Using the SCAR in Training Mode without the OTM Attachment doesn’t give you a good idea how the gun will actually perform.

Just an FYI, the gun is getting its own attachment called OTM that’ll give it more damage to the torso and above.

This will 100% give the gun a 3 shot range.

We don’t know how long tho.

The attachment will be 100% needed to use the gun competitively. As well as quickdraw. The last slot is either grip or ext mags since it has a small clip.

For anyone curious, it has a fire rate of about 570, that’s between the AK47 (540) and GKS (600)

TTK is 315ms, but with OTM it’ll drop crazy low to like 210ms.

KN44 got nerfed

Just as they released an epic tier KN44 skin, they also nerfed the mid range damage output as well as the recoil.
Sadly not a lot of people would now be able to see the KN in it's prime potential. What's your take in this?

Make Seasonal tasks more like featured tasks

Can the next season's "Seasonal" tasks change so that all tiers can progress instead of going on a step system which doesn't take into account the progress you made in previous tiers

For example, in the current season we had the following

  1. Earn Double kills
  2. Earn Triple Kills
  3. Earn survivor Medals
  4. Earn 200 medals

​

So when I was earning triple kills, those medals were not counting towards the 200 medals and any survivor medals weren't counting towards the third item.

​

All the events should be done just like the "featured events" where one could double or triple dip into the quests, That way, people can min/max and/or play how they want to achieve the rewards they want.

Do the Devs even pay attention?

I’ve seen a couple posts about dsync over the last week and I didn’t look to far into their most recent community post but there wasn’t one mention of fixing this issue. I know dsync is an issue in all shooters, but it’s not this bad. I can go behind a wall count 2 seconds, and then I get killed.
Then arguably the bigger issue, hate speech. Every other game it feels like I come against someone with a slur or a name of a hateful figure in their in game name. The devs of this game postponed this season to fix it. It hasn’t been fixed.

Can devs just focus on correcting gameplay problems?

I don't know what the point of releasing a new battle pass every 30 days is, all of these updates feel rushed, which is why they are full of bugs and typically bring in more game breaking problems than there originally were. If I was head of a development team, and I see excessive complaints of problems with desync, lag compensation and other netcode problems I would get down on that shit ASAP. It's been almost a year now since release and every patch and update make the game run as smooth as a clogged sewer. Fucking communists.

Tested KN 44 nerf

in practice range and definitely recoil is little bit stronger than LK 24 after 10m distance or more. Before KN 44 had very vertical recoil with tight spread, now spread is definitely increased.

Some questions about the battle pass

So i was thinking of buying the battle pass for s8, but i just wanted to ask some questions about it since it's the first time I'd ever buy anything on a game and have no idea how premium bp's work, lol.

First of all, what's the difference between the premium pass and the premium pass plus? Using this season as an example, would someone on premium get all the items as someone on premium plus, but get them by ranking up as opposed to getting them instantly on the plus version? If not, what items (like i said using this season as an example) are in the premium plus, but not the premium?

Also i hear how buying one bp pays for the next, how does that work, do you get cp as rewards on the battle pass, enough cp to buy the next one? And are the cp rewards the same for both premium and premium plus users?

I think that's all I've got to ask for now, thanks in advance!

KN44 / AK117 - Opinion

Had the KN since the first grind and only put it back into service over the last week or so but having just stepped into a game on Firing Range, I honestly couldn’t discern anything that would have lead me to believe it’s been nerfed.. even slightly..

Knocked em down at mid and long range using iron sights and there’s no discernable extra wibble in the recoil (not to suggest that was expected but still...) so dare I say, chill..(?)

The AK117 on the other hand.. So I did appreciate the changes to the M4 and AK sounds recently (though I’m still convinced the latter resulted in a slight decrease to its rate of fire..) but WTF have you done..??!

The 117 had one of the most distinctive, realistic and downright ripping sounds in the game.. It now sounds like a broken boiler and it’s formidable rate of fire has now been reduced to a grotesque clang... Seriously ill considered IMHO.

I’d go so far as to say it constitutes a nerf it’s that awful and distracting.. Please reconsider reverting it to it’s familiar/classic howl.

Cartridge drop sound!

CODM Devs should add the sound of bullet cartridges dropping when a gun is fired. It will add more realism imo. This may not be a huge feature, but it will definitely add some dimensions to the game. What say?

when you don't have a ton of money or a ton of time you get very little out of the current game

the new battle pass structure has made it impossible for me to complete it. i literally don't have enough time to play enough to complete it. and while i do spend money on the game unless i spend like 50-150+USD i am unable to get the p2p weapons like the cordite. the time investment or money investment makes it pretty much impossible for someone like me who works all day everyday to complete pretty much anything. i have time to play about 3 MP and 1-2 BR matches per day and that is no where near enough to complete the battle pass so that takes away that source of items for me too. i know there was some problems with the way the battle pass was and it didn't really reward skill but the new way still doesn't reward skill that much. grinding is the game to me now, and i just don't have the time to do it regardless of how good i do. currently i feel very defeated, i know i won't have the time or money to waste to complete the battle pass and i missed out on so much stuff these lass two. it just feels really disheartening, i don't want to have to spend like 72000 cp and i know i can't spend all day playing just to complete the battle pass... maybe I'm just ranting or something, i just feel very drained about not being able to complete the BP and missing out on so much just because i don't have enough time to grind despite knowing i have enough skill to get everything.

RIP KN-44

Some people were saying the KN44 is as good as it was. I played some rank matches with it. It still shreds, but it just doesn't feel that powerful anymore. You'll feel the midrange damage reduction, because headshots probably are not reducing the time to kill as much as it used to. It's still good, but it's not a beast anymore.
Frankly, now all we'll see in ranked is the cordite and the RUS. It already was an SMG meta, now it'll be even more so. It doesn't make any sense to me, they could've just left the KN alone.

Alright so I’ve been grinding away at multiplayer and have noticed since I got up to the higher ranks of master that every time my team loses whether it’s by a lot or a little I drop around 15 do points. I don’t think it’s right to drop so points but rather you shouldn’t earn any points. I don’t know if I’m the only one who thinks this or not but let me know.

Is anyone else having trouble logging in?

Whenever I try to log in it takes me back to the loading screen. It did the same thing whenever I tried to watch an ad to get those coins or whatever they're called. So that's why I uninstalled the game and installed it back cuz I thought it might fix the problem, but now I can't even log in. I'm not sure if it's becuz of my low end device or if it's becuz of the game itself, but this was never an issue before

u/COD_Mobile_Official Second time today during ranked games I matched up against a hacker (UID: 6844977431649452033). This guy can clearly be seen using hacks, why don't you guys deal with people like this even after they're reported. The whole A7 Clan ranks up while benefiting from his hacks. Look at his gameplay. Especially since the COD Mobile World Championship is going on, matching with people like this who're going to ruin the game for us just makes one want to quit.

Private Matchmaking is dry.

Cod mobile devs should release all game modes for private Matchmaking. You know. Like they earlier did. Earlier you had all game modes active or inactive available for private matches. Voice chat useless

I have a note 9 and no one can hear my voice chat in the game, I enabled microphone, disabled, push to talk, tried everything. Still nothing. I would give my soul for 10 loadouts

It just would make things so much easier.

I would have a TDM loadout, Dom and HP loadout, separate loadouts for Nuketown and Summit. A Crossfire loadout and a couple TDM loadouts. And 1-2 SND loadouts and 1 Sniper loadout.

It's just makes sense.

I just lost a bunch of ranked matches so I'm here to rant.

What the absolute fuck with the invisible enemy!? (not literally, either I'm fucking blind or dEsYNc) I'm out gunning this guy only to be killed and in the kill cam... I'm birdwatching, literally. I'm looking up and not shooting at all. And the heck you gonna do if the damn thing gets stuck suddenly? (Playing on a potato hardware so that's on me but there's this bug tho, when you are running and your character just stops as of his drill sergeant fucking told him to stop or PTSD???) And please... I'd rather have bots as my teammates than these stupid fucks. Yes I succ. I understand. Then how the fuck we lose a hardpoint at 75 - 150 where I have 39 kills!? And not to mention the morons playing hardpoint like TDM. And the dumbnut who leaves match right after dying 3 times in a row. Shoot yourself in the balls you butthurt cunt. Oh and the pleasure of dying instantly after respawning because of enemy air strick is right on your head, shouldn't I have invincibility for so time? No time is relative. And it's like flash for me and a snail for the enemies. I'm not even kidding the game probably wants me to lose. I smell a conspiracy here. And if you please stop spawning enemies right behind my ass, that would be great. I'd be frank, I can't play for shit but I hate those 13 fingers acrobats. Fucking snakety snakes! Lying down, sliding crouch and prone and shit. doing surprissssssey surprissssssey. And not to mention the trash, camping like the fucking trash that you are. I would be happy if the match making system did match me and 4 more Noobshits like me with a team of acrobats. Behold 20 - 50 TDM. And what the heck with the same map again and again and again and again and again and again and again (yeah it's even more annoying when you can't play on that map specifically) and after your hope and dreams are crashed, some mofo does the pop boogie. DR H Stats

With the new DR H Assault rifle coming out and it being in the training room, I did some stuff to find its stats. Not everything definite, and if you want more precise stats, wait for Hawksnest or Path.exe to upload a DR H indepth. Now let's start with damage.

So the DR H, from Close to Long Range, needs 4-6 shots to kill

Close Range is 4 shots. So by doing some math, the Guns close range damage is somewhere around 25-33.

Medium range is 5 shots. So the guns Medium damage is somewhere around 20-24.

Long range is 6 shots. So the guns Long Range damage is somewhere around 16-19.

The DR H's C range damage is similar to the HBRa3. HBRa3 also needs 4 to 6 shots to kill. Its damage is:

Close: 26

Medium: 22 and 17

Long: 16

The DR H's reload speed is either 2.0 seconds or 2.1 seconds. I was checking the reload button and it looks like both but idk. The Mag size is 20, extended might make it 28, but we will see tomorrow.

The Recoil seems like basic AR recoil, A grip might make it better but idk.

Iron Sights are frickin amazing, best in the game by far.

This is basically all I have and know about it. Based on this, a good class I think would be good for the gun is Foregrip (might make the recoil better), Extended Mag (cause of the sorry ass low 20 bullets) and probably the new DR H exclusive OTM. It was leaked and it seems like it increased damage. We will see.

Please Devs, there is a great problem with de gameplay in BR, i really dont know why people dont talk about this here or everywhere because it is a thing that is broken in BR in cod mobile.

The trap master is LITERALLY a broken class, im gonna tell you why....first of all, you cant see the line of the trap, second, it gives you slow (easier to die for anyone) and third thing, but the worst one, it gives you damage per second.

Its not a little slow, its a slow that you almost stop to walk and you cant even slide for save yourself. Its not a bit of damage per second, its a damage that you die if you pass 2 times in the trap without heal yourself (without the purple class), but with the purple class, you die passing at once on the trap....but a amazing thing is that you not even have time for heal yourself because it kills you less than 8 seconds, but if you, for a miracle, heal yourself at time....pray for anyone kills you when you still with slow, because the slow remains in you just like....1 MINUTE.
These class is for skill less people who cant even win one gun fight. Its for campers....and everybody knows that campers make the experience in BR worse! Even with these class!
Later that they put these class in the credit store, everybody are using these....and all of then are making a lot people stop to playing the BR mode!

Please, say me that im not the only one who think like these!!!

Changes After Major Updates

After every major update, the game feels completely different. It's getting to be extremely frustrating finally getting used to the feel of the game, playing for a few weeks and then having that feel change monthly/every two months.

I jumped into a game today after the update downloaded and it felt horrible compared to yesterday.

I understand there are always things that can be improved upon, but it seems like such a drastic change every time.

Has anyone else had this issue and felt the frustration of it?

I am recently using my qq9 loadout and theres a bug in mp mode where even after ur fully reload animation ends still it wont reload sometimes. I havent found what causes this but i have died too many times cos of it. Anyone here uses qq9 loadout ?

Old items on lucky board suddenly removed!

I had been saving up, watching ads for days, to get the Captain skin. But today sadly discovered that all the items were replaced, not only on the board but also in the store. I humbly ask the devs, please add the old skins back into the store, at least for a little bit, and give us some advance notice before the skins change!

Do You Think We Will Have Too Many Guns?

At the rate of guns being added, and the unique aspect of every gun to be maintained with each addition of a gun, do you think there will be an amount that is enough or more guns needed?

So what was fixed if anything in the nearly 200mb patch released today? I'm not noticing any changes to audio or voice chat. Desync is definitely still present even in BR. Unloading an entire clip with hit markers into an enemy just to have him turn and kill me within 1 second despite wearing a lvl 3 vest untouched, and 150 health.

I had performance issues with FPS dropping down to mid 30s so I cleared cache and data, restarted the phone etc.

Can you provide some release notes or what was added / changed? Was hoping voice chat had at least got fixed but earlier had the same problems with friends not hearing me or vice versa.

Hardpoint is the worst mode and for one reason, the enemy team has a advantage if the hardpoint is in their favor, and maybe is always on their team side, if my teamates are dominating i also feel bad for the enemy team. What im trying to say here is, hardpoint isn’t really fair for anyone, even in ranked.

I'm so sad :(( I wasn't able to get the Heat Stroke HG-40 because the "intel briefing" draws were changed without notice :((

I know there are other issues that need to be addressed, including players who get locked out of watching 10 daily ads and players who can't watch ads at all, but I gotta say that this is really tilting, man. Yesterday I finally finished watching 280 freakin' ads (28 days of ads) just to get enough for the HG-40 but when I was about to buy the gun this morning it was gone from the store and replaced with an M4LMG skin... While it is still a reward that doesn't require a real money purchase, I'm pretty upset that I bought Black Lime and then gave them ad revenue for 20 extra days, only to not be able to buy the very item I was grinding for.

In the future, it would be nice if there were a timer just like in all of the seasonal events so that players know when the rewards will reset. Another solution would be to add the old rewards to the place where we can spend our yellow currency we get from watching ads, but not put the old stuff in the main draw screen that randomly picks a reward.

Seeing as this is the one f2p feature that directly makes our beloved game money, I think improvements to the system make sense. All of the free-to-play rewards lately are seriously so great and I am very appreciative to CODM for the increasing f2p support, and I'm also very happy that they added new ad-watching rewards such as Lev Kravchenko :)) I'm just fuming a little because I don't get to enjoy the gun I spent 20 days trying to get :(( Anyway, thanks a bunch CODM for making a great game and I hope I didn't come off too whiny :P

Regarding KN-44 “nerf”

Hi everyone this is path.exe from the CODM research team.

From what I’ve tested, KN-44 did not get any damage changes whatsoever.

The range values remained the same.

It still has a damage profile of 26-24-19, with the 4 shot range being 21m and 5 shot range being 41m.

So no damage changes at all.

The only debatable change was to accuracy.

To be fair I didn’t use it a whole lot, but the KN was never a super precise weapon, always having a certain unpredictability to it.

From what I can tell, the KN may or may not have its stability reduced (I’m unsure), I have to wait for u/HawksNestYT to do his graph thing, but as of right now, the KN was barely touched.

And I can tell you very confidently, if it takes Hawksnest to do his recoil graph to be able to tell a difference, it should be really really small, or even nonexistent.

It was a stupidly easy to use rifle, and it still is a stupidly easy to use rifle. If you really need to go for long range, use LK24.

LK has always been a superior weapon over KN for long range engagements for its precision.

banning because of unstable internet connection

I've been having problems with my internet for a week now. It seems stable for the most part but every once and while it just disconnects. I've lost about total 150 points in multiplayer ranking over the week (bad connection). and now in a battle royale game where I'm about to learn break my own record of the most kills (15) , I lose connection and the game decides that I deserve a full day ban! How is this system fair? how? Am i the only one in the world who faces internet problems sometimes? who thought this is fair? In a perfect world where internet in most countries is stable, yeah sure go a head, but in this world, earth 2020, this beyond ridiculous!

I used to be able to watch ads , now for some reason, there is no ads. People are getting cool stuff and now i hear they updated it. Now there are golden skins, kinda like the black gold ones. Just like bandit skins are like red action, these skins look like black gold ones . Also what has device specifications got to do with ads ? black screen getting wrose?

Has the black screen issue been getting worse for anyone? I'm now getting multiple per BR game, and it's happening when MP games finish on the winning team screen. If I try to adjust the graphics settings, black screen is just replaced with the twitching glitch, which happens even more frequently per game (every 5 min or so) and both issues require a hard reset. Why is this still such an issue?

Whats up with crossfire?

It’s really getting on my nerves, since the launch of the game it feels like i almost always play the crossfire map, if not, then its a 80% chance that the second match is on crossfire, 3rd match? 100% crossfire.

The must ugliest and boring map, its so bland. Should have the option to uninstall it.

So the new BP is basically 1 good gun?

Just looking at all the links, threads and YT videos. Looks like the only good gun we are getting in the BP is the KN44. Looks about it. The new Scar gun is I'm sure the typical 3 shot kill, slow firing gun nobody uses because of low fire rate.

4 Cool character skins. I guess it might seem negative but am I right though. Just the KN is the only thing worthwhile
