Problems with dead silence!

Before the update it was possible to hear enemies when they were running, after the new update not, it's not possible that they run behind me and I cannot hear steps at all even at close range like 2 meters...
Also bombs, are incredibly noisy, these sounds are not well balanced, it needs a fix ASAP.

What do you think guys, I'm the only one that cannot here steps even without dead silence clearly? Is it a bug or what?

No Question Easiest Way to Kui Ji Crates

Okay so, its actually extremely easy and uncomplicated.

for this method, you will need a controller, even if you don't use one.

connect controller, select single building 21, not 3 man squad. you will instantly get a game with nothing but bots, so no worries about pvp.

then just go straight for the 3rd floor, do the mission in the lab, blow safe and grab the crate, jump out windows, go to basement, wait for the gate to open. Just like that.

How would you describe the current state of COD Mobile to an old-school player?

Can we JUST play regular fucking game modes for clan wars? I think I speak for a majority of the player base when I say NO ONE WANTS TO PLAY THESE STUPID LTM’s. I like grinding out clan nodes with da boys, feature your dogshit gamemode sure maybe a whole 2 people might play it but don’t force us to grind it for no reward.

Found a Glitch

When I use the gravity vortex gun, and click on my shock rc, it does this, I try to switch it to Molotov as you can see in the video to see if it this could help, but nothing it goes back to doing the glitch, it only happens when I’m using the vortex gun, and it won’t stop, I have to get killed or I have to kms in order for the glitch to stop go back to normal.

Consistent micro-freezes during animation transitions (iPad Pro M2)

I’m playing on an iPad Pro M2, and this started occurring today, after having no performance issues yesterday. \

Nothing changed on my end, same setup, same Wifi, same settings.

As shown in the video, I’m getting short but very noticeable freezes multiple times per minute. \

They often occur when weapon animations blend (e.g. tactical sprint → ADS, ADS → sprint), but it also happens in other situations too.

I’ve already done the most common troubleshooting:

- Restarted my iPad \

- Restarted my game \

- Shader preload \

- Turned off animation blending setting \

- Switched graphics quality (I normally play on Medium)

None of this changed how common or how significant the freezes were. \

I tried to downgrade to low graphics or upgrade to high, and in both cases, I still got the same amount of freezes, for the same amount of time and in similar situations.

This also didn't seem map specific. I played for a couple of hours, both normal ranked and DMZ, and it has been happening on every map in the hardpoint pool, as well as on both DMZ maps.

I had about 40GB of available storage at the point of recording and I cleared up more right after, but that didn't help either.

This is not limited to high-fidelity skins, at the end of the video it also happens with a default VMP, so it doesn’t seem skin specific.

The device barely gets warm during gameplay, and I don’t see any similar issues in other, more demanding games. Because of that, I’m pretty sure that this isn’t a hardware bottleneck.

I’m just here to know whether anyone else seen something similar recently and if this is happening to other devices as well or if this is perhaps some kind of client-side issue specific to my install?

Crossbow Tips and Tricks!

The new Wild Card called underkill instantly reloads weapons as soon as you swap them so I highly recommend this because a quick double tap and your crossbow is ready to shoot again. Next up use melee Master because any close range kill and the bolt magically appears in your crossbow again. Scavenger is recommended but not necessary. Also the mode I found best for diamond is reclaim on kill confirm mode and try not to pick up too many tags until you have your 10 kills. If you have a Samsung device you can now remap your controller and I remapped my weapon swap to right thumbstick click so it's even easier. The Samsung app is considered built in so you can also have a legal Crosshair overlay. Most importantly have fun out there! PS I randomly one in a million actually destroyed a hunter killer with my crossbow on my quest LOL

Reduced graphics options and FPS.

Can you tell me why I can no longer select Maximum FPS along with Very High quality? Since I got COD Mobile on my phone, I've been able to have both at the same time—the maximum graphics and FPS options it allowed. But now, if I select Maximum FPS, the graphics quality drops to High. And if I select Very High quality, the FPS drops to Very High.

Furthermore, the option to select Vulkan rendering no longer appears for me, which is something I was able to do before. I can only use OpenGL now.

I have a Samsung Galaxy A55, and I haven't played in months, so this seems strange to me.

A simple question which I have is how does he get bot lobbies in building 21 ( ik there are actual players too)

Most of the players he faced in this video have a below average skill and I NEVER SAW A SMOKE POPPING

As if everyone in the lobby doesn't own a medic class and sucks soo hard

Meanwhile I face sweats who have never seen sunlight since years and get yeeted,exploded and lured to clever traps....

DMZ Hardmode should not have a limit on loadout.

Usually extraction games have limits on loadouts because it allows you to steal good gears from enemies and your enemies steal from you. But in this game you cannot steal backpack so there is no point in making it mandatory. Let us take Blue backpack. Other limits are fine. This will reduce the cost of loadouts and reduce loss in Hardmode.

First Mythic Purchase Ever – Is Mythic SO-14 Worth It or Should I Wait? Need Honest Advice 🙏

I’ve been playing CODM for about 6 months and I’m finally planning to buy my first Mythic gun.
Most of the popular mythics like USS9, VMP, RAM-7 aren’t available right now, and the Mythic SO-14 is the only option.
Before I spend this much CP, I need honest opinions:
Is Mythic SO-14 actually worth it?
Is it fun and viable in MP / BR?
Or should I wait for better mythics to return?
This will be my first-ever mythic purchase, so I don’t want to regret it.
Any advice from experienced players is appreciated 🙏🔥

Unacceptable lag and bugs.

To the developers; please stop pretending everything is fine. Even the CODM sponsored creator Parker the slayer who uses the $2,000 newest gaming phone gets full frame freezes after the season update. It's virtually unplayable. Also, the developers don't test the game because the audio bugs as an example happen every game in BR. These are not some hard to produce obscure bug.

How to get Kui Ji

Edit – I was only allowed to upload one image, so any reference to pictures no longer exist in this post.

Many people are having a hard time farming the Kui Ji crate. The hard part does not come in defeating the boss, it comes in surviving the players hunting you.

It should be known that it requires over 100 crates for all reward items.

However, it can be done successfully. I did it mostly alone. The first image I've uploaded is a picture showing every entrance or exit of the ship marked and dots.

The second image is the same in that it shows entrances and exits, but shows the best way to enter from both. However, that is somewhat discretionary, depending on your circumstance. The last to show the fastest way to extract successful successfully.
Unfortunately, the success rate of extraction largely depends on your first spawn. Therefore, if you do not want to risk it, I would suggest only trying to get to the crate first when you have a spawn beside the ship itself. In any case, you want to make it to the ship first. Defeating the boss is actually quite easy. Normally, he blocks bullets. However, if you stun him with a Molotov, he becomes frozen and cannot do so. If successful, killing him takes less than 10 seconds.

The problem comes in the players that begin hunting you after he is defeated. If you or your team is confident in PVP, defending the boat extract is a very good means of extracting. You don't need to kill the enemy players, you simply need to extract. If you have a medic on your team, you can simply smoke the platform at about five seconds till the boat extract, then jump down and instantly extract. Even if you are down in the process, as long as you remain alive, you will extract successfully. This method should only be done if you are willing to fight.
There are two other methods that I think are best. The first is conditional on the extraction helicopter spawning on the upper left hand side of the map at Kurohana Base. What do you want to do have two players immediately run to the boss to ...

SO-14 gun review

I’ve been using it as a marksman and an AR. I used it before getting the mythic, heck I bought the mythic just because of how much I loved the gun, but in the end, this gun is so fun to play with, knowing there are like endless combinations you can have, each to ones playstyle. Even now, every person I see using the SO-14, every person has a different setup, only the auto and 50 round being common (cmon its a great marksman too). Its super fun, and its super consistent too, I think I found my new favorite guys, time to change from the FFAR to the SO14 lmfao

Zombies mode advice?

I'm planning on going all out this season as a Jack of All Trades. I want to get legendary for MP, BR and DMZ (I think there's tiers in this mode??), before tackling zombies and grinding all the rewards you can possibly get in Zombies. After I'm done with that, I'll get back to grinding Damascus (I'm halfway there). Thing is, I'm a complete noob when it comes to Zombies. I Gave Up the Crystal Skull

I'm loving DMZ. My fiance and I play together all the time. I thought it was kind of an unspoken rule that you don't steal the loot of an enemy a friendly kills, right? Well, someone stole my fiance's crystal skull. To be clear, I play WAY more than him, but neither of us have the skull. So, later in the match, the friendly gets knocked down. I take the skull. At this point, fiance died, and I've recovered what was meant to be theirs... But it wasn't right. That wasn't supposed to be for me. So, I dropped it outside the exfil chopper, and left with 2 mil. We're both disabled and sometimes the only thing we can do together is COD, so I want us to celebrate together when we find the Skull (I'm a big Indiana Jones fan too). There's no moral to the story here, I just felt like sharing. I get it's a game where loot is king, but am I mistaken that the person who downs an enemy should be the one to get their loot? Seems only fair.

Noob question

I just recently decided to try and enhance my gameplay movement/skill level. Ive been practicing going prone during gun fights or going prone and ambushing. I noticed when I first go prone I can only move and look to the right or left and then at some point it stops me from turning any further. Its costed me MANY gun fights because of this. Not being able to place my crosshair on the enemy because its not allowing me to turn further. Unless I stand up and then go prone again, then it doesnt do that. But its very annoying to have to go prone, stand up, and then go prone again. Why does it do this? Is it a bug? I dont understand why the dev’s would make it this way

A blast from the past: iFerg’s Season 1 “god squad”, with whom he achieved a 125 winstreak (!) while he was #1.

Members: Star, Hot, Ferg, Alucar (who’d periodically get replaced by MoordMachineYT) and Jokesta.

An absolute blast from the past! I still remember tuning into Ferg’s streams just to watch this god squad in action. I could never catch the streams live (I live in India, and Ferg always started streaming when it was 1 or 2 am in the night for me), but I’d tune in every afternoon after coming home from school. For some reason, one of his S1 streams came in my FYP (6 years later!) and it sent me down memory lane lol. Those were the days…

Do you guys believe in “unlucky games” in SnD ranked?

Genuine question. Do you guys think some SnD ranked games are just straight up unlucky?

I’ve been having matches where everything that can go wrong just does. I clear one corner, only to get deleted by someone camping the exact opposite angle. I pre-aim the “right” spot and somehow still get caught from somewhere else. Sometimes I even get bot-fragged by stuff that feels completely out of my control.

It’s not even always bad aim or decision making (at least it doesn’t feel like it). More like the timing, spawns, enemy positions, and random plays all line up against you in one match.

Curious if this is just cope on my part or if others experience these “unlucky” SnD games too. How do you deal with it mentally and gameplay-wise?

Others don't see my Mythic Templer Skin

Hi, i play CODM with friends and Family, we all reinstalled and updated the game after 6 month of absence. 100% download all resources, settings on ultra (iphone 15 pro max, Red Magic 9S Pro, Poco X7 Pro...)
We just wanted to play our first game and my char in Lobby looks like a normal Soldier....noone can see my fully upgraded Mythic Templer skin....i tried to change skins, others work, just this one not.

I'm going crazy, i paid so much for it.

I need teammates who are down for hunting Kui ji in DMZ Recon.

I've only been able to hunt Kui ji once successfully. The other times I go there, I die to his damn execution because he's always lurking in some corridor or a stairwell and he jumpscares me. 💔

The teammates I get are worse than bots, they don't even bother going for the weapon's crate or tagging along, they die to the stupid atlas/kurohana AI on the map instead. I need a good team, if anyone is down for solely hunting Kui ji and getting the weapons crate.

Ive defaulted all settings. Just recently I went to mute mic while on phone then all sound went Mia. Only way for me to get sound is to unmute mic. With a child and cartoons one could imagine its not pleasant for others. Currently phone permissions are active and all settings in audio is on . Anyone have this issue. So I am a garena player here. When I updated my codm, it went normally until my Facebook log-in got buggy and glitchy, like it took really long to load, and then after I fixed it. It showed a "365011:52:38 15-12-2035 (15035)" I knew it was a ban again, since I got banned for 4 days before but I don't know why, I swear in my life I never cheated in a game, never used macro or whatever, for now. I thought it was a mass report again since I always get random Frontline matches with trash players so I thought I would get reported by destroying them, thinking I was hacking. But I never hacked or cheated in my whole playthrough of 4 years (started at mid 2021) but after some time, after I told my friends about this, they told me: "maybe it's your devices problem?" How to use claimed rewards? (Legendary Noob)

How to use claimed rewards?

Ex: I unlocked the Karambit knife (I think)... It shows up in my collection, but not on my loadouts?

Asking, bc I want to use the XS1 Goliath for Hardpoint and Domination, but haven't unlocked it yet.. I've used it a few times in my "practice loadout" or whatever its called (little diamond icon), but want to add it to more loadouts

Downloaded this game on Dec. 2 and I'm actually pretty decent, but I don't know anything about it...... I just realized the other day there's rewards in "Mail" and it was at 100/100..... Did I lose the rewards I didn't claim? (Bc the most recent Mail was from that day, meaning it probably deleted the old ones)

How can I unlock the goliath?

Background:

-I'm a complete noob and ran around w the default M4 loadout through most of the ranks

-Didn't care about ranks or rewards, I just opened the game and clicked "play" every time

  • Realized I was close to top rank when I reached Masters (Didnt even know what "Legendary" was)

-Don't know much about the game, but w my new job, Im left w tons of downtime waiting at jobsites (Downloaded bc i was bored af)

-Realized I reached Legendary and thought "Why dont i have the XS1 Goliath unlocked yet"

Losing every single match 99% of the time.

Ever since the recent update Ive been having a terrible time with this game. I get put on the worst teams with the worst possible teammates, while the other team every match is sweaty af all the time. I go on lose streak after lose streak after lose streak. No matter how hard I try or how good Im playing it does not matter. Im losing anyways. The SBMM is complete fucking bullshit. Its so bad im about to just delete the game and call it a day. Skill issue yeah. But ive never seen it this bad before.

Jitter/stutter lag since dmz update-iPhone 15

PLEASE somebody help me fix this. I love playing this game after work and this new glitchy game play makes it absolutely unplayable. Enemy can just flash step around like an anime character I can’t see what they are doing for almost a full second. As you can see, it happens like every 15 seconds. Please help.

“Successfully Extract with full HP and Armor no less than 150”

I’ve extracted multiple times with different extractions(paid, chopper, train) making sure my hp is full and tried using different vests totaling to 150 and 200 hp/armor combined but it’s not counting. I’m just confused if i’m doing something wrong or misunderstood the mission?

I really hate that for every 1 "free" box they force you to pay 20 times.

My complaint is irrelevant considering the game survives thanks to whales, and these whales offer no advantages beyond a "scope." But the fact that the loot box system is slow and many of the boxes aren't very good bothers me a lot. Tickets are useless if all the boxes range from mediocre to bad.

Because of this kind of nonsense (in my opinion), other games are achieving massive community cohesion.

For context, a year ago I had an account linked with Apple. Made very little progress with it. Logged in this year with my Activision/COD account, and then went back to my Apple account and deleted it. Now, I can’t link to my Apple account even though I know for sure the old account it was linked to has been deleted, as it prompts me to make a character name whenever I load up the game after deleting/redownloading it and press “Sign in with Apple”

Sixfold Capture – A 6v6 objective mode idea for COD

Basic Setup

  • 2 teams
  • 6 players per team

Each team has:

  • 4 Controllers (colored operatives)
  • 2 Deployers (support)
  • There are 4 checkpoints/buildings, and each Controller is assigned one specific checkpoint.

Roles Explained

Controllers (colored operatives)

  • Each Controller is linked to one checkpoint
  • Their job:
    • Defend their checkpoint
    • Protect the Deployer while an item is being placed
  • Damage rules:
    • Normal damage to enemy Controllers
    • Only 10–15% damage to enemy Deployers (so they’re not meant to hunt supports)

Deployers (support)

  • Their job:
    • Carry a special item
    • Go to their team’s checkpoints one by one
    • Place the item inside the building
  • Placement takes X seconds
  • Damage rules:
    • Normal damage to enemy Deployers
    • Only 10–15% damage to enemy Controllers (so they need protection)

How a Checkpoint Is Captured

  1. The Controller must already be inside their assigned building
  2. A Deployer enters with the item
  3. The Deployer starts placing the item (takes a few seconds)
  4. During this time:
    • Deployer takes full damage
    • Controller defends the area
  5. Once placed:
    • That checkpoint is captured
    • The Controller’s main job is done

***Role Switching (Important Part)

  • If both Deployers die:
    • The one who has finished their job will be converted into a Deployer.
    • Else, one Controller automatically becomes a Deployer
  • This keeps the match going and avoids deadlocks

Rounds & Winning

  • Both teams capture simultaneously (no attackers/defenders)
  • Match consists of multiple rounds
  • Each captured checkpoint adds to the team score
  • ***If both teams capture the same number: Winner is decided by total capture time

SBMM needs to be tuned down

Just got off a diamond grind session, took about an hour. I go to bed. Get on ranked the next day (SND btw) and the very first game is nothing but burst cx-9 and overkill snipers that need the absolute shortest ttk, sliding every which way doing back flips, murking me through any crack in the collision. Absolutely ridiculous. I am not a sweat so why am I being put into these kinds of lobbies in my very first game of the day? And this is after I havent been on ranked for HOURS. Devs, I know you don't listen for shit but PLEASE just tune down sbmm for ranked. This game is so close to being perfect but the small things the devs REFUSE to address continue to hinder it.

CODM you have to do something about this DMZ matchmaking

I looted 3.5 million only for a person who already has the Kuiji skin *(which means it’s highly likely he’s significantly higher in rank than me probably legendary and has better gear)* to obliterate me *(with a mythic weapon)* in the middle of the map *(granted I should’ve popped my smoke ability)* camping in the brush and waiting for me.

Yes woe is me and I should just “get better,” but these higher ranked, higher skilled players, shouldn’t be able to Smurf the whole lobby which mythic gear when others have epic gear.

There should be tiers of lobbies depending on the gear, rank, and progression level.

Anyone have days where everyone in ranked is magical? Like you can’t move half the time without being killed, lose every fire fight, lose every match, everyone knows exactly where you are, everyone can slide and jump around your bullets like it’s the matrix, everyone spawns right behind you, the kill cam even shows you picking your nose while you swear you put two mags in their head?

A lot of the time I’m thinking it’s my connection. But I don’t think it is. Sometimes I have games where I’m untouchable. Other times I can’t actually do anything but die. Wth is that?

STUCK ON 99% "GETTING VERSION INFO"

I'm not entirely sure if my tag is correct, so please don't bully me.

Okay, so I'm trying to get back into CODM, blah blah blah. My problem is that every time I try reinstalling it, it keeps getting stuck at 99% when "Getting Version Info." I've already looked around a bit, and most solutions don't work. I've tried clearing the cache, deleting, restarting, and reinstalling. I've also tried turning Wi-Fi off and on during the "Getting Version Info" process, and nothing works. I'm livid; I never had this issue before. I've tried being patient with it, but it just reloads infinitely. It worked a few months back but now it doesn't. I really need a solution.

(Note: I'm on Android, I DO have a VERY strong internet connection, and I HAVE tried waiting it out in case it's a "server issue". It's been a day already.

Fastest fun to kill on DMZ recon

What is a good gun for killing quickly in dmz recon?
I use ak47 either epic or mythic but I noticed some people are able to kill me faster than I can kill them even both hitting each other and I have full armor
Any recommendations on a better gun to get the job done faster?

General rant about MM & P2W

I’m unsure if other people have experienced this same thing or not, I wanted to hit top 100 in ranked this season- peaked 203 so far, however it feels like the matchmaking isn’t fair at all after top 500? For example I won’t find equal teammates/enemies- I’ll win one and immediately get worse and worse teammates, I’ve lost multiple games in a row in frontline/TDM with teammates with 0-2 kills and 15-20 deaths. Even dropping 25-30 kills in these games my self it’s impossible to win when my team feeds them and does nothing.

Now I’d understand if it was just a couple games that happened and the rest were balanced, but I lost 8 games in a row with multiple teammates that had less than 5 kills each game while I MVP the lobby- how is this fair?

matchmaking aside, it also feels like this game is pay to win with the guns? The legendaries and mythics have considerably better iron sites that leave room for different attachments on specific guns that give players a direct advantage- I don’t want to pay $50-300 for an in game skin just to be at the same level as players who do. I think I’m done with the game as a whole due to these two issues, I’ve spoken with many other top 500 to top 100 players and everyone has had the same experiences. Hopefully they can fix this game in the future.

Kinda wish DMZ gets the Alcatraz treatment. Where we face bots in hard.

As I mentioned I kinda wish DMZ gets the Alcatraz treatment where weekends used to be full of sweats and now it’s mostly two teams per game. I only say this bc as of now it is really punishing to new players who play hard mode. By the time you figure out what to do … and how to play you start playing against sweats. What do yall think ? Would this help the casual player who wants to grind camos and kui ji but don’t want to loose everything every match.

8 year old account for sale!!!

Hello, I am selling my 8 year old account. A bit about the account. I made the account in 2018 but didn’t play because of school and also I was terrible at the game. Then I graduated and covid hit so I started playing again. Started playing on a Oneplus 3t for a year before switching to an iPad played with a ps5 controller.

Started going insane once I got back into legendary

Started playing again 3 days ago after 3/4 years and started go insane once I got into legendary. What I like about legendary is that all your teammates will be at least half decent. Grandmaster your teammates are always all over the place. This game is so fun when you’re playing casually. Sometimes I feel like most of the players are using controllers.

So a while back (this was before the whole codm store) I had a debit card and for some reason I could not connect it to my phone so i could not by stuff. That is until I found out you could use emulators and it would connect the card (now I never played on the emulator since for me it was actually easier on the phone) anyway that emulator was bluestacks at the time I did not know that it was wrong to use bluestacks, but I always figured there was no harm since I wasn't playing on it I was just getting cod points. Anyway then comes the codm online store. and it works good. but then one day there are some issues, so I go to bluestacks and try to buy stuff ( it did not work) anyway the next day I login and it says I got a ban for 10 years. I try to get an appeal from the main activision website but they do not help. anyway it has been a while. and I found this. I promise if I am unbanned I will never go to bluestack ( or any emulator) and try to buy codpoints. I will do it the way you intend me to do it. I am sincerely sorry. and I want to go back to playing with my friends.

Broken audio and camos since recent big update? iPhone

Has anyone else had issues with broken audio and camos since the most recent big update? I’ve already tried complete clean reinstall and redownloading everything + shader preload.

It seems like after that the camos and stuff in multiplayer are mostly working but within the main menus the music just plays over everything - no menu confirmation clicks, 60% of the battle royal in game audio doesn’t work at all. I’m pretty bummed cuz this is my favorite game.

Anyone else having these issues? I’m on iPhone 15 pro max, iOS 18.6.2. Thanks fam.

DMZ - What mythic body armor do you prefer and why?

Both are crazy good and they situationally outperform one another. What's your favorite and why? In my case, I do prefer the 200 armor one. If you wonder why, it's very simple:

Bots tend to go for center mass shots. I have been playing with the aforementioned armor and I literally am yet to be shot in the leg by first time (which should directly damage my HP).

Players tend to... Go for center mass shots. More so when 99% of the DMZ players run with assault rifles and their aim assist naturally kinda forces center mass shots, making going for leg shots unpractical and very risky. Just like it has happened with bots, I am yet to be shot in the leg by players and I have faced some. Like, literally not even a single shot and mind you, everyone and their mom runs with the mythic or legendary RAM7 so it isn't like I was farming undergeared bums. Just like literally less than 1 hour ago I was finishing a match and I got attacked right before the final flight took off and not even then did I take a single leg shot. The guy opened fire on me an instant before I retaliated and I watched how she shredded my armor and took most of my HP. He had a legendary Type 25 and a mythic QQ9 whereas I had my legendary RAAL. Whatever he shot me with did fuck me up badly but tell you what, that extra 50 armor made the difference between life and death, I would've been dead meat GGs if I had the 150 armor body armor instead of the 200 one.

I’ve had the worst DMZ match experience today

So i was on a losing streak already, and i spawned so far away from kui ji that i thought “fuck it, imma just do the 3 mil loot mission” and i got lucky, like 6-7 mythic loot, and rest rest legendary, but getting the Atlas Wheelson down took a lot of my health down (the reason why will be below). So I have this teammate w streamer mode on, who didnt shoot a single bot, kept hiding at the high ground and following me while i take all the fire, tries stealing my loot, and then i get knocked out and put into shock state by those Kurohana elites, and I was 3 feet beside him. Like he eliminated all of them, and he kept looting the rest of them, and literally waited till I died so that he could loot my crate, like this is why people dislike DMZ because all of these guys don’t play as a team, they just want to steal everything

Trip Sensors are one of the most busted, camper-friendly mechanics in CODM

Trip sensors are actual cancer for this game and I don’t care anymore. Who the hell designed an item that punishes you for MOVING in a SHOOTER? You walk near it and suddenly you’re slowed, exposed, and broadcasted like a Twitch stream to the entire enemy team.

This thing is literally a camper’s wet dream. Sit in a corner, drop trip sensor, go prone, collect free kills. No awareness, no aim, no brain required. Just wait for the “enemy detected” notification and prefire like you’re good at the game.

And don’t even start with “just counter it bro.” Counter WHAT? There is none. Trip mines? Fine. EMP, trophy, shoot them. Trip sensors? Nah. You can't even see it. Balanced my ass.
CODM somehow thought legal wallhacks + slow effect was a good idea and shipped it anyway. If this is their idea of balance, might as well add a perk that auto-aims for campers too.

Nerf this garbage or delete it. I’m tired of losing gunfights because I dared to move.

How many legacy medals do you need to fully unlock the skin from reaching legendary?

I thought I only needed the 6 required to unlock the weapon but apparently the special effects and stuff need extra medals. How much crates should I expect to open to get kui ji and all weapons

According to my calculations there are 25 weapons which can be obtained once only so 25
Then I can get minimum of 4 shards for both weapons and character so atleast 20 for shuriken 20 for lily maru and 30 for character and atleast 5 for safe assumptions making the number around 100 crates

BR audio bug when screen recording w/ mic open

I know people have had other audio issues with BR since the big update. But this is one that I didn't realize until very recently, and I'm wonder if anyone else is having this specific issue.

The specific issue happens when I'm screen recording a match. In game, everything sounds "normal" (or as normal as it's been with the other buggy audio issues). However, when I go to review the screen recording later, there is no audio from whenever I turned my mic on. There will literally be game audio, teammates talking, etc, right up until the point where I turn on my mic. Then it goes completely silent. The moment I turn my mic off, the sound starts up again.

I tested this out in MP without changing any settings, and I get no cutoff of sound when switching mic on/off in MP. I haven't tested it out in DMZ, but at least now I know it's not an issue with my headphones.

Fastest way to get Damascus?

I began to grind Damascus and started with shotgun platinum, and it only took me like 4 days but I'm looking at the other gun categories and I feel like they're going to take forever. And this is mainly because of longshots I think. And it's getting very hard to find a bot lobby and even if I do get one I'll get a teammate who used scorestreaks and a uss9 and ruins it , and I can't get any bot lobbies on crossfire for long shots. In dmz normal, i can solo but in hard mode its locked so i can experience suffering with no teammates even when enabling team fill, or teammates that do not communicate and each go wherever they want and die to full squads, please add in solo option

Hit legendary again.....

I hit legendary again after 2 years of not playing the game. Randomly got a video on call of duty mobile and I felt like why not play it again but then I forgot how competitive I get and ended up going on till I reached legendary and not only that I only did search and destory matches and no other gamemode. yes it was hella exhausting and I was also only using a sniper.
I am starting to think if I made a youtube video documenting this it would have blown up 😔.

Do attachments affect long range procs?

Like if I had a sniper or any weapon and put everything on it for long range kills, damage range, bullet speed, etc, would the person have to be further away for the long range kill to pop up.

Basically wondering if it’d be more efficient to have attachments that *lower* my damage range if I’m farming long range camos.

this experience showed me that the devs are HERE & they TRULY are watching, reading, and listening. they had to have gone to my reddit account page & find an older post of mine showing my user ID to send that backpack to me. my mind & heart were BLOWN. that is really caring about your players & community & giving back when you can. i can’t wait to get my streaming set up finished (almost done!) so i can start to play with our community even more.

I recently started using 4 fingers when playing codm but what I noticed is all the YouTubers manually scope in with their right index finger and then shoot with their left index finger but what I’m doing is using the shoot+ads button on my left index finger not manually scoping in is that bad ? Why didn't the bottom task complete?

I started the match, and ran to refinery to us my first card. I looted, and fought on my way to the hotel to use my second card. Looted, and ran to serpent town to use my third. I had multiple mythics, and I extracted with over five million in loot. Does it require me to actually pick up the mythics after I do the other task rather than have them? If so, that's extremely stupid to make us rely on rng that much for a challenge.

Help for (br) HUD

I play on tablet with 4 fingers - i would like to switch to a 5 finger layout or at least place my buttons more efficiently.

In the 2nd pic u can see that my right thumb does almost all the work. It takes too much time to get into cars, use ziplines, prone, use doors etc. All the buttons I dont use that often and i have to move my whole hand to reach. Also I'm never able to use hipfire since I also use my right thumb for aim/looking around + the button has shitty placement as well. Same with grenades - I never use grenades properly bc it takes too much time for me and in a sticky/hectic situation it just doesn't cross my mind to move my thumb there.

Problem: My left hand is pretty weak/slow. Also I'm playing with the tablet in my lab so i still have to 'grab' it - secure it so it doesn't move around while I'm busy on the display. So idek if a 5 finger layout would work properly.

Any help/Ideas are highly appreciated. Or HUD codes/screenshots.

DMZ tips - Serpent Island hard

Do not stay until the last flight if you only have a purple body armor on and you are playing solo, it is extremely risky and not worth losing all your loot. A single well-placed grenade literally can instakill you like I did to the poor fella you can see in the screenshot. And yeah, if you are the one who's gonna get inside the chopper, make sure you throw a 'nade inside just in case. If you unlocked at least legendary body armor, put it on right away, it is a nice upgrade over the epic one.

As for other things, there is a serious survability difference between the mythic and the legendary body armor so, if you often play hard, don't be cheap and always run with the mythic one. While we are at it, your weapon should be legendary minimum. I have killed players with legendary or mythic body armor whose weapon is... Epic (10% less damage to legendary armor and 20% less to the mythic one).

I realize shotguns aren’t as popular as subs, AR’s, etc, but I think they pair well with overkill classes.
Outside of the Source Code Striker, I haven’t seen a Mythic shotgun offered in over a month. The only way I can get one is by updating the “Refresh” button and hand selecting one in the “For You” category and then wait 2 weeks to update again

Side note:
Do we have to be offered 10 different skins for the same couple of guns every event/week (AK117, RUS-79U)? Not sure what I need multiple skins of the same gun for?

If you have done this task I would like to know what strategy you used ....if I even forget the 8 mythics ..by the time radiation area gets bigger most containers are already opened and it's really tough to do this ....what I have thought is getting more radiation pills and gas mask from my teammate , trying to get the 8 mythics beforehand and then entering and looting in radiation zone after it expands till the last 5 mins.

Elite Enemy Kills not Counting

Trying to complete the Master of All Trades 3 challenge where you have to kill 10 elite enemies but some of my kills aren’t registering. Highest I’ve been able to get was 6. I’ve been going to all the bldgs that are outlined in yellow which is where the regional bosses are (flamethrower, machine gun enemies etc) and even when it says on screen “Regional Boss Killed” sometimes it’s not registering on my kill count for the challenge.

I’m just using guns and not with my teammates to kill them. Any ideas? This one seems impossible to figure out and is frustrating

Cheap phone to play on

Does anyone have any suggestions for a phone to play on? I need to upgrade my Samsung Note 8 to something better, but I don't have a ton of money. How to get better at BR Isolated and Blackout?

I have no problems on Alcatraz or Krai when it comes to BR. But when it comes to Isolated and Blackout, my skills go out the window for some reason. It’s frustrating because I can handle the gunfights with sweats on the smaller faster paced maps with their maxed out mythics and legendaries vs my own maxed out mythics and legendaries. I can use hipfire when needed, know how to evade them and can separate a full squad to make a more fair fight. I have eliminated full squads before.

But as I’m looting in some random spot in Isolated or Blackout and grab a random LMG as my first/desperate gun to avoid being unarmed after jumping out of the plane, I get completely annihilated by some guy with an SMG or basic assault rifle. I end up quitting the match out of sheer embarrassment and tanking point loss because I’m the “certified bot” or “crappy teammate.”

Currently legendary (second time) and only reached that mainly because of Alcatraz and Krai. Any tips or should I just avoid Isolated and Krai like the plague, and just wait for Alcatraz and Krai to come back?

Help fixing the game reconnecting over and over!

The issue is getting worse. During game I don’t notice much lag as far as I can tell but someone will be two feet from me and I unload a whole magazine into them and it does nothing and I think it has to do with this issue as seen in the video I posted.

Strong and fast WiFi. My brother and I play together, separate phones but same WiFi. His is fine and doesn’t do this.

I have a newer iPhone.

Game is up to date.

Why in DMZ if an enemy does a contract and you kill them, the contract is lost?????!??!

Seriously, I've just played a match today in building 21. For once I got lucky and managed to get good teammates (almost)

By the time we reach floor 2
A single enemy player already started the contract for the weapon crate. We managed to kill them and POOF!

quest gone, can't access the control panel and on top of that, the mission doesn't even register properly!!!! I have more than 2 mythic loot and it only counted as one!!!!!!

Spent 1000 Elite Points, no unlock but points are gone

Hi, I need help with a bug.
I’m rebuilding an old season using Elite Points, which are really hard to earn.
I just spent 1000 Elite Points to unlock an item, the points were deducted, but the item didn’t unlock and is still locked/red.

So I basically lost several hours of grind for nothing.
Has anyone else experienced this? Support has been contacted, but any help would be appreciated.

Building 21 WITHOUT the main mission/contract...

Just had a Building 21 game in which we were the only squad left, and this mission wasn't available (contract nowhere to be found - door was locked and the activation on the left side of the door wasn't available either). I am pretty bummed out because as someone who solo-queues, it is impossibly rare to find a good squad that can stick together and survive B21 as the last squad alive!

Is this

  • a feature (wherein it is not guaranteed for this mission to spawn every game) or
  • a bug or
  • is there some dynamic that I am unaware of (such as a different squad picking up the contract and dying before they get to the next step)??

Conecction bug

Hello, I'm writing to report a bug that's been affecting me for about a year. I thought Activision would fix it eventually, but they haven't, and now it's incredibly annoying. It used to be easy to fix, but now nothing works. The bug is a connection issue where the game randomly switches servers, causing my ping to spike dramatically. It gets stuck at 120 Mbps, neither going up nor down. I don't know if it's a problem specific to my region because I have friends who don't experience it, but if any game administrators read this, please look into it. 🙏 Thank you for your time.

What to do next? is br and dmz worth trying?

Hey everyone, ive been playing codm for a bit (2 weeks) and actually enjoying it , i love using vargo-s because i find gun with recoil better and enjoyable than guns with no recoil, its make me feel the gun is not dry when shooting. is pursuing top global worth it? or br and dmz worth a try? i feel like this two modes is time consuming, high learning curve and hard to rank up.

this game mode decided to kill itself the moment i arrived at the final exfil point and after i reconnected to the game, everything WAS PRE RENDERING!!! so i wasn't able to climb to the helicopter and it doesn't stop there, the game gives me tryhards every match, so naturally all my loot is gone

We the codm community, have a least one gun in loadout which is non meta but when we used to bored in game, we pop out the gun to check if it actually compete with meta guns.

Decided to do a little smth… (RDA SecOps inspired loadout)

Reyes is the closest one that i have to looking like a SecOps personnel, same goes for the MG82 being the closest i could get to an AVR-30 (Though the AVR-30 in the movie uses a modified M60E3 chassis with a coaxially mounted drum magazine and new slotted handguard and barrel shroud.) in the films and game, tho if you have any other suggestions then feel free to let me know.

Imagine just a year ago if anyone told you that CODM will give us chance to get 6+ Legendary Blueprints and 1 Mythic Blueprints for free what would be your reaction like?

I'd really laugh it off cuz before this year I used put codm as one of the most greediest game but now? 6 Legendary and 1 Mythic from Secret Caches and free J358 and FFAR Legendaries from Events, we maybe taking this for granted now but the fact that they actually decided to give us is huge itself, hopefully it'll be like this next year as well if not better.

Time to start re rolling..

Honestly kinda love just the grind of getting the perfect affix of what you want or for different situations with PVP or PVE. Too bad this game is a bit easy in terms of how fast it is kill wise compared to other extraction shooters but I still enjoy myself some good dmz fun. So far this vmp isn't bad but considering there's a 1-3 affix possibility with roles like +40% damage to hostiles " t3 ammo" you can view this and all the different affix combinations in the black market after clicking a mythic.

Let me know if anyone has some good combos that work well!

Duplicate Shards - DMZ

Given that getting the Kui Ji crate and safely extracting with it is a monumental task. The boxes drop duplicate shards for items already crafted.

I got both the Shuriken and Lily Maru (Katana). But I am still getting shards for it and literally going to waste. I played 15 games, extracted safely 7 times with the crate, and all I got was Duplicate shards for items I already own.

I know that the gamemode started like 2 weeks ago and we still have a lot of time to grind, but you know some times its just frustrating, when stuff like this happens.

Street Fighter collab: The perfect cash grab tutorial

My opinion on this collab:

These aren't even original Street Fighter characters. Motoko Kusanagi was an exclusive. Elizabeth Liones too. But these characters are just fuckin COSPLAYS.

They didn't even bother to hire the voice actors from SF6 english dub.

They simply blatantly reused voice assets from already existing characters. And this exact same cheap trick was used on NieR Automata and Gundam collabs as well (at least Gundam had some japanese custom voice lines).

Not to mention that these "legendary characters" don't even have a kill counter, custom voice lines, nothing. All their resources are merely visual and it doesn't add any value to the shitton of money people are spending on it.

Only a idiot would fall for this.

This mission is literally impossible to do, I have tried everything.

I did everything I could in building 21 because I assumed I would have a chance to complete this task. I have checked so many enemy lootboxes and none had a gas mask, only anti radiation pills. I dropped my gas mask to their loot and picked it back again to see whether it would work, it did not. I waited and went to the core lab to see whether enemy dropped their own gas mask but there was none, I attempted this so many times. I also killed an enemy wearing a hazmat suit and took it from them but even that didn't count. It's infuriating that this one mission is preventing me from getting the camos I want when Im grinding my ass off to get it.

THIS IS A CRY FOR HELP.

Please. I've been a pretty regular player for the last 3 years. Grinded my ass off to get the Damascus camo.lately for the past month I wasn't online due to personal reasons (University exams and shit) Somehow, 2 weeks back someone from the middle eastern region gained access to my account somehow. They changed the name of the account twice (as frequent as it is possible as you can change once every 7days ) and spent the measly 8 cps I had left in my account. I contacted Activision support but all they had to offer was delink your account. I did so- now my account is linked to a facebook and google account which I'm not even aware of and I can only access it via the Activision account which has 2 factor authentication enabled. And I don't even have any ways to even be aware of the accounts that are linked to mine. Activision support is so fucking shit - like how you're unaware of the regions through which an account is being logged into? And all you've to offer me is delink your account which didn't work shit and enable 2fa ( which is on btw). It feels so weird to log into my own account after days and see all my settings changed, the HUD reconfigured - as if I'm fighting for its ownership. So, please I beg to the guys reading this , if you've gone through something similar tell me how do I get my account back. And if someone from the dev is reading please PLEASE help me out. A loyal player needs your support

Man this year anniversary skin sucks , i don't remember if they give us any skin on the 4th or 5th anniversary , but compared to the skin on the 3rd anniversary this looks like shit the 3rd anniversary looks so freaking cool even can pass a minor leggy and they give the skin to the best gun of that year! Why don't make a cool skin for the XM4 or the Revolver shotgun , the best guns on this year .

At first me and my two teammates killed everyone on Building 21. I was so lucky to have them. They only went for the kui ji crate, and then extracted. They left the whole map for me to loot. And I also stumbled upon some unlooted enemy bodies, they had nice loot.

Want some opinions/suggestions

So I wanna get some opinions or suggestions if possible, first of all, as we know that type-19 didn't win the voting event and instead ak-117 will win, and I don't wanna buy that dogshit weapon, so should I go for dark nikto draw cuz as you can see I've done some draws and have leggy pistol from it,
OR
should I just wait for type-19 to return bcuz the chances of it returning are sooner, that is either in the gap of 1-3 months or maybe 6-7 months, because I had tried the so-14 draw and the gun itself but it didn't quite suit me in the long run and I don't want to spend on the armory collabs too

Your opinions and suggestions regarding this issue of mine will be highly appreciated.

  1. How much is the aim assist increase when using the pinpoint perk? And how does it work?...
  2. If snipers and marksmen guns both do the same thing.. (That is shooting and killing enemies at long ranges and they both have high damage shots and both take looong time to reload, andyand they look kinda the similar...)... Then what is the difference between the two?... And why are "snipers " More popular than "marksmen" In the community?
    3.is gung-ho good perk?..
    4.why does MoW get to have a specific insane attachment and others not (ik that there is another weapon that also has it)....

So sick of Crash

People! Please stop voting for this map in ranked all the time. I just got legendary today and part of the issue with my grind has been Crash.

I like the map in general, but like Crossfire... It's so cerebral and often times time runs out before the Frontline matches are over as people are just posting up somewhere.

I get annoyed of hijacked and Nuketown as well, but they are both super fast and the match is over in like 5 minutes total.

COMPLAINT - DMZ + BR

I am sick and tired of all the bugs. BR has no sounds and it’s been this way for weeks. DMZ- the amount of bugs are ridiculous. The most recent was when the amor button glitched and it wasn’t working. The backpack button worked, but I couldn’t use my plates even though I had mythic amor on. So I then lost all of my loot and wasted my time. I’m done with this app.

Stuck on Faction Missions in DMZ (Recon Mode) – Need Help

I’m playing DMZ in Recon mode and I’m stuck on a couple of Faction Missions.

The ones giving me trouble are:
• Pick up 5 Mythic Loot (currently stuck at 2/5)
• Successfully extract and bring out loot worth over 3,000,000
• Successfully extract with full HP and armor no less than 150

I’ve tried multiple runs, different loadouts, slower playstyles, fast extractions, solo and squad. Some of these feel either poorly explained or bugged, especially what actually counts as Mythic Loot and whether the 3M extraction has hidden conditions.

If anyone has:
• Clear definitions of what counts
• Specific locations or strategies that worked
• Tips for Recon mode specifically

I’d really appreciate it. Screenshots attached for context.

Codm ping is getting worse every week

Are they shortening servers.. I had a ping of 20-30 most of the year but recently it is 70-130ms which is garbage with small stutter so the guy with the shotgun is suddenly behind you.. location Germany.. I spend so much money on this game I expect a smooth server Activision!! Does anyone have similar issues ?

I am getting stutters like this.

Anyone getting this kind of stutters? This is happening in BR too. The game just gets stuck for a second and then boom I see my dead body. Sick of dieing because of this. This never happened before. Frame drops used to happen some times . But this is not like frame drop , this is something else. Frame drop happens gradually and overall fpp drops but when this happens fps remains same. So, I am calling it a stutter. One time I saw suddenly my character trying to do some kind of animation. It was for just a second. I don't know what is happening. It started happening a bit from the previous update but now it made the game unplayable.😢

Pro tip to recover health while the radiation is damaging your HP

Assault players, it is almost impossible you didn't Second Wind but do so in case you didn't. Anyway, that perk not only triggers in normal gameplay against bots and real players, it also works while you are inside the radiation so it allows you to replenish your HP by killing whatever by say, shooting them or running them over with a vehicle. So, if you got greedy to loot more and got caught by the radiation, you do have a way to keep your HP up to make it to the last flight. While it normally wouldn't be that big of a deal, say, if a real player wounded you to the point the radiation can kill you, Second Wind is a life saver.

Suggestion and a complaint

if one teammate extracts with a ultra the whole team gets it and it counts towards the extract results or if looting a bunch of safes together like the break the vault mission the loot should at least be worth it with reds

Honestly cause of how rare a red and an ultra item is it causes a literal disconnect between teammates since they’re mostly likely doing it for their gauntlet tasks too ( we all want to finish the 10mill I know) how ever even in hard mode you don’t get that much chance of getting such amount due to obnoxious amount of squads rolling in like gear heads with no stopping them
And imagine you are placed in a random team who are tone deaf most of the time unfortunately let alone having enough time to even loot since the clock ticks faster than I roughly estimated (especially in b21 since it’s all hell let loose no chance to even breath a minute since the 15min goes down quickly than my squad )

I’m not here to complain 24/7 I see good potential in DMZ but it needs to also do something that incentivise teamwork rather than creating constant ultra loot fomo all the time maybe for squad mode increasing the payout to be near like 500k or 250k to compensate the lack of many reds in total when the match refuses to spawn em
Maybe as well the hunt squad contract should constantly spawn till the whole enemy players wiped out and as well bonuses for doing said contracts like doing intel gives you a likely area of higher loot rarity than legendary etc

Rant: Stuck on Master of All Trades 4 Mission

Anyone else stuck on this? Have to do it all in one go, access 3 key card rooms, THEN collect 3 mythics and extract with $5M loot.

The mythics don’t count until AFTER you’ve opened 3 key card rooms which is such BS bc it means if you loot rooms 1 and 2 and find mythics they don’t count towards your 3 mythic goal.

I just tried it and even though I had 4 mythics, only 1 counted bc I got it after I had opened the 3 rooms. Got to $4.9M by completing 2 additional contracts at the end since the looting alone wasn’t enough but then ran out of time and died in the radiation.

Sucks because now I have to wait until I get the higher value key cards (hotel, serpent town, kurohana ship silver) again to even make an attempt. I had the kurohana ship mythic card (gold I think?) but I got killed while looting the room - I don’t think you can get that one back. So frustrated!

DMZ Affix Not Working in Hard Mode

I have a mythic Kilo 141 with an affix "Damage Multiplier increased by .2" but I don't think it's having an effect in hard mode. Chest shots to bots without armor in hard mode is giving 34 damage which is just the normal 1.2 upper chest multiplier. I was expecting 40 damage (1.4*29) for a upper chest shot.

Any else notice their affix not working as expected?

Tried Gambling for the 1st time in my life

Been a f2p player since forever and thought I'd try buying something on my 2nd account since I've had a bit of success on my small business. Got the Grau after 75 pulls btw thanks to the double cp event.

Long story short I'm not doing this shit ever again lol😂 I'll stick to my music hobbies.
Love the skin BTW. I would've preferred no sights like the free white epic skin you get for ranking up to GMIII after a rank reset (I forgot the name) but I got used to it.

Finger sleeves for Nano-texture glass?

I am wondering if anyone has experience with finger sleeves on nano-texture glass? I just purchased my first iPad, and I've heard that nano-texture is softer and more prone to scratches than regular displays. Has anyone had any issues with their sleeves on Nano-texture glass, and what kind of finger sleeves do you use? Also does it cause a lot of wear on the screen over time?

Where's Knight rookie rank character?

I've reached veteran 3 in DMZ, and received rank reward the Knight Veteran operator skin and when claim through mail.
It showed "converted duplicate items to x500 credits".
.
In rank rookie character is showing as claimed but in inventory it's showing only veteran.

BR Ground loot wont rotate?

The ARs, SMGs, and Shotguns always rotate every ground loot rotation, but the sniper rifles and marksman rifles have remained the same for months and multiple seasons. The 3 snipers being the DLQ, SVD, and XPR, and the 2 marksman rifles being the Kilo Bolt, and SPR. I dont think any these guns have rotated out of Alcatraz this entire year.

What is the most efficient way to make a lot of money in the DMZ?

I've tried most of the DMZ game modes, but I think I'm missing something. There are many variables in the mode that can lead to a high loot haul, but technically speaking, what's the most efficient way, in your opinion, to get a great loot using everything available in the DMZ: weapons, perks, specialists, killstreaks, keys, contracts, etc.?

Well...this was recorded at 2:10am so there's less player playing and most likely already use the daily NFC

Don't open the doors right after spawning wait a little bit for enemy player to pass by, do contracts so you can buy vehicle & scorestreaks for protection. You'll most likely gonna use the Final Extract, so keep an eye on the 2 "Hunt Squad" Contract (skull icon) if both gone then you're the last player (solo player will still count as a squad)

I’m absolutely done with CODM

I’ve been legendary twice, but now I’m absolutely done with CODM. Whoever decided that having 4/5 matches FULL OF BOTS is a good idea should give up on their job. It doesn’t matter what rank I am, I have to play with…bots. What’s the point of the game anymore if I’m playing with 2 teams full of bots? It didn’t used to be like this. It takes away the point of the game. It doesn’t seem like CODM cares about all of its games who are complaining about this both in app reviews and on forums.

SIMPLY DON’T PUT ME IN A MATCH IF BOTH TEAMS ARE FULL OF BOTS.

Thoughts On Separating Apps?

Over the years as a BR only fan I have come to realize that MP mains can't stand BR and visa versa. What if to decrease storage size and to maintain focus the developers released a standalone BR CODM app and one for MP too. They could remove zombies as it is never updated and DMZ recon eventually. Then they could hire two separate teams. One to consistently update BR and one to consistently update MP. I honestly hate MP but understand it is the most popular so this would probably make more sense for the overall player base. BR feels like an afterthought that has been neglected for years.

Difference between strongboxes and bundles

Hi all! I just spent all of my 30+ golden tickets on this "Crevasse" strongbox but I didn't get the skin or the weapon I wanted (the rarest ones at the top).

Under bundles it says "buy all" for 500 CP. Does that mean I actually get everything in that strongbox, including the skin and the rarest weapon?

So google deleted my Gmail for violations I'm not aware of to which I appealed twice and they gave me a notice that my account by may 23 it will no longer be existent and it's my Activision Gmail. I badly wanna replace but it keeps sending to the deleted Gmail and I'm scared if time comes. Guide to protect your account.

These are the basic things , I won't go too much in detail.

  1. Account Sharing

First of all , don't share your account with anyone whom you don't fully trust. Why? because once they access your account, they can get important things like player ID and privacy ID. These things may not sound much but they are important, one example is they can use it to manipulate the Activision support. Worst of the all , they can get your account banned. how? By simply running cheats (cheap ones) and codm would ban your account permanently (10 years ban).

  1. Sharing your account information.

You might have seen those free cp websites in world chat.. yea they don't work , All it does is steal your accounts email and password. So don't share your account information to anyone , There are no free cp's. Unless if someone is willing to buy you cp , just ask them to go to web store, it only needs your uid , so it's completely safe.

  1. Only buy your cp from codm or webstore.

It's just not worth it to buy from some shady seller , your account is always at risk. Even if you are supposedly paying more, atleast your account is safe.

  1. Connect your account to Socials.

Make sure to connect your account to Facebook , google , apple ID, whatever there is left. This is a must for account recovery. If somehow someone gains access to your account, they can connect your account to their own socials , which will be a disaster.

Yea that's it, Also if you STILL want to share your account, only give them your Activision account. There is no guarantee if they hack your other socials , you will be able to recover it.

One last Important thing , don't share the code for password reset to anyone. Sometimes people will do it willingly in the moment without realising and spend a week crying over it , so don't be that guy.

Free skin? DMZ Recon

Just wanna get this off my mind, but I'm gonna say this first, I don't have a skin script(I don't know how to actually use one in the first place), it's a new account and i just don't wanna get banned because my main account was deleted from one of the updates for no reason.

As i was repairing my equipment i came across this specific type-19 which it already had a skin on, i don't remember picking up any weapons(Hard mode DMZ) or as much buy more weapons in the past few hours, it just appeared suddenly in my inventory.

I don't know if it's a feature in the DMZ mode that you can pick up legendary skins or not, idk

How do I get demoted?

I'm a new player to CODM. Picked it up a few months ago just to have something to play while traveling for work.

Last season I was having a lot of fun playing up until I inevitably ranked up to Legendary and then the game became so frustrating I deleted it.

When I found out a new season started, I downloaded it again, and again have been having fun. Except today I got promoted back to Legendary and I already hate it.

I do not belong in Legendary. I'm a two thumb player. I don't want to learn claw grip and compete with the best in the world. I just want a game I can have fun and compete it. I CANNOT COMPETE IN LEGENDARY.

Like, I don't know why it's so easy to keep getting bumped up through ranks, but in Grand Master I was already struggling. Any time I could achieve 1:1 k:d ratio I was stoked. That would happen maybe 1 in 5 or 10 games.

In Legendary I do not ever get 1:1. A common game for me is like 3 kills 15 deaths. It's not fun.

Is there any way to just play this game at a level that's around my own skill level? I'm about to delete the game again

Bots after one loss

Has anyone else noticed every time they lose just one MP game, the next match seems to be full of bots? It’s not after a losing streak or anything literally right after a single loss. Is it just me or does the matchmaking actually do this? I don’t want a bot match after one tight loss it’s annoying playing against LooseyGoosey 2cute2lose and Hazmat every day.

Best DMZ Skin for deception.

I've been using this skin in DMZ and other real players keep running to past me thinking that I'm a bot and not worth the bullets. I've even shot players and they think I'm just an accurate first shot bot who they can then just outrun. I've tried it a couple of times in Building 21 too as it looks like I'm wearing the chemical suits but I've not tried it enough to see what the effect will be as they have real players. When I won this skin I thought it looked good but bright yellow isn't exactly camouflage in BR and MP so didn't use it. I also have the "codename: Lazarus" skin which is an all green version of bot skins on board the ship that have yellow scrim net on their heads and my skin is identical except for a different colour scrim net so could easily be mistaken for a boss maybe.

Why not just bring Ashika Island and Al-Mazrah back?

(BTW, I haven’t played DMZ Recon. I’ve only played the NORMAL DMZ, the one from MW2.)

If you didn’t realize, Serpent’s Island is quite literally just a mash up of Ashika Island and Al-Mazrah from the original DMZ (minus the other POIs). But the thing that confused me is that, they brought back Building 21. Why didn’t they just bring back Ashika and Al-Mazrah instead? And just modified them a bit/change some things instead of just taking the port, tuski castle, beach club, and town center from Ashika Island. AND the City from Al-Mazrah. Honestly, it just doesn’t really make sense to me. Why bring Building 21 back, but not the other two main maps that you can play?

Also what about Vondel? And Koschei Complex? Kinda hope they bring those to Mobile, even though I haven’t really played in like a couple of years. I also noticed that the Secure Backpack and Scavenger Backpack are also in the game, but instead are just normal backpacks? Weird, since in the normal version the secure backpack protects your loot if you die, and the scavenger backpack lets you pick up more loot.

Lastly, I’m not hating on the fact that they just ripped parts of the original maps into this version. I’m just pointing things out.

The pictures I provided are just images showing four parts of serpents island is quite literally just taken from Ashika and Al-Mazrah.

So I’ve just got a new phone (14pm) and it screen records the island and I don’t like it showing in my clips.
Is it possible I can use my old phone (13p) to screen record all my games to post them without the island, I don’t want to get flagged for account sharing and be banned
Or do I have to use the 14pm and just deal with it
Obviously I won’t be playing on the 14 while recording on the 13

Changing mic input

Is there a way to make the microphone in-game work while on a Messenger call? This was possible when I was using my old phone, the Poco X3 Pro (MIUI 14). However, after switching to the Poco F8 Pro (HyperOS 3), I've been experiencing this issue. On my old phone, when I turned on the mic in the game, the Messenger call would automatically mute, allowing me to use the mic freely in the game. Then, when I muted myself in-game, the Messenger call mic would automatically unmute.

Trying to Delete CODM Accounts

I have been trying to delete multiple CODM accounts for about an hour with no luck. It looks like, in the past, there was a button in the game to start that process but no longer. They send you to Activision's "support" page and you have to go through a process to delete your information. The problem is, even after entering my account information, the option to submit is greyed out. Is there any real-time support from Activision such as a proper chat feature or phone number?
