I wanna talk about something..

I'm tired of people defending Tencent. I could go on and on for hours about how the simple fact that they're the second richest company in the WORLD right now is unacceptable under any measures, but I won't. What I wanna talk to you people about is the people that defend them.

People have found base skins for multiple weapons that are yet to be released to the free-to-play playerbase. For example, the Razorback and Man O War both have base skins. So do the HBRA3 and Pharo, as well as the 48 Dredge and KN-44, which, let's be honest- will be released in a Lucky Draw with their respective legendary or epic skin and will not be released for free until months later.

NOW EXCUSE ME for a second, but last I checked I think that's called....Scumbaggery?

I'm gonna give you a scenario. Let's say a car salesman shows you a really cool car. You tell him you're interested in it, but he tells you the price and you grind your teeth. You can't pay for it. But it's one of the coolest cars you've ever seen and is most likely much better than the one you or your wife bought. So you leave that day, only to come back to see that 20 more people are trying to get this one car, and then you find out that, months later, a much cheaper version came out and was much more available. You'd be fucking pissed, right? How dare someone make me pay for something and then fuck me over by giving it away for free LATER when that's how it could have been from the beginning? You would much rather have it so that every single gun has at least a base skin of a free skin available, right?

And sometimes we're shown these things as if it's the ONLY version of a weapon. We know that's not true. Every single weapon in this game have some kind of basic model without a skin on it. There's no excuse to not just swap a random EXP card from level up rewards with them. We already get decent, and in most cases, REALLY GOOD weapons through leveling up. What would be the harm?

Does COD Mobile have bullet drop/velocity?

For example, in battle royale if I’m sniping someone on another mountain really far, should I aim at them or above them slightly?

Also does the bullet take longer to reach the target if they’re super far? That way I’d need to aim where they’re running instead of where they are

Don't lose faith in the BP

If you guns have seen the leaked, only 2 Guns were leaked for the Battlepass, The LK24 and RUS Viking Skin. If you see the current paid battlepass, there are 5 guns, and two of them are purple, The Type25 Geometry and the J358 Phobos. My guess is since the Rus and lk24 skins are purple, we have 3 more unleaked guns that are blue. They might be better who knows. Or maybe the LK or RUS is The Tier 50 and the other one is a crate. Who knows! Also there is no free bp gun leaks, so maybe they will be good. Don't lose faith!

Watch out for this player named "DLB87"

Just in case this guy tries to dodge the ban hammer, here is his UID: 6774911053521747969

If you play a match with him and watch the kill cams, you can clearly see he's cheating. He starts shooting at people before they even come into view, he wallbangs constantly, and seems to know where everyone is on the map all the time.

In every recent match, his K/D looks something like 37/3. Such a high K/D would show in his stats right? Nope. His KD ratio is 2.56. He hits only 17% of his shots. Something doesn't line up there. If he is able to get better kills that most top ranked players, how is it that he's only played Public matches, and why is his K/D ratio so low compared to his recent matches? Why is he such a bad shot, but somehow dominates? Why is his max rank only Veteran 4, yet he's level 150 and plays like a master?

TL;DR: I found a player that has suspicious matches and it looks like he's cheating. Please fix this.

But regardless, it took me 10 days/183 games, and we finished with a 3.2kd.

I had a 3.8kd when I hit master 5, so that tells you how much M5->Leggy kicked my butt. The competition was STIFF.

Whether I'm in MP or BR every other player I see is using the basic Special Ops character but mine will be the FTL (or whatever I'm using) why is this ? It'll show all (Phantom, Merc 5, etc) on the loading screen but not in game

Sensitivity Problem - Playing On Phone - Help Needed

Hello guys,

I play on a samsung s10+ since the begging. When hawknest did that video on the sensitivity settings, I followed his advices. I felt that the settings were pretty. Now and after reaching master+ both on multiplayer and battle, I randomly openned my sensitivity settings discovering that the numbers were different that what suggested Hawknest.

So I changed the settings following his advices and now everything is messed up. I feel like the sensitivity is way too low when I aim but good when I just walk around.

Could you guys please share with me your sensitivity settings if you play on a phone that has around my screen size (6'4), so I could try and find something close to what I was using before.

When will bots stop showing up in Ranked MP?

I’m quite low ranked compared to most people on this subreddit (I think), I’m only at Elite 2 yet I still see bots in ranked multiplayer matches. Popular bot names like SportySarah, DreamDragon, and anyone with Kumquat at the start of their names still show up, or you can tell just from the way that they act in-game.

I highly doubt that people purposefully name themselves after bots and pretend to be AFK for half of every match, so I’m wondering what rank will bots stop showing up?

When you bring a new gun to cod mobile and it's obtainable from a lucky draw or crate you should give the default version of the gun for free to all the players so we don't have wait for 2-3 months for a free version of the gun. If im 3rd in the winning team i get +17 but if im the first in the losing team i get - 23. How is this make sense, im stuck in master V for days now and its fooken annoying. Its impossible to reach legendary for a solo because i lose 50% of the games i play no matter if im doing good or not.

Why aren't Americans organizing and doing more tournaments???

On Battlefy and macherino, there are a lot of tournaments. However most of them are from different countries and continents. There has been only a couple tournaments made for Americans. There are options to create tournaments with cash prizes provided by the contestants. Like a 5 dollar buy in where 1st place wins 70percent of the pool, 2nd wins 20 percent and third gets 10 percent. Let's band as a community and make this game more competitive and desirable for everyone!

There is a huge lack of tournaments for America in tournament hosting sites. Frankly it's very sad to see other countries such as Pakistan, India, and Asia as a whole embrace the esports on mobile but not so much in America. Which is a shame because I know tons of competitive people that play games as I am one of them. If this post gets enough attention and interest, I will start an organization call Americas Community Pooled Gaming or ACPG where the players can pool in money with buy ins through paypal and the rewards would vary each tournament based off what kind of tournament (solos, tdm, snd, br etc).

For instance if there are 16 players all bought in at 5 dollars each the pool would be 80 dollars on a FFA 1v1 tournament bracket. First place would win 70 percent of the pool at 56 dollars, second would make 20 percent at 16 dollars. The organization would take a small portion of 10 percent. Payouts will be instant through either PayPal or Venmo.

Thankfully, there are already websites where the hosting of tournaments already exists and I would just have to form the organization and I can easily put up the tournaments almost instantaneously.

Unfortunately, I would have to start small as I do work full time but I believe that I can admin for 2 to 4 tournaments a week. Who knows how far it can go if it becomes much more popular.

Let me know your thoughts and ideas. Let's make America much more Mobile Esports friendly!

New score streak

I have an idea for a new score streak, similar to something I've seen in BO4. The samurai. Similar to the goliath, you get an armor, but with 500 hp instead of the goliaths 1000. Tou also get a sword and slight increased movement speed and you run and jump around meleeing everybody.

My biggest pet peeve with this game

When a match is over with and you're returning to the "lobby" and the host IMMEDIATELY" starts new a game. Like ummmm, I was trying to leave bro. Had a few times where I ended up getting penalized and losing XP because of this bullshit..give it a minute or 2 before you launch another game. 😠🖕👍

I'm done

So about every third game of BR I get some kind of game breaking glitch. Either I cant shoot, I scope and the the screen turns black, or I fall thru map and get stuck outside the safe zone. It's literally unplayable. It's sad cause I really like this game, and I like y'all too. Please fix the bugs. I cannot play this game or spend anymore money on CP until these bugs are fixed. Clearing the cache used to help, but not anymore. I'm not one to complain, in fact, I hate people who complain (look at my post history). Please devs fix these issues. I have the same issues in MP modes but to put 12 minutes in a BR match and then have these issues is disheartening.

Guns from previous COD games and thoughts on current ones.

There are some guns that need to come back for this game:

  1. Peacekeeper (BO2): a great smg from that game. Long-ranged and powerful, though slow.
  2. The Ripper (Ghosts): a beast smg from Ghosts. The AR function was terrible, but the smg version just tore up the game. It boosted my K/D just using it. Bring it back!
  3. Honey Badger (Ghosts): another favorite. Used to just slay with it.
  4. The P90: 'nuff said. It needs to appear.

I'd love to see these and maybe others come back for COD Mobile. Right now, there are just a few god guns that dominate.

  1. Chicom: it was a monster in BO2. Accurate, no kick, and was as fast as you could pull the trigger. The current version has a set trigger/fire speed which should be changed and the ads is too bouncy. Buff it please!
  2. S36: it gets so much hate, but it's the great equalizer. If iFerg can't deal with it, there's hope for the rest of us. I'm sure it's getting a monster nerf, but I hope not. Leave it. NOTE: It's similar to the QBB LMW, but this version is much better.

Just some thoughts from a long-time player (since MW2). Keep the game fresh with interesting new guns that work well.

Game crashed after death

Samsung Galaxy Note 10+

Team Deathmatch, Killhouse

I was using the Goliath and died right after 39 points, the game had ended and I didn't see the replay of my death nor the final kill. The game froze for 5 seconds and just completely crashed and I'm looking at my phone home screen.

Anyone else facing such issues?
Tried reinstalling but the problem persists.

I really want to see this in the game just because I think it's fun to run around with a sniper that has a Red Dot or Iron Sights on it like Battle Royale games do, Im sure this will take more skill than using Tactical scopes on cuz you only have 1x zoom when ads, this could also open up to more harder challenges like "Get a 1-shot Longshot kill with a Red Dot Sniper" and Im sure it takes more skill than using a Shotgun.

Bro they same bugs have been the whole season and the developers can’t do sh*t to fix it , but it’s better just to put more lucky draws right? Every time the game joins me in an already begun match, they spawn me immediately without having the chance to change my class until I die AND I spawn always in the enemy spawn AND not being able to shoot them neither them. Also in battle royale, I was in the final 1v1 and the gun suddenly only shoots one bullet when I pressed the trigger...so I got killed. How much time do I have to wait for them to fix it?

Has anyone used the Ukiyo-e PDW yet?

I haven’t seen any posts about the new skin. I know most of us have the dope LNY skin, but I think this new one might be even nicer. I’m actually running out of weapon XP cards and I’ve realized that some skins don’t look as nice in first person and/or with attachments, so I’m wondering if anyone has tried it yet. Does it look nice in FP?

I also know there are rumors buzzing about the Razorback coming to the credit store, so maybe that’s why no one is upgrading and equipping this new PDW skin.

Phone screen goes black when in the middle of a match. Samsung S9+ on Verizon and WiFi. Anyone else experiencing this? More in comments.

I play using a controller that the phone slides into with a built in fan and battery so the phone stays cool and charged while playing. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and it still happens. Phone settings are set normal configs. Doesn't happen when playing other games. Can still hear things going on around me in the game, but out of nowhere the screen just goes black. Have to exit the game, close it then open it again and it reconnects me back to where I was. This just started happening about 2 weeks ago. My buddy has the same phone with no issues...any ideas as to what could be causing this? Thanks...

Desync/lag (Rant)

The amount of desync/lag I have to deal with is crazy. Every other ranked match I getting shot through impenetrable walls or when I have already moved away from the location. It is tiring to be stuck in master V- master IV limbo because of this. The only way out is to play in a team but I don't have people online at times when I am. Not to mention if I play for too long my phone starts heating up and then it's the black screen bug or game crashing. So I can't even play continuously.
Just venting.
I'm probably going quit playing ranked like this. Anyway who cares?

Advanced Rank Tactics - Domination

I was unhappy with the format my previous posts had so i will be making two pertaining to general Dom and Search tactics, and then continue dissecting the maps, maybe including useful info for all the game-modes.

Basics: Domination is a simple game-mode, a cod staple. Some basics to know. Three flags, points earned for each second or so a flag is held. Capping is faster the more people are on the flag together. Spawns are based mostly on which flags are held by who but are also determined by player positions across the map at the time of spawning. The game is played in two halves up to 75 points, with sides being switched and scorestreaks being kept upon reaching halftime.

Most useful skill to learn: The most useful thing you can do as a player in domination to know where the enemies will spawn is to pay attention to the minimap. Using the info found there, we can determine both which flags are held by who and where everybody on our team is. The enemy team will most likely be spawning at whatever flag they hold, A or C, in some rare cases B. Keep in mind however that if your team is very pushed up and encroaching on the enemy spawn flag, not necessarily capping it, the game will spawn the enemies in relatively safe spots, including at your own spawn flag. This info is enough for decent players to have a general idea of which angles to hold, where and when to rotate and win most games, if you the teams are on equal gun-skill levels.

Know the Scoring: Knowing when you need to triple cap and when a double cap is enough is crucial. Triple capping is holding all three of the flags on the map and double capping is holding only two, generally A or C and B, but it can be any combo of the 3. Assuming one team is holding 2 flags, they will earn points at twice the rate the other team is if they are holding the one other flag. This means that even the most crazy of comebacks is technically possible, as there is a way to shutout the enemy team from scoring. We will go into that later, but to finish on the...

Trend of rare (blue) skins getting re-released

Seems like devs have gotten into the habit of re-releasing rare skins at later dates. They’ve done it with the headless rider s36 and ak117 color burst both from season 1 and will be re-releasing the ribbon explosion msmc in the s4 crate. I’m sure some other non-meta guns are on this list as well.

Good thing for new players, but bad for the more OG players I guess. Honestly wouldn’t be surprised if down the road we see more guns like the 117 star camo, type 25 pinstripe, or pdw Mardi Gras re-released.

Is claw hard to learn

Guys,

In all honesty , how hard is it to learn Claw ? How long did it take you to make the switch from thumbs to claw?

Does the New Ipad Mini have enough surface area to use claw properly, or Ipad air/ Ipad Pro 11 inch?

Help! Control issues? (3D Touch)

Is it just with my device or latest update messed up controls? How’s yours?

Used to play fine on 3D touch, but now it’s almost uncontrollable. Using sniper— sometimes releasing the pressure doesn’t fire the sniper (dlq, locus, arctic). Sometimes it keeps rapidly scoping and unscoping.

Using LMG/SMG/AR— rapid scoping/unscoping and lots of random firing even when I’m just trying to navigate around the map (no pressure applied).

I already tinkered with 3D Touch settings both in iOS settings and CoDm itself but still issue persists.

I don’t think this game is that bad

When I go on this sub i see a lot of hate against this game, such as people complaining about scams and op weapons.

First of all, I just wanna point out that this game is free to play. That a mobile shooter has this quality and being free is rare. So the developers need money. I do understand if some things are scams like the lucky draws, but when you have bought a large amount of lucky draws you must understand that you will not get anything good right?

Then we can talk about weapons that I have seen a lot of complaints about. Some weapons in this game are op, I do agree, but most weapons you can also get for free, so i don’t see why you couldn’t use them yourself.

So personally, I don’t see why so many people are complaining about this game. This game is free, you haven’t payed to be able to play this game. Maybe you have spent some money for in game currency, but if you dislike the game then why did you do it? Because this game is free, you can stop playing any time. And if you don’t like bugs, then think about it. If a game company hasn’t earned that much from a game, and the game is just getting hate, then why would the devs want to update the game and fix bugs?

This was all I had to say, and people will probably dislike what I have said, but I still had to say it.

Paid weapons that may come for free.

I will be really upset if finally this season they do not come as free as the ICR did, I really hope they don’t put Razorback or Man o War as a Ranked reward because that’s pretty, the matchmaking is horrible, I gave up ranked of season 3, which makes me more discouraged and it seems that the update of the store that will come will not have any new weapon ... and for what has leaked so far this season 4 will be very weak.

Playing Ranked vs Unranked?

I have been playing on ranked for the past couple of weeks grinding to get the ak tank and when I got it. I decided to go back to unranked. It feels so different I feel like I don't have to try. Either I get the most kills or I lose because I get distracted doing other things irl. After awhile I went back to ranked to increase and get legendary.   1. You shouldn't get punished for quitting in Pre-Match when the game is still trying to connect new players. Has zero impact on the game (hence the name, Pre match)

  2. There is no incentive for staying a 1 vs 5 match. Why do we punish the last player facing off 5 ppl??

  3. This brings me my most important point. Increase incentive for staying. Why do I care about some random leaving and his timedout punishment? That doesn't benefit me and my team one bit.

  4. Reduce the number of rounds in Search & Destroy.

  5. Bring Free for All mode into ranked. I am tired of relying on my useless teammates. I want some control in my games like BR singles. I have gotten to top 4 in my last 12 games in BR singles.

  6. On TDM, can we (re)introduce some of the existing maps? I am getting a little tired of the same old maps. For example, maybe TakeOff? What was the reason for removing Hijacked?

The worst game mode

In my opinion Prop Hunt is by far the worst game mode. Sense it was first out prop hunt was good we can all agree then when it came back it was also good but now it just is super bad. No more HP regeneration like why is this a thing. With a new introduction of a “more points the bigger the prop” it ruined the game mode even more. Another thing that makes it bad is that you can’t play it in private match with your friends unlike two game modes that aren’t even in the game gun game and hard point. This will probably be followed by sticks and stones too. Another thing that makes it suck is bots, I used a spot that I haven’t lost in on stand-off even calling out I am in the building I am in and boom a person comes along and kills me, same with crash tryed a spot twice in two different games a bot walks straight to my location. Another thing that makes it bad is the “out of map” warning like how is it my fault a player can’t look up 2 centimeters on raid in the kitchen to look in a place that small brown objects can fit into that you can spot on the other side of the garden. Prop hunt was fun before were it was viable to hide in sneaky or run and dodge but now that you cannot over bots, no regen and other facts I mentioned above. They also patched random spots for no reason instead of fixing bugs like the all enemy’s dead but game goes on bug which is still a thing. I feel Timi and/or Activison just ruined the point of prop hunt, the only game that I am hyped for that isn’t probably going to come is infected.

Aim assist should be disabled from ranked.
Grinding my way to legendary by far the most annoying thing is aim assist and a sniper, it's locked on to me through walls and makes quickscoping utterly skillless because it completes the flick for you and in rifles assists in recoil controller. Now than, I understand that for some people aiming in mobile games is very hard especially on small screens so personally I think into the pro rank and beyond upon joining a match aim assist gets disabled. At Pro, Master, and Legendary you should have enough play time to comfortably get dubs with your natural aim without assist. Having aim assist takes a chunk of skill out of players and going up against an already good sniper with aim assist makes them untouchable since most of the flick towards me or tracking is completed for them. Now in community tournaments I think aim assist should be fully banned, along with a banning system which should be implemented into ranked too. I am not even on the leaderboards but I've solo queued to master without aim assist. And I think that can be even easier for people that don't waste their life away on mobiles games if no one has aim assist.

Well I'm certain I was wrongfully banned and everything I've done to salvage the situation has been futile. Support is not replying, no way to even appeal a ban & they even hid this post that could have open the eyes of many and make them ask questions. But I've finally decided to let everything go cos in truth there's less I could do. I was the one that downloaded the game in the first place and decided to spend money on it. I had my COD mobile account linked to my Facebook account, and I was up near level 40. However, I deleted the game because it wouldn’t update it, and downloaded it again. However, once on the game I tried logging back in with my Facebook account and it says that the account is linked to another player, asks me to change the Facebook login linked to my device and to try again.

Respawn location

So wtf is up with the respawn locations? I was playing domination in summit we were at A site, then we capture it, enemy then takes C. I rushed B site and died, but I suddenly spawned on C site where 4 enemies are. At this time all of my teammates were at A defending, so I just wanna ask how tf did I get spawned into enemy base with 3 enemies whilst my teammates stay at A yet I just get respawned to C and die?
