Wtf happened?

Is anyone else having connection and lag issues since the update? I'm trying to play my ranked matches to qualify but I can't get into a match, and when I do I lag out or get kicked out of the entire game.
I haven't had this issue before.

Seasonal Grind was the most fun I've had all year

Like many people I finished it in a few days. What sucks is the seasonal thing is meant to be a month long thing. Sadly I think for grinders it's really a 1 week setup. I hope they add more seasonal grinds like that but daily/weekly. Real ones not the 100 CP or weapon card ones.

Playing with the Tac Arctic, BR challenges, get kills with a MSMC with no attachments, etc etc. Is something I would never try but the challenges with progression and rewards was fun. Most fun I've had since October when we went official with the release.

Does anyone else get really good luck in lucky draws but not in anything else?

So my luck is usually terrible, all I ever get out of crates is credits and the same 2 skins over and over. I do one spin of every lucky draw though and I've gotten insane luck so far, getting a epic skin on every one (RPD-mirage on the new one and the arctic .50 skin on the Frontier Justice one for example).

Looking at the chances there's usually a 40% chance or so to get an epic (because of the two or three blue items with a 30% chance or so) so it seems like pretty good value to always try them once or twice. It's definitely better now than when there used to be XP cards and green skins in them...

First few were really fun then the last few I played my team mates were rushing in and stealing the tags. I'm not camping, running the map but they are hanging close. How do I counter this or should I? Is it just what I should expect out of this team game?

Deja Vu all over again

Last week, won five, lost five, finished first in every loss, first or second in every win. Hackers on other team in every loss.

This week, won 5, lost 5, finished first in all but one loss, 2nd in another. Finished first in every win. Blatant hackers in four of the losses (the fifth one they just plain beat us).

So in the 10 game I played trying to qualify, I finished first in nine, second in one, and failed to make the cut.

Seems fair. Obviously I just need to be better (or spend the equivalent of $35 in bitcoin to "get better instantly").

I honestly don't understand Activision. They create one of the greatest mobile games in history, quite possibly the greatest game, add new content constantly, and just shrug their shoulders at cheating.

Odd business model.

Not able to join any games on Multi or BR right now

Never had this issue before, just started to happen yesterday night. I'm not able to connect to any multi or BR games. Ive tried with both 4G data and wifi connection and both don't work. It just says Loading Timeout, or stuck at the game loading screen or unstable network connection, etc.

I'm able to actually connect to the homescreen of the game, it still shows as I'm online but i cant actually joing or play any games...

I'm on a Pixel 2 if that makes any difference. Please help

Can never find a game, constant mic issues

I’ve tried maybe 5 times now to load into a game, but I always get stuck on a loading screen and then get a message saying I’ve timed out. There’s also been issues with mics never working even when they’re on, especially the “friends” option for mic and audio, it doesn’t work at all. This is a constant issue every time I play, with or without a lobby full of people

Story Mode??

I think this might be a stretch but wouldn't you love to see some type of campaign to CODM even tho it wouldn't make sense I would love it even tho alot of people don't like campaigns and it would make the game more fun in my opinion. There wouldn't be an actual story line. Maybe just missions from old COD games like MW2 COD4 etc. I think that would make the game more interesting but I understand it would be hard to make those missions compatible on mobile.

Kill Confirmed

If you read this and you haven't yet played the game, here's how it works.

Kill somebody and collect the red tags. If you see a blue gag, collect those too, it prevents the enemy from confirming a kill.

I've played a bunch of games were my teammates have ran right past red tags. Not just one, 2/3 right next to each other other.

It's a simple game, but not everything you play is team death match.

So imagine this ....

So imagine you’re trying to qualify for the tournament and 3 of your matches are like this:

  • 2 people left the room, of course you loose 3 v 5 .

  • You get in on a match as a “replacement” because someone left and your team has 6 kills while the opponent team has 25 already. (Funny thing tho is that you get the message “your ranked points won’t be deducted in case you loose” or whatever. But guess what, that’s another loss for your tournament entry.

  • Third one, ironically is a mix of the past 2.

I can't get a game

... i wait 5-10 minutes just to get a message can't find opponents, or something like that. When i do get into a game the names all look the same , they all look Asian or they are obvious clans. As a solo ranking player this is soul destroying waiting so long just to get continuous clan opponents or put against players on a server at the other end of the World. Totally lagging me out of all gun battles. What is wrong? Are COD Mobile really that short of players in the UK or Europe?

Some Irritating Bugs

Hey guys I love this game and have a lot of good memories and this game is in a very good state thanks to the devs.

But some bugs just ruin the experience.

1-I play on my iPhone 11 Pro Max. I play on Very high graphics and Max Frame rate. The game ran smoothly before the update. But after this update I sometimes get frame drops or freezes just for a second while playing ranked multiplayer. I previously had frame drops in Battle Royale (playable as it felt like 30-40 frames)just twice which is ok because Battle Royale requires more power if I lower the graphics to high from very high I never had frame drops in battle royale not in warfare even.

The freeze or frame drop issue doesn’t happen always but sometimes. Sometimes it freezes and sometimes i face frame drops. Sometimes the game freezes for a good 2-3 seconds in lobby but again not every time but sometimes.

2-Audio issues- This audio bug was introduced in this update where the audio just cuts while in a match and it’s horrible to have while playing ranked mp or br.

Fix- If you are playing with headphones on then just unplug and plug it in again. But if you playing the game without headphones then you have reopen the game after deleting it from the background.

Audio distortion- This bug was there before this update. The audio becomes distorted when opponents are spamming war machines.

3-when sliding from a cliff a very disturbing sound comes out.

4- Character flies after landing the chopper and exiting from the chopper. But in reality your character stands in ground while it shows you that you are in air.

Daily Battle Pass progression is so fast now

I love this new system. One full game of BR getting just 2-5 kills in squads and winning nets you almost +1 Tier. 5 BP match wins in a little over an hour gave me 4 BP crates. I'm at Tier 82 and i work 10 HRs a day so I'm sure others can grind much more. Great system. I just wished the Seasonal Event setup had more. It was to quick in my eyes

Every time I play any gamemode, my ping will be 60 with no lag and usually I shoot an enemy I shoot straight thru them and I see the enemy is shooting thru me too. My teammates have been getting this to .

Devs go and fix the public matchmaking. What’s the point of matching an elite player to a few legendary players in pubs? Im not there to be fodder like your bots ok?

I hate sweating and trying hard. There’s probably a great proportion of players that arent sweaty tryhards so I think you should at least come out with a game mode where this matchmaking can be less unbalanced.

Plus isnt rank MP the game mode people go for to sweat and tryhard? I think the pubs mode rn is just not chill and fun enough for a good proportion of pub games

Justice for M4

Why not buff the m4’a fire rate? I watched a video last night saying that in the previous console games, the m4 wasn’t the “strongest” gun but was pretty easy to use and especially coz of its fire rate and stability. In the mobile version, the fire rate wasn’t quite good.

But if you think about it though, if the m4’s fire rate got buffed, then we have literally the ak117, and the latter’s damage is even higher.

My point is, i don’t know, i just felt like the m4 could use a little buff, and the ak117 could use a little nerf, to be able to have something that’s different to both these guns

EXPLOIT allowing controller usage against touch players still UNPATCHED!

Currently the game only checks for controllers in the lobby and determines the matchmaking pool based on whether a controller is connected or not.

Controller players simply disconnect their controller to get matched against regular players then reconnect the controller once ingame therefore bypassing the controller vs controller restriction.

Developers need to completely disable controller usage if the match type is non-controller or add another check ingame that kicks controller users or disables their input if a controller is connected.

Please upvote so devs can see, this affects everyone who wants to play fairly.

Does anyone else think we should bring back Meteor Skins back into the game

I was thinking we should bring back older skins that were not distributed enough such as the Meteor Skins and the Evil Chip Skins because I was doing too much school work at the time and stopped playing for quite a while. Next season maybe we could have an END OF THE WORLD theme and we could implement meteor skins and space themed and galaxy themed skins. I was also hoping we could start selling older skins in the item shop for credits instead of cod points. I know not many people will probably read this but if anyoelse agrees let’s try to talk to the devs about it and see what we could do

Dustkicker or Cordite Zero-G?

Bought enough CP for just one of them and just wondered what gun others might go for if they could. The RUS has been always my go-to SMG and the iron sights on the skin look sick, but I don't know much about the Cordite as even HawksNest's video on the gun isn't entirely a gun guide on in yet. He has some speculations about it as well but expressed that it could most probably be a viable (at the very least) in the current meta as well, since most of the stats he pointed out in the Cordite outclass the RUS in every way (don't quote me lol).

I would wait until the 14th/15th to fully make a decision, but just wanted to spark discourse on it if anyone was wondering about how it compares to the RUS.

Suggestion for Shock RC.

We all know how more than enough is shock rc right now. It is basically the upgraded version of UAV.
Shock RC is right now an advanced AI which can pre detect enemy location and follow him.
My suggestion:
It should be just an obstacle avoiding bot, everything can be same for example it can shock 2 enemy at the same time. it should not pre detect enemy location and follow him.

Are public matches broken?

It seems that the problem I mentioned some time ago has gotten worse:

To summarize things up and avoid another extensive post, the algorithm that creates an entire enemy team of bots has gotten unpredictable and now it can happen randomly, be it every two matches or back to back, regardless of winning or losing. Furthermore, sometimes the game kicks bots off the game as the match progresses and fills their place with real players, meaning that you will come across public games composed entirely of human players as if was a ranked match even if you're not playing with or against a pre-made squad.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

Also, as a side question, is anyone else feeling that the bots are now somewhat more OP? I mean, they are still dumb asf, but sometimes they just do a 180 degree turn to laser you. (I'm looking at you, PlasticFoods)

My father quitted smoking because of this game

I'm posting this here because this game made my father quit smoking so my father started smoking back in 1995 he was a smoker for 25 years all of our family members tried to convince him to quit smoking but he never listened but when he started playing CODM he was interested in buying battle pass, weapon crates, bundles but he didn't have any extra money to spend on the game so the money he used to spend on buying cigarettes he used that money to buy in-game items and he kept on doing that and its been like 1 and a half month since he last smoked i just want to thanks CODM for making this game because of this game my father quitted smoking to all the kiddos out there whos father or any other family member who smokes try introducing them to CODM

Crash - Domination

I dont know you guys but for me the team on the A spawn always has the advantage of the B over C spawn. A spawn can easily peek B and C has to go on the side of the middle buulding for them to peek B. Thats why I think crash is the worst map for domination. Any thoughts and tips?

Hey guys, mind if I ask a few questions, if you want to help me, read on

So first and foremost, the COD Mobile Championship 2020 have arrived at Garena, now if anyone here who's Garena and knows or has already participate in the tournament, I may ask do you guys know an easier way to check our tournament stats and more other than keep checking it when it came at the beginning of you coming into the game, if you know what I mean. If somebody here who's Garena, help me by first of all telling me know you're Garena, and then if you have no other way to look at it, then I'll let the devs know immediately.

Second of all, whenever we participate in the tournament, do we get into a full game of participants or do we just go into a normal ranked match and there are some who isn't part of the tournaments?

Third but not least, this is not a question but a little feedback to the Garena developers, now I've seen your tournament and I have already participate in it, I have already qualified for the next round, and I just want you to add a function like putting a button that'll redirect you to the tournament page in the ranked gamemode section, and for those who asks whether is it available for both MP and BR, it actually is only available for MP.

Thank you all who have decided to help me or at least read the whole text, if you can't help, I won't force you, but as long as you know what I'm talking about, I'm grateful for that.

Im calling you out garena

I have no beef with Activision but garena i have a lot in my mind about the way you mess things up, for one we dont have bundles, we dont have the 2nd lucky draw for the rus we have a time event for that which is in my opinion worst than lucky draw and it dose not even include the new female skin scarlet, and the samurai set for fuck sakes its in a crate and it was not even release aside from all of that i dont think the hackers and cheaters are being reviewed cause i can still find people in game already lock in my head or my clanmates head from behind walls when i look at the kill cam like come on devs wtf?!

True we got some good stuff going on with all this event and free skins and i love it but still the point is maybe if it was the same in global as well with the events and stuff it might be a bit better for all (vise sersa with global aswell) we get you need money but shit just make it the same with global with paid content im willing to spend on the things i wanna buy but if it was in this manner (limited time events: specter event, aura event rus event, etc.) i rather not.

In regards with cheaters they wont go away weak ass noobs with no skill but atleast review the reported ones its really fucked up playing rank to find some of this noobs already lock in you head even before you are face to face with them they are following you thru walls on the other side of the map its stupidly funny (cause their weak ass noobs) and annoying im no pro but i grind till i get the rewards available in rank.

This is just what i feel currently with the garena version.

I’ve been looking at the game and wondering, we have most of the default skins from games in the battle pass, such as ghost and reaper. We have the overpriced versions of spectre but no default. The new poltergeist class looks to be spectres helmet and I personally think that this teases he might be coming to season 7. What’s ur guys thoughts?

I do not want to rant, but..

First of all, I would like to thank the devs for the new cool update and all the events that they give to us, I love playing them, usually complete them in the first day.

But the gold rush rewards got me thinking. The most valuable reward for me are the credits. I do not like the brown looking skins, plus I already have much better skin for the LK24 or the RUS. The M4LMG skin is awesome, yet I already have the lava skin from the premium battle pass. I am just surprised that the highest reward is a skin for a weapon, which no one ever uses. If the skin would be for any other weapon, AK117, AK47, M4, I would be super happy. Perhaps the KN44 or the HVK could get a nice skin, I think the KN would look awesome. Therefore, please do not give us weapon skins for bad weapons, or bad skins for good weapons, I already have too many skins in my inventory anyway, leading me to another point.

Please change the inventory, so that it is like zombies or BR. Thanks

So I've been playing COD mobile for a year or so, and in the last few weeks I've noticed that, at least in multiplayer, I can't shoot some enemies when they are on prone. Why is that? Is it a perk? Is is a scorestreak?
I thought about it being a specific soldier's feature, but I found out later on that even special ops 1 can do that.

Does anyone know what it is and how I can get it?

Discussion about the new mode: Kill confirm

I know this mode is great, but at the same time, I am questioning their fairness. I saw some players didn’t do anything, don’t kill anybody but picking up dog tags killed by you or other’s. It always happened. I think the mode And actually be the one who killed the enemy is scored with the dog tag and gold for sure, And the one for pick up the dog tag and just scoring for the whole team.

I also have a question want to ask you guys, how does the dog tag counts when I use a helicopter or even VTOL? It should be impossible for me to pick up the dog tags in VTOL For sure, so who belongs to it? On me or on the guy just picked them up? Same question on hive and trip mine. Overall to say it is good, but I do think we should have some question and need to be clarified first. Can anyone tell me what is the answer of my question? Thanks a lot.

Audio problem

Hello guys!
I usually play this game connecting my phone to a wired headphone or wireless bluetooth headset.

In case of wired earphone, if accidentally I loosen or unplug the headphone and reconnect it, the audio from my teammates does not come nor does my voice deliver. Its really frustrating while playinf BR as you need good communication with your teammates.

In case of wireless headphone, when ever my phone rings (gsm calls, viber calls, duo call, etc) and whether I answer or not, the problem with the audio appears.

The only solution to this is to restart the app. But in some condition, it is really not possible specially in BR matches. If there is anything to fix it, please do. I really enjoy playing this game. Please fix it for the sake of a happy user.

FFA in ranked?

I’m done with random teammates, not because they are bad but because I constantly go against a full team or clan so FFA would be awesome, top 5 players count as a win and gain points and bottom 4 count as a lose and lose points but being in number 5 spot you would only gain like 5 points and being in number 6 you would lose like 5 points, so the higher you are the more points you would get, I feel like this would solve that problem of going up against full teams.

It’s late and I’m tires and just thought of this so sorry if I made zero sense but what do you guys think about this?

A question for the group

Playing DOM in RM. Trying to capture C. The enemy’s players always seem to spawn at C. I die and I respawn randomly all over the place. That means it’s pretty much impossible to capture and hold C. Am I missing something?

BTW, DOM sucks, its the worst, almost on par with that camper shit fest HP. It’s a shame the devs can’t come up with something better.

Flags on the main locations, spawns are in the captured flags

First team wins that reaches to certain point or captures all the flags

Since warfare is already can support multiple teams on the same side it can be done

Hackers Invite my Team to Private Lobby

After talking to him in lobby we managed to talk to him into admitting to it. His buddy left that said he look at this person phone and said he wasn't cheating. But we suspected both of them of cheating. Got this person to to turn on his aimbot to full. You can see the craziness of it.

Why aren’t we allowed to pick up guns from other people in kill confirmed? Correct me if I’m wrong but we’re able to do so in every other game mode so why not this one? Just sucks running around the map with no ammo sometimes

Most of the people just seem to ignore specialist skills, as if out of mutual respect, they wanted a fair fight, like they recognize that being a tryhard spamming war machine just ruins the fun for everyone. FOV Zoom Formula and Sensitivity

Hey everybody,

I am a phone player and experienced some serious difficulty playing on 75 FOV.

Lowering FOV was problematic for me. I used Hawksnest's "The Mobile Sense" which set me up very well initially (huge thanks @HawksNestYT). However, when changing my FOV, my sensitivities for aiming became out of sync because I didnt have the accurate zoom values.

So I tested the zoom values for different FOVs and developed the formula below:

Standard Zoom Value=1+(FOV VALUE-75)×(-0.02777777777777)

Approximate FOV by Degrees=FOV Value-51)*1.125+88

(Example of FOV 62)

62-75= -13
-13×-0.02777777777777= 1.361111111

Standard zoom at 62 FOV is 1.361111111X
and your FOV is approximately 100.375 degrees

So to utilize this to maintain your zoom/sensitivity ratios do the following:

Standard sense
ADS Sense= (Standard Sense×3.1)/(2.5/1.361111111)
Tac Sense= (Standard Sense×5.2)/(3.2/1.361111111)
Sniper Sense=(Standard Sense×5.2)/(11/1.361111111)

I understand the majority of players are probably not interested in the actual math, and just want the best sensitivity. So if anyone wants to implement this info into a more useable format (I currently use an excel spreadsheet), then feel free.

My sensitivity journey is finally complete (and I did not end up anywhere close to where I thought I would) This FOV was only a portion of it (only took me 5 seasons to get it right LOL). However, if you are struggling with any aspect of sensitivity feel free to post and I will try to help you out (speed and distance acceleration included).

For the love of god, please don't shoot your SMRS/RPG if you see a hostile Trophy System on the ground

As the title says. DON'T YOU FUCKING DARE!!! IT WILL KILL YOU!!! Not sure if the blast is the same but if you're in the TS's vicinity, it will destroy your missile and kill you as well. Not sure if grenades kill you as well, but i witnessed it 2 times already. Lost a ranked game of S&D cause my oblivious teammate decided to hunt the last 3 remaining enemies with his fucking SMRS. It was a funny killcam though, will give him that.

Kinda of a lot of you think about it
A VTOL is 1600 and if you get 6 kills and confirm them you are guaranteed a VTOL.

M4LMG Needs a Little Help

I think the M4LMG needs a buff, not enough so that we have another S36 problem but just enough that it's a viable gun to use. It's trash right now which is a shame because there are so many great skins for it, like the Black & Gold and this new Moonstone. Also that Surprise! on the suppressor is a nice touch.

Black screen, flickering every two games after last update

The title says it all. I'm playing on Samsung Galaxy A70, Android 10 with all the latest patches. Setting in the game are set to low and max frame rate. I'm playing only and only BR mode and in the last few days, those problems are occurring more frequently. As I recall they told us that those problems were fixed. Anyone else experiencing the same problems as I am?

Bring Kill Confirmed to Ranked!(Instead of TDM)

In my opinion kill confirmed should replace TDM in Ranked just like in old COD’s back in the days. Kill Confirmed can be played tactical, for example newer players can just go for confirmations or denies and still help the team win. In Tdm a newer player ist often “useless”. Kill Confirmed ist just a better competetive than TDM in my opinion! Let me know what yall think!

I was playing ranked to qualify for the tournament, and got into a game of search and destroy, and by the second round I had 8 kills and the person below me had 3. Why the fuck is every teammate I get fucking braindead, in the last round this dumbass was the only one left ON THE MAP and he just fucking stood on the other side of the map, causing me to loose my only chance at getting in the third qualifier, this game is shit

I believe this is just about the best season we have had in the game so far, and I think that the developers deserve some recognition for it.

Between the incredible new game modes, the greatest battlepass yet in my opinion, the championship, and general developer interaction and attention to the thoughts of the community, the Developers have done incredible work in every way on this game.

Even the finer details, like the new lobby music/background, the new way to grind the battlepass, and some great new weapons, it really just all comes together to show that the devs seem to care about their work. Many thanks to you all, and keep up the great work.

They should really make replays or something similar to rewatch your gameplay. I was playing a 2v2 on rust about 5 minutes ago when I threw a Tomahawk for fun when it suddenly hit someone, I was freaking out because it was on the other side of the map despite the fact that the range is super short. Then I realized I couldn't save it because I wasn't recording or anything.

Can the devs PLEASE add a feature to completely ignore ALL invites from the friends list?

I can’t fix a god damn load-out without being bombarded with invites. I reject them and people STILL keep sending invites. I can’t chat with friends without being interrupted constantly. That’s the main reason I never accepted friend requests. Of course it’s fun to play with other people but damn they are annoying.

The “ignore for 5 minutes” option is b.s and barely even works. Please, I beg you. Make an option where you can ignore invites completely BEFORE people invite you. I can’t take it no more.

Dear CODM Team,
I have to tell you that the recent update is hell buggy. I am using Note 7 Pro and has faced a no. Of issues after the new update has been pushed.

  1. Teammates voices go off when we decline a call in the middle of the game
  2. Game Crashes in the middle
  3. Battle royale lags sometimes when battery drops from 10% which didn't happen in earlier built
  4. And the most epic one.! I was surrounded by enemies today in BR and suddenly screen went black and all I can hear from my teammates is that I m visible in game and enemies arw looting my crate. 😶

Fix this thing asap!!

Need help!!

So all of a sudden cod mobile is really slow on my phone. The audio is terrible and sounds like it's in slow motion. I've cleared my memory and uninstalled and reinstalled and it's still acting up. For brief moments it will act fine and then the audio goes to either slow motion or just completely inaudible and the gameplay gets choppy. I'm on a note 10+5g. The audio issue will even happen at the home screen in the game occasionally.

Unfair drop rates in crates

Dear cod mobile devs......I've never been this sad about a video game before.....i grinded a lot to store 54 crates to get the bk57 wild west skin for sure....but instead i got 54 crates filled with duplicates this is the most unfair crate opening I've ever experienced.....I've lost all morale to even play more.....this is unfair and so sad that you're not even guaranteed a weapon after 54crates that's just so unfair to your players

Voice chat works in lobby but not in game?

I've been playing with some friends, and they can hear me perfectly in the lobby but when the game loads in, they can't hear me at all. I've tried changing the options with team and all. 7 DOM, 6 HP, 2 S&D and 1 TDM.

Dev’s I’d personally like to slap you across the head and shove a PDW up your ass. Seriously, how about a little diversity here. The two worst fucking games of them all are the ones we’re tortured with the most. You reward campers galore, allow players who can’t aim and have to use PDW’s in RM to score big. We go from Nuketown, to Killhouse, to Cage. They’d are all the same fucking game. Jeezus....

I’m done, I’ll head over to BR to increase rank. Better yet, time to move on to another game...
