Teammates For World Championship

Had a break until beginning of this month...

Was playing since day 1 but had to take a break since my phone didn't have the requirements to play even in 30 fps... Now since beginning this month I have a new phone and am very active now but.. Is there any news about zombies coming back? It was my favorite mode but also the most that was lagging for me due to the phone.. Now I can play it and I WANT to play it... Also could only get the jf abomination not the axe or dampsey sadly...

'tap to ADS' vs 'tap and hold to ADS'

I use 'tap and hold to ADS' because thats how every console shooter game ever is. You hold down the trigger button to ADS and release it to stop ADSing.

Why do almost all the top players use 'tap to ADS'? iFerg, Godzly, RYE, etc. all use 'tap to ADS'. It doesn't make any sense because it isn't what they're used to on console so why do it on mobile? What are the advantages? I tried to use it but i kept forgetting to stop ADSing or i got stuck in ADS and panicked when an enemy started shooting at me and couldnt stop ADSing fast enough to run away.

Anyone else had a bot come in clutch for them?

Was playing SnD and and we are 3 - 3. Last round. Only player alive on our team is the bot FormigaToranja using a shotgun. The last two enemies are quite skilled but the bot took out both of them! I could sense the last player on the enemy team was trembling when the bot took out his teammate. The last players starts shooting, using a RUS but one peek is all it takes for FormigaToranja to kill him. Long live FormigaToranja.

Can the world chat be moderated a little better?

I've been playing for some time and decided to click on world chat to see what's going on, and there are so many people in world chat sexually harassing female players and calling them fat, fugly, etc. Some players even send a voice chat where they're cussing them out and calling them bi***, cun*, telling them to go kill themselves, saying sexual innuendos, etc.

It's a very toxic world chat, and there's a lot of people cheering on the ones who keep sending offensive messages to the victim.

I'm coming from Pubg where the world chat is dominated with thirsty simps and bots but this is absolutely shocking.

Can y'all stop sacrificing yourselves to capture flags and hardpoints?

It's not smart to start off the game by just jumping straight into B or the hardpoint right away. That's how you die for no reason, which in turn gives the enemy the advantage. Nearly every loss someone will finish the game with 11 kills and 15 deaths, while I went 12 and 7, but has more points than me. That's not a better teammate. That hurts the team because that means that you spent more time respawning and running back to the objective than the other team did.

Tldr: PLAYING THE OBJECTIVE DOESN'T MEAN TO GET YOURSELF KILLED!

Can't activate nuke

When I get the 20 kills, it flashes "Scorestreak Active" on the screen and then goes away... there is no way to activate the nuke. There is no button to press. I have cleared cache but that did not fix it. Any ideas? This happens during Capture the Flag.

About the cluster strike..

What if in nuke town map , u stand at ur spawn and use cluster strike at the enemy spawn during like domination? I mean without the 5secs spawn protection, you will get multi kills of at least 2-3 kills non stop?

Should I buy the cordite lucky draw?

I've never spent money like this before in codm and have always been a battle pass only kinda dude. I know it's like $120 and I could buy so many better things than pixels but I honestly do want it and I love using the gun. My fear is it gets nerfed or other guns get buffed or come out and are a lot better than it.

The Problem with Ranked

Hi everyone, I am going to discuss the problems with the current multiplayer ranked mode in Season 4 of Call of Duty Mobile and how they can be solved in this post. If you agree/disagree please leave a comment explaining why and don't forget to leave a red arrow to show support.

Why Ranked feels more like a grind to the top then a competition of whoever has the most skill:

Season 4 ranked has shown that he who plays the most games will climb points the fastest, this should not be the case. Ranked mode should be a mode showcasing peoples skill and not how many hours they play a day, for example if Player A got to 6500 points (Legendary) within 200 games and Player B got their within 300 games who do you think is a better player? Assuming they were both playing in a 5 man squad, clearly player A with 200 games played right!? What if I told you that Player A started playing ranked mode a month after the season started and Player B started playing as soon the ranked season started both playing 25 matches a day. It is clear i this scenario Player B is better than Player A.

WIdening the skill gap:

In order for the ranked system to accurately evaluate the skill of an individual player boundaries have to be placed. An example of these boundaries is the current ranks (Rookie 1-5, Veteran 1-5, Elite 1-5, Pro 1-5, Master 1-5, Legendary) As far as I know 90% of players will be against bots in Rookie 1-5 and Veteran 1-5, removing bots from these ranks will allow the ranked system to widen the skillgap over time, this will work best with a hard reset at the start of a new season meaning every player gets dropped to the same ranked of Rookie 1.

Why Legendary Matchmaking feels like Elite matchmaking:

Most of the players in these ranks aren't too good, you wonder why? Because the players they were against climbing to these ranks were also not too good. If matchmaking times are increased so they can performe more accurate matchmaking than these not too good players will be in a lower rank where they ...

Skill is more than rank, change my mind

Rank doesnt matter guys. I played yesterday and today with players from Pro4 to Legendary an I can say, there is no difference. Sometimes guys in Legend are better, sometimes Pros are better. Skill is more than rank. The amount of weak players in Legendary is too damn high. This season is very easy to get to legend, the only cost is your time. Ok, there are players better than anyone, but most of the high rank players this season are not that good. I enjoyed games with pros more, they are mostly more motivated and they try harder.
What I wanna say is play if it makes you happy, rank is nothing right now. Congrats to all Legendaries, but guys please stop posting here your rank progres. Thanks, peace.

Messed up Qualifier system

So I am an Elite 3 right(not impressive) but I’d say I am a skilled player.However when I was qualifying on all the weeks, my teams were absolutely poop.Like really poop and the fact that I had to win 7 games out of 10 made it worse cos I dropped 4 20 bombs in the first week 3 25 bombs and a 18 kill in week 2 BUT...MY TEAMS WERE POOOOP.So what I think should happen is that it should be decided on how many points you get per game.SIMPLE.

Operator Skills are getting annoying.

Is it just me or are the operator skills getting old and annoying?

They require very little skill, unlike score streaks anyone can get them automatically regardless of how well the player is doing.

Also there is no indication of who has which OS, making it impossible to anticipate what’s coming.

I know recent CODs on console had them for a while but I really do think they spoil the game. Even the infamous BO2 C4 required more skill.

Ranking become pub. I was always aware of ranked cause were thinking that this mode for pro players, and I didn’t want to give my trash skills to be a reason for lost. But now due to rewards everyone plays. Right now the ranked mode become a game of camping. Everyone just take an LMG, perks and camp in corners.

Black Screen issue and FPS drop

Now i know that we have gone through this topic many many times but after each update BR gets crazier . At first my game would crash or show me a black screen in the end of the game but I'm suffering from these bugs more often and it has come to a point where I have to quit after playing the game since S1 . I have enjoyed the skins and i have bought most of them and nonetheless the new content has always been good and enjoyable for the players but when we have to deal with these bugs consistently , then players will have to quit this game .
I really hope that the devs start taking this issue more seriously instead of dropping lame skins every week .
Skins won't affect our skillset at all .

CP Refund request

So i wanted to buy a Bushido Sword and the single draw is 25 CP. looking at my current CP is 10 only, so i purchase the $0.99 to get 80 CP. after clicking once and the screen went to my apple account to confirm the payment. There was no increase of my CP after transaction so i just waited. After a while i clicked the buy $.099 again then suddenly my CP became 10,785.
And my account is now less $100!

When you are playing bad but Clutch the win

So I was on a ranked grind tonight and I wasn't doing well in a TDM on Summit. Finished with 8/9 K/D, not my usual but my teammates and the competition were killing it. The score got to 48-46 we are behind. I was running through the 2nd floor perimeter on Summit going towards the steps to go outside and down towards the Enemy spawn direction. Luckily right before the steps I got a jump on a guy who was using a PDW. I saw it was 49-48 us now. Immediately jumped from the steps as I saw 2 enemies coming and hit the gravity Spikes. I got the last 2 kills within a few seconds and clutched the win for us. All games of course end with someone coming through usually. But it's a great feeling when you aren't playing good at all but come through clutch to seal the deal. Otherwise it would have been my fault we lost.

Thumb players and claw(ipad) users

#CODMdevs. In every matches there is some players using claw and using ipads,with 5 or 6 fingers. Those guys have the advantage of using controller or emulator..Anyway cod team banned controllers in tournament. But what about ipad players..it's unfair. They need to ban ipads from tournament. Because it's a mobile tournament. So you must use only smartphones, Not Tablets. It's the only way to conduct a fair tournament. Please upvote if you agree. And much much respect to those ipad players. No hate for you guys,it's about "fair".

Anyone experienced smoke grenades failing to go off?

Experienced this a lot with the "Natural Hunter" smoke grenade. There's no Trophy System around, and when I throw it, even in front of me (while capping B or planting a bomb), it just fails to go off.

I switch grenade skins now and it's not happening anymore.

Not buying battle pass

Will it be worth if i dont buy the next battle pass and save those cod points for lucky draws. Because this season i bought the battle pass. But i didnt use any of those charaters and guns. Well i received the wild west bk-57 and msmc. But im much of a RUS player. Si didnt spend mcyh tine with bk and msmc..And in the beginning i was soo excited of wearing the ghost cowboy and seraph characters. But few days later i saw everyone was wearing those battle pass character kits and was not cool anymore. But in my opinion those lucky draws characters were much cooler than those battle pass characters. So i thought of giving a chance to lucky draws without wasting the money for battle pass. But imma gonna give it a try if they have a skin for RUS-74 in the battle pass.

Would it be worth if i save those COD points to lucky draws without spending for battle pass?

Bugs and Costly Items

I hope CODM will fix every bug in the game, in BR for example, when your teammate hits you with a vehicle, it gets hard to walk. Also, I hope that you will fix the Search and Destroy mode in ranked match because sometimes my teammates leave the game and no one replaces them. It becomes unfair though you can solve this by lessing the number of minus exp in the losing team or increase the exp in the winning team. This happens to me most of the time when someone leaves the game. Lastly, I hope you will make the items on the store affordable, especially the crates and draws, it’s just very expensive especially here in the Philippines. Only rich people or streamers can really buy what they really want. Like Mobile Legends, you can guarantee you get the item or whatsoever when you buy it but some are still expensive tho. CODM is a great game for me. I’m a fan of COD, but these examples just bother me.

Being able to choose the gamemode in ranked ruined the competivity of the game.

By letting players choose the gamemode in ranked games, I feel like developers just ruined the purpose of ranked games.

All the difficulty of ranked was to be forced to play with random teammates, having to adapt to bad strategies in domination, teammates leaving the game & still grinding hard earn points.
Now being legendary will never be as rewarding as before, because hordes of players reached that rank by playing TDM only because thats easier, you don't need teamwork and someone leaving the team has little to no impact on the match.

Developers should not play with features like that in ranked. Of course it is fun to choose and I love doing S&D only, but that's not the purpose of ranked..

You can already choose the game mode in non-ranked games, so whats the point doing it in ranked except for making the grind easier ?

Now legendary has quite no value, and even switching back to the point we can't choose game-modes don't change the fact that many legendary players don't deserve their place in the elite..

What’s the deal codm?

Something’s been all jacked up lately, the last week or so there’s been so much weird/glitchy stuff happening.

1: Comms are intermittently or completely out on most games (especially BR).
2: Game keeps getting stuck on the loading screen then timing out.
3: Game crashes about once or twice a night (never happened before).
4: Constantly getting put into games that have have already started (happening waaay more than normal, 4 games in a row).

I didn’t have any of these problems until a week or two ago. I don’t know what’s going on but the game is almost unplayable at this point. Upvote if you’re having these problems all of the sudden too. Maybe the devs will see this and do something about it. They definitely aren’t short on the money they need to fix it.

My experience with Search and Destroy lately solo-queuing. If you suck at S&D I hope these tips will help you too.

Ever since I reached Legendary, I have had exceptional success with S&D. I used to hate this game mode right up there with TDM when I was grinding for Legendary because contributed a majority of my losses.

Below is my record of 14 games.

So 9/14 games were wins. Out of the 5 losses, only 2 of them were real losses. Out of the 14 wins, I would say 13 of them were real wins.

Losses

Of the 2/5 real losses, the 3 games that I lost were due to handicapped

  1. Game started us off with only 4 ppl (Idk why it still does this). A guy entered Round 2, but he afked for a total of 2 rounds. We only won 1/5 when he stopped afking. Also the MVP's screen got glitched in one round where our teammate was afking. He was stuck in aim mode.
  2. Teammates with records like (0 Kills/5 Deaths/1 Assist -20).

Wins

  1. One game we "won" was because my enemy had teammates who quit on them. This is a common strategy to save XP. This is not the player's fault, it is an unfortunate strategy the developers placed on players. I do not count this as a win honestly.

Tips

  • Don't rush.
  • Watch where your teammates are going at the start of the game and where they are throwing their Trip Mines. This will determine the flow of the game and what route you should take.
  • Don't pick up the bomb unless you know what you are doing. I personally never pick up the bomb unless I see the same teammate keep dying with it so I don't have break my back when I fetch it from his corpse.
  • Know what you like to do. For example if you like to push and get up in close, use an SMG. If you like to play passive, keep your distant and pick an AR/Sniper. If you are bad at sniping, don't snipe at all. The sniper is usually "the last one" and there are very few instances where they can clutch a 1 vs 3+. Side note: in one of the games I had a real loss, I lost to 3 enemies sniping at the same time.
  • Hardwire/Flat Jacket is very important. I can't count on how many free kills I've gotten off with a Trip Mine. It's the worse feeling dying t...

It’s almost two months that cod always 1 time crash whit no reason in the middle of game in battle royale , it’s very annoying pls fix that . Once I’ve reached legendary in br i started to play ranked in multiplayer but after some game and always in the same map (Summit) my game it’s like freezed , I can’t walk or shoot for many second and refreeze in loop . I’m the only one ?

Question about shards that no longer exist

I really wanted the abomination handgun so I started throwing all my coins at the one in the store. However, they have since removed it and it's no longer available and I got about 3/4ths of the way at 200 coins a pop and now I'm broke and without the gun. Should I wait for it to come back or sell back all the shards for 5 coins for every 200 I spent

Is UL736 good for ranked?

I'm trying to use LMGs for ranked and I tried UL736 in a pub against bots. I was able to get 29 kills and it felt so comfortable for jumpshots. Is the UL736 a good option for ranked or RPD does better than that?

Switching Versions

My family is planning to hopefully move to the US this year, after this pandemic has been resolved. I am currently playing on the Garena version of the game, and I was wondering if I would retain my progress upon switching to the Global version. My account is linked to my facebook profile, so I think it could work, but I’m not entirely sure, given that there are some skins and items that aren’t present in either version. Does anybody know if switching versions is possible?

What is up with the Pharo's hipfire?

I see this thing in every legendary match I'm in, and this things hipfire is fucking broken. In tge killcam, all they do is drag the cross hair across me while hipfiring and I'm already dead?

Am I missing something. Is there some mechanical explanation to this?

Hi CODM Devs,

  On behalf of other players, I suggest a change in the avatar selection. Other than facebook pictures or in-game pictures it would be really agreeable if we’re able to change our avatar pictures from our own photo library. 

   Another solution is that we can create our own pictures and maybe add banners just like in other COD franchises if photo library doesn’t work. Or maybe a dedicated picture or templates that can only be detected in Codm, for example Minecraft Pocket Edition, where if you want a skin you would need a specific template to use it.

Problems with seasonal events

I’ve noticed a couple of events just not registering kills and therefore won’t progress.

Close quarters for example, the third stage I think I have to kill 20 people with QuickDraw attached and two others. I have used every pdw I have, in multiplayer and I’ve picked up in BR and equipped there, it just tony register my kills.

What’s happening? Anyone have the same problem or am I missing something obvious?

Can we have a new ranked game mode? Maybe Control?

So I've been farming on S&D lately but it has been getting a little repetitive. Domination has gotten a lot of more difficult and fast paced. Hardpoint takes the longest to start and more difficult like Domination (and I love that they are getting more difficult). I am almost certain no one plays TDM anymore (not that I want to either).

Can we maybe have a new game mode on Ranked? Something like Control?

Lol, I signed up for the championship just for the cp and frame, mostly for the cp. I'm not hard-core and ranked is something I only play occasionally because I'm a two thumb, casual player. Well, I won the gold ak-47! I even made mvp a few games. It wasn't easy, I didn't want to blow my teammates chances so I was really working but didn't expect to qualify haha. Anyway for all those complaining about trash teammates, sure I had a few and I was the trash teammate on a couple games. Maybe you should try harder. If I could do it, anyone can.

Can we talk about the ability to cancel reloads

I really hate this. No other game lets teleport a discarded mag back from the ground into your gun instantly. It's not very realistic. But worse it removes a strategic part of the game where you can listen for someone reloading and know when to rush them.

It also means reloads can just be done whenever when it should be a calculated risk that you could be punished for if you do it at the wrong time.

This always felt more like a bug than a feature since shotguns don't have it. But that's just speculating.

Either way, I also hate having this magical power myself because I'll often cancel reloads without meaning to. Like pressing the ADS button 0.2 seconds before the reload is over and having to restart the process all over or dying because I didn't have enough ammo in the next encounter.

Sometimes I'll also be jumping around trying to dodge fire while reloading, vault over something random which cancels the reload and gets me killed.

I really hope they remove this "feature" because it's just frustrating.

What's the quickest way to tank up in BR? I don't really like BR, but I just noticed that's where the neat Industrial skin is. I typically range somewhere between the final 1-6 but that only gets me around an average of 70 points. Is there a quicker way for more points? (I do solo, because I can last longer without a team)

Cant get shock rc

Guys i started playing end of season 5 and have been playing season 6 very fanaticly but i noticed that i still dont have the shock rc. Im level 107 and battle pass tier 150+. I did some research on the internet and it said you get the shock rc in battle pass season 5. I thought i couldnt get it anymore, but then my friend started playing and he got the shock rc already... idk what to do when i press on the shock rc and then acquire i get sent to the battle pass but cant click anything. Any help please?

Golden Mag Issue

I want to report the issue on Golden Magazine. When you attach the golden magazine to a AR weapon it consume too many bullets. Example you have 600 bullets stocks and the golden magazine is full when you shot 1 or 2 bullets and you reload after that it will take away 50bullets on your stocks. The normal magazine it only takes 1 or 2 bullets on your stocks depends how many bullets you shot. My point is every reload on golden magazine it always consume 50 bullets on your stocks even though you didn’t use use all the bullets on your magazine.

Can't shoot anyone while they're prone

Anyone else having this issue? I played few MP games this morning and everytime a player went prone I'd aim at him and hit fire, but my weapon wouldn't shoot...only time I'd be able to hit them is when they stood back up. Is this a known bug or nah?

Would be really nice to have a cash back event again. Especially with the amount of money paying players spend on the awesome content releasing, imo .

If a player did not acquire desired items as a result of the odds being against them, they would still get some type of item through the cash back system.

Help with settings

Hoping someone can help me. I play on an iPhone 11 Pro Max. I play claw and have my settings as “tap and hold to ads” and also just use the normal fire button as I have everything set to hip fire but sniper. When I tap and hold to ads and then go to fire it cancels one or the other out. Can anyone help.

I think we are have the same problem and idk why everyone is silent about it.. Servers are f*cked up!!!!
You play with 50 60 ms feels like 200 ms, not to forget constant lags that didn't use to happen before.. I know during quarantine people play it more often, but this has gone too far its been a problem since a month. Maybe rent new servers for 2 months or so, I hope it will be fixed next season. We should tag codm on this

Melee only S&D and team death matches anyone?

Myself and a few members of my clan have started to play melee only... Which is basically where we only use knives, axes and throwing axes. Fire arms are strictly prohibited along with grenades, trip mines, and most operator skills. You are still allowed gravity spikes and the shield, but all in all, the aim of the game is to use a blade only.
DM me if you want to join, it's surprising how fun it is and it really gives a different feel to a lot of the classic maps.

I need a team of people for ranked (not for championship).

I’m sick and tired of carrying my team in ranked and losing. I’m stuck at low master because of these players that don’t belong here. Every match whenever I lose I try to make it into a learning experience. But now I’m losing because I genuinely have horrible teammates. My random teammates camp, use holographic scopes, have no smart movement, and suck at playing objectives. I don’t use a mic because I’m usually quiet when I focus but if you do you must speak english. I need better teammates so feel free if you want to add your gamer tag here.

Solo rank - when will season 4 end? Tips to get good team mates?

I never play rank too much but decided on a last push today and see how far I can go. So far in 1.5 hours I have jumped from start of pro 3 and now at pro 5 with around win to reach master 1.

I am not sure I will make legendary but maybe master 2 at this rate by the end

Gamemode without the sliding mechanic

I know this might sound weird or impractical but hear me out, I’ve been seeing a lot of COD:MW old and new gameplay and the gunplay is just fantastic. It’s just something about the old school style of just sprinting, ADSing and shooting looks so fluid. And I’ve been thinking what CODM would be without the sliding movement/mechanic since at times it can be very annoying trying to shoot someone while they are sliding or if someone just gets away at 1 hit because they just slid into cover. So maybe the devs can introduce a Gamemode where they just completely remove the sliding and keep only the sprinting and jumping movements. Hopefully you guys would consider this even though it’s a little bit impractical but experimentation is good to keep things new and fresh.

Next season they are adding duplicate protection crates which will be more better than the current bundles since you only have to open 18 crates to get all of them. Not sure if it is with every crate but it is better than bundles
