New Battle Royale class concept: Rocketeer

I usually don't do this kind of stuff at all, but I was inspired to make this when the game released the Smoke Bomber class. If they could take a Smoke Grenade and make it a whole class, why not a Rocket launcher? Thus, I present to you the Rocketeer class! Please keep in mind that I am not what you would call an expert BR player, so some things may seem unbalanced or fundamentally impossible to include. Enjoy!

Rocketeer

Class icon: I have no idea, maybe a picture of a missile or something?

Activated skill: Homing Missile Launcher

Use a special rocket launcher to lock onto enemies or vehicles, and fire a homing missile for every target. Can target up to a maximum of four targets before firing.

Notes: each missile deals high damage but not enough to kill in one hit. The homing AI is about as good as a Hunter Killer Drone.

Upgraded version: can target up to a maximum of six targets before firing. damage is also slightly increased.

Passive skill: Flak Jacket

Damage from explosive weapons is reduced by 50%.(includes vehicle explosions and tank cannon shots)

Upgraded version: Damage from explosive weapons is reduced by 75%.(includes vehicle explosions and tank cannon shots)

Conclusion

This is the first time I have ever done something like this, so I would really appreciate any feedback that you readers have for me. Even criticism or hate I will take it!

Any help using scope + shoot with sniper using 4 fingers hud?

I am below decent with sniper. Yes, sometimes I do good but it’s sometimes, it happens a lot to time that I aim but I don’t shoot? I don’t know if I am not tapping correctly or I don’t know, I swear I always tap shoot button but I just aim without shooting and end up dying.

Is there any other tip you can give me? Should I use another HUD? This happened to you while trying to master sniping ?:(

I know I might get downvoted, but here it is

I got really mad when they began to re release old skins in bundles, but we can't say this is a surprise.

Cod mobile always showed us they don't give a fuck about rare skins like when they released the rare (not anymore) S36 headless rider and so many other top 5% event skins, when they released type 25 pin stripes in the CP Store, or also when they gave Prophet Sight and PDW Royal Crismon which were one of the rarest and expensive skins in the game.

I'm a S1 player and also a spender who got mad because I spent over 5k fp buying tiers in season 3 to get the HG40 Geometry while I could have waited to get it for less than 1k but then I realized that I got free stuff that made me happy while other spenders lost their rare skins.

The whole point is that we who spent a big amount of money gambling in this game were stupid because we supported a gambling system for nothing even with all the signs we had before that it would fuck us some time.

I won't spend my money on gambling anymore and just wait for the bundles that will come back sooner or later.

I really hope other spenders will do the same, so maybe in the future we can only have bundles.

BR Matchmaking Opinion

I always play solo BR but in final circle I get duos or squads to attack . I feel like 1 vs 4 is not fair.
Especially when the opponents have each and every tools including a tank. I feels like it's not a fair option.

So please consider to do matchmaking only with solos if we select solo and so on... ☺️

Recurring Audio Issues

PLEASE devs fix the audio issues. The audio just randomly cuts out on some matches after a death (happens most if not all ranked matches on Summit match), and it’s really frustrating. I’ve been posting this for like 2 months now, please take a serious look at the problem.

Suggestion

Hi. I make this complaint to comment that you should improve the ability of br "poltergeist" because it is very easy to detect it, a good option would be:

1.Remove the lights that appear on the screen when a player uses the poltergeist near you.

  1. Another good option would be that while you are wearing the camouflage your steps are not heard or appear on the mini map.

Another of my complaints is that you should include a new pistol for more variety of secondary weapons because there are only two pistols. It would be fantastic to include a new pistol, a good option would be a burst pistol similar to the one that I recently included in cod warzone.

Bugged really bad / Red Action DLQ

Ive used the dlq33 since forever and just have a feel for it. So the badass red action just came out for bundles and I purchased it. I dont got it like that so im selective with my purchases and get hyped when I can actually get some cool shit. I went to warm up in practice range and tried my new bitch out and it didnt go well. I ran way slower with it and my mobility sucked. Then I start sniping targets and I felt my ads was also slow as shit. Im like ok maybe its just me and continue practicing but no man in like 95% sure im right about this. I go to the wall to grab the stock version of the weapon and I immediately started runnin faster and my mobility felt like it should. I hit targets and the ads was on point and much faster than the red action. Yo for real, I was souped to get that shit and now i cant even use it in ranked cuz ill get out matched. I paid decent doe for this and I really hope CODM can check into this promptly cuz im grindin on my 2 days off and want to use my new red action.
If anybody else noticed this please chime in.

Asking for Help to the good snipers out there

I use 4 fingers, I always was a rusher player, only Smg and really good at jumping, dropshotting, always reached legendary every season since season 2. ( master 2 in s1). But I always sucked hard a sniping.

I want to conserve both play styles, but my fear is that if I create another HUD to have a better sniper movement, I will use my rush movement experience and learn all over again.

I need help with good HUDS, or how are you guys able to snipe amazing with phone, is it necessary to use scope + shoot? Or ads sniping is also good if you want to be actually good? I want to master sniping.
Other problem I encounter is that sometimes I aim but don’t shoot and end up dying because of it..

Gunsmith coming to BR?

With the new massive gunsmith update I would love to have the massive variety of attachments in battle Royale, or even to to be able to get our own load out just as warzone. I would just love to run my weapons with a massive selection of different weapons to fit my play style while running my favorite reticles and sight. I also really want to equip the new completion camos on battle Royale weapons. Honestly, the the new gunsmith doesn’t apply to battle Royale than mp will dominate and kill the br player base imo.

Bringing back ranked selection permanently isn't the right move

I've seen a lot of people wanting ranked mode selection to be permanent, and that's just really dumb,that will ruin the game and it's competitive aspect,don't get me wrong I hate it when I get the same game mode on the same map over and over, but having rank selection permanently isn't the way to fix it, instead the devs should work and make the rank modes and maps more randomized so that the chances of getting the same modes or maps are much smaller,ranked selection is a good break to get every now and then as a limited time mode but not as a permanent one.

Increased lag in ranked matches?

Hey so I’m on the latest generation iPad Pro, 256g.. keep in mind I purchased this iPad literally only for CODm so the only memory being used “externally” is the cod game.

In BR I don’t lag at all, but sound goes out randomly (which we already know)

In MP I sometimes lag, but my main issue is I will be shooting/empty a clip in a enemy next to me and no damage is done to them then they kill me lol

Ranked (any mode/matches) lags so hard for me, I put my graphics/specs all to low even though the iPad could handle it I still put them on low and still receive crazy amount of lag in ranked matches

Is this a COD issue or a issue with my device?

Is CoD Mobile Pay to Win or unfair to new players?

Imma get straight to the point.. Some gun skin have certain "perks" or "adventages" such as running fast when you spawn, not revealing enemies's death position when making kills, double kills add bullets, etc. Also some perks, operators, guns and scorestreaks were or are rewards from events Wich it isn't a huge problem but imagine you are a new player that just got in the game and while he's having fun he finds a cordite tryhard and he says: Hmmm where do I get that weapon? Realizing that you can get it now. So that means the game is unfair to new players? Or even P2W?

CoDM guns and real life counterparts

So...I’ve seen a guy who posted about real-life counterparts of guns in CoDM, I think it’s necessary to do it again, beside I‘ll leave my thoughts about each gun.

Assault Rifles:

- M4: Basically the LVOA-C in real life. Can be customized to become the MK12 SPR or MK18 CQBR. It’s a mediocre gun. Best version: MW2019. Worst version: MW3.

- ICR-1: The successor of the HK416. It’s a good gun, even for sweaty players.

- AK-47: well we can all agree, it’s the AKM. A god gun but requires good accuracy and higher skill cap than others. Can be customized to become RPK and Draco AK if it has the No stock attachment. Best version: CoD 4 and Black Ops 1. Worst version: Advanced Warfare.

- HVK-30: full name is Havok .30 Cal. A heavily modified FAL OSW, chambered for .300 Blackout. A mediocre gun despite having a fast fire rate.

- LK-24: a modified G36C. The CoDM version came exactly form MW3. The reload, view kick and sprinting animation were 100% copy-pasted. My favorite rifle so far. The new look sometimes make me think it came from Black Ops instead of MW. Also, this thing has a relatively short life cycle: first appeared in CoD 4, return in MW3, and has completely disappeared ever since(MW2019 doesn’t count, it’s the MG36, also known as the worst LMG in that game).

- ASM10: The AN-94 but lacks the fast fire rate for the first 3 rounds. A broken gun in Ranked Series 4, was immediately nerfed after a week, but still a very good gun. Best version: BO2. Worst version: maybe BO3.

- Man-O-War: this thing is interesting. It handles like the SCAR, but somehow looks like the FAL. Slow fire rate, hard hitting. A good gun nonetheless.

- DR-H: the SCAR-H/SCAR 17 with the longest barrel possible. A good gun but somehow inconsistent, requires good skill to use.

- HBRa3: a combination from 3 guns: FN SCAR, SA805 and the FAL. A good gun but it lives up by the hype of ppl. It‘s like the LK but has an even shorter range. A good gun I hate it for some reason.

- KN-44: a combination among 3 AKs: original AK-47, the AK...

Why u guys worship iferg so much?

Man i watched a couple of videos of iferg today. No offense but as a team player he sucks, not going for any objectives in domination or hardpoint, just running after kills(and i hav 2 admit he is super good in that) and then blaming teammates for losing. I saw a sniper gameplay of him where he literally didnt go 2 capture objectives, just killing people and at the end after losing he just blamed teammates.

I mean seriously...if this game is a free for all then iferg could be a god but as a teamplayer he sucks.

Please, please, please I'm tired of having to make post saying fix the servers but please this can't go on, Br is literally broken for me, it doesn't let me even join. Please upvote so devs can see this and can help me

I don't know how many times do I have to post about this, but for a good portion of the player base the game is basically broken, completely unplayable. From multiplayer to Br, total desync and hit registration that leaves you frustrated and furious, and Br that doesn't even let me connect, yeah literally, the game puts you on limbo, where it constantly tries to reconnect you and fails, till the borders kills you.

And yeah that sounds weird, but what I think is going on. I believe the server and device fail to communicate so it puts you in the game,on the server side, but something goes wrong in the connection so the device actually never connects to the server.This creates something similar to a copy of you, that's basically afk in the server side and your copy that's still in the area before the game starts. The main problem is I'm losing points for trying to play, if I connect and that happens I already know I'm going to loose points. If quit I loose points, if I wait I die and loose points, loose loose situation for me.

Idk if it’s safe to say but I’m pretty sure there are over 100 millions registered accounts on COD mobile w millions in each server.

I started playing cod first on console in BO2 and I noticed one big difference which I’m hoping someone can help me answer.

Lesser people buy consoles as it is a bigger investment compared to playing a free to play game on phone. Yet whenever I played a game on console in multiplayer I never encountered bots in public matches. So why is it that in COD mobile pub matches there are lobbies full of bots even tho the player base is significantly larger compared to the console version? Something I never really understood

Rant on Current State of Ranked.

ASIA SERVER (OTHER REGION)
Series 5 of ranked has been very exciting and fun to grind to the top. That was the cas for like 10-12 days untill it started becoming saturated with bad players who easily reached legendary through Rank XP boost during the weekend. Now master and elite players are literally the same skill level (my experience in a new account where I pushed from rookie to master 4 in 4 ish hours) and legendary has good bad and average players mixed with no way to separate. The whole point of ranking up to legendary is to play against good opponents. If someone wanted to play against randomly skilled players then they would just play public matches. And now, because of rank xp boost in the weekends these under skilled players have reached 15k rank xp. So now there are more rage quits, more unbalanced matching and more griefing and camping than ever and there is no place higher to rank up so you're stuck playing with these people who don't care of they win a ranked game and refuse to help which even if they tried they could not. The developer should do something about this. What do you guys think?

A71 Black Screen Issue

Recently I've been grinding in br for the battery skin, and have been doing really well. However, at random points, my screen goes black. I have some questions about next season’s new gunsmith system (for BR)

  1. Will all of those new sights be available for BR? Both 4x, 5x and Red Dot sights?

  2. Will we have more options for attatchments in BR too? Like different suppressors and stuff, or is that going to stick with the same current system?

Why can I only watch 1 or 2 ads per day?

Is there some bug? Should I contact the support? I used to be able to watch 10 per day, but from about 4 days I came across some weird problems... First, for 2 days I couldn't watch the ads at all because "I watched the daily limit of ads", then yesterday I could only watch one and today only two... why?

FOV bug BR

Talk about the most annoying thing. I only play FPP so idk about TPP but your field of view is insanly magnified until you pick up a weapon and ADS then after the FOV reverts to your settings.

BR: Invisible enemies

I’ve played some matches, and in 3 of them, I’ve encountered a really serious bug/cheat/glitch—invisible enemies.

My current rank points is 11k, so I know what I’m saying. During the final zone in both matches, I had a 1v1. In both matches, the zone was obviously small and the terrain was flat with no obstacles. The thing is, I can see/hear footsteps on the mini-map but I didn’t see a single shit of the enemy—take note: it was a flat and clear terrain. The enemy even called an airborne in front of me.

Come on, wth am I supposed to do when this happens? I even won 1 of my matches against the invisible enemies by spamming my adrenalines (basically outlasting him after the blue circle closes) and sliding around.

Is this a cheat? I can’t even report the thing because there’s no kill cam and report system in BR.

Why does enemy FHJ-18 blow my chopper instantly, while I need 2 hits to do the same?

This happens to me in BR:

Me and my team are on a chopper on our way to the safe zone.
I get an enemy lock warning and before I can react, in less than a second the chopper gets hit and instantly blows up, killing everyone.

Whereas when I try bringing down an enemy heli with an FHJ-18, it takes 2 shots and gives them good time to react.

Yes, my chopper was at 100% health when it blew up.

[SUGGESTION] Change the ranking system similar to CS:GO.

Make your rank decrease when you dont play. This is to avoid high ranks taking a break, causing their performance to degrade over time, then them coming back, only to be absolutely obliterated and being a hassle to their team. I know there are people whose performance dont degrade, but most people are.

Add performance consistency for adding and deducting elo, not only by score/K.D.

Idk if this is implemented yet, but if u win against higher elo players, u gain more points than normal. If u win against lower elo points, u gain less points than normal.
If you lose against high elo, you deduct less points than normal, if you lose against lower elo, you lose alot of points.

These are implemented in competitive Esports game to balance out points, performance, and ranks.

Audio gets muted/blown out in Battle Royale?

Not sure if it's been said before but every once in a while game audio will disappear while playing Battle Royale and it only comes back when you quit the app and re-enter the game.

Don't think it's my device because when the audio disappears I can still play music, hear friends over calls, etc. Also doesn't have to do with settings either; I checked and no matter how I adjust the audio bars the audio doesn't come back (even UI and button sounds) unless I quit and re-enter.

It may not be a bug but I want to see if other people have experienced the same.

Make a new league in ranked MP

At this point anyone can get to legendary because it’s so easy. So in order to make it that the more skilled players don’t get paired up with people like me who are just ok at the game and take it semi seriously, can play with each other.

Another reason why I think there should be another league. I had three games in a row were I came up against or teamed with people who were using slurs and other offensive language at players who were doing bad. The players this was directed at were so bad they’d get 0 kills for most of the game.

Going Prone

After reaching legendary this seems like an essential skill needed to stay at this level. During a one on one gunfight, the other guy will go prone as we’re shooting each other and i die every time. Sometimes I am able to pull this off but it is super difficult to do on mobile on a consistent basis. These guys have to have some kind of specific configuration set up that allows this to be an easier process. So, what’s the secret?

We in the Brazilian mobile cod community are suffering a lot with ping problems, bugs, free roulette that many playes are without, delayed damage and bad servers ... we need changes in these factors in addition to new updates with the patterns of knives, snipers and shotguns. There is no point in launching paid roulettes and lootbox without fixing the minimum within the game. We want changes!

Legendary “Status” (Please Discuss)

I just played three solo-legendary ranked matches and here are my experiences. Please read and see if you agree that a watered-down tier that legendary has become is apparent.

Game One: Domination on Nuketown. I was the only player on my team to go positive. 2 of my teammates went 6-22 and 3-23 before leaving the match. And yes, they were “trying.”

Game Two : TDM on Nuketown. Again, I was the only player to go positive and have at least 10 kills. Someone on my team went 4-13 for example.

Game Three: SnD on Highrise. I didn’t care at this point and hip fired at walls and desks (rip accuracy). I almost got MVP on my team with ONE kill. Someone on my team went to the same spot five teams in a row and got sniped every time, by the same person - they finished 0-5.

It’s not fun anymore unless you play with a competent team. I’ve been seeing “Defeated - MVP” a lot more recently solo queuing.

How does the battle pass work?

I want to get the battle pass for the sick skins, but I want to make sure I know what I'm paying for first. Any help is appreciated.

  1. If I get the just the premium battle pass (not premium plus) will I still get all rewards?

  2. Does the premium battle pass come with an exp boost so I can earn rewards faster?

Difference between premium pass and premium pass Plus

I initially wanted the premium pass plus since the Grinder Skin looked so amazing but decided against it because I didn't want to spend more. However, after buying the Premium pass regular, I got both, the Reaper skin as well as the MW11 with living rust (I initially thought both of these were exclusive for the premium pass plus). So my question is, why would anyone spend almost 300 more CP just to get an extra 12 tiers and an XP boost?
(I'm sure everyone here reaches tier 50 without needing additional help anyways)

Has anyone gone past 29 seconds to load a match?

This is not a very important topic, but I have noticed that when starting a match if any kind I never see the clock hit 30 seconds. Most of the time it enda at 19 or sometimes 29 seconds, but never any longer. I'm wondering if anyone else sees longer waits? Cue the jeopardy music

Why are some players so hard to shoot?

I know good movement helps, of course, but that's not what I mean. If I'm playing against another team, it'll be one particular guy on the other team that just doesn't take bullets and tends to just sort of appear in front of me... Like the desync is only happening with him, but no one else... It that the desync or is there a hack that helps cheaters keep from being hit? Because I know it's not just "good movement"... I see my bullets landing. I've only noticed this happening at 8000+ Legendary... I know players are better and can move well, but I'm just wondering if they are hacking, or have really good internet speed, maybe?

About the season 9 update

u/COD_Mobile_Official just had a few questions

  1. some character voices don't work, like the Nomad-Druid, Kreuger-Reaper; so I can't give the voice commands in SnD. Will there be a fix in the update?
  2. Will there be emotes in the battle pass next season as well?
  3. Will the desync issue be fixed? Ranked matches are a pain to play when I get magically teleported.
  4. Is there gonna be a huge change in BR? Like the ones we can see in the loadouts in the Test server.

It would be reasonable to release crates for old skins like what you guys did with some of the skins like captain price, but instead we get an even more worse gambling mini game system and this is really fucked up of you guys at garena. The stupid automatic close-quarters knife. I don't know how many times I've tried to reload or fire as I rounded a corner and, because someone was too close right around that corner, I swung a knife instead and they killed me. I wish we could turn that off

4 problems exposed by cod-m kill cam that needs to be fixed

  1. You jump behind an opponent but in kill cam it shows you were infront of him whole time.

  2. You slide but in kill cam it shows you as walking

  3. You prone but in kill cam you are shown as standing

  4. You go behind a cover but in kill cam you are shown in open

There are other as well which I can't explain with text and neither can I record as my game lags hard otherwise. This is great game no doubt but still a plenty work to do.

Should CODM add characteristics (with descriptions) for each weapon in a class to balance all play-styles( e.g MSMC could high rate of fire, high magazine but higher recoil, GKS could have low recoil at all ranges and high mobility but medium fire rate)

Like in BO2 , every weapon has a characteristic on the battle field for every play-style so the game is arguably the most balanced. I personally don't see a reason why CODM shouldn't do the same. I know there's gunsmith but without attachments , every gun should already be balanced for different play-styles as guns like Type 25,S36,and MSMC as base weapons were practically outgunned by most weapons at any distance.

A small list

This is the small list of things that i would want to be changed(im not being ungrateful, the devs are doing an excellent job). Could the be a way to earn codpoints without having to spend money. I know codm gets alot of revenue from people buying codpoints but what about f2p players who want a character from the battlepass? i know we have a lot of f2p skins but still. Bot behaviour

After playing with the bots for a long time I have learnt a few behaviours and wanted to get a thread going to discuss.

  • bots are amazing close range - within 1-2 metres they will often insta kill you. They seem to fire off a set number of rounds at a time with often set accuracy
  • at slightly longer ranges (say about 10m+) the bots will fire 1-3 rounds or so, with pinpoint accuracy. What this means is that a single bot will fire some shots and then fire more but likely miss them. A group of 3 bots at this range will likely all do the same action and instantly kill you
  • bots can now jump and slide. They love coming from A spawn (orange House) on nuketown domination, running down the side to be but jumping as they round he corner of the house by the chimney
  • Bots still do this weird thing where they seem to be sprinting but moving nowhere. Just something interesting
  • they often follow what seem to be set routes, not sure if there is some randomisation, but they are often found in the same paths, looking the same way, doing the same things

Avoid close range encounters with lots of bots and you can just mow them down.

If you play a lot you already know this. Interested to hear further bot behaviour in the comments.
