Cod Mobile Menu

I wonder if since they are updating the game to be more of a console experience; are they gonna make the main menu a little more simplistic. I don’t know if it’s just me but with all the advertisements for battle pass and such, it just looks cluttered. I’m sure it’s just me but the menu just screams “mobile game”. Definitely not complaining especially with all of the great things they are implementing.

Voice chat broken

Voice chat has been broken for many for a while now, set up correctly in game, permissions given correctly, yet doesn't work. You test the mic and it's fine, you clear cache, force stop, reinstall it's always the same. Random short 15035 bans?

After a ranked match ends, I get connection issues and then get told I got a 15035 ban for a really short time; 1 was for 20 mins and the other was for an hour. Anyone else have this problem or know how to fix it?

Fix the knife button, please

Every time I tried to knife someone when they were standing right in front of me I would somehow miss, causing me to either get shot in the face or get lucky and be able to back away and spray-and-pray. I even ran a few AI matches to test it, and there was NO WAY to inflict melee damage on the bots. I had no issues in melee only matches using knives, or if I use a dedicated secondary knife. Devs, please fix this mechanic, or just get rid of it rather than tease it.

Anyone know how Beta S9 skins work?

I saw HawksNest was able to get the golden DLQ and the white gold and damashire options were open to him. I only see the skins behind it and all the missions say. "kill <number>". The numbers go up with each new "skin level" but I played with them for a while and nothing is registering.

Profile Picture Help

Hello, I have connected my Facebook to get the profile picture from my facebook but now I don't know how to make it change since i have changed my facebook picture. I tried restarting cache, restoring my profile picture to default on codm but its bringing up the old picture and not the new one. I also tried disconnecting my facebook from codm but on codm it still shows that I am logged in with facebook but when I actually try to log in with facebook itself then they bring me onto a "register new account page". Any Help?

Is BR a total bot fest for you guys?

Been playing battle royale on codm for about 5/6 weeks now. Always came across occasional bots in most matches. Now it’s NONSTOP bots. To the point where I assume every enemy is a bot and I actually get killed by humans when I come across them due to the fact my guard is always down now.

Am I alone on this? Do I just need to find a new game, because this is absolutely disgusting to me.

RM Still sucks....

I am so sick of HP and DOM matches. Endless, over and over and over again. Maybe 1 S&D and 1 TDM per 10 HP and DOM matches. It's boring, tedious and both games suck ass especially playing randoms where half the people don't understand what they are supposed to be doing. Hey devs, how about coming up with something a bit more entertaining than these two turds. Jeezus, I dread having to grind for Legendary all over again next season.

Game is shit even in test server

We was asking for a fix for weeks and game getting worse even test server is shit. Activision saying they work on this but they lie. Question your self if they are really working on it why would they release a new draw. So hard to fix Desync and lag. Easy for new whole lucky draw with legendary skin and more? That is a madness game is so broken. Never seen a call of duty being broken like this before it is so annoying and Dev can't stop milking lucky shit and fix game

Can we get control loadouts? Pretty please?

I saw all the stuff about the public test build with 10 loadouts and it just makes me want this even more. Would love to be able to have even just a few control Configurations that you can save and call up any time. Would be really handy for those like myself that play primary on phone but would love to play on my iPad too, but when I open the game on my iPad the control layout is completely jacked up because it’s set up for phone. If I change them all and then go back to my phone, it’s all messed up there. Everyone knows how frustrating it is having a button just a couple millimeters away from where it was before and having control loadouts would fix the issue for good.

Activision ID = player name

I'm just putting this out there for anyone who needs it. I always had CODM linked to Facebook but took the extra precaution to link to COD/Activision and upon email verification I was prompted to enter Activision ID and I was stumped and so were many others with no visible answer. Maybe I'm a dummy dumb... Hope this helps others in the future.

This is our reboot of our Stage 1 solo qualifier weekends! Can somebody tell me why...

I have to miss out on the Championship LK (my favourite gun right now) and the bag when in both cases I was 1 win away because the game gave me players the where afk (F you mark#### and heSAMUYRA) twice in a row just like the first time where I missed out on the LK cause again someone left the S&D so it was 4v5 and a close one where if only we had one more to to get one kill we win.

The game never lets us kick out an afk player or bring a new one if one leaves.

(Also fix Crash and Highrise they are a bigger Sniper fest than crossfire)

(And finally dear players plz use your ears when playing, the amount of times i heard someone approaching from the right where there is on one entrance and no teammate is shown on the map there meaning its an enemy and you are still looking ahead thinking he is going to show up there instead is just sad might as well use auto aim and camp an entrance while afk thanks)

I've recently been getting a ton of framerate drops. It makes it a very game breaking experience for me. My ping is always good but I still get framerate drops. I could've won a ton more games if it weren't for that. I'm not trying to sound like someone who just complains. But a game isn't fun when I can't play it well imo.

Is BR a bot fest for you guys?

Been on Battle Royale for like 5 or 6 weeks. Very fun in the beginning, lots of human players and minimal bots. Now it’s literally nothing but bots, almost every game.

Am I alone in experiencing this? I have friends who say the same thing as me. I was curious how widespread of an issue this is. This is watering down the experience and ruining an otherwise great game.

Any feedback would be GREATLY APPRECIATED. Thanks guys.

Shotguns misfiring?

I main the BY15 and I've noticed that something similar to desync takes place where my shots don't register, but there is another peculiar bug taking place. Sometimes the BY15 will fire a smaller amount of bullets within the spread than normal, I've tested this on walls in pre game free roam and also I've had direct shots I know would kill people if there wasn't a bug. It's even happened on direct chest/face shots at super close range (shotgun users know what I'm talking about). I've seen a similar complaint circulate with the KRM but it's not released to everyone yet so I don't know about that.

New update concern

I like everyone else is pretty excited for the new updates to the game, but I’m also worried that throwing all this extra stuff in on top of what we currently have is going to add to the issues that already plague the game I.e. desync, sound disappearing, etc. Anyone else worried about this, or is it just me? Optimize BR Now Or Make Something Else

I don’t play BR mode cuz of the way it looks. I’ll only play it if it was optimized and look and feel like Blackout, as it was intended, but it’s not. Or the developers should completely change it to warzone cuz blackout is dead (i think)

I’d rather have Activision put Warzone and make it mobile (seperate). Without crossplay of course because we’ll get shit on, well maybe an option to turn it on/off. But I know some mobile players like me would love that crossplay option because we love the intensity and we love being underestimated cuz that makes us grind and play better. I know some of you would say it wouldn’t be optimized, well I don’t mind, It doesn’t have to be as good looking as it is on other platforms, at least some decent textures are fine but still playable and fair.

noise glitch

Hi idk where to post this but almost every time I’m playing cod and we get the map that has ice on it, the sound always turns off and then through the whole game you have no sound at all. It’s skk OK annoying because I can’t hear when enemy has put a UAV or a friend had. Also the only way to get red of the sound bug is having to restart the app.

Season 9 domination - changes I really like it

I quite enjoy the changes to domination and will make teams who queue up capturing the flag kings.

Basically if you knock someone off the flag, the progression of the capture doesn't go down until the opponent touches the flag. So there is good chance to capture the flag easier

I was hacked but I have access on facebook, help me!

Pleasure, my name is João and I recently went through a situation with my COD MOBILE account that left me unhappy. Due to a trial period here in my city I decided to put the game aside for a few days. As soon as I got back and tried to log in via my Activision account I was barred and it was appearing that the password was incorrect, I tried to request a password reset but nothing arrived.

It was then that I remembered that I had linked my account with Facebook and by the time I logged in, everything was changed, my name, my items, everything! But what hurts me most is not being able to do anything so I need your help, what should I do in this case?

Repost: I think we should have multiple HUDs

I have always been playing with 2 thumbs on phone and wanted to try switch to 6-finger claw on iPad. So, I rearranged all the buttons, changed the sizes, and tweaked the sensitivities to play on iPad. Obviously I can't carry my iPad with me everywhere I go JUST to play COD mobile so I thought that the game would save two different HUDs and sensitivities for two different devices. I went back to playing on phone and everything was messed up, the buttons and sensitivities. Now if I want to play on phone again I would have to rearrange all the buttons and change the sensitivities, and I find it really annoying that I can only play on one device. COD Mobile please make it so that different devices can save different huds and sensitivities!!!

This is a repost. After playing the beta server and seeing 10 loadouts, then surely we could have 1 or 2 more HUDs right?

A grain of salt to the praise of developers

Am I the only one that is concerned with how BP challenges are right now?

The DR-H challenge is surprisingly locked behind 21st BP lvl while being the second challenge in the lineup, which makes it harder to reach the said lvl. The Highrise Sparrow challenge is locked behind a random Highrise mode, which doesn't exactly want you land in the lobby where you can use it.

Besides that, my game crashes now after the last big update(never did before). Not once in an hour. Not once in 10 minutes either. 3 minutes in or on login. Imagine how that can ruin the progression when you can't get your rewards in the end. Because of that, no BP challenges can be done either. Did everything i could on my side, nothing helps.

Are you trying to scam me out of my money, devs? It sure does look like it. You have definitely set up a lot of obstacles for me to loose this already heavily time constrained BP grind.

Idk what to say in the end. I am annoyed and displeased. It's a game that worked fine previously, but now it decided to fall on its face burying me underneath its failure. What a shame.

Greetings Call of Duty: Mobile Community, we released Season 8 The Forge a week ago and as per usual we have been reading through all of the feedback, discussions, and bug reports. We may not be able to respond to everything all across the community and social media, but at the very least we will try our best to read it and share it with our team. Even if it just an excellent meme that makes us all appreciate this community while sharing in the humor and passion behind it all.

Each release is stressful as we wait anxiously in the office (or for most of us in the U.S. now we are just sitting at home) to see how it is received and to see if anything magically and unexpectedly explodes the moment that we hit that big red GO button. This season nothing exploded and we are thankful for that, but we are also thankful for the outpouring of support and appreciation for this never-ending stream of content. Thank you!!

There is plenty more coming out today as well and of course a few notes about feedback, bug reports, and various other topics worth discussing this week. However, before we jump into all of that a quick heads up that our community team will be away next week taking much-needed time off.

Some maniac just followed me in a helicopter in BR

Was flying a helicopter around to find a different place to loot, then I detoured to killhouse pick up a teammate’s dog tag, but they exited the game before I got there so I went back to my original route. I swear I saw on the map an enemy helicopter was following me the entire time (he followed me to killhouse which was on the brink of the safe zone and then all the way till I landed, and I flew for like a minute because I couldn’t decide where to land), just so he could land after me and kill me. Why you maniac??

Buying skins from players

I seriously want COD:Mobile to introduce a feature in which we can buy guns with CP or Credits, from other players. I have been playing since season 1, and there are a lot of times when I couldn't get the gun skins, and now they are unavailable, especially the season pass weapon crates. I understand if they don't want to give the exclusive season pass skins, but season pass crate skins, all of those challenges skins, etc. should be allowed to be traded. I hope this post reaches the Devs, and they can introduce this feature in the coming seasons.

Problem in Highrise map. Is it just me or have you been facing the same problem?

Dear Dev, I really appreciate all the hard work that you guys have been doing. The new season is spectacular.

The new map highrise is confusing and vast but still fun to play. However my missiom progress relating to Highrise is not getting registered. The Sparrow misson is stuck at 7/10 and the pancake or burrito is also not appearing post match. I am stuck with 0 of them and they seem to be very important in the exchange center. I do not understand why it is not registered. Please fix the issue otherwise I wont be able to enjoy what you have been working for.

I suck at sniping....

I’m a four season Legendary, a thumbs player and for the life of me I cannot master sniping. Do great with pretty much all the other weapons (except shotguns, I hate shotguns), but I cannot seem to get the hang of sniping. Certainly I can park and wait with no problem, its shooting in motion and quick scoping I can’t seem to get a handle on. Watched iFerg and Hawksnest, and understand the settings but can’t seem to find the right ones and the technique to succeed with it. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

i’m gonna use my android to purchase more cod points, do 8th draw and i still don’t get gunzo, i’ll return the cod points and screw them over just like they screwed me. playing since s1 i opened a variety of crates and never not a single time i got the rare item from the crate. they rigged my account, if i don’t get it again with %10 possibility, im returning the cp and deleting the game, idc if they ban my account, they’ll be doing me a favor. im pretty sure i spent 10000+ cod points, and I still have EXACTLY what an only BP buyer has. Or less ever since I didn’t get the wild west bk57, steel whatever arctic 50. I know they rigged my account so I’ll buy more cod points they have to be because from what I have seen in this subreddit people get, it’s impossible to be as unlucky as me.

Glitch/Hack for Championship Qualifiers

The glitch is basically you don't register before winning a match, which essentially means whenever a round goes live, keep playing until you win one match and then register, what I've noticed is, it will include the game just before registering. This way you'll get one extra win. Happy Qualifying!

Perks for secondary pistol/knife users

We should have perks/buff for secondary weapon. Not in general but if you have a class Just for them. Like you start the game with the mw11 without any other gun. With the new gunsmith we can create Amazing pistols so some people would start to main them so maybe buff pistol class would be cool.

(If you add the deagle+1 auto pistol and One more type of knife all of us Will Be Happy)

I think Play Of The Game would be a great addition

I wish we didn't only have the final killcam but also the play of the game like we have in BO4 or MW 2019. It's a really nice feature and it'd make getting those really lucky moments actually worth it. Maybe add a medal for being the POTG as well.

Also just make the killcams a bit better, they're always laggy and choppy.

Scammer "Do you need 8000CP for free?"

Hi, I was approached by a player in-game the other day. He asked me if I need 8000cp for free.? I politely refused him. Today I guess the same guy but with a different IGN messaged me the same thing.
Having worked in couple of Games, I could understand that this was a scam. So I asked him what's the procedure involved in "giving me free 8k CP" he said he'll need my accounts email id and password for 5 mins.. thus prooving my Hunch. He said I'm the 100th guy he's doing this with, so that might have already scammed 99 people

Hey long time pubg mobile player here whos playing br for the first time. I usually can't tell where gunfire is from from my headphones. I just just use the bullet symbols on the minimap. But on cod mobile the gunfire only comes to the minimap when its really close to me. Is this true or is there a way to change it?

New healing items in BR

So, in BR, we only have 3 healing items. 4 if you count the medic's ability. What I will write here, are my ideas for the next heals for BR. 1st, is the stim shot. The stim shot will be am affect that lasts 5 or 10 minutes, depending on the rare or epic variant. It reduces zone, nova, flashbang and smoke effects by 20% or 50%. Next, is the painkillers. This will basically be like the one in PUBG. You heal over time. Next, comes the legendary adrenaline. This is an airdrop only item. You get your health upto 200 instead of the usual 100. Next, are the changes I want. Bandages should only work when your health is or above 75. Then, the first aid kits shouldn't heal upto 100, instead, 75.

Epic HBR not counting for HBR kills steps

As stated. I have the HBR dragon dance and it wasn't counting kills with it for one of the assignments. In the past when the game wanted kills with a weapon I could use my epic guns and it would count. Just played a couple of matches and nothing. Is it a glitch or did they change it. If so they should be specific so we don't waste our time.

[Question] Can I play in a jailbroken state or will I have to keep switching in and out?

So my phone is jailbroken because there are things that can help me that I normally could get without it. The previous season I played using a jailbreak bypass because it would crash when I would boot up without it enabled. Today I was in a jailbroken state and I forgot to turn on the jailbreak bypass. I noticed that I can still boot up the game normally and at least log in (I didn’t want to test a game incase I got banned). Does this mean i’m allowed to keep playing in a jailbroken state without the bypass or do I need to switch out of it when I want to play? I don’t have any hacks/mods but I have gotten banned before (multiple 1 minute bans for connectivity and 1 24 hour ban)

New scorestreak

So, after we get a nuke at 20 kills, there really is nothing else left to continue your streak for. You could go for double nukes, or double Vtols, but there really isn't nothing else. So, here is my idea for one of the best scorestreaks. Available at 3000 points, we will get an airborne support streak, called the EMP Jet. It will take 30 seconds to go across the map, and it will take 3 launcher shots to break it. It will destroy the following items on the map:

  1. Trip mines and H.I.V.E. traps that have been placed.
  2. All shock RC, UAV, Hunter killers, Predator missile, care package choppers, counter UAV, sentry gun, stealth chopper, drone, Vtol, and XS1 goliaths on the field. (Note it will only affect enemies).
    This actually gives some point to tryhard after getting a nuke, and to actually be able to defeat Vtols without launchers.

Matchmaking bullshit and dumb bots

I have been playing non-ranked MP matches recently. Usually there are 2-3 bots on each team. But now, the game is putting me against really good players. TBH, it's kinda fair for me if only I had good teammates. Instead, I get noob teammates. For example, in S&D, I killed 2/5 enemies in the 1st round, while the enemy team killed everyone else and everyone on my team (except me ofcourse) had 0 kills. The matchmaking needs to be improved and some bots probably need to be buffed as one boy on my team in a TDM match, had 1 kill and 11 deaths, while I had around 13 kills and 3 deaths

Create your own soldier.

I think Devs should let us create a character or a soldier and customise it like Pubg but unlike Pubg the outfit, headgears and backpacks should be limited and only military themed, like they can introduce blue camos, green camos brown camos and more or they can replicate actual special forces outfits. By doing this cartoonish skins doesn’t overshadow military skins plus our own characters can fight along side Ghost, Soap, Price, Mason, Dempsey and more.

I play with a controller. Today I just realized I've been playing against bots the whole time.

It's been a gradual realization as I've been learning the game. I only started a couple weeks ago. Had fun and was doing surprisingly well.

Then I learned that there were bots. I noticed that ranked matches were taking forever and I usually couldn't find one at all. I now know that this is because ranked stops filling in with bots as you get to higher levels.

I can always get a regular match but I used the report window trick to check each player id and sure enough, every single one had the same id number except for the last 2 or 3 digits, all starting with 6850.

So basically I'm playing against bots only and no people. I get MVP almost every match (when I don't, I assume it's because I got matched with another human).

I was able to join a ranked match by disconnecting my controller, then quitting the game and starting again with the controller connected, but that's tedious.

Should I just learn to play with my thumbs?

Here's a tip

If you don't have purple exp cards then you can level up your gun by playing with it matches. One match with around 16-17 kills can unlock around 5-6 attachments.

Devs have removed the epic and legendary weapons broadcast, so now even if you kill someone with a legendary weapon it doesn't show a customized icon behind the killfeed, people have paid 100 of dollers for these items, you can't just take away the effects. (Beta)

Question regarding the Solstice Awakened event

OK, bear with me for a second:

Today we can get Rations on Highrise and TP in Juggernaut.
If I read the timetable correctly we can get Petrol on:
Gulag (19.-21.07.)
Rust (23.07.)
Saloon (26.-28.07.)

excluding the 23.07. that means that we have to play 2v2 to get Petrol?
Each kill gives one item.
We need 475 Petrol to get all rewards.

So if I am not mistaken I can either:

  • Play dozens of 2v2 games or
  • Grind the Rust all day in the 23th
    If I want to get all rewards?

Please tell me that I am wrong because I dont like either option.

CoDM AR nerfs? Why?

I was watching BobbyPlays and I saw that the Ak117 and the HVK-30 were nerfed (damage). Why were any of those guns nerfed at all? The Ak117 was already a “meh” AR and the HVK was pretty bad. What information did you guys find that made nerfing those two ARs reasonable? If anything, the Ak117 was in a perfect spot and the HVK-30 needed a buff.

Im worried

I’m super excited for the update. I don’t have many things to do, so an entire new game feature will be awesome, but I’m running codm on an iPhone 6s. Currently, it doesn’t have a ton of problems. Sometimes the frame rate will drop if I’m playing too long, or my battery will deplete faster than expected, but for the most part it’s fine.

A better way to manage emotes in the winner's circle for everyone (long post)

First you come to this emote menu as usual.

The only thing different you will see here is, there is a assign to menu instead of show in winner's circle button at the bottom.

Selecting this menu will let you leave the emote assigned to all loadouts or a particular loadout of your choice to show in winner's circle. If you have renamed your load out, that name will appear instead of loadout 1, 2 etc.

Why this selection?

I understand that if you are a hardcore f2p player you will not see a point in this menu. But for people who buy the bp and other draws and crates will understand that along side the guns and the attachments which are coming in the next update, we will also have a huge amount of character skins, gun skins and emotes. Some of us like to match the gun's skin to the character's skin. So you would also understand that not all emotes suit all character skins. For example, the robot dance emote (looks best on robotic skin's like reaper, ftl, etc. But might not go so well with other skins. In the load outs where I have outrider or battery, I would rather see them emote to selfie or the love emote in the winner's circle (sorry if I have named some emotes wrongly).

However, I also understand that there are players who are not bothered about this customization. So all you need to do is choose one emote and set it to assign all and be done with it.

I implore everyone to upvote this win win idea so devs can see and implement it.

Gameloop is holding COD Mobile back

This idea has been inside my head for so long but since I saw what developers would do in season 9, So it has to come out and I really hope someone of the developers sees this. Forgive me for any mistakes because English isn't my native language. I am playing COD Mobile since season one, but starting from season 3 my mobile died and since then I had no budget to buy a new one. That why I started playing on the PC emulator. That is the moment I've realized that COD Mobile isn't for mobiles only, It has more than that. It has potentials. Starting from season 3 the no. of emulator players was not that big, but now for example it's so hard to have an all bots game in a battle royale. That means emulator players are increasing. So please GET RID OF THAT SHITTY EMULATOR CALLED GAMELOOP. If not for us players then it's most important for the improvement of the game itself, I and my brother mainly play on PC, we buy things, most of the players we have been teamed with or against have paid skins but there is always a but. Four of my friends wanted to play on PC but they can't stand Gameloop and it's shitty performance, they can buy the battle pass and many more. But what is holding them from doing so is Gameloop. There is no game that has implemented multiplayer as COD, which means there is no competition on the PC market especially free games, no competition and you are not taking advantage of it. I know it's called COD Mobile and believe me if I don't see how that game changed mobile gaming I wouldn't bother talking but I know deep down It's more than just a mobile game It has potential to be a free light PC game that you would get attached to it so fast. I don't want you to create another game as PUPG did with PUPG lite no, I want you to build a proper emulator or a light game and connect the servers like what "Life After" did. You will gain more profit from old and new PC players not to mention more satisfied and loyal players. Really you don't know the power of that, Imagine if I am home I play on PC, I get tired...

How in the world is it that...

When I load 15 Legendary arctic 50 shots into a tank, it doesn't even start smoking, but the second the tank I'M in is in the red, a little kick would kill it? I've had two games tonight where I lost purely because the tank suddenly died despite having around 25% HP left. Yet over the course of the last two season, I can pump the strongest rounds in BR into someone's tank it it's just like 'What was that? A fly?"

gotta quit

I'm excited about the update, but every match is really just a server speed gamble at this point... I can watch the kill cam each time and see that I'm literally a full second behind in lag in comparison to the enemy... I'll come around a corner and be dead immediately... but the kill cam will show that I was visible for at least a full second to the enemy, who I never even had a chance to see come into my screen... 38 ping, nope. More like 1038 ping. It's an awesome game and the devs are doing SO much awesome stuff... but there is literally zero point in playing a game where your enemy sees everything a full second ahead of time compared to you... I'm tech-savvy, I've now spent 7-8 hours Googling to optimize my Panoramic badass and expensive router, wifi settings, DNS... I have a new iPad Air 3... I keep it clean, my RAM memory cleared between every few matches, no other apps running, almost no other apps stored on my device. It's all a waste of time and makes no difference at all. Bummer... so, so, so much money down the drain, oh my lord. I have two accounts and CODM made a fuck ton of money off me between both of them. Hopefully, they fix the issues but it's so severe and they've already admitted they don't know what the issue is, so I think I'm just fucked. Hope not.

Don't let solo players in ranked lose point if others on the team leave the match

Just made a legendary ranked match and lost 30 points because of a 3 vs 5 in domination. I mean, how we are supposed to win in that situation? I don't think correct players deserve to lose points because of others' behavior.

Temporary banning these people won't solve the problem, but letting people lose points like this while grinding is only gonna make them rage and eventually quit playing. Think about it devs, upvote if you agree with me to make them read this post

Weapon XP cards

I don't think weapon XP cards will be in the game next season. I think they only keep it in the bèta so we can test the attachments quickly, but as the global release comes out, they will reset every weapon and we have to play with the weapon the get the levels. Like MW19, there you also have to play for the levels.
