Weapon interaction in MP vs BR

Been playing for a while now and I feel guns don't perform the same way in Multiplayer and Battle Royale. For one, hip fire spray is a lot tighter in BR than MP. Just wanted to confirm whether other aspects of weapons remain the same or differ in the two game modes. Is there any definitive guide on this?

Hacker detection system

The devs need to make Hackers match with another Hacker as soon as possible. They need to have the detection system like in MW and Warzone.

Spectre voice in game

Hi! Does anyone know why the Spectre voice lines got cut from the game?

It's been a while and I haven't seen an official update on this and it gets pretty annoying sometimes... for example: Most characters have voice lines in game and whenever they need to express a callout such as "Rush B" "Attacking A" or even to say "Well done!" the whole team can notice them without looking at the in game chat but with the spectre most of the times the callouts gets completely ignored because randoms dont read in game chat most of the time :/

I love the Spectre Geist skin and it's been my go to since it got released on crates, but at this point it puts us in a weird "disadvantage"

Given up hope on this game. I am now a professional Candy Crush player.

Honestly tho I'm getting killed when I've already slid behind the enemy and emptied half a mag in the process. Yet I die and in the kill cam it just shows that I was frozen sliding (completely given up on killcams)

I'm getting killed when I've slid behind cover almost every time. And obviously this happens alot because you dont lose health as you take bullets as you might have noticed, you just suddenly die. Like an enemy pops up on your screen and shoots it feels like they were pre firing all the time. How???? I am assuming this is just as bad for everyone. I don't know what kind of servers they set up man this is so trash. How hard could it have been man..

For the time being im just quitting. I'll try playing old gold games like critical ops or maybe just get away from shooter games for the time being. I can't deal with this server lag I just can't. its not funny at this point. fix this. the memes about desync are stale. The idea to rage at the game so atleast you have an outlet for your feelings is gone. I've lost to desync. I've given up. I can't play this game anymore. This game was amazing for me because I was slowly entering the comp scene and I know I can make it there. and be a respectable player. But not this season. not until the desync isnt fixed. Please invest in Indian servers. there are more than 14 million players here and every single one of them is mad at this. Can we have servers dedicated to India like pubg does. Just fix this man I don't know if I can drag this any longer...

IF anyone of you says its my Internet. just know that I play on the best Internet you can find after fibre. My city doesn't have fibre yet But CoDM before all this gave 50-60 consistent ping. and 30-40 ms on Pubgm.

Default QQ9 vs Flood QQ9

Guys I saw a lot of YouTubers and pro players using the default QQ9 and not the flood QQ9(battle pass skin). I was surprised as the flood QQ9 has a good iron sight than the default one, so why pros were using the default skin (not in scrims talking about ranked matches) so I compared the guns and found that the default QQ9 has better recoil than the battle pass variant. Can you guys give your opinion on this? If you are curious then try it in the training room. I want to know what you feel about this.

Need solution

Recently Im facing some mic issues like when I im lobby or in game both br or mp if my mic is turned on i keep talking but my teammates cant hear if it is turned off or on. And whenever I turn on mic if its off it glitches or stops for a sec and turns on but still no one could hear me .

Another problem Im facing is QQ9 sound problem. I play cometetive and most of the time I play with QQ9 and sometimes when Im am firing with QQ9 it makes sound but suddenly stops making and it really makes me feel uncomfortable using it that time without any sound coming from shooting with QQ9 !?

What is wrong with your game

How do you guys expect to be the best shooter game in history if you guys keep releasing new updates and none of those updates involve you guys fixing the game how is content more important than great gameplay? Mic problem solution

Last season i started having mic problems. Sometimes, i can hear my teammates but they cant hear me. Sometimes, theres just nothing.

I searched online and found no solid solution but tons of post with the same issue. Both ios and android.

Solution:

At the lobby or better yet, during the game you should all be at the same voice chat with your team. So its either "team" or "friend" voice chat (obviously dont use "all" or else you will be broadcasting your conversation). So better inform them through chat or third party app before the game starts.

Now, the one having the problem must turn his mic on and off while talking until you see a little mic icon pop beside your name. This is the sign that they can hear you already. This might take a while sometimes more than 10 on and off but sometimes less.

So thats it! I hope this solves your mic problem. Good luck and enjoy!

Dear Devs
Ever since you released a 86 mb update last month, 2 of my favorite characters Ruin and Nomad have gone silent in all their skins (Ruin industrial revolution, jungle, tangled web, Nomad druid, wild snake, Tank Dempsey zombie and wrecker)

You see i love to send quick messages in game to my friends lile "your clothes look sharp" or "pick up the bomb". But thanks to this update , now I am mute.

I have a doubt. Please clear me out

When I try to find a team for championship, everyone asking how good my kd is, mostly they rejected me. Somebody asking me if iam an obj player, I said yes, then they asked my kd, rejected!!!.
Iam an obj player. So possibly I'll die whenever I try to capture points. Wandering around points is most vulnerable place, but you have to hold points. There is no point maintaining kd. I have a lower kd, even though I managed to get legendary in 1st 4 days.

Is that kd is important to recruit someone?

Fixx your Game.

Laggy , desyinc fps drops. On an iPad Pro 2018 with good Ethernet is ridiculous.

Sometimes I think I play with 30 fps.

The game is awesome but with this problems it is nearly unplayable.

The first games are very smooth but when you play a couple it sucks. And it is not the device , my friends say the same. I tried a lot cooling the device etc.

Fix your game and not make much content and don’t fix it. I write to activision a lot. But no replay.

Small discussion for a long TDM

Let's be real, many of you would have probably gotten quite mad on getting TDM in your Legendary Ranked because your godly objective skills has made your work in this mode slight different, where you need to only go for kills.

50 may seem like a decent number till you make 4-5 mistakes and the game's already over. So, it could be game changing for a longer TDM being in ranked where the amount of kills needed to win is more (discuss what the number should be in comments).

The scorestreaks may be made more expensive and operator skills may be made to take longer to refresh per activation.

I would love to read how others feel about this and have a friendly discussion

how to win more gunfights?

I lose quite a number of gunfights now. I’ve tried dropshotting, heck even jumpshotting, and sliding past them and hip firing, but they always seem to have the upper hand. even if I shoot first or headglitch, or use fast TTK guns like the QQ9 and DR-H, I’ll always just leave them one shot and I die first.

anyone got any other suggestions to win more gunfights?

PS. I watch killcams but a lot of them usually just simply ADS on me with no special tactics rlly

DR-H: Fast Mags or Extended Mags?

So I've been testing going between fast mags and extended mags and I seem to be more consistent with fast mags over extended. While the magazine capacity is lower and the potential number of kills is smaller, I feel having the faster reload allows you to start firing sooner and also more often over extended mags. What do y'all think on this, fast or stendos?

i'm thinking about stop playing..

I haven't played ranked games in multiplayer for about 3 weeks. I'm in Mestre III and I live in Brazil and lately the ping is very high, my average is 45 to 65ms during the match. Last weekend I was playing BR and ended up giving up. Besides that after this update in BR is crashing too much, and my device is a xiaomi mi 9, it needs no introduction ... Besides that there is no free roulette, according to activision the roulette does not appear on weak devices, but where is a smartphone with a snapdragon 845 weak? The multiplayer randomness is worse than the boxes in the store, whether it takes a good team (which is difficult) or a bad team (which is normal). Honestly, I like to play a lot, but I am discouraged because of these things, besides not having friends to play ranked matches in multiplayer, going random doesn't work for me anymore. Anyone else just get so bored playing Highrise?

No hate on the map, I love the Devs for putting another iconic map and I was so ready to get all the MW2 vibes on the map. In my opinion though I get so bored playing it. From the type of players to the bots, Highrise on CODM might be the worst map to have fun on for me and my friends.

When I played MW2 with my friends and we joined a highrise game, we all got excited and pulled out our snipers to scope in and get a quad feed at that one spot at spawn that looks at the other teams spawn. Even if we were the ones who got quad feeded on we were still having fun. With CODM, when my friend and I got into our first Highrise match, we were so excited for that same spot but to our surprise, literally no one on the other team went there to snipe us. Excitement level went so down. When I grinded Highrise on CODM alone, ALL THE MATCHES were either bots (which I will get into) or real people who just camp in the office areas of their spawns. Don't get me wrong, in MW2 at least half of the team used snipers and stayed there BUT AT LEAST the other half of the team ran out with reg guns having a blast. In CODM Highrise, nope, just campers.

Another big annoying boring factor is the amount of bots in the playlist. Yes it's normal multiplayer and not ranked so there will be bots but I never expected game after game will be a FULL BOT ENEMY TEAM. It is so boring when I go against bots especially on this map. Usually people who go against bots are like "oh easy nuke game", yeah that's me when I'm having fun on other maps. On Highrise, all the bots do is just go to the underground tunnel/place and walk so slowly while I am expecting them to be all over the place. The game lasts way too long for my enjoyment and the bots are just boring in general.

The Devs still kept MOST of the fun spots to parkour on for Highrise. MW2 Highrise = Trickshot galore. I love that they kept the small sides of the map that you can walk across and hide behind. BUT they did not really finish the parkour spots from the crane to the building. I don'...

Losing Many gunfights due to literal Desync

So this just happened right now i prefired and hit atleast 5-6 bullets to enemy at around 2 m range with DR-H with otm which is a 3 shot kill. But he came and he killed me with Rus just straight up no dropshot etc nothing. I really dont know how this is happening. Many times this happening now in games. This just makes you rage quit or just uninstall the game as its not fair. When u do mistakes and die its ok but dieing cause of a bug isnt fair.

Sound issue in battle royale

My skin for br is Ruin - Industrial Revolution. While playing br my teammates cannot hear my saying quick messages such as 'gather around' or saying 'long barrel here! level 4!' and not even 'adrenaline here'. This is very troublesome because in the chat history you clearly see me talking but my teammates do not hear me. (I tested it with 2 devices and you don't hear anything.) literally the only thing my characters says (and that is sometimes) 'using adrenaline shot now'

Very chaotic and detailed message, but my question is: does it only happen to ruin? do you guys experience the same issue? or is it only me?

Please Fix the damn Mics and Sound issues.

Sound turns off randomly when you getting out of a vehicle in BR. Sometimes while driving but affects all sounds. Also please the mics, I gave up on randoms but I would like to be able to talk at least in private matches and to friends.

Can we please have “Not Ready” as default in MP/BR Rooms?

I accidentally joined a World Chat BR room, and the “Microphone Required” screen popped up. Before I got the chance to clear that pop-up and leave the room, the host started the match.

I had to play a full BR match with randoms of whatever rank and luckily we won, but the fact I couldn’t 1. Leave the room before the match started & 2. Cancel the loading queue (as the non-host) is really annoying.

I also didn’t want to leave when the game was starting because 1. That would be rude to “my” teammates & 2. I didn’t want to lose Rank XP for quitting a match.

I also sometimes have zero time to change loadouts or whatever if I forget to set my status as “Not Ready,” so that should be default because everyone gets the “Press Start” message from the host anyways when they attempt to start the match.

Petition for new knife/axe/swords

So for like 9-10 months now it's the same knife with skins. Same ole, same ole. The Axe, Ice Axe and the rare pre season dagger looking knife are in the game. Why not start including various skins of the ice axe, axe, dagger, sword or even new designs. Surely it's easier to create a blade of some sort than it is to create a skin on a gun, right?

Best BR strat for winning that isn't camping

I'm getting wins a lot, but not 100% of the time. I'm at master 5 and I just wanna get to my goal of legendary. My current strat is landing at the Aerial Platform, getting a sniper and an SMG, then going somewhere else to find an MSMC. Then I play super aggressively and go for anybody I see.

Everybody knows it. You codm executives and developers are sleeping on it and many players are actually pretty pissed at this. I’m talking about the rank system. It’s absolute T R A S H!!!

Since you codm executives/devs decided to rework the rank system in rank season 2 with allowing people to get into legendary easier with reducing the amount of points taken away from a loss in ranked games and increasing the amount of points you receive after having won a ranked game, EVERYBODY is in legendary now.

YESTERDAY I saw someone on a smurf account on legendary, that account was on freaking lvl 39!!! He was able to hit legendary in not even a day, probably just a couple of hours and that being a legit player without any sorts of cheats.

Legendary rank is no achievement anymore.
It only was back in season 1 but since rank season 2, getting into legendary is as easy as it is to pick your nose...

Y’all executives and devs might be doing this because you guys probably think that players who are on legendary rank are more likely to spend money on the game, but this absolutely destroys the system and takes the fun and the thrill away from players because they have nothing to grind for anymore.

It has become too easy to reach legendary, people have nothing to strive for anymore since it’s nothing special anymore and no value lies inside of the legendary rank anymore, thus creating frustration and first and foremost boredom.

This is going on for five consecutive rank seasons and you executives/developers are clearly IGNORING the massive amount of people who actually have been complaining about this.

No excuses YOU DEFINITELY KNOW people are pissed at the current rank system, YET you still decided to not do sh*t!!!

You can clearly see inside of ranked matches which players actually deserve to be in legendary and what kind of players rather still should be in pro or master rank.

(The latter is more common to meet inside of ranked games as a legendary).

Future gun buffs

Ton make guns more viable and overall game more balance I would like to see the following buffs as I don't think any guns needs nerfs now:

Ars:

  1. Hvk30 - improve reload speed to 2s or less/ increase the mag size to 35 like bk57 as standard

  2. Ak117 - improve stability and reduce the horizontal bounce

  3. Bk57 - slight improvement on stability and remove the random shot bounces

  4. Type25 - accuracy and stability improvement

  5. Icr - increase damage

  6. M4 return the old stability from last season

Bundles have been horrible lately

3D Shooter Bundle is getting as lame as you can get. I appreciate all the Epic HG-40s, M4LMGs and the constant repeat M4 and AK117s in the Battle pass every month. You guys can surely come up with something else.

It looks like CODM is making bundles as bad as they can so they can see lower sales on bundles to entirely eliminate them. Not to mention re release BP skin guns. That low

Put an Epic KRM, Epic HBR, Epic Cordite or something in a bundle for 1200-2000 CP watch the sales sky rocket on something like that.

Yes there has been a few nice bundles. KN44 Eruption for example. But we don't need a ASM10 and M4 constantly either in bundles.

The HG-40 - Geometry was released in a bundle today. It was in the battle pass crates in season 3. Controversy aside, they’re obviously doing it for the money, but if you take a look at it from a different perspective, it’s the same thing as crate weapons. They’re released, become rare, and then get released again in bundles. This particular HG-40 happened to be in a crate, technically not in the battle pass. The crate was part of the battle pass but it wasn’t guaranteed, a 1% chance. The crate which contained this gun was also in the store, along with all the other crates, meaning it could be purchased, just like any other gun. This means it counts as a crate gun, but the way the crate was obtained varied. So as a community, we should not even care about this gun since most of us got it in the battle pass for “free”.

Why Codm should stop re releasing rare OG skins back for under $25

Is no one seriously talking about the big scam issue that Codm has right now, in the game with bringing extremely rare skins back into the game, and rereleaseing skins that people paid so much money for. It just ruins the value of the skin and makes it worthless, there is a reason why the skin is og and rare, not for Codm to be bringing it back making people spend even more money on it, making Codm even more money and making the skin useless in the end.
Especially the fact that they brought back one of the rarest skins in the whole game, asm10 plasma for less then $25, that only like under 10,000 people in the game actually was lucky enough to get.
I've sit here since season 1 being a collector, and grinding certain skins, just to be shocked to find out about this. For the people that know, iFerg has a similar thing and has spent $1,500 on a pdw skin just to realize that it was released back for $25.

Codm please stop and fix this issue before it gets way worse, and eventually all the rare skins are gonna be worth nothing. (Shout out to the skin collectors out there)

How to Quickscope

Hi! This is probably a noob question.. i've been searching for details on how to quickscope and everything i see are videos. But it still doesn't answer my question.

So here goes:

  1. How do you quickscrope?

  2. Is it ads > release?

    2.a If so, then how do other people make the scoping super fast? If i release too soon, it doesn't fire.

  3. Is it scope > hip fire?

    3.a if so, after i press the hip fire, i'm stuck in scope. It also takes time to cancel the scope.

Change driving/tank button layout in BR?

Is there a way to customize the buttons for the driving layout in BR? The “change seat” button is in such an awkward location and my thumb always hits it when driving and I’ll just randomly go to a blank seat when trying to turn. All of the customizable buttons are for ADS mode but not driving. Unless I’m completely missing something?

Request for more rank tiers

Do you guys think that we need more rank tiers? I got to legendary from master in the very first week of this new ranked season playing just 1-2 hours at day, so I have to spend almost two months playing with no rewards motivation and don't get me wrong, I love playing rankeds but I think it would be better to have legendary at 10k or 12k or something like that and maybe add another tiers below or above legendary. Teammates above 10k don't care about winning or play objectives because they have nothing to lose. Idk just an idea.

About the desync and CODM devs "working on it"

This is ridiculous, with all due respect, but they keep feeding us with the same bullshit over and over again. A multi-billion worth company finds so difficult and time-consuming fixing their servers... give me a break.

The best part is, that most of the time they were putting the blame on us: players. Last season people started finally to share recordings and suddenly they admitted that there is a problem, but still without putting any effort into fixing it, they just keep saying "we are working on it". Just so you know, there were a lot of people complaining about desync even way before the cursed S7 started. They treat us like idiots. Want an example? Do you remember Ferg's video about desync? He said on stream that CODM sent him a DM saying "that there's no need to make a whole video about it because it'll be fixed before he'll upload it". Now the best part is, 3 weeks later the problem is even worse than ever and still they haven't done jack shit about it. They told him as far as I remember, that they changed servers when the S7 started, apparently, the new servers are shitty, which caused the desync and hit registration problem spread wide around this games community. They knew that if youtubers would start bitching about it the whole community would be raged.

And just the mere fact that you little boys agree and you're happy about them saying "we're working on it" takes the pressure off them, which is silly because all they are doing is nothing else than procrastinate fixing it. We should fuckin' fill this sub with desync complaints, literally start an online riot, putting pressure on them to finally get their shit together and fix the problem, which makes the game literally unplayable.

But then... you'll get a new bp or lucky draw, and people are happy... Jesus, it's so fucking easy to fool people these days. We are the ones to blame that the desync is not fixed yet. We haven't really forced them to make it a high priority issue.

This game is Pay to Win, and I’m tired of hearing it’s not

I don’t have any lack of experience in this game. I’m not somebody just jumping in and jumping to conclusions. I’m over level 140 and Master in comp. You can quite literally pay to get guns early, bypassing progression systems. That’s the first way that it is pay to win. The second way is that Legendary skins quite literally have bonuses attached to them, such as extra range or ammo returns.

Thoughts on the DH-R

Is it me or are the YT channels like over-hyping this gun. The only two things great about this gun are the time to kill and the damage. Is it just me or am I biased / potentially using a shit loadout.

The KN-44 still seems to be the best AR IMO.

New player - what to spend CP on?

New player here, I just bought my first CP (I come from a time where this sounds bad, actually.) and bought the battle pass but I have the 320 CP left over. Ok I'll give my scenario of my 1v4 squad situation

So its the final circle I'm against a full squad 1 of them has a tank and the final circle is on a 2 storey building the one with the dome I knocked down one of their teamates the 2 of their teamates are after me and his teamate to heal the tank was there as well I used nova gas on the tank but I got damaged all the way to 16 HP I was going to escape until I jumped right in front of 1 of their teamate and then I got killed also I only had 2 adrenaline shots so tell me if this happens again tell me how can I win in this situation
