Can someone explain to me the new matchmaker?

I (master V) get matched with pro III and pro IV players. I am always on (1.5~3KD). I watch my team mates 24/7 ads in the middle of standoff or firing range. Why on earth i am matched like this and infront of me are 4 and 6 claw players who do all drop shot slide shot stuff and my team is always running in the center of an open map ......

What device do you use?

Just curious what is the device you use to play CODM? And how is it performing this season? Are you satisfied with how it handles the game?

I use the Samsung Galaxy S7. Surprisingly it doesn't have much lag/desync issues. It has movement glitches here and there, but overall I am very satisfied with the performance.

How do I fix he game crashing while having the HBRa-3 (skulls and blood skin) equipped?

I recently got the HBRa-3 when I hit pro 2 and for some odd reason, it glitches my game out when I try to play a match with it.
At the start of a match I pick the gun and the game just crashes and restarts. And I know that my device crashes and restarts because I have a low end device but it seems that it is persistent with the HBR.
Is there any way ti fix this issue? I play on a Samsung SMT380. If there arent then I guess I’ll just play with the KN-44 for now :/.

Greetings Call of Duty: Mobile Community, we are surprisingly already nearing the end of Season 7, Radioactive Agent, and that means another brand-new season is just around the corner! We do still have some new content coming your way this week, but the majority of it is related to the World Championship tournament or some the final events for the season.

Speaking of which, in true Call of Duty fashion we aren’t going to leave anyone behind and we’ve launched our Stage 1B part of the tournament. This is a second chance to jump back for anyone that missed it the first go around, for anyone currently competing, and for those who want another chance to climb the ranks. We are happy to celebrate that launch with our first trailer for the Call of Duty: Mobile World Championship 2020.

Scope not locking?

Has anyone else experienced an issue with their scope not locking? With 3D Touch I can press the scope, but it no longer locks, it just releases. I cannot move my finger quick enough to fire while scoped in. My boyfriends game still locks when he presses the scope, so it seems mine is a bug. It’s driving me crazy.

Time to fix this game

It's time the Devs actually put some effort into fixing this game. There are long standing issues that have never been fixed, and new issues for each season. I'm just gonna name a few for both game modes, but other people can add ones they know of. I'm just gonna put the main ones. But it seems like the Devs are just basically ignoring a bunch of issues, as if they don't exist.

RANKED/ MP

★ Quitting Ranked matches penalty is not high enough. Seven seasons in and this hasn't been fixed. It's currently 50, which is an improvement but is not good enough. It needs to be a minimum of 100 points so the penalty outweighs leaving a match. If you lose a game, you should not be losing more points than you do for leaving a match. The community has been asking for this for a long time.
If someone is consistently being deducted points for leaving Ranked matches, then they need a 30+ day ban.

★ Mode selection. This seems to change from season to season, but it seems to me that there is always an emphasis on Search & Destroy. It seems like 2/3 of Ranked matches are S&D. That's fine if you like that mode, but personally I hate it. There are 4 game modes and yet S&D and then Domination far outweighs the number of TDM or Hardpoint games you play. We need a system that is looking at our Ranked game history, and will automatically search for the game mode you have not recently played. Game mode selection, if we're not able to choose, needs to be better balanced. (I'll add a comment after this as an example)

★ Map Selection. This one just needs to be more random. There are only 7 maps, but there always seems to be that one map you don't play in Ranked. For example I'll get Crossfire or Crash 2 or 3x in a row but no Standoff or Raid.

★ Spawning in games. In Ranked TDM it seems like the spawn is flipped about every 5 deaths for your team. So you can leave a spawn point, and then an enemy has spawned behind you. It can be that the enemy has good timing and just rounded a corner as you spawned, and that could be the case, o...

It’s honestly ridiculous how easy they made it to rank up, when I play ranked in legendary I expect my teammates to have at least half a brain, instead they go 1 - 20 against also trash opponents, only good season was S1 where it actually took skill to rank up

Well BR isnt BR we all was expecting, why? Please optimise the android side of codm

Please optimise the game for android, because i play br on barely 30 to 20 fps and i play on a samsung galaxy a 70 wich should be powerfull enough for codm on LOW graphics, i can play pubg on hdr graphics easyly, this is not normal, it started towards the beginning of season 4, at the end of season 3 it was verry good, i was able to play on medium at a steady 60 fps and sometimes high graphics with around 30 fps so please optimise it i am sure i am not the only one, this needs to be solved.

Bought CP the day they pulled out the meltdown draw

So, I was a strictly f2p player, not by choice. I had been saving up for about two weeks to but the ak117 meltdown since it's been a favorite of mine since S1. I bought 9 items last night. Petition to add Sri Lanka in the list of eligible countries.

Before I begin, I’d like to say that we were aware that we wouldn’t get to play the World Championship because we weren’t in the list of “eligible” countries, nevertheless, we still participated.

Just like most other competitive players, we have invested a lot of time in this game and playing the second stage of World Championship was a lot of fun cuz we were so committed in qualifying and it brought the best of us. It’s almost unfair that we, who have worked equally hard as most other CODM players, don’t get to participate in the whole World Championship tourney because we live in a different country.

Quite a lot of teams from Sri Lanka have qualified for stage 3 and I’m speaking on behalf of all of them and I’m sure there are players, who are in other “non-eligible” countries, that would agree with what I’m saying. I don’t see the point of excluding some countries from this tourney, just my thoughts!

How can I live stream on Android 10.1 with both MIC and game audio? Trying to stream Gameplay from Call of duty mobile using Omlet and many other Stream apps but audio doesnt work or I get this weird audio repeating thing that gets louder and louder til its just loud white noise for stream. Phone: Samsung GS10 , Android 10.1, Apps: Omlet, FB Gaming, StreamLabs. Open to rooting if needed or what ever workaround that would make it work on mobile without resorting to streaming via a computer with phone attached. Thanks!

Change Google Account

I played the game a lot at launch on my Android phone and had unlocked quite a bit and I have not played in a few months and decided to tonight and it randomly asked me to pick a Google account and I picked the wrong one and I cannot find a way to clear it out.

I have tried clearing cash deleting data uninstalling and reinstalling.

Does anybody know a way to make it where I have the option to pick an account again?

So who’s the genius that decided to make the claim for Phantom Skin time limited?

Title says it all. My team finished all 30 matches and came very close to qualifying. I took a two-three day break off COD after literally grinding matches, and trying for hours to get every team member online for the week of the qualifiers. I log in, check my inbox expecting the Phantom skin and it’s not there. After some scrolling through reddit, I come to find out that it was time limited and you only had a two day window to claim it.

Guess a lot of players and I are just unlucky, but who’s the idiot that decided to put a time limit claim on a participation reward? Surely they can see how ridiculous that is. The main arguments I’ve seen on posts asking about the championship skin is “All you had to do was claim it brah” or “It’s better it’s time limited this way it’s more rare.” Firstly, there was no prior mention before or during the tournament that there’d be a 2 day window to claim the skin. In the history of CODM, in every single season, rewards have been sent to the inbox. I’m sure many players who were burned out from the qualifiers took a little break like I did, and their efforts have now been squandered.

Can we receive word from Tencent or Activision as to WHY this decision was made, if not get access to the skin we played for?

I never used the kn44 before and I’m pretty bad at ranked, but I dropped a nuke today after I tried it out for the first time! New gun designs idea

Hello CODM devs and players,
As we all have seen, some people in our community are wicked talented when it comes to art. They’ve created some really amazing gun skins and even some character designs.
What I am proposing is that the DEVS hold a contest for the next designs of a gun. It can be any gun, but the guns that the community votes on the most will be added and gained via challenges.
The winners of these challenges could get cool little gifts such as battle passes, Cod points, exclusive emotes or spray pairs or frames and calling cards.
This could bring us closer as a community as we’d be using a gun that someone like us the average player created and inspire more and more art.

These are the best router settings i found after detailed search on the internet, i myself is well equipped with networking knowledge so dont worry i wont suggest you anything whoch will harm your device or your router:
1)Play on 5ghz rather than 2.4
Also check for the best channel of 5ghz( Several tools available to check it-chose the one with least interference)
2)Try upnp on if it doesn’t affect turn it off ( Unless you do console gaming-for that you need it on)
Codm recommends the port opening in the sequence
upnp>port forward >dmz
(dmz should be the last resort)
3) Disable Sip Alg
4) Wmm- Disable it (on if you do a lot video streaming,else keep it off , or just keep it on for 2.4ghz network, and disable it for 5ghz)
5)IGMP proxying- OFF
6)Nat Open/secured - Keep it open
7) MTU- keep it default 1500 units
8) Qos-keep downlod and upload to 75% of your network speed as dispalyed on speedtest & prioritise it by device type( Keep your gaming device on the highest and rest other devices on High or lower than it), if it reduces speed of the whole network you can switch it off.
9)Dns-check if the dns you are using is giving you good connectivity else checkout my video on how to chose other best dns especially for gaming, its safe you dont get banned https://youtu.be/qTg33g1nMVs

How many of you guys have lost the chance to get lk24 championship just bcz of the noob teammates?.. they are so worse they can't even see a player standing right in front of them.. Such players Shouldn't even be able to reach elite and they are in legendary.. And i think the biggest reason for that is the rank boost that they get every weekend

What if CODm had more character skins from Modern Warfare 2019?

(This is just a repost so that devs can hopefully see this, so EVERYONE PLS UPVOTE IF U LIKE)

It would be really nice if CODm had more skins from Modern Warfare 2019 next season (and the following seasons, hopefully) as this would give the game a more realistic feel. The operator skins I'm referring to are operators such as Mara, Mace, Charly, Otter, Domino, Talon, D-day, and so much more. It'd also be cool if CODm paid more attention to gloves/arms as this is what MP players mostly see (considering we play in FP, ofc). I believe that doing so would allow the game to reach out to the audience that is more into the military-themed aesthetic. I get all the hype the really colorful and fantastic skins get, but at some point, it all just gets tiring to look at. CODm's addition of Nikto to the game was good, but I wish they didn't have to release it through a lucky draw; that was a huge blow because I really wanted to get that skin since it was from MW. Don't even get me started on how they changed the color of Kreuger, lol.

This post is just about the operator skins in regard to realism; a totally different discussion would have to be held in terms of the game's feel. I say this because in terms of gameplay and aesthetics, CODm is roughly more modeled after the Black Ops games, namely BO3 and BO4. So far, the only few things we have modeled out of MW is the kill sound, a few skins, and the BP layout. But other than that, the game totally feels cartoony.

This is just MY opinion though, as I'm a big fan of realism in games as well as MW 2019 in general, so I totally respect those who fancy the game's current feel.

THE DESYNC PROBLEM (question)

Does anyone else noticed that the desync problem is greater the higher rank you're on. I was playing elite on my alternate id.. And there was zero desync. Even on my main id i didn't faced any problem in pro tier. That is until i advanced to master. Almost every game in master was unplayable because of that high desync.
I can be wrong though.. Would like to know your opinion and observations.

Theres a lot of hackers now!

Reminds me of season 1! Please get rid of them! They cant win the tornament! I have played agaisnt a couple of sketchy players that are using aimbot and speed hacks! Some of them turn them on for part of the gamr and turn them off and some leave them on for the whole match!

Battle royal eater egg? Help me figure it out!

In the new place sanitarium, i noticed a bunch of teddy bears. It looked out of place, and being a long time cod fan... i shoot it. A rainbow poof appears. Then O see another one. I tell my buddy that I think it’s an Easter egg. She ended up shooting 7 of them and a loud “opening” sound was heard but we didn’t see anything. It’s hard because the storm doesn’t always give enough time, and you still have to fend for your life so yeah. Still haven’t found anything. Have others noticed?

How bad is the profanity filter? What words can't we use?

So I tried to write to a friend when our mics were down: "Jesus, that damn sniper girl killed me 15 times in domination,"
I mean I new as soon as I sent it that some of my words would be censored... But to see the word domination censored too? That's the name of an in game mode and we can't actually use it. I can't understand why the word girl is censored... Or Philipino (yes, I play with two girls from the Philippines). Shotgun, sniper, fear and black (try writing black ops) are just a few more...

Which got me thinking, what else can't we say? Help me out here guys, this is funny tbh

Please allow more countries to participate in the tournament

CODM Devs please let people from more countries participate in future rounds of the tournament. I am from Lebanon and don’t have a region to play in, I’m just playing in “others”. I didn’t qualify the first round to stage 2 because i was new in legend MP (used to play br more) but this time around i qualified on my first try won 7 out of 10 games. I am begging you, i want to play on future stages but can’t. Even if you’re not facing this issue please upvote so that codm devs can do something about this. Thank you.

Auto banning is not the way to go.

Hi, I have been playing Call of Duty: Mobile recently because I do not have access to my computer currently and it turns out that I am alot better than I thought I was. Almost every other game I go into I get banned even though I am not hacking. I think auto banning should be removed and reports should start going under manual review. If that cant work make an anticheat! When I get banned I stay banned for an hour before I am unbanned but the most recent ban that I got banned me for a day. FOR NO REASON. Activision should really handle this. Thank you for reading.

Anyone willing to do scrims? (I'll explain what that means)

So first off, scrims mean clan vs. clan, we can do 1v1 gunfights, 3v3 SnD and whoever wins gets a shout-out! We both get our clans names out so it's all friendly here.

We have a discord, Instagram, you name it. We just want to have fun with other clans :)

So if you've never done this before your clan needs 5 people so they can play, or whatever number the clans agree opon. Also need a sub team Incase someone isn't online during it.

PM me of you want details.

If anyone doesn't have a clan you can join ours, it's very friendly and we also have a discord where we 1v1 for practice and turn our negatives into positives, like we help each other get better with whatever (reaction time, snipeing, controls, etc.)

Total noob questions

Please be patient with me here; I am totally new and have not played a video game in years.

What are seasons?

What are battle passes?

Those cards I win, like XP cards that upgrade weapons, do me no good in Battle Royale correct?

Whenever I kill someone in battle Royale and it automatically picks up their things, why does it pick up some things and leave other things?

How am I supposed to play teams in Battle Royale, considering they often want me to turn the mic on, when I turn the mic on the volume to the game lowers, meaning I cannot hear the enemies footsteps, which is often how I know when they are around. Do you need a headset or something for that?

What are the different point systems?

What I do in multiplayer battles, does it affect Battle Royale at all? Such as character ratings, etc.

In Battle Royale, the only reason to upgrade a gun is just for the look of it correct?

I attempted to google some of this stuff ahead of time and could not get a straight answer. I think it's second nature to most of you.

Quick tip if your thumbs (or other fingers) get too sweaty while playing (no money required to fix).

If you're playing ranked, and you get nervous, or anxious, parts of your body will sweat, including the hands. Which will make strafing really difficult because of the friction between the finger and the on-screen joystick.

Here's what you need:

  1. A shirt

Here's what you do:

Put your thumb under the shirt. It will feel like there is much less friction which will make the gliding of the finger on your screen, much easier. Since I have eczema on all of the fingers on my right hand (and they're all dehydrated, it doesn't sweat not unless I put my finger on hot steam), I only need to do this on my left thumb (I play 3 finger claw, using 2 fingers on right side and one on the left side). Or if you feel like spending money, just go buy some finger sleeves.

Cheaters are back bois

Watch out for opponents strafing madly ,and killing you with minimum or close to minimum bullets required. Important point minimum bullets. Aim bot will make sure they hit target always.It’s the new cheater meta. Also they have weird names, like names with symbols. (If you disagree, check out pubgm banned list). Codm also need to publish a ban list.

I was thinking ever since CODM introduced the (you beat X % players feature, did it count bots? Cause at legendary it would say you beat 97-99 % players which really made me question its accuracy/authenticity.

The regions in call of duty World championships doesn't have my country in the list of "others". I was able to register successfully though. Do you think that they will disqualify me when I manage to receive reach the next round? I've successfully got 80 point and advanced to the second stage of the qualifications.

Petition Against the CODM AntiBan system

The scourge of unfair bans have ravaged the CODM community, Many have been banned unfairly after spending hundreds of dollars on the game. I myself was banned for absolutely no reason on the 3rd of June, 2020.

I made this petition to stop the terrible trend that has broken the hearts of many, innocent hearts that just wanted to play the game. Bans must be able to be appealed and properly investigated.

Earlier this year popular youtuber Noah was banned for 10 years and after a couple of minutes unbanned so the bans are actually reversible despite all what the Devs say. I know for a fact that I wasn't cheating, hacking or even being toxic. I almost always play with my lads. So getting banned for cheating is outrageous

I cant just wake up whenever and get scared anytime i wanna log into my account cause i might get banned any second. A game of CODM's calibre shouldn't be making such trivial errors especially after all the fire it has come under in the community.

Please if your reading this we need your help to make this get fixed. Together we can fix our beloved game. Share this petition with everyone.

  • Make bans have the ability to be APPEALED
  • Investigate APPEALED bans and unban the innocent
  • Listen to the community more (All of us can't be lying obviously)

My game is bugged.

I know I probably won’t get the help I need in this subreddit but if someone could do me a favor and cross post this to a subreddit that’s more suitable for this that would be great. I can’t because all of the bigger subreddits have rules/requirements to meet that I don’t meet.

I just got a new iPhone this past week and half. It’s running iOS 13.5.1. The problem I’ve been experiencing is only with this game. I keep getting the “Connected” message in game, and “Connecting to server” when i’m not in game. This happens anywhere from 5 seconds to 2ish minutes. But the thing is my internet is fine, I just got new internet in my house a few months ago. And I’m getting 40ms and I don’t actually disconnect from the server. This doesn’t happen on my old iPhone, I’ve tried deleting the app and re-downloading it but that doesn’t work. Anyone know a fix?

Today I was in a hardpoint ranked match and one of the opponents was running significantly faster than the usual speed.

My initial reaction was, it is a hacker, but one of my friends said maybe it is an epic skin effect.

POLL: LK24 JUSTICAR should be redesigned

This is a petition to get the LK24 "Justicar" skin to be redesigned and improved. Myself and many others, especially Americans, feel that this skin was not up to standard for a legendary, holiday themed skin.

In the past, the codm developers have done a great job at giving us quality content for holidays such as the Lunar new year, Christmas, Halloween, etc. However, the overall quality of this Independence Day draw was a serious letdown, specifically regarding the LK24. Considering how many of Codm's players are American, I think we deserve something better.

Swearing /Racial slurs

Unfortunately matched up with these two low lifes (same team) who is swearing 24/7 to teammates. Using racial slurs etc. I wanted to quit the match but didn't and muted. Again the mic automatically turned on at the end of match and they agian started using racial slurs.

Garena servers

On behalf of Singapore and Malaysia please migrate philippine players to have their own servers. We’ve had enough of them lagging around in games, dumping a full clip on them and they turn around killing us with only a few rounds. They are the furthest away from us and it makes no sense for us to share servers with them. Many top singapore and malaysia clans know this as well.

BR smoke class is broken for me

So once I unlocked the new class I went to try it out. In the lobby it works fine, I can throw a smoke and see people through it in red like I’m suppose to. However, once the game actually started it didn’t work like that. I threw the smoke twice where I knew there were enemies and both times I couldn’t see them. Actually I died because the enemy somehow saw thru my smoke and killed me while I couldn’t even see him.

Only explanation is maybe those people had the smoke class also and a perk is that other smoke bombers can’t see you if you’re using the class as well. Is this true? Anyone else have this issue? Based on this experience I don’t plan to ever use the class again. Airborne is much better

Just got Tunisia in ranked MP but it doesn’t seem to be show up in the map lists for MP so I did not expect that. Personally I think it’s not the greatest map to be used in ranked. And if Tunisia is in ranked, why are maps like Rust not in ranked??
