Weird thing in Domination

Okay so something weird happened in one of my games today.

I was playing domination in raid, legendary rank. Started out in the C side. As soon as the game started I rushed on to the right side to get to the pool area to check for enemies. When I got vision of the pool area (the area under the balcony where snipers are usually at) I pre-aimed to check if there are enemies and lo and behold instead of an enemy I saw one of my teammates already in the basketball court running to the A flag. I was like wtf how did he get there so fast?? He managed to kill 3 people capping A at that time because I bet no one expected him to be there so they werent prepared.

And no, he didn’t connect late like the one in pubs where you connect late and spawn at the opposing side’s flag. The next round I checked if he will be doing the same thing but nothing unusual happened lol.

One of the best nights I've had on Ranked MP

I don't know what it was with matchmaking tonight but in my area in the US between 12AM to 330AM Eastern matchmaking was dead on. Playing 20 or so matches all were close. No blowouts either side which is what I love. Competition!, not even overly dominate MVPs in any match either. I will say I had alot more TDM than I would want but I keep it on a full rotation of all modes. Only 1 match had 1 person quit which says alot and on my team I was lucky with teammates. None of those 1K to 15D type guys either. To me this is what makes the game fun. I can't stand blowing out another team 150-10. There just isn't any fun in that. If I wanted to blow out someone I would jump on Pubs

Lots of people are gonna be using overkill when it comes out so that means less people are gonna be using flack jacket. This means more people will be using trip mine and other explosives like smrs and soooo this means SMRS spammers are gonna be rising. More people might camp as well. Medium: 30
High :45
VH : 60

Fix the match making and server

Currently at MASTER IV and all i can say the server is shit i have like 62 ping and when i get cover in my screen i die cause i'm still at their and the match making is shit there's always 2-3 pro Vs on your team I know not all pro Vs are worst but come on you match us with some master IVs and down WHAT THE HELL you know they are more skilled and know the game FUCKING HELL

I understand that I shouldn't always be blaming my teammates for losing, cause I'm also responsible to handle the situation and the team to win the game... Butt how the hell can i carry 4 idiots every game, while I'm just slightly an above average playe...

I hve this one match = Pro 5 rank, hardpoint mode, crash map.

All of my teammates literally all 4 of my teammates.... Didn't land a single God fuking Damm foot on the hard point for the entire game.. Even if it's near spawn or even if it's just 4 inches away from them.. They still don't give a goddam shiet! It's like they're avoiding or scared to touch the hard point.
While I'm running around like a madman trying to win the game.. (basically its 1v4), it's like my teammates live under a rock.. Probably God didn't give the latest update, to those 4 fagots....

Max Graphics Settings

I got a new iPhone 11 Pro Max, which allows me to run graphics settings on very high and max fps, with all of the graphics options toggled except rag doll. My ping in game is around 50, which is the same as I was getting when running my settings on low graphics and high FPS. I love the way the game looks and feels playing on the higher settings, but am I sacrificing the supposed advantage of running on low graphics/high FPS? So far my game results have been as good or better using the higher settings, but small sample size.

I quit cod mobile

I just quit the game, i never thought i would do but here are the reasons why:

1-Matchmaking in ranked:
It's just so terrible, it doesn't even have SBMM (Skill Based Match Making)
I'm not the best player, but it just needs to be fixed, back when i was only pro 1, and i literally get against a team of legendaries,
The highest i have got is master 1, just because i wanted that ak47 tank, but between master 1 and 2 is pure hell (and the teammates are not even that good)
2-Bad Battle Royale: i'm gonna compare this game's battle royale with fortnite.
A-live events: this can't even be compared, i can't even tell you how much live events fortnite had, and something in the map changes like everyday, (don't tell me codm can't do that coz i play fortnite on mobile)
B-Matchmaking(again):
But this time i always get with noobs or bots, and there is no competitive play in BR, unlike fortntie that has SBMM, i get with players that are the same level as me, and have almost the same skill

3-Player Base: this is more like a personal thing but:

When Cod Mobile launched, i was still playing Pubg Mobile in My crappy iPad Air 1, so i asked my dad to give me his phone, and from that day, i always asked him for his phone just to play codm for 5 months, day after day, i only spend 70$ on it, but the problem was literally nobody in our school played this game, they were playing a Pubg Ripoff called "free fire" and everybody in my country (Morocco) played it, just coz it was for bad phones, and morocco isn't that rich of a country, so i always played solo in mp and br, and it started to get boring

4-Optimization:
I was playing in my dad's phone for 5 months straight,and i have never experienced a game crash, dad got sick from me, but then this outbreak came, and dad needed his phone and pc to work, so i asked him to buy me a new phone, and he said yes! I only wanted the phone to play codm, i downloaded it, and the first game i played has...crashed, even though my phone was 2x more powerful than dad's phone

Gravity spikes are being misused to the core.

Gun fights have become non existent for me. Mid way a gun fight, while I am using ten fingers to aim, jump, slide and shoot and make sure that I don’t get killed, the opponent knowing very well they are one bullet away from getting killed, suddenly conjures gravity spikes and kill me instead. Which makes me wonder wether it is skill or pure banking on operator skills!!

Add a separate customisation screen layout

I’m an iPad player practicing the claw. Before I used thumb and it was rather easy to play both AR and sniper on same layout, but(and I’m sure many people can relate) now I have to adjust it to the sniper too. Would be of great help if we would be able to set a sniper layout config and each time we switch to have it without moving buttons about. What do you think?

Yall really fuck3d the game up with that last update. I got communication bugs and you nerfed the axe again.

Authorization error

I've been getting this error for a few hours now. Whenever I open the game and try to log in via Facebook, I would get the "Authorization error 2,2002". Any way I can fix this? I already tried uninstalling the game but the problem still persists. I can't uninstall Facebook since it came with the phone, but I tried disabling it and still no good. Google only took me to an Activision forum with no solution given. I'm on Garena, if that helps

Dubious....

Playing DOM (still the worst fucking game ever) in RM. Holding B and C and the points are not increasing. I'm talking for like a minute. Nothing. Lose B late in the game and the points are dinging away for the opposition. End up losing by 1 point. I'm also trying to figure out how I unload an entire KN-44 mag into a guy with a shotgun backing up but facing me and I die.

Very weird shit goes on in RM, love to know what the backstory is.

  • remove the invisible walls of the maps that originally did not have them (instant death for whoever leaves the map), such as raid, summit, hijacked, takeoff, ... and the new maps.

-make lobbies where we can vote for a map, so they don't have to add bots and be able to communicate with the team / everyone.

-bring again the fact of being able to speak with the other team.

-improve the tomahawk because it is something that in the short range is where it hardly works.

-something , to have doubles of perks.

-The callincards are with really difficult rank challenges.

-Remove enough points so that the player does not go back because he was losing. private match.

-they should make it as personalized as possible, and be able to restrict certain things weapons, streaks, life, ...

but something I want to say is thanks to the developers for everything they have added, I am from October and I can assure you that the game has changed from better to better. thanks for everything.

Hello, I am writing this to say that Call of Duty Mobile is super is my favorite game and as there are some details wur I would like to add, for example, the night maps for the MJ will be super great as in the consoles since there are night maps in cod bop 1 and in cod advance warfer and I would like to see night maps at some point thank you, and it would also be a help map for new people who download the game not as a shooting range to help control the recoil of weapons and to my the best map for that shooting range would be ranch of fire thanks.

Pay to Win weapon

  1. Man O War when first introduce they locked it behind paywall. Its the first assault riffle that can kill an enemy with 3 bullets

  2. KRM. A still paywall shotgun that have much larger pellet spread than the BY15. Much easier to kill an enemy close range

  3. HBR, no horizontal recoil

4.Pharo, previously paywalled smg that can kill an enemy in 1 burst close range. Right now its the new S36 btw

Tbh I'm glad they listen to the community and release a free version weapon alongside the Lucky draw. The KN44 is one of the top versatile assault riffle in Codm now, can't imagine if they locked it behind paywall. People who have the KRM and HBR are dominating in Legendary rank whenever i see someone use them.

Also, please nerf the Pharo. Noobs are corner camping with it and the pros are abusing it way to much in Legendary rank currently.

Nerf the shock rc , using other perks besides Cold Blooded really ruin your game, might as well delete the other green perks

Gravity spike really put me in dilemma , i rather jump from a gravity spike than dealing with 5 war machine but still its unfair to people who hit by it, no skill whatever to get a kill

Lastly, Persistent perk user really really shit stain.Getting a vtol without any skills needed is just plain bullshit.Facing a full squad in solo rank which all of them using Persistent is just god damn hurtful

I always used to look at the community updates on reddit but never created an account on reddit. However I finally did it. I created an account and started seeing many CoDM memes and loved them. This inspired me to make some memes of my own, and I did so. The support you have been showing has been amazing and has bamboozled me. How do some people move so fucking fast?

Is it some sort of a setting of the controls? Is it my device and I should get a better one with more responsiveness? I am not talking about skulker and all that mother fucking shit, I know all that crap I watch Youtube. It is literally annoying and takes the fun out of the game? It is not always there are just some players who literally are so fast it seems like the game is fucking with me. Is it some sort of a hacking feature which some bastards use? Yes, yes I have heard about the claw and fucking what not. Are there literally people out there using ten fingers and ten toes along with their dicks out of not being able to find better use of it. Seriously, they are sucking the fun out of the game and it is no more fun to see players move like atrophied sexual assaulter psychopaths who wins games without any fight and competition and love getting to the top.

Don’t get me started on hackers, I wish there is a hell and you get treated exactly as Dante describes.

Looking for a clan !

Hi everyone, I'm a up-and-coming player looking for a competitive and proffesional clan that games in the garena version.

-I'm quite friendly and very active.
-I'm an OG player of many other shooter games, most of them being CoD.
-I'd say I'm above average and I have a k/d of 5.61 at the moment.
-I use a PS4 controller.
-I'm level 66 but only because I just started last month.

My preference is that they focus only on CoD mobile and give atleast a couple bucks as a payout at the end of month. If there's no payout, always being in competitions or tourneys between clans are equally fine too. I'd love to join your clan and be an addition to the roster. Please note that I play garena's version (SEA region) and not the global version. Cheers !

For Anyone Having Connectivity Issues During Championship

I tried even using a Ethernet cable for my iPad, sadly the issue persist.

I would suggest waiting a couple of matches if this happens to you. I can’t understand why COD would be delivering a non stable release during a competition. $1,000,000 in funding to put up for rewards, but still bugs from previous feedbacks and connection issues that determine how well you play.

I’m doing kinda well right now, let’s see if I will make it.

few things that youtubers did not discuss.

Gravity spike:

  • this is the most unnecessary nerf i discovered.
  • You stay in air for few longer seconds while using gravity spikes , enemies can easily kill you within that time.
  • it is completely useless from next season(unless they buff it again as they do it for fun).

msmc recoil:

  • this is absolute laser now.
  • they nerfed it in previous updates now they buffed it in last 2updates . Now it is as same as before. I wonder why they nerf a gun and buff again to make it same as before.

about map tunsia:

  • this is so fucking big map and confusing at same time.
  • you just cant hold your flags in domianation for fat minutes. By the time you move from one flag to other you may lose the previous one and you cant even comeback to that flag quickly.
  • In search and destroy once you plant the bomb you almost won it. There are so many angles to hold the bomb site and entrance to bomb site you can easily kill them.
  • I wish they should not add this map to ranked for first few days until everyone understands map pretty well.

about katana(sword) operator skill:

  • extremely useful in small maps like sumit or if you creep through buildings like crossfire.
  • you cant use scorestreaks when you are using this operator skill.

Scout 2 Variant maybe?

So you know how we’ve got a few Special Ops variants of the basic skins lately (Arctic and Malware for SO3, Desert and that Red one for SO1)? I was just thinking it would be cool to see a themed variant of Scout 2 as a mission reward sometime as it’s the coolest of the basic F2P skins that we have in the game. Just thought I’d throw that out the for the devs if they ever see this. I’m sure they’ve got a bunch of cool skins lined up for BP and and Missions next season though.

Is anyone else having trouble moving and aiming?

Since the last in-game update I've been having issues with irresponsive movement and bad accuracy. I know it's not my phone because I also play critical ops and pugb and my accuracy is fine but on codm it's like I have speed accel on even though I don't have it on and I'm using the same sensitivity settings I've been using since I started playing.

This game was the best medicine to fight the pandemic

Times are changing and I know I wont be able to play like I used to, but I would like to thank the Devs and this subreddit for helping me to get trought this lockdown.

Is amazing how good this game is and how many things are free. It's like it makes you want to buy something just to support it. Thanks you all for making this game possible and thanks you all in this subreddit for always being so kind in every post I made asking some newbie question.

It's amazing how each time you all answered all my post and helped me reach legendary on both modes on my first season playing.

A partial end to the game /last rant

So the game has finally got the better of me. Now, if you are in my situation and live where i do, you can do nothing about a high ping. High being mid 90's the entire game. I think 89 was probably the lowest I've seen. That being said, here are my reasons for partially giving this pile of junk game up.

  • Exorbitant prices on crates and bundles. Yeah, bundles are also shit expensive. The poor kid who gets pocket money and spends it on this game in the hope of getting something that they consider pretty cool. I feel for them. Don't be to harsh on your kids parents, it's not their fault.
  • No support at all. I realize this game is extremely popular. I get it. You can't attend to everyone's queries, however at least have the decency to admit that there is an issue. e.g. Black Screen. Still happening to me and others.
  • Ping. The absolute worst thing about this game. Now here is a debate that many of you won't even care to read about. By now you're probably thinking 'ah shit another agony aunt ranting lunatic'. Well let me tell you how bad it is when your ping sits around 90ms. The opposition player would have almost killed you, your HP would probably be about 10% remaining before you even SEE said player. Now in a game where it matters, I stand very little chance against all the legend players. So most legend players are actually not legend players at all, they probably have a better ping than most and probably have been slaughtering people like me all the time. It's as simple as not being able to compete fairly.
  • The "Millions of $ worth of prizes up for grabs". How do you expect people who stay in countries where you decide not to give them a fair chance to get those prizes fairly? Hmmm?
  • New errors for every update - We now have floating bodies everywhere. And when you in a S&D and you hear that dreaded "You're the last man standing, finish it" and you running around listening for every sound and trying to do stuff, you by accident shoot this floating body and the opposition enemy of course now kn...

Question: Possible to Change ADS Button to allow for Movement if Held?

Hi all. Hope the post title is self-explanatory. The ability to customize the ADS button to allow for virtual thumbstick movement if you continue to hold down on it would really help out a 2-thumbs player like myself. The CODM developers appeared to have thought about a number of UI & control challenges already so wondering if I perhaps missed a setting somewhere in the controls config that could help me pull this off.

how to FIX MATCHMAKING:

pair good players with the good and get boosted as they deserve. ranked is a joke now cuz master and legendary are full of fools who get hardcore carried and it shows. matching decent players with these bad guys and expecting them to carry to victory is so unfair. way too many of us suffering numerous defeats as MVPs with braindead teammates. not to mention rank penalties are so harsh in higher ranks, even when teammates ditch matches.

and how is putting a bunch of solo masters with a legendary squad fair? it's happened so many times and is so degrading lmao. not exaggerated btw this just happened to me. we got stomped six ft under 6-150 on HP

Weapon list

Dear COD mobile,
Pls make the multiplayer weapon list like it is now in BR. So you can choose your weapon in your loadout and than you can choose the skin/camo for it. Like warzone. It would be realy nice because if you play for a long time (like me, I played since the global launch) you have to scroll to a bunch of the same weapons but with different skins. I would like if you will make it like BR where you can choose your skin. I hope to hear from you.

Zombies NEEDS to come back to CoD Mobile

You wanna know why Zombies needs to return to CoD Mobile? Because CoD Mobile needs an offline mode. All that it currently has is Practice Vs. AI, which gets old really fast. Most people have internet that goes down sometimes, and if they want to play CoD Mobile, they're going to lose interest very fast when all they have is fighting bots that can barely even fight back.

Zombies must return, or CoD Mobile is as good as doomed.

Season 7 M4 ttk maths

Ok for the egg heads based on leaks from hawks nest.

If the M4 has been buffed to rpm of 659 from 628 then the ttk will increase from 382 to 364 for close range

If added the otm attachment which you assume 10% increase then it will jump from 24 to 26 damage and therefore the ttk may decrease to 273 which is the same as the bk57 now.

BR suggestion

I think it would be helpful if spectating team mates had some making that showed who they were observing. Or if you are being observed you know by who. That way when you tell themleft building your teammates know who that help is meant for. Sayingwatch your left might confuse your team. I guess it would face you the time from identifying to then who you are talking to. If you change who you spectate quickly you could be an extra set of eyes to your whole team. Some other FPV But since you are waiting for the revival fight to take off or the match to end in TPV you could see a bit more.

Saloon Duel!

Has anyone witnessed weird thing happening on saloon map when you respawn with a ghost perk especially spawning on the blown out wall on the side of the saloon.

I die and when i respawn i stood there and the player comes towards my way but doesnt attack me yet looks around as if i am invisible. Idk if they messing with me or just literally cant see me lol

If the majority of people here are stuck because of "bad" teammates, why I see so many post saying 1v1 is hard?

That doesn't make sense, 1v1 is not as hard as people here are saying, yes i know is not that easy but you just need a to be a good player and considering almost every post here complaints about bad teammate, I thought this challenge was gonna be easy here.

Maybe just maybe people should focus on improving more and complaint about bad teammates less.

To the people in ranked who go 1-20

I just want to know, how can I be as confident in a dogshit playstyle as you guys? I wish I had the confidence to rush into a 1v5 and not fire a single bullet, just bumrush B and die repeatedly. You guys are truly inspirational, ruining your teammates games and feeding the enemies, with no care in the world. I want to know, more than anything, how can I play like this subreddits favorite idol, PlasticFoods, in legendary ranked? Thanks for any input!

If you're teammates are that bad you must be mvp? So that means you don't lose 30 xp so that doesn't add up that you are better than all your teammates and you end up losing 30 xp so it isn't that your teammates are bad it is just you

Sound Cuts Out Every Ranked Game (IOS)

Is there a reason sound cuts out every single ranked game? The only solution I've found is to close the app and reopen, but I'm looking for a more permanent solution that doesn't require me going AFK. Every time but one has been right after a death (the other one was right after I reloaded the game).

Is anyone lagging when playing with a friend?

I mean its not that obvious lagging as its used to be major lag issues fixed in mp last session it was with one of my friends when we played together I was lagging so much now recently started again but with a different friend

I am not lagging but my bullets are not registering when we play together my accuracy can drop 20% in between 2 matches with the same gun, same gameplay

I am not shooting to oblivion and possibly can’t succ that much at aim just in 5 min

CodM Tier System. Thoughts and Opinions

I really admire how CodM responded to the tier system for the battle pass however reaching to tier 50 is quite easy, majority of grinders could do it in a day. My suggestion is cranking it up to tier 100 again. Even if you're not a regular player I believe you'll be able to smash out. I'm only Tier 271 and I've got the epic skin. Thoughts ?

Since we have been getting 2 new guns per season (Gks,Hvk-30,Outlaw,Cordite) its almost certain that we will get another gun along with the mp5 however with the theme of next season i assume that the new gun will be from the mw series or will codm just bring more guns from the Bo series?

Often 3rd or 4th place on team

Because of playing objective in Domination and Hardpoint or capturing enemy gold. At the same time I usually have the highest capture objectives in those games. Am I getting it wrong and should I be playing it differently as in trying to kill enemy more than worry about objectives?

Best items to buy in game

Hey guys, new player here (just over 3 months) and I would like to support the game in some way, not a big spender. So what are the best items to buy in the store? For both Credits and COD points. Items that can help or improve a weapon or character. Skins are nice but I'm more on the practical side of things. Also not a fan of RNG, gacha or lottery kind of bs. Is trickster or airborne good? I've read that KN-44 is a solid but can't seem to unlock them in game, should I buy them from the store? Some weapon skins seem to have some kind of upgrade over the others, some dont. Any bundle, crate or rig worth buying? TIA

I understand items can only bring you so far and it is your gameplay, experience and skills that will help you the most.

It’s time. Way too many sub-par players using it it score big. Skill doesn’t matter when you can blast away at anything that moves at get results. Sure, it can be beaten at a distance, but not close up. IMHO, It’s time for a serious nerfing.

For those that keep getting matched with lvl 150 legendary in 1v1

This might just be a coincidence, but for a few days i kept getting matched with way too good players in 1v1 to the point where sometimes I couldn't get a single kill. I switched the game mode from '1v1 duel' to 'random saloon' and the next ten matches I never matched with a single lvl 150 and managed to win 9 and barely lost 1.

Again, this could be coincidence but in the event it isn't I figured it was worth posting here to possibly help some people out
