Wear SCOUT 2 to fix sound glitch in battle royal

After much trial and error the only skin that can fix the sound glitch in battle royale is the scout 2

This is the only skin that I know of that allows you to communicate with everyone without losing any sound and without any sound related bugs during the match. when everyone on the team switches to the skin everyone can hear throughout the entire game and communicate please look into this.

Unpopular Opinion: Gravityspikes shouldn't be nerfed.

I always loved gravityspikes, it's great. And I totally understand why people want to nerf it. It's over powered.
But you can easily counter attack it.

When a person is about to gravityspike you, that player momentarily pauses for few milliseconds in air, in that span you can either fired on that person if you have your teammate aside or jump. Counter attacking also is really fun. It takes practice to make it happen.

It is annoying when opposite team uses against you, but you can also defend yourself.

That's my opinion.

Almost to Master 1....

This is a short rant I have to get it off my chest, started playing cod mobile just not too long ago, with the experience from modern combat 5 from wayyyyy back, picking up on this game isn’t all that challenging, at least that’s what I thought when I was playing public matches. BUT, when it comes to ranked matches it was like a total shit show, like literally wtf, was slowly getting close to Master 1 and then the bloody losing streak happens, or win one lose one, so technically the XP is stand still. Was grinding for the Man O War industrial revolution, heard is ending on June 1st, guess is not gonna happen lol.

Battle royal?

Does it get harder? last match all I did was go to the thing that's in the sky get the helicopter, any gun I saw, and lv3 armor. Then I would just travel to the safe zone using the helicopter. I landed one killed one person to get a care package. I flew off, I stayed in the air until there was one person left. I jumped out then killed him. I believe I'm rank elite 3.

As a casual player I would like to reset all my so far achieved game statistics as K/D and number of MVP both in MP and in BR. Also my current rank should go back to rookie both in MP and in BR. My personal best like legendary in MP and in BR should stay. Because I'm not a fan of smurf accounts. In smurf account I do not have all of those so far bought expensive lucky draw skins.

Put the mode selection back. Most people hate TDM. some people like me hate search and destroy. Put the mode selection BACK. WHY DID YOU TAKE IT AWAY?

I no longer play the game on ranked because of this. Because of this and being forced into horrible disgusting boring s and d I doubt I will be buying the next season battle pass.

How to bully people in Capture the Flag

What you will need:

  • XS1 Goliath
  • Sentry Gun
  • Care Package
  • Hardline perk
  • Being good at the game
  • A lot of free time
  • A decent AR or sniper rifle, don't use Shotguns
  • Vulture perk(to get ammo)
  • Preferably a group of friends/teammates who have all the same stuff above

Step 1: Get points.

Step 2: Go to the enemy's side.

Step 3: Set up a Sentry Gun.

Step 4: Throw down a Care Package.

Step 5: Open the Care Package.

Step 6: Use the Scorestreak inside. If it is another Sentry Gun, even better!

Step 7: Use the Goliath when you get it. Let one of your teammates use it; if you use it, you won't be able to activate your other Scorestreaks and such.

Step 8: Repeat from Step 1.

Warning, this may...

  • make your opponents rage quit
  • make your opponents say mean things at you in the chat
  • make you hurt from laughing too hard
  • give you a bad rep
  • take a lot of your free time
  • make you a bad person

It's time to add higher ranks

There's is a huge skillcap between legendary players and there's very little initiative to keep grinding a further after reaching legendary. Adding higher ranks would enable playing ranked more competitive whether it's as a team or solo. At least make us able to show the SR we've reached after the season ends because right now there's no difference between people that reached legendary with 6500pts or 100.000pts.

Legendary is to one sided

In my opinion ranked is incredibly one sided. You either dominate the enemy or get dominated. I feel like the skill gap in legendary is so extreme. On one side people use holo and can’t even slide and on the other hand their are people drop shotting and jump shotting. Their needs to be a rank above legendary or legendary needs to be like 8k points to get to.

Little things that will make the game better!

r/CallOfDutyMobile A few new features and fixes, that needs to be added in the game. I really hope the devs read this post!

Multiplayer:

  1. Add more loadouts. New guns are being added every now and then. It's time we get more loadouts to take those guns in use. I think there should be around 8 to 10 loadouts in total. But be sure, 5 isn't enough for most of us, if not all of us.
  2. Add more HUD layouts. Some of us play on different devices. Whenever we switch, we are forced to change the HUD accordingly. If we have more HUDs, we will be able to switch between them and not mess up the HUD we are so use to. There are times when I want to try and change a few things in my HUD. But I am afraid of doing that because if I change anything in my current HUD, it might ruin my muscle memory. If I could set a few more layouts, it would become easier to play around and try new things, and let my main HUD be as it is before I finally decide to change it.
  3. Make the game more accurate. I see my enemy not even looking at me, and I still get killed by them. That's cause in reality, they were actually looking at me. But the game doesn't show it accurately. It always seems to look different from different perspective. Make it more accurate so everyone can be on the same page.
  4. The 'Fast Throw Grenade' feature should let us cook the grenade if we tap and hold on it. And it should not have a fixed perspective. We should be able to reposition the aim to where we want to throw it while we are holding and cooking it. At the current state, this feature is pretty much useless for someone who uses grenades. This feature is only good for using trip mines and tactical stuff.
  5. Add an option to make the 'Scope in' (ADS) button as fixed perspective. For players who are using four fingers, this feature is very necessary, cause the aim shakes off the opponent if the index finger that we are using to scope in isn't still. It happens a lot during a gun fight. We should be able to make it fixed perspective so the aim stays still when ...

Pdw sound change

The reason I like the razorback more than the pdw is the sound. The ironsights are better to but the sound really makes a difference. The pdw sounds like a peashooter, imo it needs a sound change.

Recording cod mobile?

I have had a issue after recording cod mobile with the elgato software the problem is when I go in a game I can hear game chat. But when I enable my mic it goes through my phone and stops recording the game volume. I have seen YouTubers that have microphones I don’t know if their usb or not but my microphone is usb and I was wondering if there is anyway I could connect it like all the other youtubers and talk in game chat without it going through my phone speaker thanks!

A lot of you out there are shitting on Pubg and in return Pubg lot are shitting on you. Why the fuck can't people see the difference and start jumping to conclusions. Pubg and Cod are great games in their own right. To some it might be news but pubg doest have skins, it's customization. You all out there thinking Cod pioneered shit, but m8 there are a lot of fps before cod. This sub raddit has seeming gone from shit to shit bar a few good posts, this especially goes to those bloody karma farming, it does fuck all do something useful contribute It's like a fucking cult, you can't do this you can't do that you can't use attachments. You can't use this weapon and that. Let people play how they want and let other games do what they do. Both game has their faults and both games have their up. And both are good for certain types of players. I feel like people are taking shit to heart and personally. It's two bloody games. Fuck it down vote this to hell I don't care. It needed to be said. Especially close nothing useful is shared 90% of the time.

What to do for Call of Duty mobile first anniversary

Call of Duty Mobile has seen great success on mobile platforms (Android and IOS) with over 100,000,000 downloads.

I remember the day the game was shown to the public during GDC 2019. From that reveal we the consumers found out that the game is based in the Unity game engine. This allows the game to be easily ported to any platform due to Unity's huge involvement in the indie games scene.

During the Call of Duty Mobile E3 showcase, Chris Plummer, VP of mobile for Activision was quoted saying when the idea of the game coming to Nintendo Switch. "Right now, we are completely focused on the mobile side, I mean like Android and iOS, and making sure that's the best possible experience that you can pull out of your pocket and play whenever you want. I mean, we would consider anything, I guess, but right now our priority and sole focus is iOS and Android."

The game is close to its first year anniversary and with the addition of a separate lobby through players using controllers. I would suggest having a Switch port of the game available when the first anniversary date comes to celebrate the occasion and give fans another platform to be able to play the game, but this time available on Nintendo Switch. This would enable players to have the ability to have Call of Duty Mobile on the go and the TV. This would also allow better ways of streaming the game on services such as Twitch, Mixer and YouTube. By doing this it will persuade people who watch the streams to download the game to be able to play with their favourite streamers.

I, myself would love to be able to have this on the Nintendo Switch so that I and many others can stream the game easier. Call of Duty Mobile allows you to connect an Activision account to the game. You are also able to connect a Nintendo Switch account to said Activation account. This feature would make transferring player data over a breeze. Players would not have to to start from the beginning.

I believe I've been wrongfully banned

Hello, first off I'd like to say I've been CoD Mobile since it was released in beta and have been an avid player since. As of yesterday I have been banned on two of my accounts simply for playing well in two games and winning. First account being my main which I've put money into on various occasions, banned for 24 hours. It was finally released earlier today, I played two "BOT" games and as I expected as the second game was closing out I was prompted with a 7 day ban. Same has happened on my alt account which I made to test and confirm this issue.

I am not a cheater and play the game fairly and legitimately .I feel like I'm getting punished for playing well which makes absolutely zero sense and completely unfair. If a player was to report me I'm pretty sure affect wouldn't be that strong and sudden. It seems like an issue with the game and I've seen a fair amount of others in the CoD Mobile discord complaining about the issue as well.

If anyone would be able to look over this for me it would be greatly appreciated as I do love the game and wouldn't do anything to ruin any else's experience.

I will provide my CoD Mobile UID below (if that'll even do anything, I don't know).

Ain't it time they introduced some legendary soldier skins with unique perks and animations or kill effects :)

Also like someone else mentioned today.ain't it time we started getting different head gear and extra like helmets gasmasks and other gear like vests bullet belts ect. Not just for one firebreak but for all soldiers.but make it so vests reduce body dmg by 10% and gasmasks are immune to poison and gives you better vision in smoke ect.

Nukes Using Controller

Has anyone had problems activating nukes while playing on controller? The nuke icon pops up and then prompts to hit the top on the D-Pad, but it never seems to work; I end up just tapping the icon on my phone to activate it. Not the end of the world, but very annoying. Would be nice if they could also add controller functionality to the main menu area as well.

Idea: Permanent "Random" mode

Lots of gamemodes come and go for whatever reason.

But for instance, even though Kill Confirmed ended as its own mode, it lives on in the Rust mode.

My idea is something like the map modes, but it cycles maps too. It could be a permanent "Random Mode/Random Place" mode, which would be cool in itself. Like how CTF, KC, Gun Game, Snipers Only, etc, don't let you choose your own map, have everyone surprised. Nobody knows what mode or map every time.

This could also let us fans of other modes play them at least a little while they're gone.

Controller Support needs to be fixed. Please help get this to devs attention.

This is my second most related to this issue because it seems to have been ignored and needs to be brought up again.

TLDR Found At The Bottom

There has been a bug with controller support ever since it was first released in November where looking to the left and down does not accelerate with the controller joysticks. By this I mean that traditionally, when you look around with a controller, the further you push the joystick the faster your camera moves. However, on Cod Mobile, this only applies when looking right and up for some reason. When you look left and down, the camera does not accelerate and instead it does not move until you push the joysticks a good amount and is a fixed speed. This makes it impossible to aim accurately with a controller because to control recoil you have to look down but the game only has one speed for that and you cannot slowly control it.

The most frustrating part of this for me is that this has the "Call Of Duty" name on it which is primarily a controller based game, yet Call Of Duty: Mobile does not even fully support controllers and is implemented incorrectly as it is now. It is also frustrating getting paired with keyboard and mouse users when the controller does not even function properly in ranked.

This is also not the only bug in the game. There are many bugs reported here on the daily. I suggest CoD: Mobile have an update where they focus on bug fixes and stability instead of adding new content. Hopefully they can address the controller issues and add the ability to use the joystick buttons "L3 and R3" for sprinting and using melee weapons.

Joystick for aiming does not having sensitivity ramp when looking down or left and the "L3 and R3" buttons being non-functional after more than 6 months after they added controller support. Hello there, I've been a player since season one and I bought all the battlepasses since then. If you played all the way back since season one, you would know that the reward is an epic AK47, the Red Action. The second battlepass they released is an epic M4 skin, the CQB. Now, the 6th battlepass released yet again, an AK47 skin, the Steel blue. Well, I'm okay with that since it's likely never gonna happen again, right? Well, the upcoming battlepass will release an M4 skin, again. I would really appreciate it if there were a variety of weapons each battlepass. Now, I have 3 epic AK47, and will have 2 epic M4s. Keep in mind that I only buy battlepasses and rarely try crates.

TLDR : The battlepasses should have more variety of weapons as two AK47 and M4 skins are brought in as the final battlepass reward.

Why is CODM ignoring the non Season 1 guns

Every week we get loads of skins on all Day 1 or Season 1 skins. Credit Store to draws, crates, bundles, events, battle pass, etc. Daily, weekly. Epic after epic. Same guns.

But all the guns released after Season 1. HBR, KN44, GKS, Pharo, Man O War, ICR, KRM, etc just stays ignored in limbo for like months.

When the Draws or Crates are over why not make more with the post Season 1 guns. How many months did it take to get another KN, Pharo, GKS, HBR, Man O War.

Imagine the money they could make with Epic/Legendary draws, bundles, crates of the weapons I just named.

Sure it's great to get my 50th M4LMG epic or another RUS or my 10th AK117 in May. But like many I have multiple options at all Season 1 guns. But the post Season 1 guns, nope. Not for months and months later.

I'm willing to bet CODMs Revenue Per Install (RPI) is pretty low right now compared to other games. I'm actually gonna see if I can research that but my hunch is it's low.

Just a guess. When the MP5 comes out. We will get 1 black regular version and 1 $120 Draw version and than back to limbo for 2-3 more months while they release 20 more M4 skins

Unpopular opinion: Hardpoint isn't a good ranked gamemode

I know I'm going to be downvoted but...

It's just not fun in certain maps, and "impossible" to take or take back.

In maps like crash and crossfire, almost all of the Hardpoints are in areas that only have 2 or 3 exits, which doesn't make it challenging, just camp and easy win. Also the spots where the hard points take place aren't good, like in crossfire. By time you get to the hard points it's gone, same for crash too.

For nuke town it's different, like the houses have different entrances, climb the ladder and go down the stairs, back stairs, etc.

Hard points should be more near the middle so it's a more fair game instead of spawning next to it. Like in crossfire.

If you couldn't tell i don't like crossfire and crash btw

So lets start with me explaining what might be the cause of my 10 year ban... i am a very good player ( lvl 150). i play mostly unranked matches and battle royale (ranked random is very hard for me i think i was master 2 last time i played) when i play unranked matches most of the time i destroy those noobs 25+kills .... and rarely i get destroyed ... anyway i have a pretty decent account 12K/D in total above 8k kills (i was doing the get 6k in mp matches . so i have spent good chunk of money in to this game about 80₹ something for cod points ... last time i purchased something in this game in the April cod points pack and then i go about my day i was looking forward to coming home and play so me Br games and 1 private match than i get greeted by your account has been banned 2030-05-30ban code 15035 (the code 15035 is a cheating ban) what a joy.. -_- ... i am not a cheater and i can prove it just get in a match with me and spectate ... ok if a cheater would cheat in a game why spend money on it? also why spend time and nerves trying to level up in battle royale matches ..... i am not on an emulator because i don't have a computer ... just my mobile phone ... i was really looking forward on playing cod but i guess i am a filthy cheater who spends his paycheck in the game before cheating (this ban is 100% auto ban) i have an realme device and i can show my screen time on particular apps and you can see how much time i have invested and when did i invest this time ... below are the screenshots of the transactions and screentime...

Cool Suggestions Part 5

So I will be updating this every time I get a new batch of ideas and new features get introduced to the game.
Feel free to suggest anything in the comments or give feedback on these suggestions

  1. Inspect skins in game using the reload button.

  2. Option to duplicate buttons in controls. (Ex. being able to have two jump buttons if you tap on the jump button and tap duplicate in settings.)

  3. Reload + cocking animation. Just stuffing the clip into your gun feels odd to me.

  4. Remove bots from pubs

  5. HBRa3/Pharo (Update: THEY FINALLY DID IT BOYS)

  6. Harder, more rewarding Weekly Events. Tenacity event is a good step in the right direction. (Update: The gold rush event and Seasonal Tasks are amazing.)

  7. Ranked Map rotations. For example: one week there would be no crossfire and summit in exchange for takeoff and scrapyard.

  8. Fix BR. (Still some audio issues)

  9. More customizable private BR lobbies. I’d like to make BR lobbies and be able to tinker with loot settings, air drop rates, circle times, operator skills, all of it.

  10. Keep all event game modes as options in private lobbies. I’d like to play Prop Hunt/2v2 in a private match.

  11. Now that bundles may be added permanently, I suggest a way to “pin” bundles so that they stay in the shop longer but at a cost (say 100 Credits a day longer.) this would benefit those who want to spend money but have inconsistent ways of making money like selling stuff, chores, allowance or just waiting for that paycheck. (R.I.P. Bundles)

  12. Change the time in which daily tasks and events get updated. Global most players in the NA region and the updates come out at 8PM EST? Nah... If the updates and daily tasks were updated earlier, say 4PM EST, then more people would come on and grind and possibly stay on longer after the grind. I personally hate waking up and waiting 7 hours for new tasks. I just want to wake up, get everything done and be right on time for daily missions.

  13. Shorten the ranked season or make different tiers in Legendary. I hate how legendary ...

Unpopular opinion pt.2: hardpoint isn't a good ranked mode

In the last post I mainly said crash and crossfire, but I forget: firing range, summet.

Summet is a big 50/50 hardpoint map, their pretty hard to take but it is hard to camp in certain hard points so it's kinda balanced. Only in certain ones, like the hardpoint near the upper part of summet.

Firing range: it's very hard to take the hard points, almost impossible, here is a good example: in the trailer, it's long and only 2 entrances, so their is no easy way to take it, except jump in and die by a door camper.

This is where I talk about things that need to be removed for good reason:
1.) Defender shield because you can block doorways and entrances, like the trailer hardpoint, and many other 2 entrance hard points

2.) Tripmines because their is literally nothing tactical about using it in a mode where you secure a point. Even though you can run hard wired, your definitely going to lose to shock RC

I feel like hardpoint needs more maps, like meltdown, scrapyard,take off, kill house etc.

This isn't about the mode itself, just pointing out this:

I solo queue, and I don't use mic, but I do use the voice commands, and I mostly know every hardpoint, and my teammates don't, I would spam 'follow me' 'need backup' 'lets go this way' so your basically going to a hardpoint with no backup. Communication is vital in this game mode, and if the enemy has good communication then it's game over.

Crosshair Settings

I lov this game. But... I don't like the fact that the crosshair is dynamic (expands to show the spread of recoil when you move your view). Coming from CS:GO, i would much prefer a static crosshair that is much easier to aim with and better for pre-firing imo. I'm not sure how hard it would be to add this into the game. But would it be possible to take it one step further and add a crosshair editor so you can change crosshair settings to preference?

Enemy is near call-out in MP

Need enemy is near call-out in MP so that I can tell my random teammates/ teammates where the enemies are in the map without actually turning on the mic or typing it out! Would actually save me a lot of matches. Thank you devs!

Weekly leaderboard reward glitch ?

I am in a clan that is level 9 and we were in the top 4.5% on the weekly leaderboards

And when i log back in the game and went to collect the weekly reward. It shows us as top 99.9% and gives us the lowest tier reward.

What is the point to even try if we don't get our rewards ?

Guys this what about to happen.

Once hbr a3 is given to us the same thing that happened with the s36 bout to happen to the hbr. First everyone gets this and spams it everywhere. Then many people will start complaining. Soon codm will nerf it heavily and it will no longer be a good gun. People if you don’t agree I don’t care because I saw this happen before to s36. So don’t hate.

It has been happening a lot lately but with no fix.

It seems to happen particularly when you put down a Sentry Gun, and you get stuck in an infinite loop of rubber banding. Sometimes you can't get out of it until someone kills you.

Would you like to see Hardcore as an option?

I love the hardcore modes in other CoD titles, it requires players to play a little more aggressively, as well as react quicker and think smarter. I think hardcore would be a really cool addition to the game, allowing you to rack up some XP and level your battle pass up faster.

The major issue I see with a hardcore mode is the fact that the AI basically have aimbot. I imagine people would camp heavily as well, but that's how hardcore always is. What do you think? Would you like hardcore as an option in CoD: Mobile?

Gravity Spikes Weakness

Gravity spikes is going to be nerfed. No way around it. It is very much overused now. Loved seeing this whole phase of the meta. Since a lot of ppl are complaining about it, I wanted to actually share the downsides of the gravity spikes.
So what’s my credibility? Well I’ve been using the operator before the buff, and knows the operator inside out.
I hope the weaknesses can be addressed, but at the same time abused by other players to counter the gravity spikes.

  1. Gravity Spikes can be dodged
    The gravity spikes can easily be dodged. This can be done by jumping at the correct timing. However, the timing must be right to dodge it.
    To players, when you’re capping the point or flag, continually jump or time ur jump to dodge the gravity spikes.

This however should NOT be removed. It is a justifiable and reasonable counter and downside of the gravity spikes, and will make it the only operator which can be countered by skill.

  1. Animation locking of the user character
    Gravity spikes animation locks the character. This animation lock last from the start of the operator till the user lands. Use this time to shoot the user.
    FYI: animation locking means the character is stuck in the animation and cannot change direction/trajectory
    This makes the user’s movements predictable.

Ok here’s something unknown. It’s not tested too but comes from my experience. Shooting at the user can actually cause the user to stop the user from moving. This means that they can get stuck in the air, in the animation. This gives the opponents an easy way to kill the user.
THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED.

  1. Lack in optimisation
    Gravity spikes can be not optimised sometimes. Opponent can be next to user, but no damage.
    If you’re lucky, you won’t die cos of optimisation error lol

Just a piece of advice, once the nerf comes everyone gonna stop using. However, there will be those who still appreciate the spikes. So watch out hahahahahah

We should be grateful.

As s6 about to end and s7 about to begin, there are posts about animated skins/crates/bundles rising. I PERSONALLY WANT TO THANK THE DEVELOPERS for provide us the best COD. I feel like this game is the most regularly updated game in play store I could be wrong but look hey...we r getting major updates on monthly basis and minors on weekly basis. Unlike most games we r provided with so many skins and guns which brings great environment for f2p players as well. But there r some ppl still complaining about skins/free guns etc...so my message is to those ppl who don't appreciate the things the game has given us so far. At least pls don't demand or blame for guns/skins.. cause we do have a lot of free to varieties of them.

Explosive snipers

Nobody appreciates camping snipers in ranked. Quickscopers fair enough they have skill. But campers no. They should add a feature where snipers explode if stood still for more than 6 seconds.

Which phone should I buy for gaming with my savings?

So I saved $90 mowing lawns, next week I’ll have $180 and if I waited, in 3 weeks I’ll have $270.

I don’t want to have to play with my iPhone 6 for another 3-weeks.

I found swappa (used phones) and can get an iPhone 7 32gb next week or get an iPhone 7 128gb in 3-weeks.

You all are getting nerfed HBR

So I've been thinking why we r getting free HBR at pro tier and not master tier like every ranked season since the time of its first leak.
They've always given weapons at master rank as well as character skins but they r giving a rare skin on lower tier since everyone's gonna use and they can't nerf it because it will fill community platforms with negative comments and posts.
So they decided to do a secret nerf by giving us rare skin and not the one with range perk.
It may not seem a big no. but that 10% range buff is very crucial for HBR considering how drastically it falls off in long ranges and by doing this, they, again put the real overpowered HBR behind paywalls!
(Yes I'm talking about HBR-Moonstone, an epic rarity skin)
I'm happy and appreciate the act of finally releasing HBR for free but they could've just put that weapon with the same skin on master rank and made it an epic skin that'd be better.
