, to show what happened prior to the kill, and to show how much of a fight the guy that died put up.

Any idea what's happening? I go to the featured event choose the game from there (go) and when i kill more than 30 my kills don't count towards the event. However, if i kill 20 or less i do get the kills counted. Is there a specific amount of kills in order to count towards the event?

Remove Bots

Bots were ok for first few matches or first certain player level or certain rank to get hang on controls.

But even br lobby even with Legendary rank is filled with bots. Many times multiplayer matches are filled with bots even with Master rank and 150 player level.

Playing against bots is not enjoyable at all, even if one wanted to play there's player vs AI mode present.

We will gladly wait in lobby for few more seconds than playing against bots.

Your contionus approach to make bots 'smart' , 'competitive' in every update is not helping at all. We want to play against real players.

The Annihilator WTF

I swear to god, I SUCK with the annihilator or it sucks, I have no idea... but I regularly do well in Legendary 8400 gameplay but I miss with it CONSTANTLY... It's like the fastest death of the match for me, the second I pull that thing out, I'm dead, every time... I don't get it... every once in a while it works like a charm and I get 4-5 kills with it, but MOST of the time, I get outshot close range by a KN-44 or crap... I don't know why I can't use it

I am absolutely done with this game.

So basically I made previous posts ranting about having really bad team mates during ranked for the championship qualifiers, but now I’m absolutely pissed. I was literally in the FINAL ROUND of the last qualifier and was one win away from moving on. So I play the game and I’m doing search and we’re up 4-2 and I’m thinking I will finally move on, because I really want purple ruins. Well no, the game crashes on the final search round and I get a error code, and the game counts as a loss. I’m absolutely done with this game, I know some of it may be out of the devs control, but the matchmaking, afk system, and the crashing is horrible. So once again cod m sold my only chance into going into the championship. Sorry for the rant, just pissed off just like I was in the last three qualifiers.

If COD MOBILE really want's to take BR to the next lvl! they must do these things:

  • Improve player movement animations ( w/ guns and without )

  • Fully revamp the map and make it more flat! ( Getting rid of useless rocks and mountains...), and also make the mini map look like a real geographic view!( like in warzone, pubg, ...)

  • Improve in-game graphics, at the moment, there is no "big" difference between Medium and very high graphics! No great lighting, ...

  • Add loadout drops, Molotov Cocktails, Armor plates( Much welcomed), New guns to BR, make 'em not attachment beased, ...!

Legendary Rank should become difficult to reach again !

Back in S1 & S2 reaching legendary actually required skill ! but now anyone can reach legendary and it’s frustrating playing such a competitive mode with team mates that don’t know what they are doing..I’m tired of players who don’t follow the objectives and I’m tired of getting teams where nobody works together..seasonal ranked needs to go back to how it use to be I know they made it easier so players can feel important but it’s called LEGENDARY ranked for a reason.

Seriously, I don't get it. Whenever I choose/enable that option, my "scope/ADS" button disappears. I tried double tapping fire button either the left and the right button (default).

Sound cuts out in late-game BR

Hey folks, have you guys ever experienced sound cutting out in BR towards the end? Usually happens when I reach about 20 people left and then poof, suddenly there's no sound. No footsteps, firing sounds and commentary.

Even though there is only 6/7 days left in the current ranked season, I wanted to make this guide for all those who are pushing last minute, especially those who are grinding their asses off for Legendary

So I know, the ranked season is about to end, but this is for all those who are grinding last minute for that title of whatever rank you wanna achieve, especially for those who want that really nice looking S5 frame.

My qualifications:

  • Garena 8k Legendary player. Still suck ass tho

  • Qualified solo for for all parts of Stage 1, 2 parts of stage 1 B (Solo qualifiers are still underway in Garena Servers)

-Nothing else. Told you I suck ass.

  1. Get yourself some earphones.

This is like the first rule of ranked. If you are playing ranked, put on your earphones. Earpieces work fine, but I personally recommend earphones. Loudspeaker does not count. I repeat, your phone's loudspeaker does NOT count. The main benefit of using earphones/earpieces is being able to pick up on directional audio clues. Because the loadspeaker doesn't play the audio in a direction and instead just sends it out everywhere. So what if you can hear him? You know he is around, but around where? You can't tell with audio from your loudspeaker, but you sure as hell can when you use earpieces or earphones.

  1. Give away as little info as possible.

This is ranked. Sweats can pretty much turn the corner, prefire you and know your address, zip code, lock screen password, your mother's name and your device in a split second. But what you can do, is use as much game sense you have, and try and predict him. This is about as hard as trying to tie a sting around the leg of an ant, but it can help to know the gist of what they are trying to do. This, of course requires a load of game sense, and the game has inky been out for about a year, so there isnt much game sense you can build. If you can't rely on your game sense, best you can do is to try and respond and turn the corner and try to kill him. Best case scenario you kill him with a sliver of health left. Worst case scenario he's a mind reader and kills you.

How #not# to get killed like this is by giving away as little info as you can. Counter UAVs, Ghost, Dead Silence, suppresor on your ...

MSMC will not be as OP as you may think.

Just wanted to say. It has a lower body multiplier of 0.9, so all 4 shots would have to be landed on the upper body. One shot missed, it will require 1 more. Unless you manage to increase the damage to ad least 28 to the upper body (25.2 to the lower), it wont be spray and pray.

I have been seeing people say there will be a system to convert currently upgraded guns to the next season. I have no clue if that is confirmed right now or not.

That being said, are y’all saving all your xp cards or are you going to blow them all in hopes of a favorable conversion?

20 Tips from a Solo Queue, Legendary, Mobile, Two Thumbs Player

I am a two-thumb, mobile phone gamer with not much skill. But I try to play 'smart' and I've achieved legendary consistently in CODM Global and CODM Garena, for both MP and BR. I've had some friends quit the game due to ranking frustration. Here are some tips I would like to share. These tips can help you to become better in the short-term and long-term and I hope this can help your ranking experience.

  1. Quitting: Don't ever quit, as you will lose more rank points than if you stay.
  2. Occasional rank boost/no rank xp loss events: take advantage of these if you can
  3. Practice: Please note that there is no substitute for practice. If you are back from a break, use unranked games to reconnect with your skills before jumping back into ranked
  4. UAV/Counter-UAVs: Shoot them down when you can. Use SMRS or FHJ to do it. If you have a counter UAV, just save it and use it the moment the enemy uses a UAV. But be SMART. If you are in the middle of a gunfight, or an exposed position...taking time to aim at the sky likely means a quick death.
  5. Trip mines: Don't spend 1 minute deciding where to put them, especially if its not SnD mode. Once you respawn, just chuck them somewhere useful, and try to make it not super obvious. Once you've put it down, focus on the map. A random trip mine kill can mean the difference between a win or loss.
  6. Domination: Pls play as a team. Use smoke and gravity spikes when needed. Don't mindlessly jump into B to be killed, but please..when you have 1-2 teammates nearby and no enemies, go in, put a smoke up and quickly cap the point. When I'm capping, I go prone and move around - this helps survival a lot. Lastly, in most cases just focus on B. Stop running around solo to steal opponent's point. Most of the time you'll end up killed and/or waste an opportunity to help your team cap B. Once you have got B, focus on holding it, and drop back to...

Activision should add something to BR to make it even more fun and interesting. For the first half of the match, every four minutes: the caption would announce a warning that an air strike will occur in 1 minute. Then, in 30 seconds, a certain area of the map, preferably outside of the circle, will be marked red. Then, in another 30 seconds, an airrade siren would go off, and then this huge airplane will go above the sky and start bombing the place. How people will survive is they have to go in a building. The airstrike would last about 30 seconds. This is so people are forced to go into a building with enemies, putting them really close together, and people will be forced to kill the other people in the building, making the entire match a bit faster. This whole process would occur every 5 minutes until tanks come in because who wants a tank while an airstrike is going on at the same time during final circle.

So the Epic throwables have no point other then the skin. Wouldn't it be cool to have them do SOMETHING? Like the grenades could have different explosion animations the smokes could be colored the flashbangs could pop something up on your screen (can you imagine a gunzo jumpscare flashbang). Idk it just seems pointless to have rarity's on them if it does nothing

Can y'all give me tips on how to dropshot?

So I'm a 2 thumbs player on iPad, and I'm in legendary rn. I've seen a lot of people dropshotting, and truth be told, I don't win a lot of gunfights against them when they do that. I've decided that I'm gonna learn to dropshot too, but I cant figure out how because when i hit crouch after strafing, it gives me a slide, or i just crouch, not go into prone. Sometimes it says prone lock on. So can y'all give me some tips on dropshotting?

I need help with ads

I was always able to watch 10 ads a day on my iPhone 11 which is one of the newest devices out there. Recently however, I can only watch 2 to 3 ads before the notification saying I’ve watched all the ads for the day pops up. I saw other people posting that they can still watch 10 ads a day and I’m wondering why it’s not working for me. Can someone tell me if they’re is any way to be able to watch 10 ads a day again?

WTF Activision think about? Nerf?

Why do Activision Nerf all guns in S9 ? We all happy with new stuffs, but we forgot, ak117 thay Nerfed already will get a Nerf again, ams10 will get a Nerf, Hvk, cordite, qq9, HBR, KN and finally man-o-war which now Mag have only 20 bullets...... And surprisingly, all LMGs will get recoil buff...... Well that's what test server show, hope that isn't true.

Why I stopped buying crates and now lucky draws!

I've been playing COD Mobile since the global release of season 1. Since I was new to this mobile game world, I played frequently and really liked the game. Liked it enough to buy season 1 battle pass towards the end of the season. I spent close to 700CP for premium battle pass and I was happy with my purchase. COD mobile reduced the amount of CP required for battle pass from season 2 I guess and I was happy with that too. I bought few weapons here and there through crates and I spent close to 200 dollars for those weapons in season 2.

Season 3: I am now officially invested in this game and started buying lucky draws and crates. The amount of money I've spent in one season alone was close to 700 dollars. My luck was terrible with crates but I've convinced myself to buy them because I thought the weapons are going to be rare and I liked having those rare epic skins. I still remember people asking me during season 2 and 3 about how I got those weapons.

Current day: COD mobile is re releasing weapons and skins from previous seasons through bundles which is really heart breaking because the skins I spent hundreds of dollars on are available for a fraction of the cost. I've spent close to 2500 dollars in COD mobile and I really don't see any genuine reason to buy crates and legendary weapons through lucky draws because all they have extra is a kill effect. The perks are not different enough from epic skinned version of the same weapon.

I'm now officially a F2P player from P2P player.

Championship.

So, for every single registration thing for the championship, I’ve been able to make it, except for the latest one. Personally, it upsets me that the majority of people in legendary are actually there. Of the ten games I played, I only got three wins, and each game I had a terrible team, but carried them each game, sometimes even doing better than the MVP on the other team. I think that the qualification shouldn’t be based on wins and losses, but instead on personal performance.

Remove Tanks for Battle Royale

Remove those stupid tanks theyre just ruining the whole game and the whole experience theyre barely destructible if u dont have RPG wtf is this and the end zones are 99% of the time in open area which makes wining wayyy more impossible. This is BS either remove them, HUGE nerf or make an option to choose to play without tanks

Sensitivity question

Why does lower graphics in default sensitivity is way different than higher graphics on default sensitivity? Does anyone know how to fix this? I'm so used to playing low graphics and default sensitivity but ever since I changed to higher graphics, the sensitivity is much higher.

Next Legendary Gun?

Anyone know what the next legendary gun is going to be?

I’ve seen Season 9 leak information but I don’t think any of them went into specifics on what legendary guns are going to be released.

Also, anyone know how often they release legendary guns? I didn’t measure it but I know the past three have been the Gunzo RPD, July 4th LK, the radioactive chopper.

Can't sign in on iPad?

20k Credits Skins: Which One is worth?

As title. Imo the best ones are those gold/red/white skins, but i dont know if the weapon themselves are good. The new lunar weapon, the top one of the list, is not so cool ingame since it looks like a flat gif without shades.

What do you think? Should i spend or wait? The leaked credit skins are not purple-ranked, so i don't think i should really bother about them.

Quickscopes help?

I've been practicing my snipes and quickscopes on my iPhone 7. I have my sensitivities set and my claw, but for some reason I can't hit my quickscopes. I can do the animation of quickscoping but my quickscopes never actually hit the target. I even have the run icon exactly in the center? Anyone wanna help?

Call of duty mobile world championships cheat sheet.

I somehow managed to qualify twice and these are the modes/maps you will mostly be playing in. I dunno if the maps or modes are randomised or not, but there's a very high probability that you won't get a team deathmatch. At least, that was the case with me.

The ones in bold are maps/modes I think you might get a lot cause they are tricky/the maps are detailed/not compact like Rust or Nuketown.

Crossfire: Domination
Highrise: Search and Destroy or Domination
Nuketown: Domination/Hardpoint
Raid: Search and Destroy or Domination
Standoff: Domination or Hardpoint - Hardpoint is particularly tricky on this one - keep you grenades handy when the enemy is on a hardpoint on the first floor
Summit: Search and destroy or Hardpoint
Firing Range: Barely got this map, but it'll be domination
Crash: Domination or almost always search and destroy - I played this at least ten times. Lost ten times. Lol. :(

Unlock Max Fps in ipad 6 gen A10 fusion chip set.

Apple Recently Launched Ipad 7th generation with same Specs as 6th gen. Literally same processer but they have max Fps in 7th gen. ipad and here im forced to play in High FPS only.
One of my friend have SD835 phone and he's playing with Max without Gfx an all shit.
Please r/CallofdutyMobile fix this issues.
I can play Pubg with HDR graphics and extremes frame rate which is highest for PubgM

This Game Is Utterly, Resolutely Unplayable

By any definition or yardstick..

I’ve put up with constant, unrelenting lag, desync and disconnects - often four times during a game countdown, EVERY DAY for the last four weeks.

I recognise one can expect that sort of ‘disruption’ at the onset of the release of a new season, but to allow this to persist across two seasons without any explanation as to WHAT EXACTLY you are doing to fix this is unacceptable, unreasonable and fucking commercially irresponsible if you’re seriously trying to not only retain players but actually convince new players that this game isn’t buggy shit the minute they fire it up.

I mention this as today has been the single most unrelentingly awful day thus far - which is saying something, and I’ve just had to quit six pub games back to back because every single oppo in each game it turns out was utterly impervious to having an entire mag poured into them.

38ms ping..? Spouting that utter shit I’m afraid you’ve crossed a line to flat out fucking insulting players, myself included.. I couldn’t give a fuck about having fifty plus attachments next season, or even an acknowledgement that the work going into that is causing this and further platitudes AGAIN about how everything will be fine in a few weeks thanks to some mythical fix.

If you’re that intent on developing content for the next season and having a game that’s even slightly playable for more than maybe two weeks every month and a half, I dare say you really need to rethink your priorities, even if it means delaying each season until the game already works.

[Fix] Black Screen in Battle Royale

Hi everyone - I know there are lots of posts and I just wanted to share some actually working fixes I have found for this issue. I am a software developer albeit not affiliated with CoD in any way -- I am an avid player however. I've tested on 7 devices and here is what I have found as a few definitive fixes that do work (not just "seem like" they work).

Fix 1: If your phone is rooted (especially with Magisk)

  • If your phone is rooted with Magisk go into Magisk Manager, goto Hide and select Call of Duty Mobile
  • If you are rooted with a non-magisk solution the best method is just to re-root with Magisk and apply this fix, I couldn't get another root fix for this issue
  • Clear the Call of Duty Mobile game cache and test again
  • This fix also works if you get random game crashing (where it just closes) - which started after Season 7

Fix 2: Disable overlays in Discord and Hangouts

  • On Android 10 devices the "bubble" overlay from Discord and Google Hangouts in particular cause the game to freeze
  • This is a known issue but nobody seems to know why, you can disable the overlays in Discord, in Google Hangouts I just "force stop" the app before playing
  • Some users have reported the "Facebook Messenger" overlay bubbles to cause this too, I have not observed it but you may need to consider it

Fix 3: Specifically Xiaomi devices

  • I have tested this with the Redmi Note 8, Redmi Mi 9, Redmi Note 9s/Pro and these are actual working fixes
  • If you have an unlocked bootloader the best option is to switch from the stock MIUI ROM to xiaomi.eu firmware. This is at your own risk but that ROM is well recognized and safe. It's based on official MIUI with several improvements and this completely eliminated the issue on the Redmi Note 8 and Mi 9. Particularly the MIUI 12 builds if they are available for your device. The game runs substantially better with this ROM.
  • On MIUI 11.x on the Redmi Note 9s/Pro I noticed an issue with black screens re-appearing. There is no MIUI 12 .eu rele...
