How to disAble to Notification Bar Pull Down Android

For reference, I'm using a Galaxy S9+. I have my shoot and aim near the top of my screen. Sometimes, I manage to drag down the notification bar instead of shooting and this gets me killed. Is there a way on Android 9 to do this? I've tried using the block notifications options. This prevents the notification pop-up when you get a text, but doesn't prevent the swipe from bringing down the menu... Help

Stealth Chopper Bug

Is anyone else noticing a delay on deploying the stealth chopper into the game? Most of the times when I pull up the stealth chopper I have to repeatedly tap on the screen where I want the chopper placed to call it in. Sometimes my character is just stuck there with the laptop in his hand. Help pls

How to make Shotguns a little less garbage

Double the damage on all of them. Increase the range on all of them by like 50%. Then they'll be more useful than a knife.

HS2126 damage should be like tripled. What's the point of running a shotgun if you need a 4 burst shot to land completely to kill someone in melee range lol

These weapons are so bad and so fun to mess around with ffs

Optimization For Older Devices

I'm sorry, but I have never seen a poorer performing mobile game than this one. I'm serious. This game locks up so much, so often, that it becomes unplayable. My device gets extremely warm and my battery gets sucked dry super fast. If that isn't a sign of needed optimization, IDK what is.

I'm so used to the pubg mobile controller layout I find myself reaching for buttons that are moved. For you previous pubg players, would you recommend getting used to the new button layout or which around the buttons to the pubg layout?

I joined up pubg mobile when it first came out almost 2 years ago and been playing it steady. Excited to play COD mobile but I'm so used to the old pubg controls.

Those of you who played pubg, did you get yourself used to the new controls or did you find yourself moving the buttons to the pubg layout because of muscle memory?

This game died out for me quick

Just hear me out, there’s so much potential but just too much they didn’t get right. If you’re still enjoying it that’s good, but I promise you’ll get burned out quick. There’s a lot I like about this game but it’s missing too damn much

  1. Bots. There bots in pubs make the game extremely easy, and super repetitive to the point where if I play at all I’ll play one game and get off. The argument “just play ranked”, is hella dumb, it’s either play literal bots or play ranked and have to try hard as fuck with a full squad. I’m rank pro 3. This is supposed to help new comers get used to the game, but they’re not getting any better playing the game dumb fuck bots over and over. One part I never see anyone talk about is global chat is aids because everyone thinks they’re the best player in the world.

  2. Grinding aspects. I’m level 70 and I really just have no motivation to play. No unlockable camos, the argument “it’s a free game you pay for camos”, is dumb because there is free games with camos. Also the camos in this game have perks for some stupid reason, so adding unlockable camos would just give people reason to grind, as long as there isn’t perks on them people will still spend money. I have no reason to grind

  3. Guns. Some of these guns aren’t the same at all. The MSMC was my favorite gun of all time, and now it’s the vesper with an MSMC skin. This gun isn’t the same at all. Shotguns are another good example, they don’t play the same at all.

  4. Game modes. There not long enough what so ever. 40 kills tdm, that’s a joke. It’s a mobile game, but it’s a call of duty people play it like any other console/pc game.

  5. Emulator are annoying asf. They’re supposed to match against other PC players, but if someone uses any 3rd party emulator it’ll match them against mobile.

  6. The game is way too spammy. Yes I understand that I can buy the premium pass plus the 50 other things I have to X out of any time I upgrade the pass or get on the game. Credits are a joke, at least in other call of duty games you can open...

Play a BR match with a friend

So I did the challenge and didnt get the reward. Specifically I played a squad game with 1 friend and 2 randoms and played until the end and got 2nd place. I got to the confirm screen and got all the way back to the battle pass screen and didn't have the challenge completed.

Any thoughts? It's been about an hour and still no completion on the challenge. I'm really only asking because I hate the br mode and just want to get it over with.

And if someone posts their stats looking for people to play with you instantly just get roasted for anything lmfao😴😂 I don’t think some of these people on this sub should be giving out advice on stats unless they post their own or are on the leaderboards. Just my thoughts.

Trying to do shotgun challenge but does anyone think shotguns are seriously nerfed in this game?

Like seriously, I've tried all three and have the best luck with striker since it's auto. Even then the strikers range is supposedly higher than the others. I shoot them like 3 times within like arms reach distance and they still walk away. Shotguns in game have absolutely no spread, you gotta aim at them like a sniper kill

3d touch setting help

I've been poking around with advanced controls with 3d touch and im wondering if theres a way to only use 3d touch to aim down sight and to shoot with a button. Like the overal setting for sniper but for smg's i'd rather just aim with pressing and shooting with a button. Anybody got a solution maybe?

Ranked Matchmaking Queue Times

Prior to last night, matching up in Ranked Matches took under 2 minutes. It was very quick and the games were stable. When my friends and I were playing last night it took 20-30 minutes to match up in ranked. We tried to have two groups of 4 to match up at the same time to see if we would match up against each other in a shorter amount of time and after 15 minutes we stopped. We are in Master III-Legendary rank. I don’t know if it was a problem for other ranks as well... Another problem we encountered was that once in game the hit registration was super delayed. I had 40ms and yet still the hit registration every game was terrible. Did anybody else have, for lack of a better word, shitty ass time with Ranked Matchmaking last night?

Are Crates Offering More Items Beside Those Featured? DEEP SHARK Wingsuit & BLUE GRAFFITI Parachute.

So I'm pretty sure the supply crates are not showing all available items you can pull. Let me know if I'm just completely confused and missed where both prints came from.

The other day, a guy I played with had on backpack a backpack with a print I had never seen, a light color with blues/Grey's/whites. I asked where he got it from because I never saw it offered or shown. I got a general, "from the crates" answer, and being in match, I shrugged it off. Now thinking about it, it looked like the blue graffiti parachute does.

That said, going through my load outs, I have a "DEEP SHARK" wingsuit available to me. It's the same style/name as the skin on both the Type 25 and S36 guns in the 'Royal Crimson' supply crates currently offered. ( I have the S36 skin).

Also, I have a "BLUE GRAFFITI" parachute, which like the wingsuit, is no where to be offered in the store or crate, and I just noticed a day or so ago.

What are your personal top 5 guns? And why?

I wanted to see how everyone feels about certain weapons but since everyone doesn't have everything yet top 5 is probably better.

My top 5

1: LK24

The gun is very accurate with low DPS, on mobile I prioritize accuracy over raw DPS because I find it harder to control recoil on a touch screen, tap firing isn't an option here so being able to stream down bullets at any range is a plus for me.

2: Bk57

This gun is very close to #1 for me, is has slightly better DPS than the LK24 and the M4, the gun also has 35 rounds in the magazine instead of 30 making it easier to squeeze out that one kill in a pinch. The gun hops around slightly more than it's more accurate counterparts but it's not unmanageable. If I get better at controlling the recoil then this gun will take the top place for me.

3: Asm10

A nice well-rounded gun, accurate enough you won't have much trouble controlling and hard-hitting enough you won't have much trouble finishing people off, I can't be mad at this gun.

4: Aks-74u

This gun has pretty high DPS and is surprisingly accurate around mid-range, add in the mobility bonus you get with submachineguns and you have a reliable weapon that you can be very mobile with.

5: Arctic.50

IMO best sniper in the game just aim chest up and start one-shotting entire lanes of people with your high fire rate.

Bullet penetration stat?

Are there any differences in bullet penetration among the guns? (something like LMGs penetrate walls more than ARs) I guess range stat also affect its wall piercing capacity, but I have no evidence for that. Do you guys have any information on this?

Controls Question

I was using simple controls with 3D Touch on my iPhone 7 and it was great. Auto hip fire when I get close and if I’m far I can press on the screen and zoom in and auto fire.

I got an iPhone 11 the other day and it doesn’t have 3D Touch for some reason. I can’t figure out how to ADS and shoot people now. If I use simple controls there is no button I can see to ADS. If I use advanced controls I can ADS but the shoot button will not work if I have my other thumb on the screen.

Meaning I zoom in, try to aim the gun around the screen with my right thumb and press the shoot button with my left thumb and nothing happens. If I take my right thumb off the screen and press shoot then the gun will shoot but that means I literally can’t move my guy or aim my gun. It makes no sense. Anyone have any ideas how to fix this?

Firing button also working as a joystick

Am i the only one that finds that the fire button also working as a joystick to move the screen is very annoying? I accidentaly move the finger while firing and it makes my aim go crazy and much more difficult to control. I would like an option in settings to turn off that feature and make my firing button JUST A FIRING BUTTON. The jump button doesnt do that, we should have the option to turn it on and off. Im sure this can be helpful for players that only use 2 fingers because its easier to move the screen while shooting but players that play claw with 4 or more fingers dont need this settings because we move the screen with one finger and fire with a differet one.

Gameloop Left click fire to ads problem

Anyone else having problem using left mouse click to fire and ads? I dragged the left click keymap on the lower right side on top of the fire button but it does not ads on fire. It's working on ldplayer and bluestacks though. The graphics is better on gameloop so I want to use it. Any idea how to solve my problem?

What in the actual fuck is going on with this ranked

So i td i spawn in one area i get fucking spawn camped. I spawn at the other area, still get fucking spawn camped. Rinse and repeat this. I get fucking paired up with bronze players. Opponents are like fucking pro and elite. I cant play at all. Additionally all my fucking teammates dont know that if you spawn camp the enemy they will spawn in a different area. And my fucking enemys somehow have ultra instinct and a few second after they kill me . They go to my spawn point and kill me. What the fuck is wrong with my teammates

COD: Mobile on Steam?

Hello everyone,

Call Of Duty: Mobile is hugely successful on mobile devices, but I think making it available on Steam would be absolutely useful to developers reaching more people and to players as many prefer to enjoy the title in front of a bigger screen and using mouse, keyboard or a controller (furthermore the game is enjoyable even without a powerful computer due to its lightness).

Some of you might say that playing it on a PC would no longer make it a "Mobile" game, but I remind you that it is playable without restrictions via emulators.

Hit Master today and heres some Ranked feedback

  • Add the ability to queue 2 out of 3 modes

  • TDM - replace this with a new mode or increase kill limit to 50

  • DOM - increase overall score limit to 150, 75 per half

  • SND - when both teams are tied 5-5, make the first to win 2 in a row the winning team

  • Spawning system should be adjusted, on DOM you can literally spawn trap in the right positions

  • Sliding should only be initiated by a full sprint. Currently, good players are able to abuse sliding to maximize peekers advantage and be near unhittable

  • Sniper aim assist way too good, needs a nerf based on range, further away the target the less aim assist snap there needs to be

  • Type 25 needs a slight nerf, the DPS is far higher than every other AR

  • UAV implementation needs to be like other CODs and only update position once per scan

  • Penetrable surfaces with FMJ is very inconsistent, all materials should be penetrable to an extent

  • A team with far lower elo should lose less points against a stacked team of high elo (e.g. Pros+Elites vs Masters+Legends)

  • Vaulting animation is bugged in certain instances and model appears instantly

  • Some players can run while in a prone animation

I was playing in squads alone, and as I jumped, there were another two "guys" going same direction but not with the autofollow activated... they were really close to me and I just wanted some free kills to start and followed them, but as soon as we oppened the parachute, I keept falling, but they keept going straight forward until they disappeared in the sky, I was from the start a bit lower, so I was the whole time looking up, so that means I was going down as slow as possible...

Lack of motivation

After playing for week now, I feel no motivation to continue playing the game.

1: Crates gives you nothing
2: Award you get after finishing the ranked session is just hilarious
3: Ranking up is meaningless because you get the best gun when you reach at rank 10

No challenges, no missions. Nothing to grind.

I am basically struggling to find a reason to play the game and I think I am.not alone on this.

Devs should add a proper awarding system before it's too late.

Brand New player here

The game's fun, and it doesn't fall into the trap of making super powerful equipment the way to go. I played a few MO games against bots and got C L A P P E D after I was put into the real player pool, but it was fair as far as I can tell. MP is good.

BR is fun, and despite the fact that I know all my kills were bots, I still got 4 before I was interrupted mid-gunfight by four zombies. Is it just me or are zombies tanky? Whatever. Either way, the guy took a lot of damage, then I mistook the zombie indicator for a damage indicator, running inside a building and getting swarmed. Just telling you guys about my first game.

I know the game just launched, but the progress system already needs a rework.

I feel the progress system was rushed and little foresight was put into the games future.

Exp cards are entirely useless. I have 1000's of them with no idea what to do with them.

The level up rewards are beyond inconsistent and dull. I just hit level 100 and have nothing to look forward to anymore.

Not like an exp card worth less then a minutes game time was any better though...

Servers are pure shit

I always strong wifi as the router is next to my bed , fast internet and no lag on every online game beside codM, maybe try fixing them.
also this also deal with lag very poorly as you'll start teleporting from 100ms and above unlike many games inculding csgo which you can play and move smoothly till u hit +200 so try fixing that aswell.
and remove firing range its sucks

being forced to play S&D in ranked is a drag

Domination and TDM are so fast paced and fun and then every 3 games you have to play this SLOW and tedious mode that takes forever is just a bummer. I know I could just play bot matches regular games but I do like ranking up.

It's a shame we can't just choose between a few ranked playlists.

The Best Way To Die

So I ended up placing 27th in a match because an air drop came down right in front of me, and I seized the opportunity to run below it and let it kill me. 10/10 would recommend. Even with 1 kill that airdrop probably has more kills than 90% of battle royale players. I was honored to die in such a manner.

You can hip fire snipers instantly

Idk if this is a glitch, but I just noticed you can hip fire a sniper without the raising animation in 2 ways:

  1. If you slide and shoot the sniper, it fires instantly

  2. If you're reloading and shoot while reloading, it fires instantly

This tech basically invalidates shotguns completely, because they weren't bad enough already lol

How to instantly hip fire snipers

I'm not sure this is intended, but I just noticed you can hip fire a sniper without the raising animation in 2 ways:

If you slide and shoot, it fires instantly

Or, if you're reloading and shoot while reloading, it fires instantly

This basically lets you treat snipers as shotguns even at close range. I'm guessing it wasn't intended for this reason tbh. But ya, just putting it out there lol

Battle royale quality of life changes that I’d love to see added

I’ve been playing a lot of battle royale lately and having an absolute blast (aside from the sporadic freezes and lag spikes, but that’s not the point of this post)

As I’m playing I find myself thinking of a few quality of life improvements that I’d love to see implemented in CoD battle royale and curious what other features this sub would like to see implemented.

My list so far:

-Add section to loot preferences for how much ammo to auto-pick, preferably for gun type. I don’t need 150 rounds for my Arctic .50 and I do need 300 rounds for my type 25

-Add opacity adjustments to loot crates. Enemies showing up in front of me while I’m trying to loot is a big problem...and while we’re at it let me fire my weapon (3D touch) while the crate inventory screen is open!

-If I mark an item/weapon please leave that mark there for about twice the duration it currently lasts. If I have to run 150 meters to pick it up the mark shouldn’t disappear when I’m 50 meters into the run

-When I pick up a new weapon why do all of my attachments fall to the ground when my bag is empty? Drop them in the bag and reattach them from there at the very least...or automatically attach them from my bag to the new weapon

-Add a quick scope switch a la pubg. I’d like a faster way to switch to my 4x scope from my red dot and back again than opening the bag and dragging the scope to the weapon

-Why does my character have to echo the announcer? I get that they have unique voices but seriously “The airdrop is about to arrive” followed by “the airdrop is coming” is super redundant and altogether annoying when I’m trying to track the footsteps of enemies nearby. Pick one or the other and stick with it.

-The room leader should automatically be the jump leader. Not a clue how this works but one of my friends is always the jump leader by default but hates leading the jump. Super annoying having to transfer leader every. Single. Game.

-Merge the crate inventory that I’m looking at with a “nearby” list of items sitting right next to that sam...

They seriously need to fix the way they penalize you for their game crashing.

I play BR exlusively. Consistently when I'm dead and waiting for my teammates to revive me/or the match to end (because a teammate is still alive), it will crash and I will lose 30xp on a match that my teammate is currently second place on waiting to see if he gets first.

This has happened at least 10 times now. Master 3 rank on BR and this shit hinders me consistently.

Remove the penalization for "leaving a match", the game should know when you "quit" the match versus the game being turned off/crashing.

TL;DR: Remove penalization for leaving a match, its fucking stupid and consistently your penalizing people for your game not being able to perform properly. Also god forbid you answer a phone call because you'll get kicked from the match and given a penalization of -30xp.

Fix this shit.

Win streaks should give you more Rank XP in Battle Royale

We're having a blast playing BR in Call of Duty Mobile but one change that I think would make the game more fun and balanced is to get more Rank XP on win streaks. We just hit Pro playing duos with a 78% win rate and having 5-8 game win streaks. It would help better players rank up faster and also put more on the line for games to keep the win streaks up. It's getting much slower to rank up now in Pro and we would like to get more challenging games.

Thanks for making such a great game! We were previously playing PUBG Mobile and this game is so much more fun.

iFerg's recent crate opening video is evidence that crate odds have been falsified. This is illegal (at least in the US) and I'd like to know how we can take legal action against the company

After seeing complaints about falsified crate odds, I've decided to look into it myself.

In the video linked above, iFerg opens the Battery Soldier crate in an attempt to get the new skin. The odds for the crate are as follows:

Blue: 42%

Green: 58%

There are 6 Blue items and 5 Green items, which puts the probability of any single Blue draw at 7% (42/6) and the probability of any single Green draw at 11.6% (58/5).

A little bit of math...

So we know that, on average, for every 100 crate openings, we should expect to see 7 of which are the Battery skin. But just the expected value alone doesn't tell us much. Here's another way to think about it:

We can calculate the number of times we need to open the crate to secure at least a 95% chance at getting the skin by solving the equation below for k:

1 - (.93)^k >= .95, k = log .05 / log .93 = 41.3

In other words, if you want a 95% chance at getting the skin, you'll have to draw at least 41 times.

Ferg drew a total of 163 times before finally getting the skin on the 164th try

The probability of that happening is (.93)^163 = 0.0000072. In other words, the probability of not getting the skin in 163 draws is .00072%. This number is arbitrarily small and mathematically, we can regard the probability as 0. To put this into perspective, he was more likely to flip 17 heads in a row on a fair, 2-sided coin than get this skin within 160+ draws.

Conclusion

Based on what I've shown above, there's a 0 chance that the given crate odds are correct. Loot boxes do fall under US gambling laws, and I'd like to know what legal recourse can be taken against scummy companies like Tencent.

Pistol swap bug. (Probably)

I don't know if it's a bug or not and that's why asking people if they're experiencing the same. So when I'm sprinting, automatically my weapon switches to my secondary slot weapon ( pistol ) despite that option being only in the centre of the screen and both my fingers way far from it. And it has happened a lot. Is anyone else experiencing anything similar ?

New modes were here and now they are gone

So i was playing cod right now and as soon as i wanted to change the mode i saw there around 5-6 new MODES i forgot to take a screenshot because i thought they were a normal update but after playing a rpg only mode i checked back to see what else was new but then suddenly all the modes had disappeared. Is it just me who went through this?

I played one round of Hardpoint and now it's gone?

Loaded up CODM just now and was pleasantly surprised to see a whole bunch of new modes; not just the sniper only mode that popped up on the main menu.

Played a round of Hardpoint and loved it. "This is my new favourite game mode" I thought. Built a bitching loadout for it and went back for more... only to find all those new modes gone!

I am sad.

Does anyone have any info / same experience?

Molotov Not Available?

According to the patch notes that display when I start the game the molotov scorestreak should be available, but it still says "Stay Tuned." I'm playing the Gameloop version. Does it not update automatically? If so, how do I update it? I reinstalled it from the marketplace and it still shows the molotov not available. Or, is this just an error in the notes?

UL736 is highly underrated

While the s36 takes the spotlight most of the time for being the best lmg, I have to say, the ul736, is up there but for different reasons. While the s36 is great for damage and firerate, the ul736 is an absolute monster in accuracy, and still deals decent damage. The recoil is almost nonexistent and I’d go as far as to say it has less recoil than the m4. The ul736 is definitely worth it, it only costs 1500 credit. I highly recommend it.

Bugs in Battle Royale!

So ive played many games, in both modes. But only in the Br mode I have these really weird bugs. And it's definitely not because of my device (I'm using the OnePlus 7Pro). So ill explain the Bugs. It happens few times and every time it happens I get kicked out of the game. In the first variation it's a blackscreen but I still have sound. To fix that I have to restart the game. And sometimes the game just close and I even have to restart it. And it happens in some fights too but the weird thing is that I get like invisible and immun to anything because every time I log in back nothing happend really. Maybe because the other players had the exact same problem?
I really hope they gonna fix the bug and maybe u guys know what I mean.

Hey guys, just been wondering what the best attachments are. It seems like high ranked players (ferg, for example) completely avoid suppressors. Any thoughts on this? Right now I’m using an AKS and I’m choosing between the long barrel and suppressor.

Theory as to why there are so many 50xp cards in level progression

I’ve been thinking about why there are so many 50xp cards in the level progression system. After seeing leaks about all of the guns that will be coming to cod in the (hopefully) near future it got me to thinking...

What if the 50xp cards are just placeholder rewards for new guns that are coming later?

Think about it...one of the staples is that all of the guns will be in some way accessible to all players. In order for that to happen they have to be added to the level progression system.

Sure, they could add more levels to the existing cap to make that happen but there comes a point where you can’t functionally do so without alienating new players. No one is going to want to play to level 400 to unlock a brand new gun, especially if marketing driving new players to the game is using those new weapons to hype it.

It would seem to make the most sense to me to backfill those guns into existing level slots, and the easiest way to do that would be to replace an existing 50xp card with a new gun. No one will complain about the card going away, players who have already passed that mark will receive the new gun for their efforts and loyalty, and new players have better aspirational goals as they start getting new guns at a faster pace by leveling.

At the same time those weapon xp cards will be used up even faster and become more scarce for newer players while existing players are rewarded with things they can burn their treasure troves of cards on.

It seems like a logical step and a win for literally everyone involved...tencent gets to increase value and player retention, new players get addicted to unlocking even more things, and players since launch day get more guns to burn their stacks of xp cards on.

Is the fire button broken?

Sometimes when I go near to enemies, the shoot button becomes unresponsive. The equipped gun dosen't shoots anything until I raise my finger to tap/hold the fire button once again. It happens in both BR as well as MP.
This is really annoying. If it is a problem which is encountered by other user as well ,then I really hope that the devs look through this.

Update for IOS
