Is anyone else experiencing uncontrollable lag?

So this issue started around when the new season came out but I had updated my phone to the latest iOS version around that same time so I’m not sure if either of those are the root to the issue but my phone is fast. My connection is strong. Never had any issues for the year I’ve had this phone and even on my slower phones. It could be running semi smooth then if I switch tabs or hit the volume button or open the notification center or control center etc it’ll get super laggy again and even if I restart my game it doesn’t go back. I’ve tweaked my graphics and frame rate settings and tries reinstalling it and all of the troubleshooting stuff but it’s an ongoing issue. Any help is welcome and appreciated. I just want to play again but it’s so choppy I can’t hit anything and I can barely move properly. My battery health is good and my phone isn’t overheating. I’m just lost

Lost bot match

Lmfaoo I somehow just lost the free bot match they give you daily..

I thought hey bot match easy dub. Started the game late and all slowly found out all the bots are john wick and the spawns were so random they always spawned behind me

Ive never lost the free bot match before lmao but I was using a bad gun gold camo grinding but still these bots aimbot your head.

Third person camera glitch

So if you click the execute button immediately after melee'ing, you get put into this third person POV like in BR (Yes it also works outside the practice range)

Once you ads, the camera goes even more buggy and the sensitivity goes whack

Executing again returns the camera back to normal

I was playing TDM today and spawned behind an ememy K9 unit. My brightness was low and I didn't realise it was hostile so I followed it...not until an execute button popped up, I was shocked and didn't tap it on time then the match ended.

I just saw a YouTube video where someone said that you can use 3rd party cross hairs as long as you dont alter any files that would give you an advantage. He went on to say he was using them for a while and nothing happened to him.

I love CODM, they suck.

CODM is without a doubt the best FPS game you can play on mobile right now. It’s stable across a variety of devices, the controls are polished, and the content is satisfying.

So why do I hate the game I just praised a few seconds ago?

Well, like every other online service game, CODM suffers from the same issue: microtransactions.
Now, it’s not like the microtransactions themselves are terrible, most of them just give you extra customization for your character or weapons without giving unfair advantages. "Mostly".

But with every new batch of content they add, they also pump out more and more microtransactions, new skins, new weapons, new flashy stuff.

And that’s where the problem starts.

Mobile storage space is limited, and not everyone owns a high-end phone. At best, most people have around 128GB of storage. After system files and apps, you’re left with maybe 70–80GB.
CODM alone can take up 30–40% of that.

Why?
Because of the ridiculous amount of skins and assets the game forces you to download, even the ones you don’t own or care about.

You still need to have them on your device because the game demands it. And that sucks.

Most players don’t own these premium skins or spend $200 every update to get the latest ones, but everyone still has to deal with the bloated file size that comes from them.

And it doesn’t stop there.

Every new update adds new weapons, and with every new weapon comes a new battle pass. That means more skins, and alongside that, another round of paid bundles.

Most updates barely add anything significant, sometimes it’s just one new map, one perk, one killstreak, or a small balance tweak. Tiny changes.

So, can you guess how many new skins CODM adds every two-month season?
Anywhere from 7 to 11, and sometimes more.
That’s insane.

These skins aren’t small either, many have unique designs, new 3D models, and high-resolution textures. Same goes for character skins, which are even more detailed.

That’s why I hate CODM.

Glitch with shooting

So I buyed those puk gaming triggers from that streamer Iferg but it seems like I have a dead spot in my screen. When I ADS and shoot there’s a spot in my screen when I touch that spot with my right thumb it just stops shooting. Does anybody have to same problem or knows if it’s a setting I need to change or something? The red area in the video is the dead spot it’s right under the shooting button.

Every time I go on Strange One gaming on YouTube and try to copy his sensitivity and settings and when I go back into Call of Duty mobile there's two screens of settings and when I use the old screen and I said everything up somehow when I go back to the game it erases and then I have to do it on the new screen and then when I do it on the new screen I go back to it and it erases I don't understand where it's going I did read online that one is for multiplayer and one is for Battle Royale somebody help me out

What's the purpose of the secret mission in Krai?

Even though I've been playing for a while I never really played Krai until this weekend, when it hit as the tournament BR map. I think it's a pretty good map overall but I don't really understand what you get out of the secret mission.

I've tried to do this mission a few times. Generally, my team has no interest in doing it so I'm going solo. I've never been able to totally finish it, usually because the bubble closes in before I get the safes open, or I'm being shot at by NPCs almost constantly and you can't defend against that and focus on the safes at the same time.

Is there some benefit to actually completing this mission? I assume it must not be great if nobody seems to want to do it but me.

Grand Master!

Hey I just wanted to share this moment since it's my first time getting to grand master and I'm very proud of how I got to this point
If you would've asked me like a month ago I would've said " me playing Mobile shooting games? hell no" and thinking how far I've come because I never really played any serious shooting games that are on mobile if y'all understand what I mean and it's crazy such a crazy thing.
I know this feeling of fun and actually enjoying the game will eventually fade away if I only play ranked because from what I've seen people from master 4-5 began to gain consciousness and take the game very seriously let alone when they stack 🥀
but yeah i just hope and pray I could actually reach legendary soon because it's so cool like imagine " Darwin is now legendary" haha that's just awesome dude
If anyone has any tips on how to get better or just tips in general please let me know that would be very helpful!

Just started 5 fingers and had my first full match without a single kill ❤️

I was mostly overwhelmed and gave up at some point in the match and I tried hiding so it would at least be a 5V4 instead of a 6V4.
My dumbass didn't even think to camp, I was so overwhelmed and not confident in my ability to shoot someone that my first thought was to straight up hide💔
But I have hope I'll get used to it soon. Condolences to my team, I guess my Tundra didn't taste blood today.

I was playing br and I use quick strike as my class. I got gunned downed mid quick strike and I could not use my self revive. And the cross hair of sorts that appears when you activate quick strike just wouldn't go away plus my charact was still holing the sword while downed.

I don't have pictures now but the next time it happens I'll be sure to get proof.

Full disclaimer, I am the player with the green circle around them. Yes I came 4th on the loosing team. I’m not here to drag the team or shy away from responsibility. I contributed heavily towards the loss of this match.
Aside from this, can we all understand how to play this objective for this map.
You have 2 passive players preferably snipers holding the back line. 2 runners upfront and 1 guy specifically to spot them (in the cover of the houses), taking out anyone the snipers don’t catch.
Defenders, midfield, and forwards.
We can’t all hang back and wait for the OPs to reach past the bus line.
In this match I tried my hardest to infiltrate their court, but sadly I was left to run alone, giving away kills, (This doesn’t happen if a few players play aggressively and a few players play passive, if the whole team plays passive, and you have 1 aggressive player, he’s going to give the other team easy kills)
Why play aggressive then? I hear you say!
The whole team has to push forward or you get swamped. Trying to not get shot so you don’t lose loads of rank points is half way to loosing, you are already committing to losing by mitigating your efforts. It’s feels the same as a HP match when everyone refuses to get in the HP. Without pushing their line back in FL by pushing forward, you’re going to loose. Let’s understand the roles needed and play our parts accordingly.

I thought of a strong combo to make if Activision decided to add something new..

Hear me out,
Add thermites from the man o war or that sniper I forgot the name of that has explosive rounds and thermites, and then.. extend the mag by 50 rounds, add on any stock that would decrease vertical and horizontal recoil by 25% to 30%,
And or as another option, na45's catalyst..
And an explosive shell, make a 50 round mag of that and make it full auto, you've got yourself the strongest ar in the game, surely.

Unpopular opinion

If you complain about campers and hardscopers you're not playing cod
Call of duty is a war based game you think people should just play in a way that suits your needs?
If you can't function around campers change your style of play, there are many tactics you can use to take advantage of the situation.
I don't camp often myself but if rushing my teammates don't work why would I keep doing it.
And I'm not saying don't rush thats how I play most of the time but you can't be mad at campers for finding a tactic that suits them

What are your most used weapons this season?

I’m a search and destroy main and HVK-30’s my most used gun this season. I’ve actually never once used it before I got the Alchemy Stars skin nor did I plan on getting it in the first place. Just randomly bumped into the event earlier and tried(and ultimately completed) the double lucky draw.

In my server(Garena Thailand), I’ve actually never seen people using the HVK before. In this season, I’ve seen maybe one HVK user every 20 matches or so in the top 250 lobbies.

For reference, I have maxed out my RAM-7, Oden, QQ9, USS-9 and BP50 mythics, but ever since I’ve used the HVK-30, it has been my favourite weapon so far. It shows that my 2nd and 3rd most used weapons are the Oden and Type-63, but my use time on those weapons combined is less than a quarter of my HVK use time. I’ve basically only used them in matches that I think I’ll definitely lose(to minimize point loss on my HVK because I’m grinding for leaderboard).

Overall, I think it’s a very underrated and underused weapon that can compete and even win gunfights against the likes of USS-9s and VMPs. What are your thoughts?

NGL, I feel like this is fairly lucky

I got the purple one after using the bronze ticket pulls three times. Then I only had enough silver tickets for 2 pulls, and got the blue on second gold ticket. I wanted green and red/pink so I kept going. I had 145 gold stickers so figured I might get lucky and pull a main one more time before needing to use a ticket. Ive only ever gotten what I wanted from one of these twice before doing at least 60ish pulls. Getting all 4 from 47 pulls (was tapping to much and used an extra ticket) was nice.

I got the purple one after using the bronze ticket pulls three times. Then I only had enough silver tickets for 2 pulls, and got the blue on second gold ticket. I wanted green and red/pink so I kept going. I had 145 gold stickers so figured I might get lucky and pull a main one more time before needing to use a ticket. Ive only ever gotten what I wanted from one of these twice before doing at least 60ish pulls. Getting all 4 from 47 pulls (was tapping to much and used an extra ticket) was nice.

Which Legendary To Get Between USS9 and Grau?

Im one leggy away from Prestige M16 and I plan to stop after that (for a while at least). Im waiting for a CP rebate event (anyone knows when this might come?), so im mulling between the USS9 and the Grau for getting my 3rd leggy for the Prestige. Which would you pick?

Considerations:

  • USS9 still one of the top 3 SMGs. I hate using it because it's damn meta but I wanna have a leggy I'd have fun using. Btw, how's the ironsight on this leggy?

  • Grau having 3 leggys is more likely to have a discounted event than USS9. So that's a good reason to hold off. I wanna get a leggy for this gun coz the base ironsight suxx

  • The Dragon Grau (the 1st Grau leggy) is the one I like the least. It has the best character with the Dragoon lady, but the leggy's ironsight is meh. The 2nd leggy with the water snake has the best ironsight. I choose my leggy based on the ironsight

  • CP rebate, anyone remember what time of the year this went on last 2024? I vaguely recall it's sometime in Nov. I want to least wait til this event is running before I dump fucking spends on this mfking game

The CX-9 (Scorpion EVO) is currently my priority for max mastering, then XM4 (will name it to the CAR-15)

My basis for max mastering and renaming weapons are what follows:

Real-world firearms (with exceptions with ones that already have their real names, ie: AK-47, M21 EBR, and the M1 Garand, and Black Ops 3 and 4 guns, including the XPR-5O since its a BO2-3 gun), will be named by their real-world names, like my QQ9, which is now the MP5 (Heckler und Koch don't sue me)

The struggle to learn

Hello everyone. I got a problem with this game and that is that I am not good enough. I am top 5000 globally, I've played 2.5 season total but I suck.

I know that sounds like an oxymoron but I come from competitive gaming so I am mostly relying on my game sense, human behaviour, basically knowing how people react in certain situations so I don't fight the pistol but the player.

Now I don't really like to run around and crush people in normal mp lobbies because there has to be some rattling at least but it's also not fair to try out things in high ranked lobbies that comes to mechanics etc.

I am using phone so a bit limited already but it was never supposed to be a game to take seriously, mobile gaming that is. I just wish there was an alternative ladder or some way to not have to choose with absolute nerds or beginners.

How do u go about it?

How do I change my play style?

4½ months since I started playing. Since then I have been using mainly ARs and SMGs. I didn't even try using marksmen, shotguns or snipers.

Question is, how do I get better with marksmen, shotguns and snipers? I am thinking of switching to a quickscope style of playing(3 finger player here, 4 fingers is kinda hard for me). Quickscoping looks cool and is a nice style of playing. I know what rifles to use, but any tips would be appreciated...

Also, how do I boost my K/D?

Chicken soup for the soul

I was just on a casual match, we lost 25:50. I was playing sub-optimally as I usually do when trying to grind guns and camos (working on the outlaw right now I think, can't remember the name but it's a sniper rifle) and there's this guy raging about not being able to move and how he can't play. Now keep in mind I'm getting my ass kicked too, I was demolished. Something about the raging was the chicken soup for my soul. I am a self-identified rage baiter, just somethin about the way people get overly irate for something that will truly never matter tickles my dopamine releasers and all the right ways. Wake me up from this nightmare! CODM is testing my patience.

Disclaimer: At the time of posting this, I was both expressing anger, and trying my best to contain myself with a dash of satirical humor.

Match after match, hit detection is m.i.a. I haven't raged like I have been in a very long time, and since I used to drink lol. These inconsistencies are driving me up the wall with frustration. I've got to let all of this filthy, grotesque, grime that this game has consumed over me for the last several weeks and days out. That is why I am here, posting and venting. In order to just puke it all here. With the only community that understands.
Now, I want to blame it on Halloween (yk, but yeah right, that aint it) and pretend that this is just one bad match, after match, after match, after match, after match. 👻 But I have hit one of those rough patches and solid walls where nothing seems to go right, and nearly every gun fight is a, "I Just got shat on! The other player must be lhao 🤣 and saying Hah ha ha ha, Delete the game kid"! Nothing seems to work at all, and when there is a glimmer of how things used to be, poof, it's gone by the next match or even mid game.

I have been adjusting my sensitivity in increments and spending tons of time in the practice range for the entire duration. Working on keeping my accuracy at 40% or higher. Just when I think I got it, I hop in a match and I perform terribly and it's like "What the hell happened!? All of that practice and fine tuning just went to shit".
I play Destiny on mobile and Reverse 1999 and take breaks, but we all know COD. I keep coming back.

All I can think of is to keep at it and retain that muscle memory back again. I've been playing since launch, and prior to that, PC and console since COD 3. Going back to controller feels so foreign to me now. I really love this game, but at the same time; there are phases where I just downright absolutely despise this game with a passion.

Dear developers, I want my sanity back. And as far as SBMM, please address that in next seasons patch 🤨😛

Officially quiting ranked codm and probably even quitting codm (ready body)

I have made some good memories in codm and I will say it, despite its flaws codm is the best mobile shooter you'll ever see, and dare I say can even challenge SOME pc games.

However due to me using the Redmi 13c 5g and the game becoming more and more laggy with each update, it has come to a position that now I can no longer play ranked matches. Yes, no more ranked matches for me. Every time I log on for ranked I just lag I stand still I lag, so it's time, I'm tired. Knowing I can take that sniper down easily but being forced to just stand still, or knowing that I can kill that camper but getting camper because Redmi has the processing power of a under developed raw potato, it's just painful . In my time I have ranked legendary 7 times with as far as my memory goes 5 times over 10k or at 10k.

I had even grinded gold for atleast one weapon for each class (except for launchers and marks men) with quite a many diamond camo weapons.

I will seriously miss this game. Maybe one day I'll be able to buy a better device and play again. I'll still keep the app tho, gotta get that legacy weapon.

Gun I acquired is now no where to be found

I used challenge tokens to get the Mystical Lamp through my secret Cache and even played multiple games with it afterwards. Then two days later it’s gone and not showing in my collection or under available skins for the RUS-79U. I hate BR teammates who wanna ride in vehicles until final circle.

I play for kills ending a match with 4-5 kills is never going to be satisfying for me. Then they always hit me w their vehicles and honk like bitch I will blow it up with you inside. Isn’t it weird?

The first one’s a bot and my crosshair isn’t even on it but the bullet still hits. The second one’s a real player and my crosshair’s way closer yet the bullet doesn’t even register. I can literally see my shots passing super close, I know I missed but what’s weird is that when I shoot at bots, the bullet passes from even farther away and still kills them.

PS: Aim assist was on and I was using the Pin Point perk.

Well there is a reason why I want gunsmith 2.0 and it's for a good reason using vanguard/bocw/mw2019 attachments on every gun might make some of the old guns more useful for example

Monolithic suppressor on peacekeeper mk2

Recoil booster on asm10

Argecy suppressor on vargo and sten

Or even rapid fire perk on every gun would make most of the guns actually compete

So codm please consider the gunsmith 2.0

Gunsmith 2.0 allows you to use any attachment from any gun on another gun for example it allows you to use recoil booster muzzle on RAM 7 it wouldn't be good but it's cool to have and it opens more freedom in customization

Opponent doesn't appear in Top 3 winners circle?

I've run into this behavior so many times over the past few years and have never been able to figure it out, so maybe one of you will know.

I like to play FFA Shipment. A lot. Often I run into players who will either win the game outright, or place in the top 3, but they wont appear on the top 3 winner screen. Then, when I reach the aar screen showing all players in the game, they appear again.

It almost seems like they quit the match at the exact second someone reaches 20 - even if it's them.

Anyone else notice this, or should I seek professional help?

The the fuck thought it as a great idea to add Drag aim for snipers

They should remove Auto shooting from the drag aim from snipers.

Its literally bullshit. They can just sit back behind a wall and Obstruct Lanes effortlessly with no punishment.

Like at least make it really hard to use sniper.
Not a skillfull Gimmick. Make it hard where snipers have to Time their shots by manually also pressing the fire button.

Other wise Draging the screen to aim and let go is just a cheat.

Throwback to my first ever full spend in this game. Man that day when I just got to know that ghost is getting a mythic was lowk amazing, since he was my favorite character since the original MW2, and was super bummed about the fact that I missed out on the OG Ghost Skin, but this made up for it so well. Use it in every loadout, in every possible variation (not literally, I color code with my equipped gun) and not a single day have I been disappointed. And comes with what possibly is the best legendary KN-44 Skin. The only sad part was the BR class, oh how good would it have been if it was Clown instead of Scout, but still a 10/10 memory for me, but not buying a mythic CHARACTER ever again cuz its damn expensive even for indian servers😔 (gonna stick to planning on buying one or two mythic guns a year)

Could CoD Mobile benefit from a franchised league like the CDL?

Most esports eventually expand beyond their starting point, and I personally think CoD Mobile is reaching that stage. The potential is there, the player base, the viewership, the passion, all of it.

My idea would be to introduce franchised teams similar to the CDL, but with yearly open qualifiers, so anyone with the skill and dedication still has a real shot at competing.

Ideally, it could all happen in-game: your region determines the team you can qualify for, so you’re still repping your area, just on a more professional stage.

It’s just a thought, but as someone who started out as a CDL fan and is now really into the CoD Mobile competitive scene, I think it’d be exciting to see the game take that next step.

Quick scopint tips?

How do i get better at quick scoping? I've heard about the setting but its been 2 years and i still haven't found it(no idea if it's bc i use a lower end phone or it comes with the HD packs). Looking for battle royale tips

Hello, sorry for any english mistakes, but in short, I'm a battle royale player and I downloaded cod mobile recently because I heard some people saying that battle royale is very good, but something has been happening that I don't understand, When I get to the top 3 or 2 in some matches, I often unload the gun clip in the other guy and he kills me with 2 shots, like, there's no room for error, but I don't understand why, I get the air drops and i am always properly equipped, this usually doesn't happen in other BR games, I don't know if there's some particularity of the game that I'm not aware of, but in any case I'd appreciate it if someone more experienced could explain it to me, If possible, I would also like to know how to counter the dogs' ability, I think it's quite overpowered, anyways, thanks and sorry for the long text 🙏

A plea to the Devs

I first started playing Call of Duty: Mobile when it was released, but I truly fell in love with it during the COVID lockdowns. It has been—and still is—a fantastic game. I play it almost every day, and it serves as a welcome escape from the worries and stresses of daily life. Like many others in the community, I genuinely love this game. However, more and more players, myself included, are becoming frustrated with the direction it has been taking recently.

To be fair, a game that has lasted this long clearly shows that the developers have done most things right—probably 90% of them. The recent free legendaries and mythics have been a massive win for the community. There’s always something new and exciting to look forward to in CoDM. However, the thrill of competition has slowly faded.

It’s not my place to dictate what the developers should do, but the majority of the community has been asking for some much-needed changes.

  • Balanced and Evolving Meta: The community wants a more balanced meta, or at least one that changes every few seasons. The US5-9 (assuming you meant "U.S.S. 9" or a weapon name) will celebrate its one-year anniversary in December, and since its release, it has dominated the meta. No other gun comes close. Isn’t it time for a proper nerf?
  • Improved Ranked System: I know the devs are already working on improving the ranked experience, but many players agree that the best approach would be to introduce a new rank system after reaching Legendary, or at least apply it to the top 5,000 players. This would give competitive players something meaningful to grind for, while keeping casual players happy with the current system.
  • Community-Informed Balancing: It would be great if the devs could involve the community more when deciding what to buff or nerf. Perhaps a monthly Reddit poll or suggestion thread could help gather feedback on balance changes. For example, many players have been asking for nerfs to Martyrdom, Igniter, and Thermite, among other...

Questionable Impact 😅

Not only did 1 of my teammates quit but 2 of them did so bad they didn't even get an impact score 😂 I've never seen that until now. They got a question mark as in "What the heck were you doing? 😆 I thought I was gonna pick up a quick win on MP because I kept losing in ranked. This is great though. I rather lose and have fun then win and get bored. Thats what I'm practicing, patience. I'm very competitive but I realized getting mad defeats the purpose of playing. Anyways now I see why you guys post the losing streaks its frustrating but we gotta laugh it off. Please post more losing streaks it has to be 5 in a row or it doesn't count. Lol I wanna feel better about losing. Lol I haven't slept in days so Im sure my reflexes are diminishing by the minute 😅

Sound hacks on SND??

This ENTIRE round there was random gunfire sounds going off confusing me and my teammates. Nobody’s gun was firing. Not ours or the enemies. And you know how when enemies fire a little red dot appears on the mini map? The red dots were floating around the mini map going off but there were never any enemies where the dots were appearing. Also the sound a storm ball makes when it’s put up? Kept going off nobody had storm balls in their loadouts not us or the enemies. This was just one clip the entire round lasted forever cuz we couldn’t figure out why we heard gun fire but saw no enemies. I reported the entire enemy team just incase cuz like I said there were dozens of red dots floating around the mini map. Some weren’t even on the map they were outsize the zone. I started hollering at my teammates thinking one of them was firing to confuse them but I checked when the sounds happen nobody’s firing.

I hate shotguns in BR

I genuinely can't stand how an entire match can be cancelled by split second. I was just having fun on Alcatraz and was also playing really well, like dripping 23 kills with bot teammates, destroying everyone with my MSMC, which I know isn't meta but I personally love that gun. Respawns end, 2vs2 situation... and this dude shoots me through a window with his HS0405. I'm guessing three pellets went through and boom. That's it. End of the road. A beautiful match thrown in the trash just like that. I remember when I used to whine about meta weapons' TTK on Warzone 1 but damn this is beyond ridiculous.

Drop your Search nd Destroy route's and nade spots please

So I have been playing SnD alot lately, and by far I have gotten a liking to Terminal because of the simple tactics we can use in it (for SnD), but for Firing Range it get's kinda complicated, Raid is kinda simple as well.

So, I'm just willing if any pro can drop their map tactics for snd maps, crash, firing range, terminal, standoff, etc... pre nade spots and any video regarding the nade spots.

Trust me if a genuine pro just takes out like 10 to 15 minutes right now to help out in this way, everyone will be grateful to you for atleast 2 to 3 years.

Hope there's someone out here who understood what I meant and can help us out

P.S. just ranked, not needed for MP SnD.

I used to be a thumb player but now I have been thinking of switching to 3 fingers. Last HUD I used the ADS button was top left. Since I was a thumb player I figured it would be better for me to keep the ADS button and the scope button for my thumbs and the movement ones for my right index. But is it a good HUD?

I don't usually play BR, although it's a nice game mode, mainly because of the bots. Last season there were bots until Master III. It just makes the BR match so boring. They just aim at you and strafe shoot. So when do the real players come in?

Has anyone experienced the bug with the Kinetic Armor?

This class EVERYTIME I use it I click on Kinetic armor and it doesn’t go into affect I have to constantly tap like 10 times for it to activate and or repeatedly switch weapons and tap the armor and SOMETIMES SOMETIMES it will activate it’s been like this since the beginning of the season.

What I think of dmz

I already hate dmz (might change mind when the update drops but..)

seperate currency, battlepass, extract the gun i already own in dmz???(bulls)

the game is approx 40-45 gigs of storage and when dmz drops it reaching 50-60 gigs won't surprise me.

this is not pc, the game is dying already.

dmz is cod trying to earn more money cause Activision knows how warzone tanked. cod devs know the players won't migrate to another game.

it's literally another game inside codm, devs calling it codm.

i really hope that dmz is optional cuz i'd rather play bots than this frickery they trying to cook.

that's just my rant idk man codm is not what it was 5 years ago. i love my codm p2w rather than any bot ahh player killing with martyrdom uss9 mow thermite.only thing they focus on is collabs and skins(last hope to get more money out of dying game)

Joystick bug

Hey good morning/evening.
So basically what the title says,I've been have this issue since two seasons ago, where I would be sprinting but when I change my weapon or equip a nade/tactical my joystick gets reset to position and my character would stand still and the joystick won't respond until I lift my left thumb off the screen.
I hope I came clear on describing this bug (since English isn't my first language) and I do hope it gets fixed ASAP. And after browsing the sub for a bit it seems like this bug was present 3 months so definitely I'm not the only one having this issue.

Those three were my teammates on BR and they killed me twice, just to get my loot. And They had the nerve to scan my tag as if i’m gonna want to play with them again lol. Idk if they did it bc they’re all in the same clan and I’m not or maybe they saw that i had a mythic and wanted it. If it is the latter then they are so dumb, i always give my teammates mythics and legendaries. And i’ve had teammates ask me for specific mythics if i had em. I reported them obviously. Please report them as well. Also, will it affect the report if i block them?

I'm not sorry but I know lot of y'all say "but you end up with 2 bad guns😭" you mean 2 balanced guns let's be honest if RAM 7 and sten released in the same season USS 9 slaves (especially br mains) always going to complain because gun doesn't have 250 mag and it doesn't lasers beam across the map with 2 bullets

Same thing is gonna happen again when einhorn releases people going to bich about it because it's MIGHT not op as hs0405 like mf can we have a balanced gun for one second y'all been using USS 9 for 12-11 month straight without any sleep so when a new comes out

And before y'all say "another 50GB" first you don't have to download everything in the game for example you download memnos island which you can't even play that FUCKIN mode which is also 400 mb or something along side with all skins which 30 GB mythics included basically your dumbass who downloads the skins and shit they you don't even own takes up space just download the ranked maps and skins you use a lot no need to keep downloading the same 40 gb furry skin you can cry about it if you want but it's the truth plus every gun in the game without skins is 40-15 mb bruh

Just release 2 guns in the same season if they are balanced no one would complain other then meta slaves

I'm starting to hate this game. Maybe its time for a vacation.

Let me know if you have a similar experience with what I'm about to detail. It's somehow comforting knowing you're not the only one suffering from something lol.

For the past 14 months I've been having this problem with matchmaking where I forcefully get placed in disadvantageous high ping (74-108ms) West African lobbies. Usually I could just quit the game, match-up again and repeat this 2 or 3 times and matchmaking would go back to placing me in my normal lobbies with South Africans and East Africans (45-61ms). And yes my Internet connection is perfectly fine even with other games like Farlight84, Warzone and Delta Force. I've tried switching to mobile network, exiting and reopening the game, logging out and logging in again (which used to work) which as of now don't do anything.

The screen recording here was after two matches in my normal stable ping lobbies and one high ping west African lobby. I won the first game, pleasant experience overall. No packet bursts.
In the next matchmaking session, I got placed in a bot lobby which is usually a sign that the next game is going to be a high ping lobby. After that game when finally exiting from the match result screen I started getting ping spikes with that "Waiting..." animation showing whenever I click any button. This time I was placed in a high ping West African lobby (74-88ms) but didn't notice because teammates were quiet (no shade to Nigerians). I only noticed after the game started when I tried shooting at an enemy that my shots weren't registering at all. And sure enough the minimum ping was 74ms. I enabled audio to all players and the enemy teams I encountered confirmed to me they were Nigerians from their mic. Final Reward Fully Upgraded

People been asking how many extra legendary medals you need to upgrade your legacy weapon. No where have I seen CODM officially say how many are needed everyones just been guessing. If you have 7/6 you can clearly see it says "Fully Upgraded" so I think that right there answers it. Correct me if I'm wrong but just thought I'd mention this so people can take a break and not worry about collecting more medals if they dont need them.

Ok so I had not played codm for a while, I got in today for the rank push, I was having very easy matches because of the master league, then this roze guy with a newly made account comes and dropped a 60bomb on the first match against me and 40+kills second match even though this match was very close(149-150)and also won the third match with 50+kills.
I didn't noticed anything highly suspicious just that he was always prefiring the spots where I was going the come from and very jittery movements in the replays, I don't know maybe I am bad😗.

Can we have past Legendary Medals in Construct Rewards?

Since construct rewards exists, why not can we make elite tokens from there exchangeable to those Legendary Medals for the Legendary DR-H and LK24, especially for those who missed those Elite Mission Years. That would be a great idea and makes sense too, since you can only obtain elite tokens after reaching Legendary rank, which means you have to play beyond Legendary to obtain those to exchange for a Legendary Medal, where obiously, Legendary rank is where you find the most sweathard players that can spawntrap your team. And still, grinding from Master to Legendary is far more easier than grinding even after reaching Legendary to to obtain required amount of elite tokens.
Additionally, the rate of obtaining those was around 30~80 elite tokens per match depending on how you perform well. Makes sense if they make it 10,000~30,000 construct tokens for a single legendary medal.

Account Access Help / Advice / Expectations

I might have a somewhat strange scenario here, but will try to keep it as brief as possible....

I hope someone may be able to help give advice or manage my expectations of getting my account back...

I played the game in 2021 and my account and had a few guns from crates, however I cannot remember any login details to the account. When I try to sign in via Facebook is signs me in to a friends account (which I cant remember or understand why its linked to my FB)

I have honestly tried around 15 different email addresses to sign in to the game via Google and also Activision login and I have had no luck accessing my account.

I do however have information on the account I am trying to access, as it is still on the friends list of the account linked to my Facebook,

I know when the last games were played (as I always played with my friend and not solo), I have the UID of the account, and my personal details, if I have hopefully linked it to an Activision account with my credentials.

I also did some digging yesterday and it seems that the account I am trying to recover is linked to an Activision account, as it has the ghost skin that you get for linking.

So far I have had no joy, I have been through all of my notepads that I keep from work spanning the last few years and nothing :(. The only clues that I found were old discord messages with my friend from 2021 and me mentioning that I couldn't find the login details for my account. However the last game played on that account is the evening that those messages were sent, so I must have somehow gained access, but no idea now. It is driving me insane :(

I can only find a support section on the Activision website about an account hack which allows you to submit a message, and I do not know the full details to submit there, and don't know of a way to submit a ticket.

This is consuming me now, as I just want to access the account. Is it worthwhile pursuing or does it seem like I have absolutely no chance :(

TLDR; Cannot remember login credentials for Activisi...

I keep dying

So I’m a SnD main but lately I’ve been getting bored of it and I’m trying to play the other modes. The thing is, I get kills but I get equally the same amount of deaths. I’m a rusher, so I don’t like to camp but I feel like there has to be some tips for getting better at respawns. What if the player vs ai mode was offline? I mean CODM is great, it's fun and all but I feel an offline mode would be a great addition. You may not always have data or access to the internet yet you can still enjoy CODM. I mean the AI vs PLAYER mode already exists so why not make it offline? You get weapons which you have downloaded (applies for skins and all) and I feel like this would be good

Kind of getting tired of this.

As the title says I am kind of getting tired of this. I was never good at codm. Put in the time now I am a beast with Pkm. I grind it everyday or nearly everyday. A match here and there. But what the heck man. Just because I got good game has started punishing me. i use the Pkm I know the wall bangs spot. I know what is wall bang able and what isn't . Now i know some one here would be he is cheating but I am not. Just constantly frustrated at what I believe is just mass reporting. Plus my grind for the ffar would be delayed because of this. This is just stupid. I know for some it is a badge of honor to get this but for me this is frustration. At least we should have a platform where we can submit our request for the devs to see if i was doing something wrong or not.

Sorry for the rant. I know some of you are in the same boat as I am in.

Shou i return yo play CODM?

Hey guys, so basically I stopped playing the game ( took a long break ) around some time in February this year. The sole reason was that I was fully immersed with warzone mobile at that time, and I was low on space so I decided to let go of codm(bad decision) as in the later update for WM my device was deemed low spec. I tried playing codm after that for few months (in April or May) but i didn't got the same kick so i completely stopped playing codm around may. Now, I know i might have missed on few seasons of codm like Gundam and Wwe, I don't know if I should be regretting this but I definitely have lost the chances of getting some good skins.

Anyways so my question now is, should I return/rejoin the game? Are there going to be some good updates? Or should I wait for the new seasons 1 to arrive?

What the bloody fuck is wrong with this game

So to sum it all up,

I've reached legendary in mp a long back and I'm aiming for 10k now...

But me being a solo player get paired with the stupidest noobs who get fucking carried to legendary rank and the opponents be the sweatiest unemployed freaks who fucking spawn kill everyone

I win one match and then the bloody game decides to drop me to such a shit ass match that I go back a 100 points

I somehow managed to reach 9k

And ever since then I've been stuck on 9300 range

I go up to 9400 somehow and then the bloody matchmaking decides to pair me up with some bloody noobs or afk freaks while my opponent being sweats

I'm soo frustrated with this shit

Shit I might even quit this bloody game because of their bloody fucking piece of dumb ass matchmaking.

(Sorry for the curising I'm pretty pissed off right now)

Meta abusers , stacked teams when my teammates are retards that don't know how to play the game ! You win a game you loose a game you win a game you loose a game and yes that's with me being mvp in most games just carrying my team the whole time! Was fun while it lasted now everytime I play the game it's just a waste of time and energy I just end up getting pissed of over something 😤
Plus all the colorfully skins and clown skins and all the other kid shit that comes with the game ! Have been top 5000 6 times and it's just a waste of time half the people in 5000k arnt even that good they literally just play all day everyday ! U can be great at the game but if u don't play everyday for hours u can maintain top 5000k I wake up put on the game and all morning n afternoon i get bot teammates only time I get in good lobby are late at night around 10 pm ! Hot take: Mythics are overrated

im gonna get alot of hate from this, here we go
Mythic weapons suck, and before anyone says i havent tried them, yes i have
the gun aesthetic lacks visual mobility and makes focusing way harder, not to mention theyre only good for close ranges
I have geniunely tried guns with better iron sights than mythics and they perform WAY better, another point is that mythics dont meet the value you spend, for example a lucky draw takes thousands of cp to comeplete which is alot to spend on for a game, mind you its a single mythic, let alone the mythics that keep releasing every season. Also the guns theyre on are hella overrated, BP50? keep that shit to yourself man, type 25? its meta days are over, ak117? Too slow, type 19? bad attachments and builds, XM4? shoots BBs, ram7? basically an fr556 with animations revamp.
i can only thing of few good mythics like the m13 and maybe the grau but otherwise its cost just doesnt meet the value

I'm facing a problem

So, when I open my game, everything works fine. But when I enter a multiplayer match, it loads and enters the map, then gets disconnected and shows me the "Retry" option. After I click "Retry" a couple of times, it exits the match and tells me to reconnect. Cheat and hacks have evolved now. This one is an aimbot and unbanable. I have known people using this cheats over 1 year now and yet they havent banned. Cold Take: Not caring about ranked would be the best decision you will make

Kinda a reminder that you play this game for fun. You don't need to tolerate rampant USS9 or Martyrdom spam or being matched against ultra sweats. You don't need to always chase after the best guns or the best loadouts and shit.

I've decided to kinda "de-influence" myself from only using certain guns or using the optimal gunsmith for said guns, only playing ranked, or playing BR simply for the Ranked grind. Sometimes it's okay to just, be wild. Run with crazy gunsmiths, play in maps that haven't been in ranked like Seaside. Play in Featured gamemodes primarily, and even the Multiplayer mode in Tournaments. I'd even change to the default hud if I get a bot match sometimes.

What is this Orange symbol?

What is this orange symbol that pops up once in a while? I know it has something to do with scorestreaks as I’ve seen it also pop up watching other content creators when using a UAV, swarm, etc.

It’s also the same symbol on the match replay controls.

Trying to recreate it, but can’t.

Why is Domination so midunderstood?

Playing Legendary Ranked, I would think that the majority of players have a basic understanding of not only objective game modes but also game mechanics.

Just spent a game getting harassed by a teamate over not having enough captures, and worrying too much about getting kills. Mind you, this player had 13 captures , 4 kills, and about 20 deaths. We then proceeded to get stomped thanks to enemies farming my teamate and others for sentry guns, predator missiles, Goliath, etc. Said teamate repeatedly ran straight for C and kept flipping spawns so that the enemy team could take a and immediately recapture c.

I repeatedly run into teamates in ranked domination who dont understand how spawns work. Refuse to try to hold a or c and b, and just run around trying to cap objectives. Meaning they dont hold objectives, they dont kill enemies, and they die over and over feeding the enemy points.

Where is the misconception here?

Shifting to another country

I'm shifting to another country for couple of years for my studies
Is there a possibility of getting banned if I buy cp?

I've been begging for this draw to come back since I started playing cause I really really want the character skin so bad, and figures it would when I happen to be jobless (actively looking) and broke.. spent all my points and can't afford to buy any more 😔

Why tf is weapon rank exp is contingent on the result of the match?

It should be decided on the bases of performance with the weapon, I reached 5k points with my razorback within the 1st week of rank reset but haven't been able to push beyond because I keep getting negative rating because of loosing matches due to trash teammates , I can't control my team but I can control my gun .
Idgaf about the mp rank, I love razorback but because of this I can't use it because it keeps getting negative rating and I'm about to fall off global leader board
