I have a theory for the story of this game

I have a theory for the story of everything that happened inside isolated and it correlate with battle pass seasons. So here it is
Isolated is a place where a virus spread and caused people to turn into zombies so the mission was to kill every one so the virus can be stopped.but i believe the mission wasn't a success. If you remember back in season 2 we had this black hole in the sky and we also had a zombie event in the map and we went and fought zombie Santa and this means that things where going out of control. after that season 3 dropped with a title of "the future is now" That made me believe that this floating platform is actually form the future form infinite warfare era to be specific,and they came back to stop a zombie apocalypse that is going to happen that is why their is no zombies left in isolated because they won. also they attacked and killed everyone in countdown because they where going to destroy the floating platform. when season 4 dropped and was titled "rise of soap" soap and other soldiers were sent to fight the soldiers form the future(phantom, ftl and others) because they attacked countdown so the mission shifted from killing everyone because of a zombie virus to killing everyone for attacking countdown. when this fight happened same of the future soldiers died and their gear where taken and used to create a new weapons in the present time; and thats when season 5 dropped and it was called "industrial revolution" and we start seeing robots,future looking guns etc. in season 6 a new group of terrorists located in the western part of the map (that means north is downwards and south upwards in this map) created some chemical weapons and before they start and use it ghost was sent undercover to the "wild west" to find that chemical weapons location. Also the floating platform is changing its place in the map so enemies can't target it and the new map in it means they want to investigate the new locations and the set an operation base in black market to make the investigation easier and i be...

Desync issues?

I'm starting to notice some desync in my 1v1s lately. I win most of them, but today I've been losing some and it's getting on my nerves.

But in today's games I always notice on the killcam how I am killed before their gun even ADSed, and their bullets look like they have faster fire rate. Kinda strange, cause my ping is normal.

So I suppose their ping is high. And I think it's bullshit how the player with higher ping has the advantage.

I'm glad for all the work for the next season, but please do something about you potato servers. Pretty triggering when you lose and it's not your fault

Here is an open invite for people looking for an active COD Mobile clan that is both casual and a little competitive. There really is no time commitment besides being an active clan member (no scrimms etc). I wanted to remove the stigma clans have of being too “elitist” etc. As for history of our clan, we were a pretty competitive clan in Rules of Survival, but my friends and I from high school have transferred over to COD Mobile.

As of now, we have around 10 people in our clan. We are Level 3 but we are definitely looking to expand. Most of us are Legendary/Master! Also playing on Global version in North America (EST Time Zone).

Rank and tier progression

Unpopular opinion :

Is it just me or is it super easy to rank up through the BP and the Rank levels this season. Along with the seasonal challenges. I remember coming up with games that it was difficult to reach the top tier of players and that's where you get the best rewards. Im just saying I'm almost at tier 250 on the BP and (don't normally get here because I suck) master 1 in ranked, also I always get legendary on BR but this time I got it in less than 10 hours of game play. I'm just saying it seems like all of these rewards need to have participation trophy skins put on them.

I'm so sick of gravity spikes

The recharge time is ridiculous. It charges just as fast as the shield, and if you get a kill, it goes back down to around 80%. Then add the fact that a full 5 man team is using it in every single game. It makes this game so unplayable. And I swear if you say "JuSt JuMp tO cOuNtEr" I'll lose it, you don't always see the gravity spikes coming.

This may seem like a nitpick, but imo legendary has been way to easy to get these past few seasons. Back in season 1 and 2 getting to master took weeks. Now you can get to legendary in about a week and a half. Maybe they could add more tiers before legendary. Tell me if you agree or disagree.

Why isn't anyone talking about this and why have the devs failed to even notice it and fix it???

The time it takes for the Concussion Grenade and the Flashbang to deploy is too slow. Wouldn't it better if it activated right upon impact? It would be so much useful for HardPoint mode where everyone ends up camping inside a building or a structure. And even for S&D base campers. With the way they are now, no one would ever even use it. I feel like the devs should do something about it. Thoughts?

We are a new clan that hope to make it through the ranks and hopefully be in the major leagues.

If you aren’t a high rank on ranked multiplayer or aren’t godly at the game, this clan is for you.

We are just starting out so we won’t be that developed or have many active members, but the more clan members we have, the more we can grow and even become a part of something amazing!

M4 getting a NERF

Apparently, M4 will be getting a nerf and a buff at the same time, according to some, but what’s being bugged is the fire rate and what’s being nerfed is what makes m4 such a fantastic weapon for BR and MP alike - it’s reliability to git your target at any range - it’s low recoil. The recoil will now feature mite horizontal sway. Right now, M4 is the most versatile weapon in the game, and this “buff” makes no sense.

I just “deleted” CoD:Mobile. I will download it when next Season comes up.

My rank in MP is Master IV. Maybe I suck at playing but this is my Ranked story.

For example, I take my phone and open CoD and start to play my first Ranked match for today. If I win this game I am winning all the next games in this ”session”. Or if I lose this first game I am losing all the next games in the session. It was always like this.
When I win the worst player in my team was making 7-8 kills and best was making at least 15. If I lose the best player makes only 5-6 kills (these are approximate numbers, please don't judge me lol).
Anyway, there are two options:

  1. I suck at the game.
  2. CoD Ranked Matchmaking algorithms are pretty shit.
    And that's it I will not play CoD until next season.

I had to delete the app and re download it which seems to have helped, but now my settings are all messed up, How do I change the aim to automatic aim, right now it's just automatically firing from the hip and I have to press the aim button. I had it before that when I just aimed at the guy then it would fire. I like that setting better.

I need help. I've been banned after a game of Battle Royale (BR) (Playing in the Garena version)

So I am writing this on May 28, 2020, at 3:55 am in my timezone (GMT+8). I am playing on the Garena version of the app on my iPhone 11 (iOS 13.5).

After dying in the BR game, of course, I clicked off to exit the match and try to play another round, but before taking me back to the “rewards” screen, I was met with an error message of something along the lines “authorization error”, I can’t remember the specific error code number displayed and I have no screenshots of it thinking it must be my slow internet connection. But after clicking it away, I was shocked to see this:

As I said, I just played the game and am now writing this at 3:55 am in my place. The ban will be lifted in a few minutes. Although it may seem minor, this could be a bug that some players are experiencing. Can this short ban affect my account later on in the future? I'm not really sure as to why I got banned since I don't cheat or do anything suspicious. Is this a bug present in the game? If so, I do hope this gets fixed sometime in the near future. Thanks :))

Hip Fire vs ADS vs "scope + shoot"

Hi, I am a newbie to COD mobile, so some of my questions might be silly, please don't mind.

First of all, my settings

a. custom settings (all ADS except shotgun using hit fire)

b. I am claw player, using 4 fingers (right finger to scope, prone, jump; left finger to fire)

c. red dot

Initially when I just started playing this game, the way I play was (close/mid/long distance), when I saw an enemy, I used my right finger to press scope, and then used my left finger to press fire (the fire button that does shoot only), but I found a few drawbacks this way, being

  1. reaction speed is slow (coz I need to use one finger to press scope and then the other finger to press fire)
  2. During close fight, while my enemy moving quickly or jumping around, easily lost vision on my enemy due to scoping in
  3. movement. while using right finger to press scope and then left finger to press fire, I noticed if I tried to move in the meantime using my left thumb, it almost doesn't move.

I then changed my way to play a bit,

  1. during close/mid range fight, instead of using right finger to press scope and then left finger to press fire (the fire button that does shoot only), I now press the fire button that does scope + fire
  2. during long range fight, I use right finger to press scope and then left finger to keep "tapping" the fire button, instead of holding it to increase accuracy.

Personally, I found it this way is easier for me, and a few advantages

  1. reaction speed is quick, as now I just need to press one button that does scope + shoot
  2. movement. whiling using my left finger holding the fire button that does scope + shoot, I can still move using my left thumb.

But I do have a few questions after I watched a few YouTube videos posted by those pro players, including iFerg, hawks, and heaven etc...

  1. I understand they set their smg and/or AR to hip fire, and during close fight, when they press fire button, it just hip fires without scoring in. I tried this with AI, it's true that you get to see more around you which ...

Is the game full of really low quality bots?

I'm new to the game, and I've noticed that so far, 90% of accounts I come across are basically just moving targets. Often I'll end up in a game and end up MVP, even though I'm terrible.

I really suspect they aren't real people, but bots designed to level up over time for reselling or something.

Bug or intentional?

In the past month, I've noticed that I've stopped getting exp cards from doing casual matches. As far as BR and ranked goes, I will gain multiples of 500, 100, and 50 exp cards. However when it comes to casual MP, I might get 1 or 2 100 exp cards after 20 matches. I don't know if this intentional or if it's bugged and if it is bugged, what is a way to resolve this issue.

Legendary needs more ranks to separate skill level.

Its obnoxious going against people who clearly are better because they play all the time and use their iPad and 6 fingers and they have over 10k points. Master 5 people shouldn't be facing these types of skill level. There is a huge difference there and legendary needs more ranks so they play against their skill level.

10min videos

Been seeing a lot of this topic lately on the subreddit about youtubers and 10+ minute videos and I just want to clear some things up and give my opinion.

  1. The only benefit of getting your video to 10 minutes as a youtuber, is you can add advertisements in the middle of your video. If the video is 9:59 or less, you can’t.

  2. Based on everything I know. This won’t effect how many views your video gets or how much it’s suggested. That’s more dependent on clickable your video is and how long people watch. (Both in total minutes and in %)

If you’re wondering what a ROUGH correlation is for earnings (for CODM youtubers)

Less than 10 min: $0.70 per 1k views
More than 10 min: $1.40 per 1k views

Again that’s a rough estimate, there are other determining factors. This is also extremely low compared to nearly any other topic on YouTube. Finance channels get around $50 per 1k views for reference. But hopefully you can understand why it’s important to get a video to 10 minutes. If a video is naturally around 8-9 minutes, it will be common for a YouTuber to add a little bit more to get it just over the 10 minute mark. And as you can tell, it results in roughly twice the revenue. Youtubers have bills to pay, college, and all kinds of things just like most people with a job. So please don’t confuse making smart business decisions with greed!

I personally have a rule that if a video isn’t naturally around 8-9 minutes, I won’t stretch it to 10 min. As then it contains too much in authentic content. Something I call “fluff.” That’s NOTHING but my personal decision. Other YouTubers will have their own mindsets, and if you don’t like it. Feel free to stay away. But please avoid spreading hate, even if it’s lighthearted in the form of a meme. It still stirs negative emotions towards those content creators. Which is not something any community needs!

I feel like I may have missed some stuff. But to be honest I’m operating on about 30 hours of no sleep. So I’ll definitely try to respond to any replies if anyone has some q...

I can’t find out how to unlock the axe, do I get it at a certain level? Because I’m currently level 111 and I haven’t gotten it yet. What do you guys think of this idea?

Here’s what I’m thinking, there should be an update to the game where you use Reaper with the Death Machine or the Scythe for example and when you activate it, there is more ammo and the duration is extended, the same with Nomad and the H.I.V.E., or Spectre and the new Takeo’s Katana. And the same with scorestreaks, like if Outrider uses the MQ-27 Dragonfly, the duration and the ammo or infrared explosive probes are increased.

Should Ranked Leagues Have MORE Tiers?

I believe the current system could be improved by simply Doubling the tiers. So instead of Master 5 and then Legend, it should go to 10. All leagues with 10 tiers!

This could help match making! Also put players in their "correct" leagues (boosted players). As it stands now, seems a bit too simple to rank up. Even more so with all the XP events.

A Random Question/Thought

So Cod mobile still has a few unreleased guns such as the KRM and the Razorback and i had a thought that maybe, just maybe, the devs would change up the Razorback stats so they don’t match the PDW stats exactly. Then they could possibly release a rare (blue) as a seasonal challenge along with a base version or even a epic (purple) variant in the next season of ranked MP as the reward for Master 2.

I recently purchased the pharo-mirage under the pretence of it having a kill effect as was mentioned over social media releases (facebook) and potrayed the in gun gameplay through YouTube channels who purchased the same(Squally) and clearly showed the kill effect produced by this gun , but now i see that there is no such kill effect and i hope there is something that you could do for us veteran players and the players who have spent money on the purchase of this weapon(pharo-mirage) also i have been a huge fan of this platform and have been there since the release on October 1 , I hope there is something you could do for the people who have purchased this gun ! New to CODM

Just downloaded it... I’ve been playing PUBGmobile since it came out and I play with a “claw layout” is this possible with CODM? What are some tips you could give me? The controllers feel a bit different to me and I did see I could customize it in some ways... I’m hearing there’s an awesome update so thought it would be a good time to join. I just so bad at the game. Movement shit, aim shit, I feel like dead weight in ranked. I can’t even reach legendary it just so hard for me. I so bad at the game it not even funny. When I used to have fun I was decent but now I just bad and it pretty frustrating going negative in ranked whole youtubers like Godzly and Jokesta can cracked up high kills gameplay like it nothing. An idea

I think it would be pretty cool if character skins got bonuses if they used certain guns. Like say one character might get damage bonus using an m-4 but all other guns would remain normal. Another might get a bonus with the HG-40 and so on. It would be interesting and add some depth to the game. The bonus could be offensive or defensive. Lot's of possibilities.

What exactly does the chip upgrade do for each class in br?

This is what I know:

Scout - bigger UAV range

Ninja - 3 charges instead of 2 and grants silent movement

Are global players better than those in garena?

It’s a broad topic but hear me out. Heavens got a nuke in scrims against arguably the best clan in garena, VVV or is considered a division 1 team. I know wallycodm has gotten a vtol in scrims, but that was against tempo storm and tbh they kinda suck. Also a vtol is way below the level of a nuke. Also if you see heaven’s video he’s using the arctic and operator skills. This was never allowed in global comp scrims...and the vvv kinda just played like bots. What are you guys’ thoughts?

Hardcore Mode for CODm

A search and destroy mode in which you can't see footsteps and rely only on sounds. Aim assist should also be lessen, I swear the aim assist in this game is broken. Why do you never see the GKS in ranked?

TTK 0-20 meters is just as fast as the Cordite or Rus. I think 2ms difference which is like 0.002 of a second and could never be noticed. Recoil is very nice with a grip. Easy to control gun. It does have AR ADS Speed but it's within 0-15ms TTK of alot of ARs like 117, Type, etc and beats alot of them as well.

So I'm curious or is this what the Meta is. ADS speed first? Damage and recoil 2nd and 3rd

CODM has released many epic guns in the past having a slightly different iron sight like the RPD Orbit, Type 25 geometry, M4 enchanted Carbine etc. Also epic guns have hidden perks like increased firing range, double kills at bullets into the mag etc. YouTubers make a video on those guns with the title,"ThIs GuN iS pAy tO wIN". Although I understand the fact that those guns aren't P2W, watching YTers' saying them P2W makes me feel bad since I can't afford to spend money on such guns. But there are some people who actually come to this sub reddit and ask for such guns for free. It's a humble request to all the YTers' to stop this. Instead, you can make a video proving that the gun skin isn't p2w (like HawksNest did with Type-25 geo) so that people would stop begging for those guns here in sub reddit and people won't feel bad for not being able to afford those guns....

Ranked Challenge 4th Qualifier - Garena Server - Philippines

Im [25F] from the Philippines and earlier at around 9am to 10am here, I've won already 6 to 7 ranked MP games. But upon checking the qualifier status, the wins/lose were not recorded. I should have 80 points by now. Earlier, it says COMING SOON for the May 28 to 31 qualifier week. Now the event says ON GOING.

ShouId I wait for the updated win/lose status? (I think it says 3hrs for update)

Should i have played when the event is ON GOING?

Possible aditions to COD Mobile

Hello. Devs if you are reading this I have some features that could be added to the game. The first one is a button with which you can instantly remove all the markers for new stuff. Press the button and all the annoying little rotated square things with exclamation marks in them disappear. The other one is to add the option to have a different sensitivity for each loadout, because personally I use fixed speed with all guns except for sniper. I use speed acceleration for sniper. So every time I want to play with a sniper I must go to settings to change it. It is really annoying, because I can't change to or from sniper in the middle of the game, because it would take too much time. Hopefully someone else finds this useful and you (the devs) add it to the game.

MP5’s Time to Kill

So, I was watching Hawks’ video on the MP5 and noticed he didn’t give a ttk stat. Decided to step up and calculate it myself using the info that was already available.

So, the MP5 is a 5 shot kill at close range and it drops to 8 shots to kill at range and it has a rate of fire of 831.

Taking that information into account, the MP5’s ttk ranges from 289ms at close range to 506ms at long range.

The specific ranges are unknown. I don’t have access to the beta and HawksNest has yet to test it. I’m pretty sure by the time he gives us the exact range of the gun, we’ll see the other stats alongside it.

Black screen in BR, come on developers it's not a joke anymore

The last two days I can't play a single BR game without a black screen appears. I lost a bunch of points. It's getting to the point that I'm afraid to play a match. I have Samsung A70, Android 10. I even vent to extreme limits, uninstalling the game but the result is the same- So many posts are about this topic and you have done nothing. Can you at least make it that when the black screen appears, the match ends with 0 points? Just do something that will make us players willing to play BR mode without fear of losing points by your fault.

What's ranked match etiquette depending on mode?

I'm not new to COD mobile but I enjoy the game a lot. I am a noob when it comes to the details and terms. I've been visiting the threads here, skimming for advice about ranked matches. What's proper/ considerate game play for S&D, DOM, TDM and Hardpoint? Stay with teammates all the time? Always rush B? Can we all agree camping during a ranked match is what losers do? cod mobile wifi bug

whenever i use wifi to play cod mobile it never works nicely... it always says reconnecting to game....my wifi has 20 mbps speed but its only slow in cod and whenever i use mobile data even with poor range it still works properly plz help

Please release bundle tommorow 5:30 (IST) NO SMOKING BUNDLE.. I have waited for this bundle like eternity and I want this bundle for my HVK and DLQ skin please release it fast..

1- The hauntress (the best skin + gun combo I've seen)

2- The void (the best legendary gun)

Can anyone give me an example of a player who is been reported many times for being a BIG NOOB on higher ranks.

How does one get so high in ranks and doesn't know how to play well.

Legendary rank player here, and still the one rising thru top frags in a match and still a lose of a game.

Devs: Just starting watching eSports, would love to see the COD League maps on CODM

Just started watching some COD league matches, and it's awesome. But I don't know any of the maps and am not going to buy a PS4. It'd be awesome to bring those maps to mobile, as a way to promote the League, it would make it easier to understand all the angles the pros are playing.

Btw, if you haven't seen it already, search for COD League on YouTube, they stream everything there for free. It's legit: good announcers, good rotation of the players and good balance of 3rd and 1st person view.

tactical equipment

seeing a lot of tactical equipment being used. Shock rc by 1 player 6x, gravity spikes then respawn and same player gravity spikes again and so on. They don't use it in the beginning but halfway through. Is this a thing?

Bots in game.

We need to get rid of bots in certain game modes.

If it's a featured game mode then there should not be any bots, same goes for ranked.

Maybe a new section needs adding in addition to Core & Featured.

I've just had a game of Rapid Fire were I destroyed the other team on Crossfire. I got more than double the amount of kills than the rest of my team combined. To be fair, the opposition was in this game until the very last kill, it ended 65 - 64. I think my score was a mixture of bots and real opposition that maybe wasn't as good. And luck.

I am not a particularly good player, I'm a thumber, and while I know there are thumbers that have reached Legendary, I'm often outwitted because of movement ability etc that claw players have.

But I'd still like the featured game modes to be challenging. I'm not saying I don't lose featured game modes, or any game with bots, but if that game had 5 human players, correct me if I'm wrong about bots in RF, I would never have gotten MVP, and there would never have been such a massive gulf in K/D/A stats.

I know new players need public matches, and they're often useful to use new loadouts, or learn new maps without a penalty for losing.

It's just that I found the stats absolutely ridiculous. I'd rather play an honest match

Here is an open invite for people looking for an active COD Mobile clan that is both casual and a little competitive. There really is no time commitment besides being an active clan member (no scrimms etc). I wanted to remove the stigma clans have of being too “elitist” etc. As for history of our clan, we were a pretty competitive clan in Rules of Survival, but my friends and I from high school have transferred over to COD Mobile.

As of now, we have around 10 people in our clan. We are Level 3 but we are definitely looking to expand. Most of us are Legendary/Master! Also playing on Global version in North America (EST Time Zone).

AstralCOD Clan (LOOSE) Requirements:

  • Level 75+
  • ACTIVE players
  • MP Ranked
  • Master I+ (preferred Master III+)
  • Solid K/D ratio (above 1.2)

As of now, we don’t have a clan discord but I shall create one if we get a good amount of members in. As for the clan name (as part of your username), that can be determined a bit later! Thanks everyone! Please DM or comment down below if slightly interested so I can keep track who is who!

Question on battle pass

So I never actually bought battle pass before, and I have a few questions on how it works. So I've been doing some chores, and I want to buy the season 7 battle pass. There two, the cheap one and more expensive one. If I get the cheap one, will I still get Seprah desperado at tier 15?

Fix matchmaking. A team of masters should not be facing a full team of legendary players. Make legendary players only queue up against legendary players

There's a huge skill gap between someone at 6300 points and someone over 8k. There shouldn't be that huge of a difference in points. Either make Masters queue up against masters and once you hit legendary you will only queue against legendary players or make it so you are queueing up against your teams average points.

Also before anyone says it, yes I'm annoyed and have stopped playing ranked. When I queue against people who clearly are way higher ranked and using an iPad and 6 fingers versus me on my phone with 3 fingers, the gameplay is not fun. I cannot progress and get better facing people with a better device and control and who are 1.5x my point range

Something needs to be done.

Dlq ads bug

I have my dlq33 on ads to shoot and every now and then if I try to take a shot right after adsing to shoot it hipfires (I call it jamming) even though it shouldn’t hipfire because I have ads to shoot. This annoying bug has caused me to die at times when I should easily have gotten the kill otherwise. Have any of you guys who use ads on the dlq experienced this issue?

Haven’t really heard anyone talk about it before so if most people haven’t experienced this problem I can post a screen record video showing the bug if you guys want

Previous Battle Pass rewards

yo I wish there was a way we could get those precious BP skins. Especially S2 and S3. it would be amazing. It should be available for people who bought the newer BPs. Also it would be fair to make it cost some extra CP but not a crate tho. Or maybe some other way to get them. The previous BPs have the best weapons and these new ones are pretty whack in comparison. instead of adding more new weapons, give us a shot at getting the older weapons.

But don't put ridiculous price tags everywhere, be reasonable!!!

Close gun fights

I've noticed that i lose lotta close gun fights, kept watching the kill cam, and surprisingly, all of them r very weird. What happend actually is that i ran past the enemy, but in his view I'm still in front of him

I guess that's bcuz of their slow ping, how often does this happen with u guys?
