Stealth Class

For players using stealth class (using suppressor and perks to make you almost invincible to enemies), is it necessary to only use SMG? Most players who I’ve seen only use SMG but I want to use ARs instead.

I really would like the devs to remove the flag in the game it really obstructs the view in the game sometime.

Fix the audio between players

I just started playing COD and I keep getting this error whenever I try to play battle royale and multiplayer games even in training mode. Anyone know how to fix this? My internet speed is decent, I never had internet connection problems playing any other games. I tried reinstalling the app and it worked, but it came back to this again after around 5 hours.

Hip firing mode on snipers

Anyone have this bug when using hip fire mode on snipers you can't slide but crouch after shooting your shot. Tried using ads firing mode on snipers and I was able to slide really easy after shooting a shot.

You have to move a bit to actually slide if you choose hip, it's quite an disadvantage if I can't slide the moment I shoot

Not to sound ungrateful about the rank XP boost in general, but it would be a great improvement if it would only apply when winning the match, otherwise it sometimes just gets wasted. Again, not complaining about the XP boost, would just be a little qol improvement.

Br connection error

Hey guys, since the last season i'm having problems with the matchmaking. When I want to play, it loads 10-15 seconds and then crash saying that the connection was lost, and even if i want to get in again in the option its not posible. Im sure its not a wifi error. Its an update failure?.

Hey cod community, I know I’m really dumb for this but i couldn’t participate in the tournament because I have COVID 19. I let someone on my account. So I met this person in game and we played a few games together hopped on mic. I trusted him with my account and I found out today he changed my login information like the email on the account. I have it linked to my Facebook but he linked my account to his Apple ID also. I have the original email when creating this account and the same ip. Can Activision or any mod help me please?

Stage 3 qualifier strategy

To qualify for stage 3 the following point scale per win is used:
20-team avg legendary
16-team avg master
15-team avg pro
...

It seems like if a team avg is in master they should drop (not on team play), and demolish pro in team play for small differences in points earned.

Would the best strategy for a team would be to tear up pro, avoid a potential loss in master, and get the bare minimum legendary wins?

An Assault Rifle with an SMG features ?

So far we have a lot of SMGs which they can compete with ARs because they are close to ARs but they are still SMGs , we have the RUS ,Cordite and maybe GKS ? All good for close & mid range fights .
We don’t really have an AR which have the speed of an SMG , or the ADS speed of an SMG not even strafing speed of an SMG .
I really wish they can at least buff the Type-25 speed, ADS & recoil “without touching the damage or range” and we would have an SMG killer .

Everyone run the sentry gun so that we can complete out seasonal challenges.

So COD Mobile decided it would be a good idea to have us use EMP grenades for a seasonal challenge... The only problem is that NOBODY runs any kind of scorestreak that we can break (Sentry Gun, SAM Turrent, etc.) So can we get people to run those scorestreaks just so the people who grind the game out for the free rewards can actually finish them and not spend 5 years hoping that they will be able to destroy 5 scorestreaks with the EMP?

Im I the only who who think it's too easy to rank up? I've played 2 seasons now and gotton legendary both times. Now I'm at 6900p, I only play solo and mostly get mvp. Battle Royale ranked matchmaking is trash!

Imagine playing MP Ranked Legendary, but your teammates are only Elite I. Default skins, default calling cards, they run out into the open in the middle of the map and get slaughtered (by a full team) without killing anyone. Except for them to respawn, you have to get their tags that are surrouned by that full team, without dying, and then escape and stay alive long enough (TWO MINUTES) for them to respawn. And during all that time you had to waste, the other team was sitting on the hardpoint. Also, when they do respawn, your team acts like they've never played SND, Dom, or Hardpoint before.

That's what playing BR as Leg is. Your Elite I teammates jump to Farm, Launch Base, or Standoff while you try to find some gold parts, lvl 3 vest, and adrenaline. Except for the one teammate that jumps to the platform to fight everyone, dies first, and quits. Your other teammates get killed by a bot and either spams the help me button, or quits immediately. OR, they got into a firefight without a vest, with a real player and either they killed your teammate or their whole team killed your teammate. Then the rest of their team knows where the surviving teammate is or guards their tags and the next teammate is killed.

So the whole team is dead and quit within the first 10 people to die, before the first safe zone is even closed.

And it's EVERY. SINGLE. GAME. I'll waste the whole day just trying to get a good game going without hearing YOUR TEAMMATE HAS BEEN KILLED RETRIEVE THEIR DOG TAGS PLEASE GO HERE TO RETRIEVE MY DOGTAGS.

DON'T EVEN GET ME STARTED ABOUT HOW MANY TIMES I'VE DIED BECAUSE OF LAG AND DESYNC

Sound glitch

Is anyone else experiencing no sound while playing during a game? It glitches and then the sound cuts off while I’m playing ranked and it sucks because the only way to fix the sound is to restart the app. So it’s either play without sound or just lose my points. I basically let these tournaments in the stage 2 flop. Something about the method of forming a team just reeks like shit. I don't want to give some guy my info and ID, and even less do I want to give that info to a person looking to use it in an ill mannet or just plain get stuck with idiots.

I'm stuck picking through a wall of vomit, obscenities and requests for sexual gratification- trying to find serious players- and over 3 weeks successfully found NOBODY. The only people that wanted to team up seriously were little kids (who can't legally compete) or people who just plain obviously can't play well enough.

And then you have the smug assholes that think "oh your kd isn't boosted past 4 you must be trash" even though I know you purposely stay in matches against bots to fake your actual skill... posers.

I'm effectively just not competing. And I'm pretty mad, because I wanted yo and was excited about it- but all I find in World Chats are fucking perverts and children. What a combo.

Some things I’d like to see added soon

I’ll get right into it:

  1. more pistols. Every cod game has an assortment of semi auto, burst, and full auto pistols. Cod mobile has a revolver and a semi auto. They would be super fun to use and they could easily fit into challenges so we would have to grind to earn them.

  2. more settings and controls in BR. I’d like the devs to add the lean function from RoS and PUBG, and I’d like to be able to choose not only how many of certain items to auto pickup but also how much of each type of ammo. Also having a chat wheel for quick messages like pubg mobile.

  3. more way to personalize our load outs. Custom reticles, more sights, clan emblems, grindable paint jobs, golden skins, etc.

  4. custom playlists. Choose which gamemodes you want to play and shuffle between them without going back to the menu between.

  5. more guns from previous call of duty titles. Especially the famas, acr, p90, and vector.

  6. the ability to sell unwanted guns for credits

Possible Last Minute Team Needed?!?!

I have never posted to reddit but have scanned these subs for a while now. First time, so hopefully I’m doing this right.

We had a team lined up for the second stage of the tournament but with the parks in my area opening up, I managed to secure a nice secluded campsite for a much needed vacation. Needless to say, I took the opportunity and am now home with no team to at least give it a go with...

Operator Skills Nerfs And Buffs

After the last update, the only usable operator skill is annihilator. I’m suggesting some nerds and buffs so to balance the operator skills and create more variety.

1. Purifier(Buff/Nerf)
A lot of people hated this because it required little to no skill to use and has pretty much no counter. However, the recent nerf killed it (now it takes 2 streams of fire to kill an enemy). I suggest reverting it back to one stream=one kill and reducing the fuel and increasing the duration. This will make it require skill to use the purifier since you have to one stream instead of spraying to save fuel.

2.Annihilator(Nerf)
Needs a slight ADS speed nerf.

3. Tempest(Buff)
The crosshair shouldn’t have to be 100% on the enemy to hit them. I’m not saying it should be like the annihilator.

4. War Machine(Buff)
Bigger explosion radius and reduced damage to self OR longer range.

5. Sparrow(Buff)
More arrows and longer duration.

6. Death Machine(Nerf)
Less mobility and bullets

Imagine not being able to qualify and get 1k cp because you couldn’t get on when the rest of your team could and tomorrow one person on your team won’t be on so then the matches you would play wouldn’t count and stage two ends tomorrow so you won’t get the cod points or the phantom gold skin.

The reason people still quit ranked matches

Easy....

The penalty isn't severe enough. Just like anything in life. Create an algorithm to find the ones who keep quitting.

So let's say 1st quit in minus 100XP

2nd quit in 4-6 hours minus 200XP

3rd quit in 4-6 hours 24 Hour Ban

Reset every 24 hours.

Now I can understand people might have connection issues but if it's happening like this you don't need to be playing ranked. A disconnect and quitting is hurting the same teammates the same way.

Implement this which is very fair and all that stuff will stop cold in it's tracks.

I crawl a lot towards the end of the game to eliminate the noise of the footsteps but I’m unsure if it eliminates the noise of if I still show up on my opponent’s map.

DAE feel that Warfare should last a little longer?

I feel by the time the circle stabilizes and close range combat begins, the score already starts to approach 150 and especially if the other team is much better than yours, you get barely 2-3 minutes of gameplay before the match ends. Considering that you spend around 10-12 minutes picking up weapons and preparing, I think Warfare should be of 200 or 175 points. That way, we get some more gameplay in the final battle.

Constantly disappointed in teammates

Most frustrating part about this game is thinking as you rank up, your teammates will get better, but no. Having to hyper carry every game and still lose sucks, but I thank the devs for not making me lose half a rank every loss. In master, it’s not even like they don’t play obj, they just lose so many gunfights which makes me think about how they even got into master. /rant

Is anyone having unregistered shots in-game? Is there a possible fix for this? I have stable internet connection and yet the game cannot register my shot, this is frustrating.

Okay so a little weird thought about BP

Okay so the BP is like a one time thing (you actually get all the CP back). So you know i was wondering if the devs can add feature where you buy BP of any season, you get all the rewards from previous battle passes aswell. I mean in the end we're buying the BP, if we would have bought form S1 would've cost same but we didn't. Idk don't downvote me please. Or maybe some missions that we can do to get previous BP stuff (only for those who've bought current BP)

Petition for Add FPP in the warfare mode

Reason: my phone can't handle TPP because it lag too much so i decided play FPP for 3 seasons and I love warfare mode but plz add FPP for this best event mode

Unpopular opinion: Striker in 1v1 is for noobs

Fr. If your opponent chooses shotguns and you choose the Striker to main, you're a shitter and deserve all the death threats you get, because you are a worthless human being who needs to die. I hate fighting twats who can't grow a pair of balls and use an actual skilled weapon like the HSO or BY15.

Annihilator just got nerfed, it now has a ttk of 0.5 seconds.

Just kidding. But seriously, that’s how bad the de-sync is right now.

From 8.5k rank, I lost 300 points because of this freaking de-sync to the point that I thought I was jinxed by some unknown entity and then turned into SoccerMom. But I realized I was wrong when I saw that even my knife kill had a ttk of 0.3 seconds.

De-sync effects:

Can’t jump to avoid gravity spikes. Even if you did, it’s all in your mind.
Dying suddenly out of nowhere because...
Invisible enemies are shooting you.
Enemies passing through walls.
Enemies who are jumping, strafing, and drop shotting have 50% more evasion than normal.
You thought you escaped from the enemy? Nah, wait for your death after a second.

Seriously, this is a FREAKING FPS GAME and the main priorities should be FPS AND PING OR WHATEVER YOU CALL IT. A fraction of a second, be it the delay for you to kill your enemies or the delay for the enemies to show up and kill you MEANS A LOT. I don’t even care about the gun effects anymore RIGHT NOW, and yeah also take away all my skins if it means that I’d have 60fps and 0 de-sync with 32ms ping coz that’s what I came here for.

They said squad vs squad in ranked. They lie. In all ranked battles I am facing hardcore clan squad while I join solo. Money digger game. 2 players left no new player join. They only please buyers n make them won even if they are bad ass noobs. Money ass game.

Help

I'm currently at Master 4 trying to get to legendary but I seem to be losing most matches as no one in my team supports me no matter what mode.I'm the only person capturing hardpoints and B flag and I always get in 1vs 4 situations and end up losing and my team mostly dies in first 15 secs of SnD. Any advice on how to win more matches singlehandedly?

DOES anyone else have that annoying problem where you get hit by a vehicle and you start to glitch and start walking really slow or you cant even move for a good second?!?? LITERALLY got hit by a helicopter and couldnt run away from the enemy team and they killed me smh CALL OF DUTY HAS TO CHECK THAT OUT

Legendary weapon skins(1000 cod points)

Guys I qualified for stage 3 and will get 1000 cod points and wanted to buy a legendary weapon skin. I have spent money only for the battle pass.

But unfortunately they have removed legendary weapon skins from bundles. The only way to buy legendary skins is lucky draw. I have done the math and I can draw 6 times with 1000 cod points which will never give you anything good(speaking for the majority not those guys who get the skin in the 1st draw).

I badly want a legendary weapon skin but there’s no way I can get it.

What you guys will do with 1000 cod points.

Audio drop on Summit is unbearable

I can't play Summit anymore because there's a 50% chance when I respawn the audio will cut out completely. Nothing can be done save for force-quitting the app and signing back in. And, since there's no way to select the maps I want to play (or rather specify which ones I don't) I'm stuck with it on random (and for some reason the COD gods love selecting it. I barely get Rust or Hijack anymore either).

I've tried repairing my login, uninstalled/re-installed the app, playing with audio settings- nothing works, which seems to be a running theme this season.

Still searching for that perfect team? Here's an idea that popped up... genuine opinion appreciated

Hey codm gamers. To all of you who couldn't find a team for the last tournament or weren't happy with the team you got, THIS IS FOR YOU...a few of our clan members had an idea yesterday...for the 2nd stage of the last tournament a few of our clan mates weren't able to form a team due to lack of players. And scrolling through reddit we found many players weren't able to participate due to similar reasons. So we thought what if we made a discord server for people who couldn't find a team, coz as we all know there's a second chance coming up (STAGE 1B) and we thought creating a discord server will be helpful to many of you gamers to help find a team or a teammate. And who knows, u guys might be the team that qualifies in the next stage🤔. So we wanted to be sure if this was a good idea and whether you guys would be interested in being part of such an idea, so what better place to ask such a question than the codm official sub-reddit😄. So what we want to know is all of your opinions on the matter, coz starting a discord page without anybody joining, isn't in the best of our interests either. Tell us what you think and if you don't like the idea please don't downvote, just give us your genuine opinion. Btw...thnq for your patience in reading this entire para. Is anyone else having sound/mic issues??

Sometimes my mic works and sometimes it doesn’t, same goes for hearing my friends. Sometimes I can hear them talking and then I can’t, it’s not just in the game either it’s also in the lobby. It goes in and out. I still have game audio tho. It never used to happen before and it worked perfectly fine up until like season 4 so I know it’s not a phone issue. And then also sometimes randomly during the game it’ll say “connected” or “connecting to mic” or something idk but it’s really annoying

Why do people with bad profile stats keep adding me? When I got good stats?

Why do people with bad profile stats keep adding me? When I got good stats? I keep getting spam requested by randoms after ranked games because im dropping nukes in ranked. However people are like 2 kda with only 5k kills adding me when I got 18k kills with a 5.6 kda. Like they got a worse kda and a lower kill count so they should have a easier time getting a better kda but they still add me. If your going to add somone make sure your even within range of there stats.

Ranked MP. How to get good?

I am currently at Master 3 playing in garena and i'm hoping to get to Legendary. I only play solo ranked because all my friends only play BR.

Ranked MP is so frustrating. I will either be grouped with people who doesn't know how to play the objective or its 5v4. Then i suffer xp loss. This is probably the game telling me to give up.

I'm no pro by any standard. But i don't think i'm that bad. I can play almost any gun except the sniper. This includes shotgun. I also use 3 fingers if that matters?

I guess what i'm trying to say is.. short of everyone telling me to give up, is there any direction you guys can point me to so i can get to legendary? Tips on where to stay in certain map/mode?

I'm not enjoying Ranked MP. But maybe i just suck. How to get good?
