Error Code.

I have been unable to log into the game for the past few days. I keep getting the error code (2, -1) when signing into my ipad.

Things I have tried to fix the problem:

I have deleted and reinstalled the app. No Luck.

Restarted Device. No Luck.

I have gone online to Activision to attached my account to my facebook. Linked. Then, when I try to login using my facebook it acts like it is not linked and asks me to create an account.

I have tried using another device. It works. I then try to link my apple id while signed in. It says that it is already attached to a different account, which is not true. I log out and in with appleID and Facebook. It still says they are attached to a different account.

I am not sure what else to do. Does anyone have any suggestions? It seems like Activision's help desk is closed at this time. Any help would really be appreciated. Thanks.

Selling Weapon XP cards

Idk what you think about this idea, but I think that we should be able to sell our Weapon XP cards for at least Credits, maybe even COD Points. I see that one purple/epic Weapon XP card goes for 500 COD Points (!!!), so make it that we can sell those ones for 500 Credits, the blue/rare ones for 200 Credits, and green/uncommon ones for 100 Credits. I'm tired of people who kill you watching the other side, of people who know where they're going to come out, you don't even see their arm and they've already killed you, that they shoot me from behind cover behind a wall, who kill you and don't even go through the wall, then in the cam come out as if you were out still , of people who don't get some bullets, go with a QQ5 shoot him in the pure face, not miss a bullet, stay half-life and kill you them. Headshots with the artic or DL and mark hitmarker, to hit it in the face literally and not detect the bullet. Do something, this is a very serious problem, supposedly it's a "competitive" game and those things happen, in the top qualifiers for a world cup, it's disappointing. It shows in all game modes but especially in S&D and only that comes out in ranked.

How Tanks have increased the game's intensity so much.

So I know people just post game plays of them but I didn't thought that it would be necessary and it turned out to be one of my best game plays ever. It ain't much, but it was truly amazing. So here's what happened.

So, me and my team, a bit far. They all are grouped while I am up in a hill. Also snipping some enemies and killed everyone that tried to come at me. It was when the last Three Safe Zones were there. The last one, the one where there's no more safe zone. The one before it, where's the safe zone is just a small area. One, where it's not that big but ok. And actually there were four I think. That's where it all began. The intensity. I had gotten good armor and weapons but not too good on the healing part. Only 2 Adrenaline shots. I used one as someone had used his skills which and a flash grenade before that. He used it very well. But I had just heard him before and moved away a bit which saved me a bit. So he used his skill but it couldn't reach me. It was that drone skill that makes you not be able to aim and just, all kinda weird. So, he saw that it was reaching me so he went for me but then, I went to him as well and killed him.

Still went on looking for snipping. I also did some Recon from far away for my team and even shot someone but my teammate who was really close got the kill. Someone else started walking up to me, I killed him too! And then, it came. The enemies that had a tank, they were just driving around the hill I was on. I was using my sniper and assault rifle on it. Finally got it to less than half a health but the enemy had also found his aim with the tank's canon and started firing and I almost died. Used my last adrenaline shot. The safe zone started decreasing so I ran for it but for some laggy reasons, I stopped gliding. Freaked the hell out of me. Picked up two more adrenaline on my way. It was right behind me and as you could guess, it was faster than me. I've rode the tank before and while it's not as fast as other vehicles, I'm pretty sure it's faster than normal walking...

I think we should have multiple HUD layouts

I have always been playing with 2 thumbs on phone and wanted to try switch to 6-finger claw on iPad. So, I rearranged all the buttons, changed the sizes, and tweaked the sensitivities to play on iPad. Obviously I can't carry my iPad with me everywhere I go JUST to play COD mobile so I thought that the game would save two different HUDs and sensitivities for two different devices. I went back to playing on phone and everything was messed up, the buttons and sensitivities. Now if I want to play on phone again I would have to rearrange all the buttons and change the sensitivities, and I find it really annoying that I can only play on one device. COD Mobile please make it so that different devices can save different huds and sensitivities!!!

Why are there so many players who purposely die

I was playing a ranked match and I got shocked to see there were these four players who were purposely dying by killing themselves with an SMRS. It was a domination match and I saw two of these players were legendaries, but then I saw that even though they had legendary banners on their profile avatar...they all were master 1 or master 2.

I even inspected their match history and apparently they do that in EVERY match, 0 kills and 34 deaths (all 34 of them purposely)

Does anyone have any idea why these type of players do this, it has happened to me before as well where I was matched with this one legendary dude who was playing like some "Noob of all Noobs" player

What COD account did I link my profile to?

I linked my COD Mobile profile to a new COD account. I created the COD account during the linking process within the COD Mobile app. It did not require me to verify the email I entered, require me to enter my email twice nor did it require me to enter my password twice. This is different from what you get when you create a new COD account via the homepage. I could display the entered password, however.

When I tried logging in via the COD account, I got an error telling me the login data doesn't work. So I told it to send me a password reset link. I did not get that email. I never got a signup confirmation for the COD account on the email I used either. I could still create a COD account using this email via the website afterwards, i.e. the email was not used yet.

This leads me to believe that:

  • I misspelled the email for the COD account when creating it, or
  • The COD account did not get created at all (less likely since the COD Mobile profile is now shown is linked to a COD account)

Is there any way to figure out what COD account this profile is linked to? If I know the email, I can login and fix everything, since I definitely have the correct password. Activision support has been unresponsive for days.

I got banned on my first day?

So i saw that you could use controllers on this game on the appstore so i Did. In my first real match i dominated very hard Because i had a controller. It said that everyone else Also would have a controller. Then after the match a message quickly pops uP that said i was banned and it would expire at a date i didnt have time to see. I promise i Didnt hack since i Dont know How and i Dont know Why i was banned. Please Help

Input lag on ps4 (pro) controller

Hey I haven't played cod mobile since ~January and at that time I played with an xbox one controller and there were no input lags. Everything was perfect. I downloaded cod mobile again today and tried it out with my ps4 controller but the input lag is a disaster.. I can't properly aim cause the game reacts a little later after I aim to one side etc.
Is the ps4 controller the problem and xbox one controller is better supported for cod mobile or did any updates to the game or so mess it up for controllers in general? If there is no fix I will definitely deinstall it immediately as I am not having fun at all

Switching to hipfire has been a game changer for me.

I only play pubs so I am by no means bragging but everything about the way I play seems to be a lot better just by switching to hipfire from ads. I also read and take in a lot on here about how other people play and it helps as well. Earlier today I started using toughness. I didn’t really even know what it was but after I read about it and started using it I feel like I’ve accomplished something in the game. I play most with a MSMC and type 25. Also, I don’t use a grip and toughness seems to have helped with that but only when I’m getting shot. I mostly run quick draw, long barrel and suppressor. If I’m using the Type 25 or another AR then it’s the same loadout, minus the long barrel of course and it’s usually extended mag. I play four finger claw too. I hear a lot of people expressing their frustration with those two guns. The Type 25 and the MSMC. Am I missing the bigger picture here or am I an idiot savant? Like I said, I play only pubs and am not bragging by any means but I just seem to have less of problem with those two guns that what I’ve heard most people say. I also watched a video by path.exe where the only thing he has is the MSMC equipped with a silencer, and his pistol with the same attachment. The only perk he runs is vulture and then whatever operator skills... I know one was UAV and then no score streak whatsoever. No grenades, tripwires, smoke bombs , etc.... pretty much the smg and pistol. That video has really helped me out too.

The current season of cod mobile was a letdown to say the lest first we started with bug which allowed only a few people to get the free skin's and then you didn't even fix the issue you just removed it without any feedback on the matter the i got my word championship info for joining a squad wen there were just 5 day's and 11 hours thill the end.

Tank drivers are getting smart

It's not like it was on week 1. When you are playing in Legendary groups matchmaking you face some more skilled opponents. Two weeks in people have experience with tanks now. Especially in open field where nobody has cover but a rock or two.

If I see the guy. No way they are getting 3-6 FHJ shots on me.

I'm definitely not gonna sit still when Nova gas is thrown. Same for vica versa.

A good squad with 2 in a tank and 2 watching the flanks. It's a guaranteed win. You jump in the tank with me fine. My teammate or 2 is still alive and I'm gonna drive us off into the blue zone and kill us all.

I still advise everyone to blow the tank up or get in it first. Guys with hours and hours behind the wheel of a tank know what they are doing.

Ranked is so broken right now

I was playing ranked and it keep disconnects before I enter a match. Everytime I get domination, team death matc, and hardpoint it disconnect before I end a match. The only mode I get is SnD but sometimes it disconnect. I dont know it happening for me or you have same problem as me.

OTG cable not working with the game anymore?

Hello guys, I recently tried to plug in my old Xbox one controller with an otg cable and play cod, but nothing worked at all. I went to the controller menu and only a bluetooth controller was mentioned. Are there any fixes for this, or are otg cables just not supported anymore?

I think that when someone leaves a ranked game the rest should get xp protection. Also if the person quits they should get a 25 point deduction, as it sometimes crashes and it’s not the persons fault.

Getting mixed with pc players are no fun while playing on mobile(solo)

I have seen pc players on my team and enemy team while i’m playing by myself. You’ll know if a person plays in mobile, pc, or a bot.

Pc players teamed with mobile should be only matched with pc players team with mobile players or pc players only. Not mixing a solo mobile player to a pc+m. It kinda ruins the fun for me and making me only go for the skin.

Idk about tourneys but there shouldnt be a crossplay there only pc-pc and mobile-mobile.

hello, today I played a ranked game and, some person started to call me a noob ,bot ,trash etc. this may sound like the typical 10 year old that would do stuff like this, but it actually affects me ,yes you heard that right ,because I have rage issues ,people that call me names bring back those terrible memories of i that had in the past ,I don't mind losing because I know I'll reach legendary some time later

now i try to ignore stuff like this ,but it's too much for me ,because I got called names ,that put my life in hell ,people like that are just garbage ,they mock you for doing your best ,yes I barley post memes ,but that is to refresh my mind and smile ,I might get downvoted ,but I'll take the risk for saying this "please stop harassing opponents for losing ,calling them names won't do anything except make them sad" so please stop calling everyone trash ,instead ,just say "Good Job" or don't even say anything

I am confusion

I am still confused on how Ranked points work. Sometimes I'll get bottom frag and get 50+ points, but when I am in Top Three, I get only 30 to 40 points. That's kinda absurd.

Well lot of people asked for this and it's time for me too, ladies and gentlemen today in all matches even pubs infected, someone isn't even near me, knife the air and I die, and kill cam show that he was near me but didn't. let's not forget about shots that don't even register, or ping that says 20ms but you everytime you move forward, you find your self in your initial spot.......

Just wondering, do you actually notice the difference when equipping the toughness perk vs not equipping it? It reduces flinch (additional recoil from taken shots) by 60%.

Free Legendary Weapons

Before I become the laughing stock of the sub, I want to say: yes I believe that lucky draws should still exist so the devs can make money. With that out of the way, here's an idea

Ok, first thing about the free Legendaries is the fact that it will be fucking hard to get, say getting the golden version of each of the achievements and a few side quest like "kill X with Y on Z".

Secondly, I think there should be multiple free Legendaries each for a different objective. They should be comparable to Golden and Diamonds gun's from other CODs, hell, make them turn folks into gold and Diamond.

Thirdly, they should have 5-10 objectives to complete. I didn't go into much detail on the first two, but there should be hard objectives, such as 10000 kills with _____ on Nuketown. This would count for 33-60 percent of the the objectives. This would be the main objective, with more precise challenges like kill 500 people at _____ in BR or win 100 MP ranked games. These would count for 5-10 percent of the objectives. Once on completion of the main objective the a player would gain the primary weapon, although, if they decided to complete the entire set of challenges they would gain; a player skin, an avatar, an avatar frame, a secondary (no launcher as of this time due to how weak they are as of writing this), a tripmine/sticky/grenade, and a smoke/flash/cryo/emp/concussion, and a calling card which would correspond to the legendary set, like flames.

TL:DR free Legendaries sets would be hard to get, but be cool looking, and be more of a sign of skill and hard work. Of course you can still gamble away on the lucky draw if you truly want too.

CODM hit 250 Million downloads

I first saw this reported about 12 hours ago before I went to work. Congrats. This is an amazing feat for a mobile game. It's only gonna get better once the kinks are worked out.

"Players on iOS and Android have spent more than $327 million to date, Sensor Tower estimates."

To the topic I just quoted. I still think we can get a better bundle, crate, draw system to make both CODM and the majority of the playerbase happy.

Say No To Gravity Spikes.

Is there any way to counter Gravity Spikes?

I'm freaking tired of getting killed by it over and over again. There was this one hardpoint match where I went against a team with 4 GS users like wtf bro. There were 3 players(including me) inside the point and all it took for us to lose the point was a guy who fcking gravity spiked us. As well in Domination,where the enemy will just gravity spike you so that you can't cap flags. Honestly, everyone be jumping and smashing nonstop, so annoying. -_-

What frame rate settings do you use

What frame rate settings do you guys use and what device if you don't mind. I'm searching for a new device but heard some phones who had max frame rate were dropped down to very high after the recent update. My device is set to high so I definitely want a better option. I'm strictly referring to frame rate not graphics

Main- Adrenaline- Using this makes you run 35% faster but drops your health by 1 every second. Will permanently stay in ur body unless you remove it, which will return you to your original speed and start the recharge bar

First Post from NEW player. Help me Out !!!

I am playing Guns of Boom (GoB) for like 3 season now, I am a platinum player but now I recently switched to CoDM (like yesterday).

I made a lot of mistakes in GoB like buying a 'Lizard sniper" and then even maxing it using 2500 Gold 🤦🏻‍♂️ (the shittest sniper in whole game). I am a F2P player.

I don't want to do same mistakes in CoDM. Any tips on which guns to buy, which not to. Safe coins or gold or some hint into season passes and etc. Also for armor, knives, pistols and like everything else (a link for beginners will do 😉) !!!!

Are there any better guides for AOTU?

The info they give for AOTU is not enough. It's one of my favorite modes but I don't understand ever part of it. I don't understand the 3 skills you can get while a survivor. I also don't understand the operator you get while your undead. Can someone explain these or link to an explanation?

And while I'm making a post anyway let me just get it out there how much I hate being added to games that have been going on for 5 minutes.

I gotta say this...

It’s not exactly that Garena gets more free stuff than global, it’s that Garena gets it first. For example the Type 25 Cyberspace. Global got it later, but easier. It’s literally in the credit store. Garena gets more paid stuff, but the paid events are more money hungry than global. We also don’t have bundles. I may get hate for this, but I am sure that global doesn’t straight up get less than Garena.

Android optimisation

I play on a samsung galaxy a70. I want to talk to the devs about the optimisation of the game. Towards the end of season 3/ beginning of season 4 i was able to play at what i would say was 30 fps with a fan pointing directly at the back of the phone but now, i need to play on low graphics, sometimes medium if i have a fan pointed directly at the back of the phone. I am not the only one because a youtuber i watch has the asus rog phone 2 wich is verry powerfull and he has to run the game on low graphics for smooth gameplay. I am sure others have the same issue. I am sure my phone is not the problem since i got it new at the begining of march. Thank you for reading, hope this will get better in the future. I love your game

It’s time for SMG BREAKDOWN

Chicom: this gun is a joke. 3 round cyclic burst, Low damage. Close and close mid range it’s a 2 burst, but beyond that it’s 3 bursts or more. Youtubers hate it, I do too.
Not good anywhere.

Cordite: fast firing, high mobility, large mag, good damage, and good recoil with foregrip make the cordite one of the best guns in the game. One of the most usable SMGs, but can be bouncy sometimes.
Good all round.

GKS: slow firing, high damage, decent recoil. Kills pretty fast, but doesn’t work like an SMG. It’s more like an AR than an SMG. Overall good gun, usable but not there are better options.

HG40: bad gun. Slow firing, has the damage of a marshmallows. Only upside is good recoil. Just don’t use it.

MSMC: king of SMGs in S3, but not anymore. Kills slower than some SMGs, HORRIBLE RECOIL, BAD range. That means it’s almost useless now.

Pharo: 1 burst up to 8m, but much slower beyond that. Decent gun to use at close range, but nerfs have made it slightly less usable. Still great though.

PDW-57/Razorback: decent damage, good recoil, good mobility. These guns are literally the same, but they embody what an SMG is. Large mag let’s you spray, but it only really works it’s best at close range.

RUS-79u: recently re-named, still one of the best and most versatile SMGs in CODM. good damage, good recoil with a foregrip, and not much dropoff means that it functions at all ranges. This SMG is in the upper tier of guns in general.

QQ9: brand new SMG, good damage, some crazy vertical recoil, but works amazingly at close to mid range if you can control the bounce. Even if you can’t, just aim for the waistline and let the recoil fly up. It still works well. The only gun in the game with a negative leg multiplier, shots do less damage when you shoot below the hip. That’s why I said to aim for the waistline.
Great close and mid range.

In Season 2, when the tomahawk was released I had to leave due to some personal issues so i did not get it. But I just want to ask the COD Mobile Devs to bring back the tomahawk. It will be no problem even if you bring it in the credit store. I know many people want it back. Btw Thank you for all the free stuff you are giving and giving the tomahawk will be an epic step.

Hey guys, so the PDW got a new skin which is called a
Hot Spot. It is telling me that at level 12 it was a special kill animation. I have it at level 12 but it doesn’t do the kill animation. Does anyone know how to fix it?

Will I conserve my progress if I delete my Google account?

I'm going to delete my old Google account so I can focus purely on my new one. The thing is, I log on with FB ever since I started playing, but I installed the app and made purchases using my old account. If I delete my account, will there be some sort of cloud save with my progress that I can download from Facebook? Thanks in advance for any info

I did a review on M4 last time, didn't get much response but I did one on AK47 this time. Would love some criticism

GUN 2: AK47
Damage: It does 33 damage up close so it needs a headshot to 3 shot someone. You can basically kill anyone with 4 shots till around 35m. 5 shots from there onwards.
Recoil: People complain about the recoil but it's honestly pretty easy to control. Just bring it down in the beginning or simply tap fire. You normally won't be shooting more than 10 bullets with the AK at a time so it shouldn't be a problem.
RoF: Shoots quite fast for a hard-hitting gun. It's faster than the ASM and the MoW.
TTK: 329 ms till 30m which can be reduced to 219 by hitting a headshot. Falls to 438ms after 35m. It can be faster than the ASM and the MoW upto 35m if you hit your headshots.
Mobility: At 5.97m/s sprinting speed and 1.94 m/s ADS speed, you'll be faster than other ASM or MoW users but
it's still pretty slow. It won't cause too much of a problem.
Iron Sights: Iron sights are tiny but it's good since it takes very little space on the screen.
Versatility: It's versatility is ok. It's good in close and mid range if you hit your shots.
Lethality: It's lethal zone is surely close to mid range with the awesome ttk if you hit a headshot.
Final opinion: It can be called a high skill weapon since it's a little headshot reliant otherwise it's a pretty good gun. If you can hit your headshots, control the recoil and don't have a problem with being a little slow, this is the gun for you!
Rating: A

I hope I get some criticism on my review. Also, should I add a total ttk for one tap ads players? That would be ads time+ttk.

1.) I heard from some that it will only stop them from messaging you but is it possible that i want them off of my friends list in the app (we aren’t facebook friends tho)
2.) Upon doing so, will my ign still appear if they searched for it? What about recent games? (lol we played a couple times)
I want to act as if i’m gone in their eyes, I have my reasons for doing so 😓

So basically the guns you don't use, you can sell it for some COD points or so, because in my loadout there are so many guns I don't even use so COD should create something like a market where you can sell the guns for some amount of coins or maybe something like quick sell, it makes sense and can be a good way to get coins. Let me know in the comments if you think it is a good idea.

Devs, please fix ranked

Please make Ranked more harder, something like earn a lot less exp or fix match making. Players with absolute no skills just gets carried by players who are actually good at it. After earning the Legendary Title some actually aim for solo qeueue to leaderboards, but these players earned the ranked exp like scott free and ruins teammates' games by not even know how the game works. We literally hesitate every start of the match if that legendary ranked teammate is actually good. Please fix this issue, its been like this for 3 seasons. Change it back to season1 or season 2 ranked exp earning amounts or something, noobs just make the game more garbage

SNIPER BREAKDOWNNNN(second breakdown today)

DLQ-33: bolt action, most consistent 1 shot sniper in the game. 1 shot at all ranges, but slow scope in and slow rate of fire mean that you have to hit your shots. This means that the DLQ is easily the most punishing sniper in the game. If you miss shots, you’re already dead. Use only if you’re really good at sniping. 1 shot waist up.

Arctic 50.: semi auto sniper rifle that is 1 shot chest up, harder to use than the DLQ, but the ability to spam shots make up for it. The problem is that the Arctic 50. Is banned in most scrims because you can just spam it. Scopes in faster than DLQ.

Locus: similar hit box to the Arctic, but it’s a bit broken. It’s a hitmarker machine. It even hit markers headshots sometimes. It’s slightly faster than the DLQ, but it’s also bolt action. Scopes in pretty fast.

After these, the snipers are barely worth using.

Outlaw: bolt action, revolver sniper rifle. one shot to the upper chest, which is extremely difficult, but it just scopes in so goddamn fast. Fastest firing bolt action sniper.

M21-EBR: semi auto sniper rifle, 2 shot sniper. This just makes it pointless to use. I mean, what use is a 2 shot sniper? Doesn’t kick too much, which makes it a little easier to hit shots.

XPR-50: almost the same as the M21, but weaker and more useless. It kicks very high, which makes it hard to hit shots.

Ok, I’m done. Thanks for reading, I’m doing LMGs next. DO NOT USE THE XPR OR M21. THEY ARE USELESS.

[Petition] To gift the BP and other items to players in your friends list.

So, I wanted to give a close friend of mine the Premium Battle Pass. However, a roadblock occurred to me as the only real way was to buy a gift card and give it to them OR to take down their Unique ID or send them money digitally.

What I want to is to be able to send both Passes and items to other players, in particular my friends both IRL and online, preferably in game. It would keep this game the way it is by further funding the developers so that the game doesn't into pay to win and allows for the expansion of the player base.

Like the recruitment drive (there's a button on the main menu that allows you to recruit new players and receive various rewards, depending on the number of new players), this could be another incentive for current players to receive exclusive items for both players e.g. calling cards and player model skins.

This gifting model could be extended to players who receive duplicate items and can now give them to both noobs and current players. E.g. if I was to open a crate and received a duplicate item, I would like to have the option of giving it to another player or converting it into Credits.

I recently got a new phone and I wanted to transfer my CoD progress over. I had the original battle pass and had it maxed out as well as a few other items as well. I signed in with my standard Google play account and downloaded CoD. When I went to sign in with the Google account on CoD it asked me to make a new account because no account was linked. Does this mean I've lost all my progress or is it possible to get it back.

3D Touch Aiming

On the iPhone, after the latest season's update. I can no longer use 3D touch to aim for any sniper rifles OR any other rifle in single shot mode.

Do not use your tokens from the free lucky draw to buy any of the rewards yet

WAIT. Hold on to your tokens until the last possible opportunity to buy the gun skins or character skin. There is a very small chance you could pull a skin from the draw itself(pulled the striker yesterday), which of course would be a useless duplicate if you had already bought the skin.
I don’t think anyone knows when the draw ends but it will at least last as long as it would take to get the hg40, so save up at least 1k tokens before buying any skins.

Merge/unlink account?

Hi, some time ago I started playing using CoD account. I even got Arctic Outrider skin. Some time after that, after a bit of a break I started playing again, but forgot about my CoD account. I logged in using guest/Google account.

First question is, is there a way to move skin from one account to another? I'm guessing not, but maybe there is some trick.

Second, how do I unlink my CoD account to link it to my Google account. It seems to be a more reliable login option.

Tank has ruined Battle Royale

I can’t be the only one that thinks the tank has ruined battle royale, it does way too much damage, and has way too much hp. Pretty much, if you/you’re team gets the tank you have a big chance winning. If i have 130 HP and i’m wearing a vest lvl 3, I shouldn’t be able to get 1 shotted. I don’t know why someone felt adding a tank, that is OP af, but it needs some downgrading at the very least
