AK117 Buff?

It looks like AK117 got a buff. Although it is not mentioned in the patch notes, it feels like it has lesser horizontal recoil. Is it just me or someone else also experienced this?

My opinion on the new update

After some testing with a few friends I’ve come to the following conclusions

Msmc needs more skill due to its recoil being increased, otherwise the damage hasn’t been affected

Type hasn’t been affected much other than it’s range and ttk being nerfed a very tiny bit

Ak has slightly better recoil control but no other appreciable changes (4 hit kill at all viable ranges)

Asm has much MUCH better recoil control and does more damage than the ak at close range (3 hit kill) but less damage at long range (5 hit kill)

S36 can get a big rip, it’s recoil makes it nearly unusable at mid to long range BUT it’s still the lmg with the fastest TTK so I think people will still camp corners with it

Goliath appears to have a slightly reduced health and the spread of its minigun has been increased

Trip mines and hives appear to be more easily visible

The game graphics have been improved Dramatically

Of course this is just my observation from what little testing I’ve done so if you think there’s anything wrong with this please do enlighten me

First impressions on new update

First of all, matchmaking, also in public matches. I'm a legendary player as well my teammates and enemies. Good job devs, finally is not boring anymore (only one bot a squad).
Icr and bk-57 are more enjoyable and stronger than before.
New map meltdown from bo2, I needed it.
Hvk-30 free, as kn44 before!
New skins
Msmc will not be anymore in my loadout, type 25 is nerfed (...) but can be used even now.
Free for all and zombies went to heaven.
Any others?

How does the battle pass work?

I've been playing for about a week and was considering getting it, how exactly does it work? In the "Disavowed" menu I see there's a timer in days, I assume that's days remaining of the current... I don't even know what to call it, season?

Some questions:

  1. When you get a battle pass how long does it last?
  2. I heard you can get another one at the end if you save the CP from it, is that true?
  3. Should I wait for the new season to start to purchase the pass, or does the pass itself just last x number of days?

Don't make ranked easy as pie please

I just played ranked tdm, we lost, I went 8-10, and guess what how much points I lost, 2, freaking 2!

I feel like first seasons point system was way better, harsh but if you were really into the game you would adapt.

Even in last season (s3), point system was forgiving that's why many made it to the legendary but not deservingly so. Now with current, easy as pie point system, ranked would lose it's meaning.

Sensitivity issues?

Whenever I play codm, sometimes my camera would go crazy. I suspect it's that because I play using 'claw(4 fingers)', my aim/jump/crouch buttons would cause the camera direction to change uncontrollably. So devs, please make it so that you only change where your character is facing using only the right side(or left side for left handers) of your phone. Sorry if I didn't phrase this correctly. Devs please help I'm not enjoying codm now :(

Unmentioned update features and impressions

Here's what I found so far:

- HVK-30 has been added to the Daily missions exchange center as a redeemable item

- The Spectre operator now has his own unique bits of in-game dialogue and death noise, sounds pretty robotic and cool. However, he still uses the default character voice when using the quick-chat dialogue options

- Predator missile sounds have been changed, sounds more menacing now

- Locus no longer sounds like the DLQ when fired indoors

- (I think) New sound when placing down a Sentry Gun.

Impressions:

- ASM10's 3 hit kill range and overall ttk is actually insane, first impressions is that it's the new S36.

- Sniping feels... better. I think there's less flinch when being shot by opponents now, and less recoil overall. DLQ kickback animation feels a bit punchier.

- ICR's time to till at long range definitely seems reduced, might be a viable long range weapon now.

Story elements, mini-campaigns

So one of the reasons I was sad to see Zombies go was because I enjoyed the Raids. Just a little mission you could play by yourself or with a couple other people if you wanted. Never got the Jubokko, only the Abomination, but it's whatever, I guess. I just wonder who else might be interested in some more story-based (to some degree) PVE content. Like I'll play though a variety of maps sometimes and pretend they're campaign levels, but it's just not the same. I just think some mini missions with a few levels each and maybe a boss would be cool, like little side stories for various characters or from assorted games. What do y'all think? I wanna hear your thoughts.

Advice from good snipers!

So, In S4 i used to play 3finger, With Ads button on top left corner(Iplay on phone) and rest all buttons in their normal place, and the hip fire button in place of ads button.

In this arrangement, I could use everything, except duking while firing, Even without that i reached legendary, as those factors affect less if you improve accuracy and reflex. But at 7000 i started to feel that even small things play a great importance in 1v1 fights now as good players possibly claw? started coming.

So now i have changed the conf. again. Top left 3 buttons-Hip fire,jump,crouch. And rest in their place. So now i can possibly do everything. But in this conf. my ACCURACY is ruined. And the most effect is on my sniping. Before i felt comfy in doing quickscopes. Now not. So if players who are on same device and use same conf. like me could gove some advice?

In S4 i saw a really huge number of negative posts. Though those posts were totally correct but still.

This season is bringing great hype. One of biggest map(The biggest idk?) and many many more things.
I have seen many good post startes coming.

How about this?

What if there was a way to mark players that don't play the objective so you know not to join a match with them in it. Then you wouldn't have to try and take B site (or a Hardpoint) by yourself against 3 or 4 players because your teammates are hiding with a sniper rifle.

Walk 100m in BR

Deal 400 damage in BR.

Me and my friends completed this and it was nowhere to be found to be collected.

PDW now kills faster than MSMC in close ranges

Before the nerf, the MSMC used to deal 25 damage up to 8 meters (0.195 ms time needed). After the update, it now deals 24 damage at close ranges, requiring 5 shots to kill (0.26 ms). However, the PDW, which deals 27 damage up to 5m, now can kill people faster than the MSMC at those ranges, requiring only 0.243 ms time. I know it's an ideal condition, but isn't it unfair that the MSMC, only strong at short ranges, is out performed by the PDW? PDW has much easier recoil, lesser damge reduction and a much bigger magazine while MSMC is a pea shooter even a mid ranges.

Why is everyone obsessed with ASM10 now?

I have just tested it 5 min ago in 2 TDMs. Yes, now it is a decent gun. Nothing special.

Indeed it kills quite nice at longer range, but still the low fire rate makes it very bad close range. My KN kills just as fine long range, 1 more bullet but hek, it has higher fire rate.

I didnt try to camp with the asm tho, i dunno how it performs in that scenario.

Codmobile are scammers.

They sell zombies guns then take away zombies. I want my money back. Zombies was all I played. How can they sell guns for a mode then remove the mode. They could have left the mode as is while they worked on it. Also now my abomination shards are useless which means most my battle pass was for nothing. I emailed them, if you have a lava gun you should too. I unfortunately had no idea it was getting removed. Got to use the gun only a few times then the modes removed. So pissed right now.

Ak117 glitch. Gun shooting sounds after respawn without actual shooting for 10-20seconds.

Twice after respawning I kept hearing ak117 shooting sound for 10-20seconds.I wasn't shooting the gun but I kept hearing the shooting sound upon respawning. I couldn't upload the video in time but I will again as soon as it happens. It was scary AF scaring the fuck out of me. Couldn't record this in time, but I'll try recording it and attaching a video to this post ASAP if possible.

Unbalanced update.

Okay, they nerfed the type 25. Might not feel like it. But now, the time to kill close range with the type is significantly FUCKED. Long range recoil is increased (okay, we can try and handle that).

But the shittiest part is FUCKING, ASM 10. It's a 2 to 3 shot death machine. That's just bs.
If you wanna make ppl use the gun, doesn't mean you'll make it some invincible type.

This game finally took the right direction,many fixed bugs and issues such as the commentator in domination,better looking graphics and so on.

But most importantly,the new ranking system. Now losing a game isn’t that bad if you are mvp or had good stast,which is amazing. Lost only two games this morning and they only took few points from me since i did good in both of them,wins also gives way more if you are slaying on them ennemies. Good job devs.

Would love to see more ranks,something even further than legendary to distinguish between good players and really really good players,because by the end of the season literately everyone will reach legy,even with this new system i think..

Anyway,many thanks to the game devs,you’re doing a great job

How are you guys going to update your loadouts?

Mine used to be:
KN44 - Used for holding particular angles and stuff
Type 25 - Only for S&D
MSMC - for sweating
Pdw or Rus - Dom
Sniper or Ak47 - a hard hitter for playing defensive

Now:
Kn44
Asm10
Pdw
Ak47
Bk57

Msmc is not worth using anymore, Type is too weak in it's prime range and this'll prolly to be an AR meta season so it's not smart to use smgs and snipers too much.
What do you guys think?

Updated Graphics ?

Is it or me or did CoDm actually up their graphics game. Meltdown already looks awesome. But I also played a match on Crossfire.... and the graphics were better. I am not much of a expert on textures but the rooms were more brightly lit. There was great visibility even in the darkest corners. I quite like that. Let me know how you feel about the graphics .

Holy shit it's time we thank the developers <3

I play on garena so i cant really speak for global. But this game keeps on giving. It was already very very above average as a FREE TITLE GAME and it definitely takes the cake for mobile games. They've became so so free to play friendly and put so much effort into listening feedback and giving back to the community.

I've always wanted an exchange currency system for events or battlepass since that allows so much flexibility in reward (get the skin/gun/character we want), and it really rewards grinding/effort. I believe people who put time into the game, whether theyre free to play or paying, should be rewarded in some way. They shouldnt just give out guns like most of the reddit seems to want. So I was very pleasant with season 3's rank rewards, and now they have got an exchange currency its just sooooo good. I can't appreciate them enough.

Honestly people I think its time we thank them <3

Hey Devs! Hate to be the party crasher...😔

First of all, thank you for all the updates that you have brought this coming new season and I also still believe that what you did was the best for the Zombies mode. 🙌🙌🙌

However...

There's some kind teensy weensy 🤏 bug. Whenever I die when I'm about to fire, the firing sound of my gun will be heard through the killcam and even through when I respawned. The firing sound will just come off if I fire again.

It's not that actually big of a deal but it kinda ruins (by a small amount) all the hardwork that you have done.

Still, thank you for the update! 😇

P.S. I'm in Garena.

How fucking hard it is to remember? S4 starts in 1st of April, and Season 5 is 2 seasons away from now on. Battle Passes don't go along seasons anymore, so it is just pure idiotism to think that BP's go with the seasons.

Latency in BR.

I don't know of it's just me but BR is only barely playable for me, the past few days I've seen terrible latency issues whenever I play. I have a pretty nice wifi with latency below 40ms (but these days it's at 50-60ms which i guess is due to the quarantine and lots of people are using internet more), anyway, whenever I play BR, my latency spikes from 50-60 to a whopping 150, sometimes even 200.. and then ot goes back down, and then goes back up again..I have lost so many games because of this and the game is just downright unenjoyable at the moment. Has anyone faced the same issues too?

The snake glitch is back. We get 20 to 25 points to win a match and lose 35 to 40 for a loss. Bull$$$t . Whats wrong with the developers. We want to have fun while playing even when its ranked, why such a negative ranking reward system. Really frustrated.

why is br ranked system so unfair?

im master ii and i tried to climb to legendary but once i finished 1st place solo with 18 kills and won 34 lp and when i lose 48th with 9 kills i lose 51 lp , i decided to quit

its quite unfair, no?

i mean, i play a 7 minut mp snd ranked match, 3rd place, 37 lp, if i lose the game i lose 25 with 700 score, its waaay more worthy!

now, a game that costs me 18 minuts (more 2.5 times than a mp game) of my life, to get first place with 18 kills and win only 34??????

i dont have enough time in my daily to play but when i have i end up playing 5 games, i win 2 1st place and lose 2 on 40th and i end up losing more than i win

Option to add multiple control layouts and group weapons in multiplayer loadout tab

There should be multiple control layouts as some people play on multiple devices with different screen sizes and dpi's and only having one layout is a pain in the ass because we manually have to change layout every time we change devices.

The weapons should also be grouped in multiplayer loadout tab just like they are in BR loadout tab. This small change would be quite helpful for those of use who have been playing since S1 and have too many wepons

Can we get a 'Match cancelled' feature?

5v4 in domination and hardpoint is blatantly unfair and I'm still losing 10+ ranked points when I'm on the 4. Why not just say match cancelled and let us go back into matchmaking? Even when I'm on the team of 5, once I see we beat a team with a man down it's not as satisfying. Increase DC penalty and cancel the match.

I notice how there is no sound que when killing an enemy on this new update. Or did they just reduce the volume on it? Black screen issue In Battle Royale.

The sudden black screen during Battle royale matches is still there. In a recent match there were 15 people alive and as I was running into the zone suddenly my screen went all black...The sound still there as well as movement..I had to reopen the app. As when I returned to the match I was already dead. This issue happened 4-5 before update and 1st time today after update. Anyone else having such issues??

is there an option to not to pick up a certain weapon attachment in br?

i don’t know on what planet people would prefer to have laser sight over quickdraw (you can only have one of them on a weapon) so when i find a weapon and end up picking up laser sight with it, next time i walk past a quickdraw i don’t end up picking it up which kinda sucks. is there an option to just not pick up laser sights like you can control how many tacticals or medicines you pick up

also kinda related - is suppressor or long barrel better? same case - you can’t have both of them on a weapon. do any of the suppressors actually hide your gunfire on the map like it does in multiplayer?

Thought on weapon changes.

So, I tried all the guns what were reworked, here's my thoughts

S36: Kicks like a horse, but if you tap fire, it's still op.
Type 25: Doesn't feel to different tbh.
Msmc: Still shreds, but has more kick.
LK24: Feels really good, may be viable in ranked now.
ICR: Same as LK24
AK47: Feels about the same.
Asm10: Holy shit, an absolute monster.

What are your thoughts? If I missed any, let me know.

New XP System in Ranked is Flawed

If you get stuck with a terrible team, a team that leaves, or a team that doesn't play the objective and get blownout as a result you lose more XP than you would normally win(minus an excellent performance). You lose less XP by backing out of the match than playing through. What's the incentive to stick it out? Last two losses were -48XP... last 5 wins were +50 +35 +21 +30 +27

#Red Dot

This person is either a new player or a pro. The new player has just downloaded the game and just uses whatever he gets. The pro has found out that the red dot is the best optic and uses it on every gun. It also looks tacti-cool.

#Holo sight

This guy has played a few online rounds and when he saw the holo sight unlocked, his first thought was "Since this sight is not a default sight, it must be better!" Its not. Just use a red dot.

#Tac Scope/Acog

This stereotype is basically the same as the holo sight one. They're just somewhat better players.

#Stock

He is either using an LMG or again, is just using what he has. Because of this, they are mostly new or s36 campers.

#Laser sight

This guy either knows that it is useless and just uses it because it looks cool, or thinks that it actually increases accuracy just like the foregrip. He most likely uses the s36 with this, the foregrip, tac scope, and suppressor.

#Quickdraw

This stereotype is either the same as the stock stereotype, or he just didnt know what else to put in his attachment slots.

#FMJ

This person is probably using high accuracy but low damage rifles such as the m4, lk, icr, etc. You can also see this used on every sniper rifle, since it is one of the only good sniper attachments. This can also be used by players who love wall banging. And not that kind of wall banging...

#Suppressor

This attachment is used with the mentality: "I unlocked it, so I might as well use it!" People using this are most likely noobs.

#Foregrip

This attachment is used pretty much by everyone. It more depends on what weapon it's being used on. If it's used on something like an m4, hes a noob. MSMC, good player.

#Fast Reload

This guy is probably not too confident about his shots, and use a fast mag because they hate missing all thei...

Very Underated Gun LK-24

I've tried every Assault Rifle that was patched in the game after the new update and I found many guns working well for me so it was kind of difficult to choose which to have in the load out. I then just thought I would try the LK 24 to see how it works and I can't believe how amazing it actually is. A really low recoil and really quick kills. I was having a laugh when they nerfed its damage range but I kind of understand why now cause if it's soo damn good now, I regret not using it as much before the update. It is currently my go to AR for ranked in legendary and even public matches. I request anyone to try it and let know what they think back on this post to make sure that I'm not the only one who thinks so.

S36 is out... Is RPD In?

When I first picked up the game, I was lucky to have S36 Evil Clown carry me to a higher level. Once I got my hands on some more fun weapons (Type 25, PDW), I dropped the weapon and only pulled it out on the rare circumstance that I'd need it.

I used it for the first time in a LONG while today (hardly used it since the first "nerf"), and it got nerfed to hell. It's still good, but nowhere near as viable. So my LMG loadout is currently occupied by another weapon: the RPD. Though one could argue ASM10 is a better replacement, I'd still like to have an LMG on hand at all times. I'm just not sure what attachments to use on it.

Despite it being secretly insane, there are so many flaws with the weapon: slow movement speed (stock), slow reload speed (fast mag), and slow scope in time (quickdraw). But FMJ is such an incredible tool that I'm not sure I want to drop it. What should I run on it? Or should I drop the weapon completely?

(My other loadouts are PDW, Type 25, AK117, and DLQ)

Let me apologize to start bragging about this gun.

I just had a dom in nuketown with 4 s36 players. Sitting in all corners of the map and spraying it. It was 42 -75 and we eventually made a comeback 134-150 but annoyed by the fact that people crouch there around every corner spraying the gun. I dont know whether the map was supposed to be easier for s36 . I mean literally why do they do that. Lol

A thank you note to developers for Zombie mode.

Am a casual gamer (like Temple Run casual) and CoD was the first fps I tried. BR and other modes constantly had me in my toes but man Zombies was a breath of fresh air for me.

The best part was that ZM allowed me to relax and explore the map before the next zombie wave came in. So the mix of action and exploration (or relaxation) aspect really got me going.

Now that it's removed I think CoD days are over for me but I will still be following this sub for all the hilarious posts and amazing gameplay clips (Seriously, how are you all so good?!?!). So thanks to this community as well.

Ranking the BR Classes

I haven't seen much discussion on BR classes so I'm curious what everyone's favorite classes are. I do think most of the classes are viable, but here are just my personal rankings for the classes at any rate:

​

  1. Mechanic: The drone is OP. Reveals enemy locations and completely ruins their ability to fight back by messing with their targeting and slowing them down. Even if the enemy manages to shoot it down, you know which direction they are hiding. The only drawback is how long the cooldown is, so you have to use it very strategically. The passive ability used to be not too useful, but now with trap master being a thing it's a bit better.

  2. Defender: I think a lot of people sleep on this class, but if used correctly it's also very OP. It deploys super quickly and flash bangs enemies in front of you, which means you can pretty much win any 1v1 close to mid range fight. If you are caught in the open getting ambushed, you can also deploy it to buy you some time to heal or fight back. The passive ability is not that useful, the damage reduction doesn't apply to bullets which is what you mainly will be dying from.

  3. Trickster: Very solid skill to confuse enemies especially in close range fights, particularly useful in the final circles where you generally know where everyone will be. You can also use the holograms to bait enemies into revealing their hiding locations. Also gives you a nice mini speed boost when used. The passive skill is also pretty useful as well.

  4. Ninja: I like this skill a lot particularly for solo, but the reason I don't have it higher on the list is because of how the BR map is laid out - there's way more wide open spaces than towns & buildings, which is where the ninja shines best. If the final circle closes around buildings however you have a huge advantage and can surprise enemies from the roof or out flank them. The passive skill is probably the best one in the game.

  5. Scout: This skill is decent, but the main drawback is that the dart makes so much noise and blasts t...

So, over the past week, I've been experimenting with the 3 relevant snipers... the DL Q33, Locus, and the Arctic. 50 sniper rifles. Many of you may know that the Dl Q33 1 shots slightly lower than the locus and the arctic.50, but in return, the DL Q33 loses in scope in time and fire rate. The DL Q33 loses badly in matchups in close range, especially since the scope in time is considerably slower than its counterparts. But that's not all, at close-mid range, a player pops out of the corner (which happens a lot), you will only get 1 chance to kill the player, but if you miss, you have little chance of recovering. On the other hand, the Arctic. 50 shoots twice as fast as the arctic.50 and almost twice as fast as the locus. The Arctic.50 scope in time as well as its fire rate are very advantageous for all ranges (especially when people are pouring out of one area... Nuketown). As long as you continuosly practice aiming above the waist, it will consistently get 1 shot 1 kills.

OK. Now I will give you some details as to why the locus is loses in almost every way to the Arctic.50. The locus has the same 1 hit kill area as the Arctic.50, and it has the same scope in speed, but absolutely gets destroyed in fire rate. When I had reached the appropriate tier to obtain this weapon, I was thrilled, but it disappointed me, as the fire rate was slow along with a smaller area to 1 shot. Conclusion? The Arctic.50 is just a better sniper (but I got to say, the locus looks nice) than the Locus. Now compare the Locus with the Dl Q33. The Dl Q33 has a slower reload speed, slower fire rate (very minimal-unnoticable to normal players), slower scope in time, but the 1 shot area is lower than the DL Q33, and it definitely makes a difference. The DL Q33 is definitely superior long range and when there are less players (Search and Destroy- Crossfire). The Locus is best when it is close-mid range and when there are less players (Search and Destroy- Raid). The Arctic.50 is best at close-mid range and when there are any ...

Want to link my Mobile account to my Activision ID

I have an Activision account which I use for Call of Duty on my PS4. I want to link my account to Call of Duty Mobile.

I haven’t played for a while on mobile and when I went to log in, it prompted me for my Activision ID. So I logged in and it created a new account. I didn’t remember that I had logged in through Facebook previously.

I logged out of the app and logged back in with Facebook and all my progress was back but when I went to the options to link to my Activision ID it won’t let me and says that it’s already linked to another player. (The blank account I accidentally created trying to log in). Is there anything I can do?

Like seriously! Or even better just get rid of the chat entirely! I notice on numerous occasions the chat isn't talking nicely. People are sexually harassing others and saying some things that are nasty af. Like now I just noticed that people were attacking a "woman" on there because she said she was trans. There's been numerous bullying on there, death threats, and people telling others to go kill themselves. I'm tired of it! New update, same old shit.

Whole development team needs to get fired. More bugs, same high ping players (teammates or opponents) teleporting and rubber banding, broken hit detection, trash hitboxes, bullshit desync, and even more severe lag compensation. Hi, a played the release version with a guest account and named my profile with my favorite name. Played only a few rounds till lvl 7 and paused playing. Now with the great br mode of MW i got hyped to play the mobile version again. I started the app and got asked to log in with my cod account. I did and got asked to give me a name. I tried to give the name from the guest account, but i said the name is not avaliable. So i named it with a number behind. Now my cod account is bound to the new name and i can't access the old one. I looked in the social list for it and the profile matches my old one. Is there a way that my old profile can be deleted, so i can rename my new profile?

Just in case anyone cares here’s my personal opinion on the new balancing.

S36: it’s fairly balanced now, requires some modicum of skill to use it

LK24: no noticeable change

BK56: see above

ICR-1: see above

ASM10: literally the new S36, it’s arguably better than the AK47 now, it probably needs nerfing

AK-47: better than before, maybe now viable in ranked, but not a massive change

I saw in the subreddit, ASM10 is the new meta apparently. Idk, that gun always felt clunky and not a fan of the recoil. But that's person to person.

MSMC nerf hit me hard!!

3 Frame Freezes

So i dont frequent this reddit so idk if this is a common symptom, but for maybe the past 3 weeks during a br around or nearing the end of my game, it would just randomly freeze and stay between 3 frames. This issue never resolves itself either, i have to leave the app, shut down the apps process, and then reopen the app and hope when i get back into the game that i havent died. Ive pretty much been playing since the game first released but if this carries on into the next season i dont think i can deal anymore. I mean im playing this on a tab s6, i really dont think this should be happening.

I solo’d the rest of the match but I could hear the enemies talking on their mics when I knocked them through all chat, similar to PUBG. Which gun should I use for my sniper class?

I’m trying to make a good sniper class, and I’m wondering which gun would be better for me to use. I have the Arctic in a different load out. I’ve used the dlq a lot in the past, and it’s been very reliable. But since season three and the release of the locus, I’ve seen it a lot in the game, and players wouldn’t use it if it was bad, so what’s the deal? When I use it, it seems pretty weak, but everyone else says it’s great. Which one is better, and how?

Woah, great update.

I’ll say I’ve been playing the game on my iPhone 7 since idk when, and frankly gotta say this is the best update I’ve experienced so far. I was never able to play on setting higher than medium on both graphics and FPS. Now I’m playing settings on High, on both, and omg is so smooth. It doesn’t get choppy or laggy. Thanks so much to the developers.

Best part about this update?

Honestly, my favorite part about this update is they improved vaulting animation. Prior to the update, if an enemy vaults on your screen, they just teleport to the next location. But now, the animation is much smooth and won’t interrupt your tracking.

About new ranking points. I think old way was mostly better.

I think the old ranking points of awarding winners and deducting losers was best. It seems now ppl care lesser about winning than their kills and points. Takes the fun out of the game. Now ppl are giving up miday and just going for kills. I mean its fine for deducting less for better play in losing team but u try ur best and u place last in losing team and ur deduced max points as no one else was playing objective anymore.

Locus doesn't fire if you press the button too early

Anyone else notice that when you scope in with the Locus, there's a brief period of time right before it fully scopes in that pressing the fire button doesn't actually fire the gun? The Arctic doesn't have this issue, and the DLQ does it too but for a much shorter period of time. I was wondering why sometimes it doesn't fire when i press the button, but now it makes sense. Really ruins quickscoping.

Over the last several hours I’ve spent time playing with and judging all of the new changes on the guns in the update, Remember this list can be solely opinion based and you might not agree with some of the things I say. With my loadouts I occasionally change one loadouts if I’m not feeling a gun. I also am not the best player only Master V. But without further ado here are My opinions on the new gun changes:

MSMC: this did receive a nerf and it just doesn’t really feel so much powerful anymore, I always used to use it and loved it, i guess it just doesn’t feel right with the reduced short range damage. And I’ve gotta say, it really sucks since they’re releasing a gold skin for it. Would I use it in ranked? No, it’s fine but it’s not as explosive as it always is, I might dabble it in here in there but that’s it.

Type 25: this gun also received a nerf. But it is also still playable but again after all nerfs it still isn’t going to be the same, but again, still playable. It kind of stings since it was a smg and ar type gun but it’s more leaning on the side of AR with it’s close range nerf. Would I use it in ranked? Yes, I would maybe rotate it out sometimes but I would still put it in my starting 5

ASM10: Holy crap, this really did receive a big buff. I had used it in public a little while ago and it really sucked. But now after trying it, it seems really awesome. It’s good close range (using QuickDraw) and also good in longer ranges. Would I use it in ranked? Yes, definitely. I will most likely put it in my starting 5. Pretty amazing for me.

AK47: I remember when this used to be a really good gun before it received its recoil nerf but now with its stability buff it’s gotten a lot better. But then again I would probably start the ASM10 over it, this is mostly based on opinions of the gun but the ASM10 feels better for me. Would I use it in ranked? Maybe, maybe not. Not much else to say, it’s good.

Lk24: I did really like flexing my Viking lk24 in ranked but it was really hard to use at sometimes especial...

I really hope they bring back the lucky point on crates. After 100 crates you’re guaranteed the epic item. I feel like the ghost plasma should’ve been one since the crates have been out before

Constant sound effects

Gear option and 2 vehicles needing skins

I'm sorry but these 2 things need to be brought up. The fact that we have this gear option for headgear, backpack etc, its not really being used. Yes, there is a firebreak skin that does use it and another 1 in the future but they are Exclusively to only firebreak. Will there be universal gear items at all for all characters? If not, then please just remove those options. Waste of memory and space. Also the Armadillo (3 seater with Death Machine on top) and motorcycle still don't have skins. When will those have skins?

Cod devs need to learn better English

Half these challenges have wording that is super hard to understand. For example today’s challenge says slide 40 meters in MP and BR when it really means OR. also it says 3 kills with an RPG. THERE IS NO GUN CALLED RPG IN THIS GAME. I tried using rpd but that didn’t count I guess they want you to use the SMRS which is def not an RPG.

I factory reset my phone and now I can't get my data back I was connected to Google play and now when I hit guest and select my Google account it says this Google account is already linked to call of duty but I don't know how to get my progress. It only says do you want to overrite the data

Bug reporting

Firstly, I heard this is where you report bugs so the CODM developers see it. If I’m wrong, pls correct me and don’t take down my post. This is my first time ever using Reddit for CODM.

Bug: When I die and if the enemy or I was firing their gun, I continue hearing their gun after I’ve respawned. It’s very very annoying and distracting. Plz fix in any future updates.

The ASM10 dilemma

New updates come with new CHANGES. This time, the most underrated AR, the ASM10, got a buff. Many said it is "OP". Personally, I'm glad this gun got the spotlight for a change. For 3 season, the only viable meta gun is the AK117, Type 25, and MSMC.

The ASM10 had always been my favorite gun thanks to BO2,and admittedly it always been underperforming in the past season. Those that cries out how broken and OP, maybe you should stop getting attached to your old weapon, and try out the new for a change. For once, the BK57, LK24 & ASM10 is seeing use & love and the first thing you people do is mourn over your Type 25 and MSMC.

Meta changes, and we should adapt to that changes, NOT sticking to the old and constantly be in the same safety bubble.

This is just my opinion on it.

Game stutters and locks up in Battle Royale

I've been having an issue for a long time now during battle royale mode where the game begins stutter and then locks up entirely, requiring me to close the app and relaunch it. This has been happening since the game came out and restarting my device doesn't fix the problem. I'm playing the game on a Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 if that matters.

I have a big problem with playing claw

So, I decided to practice claw to improve my movement for the season 4 ranked but every time I use my index finger, the notification panel goes down and I get killed, it’s so annoying. Also I feel like if my aiming worsen every time I try to play claw. Did anyone have that problem when they start playing claw? It feels it’s not going to get any better.

We need more ranks !

Reaching legendary is so easy these days,literally everyone can reach it and it doesn’t give a clear representation of level/skills difference between players anymore.

So please do add more ranks,or increase the gap between each rank,maybe something like 500 points from Master 1 to 2 and so on, and like 8500 for legendary or even more.

Gun shots after death

Ive noticed recently when I die, occasionally the sound of my weapon still firing keeps on going and going for like 25 straight seconds. Even when respawning I still hear the gun firing endlessly until it finally fixes itself. Its very annoying lol. Anyone else?

AK 117 dominates

The update patch didn't say anything bout AK 117 being nerfed or buffed. But i feel like they secretly buffed or made some changes to AK 117. Was playing on BR earlier using AK 117 and i noticed some weird changes on it, like the Gun sounds different after the update, less recoil and the damage per sec (DPS) is insanely OP now. I usually use M4 as my primary Gun but i might switch to AK 117. Would like to know what u guys think of AK 117 after the update. ☺

Issues regarding the new update.

Hello there, fellow players and devs who may be reading this post. I've updated the game and am pretty impressed by everything, especially the new Lobby OST.

There are, however, a few bugs.

1: Sudden framerate drop in every match whenever you go near a player. This occurs whenever I play Sticks and Stones. My device heats up like crazy, even though I play on Medium graphics. It also occurs in regular matches to such an extent that I'm unable to play smoothly.
I did not experience this type of framerate drop before, since season 1.

2: Higher ping than usual In the previous seasons, I usually played with a ping of 50 ms constant, but now I have to play with 70 ms constant, which is equivalent to playing with European players on their server. I've tested multiple times with my Wifi but it's speed is not slow in any way.

Anyone else who experiences these issues after updating the game, please let me know in the comments.

Dear devs, if you're reading this post, kindly resolve these two issues asap.

PS: I'm pretty hyped for the new ranked season and battle pass.

Why doesn't CODmobile fix the basic problem of shifting names in friends list? (Little problem, frustrating AF)

Everytime I click on a friend's name to spectate, I get the wrong friend because name has shifted. And it's not even a single space up or down shift, I have to look for his name all over again and it's shifted 5-6 spaces up or down, besides the fact that he is still in-game.

If he were to come out of game, his name would go on top to online list but nahh he would still be in game and his name shifted someplace else on the list.

ASM10 Is Unbalanced.

After playing a couple scrims, I can conclude that the ASM10 is unbalanced. Everyone was using it on both teams. Why? It’s a three shot kill at 20 meters with a TTL faster than the S36. The nerfs/buffs were perfect (besides the ASM10 and Type 25) and if the ASM10 were not as good as it were now, the Assault Rifle meta would be more diverse. I suggest reducing the 3 shot kill range to 9 meters so that the gun would still have a niche and be balanced at the same time.

Rank Reset season 4

I’m here wondering what the rank reset would be like depending on my points because I see that there are a bunch of Legendary players in BR 20k+ points and I’m probably going to be 7k by the end of season because I just started. “Weekly Challenges”

This update for me was pretty underwhelming. (Other than meltdown, new gun/event and s36 nerf)
ASM10 has taken over the game, the Type 25 was nerfed AGAIN and to top it all off, weekly challenges (and weekly ranked) are still the same.

If you look at the challenges, you’ll see that the average player would complete these challenges in less than an hour. I suggest the addition of more challenges with more rewards that scale with the amount of time you put into the game.
An example of this would be to have the current weekly challenges but add newer, harder and longer to grind for challenges on top of those with better rewards. (Ex, 300 points for an epic skin and playing 30 Hardpoint games would count as 15 of those 300 points. Basically the Heavy shot event but bigger.)

Black screens. Rounds popping off after I'm dead and your poor language censors.

In reverse order.
Why is LMAO censored? I cant say a lot of other shit as well. It's just language.

After I'm killed I still hear my gun shooting clip in the background. Only goes away after I shoot.

And lastly... Its happened twice in battle royale. My screen goes dark. It's like the game cuts the video. I can still hear. Shutting the application down and restarting it is the only thing that works.
