Trap Master Class in BR

Trap Master should be more readily referred to as Mechanic 2: Electric Boogaloo because holy shit this class is great.

Trap Master offers a utility not yet seen by other BR Classes in the form of a taser wire that can stretch as far as 5 meters and can be deployed on virtually any flat surface. The wire lasts forever until the limit is reached for deployed wires (3 for Base Class, 4 for Upgrade Chipped Class), and will affect an infinite number of enemies (or zombies). While I haven't tested the damage, it can only be categorized as "Really Fucking High" as I've already received 4 kills with the wires and no previous damage on the target.

The class offers other utilities beyond the obvious death trap, as enemies who are stunned by the trap will appear with a yellow icon above their head within 100 meters of the trap in any direction, hence why it behaves like Mechanic and Scout. The trap slows the target down to the same degree as the Mechanic's EMP Drone as well, a handy feature for catching enemies out and getting free kills. Also, so long as you are within range of the trap (the range seems to be about 10 meters for Base Class and 15 for Upgrade Chipped), you will receive a bonus to your movement speed and class skill recharge speed (no it does not apply to your own traps). The movement speed bonus is the same as the Legendary Tier Quickdraw grip, meaning you become a borderline Usain Bolt around these things.

For those curious how I've been playing the class, I've found it most devastating by putting the wires in tight corridors and in doorways and windows, areas where enemies will always contact them regardless of what they do. The traps are fired from a sort of gun (similar to LTL [less than lethal] net guns) and have an extremely limited deployment range and extremely high ballistic drop.

So far this all seems like upsides, but the class is not without its weaknesses. The traps take a long time to recharge (about 45 sec to 1 min per trap) and are incredibly loud when deploying, meaning an...

Bad teammates

Right now I’m in master 5 and I always end up with teammates that don’t play objective and think they’re godzly but always dying. This usually makes me the only one in the hardpoint or capping a flag, which obviously is rly hard. The thing is that even tho I’m the one playing objective, I still get more kills than the ones “playing around the point”. I’m just wondering if others are in the same situation as me. Btw this is my first post

Any tip on how to solo queue to legendary?

Been stuck in Master V for a while. I play claw but sometime I do bad and sometime I just play pretty crappy. I always get matched with Master I and II while I Master V. I solo queue to Master V. Does anyone got tips on how to do better and how do I not get frustrated while solo queuing. Cause I tend to get very frustrated especially in domination and Hardpoint and sometimes S&D.

Can’t Sprint With Xbox Controller Anymore (iPad)

In the past couple of days I haven’t been able to push the stick forward to sprint, I just stay walking. If I enable always sprint then I can only sprint and I don’t want to have to do that. Has anyone run into this and has a fix? I’ve restarted my iPad, controller and all.

Also, the click to sprint feature has never worked with my Xbox controller on any device. Does anyone know how to get it working with an Xbox one controller?

Suggestion Regarding the False Ban Problem

Seeing the many recent posts regarding many random players getting banned for no apparent reason and the lack of a true anti-cheat system in CoDM, I've been really scared of playing lately as I've already spent a good amount of money on the game. I want skilled players to not fear the ban system and go for highlight clip plays that would on some occasions, get tilted people to report them. I'm making this post to suggest ways on adapting to the problem and getting less legit players banned whilst keeping the community as clean as possible.

  1. Record your matches. I know that this doesn't really apply to everyone as some players do not have access to screencap software on their devices, but this is the best way of reporting blatant cheaters and at the same time, proving that you aren't one yourself. Apple devices have a built in screen recorder which can be toggled if you enable it in Settings, while Android players have access to a lot of apps that you can download in the Play Store for recording (correct me if I'm wrong, I use iOS).
  2. Only report blatantly obvious cheaters. Lots of people get tilted easily, and this doesn't only apply to ranked matches. Try to resist reporting the top fragger after the match and just let them be, they could just be having a good match. Alternatively, if you record your matches, try and review the footage before reporting. FYI, you can report players through your match history even though the match has already ended.
  3. Alternatively, upload evidence and use this subreddit to report cheaters instead of doing it in-game. The cheater report flair exists for a reason, and if it gets a good amount of attention, the admins should be notified as well.

Regardless, the developers should start creating even the most basic of anti-cheat systems as false bans are everywhere and they don't seem to want to confirm it. I hope the admins could listen to the players as lots of accounts with false bans have still not been restored or replied to properly.

Credit store update

To all those getting angry over the inclusion of zombies shards in the credit store update just chill guys. We knew this was gonna happen some day, don't believe? Here's proof -

  1. All the operator skills, score streaks, and BR classes: They all were rewards for limited time grind-able events, but were later put up store after a month or so for mere 3000 credits.
  2. Guns like LK 24 - Survival of Fittest: They were part of crates which people had to buy using CoD points.
  3. S36 - Headless Rider: Though it is not in credit store now, but we can't ignore the fact that it was there for some time. It was first released in S1 with the first dog tag collection event. Back then it was a reward for only the top 5% people.
  4. Golden crate tickets: Before the tickets were up for sale in credit store, the golden crates were exclusive to those who spent CoD points to get them - except the weekly challenges there was no way to get hands on the golden crate.
  5. Task Force 141 character skins: You all would be knowing that all 3 of the TF 141 characters were up for sale in their respective crates, for which people had spend tons of money.
  6. PDW 57 - Royal Crimson: Yes you read it right, the thing which you were most excited for in the credit store update also makes my list. During season 2/3 it was also available only to those who paid for it and tried their luck with the crates.

So now please quit complaining about how you had to grind playing zombies 6 matches a day for getting these skins. Here I just presented how others had to grind a lot, and paid tons of money to get those exclusive stuff, which everyone is now able to get through credits. Think before complaining guys, if you want zombies shards to be removed, the fore mentioned items/skins should be removed as well then.

P.S. Thanks for the credit store update devs, you guys did a great job :)

Its been 62h since i downloaded warzone on my pc, logged in using my activision account that I also use for CoDM, i played the tutorial and played an actual online match, but the coin isnt arriving on CoDM. Game Crashing

I need help. I have Razer 2 and my game now crashes basically every game if not twice in one game. This is seriously impacting my game play. I hear Samsung and other Chinese phones do this.

Is Apple any better? I don't want Ipad as it is harder for me to play as the screen is too large but thinking about changing phones to an Iphone to see if that is any better at not crashing.

About Low graphics quality

So me and my friend both play on the low graphics quality since that's the maximum graphics we can have. But when I play every male skin looks like special ops 1 skin and every female skins looks like green outrider. But for him, every skin looks like how it's supposed to look(for example, prophet archangel looks correctly in his phone, but for me it looks like special ops 1 character). Same case for battle royale too. But in zombies the skins look correct for both of us. Both of us play in low graphics quality, but why does it look different? Thanks.

I need 10k credits fast

I never thought I'll fall short of credits in the credit store esp when am legendary with 12.5k pts and over 40k kills.

Codm has released the pdw crimson for 20k credits and I am 10k credits short.

Pdw is a rocking gun when the aim is to create nuisance. And the only reason I want the crimson is for its iron sights (much much better than the iron sights of normal pdw)

What to do guys? Can I get 10k credits by posting zombies all day today?

In-game VC works in lobby, but not during gameplay

At first I thought it was my mic's problem, both the headphones and the inbuilt mic in my phone but nope that ain't it. Whenever I invite my friends into the lobby, we can communicate very well but whenever the game starts, my mic goes off. I have to scream to make them hear whats happening and sometimes doesn't work at all. But when the game ends and we are back to lobby, the mic just works fine. I thought it was an hardware issue but now I think its totally the software issue. Imma reinstall CODM to see if its working or not. Please help....

Gameloop shooting bug

Does anybody else have the problem where the gun keeps shooting when you release the left mouse button or does not fire at all when you click the left mouse button? Or it stays aimed in after you release the aim button(right mouse button). This started happening this morning and I could not find any solution. It happens every match randomly. I reinstalled the game twice but it did not help.

Why are some people mad about the skins that are coming out are now f2p grindable to get and also the zombie items?

First we ask the developers as a community to give free epic items and now some people who for example who spended money on the royal crimson pdw are furious about it,and the character skins of course.You still need to waste like 20k credits on each zombie item including the pdw crimson.20k credits are not easy to get,but are easier to get by spending money on crates of course.It just confusing seeing people complain about it when we actually asked for free stuff.

Steps required for task 141 skin did I do it correctly?

I made a Xbox live account, and linked it with my activation codm account, and shared the details of the Xbox live account with death_93 ( the hero who's been helping everyone around here) and he said he has done the tutorial for me.

But it's been around 48 hours since that time and I've got no sign of getting the token. ( no email, notification etc etc) Even my activation account is weird. On the main page it shows that there are no accounts linked but when try to link the account it tells me I've already linked my xbox account.

So did I do something wrong, or I should wait till 72 hrs?

Sparrow challenge

Hardpoint bug

I have played two hardpoint in ranked which is bug. When I killed the enemy that captured the hardpoint and hop on it still say that the enemy is occupying it but I know there no one because we have a UAV and we check all the corner and when we try to hop off it the hardpoint is giving the enemy the point and we literally need to wait until new hardpoint spawn and giving us a disadvantage.

Best gun in Battle Royale?

I've actually been playing battle royale a lot since today for the yellow snake character and I realized it is more harder than I thought. I usually play squads and don't like camping in a 20 minute game so I move a lot either by myself or with my team if they're team players. In this mode, I don't feel confident at all in gun fights. I shoot a full mag into players and they don't die. Whichever gun I use, whether it's a sniper or ars or smgs, seems like players have infinite health. I don't know whether it's wifi or just my aim but I just want to know which is the best gun so I can finish this grind as quickly as I can.

I counted 50 games. 75% of them are Search and Destroy, even though there should only be a 25% chance (since there's 4 game modes).

Weird controller issue

I use an Xbox one controller on my iPhone 11. I have this issue that my first game will be fine but then my controller just doesn’t work anymore. It’s connected and the buttons reflect the Xbox but it’s acting like there’s no input.

Seems to fix if I shut down the game, but I don’t want to have to reboot and reconnect the game every round.

Feature Request, LESS BOTS!!!

Why are there so many bots in this game? Don’t millions of people play everyday? Why does Timi/Activision throw bots in every game mode? Whenever I play unranked MP there are at least 2 bots on each team and they’re awful. I’d much rather have longer queue times and play against real people than queue up instantly and play against the computer.

Either get rid of them, or allow us to queue games without them, or please make them better.

i ran into someone who was running around at seemingly normal speed while in one. and i remember i used to be able to stand behind one and it moved too slow to turn around and shoot me as long as i stayed on it's back. but that person was able to turn right around and shoot me then run off. other than that they didn't look like they had cheats. did they change the speed or was that person cheating or what??

A lot of insane stuff is going on amidst the Corona virus craze with population panicking, schools and colleges being closed and seeing everyone run around with masks and sitting at home with everyone tensed around you. Am I the only one experiencing sudden blackouts?

I have been experiencing sudden blackout in the game for some weird reason. The game suddenly blacks out but you can still hear the background sound. No controls seen and you can also hear yourself being respawned.

This is getting out of hand considering it happens when playing rank. Devs should check this bug out coz it's really frustrating to comeback to a game where its almost over because your player suddenly blacks out and wont be able to catch up on the game score.

What does this epic perk mean?

On number of guns there is purple perk that has the following text "your kills are broadcasted with effects" like for example Type 25 Geometry. What does this mean? I thought you should see something when you kill opponent but nothing happens. It only happens with legendary guns like recent KN 44 Color Spectrum. Then what does it mean? I thought it has to do with low graphics but it makes no sense because I'm seeing effects on legendary guns plus I watched people on YT play on high settings with Type 25 Geometry and still nothing happens. Care to explain?

My suggestions are as follows:
Lucky draw
They should add the msmc gold draw as it was leaked a while ago and everyone was freaked out but cod just cancelled it so they should add it.
Grind events:
They should add the scoretreak k9 dogs as a grind able event .
Credit store update :
Should add the old red crimson ak and dlq or black gold j368 and two mediocre teir weapons like ak hearts ,lk24 hearts ,etc. Please add the normal varient of locus, razorback and pharo
New weapon:
They should add the dragonov or the intervention as they are iconic weapons
Featured playlist:
Should make gun game permanent and add new events like infection.
New game mode.
Should have ground war.it would have a big update so add the new pass with it.
New battle royal map update:
Should have a new dynamic map feature.
Battle pass update:
Should extend upon the current pass and add new characters and weapon skins. Also give a rank up boost to people who bought the disawowed pass bundle.

Credit store update/shards.

You don’t spend 200 credits and automatically get the shards that you want for the skins, correct? There will be duplicates and you’ll still have to be buy more credits to get the shards you want for that skin.

In other words, you don’t automatically get every shard at the same time for the skin that you want. Is that correct? It’s a gradual thing.

Why do people hate on tactical sights on ARs?

I see a lot of people in the community talk down on people that do that. My fiancé uses it when she plays and she says it helps her see. I usually use the red dot sight for any gun I use, but she prefers the scope. So my question is why people find those useless and hate on others that use them? - I personally don’t use them because I feel it’s not needed because I have great eye sight and prefer closer combat anyway.

Im trying to help players get warzone tokens. How can I link their accounts?

Hello, I made a post earlier trying to help anyone who doesn’t have a console/pc with getting warzone tokens.

Unfortunately after doing 5 accounts. I was prompted with a message telling me that further account linking is unavailable for Xbox Live. I did message support about it but they weren’t particularly helpful and chalked it up to a automated anti account theft response.

That being said, I’d still like to try and give everyone a opportunity to get warzone tokens. Does anyone know what steps I should take to sync their accounts to warzone on the Xbox console? Many thanks.

Is it normal for the right analog stick to not actually start working on controllers until it's moved half way to one direction?

When I'm trying to aim and move my stick to the left, it doesn't actually register anything until it's half way over, so I can't be very accurate when aiming since I get full sensitivity instead of a gradual increase. I've just been playing with super low sensitivity to kinda combat this, but I miss out on kills every once in a while from not being able to aim fast enough. I normally keep my crosshair where I plan on shooting, but sometimes people with lightweight and an SMG move faster than i can move the crosshair while ads.

My acc got banned for no reason few days ago i was playing some pubs and then it kicked me out of the game and i got the notifications that i got 10 year ban for play public?!?!? Can anyone confirm my Controller theory/issue?

It very much seems to me that, on controller, the right stick doesn’t detect 360 degree input. Putting almost like it only detects 8 way input like on a D-pad or something?

Joystick resetting and stopping movement

Recently I’ve been battling an issue where I’ll ads, crouch, slide or jump than instantly stop moving. It doesn’t happen all the time but in moments I need to move the most! I noticed the joystick repositions itself to its default spot an I have to press my screen again to regain movement. I’ve tried changing multiple settings (always sprint, joystick size, fixed joystick, fixed virtual joystick) but it’s reoccurring. I’m hoping someone has a solution or this post gets an upvote to get someone that works on these mechanics attention.

Please stop using hardline.

The most annoying thing in multiplayer is when you don’t come first because your teammates are using the blue perk hardline, which increases your points by 25%.
It is so infuriating when you get 5 more kills than your teammates but they still get MVP, especially when you are trying to complete season challenges.
Why would you choose Hardline as your blue perk? It is possibly the worst blue perk there is. Why not choose Dead Silence, Alert or Tactical Mask which are easily better and more useful.

Fix this.

Whenever someone leave the game, all they get is a -25 rank xo and thry cant play for an hour. but the people they that leave STILL GET DOCKED POINTS. I really dont know whu they havent fixed this yet. if they leave, you shouldnt lose points. Put it simply, its really dumb how this isnt implimented.

I JUST HAD ONE OF THE BEST GAMES EVER in COD and was trying to record it on my iPad via Screen Recording. I tried to save it on the end screen but instead it said it didn’t save it. The game goes black

Sometimes when I am in the middle of the game the game screen turns completely black, although the sounds of the game are still heard (shots, or the sounds of when a game ends). I'm not sure if the touch works when the screen turns black, but I think not. The only way to fix it is to close the game from recent tasks and reopen it (reconnects to the game without any problem)

Nooooo wonder.... Legendary gameplay is paradise

I'm playing Legendary for the first time... Just went Legendary on Friday. This game is SO much more fun playing with Legendary, wooowww... You don't have near as many, or hardly any S36 weasels... People play smarter, it's like a completely different game than playing in Master. Now I get why people hate complainers (like me) about the S36. It's just not a problem when you reach Legendary. People actually want to compete. Paradise compared to Master. 🍺

They had no problem putting Tank there and it will be there when Zombie leaves, so why not just put Nikolai in the store for people like me who has no interest in the PDW-Royal Crimsion and have an absurd amount of credits?

So like when you hit pro 2 you get a skin then when you hit master 2 you get a gun skin for MP, Add a cool motorcycle or Antelope skin for pro 3 and Add a Epic Prophet or Outrider skin for Master 2 Br. Why are stealth helicopters so useless?

All they do is fly in circles and decide to kill someone once or twice. I can't work out what actually makes them attack enemies or not. I've tried putting it over their spawn, on the objective, in the open etc and it barely ever actually shoots enemies. How do you get it to work?

What is with the team balancing?

I've started playing ranked some time ago, played 6 matches just now. I keep emerging as the MVP, which would be nice, if it wasn't on the losing team. Constantly carrying the team, I'm the one with 20+ kills and K/D ratios of 2.8 and up.
Yet we rarely manage to beat the opposing team.
Is this a common issue or am I just complaining too much?

Noob teammates sucks.

Recently I was playing a domination ranked match and my teammates were such dumbasses. They only went for kills. I was literally the only one in my team who went to capture the flags. I have trying to get the Ak 47 skin since the beginning of season 3. And my current rank is just pro 3. It is not that I get this kind of teammates only in a few matches. It is literally in every match that I get such dumbass teammates. If you don't know how the game works then first play some public matches then go for rank. I am done now. My current win/loss ratio is 1/4.
Please remove domination from ranked. Some people don't even know how to play it.

The Practice Vs AI. Needs a difficulty system where you can choose easy medium or hard OR we should get a Real training area

First of all: The game ends Pretty quickly which is Fking stupid I can’t even try my sensitivity settings.

Second: Like in the title we need a difficulty system because the bots are as easy af.

Third:I’ve noticed that when you get nukes init it actually gives you The Nuke Medal which is damn shit, professional player try their best to get nukes in ranked games and here you are giving some guy the nuke medal for killing 20 bots

Random frame freeze

After the update the game sometimes freezes after I die everytime for a few seconds and this is very frustrating, at times even in the middle of gunfights, I'm trying to get to legendary and I'm at master 4 but this sucks ,I can grind even with randoms that's what I did untill now but it's so irritating in ranked.

Ok, I don't know if you guys are gonna read this but, this is gonna be long. This is more like a rant so please bare with me.

As for gameplay Call of Duty is good, it's amazing. There are hackers though, and when salty players report you, it is possible to get a 10 year ban? Now that's bull. Everytime I report players for literally being afk, or just straight up feeding (inactivity or killed in purpose) nothing happens. With my low-end phone, (which isn't the games fault, irrelevant but still) plus those players, we lose the match, but guess who's MVP? Likely me or another teammate and we can't do anything about these guys. It's not fair and makes the gameplay really unbalanced and makes us discouraged to play this game.

As an app, this application sucks. Basics such as, unbinding your account isn't an option! You can't even search a friend's name or ID, my friend and I tried searching each other with the UID, or Player ID and even OpenID and guess what? No results!

I've been reporting lots of feedbacks and bug reports, are there improvements? NO.

And most of the time they don't even reply, I'm just doing this with the hope they'll finally find these reports of mine.

Now if you'll excuse me I'll copypasta this to Google Play Store feedbacks too.

How long will shards be in the shop?

I made a post earlier, because I wanted the hero, and the pistol. However there is no way I'm going to be able to get them from missions alone, in 8 days. I'll probably end up having the buy what shards I need.

How long can I expect shards to stay in the shop?

so disappointed with this game FCK

I was super addicted at the beginning of the game, everything depended on how you played and things were more "realistic", now you look like a free fire with colorful clothes and weapons, offers and offers grr, I'm just leaving a rant here.

Anyway, i was trying to get that AK47 skin, ( i don't play ranked to much) and i found something weird. Is rank supposed to be real players, or bots everywhere. Cuz every match, i lose because of the team. Every TIME i'm MVP and lose a lot of points just because a idiot noob can't defuse a bomb. And Yeah, SnD should get deleted from ranked. Is a DEFUSE on a MOBILE PHONE.
