Lost 100 Points from Crash + Bug in Ranked System Needs Fixing

Hey everyone,

I’m currently in Legendary rank, and I’ve faced two very frustrating issues in ranked recently:

1️⃣ Game Crash in Legendary – Lost 100 Points

Today I was playing a ranked match—we were actually winning—and then the game suddenly lagged badly and crashed. I didn’t quit or disconnect on purpose.

When I reopened the game, I got hit with a -100 point penalty, like I rage-quit the match.

This is just unfair. I’ve grinded all the way to Legendary, and losing points for something that’s not my fault is really discouraging. The game should be able to tell when it crashes instead of just assuming the player left on purpose.

2️⃣ Control Mode Bug – 2-3 second delay in loading, Round Already Lost

Two days ago when I was still in Grandmaster, I got hit with another bug in Control mode.

There was a 2–3 second delay in loading in, and when I finally spawned:

Round 1 was already over and we had lost

In Round 2, the enemy team had already captured A, and B was halfway gone

It felt like I joined a match already in progress, but it was my own queue. I had no chance to contribute, yet the game still counted it as a full match and deducted rank points.

Headshot only

Every season reset, I grind Legendary as fast as I can (yes, I have a job lol).
But once I hit ~12k points, it’s just sweat fest after sweat fest, so I switch gears and start working on camos instead ,aiming for Damascus eventually (zero rush).

Got Platinum done for snipers, shotguns, SMGs, and marksman rifles. Still got some LMGs and untouched ARs + sides to go.

Just saw we have Shipment headshots only, and since headshots are always the worst for me, I figured… why not just unlock all the unused guns and clear the headshot grind while it’s easy?

Is this a smart move… or just certified boredom?

Which CoD Mobile Server Should I Use If I Live In America?

Hey guys

So I am playing CoD Mobile on the official GameLoop Emulator for pc and CoD Mobile is asking me to pick a server to play on. There is 3 options which are "codm-VN", "codm-SFA", and "codm-EU". I don't know what the abrivsations of these 3 servers name's stand for so I don't know which server to pick. Hi, I'm new here. I'm coming from PC and console gaming. Is playing with 9 fingers too much for a mobile game? This is what I'm currently using, I'd like some tips to improve my accuracy and movement, and by the way, does this game have bots or something? I've seen players move in a very strange way, or out of nowhere lock onto the opponent's head... Oh and how do I get more than 120 fps? Screen recording with own mic audio.

Is there a way to screen record games and have both game and mic audio picked up?

Having an issue right now where whenever I screen record, be it through inbuilt option or third party, as soon as I load into a game (or even the lobby) with mic enabled it'll prompt that the mic is in use and cannot record its audio.

End up being left with just in game audio and the mic audio of other players, just not my own.

Using an S25U for additional context.

Took a 2 month break from CODM, ranked is STILL a USS fest

Have they literally not nerfed this thing at all since it came out?

Literally just had a game of frontline where the whole enemy team was using the USS, on second round our teammate dropped us the mythic USS, we still lost but performed way better with this thing than without.

Why TF haven’t the devs (or at least the balancing team) done their jobs & nerfed this thing already. It’s pathetic.

Got disconnected and this popped up apparently

I was playing the game with my friends some private matches when the game decides to kick me and don't allow me to login again
Later the date and time specifies 24 hours from the time of ban

It was a normal private matches with 3 of my friends
Have been playing the game since early days and spend so much cp bought multiple draws
Almost every day from past 5 years I am playing this game, I also bought this new phone 1 month before only iQoo neo 10R
Now it says game data is abnormal

I know the time is only 24hours but why this happened so I can avoid it in the future? Any help would be appreciated

Fix the matchmaking (8 lose streak)

Today I decided to try the KRM-262 in ranked (I’ve 10k+ rank xp) and the EOMM didn’t like it at all. The initial matches were decent with some good slayers in my team but then the EOMM start acting like a fucking prick, kept giving me autistic teammates who didn’t know how to shoot or play obj, and tryhard opponents with either uss9 or vmp with persistence, martyrdom, fuck even havoc class. I EVENTUALLY WENT ON AN 8 LOSE STREAK! Yeah, hit a new rock bottom today (earlier it was 6 lose streak).

How much do people pay for mythic guns?

I just hit legendary rank a few days ago after playing ranked for about a week and a half, and I’ve noticed almost everyone in this rank has Mythic and Major legendary guns. I even got called out in voice chat once for not having any mythics and I just brushed it off.

I haven’t spent a dime on the game thus far; as a long time fan of classic call of duty, I simply play the game for that nostalgic satisfaction, not to spend money for crazy skins and effects.

However, now that im in these legendary matches, I’ve been getting owned more than usual by people with these decked out SMG’s, killing me in a span of 2-5 bullets, then exploding with particles and crazy effects.

So my question is, does everyone actually pay $100+ for these guns? Is there free ways to get tons of mythics and legendaries? And last question, do these “paid for guns” actually have damage boosts? Is codm secretly a “pay to win” type of game?

Will I get banned if I change servers for a few weeks ?

So in a few weeks I’ll be going on holiday for about a month , currently I’m on African server

So if I play when I’m in a different country I take it that the server will auto change since we can’t manually change it , will that leads to a ban ? Since I’ve seen post of people who got banned for using VPN to change server ?

And the fact that I’ll be in 2 different countries, 2 weeks eu and 2 weeks uae so guessing that’s also different servers

I really don’t like bashing people, but if I have teammates that can’t even manage to survive w/o me I have no other choice. Like how do you manage to get killed twice in a span of 2 minutes? And how are you worse than someone who rage quoted after landing in black market? And why would you go afk after getting killed anyways? Oh just because you died, we all have to suffer from your lack of competence? Why? I really felt myself that round. Enemies were ass (my team was worse), I found good loot, could afford my own arsenal airdrop, and a lot more. This could have been the round. But no, I have the most braindead teammates and die to a grenade.

Mythic Weapons - Source Code Analysis

I've been digging into some of the game behavior out of curiosity (purely locally and for educational purposes, nothing redistributed, nothing online). While I obviously can't share anything proprietary or disallowed by ToS, I noticed some unusual patterns.

Specifically, when players are actively holding a Mythic weapon in slot 1, there might be subtle changes in how they interact with other players, maybe even something like altered hitboxes or collision parameters.

I understand there's a lot of placebo and superstition around cosmetics, but I’m trying to get a clearer sense: has anyone else noticed anything different when fighting players using Mythic gear?

'For you' keeps scamming me💀

(For reference I already owned the 'received' item before spending 10cp on the draw) This is the second time I spend 10cp on a 'for you' draw and receive a price error and end up receiving nothing while not getting my cp back. I get that the system kinda fucks up when you already received items from a draw but cmon.. the 'for you' has been a feature for long enough to either fix the pricing issue or just accept the L if its listed at 10cp while theres already been items received. Absolute favorite mythic to use in MP?

With the double CP event possibly on the horizon, as someone who doesn't spend much on the game, I'm buckling down to hold myself accountable to save that for what'll probably be my own (non-free) mythic.

Of those released so far, which is your favorite and why? I use the FFAR a lot in MP, but it was also my first AR to grow with and get to diamond. So I realize I maybe should branch out and try some others out before their draws come around again.

Are the characters from mobile the same as the characters from the rebooted series?

I dunno if this is a dumb question, but I mean ghost, for example. Is ghost from mobile, literally ghost from the rebooted series and vice versa, or are they literally 2 different people?

Why many fun gamemodes have such as limited map?

For example, Undead and Prop Hunt
Im tired playing Undead on terminal, tunisia, raid, hackney, etc for the past 5 years repeatedly
Including Prop Hunt that always goes the same map like firing range and crash.
Excited for the modes, ruined by the maps
Why no Nuketown?, Hacienda, or other bigger and cooler maps especially the newest one Zoo, i mean there a lot of new map that have such as potential for the fun modes but they getting forgotten.
Imagine prop hunt and undead in Kurohana, Frequency, Miami, Arsenal, Favela, etc..

Genuine question: why on god's green earth would you buy a mythic?

It's REALLY expensive (You literally can buy triple A games for the same price and get more value)

It's going to Activision's pocket, a company know to not care about their consumers, like, at all.

The game takes ages to implement new stuff, and their focus are in making more cosmetics rather than improving the game in any significant way.

You can't re-sell it, it won't get any rarer and the kill effect of some are loud as hell imo.

Persistence is too op

Recently got too fed up with persistence users and started to use it myself. You can just play the objective with martyrdom and you're pretty much guaranteed a Goliath or VTOL etc. Add care package into the mix and you get another op score streak every other game. If the other team isn't completely insane, it's pretty much guaranteed victory. Been winning about 75% of the matches recently in 12k+ ranked and I'm an average player at best. It's just stupid

116 assist game

I was testing out the qq9 for the first time (in unranked domination) because I have been seeing a lot of people use it in my legendary lobbies, and I casually dropped a nuke first try (admittedly there were two bots on their team, but that isn't uncommon in ranked either). But what I found funny is the 116 assists. I have never even gone past probably like 20 assists in a game before. Like, how did that even happen. If I had to guess that guy in second on my team was probably stealing all my kills without me noticing.

Any tips on this??

So I posted some days ago and people told me to use tundra as main sniper. And I did I got the gold camo in one day. But I really liked the platinum one. I set my own goal to get it. I’ve gotten most of the other snipers gold camos. But I’m really struggling with long distance kills with this one. Since it only counts when it’s a headshot or the enemy’s hp is too low. Long distance kills is the only thing I’m missing for the gold camo.

One Month of the VMP

So, now that we have about a month of using the VMP, I want to know how everyone feels about it. Before the release, many were worried that it was going to be very broken and would dominate the meta. Coming from top 5k last season and I've been rawdogging the QXR this season and it's shredding people at short range combat but i literally didn't face a single player using it, it feels like I'm the only one who noticed how good this is with the enhanced bolt attachment

About the Gundam Collaboration and getting into the game for the first time

I'm new to the game but is attracted to the game by the Gundam Collaboration. What should I need to know/be ready for when getting into the game for the first time? (I've played some COD games like COD Ghost) But I'm not sure how different the game is from the console version then to here. So what do I want to expect/how do I be ready for the Collaboration Battlepass & Rewards, if the skins aren't free how much do they each cost or if there's a bundle. Question about 3rd party app

So I'm pretty bad at this game and I always ask fairly dumb questions, trying to learn, does anyone here use any of the third part? Party apps to reduce the lag and ping times I've been watching YouTube videos lately, and people are suggesting these apps. I have AS24 ultra, so fairly sure, my phone can handle The game good, but I was just curious I don't use WI. Fi to play, i'm often on my five g, and I think it's around the 30ms when I play just wondering if anyone uses them, I also saw in one of the videos, an app that lets you change your server and they suggested another country Middle East, I believe I'm wondering if that is helpful at all. Why cant I just purchase operators etc etc like COD on console. Everything is a goddamn “Lucky Box” and all I get over the years are Frames and grenade skins. The devs should add a launcher that has more than one bullets

I think I just suck at shooting down things in the sky, and I always miss the first shot, and maybe even the second shot, and I don't want to put on that extra bullet for launcher perk because that removes a perk. So they should just put more than one "bullet" for the launcher for either the remaining "bullets" or the "bullets" in the ammo. Idk what I'm saying but just please add more bullets to it... ahahhasdfasdhfrsag

Another season and no new map....

It's like they forgot consistency. Remember back in 2021 they used to release 2 maps every season and even 3 maps in some of the seasons? Nowadays we don't even get one new map per season. Remasters don't count, yes I really appreciate the work they are putting to FINALLY delivering much needed changes to the game whether it be the animations, wildcards, buy stations, gulag, new lobby, and several collaborations. Including 10 more loadouts in the future and ranked mode overhaul.

But is it really THAT hard to bring one pre-MWII map in the game every season? We are getting Vanguard stuff in the game now so for sure we can get any map from BO3 to Vanguard if it makes porting stuff easier to them. We have so many great maps between each games so how come are we still sticking with remasters and different versions of the same map (looking at you Nuketown).

BO3: Fringe, Citadel, Cyrogen, Empire (Raid reskin), Gauntlet (such a unique map), Knockout, Outlaw (Standoff reskin), Redwood, Stronghold

BO4: Casino, Contraband, Elevation, Grind, Jungle, Launch, WMD, Havana

MW19: Grazna Raid, St. Petrograd, Atlas Superstore, Backlot, Aniyah Palace (Ground War), Zhokhov Boneyard (Ground War)

BOCW: Cartel, Yamantau, Deprogram

Almost all mobile games have a dominant playerbase from those in third world countries. People in third world countries do not have much accessibility to consoles and pc’s yet they take mobile gaming much more seriously than the casual console or pc player.

IDEAS TO MAKE THIS AWESOME GAME EVEN BETTER

  1. Fix matchmaking. I'd rather loose 149 to 150, than win 150 to 10 against bots. Its not fun. Fix it.

  2. Hold players more accountable and focus on team building. Higher penalties for people who quit in ranked matches. Both BR and MP.

  3. What I think would be the absolute coolest is the ability to trade guns and skins with other players in game permanently. I think this would ultimately also increase sales and make it much more enjoyable for everyone playing.

  4. Make prices the same throughout the entire world. Take the lowest paying country and make it all that price.

  5. Allow people to change servers. I travel constantly. I can't keep making new accounts. And I can't play while shooting people 5 times before and dying before my first shot registers. And I'm not going to buy items until this is fixed.

Any other ideas I would love to hear them.

Two thump players - buy a gaming trigger

Always wanted to play sks but impossible with two thumps.

Also too old to give myself carpal tunnel with four finger claw.

Codm has got so much worse with it's matchmaking algorithm and ranked system, legendary has lost its meaning and 90% of the games are boring until you get to top 10k or top 5k. Controller ranked lobbies

Ive started playing this game after a long time and I've just reached grandmaster whilst playing with controller. Now I can't find ranked matches at all. Will this be different at the beginning of a season when everyone resets rank and when I'm climbing up I got others doing the same as me with controller?

Please help me improve!

Hi guys - I've played CODM for a hot minute but still absolutely suck because I put no effort into improving and played casual. It's my first shooter game, so there's a lot I have no clue about and look online for help. I want to start with improving aim and at least some form of movement (I'm clumsy when I play because I panic and when sliding I end up God knows where).

Looking for specified advice to begin improvements. I have some questions if someone is able to help, it would be even more amazing if someone was able to watch me play and give me specific things to improve upon.

  1. I know sensitivities are important, but not sure how to make them suitable to myself. Is there a particular setting I should be looking at to make suitable for me? How do I test if it's suitable, what am I looking for?

  2. I've watched a number of videos on aiming drills (open to watching more if you guys can link some), I'm starting off with tracking and even that I'm struggling with, how much should I be practicing, HOW should I be practicing and how long roughly should I see improvement?

  3. What should I practice after I've perfected tracking?

Dear Devs, Take your matchmaking system and shove it.

Being an Objective player who has a KD of 1.81 in the Ranked Stats (which is 2.78 KD in the "Leaderboard" page for some reason) - guarantees THE WORST RANKED EXPERIENCE!

  • Constantly being handicapped with teammates who go 26-20 with 0s on HP thinking they are helping as a "slayer" is pure torture! Like brother, you died 20 times! You were staring at the "Kill Cam" watching how you died for too long to justify staying away from the HP like that and spoiling spawns while you are at it!
  • I can understand players have bad days, but getting teamed up with players who go 12-31, 7-19 etc., CONSISTENTLY without playing Obj (based on their match history) is NOT the right way to increase the "difficulty" level. I learn HP rotations, spawn points, choke points, picking gunfights, Operator skill value usage etc., to go against higher skilled players and improve, NOT to just be handicapped with low-skilled players (Consistently poor performance based on stats and match history).

And PLEASE don't defend this abomination of a ranked system and matchmaking! It is obviously punishing sweats and making it easier on newer players - I would know something about it, because I reached Legendary on my smurf account with negative KD in most of the games trying some silly challenges - and I know how I was rewarded as a trash player, with sweaty teammates (like myself on my main account lol) who would carry me and/or trashy opponents who make it easier to win.

Anyone who still doesn't believe in the FACT that players with poor stats in Legendary rank get easier lobbies and sweatier teammates to carry them: Just watch YouTubers like BobbyPlays, LittleB, etc., who teamed up with our subs very own LEGENDARY PLAYER u/cdog77777blue, who reached Legendary rank multiple times WITH LITERALLY 0 KILLS - to get easier lobbies to get a nuke. Around last year, there were TikTokkers who abused the matchmaking system to reach the #1 Top Rank (teaming up with viewers who lost 2+ games) and got called out for it, and some even got removed from t...

You were staring at the "Kill Cam" watching how you died for too long to justify staying away from the HP like that and spoiling spawns while you are at it!
  • I can understand players have bad days, but getting teamed up with players who go 12-31, 7-19 etc., CONSISTENTLY without playing Obj (based on their match history) is NOT the right way to increase the "difficulty" level. I learn HP rotations, spawn points, choke points, picking gunfights, Operator skill value usage etc., to go against higher skilled players and improve, NOT to just be handicapped with low-skilled players (Consistently poor performance based on stats and match history).

And PLEASE don't defend this abomination of a ranked system and matchmaking! It is obviously punishing sweats and making it easier on newer players - I would know something about it, because I reached Legendary on my smurf account with negative KD in most of the games trying some silly challenges - and I know how I was rewarded as a trash player, with sweaty teammates (like myself on my main account lol) who would carry me and/or trashy opponents who make it easier to win.

Anyone who still doesn't believe in the FACT that players with poor stats in Legendary rank get easier lobbies and sweatier teammates to carry them: Just watch YouTubers like BobbyPlays, LittleB, etc., who teamed up with our subs very own LEGENDARY PLA...

This sounds so cocky but I’m tired of being MVP.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m not always the MVP, but majority of my wins and ESPECIALLY losses always ends up with me at the top. I might be wrong but I genuinely feel that there’s at least 2 or 3 bots on each team and if I am wrong, then I’m sorry for insulting some of your performances in game, because it feels like some people on my team were put into an unfairly skilled based match. It just feels as if I always put so much effort locking in and ending up with a bad result since not everyone on my team have an equal ability to play as well. I understand that getting to legendary is like a walk in the park because 3 out of 5 games are majority bots. Jeez I wouldn’t even be mad if a bot took over 1st place for once, just let me rest my back for a while since carrying my entire team feels like a chore.

Am I nerfing myself by using the Striker, or am I just built different?

Hardpoint is my home. And in that home, I proudly wield the Striker—yes, that Striker. The boom-boom brick launcher that shoots like it’s powered by potato fumes. It’s my most-used gun, and I’m starting to think I might be emotionally attached.

The other day, my friend looked at my loadout and said, “You’re nerfing yourself, bro.” Like I just walked into ranked with a Nerf Rival and good intentions. Now I’m having an existential crisis between games.

I know it’s not meta. Heck, I’m pretty sure the devs forgot it’s even in the game. It shoots marshmallows, needs CPR between shots, and still I’m out here sprinting into fights like I’m John Wick but slower and with worse aim.

Is this what rock bottom looks like? Or have I ascended to some shotgun nirvana where tier lists don’t matter?

Any other fellow degenerates maining weapons that Reddit tier lists would send straight to F-tier hell?

Two-finger player wanting to improve—any HUD tips or advice?

Hey everyone! I've been playing CoD Mobile on and off for about 1.5–2 years now—mostly just when I have free time or no school. For most of that time, I’ve stuck with the same two-finger HUD. I’ve reached Legendary using it (got 7 legendaries total), and even hit Legendary this season in just 2–3 days from Pro 1.

That said, I’ve been thinking of switching things up. I mainly play ARs and SMGs because I rely heavily on ADS spamming (I can't play without it 😅), but I want to explore more gun types like shotguns, snipers, marksman rifles, etc.

The problem is, most of the HUDs recommended for those guns are built for more than two fingers—and I’m really struggling to adjust. I know it's time to expand my skills and get out of my comfort zone.

I'll be attaching a screenshot of my current HUD layout. It's technically a 4-finger HUD setup, but I only use my thumbs to play—left thumb for movement and right thumb for ADS, slide, jump, etc. I’d really appreciate any feedback on it or tips on how I can slowly transition into actually using more fingers!

Do you have any beginner-friendly HUD layouts to help me gradually move from 2-finger to 3- or 4-finger gameplay? Or general tips on how to get better at this transition?

Any help would be really appreciated. Thanks in advance!

TL;DR: Been a 2-finger CoD Mobile player for 1.5+ years, hit Legendary multiple times. Want to improve and explore more gun types, but struggling to adapt to multi-finger HUDs.

Help Needed: Customer Service

At the beginning of the season I went to purchase camo crates by selecting Season 1 Red Sprite. I spent 11k construct tokens getting to the right season and everytime I selected season 1, it spit out different seasons. Fast forward, customer service told me they had replenished my tokens. After playing Delta Force for 2 hours, I realised CODM is better

It's not that Delta Force is bad, it's just too much at a time imo. I couldn't comprehend what's going on. Gunsmithing was just exceptionally confusing. The 24v24 battles feel like never ending. The skill gap and SBMM is just not there. What i also noticed are good game mechanics, physics is realistic. It's too chaotic for me, i couldn't even know from where I've been shot, sometimes i was just spawned next to enemy who didn't even give time to even run. The game initially felt like Codm, but it's just different. Still a cool experience ngl. If anyone else tried Delta Force, lmk ur thoughts. Should I invest more time it continue with CODM?

Air Vehicles Settings

Since we've changed the settings UI it would be helpful if we had a seperate air vehicle setting. In MP this would include the up and down buttons (Dragonfire, Hawk), flare (Chopper Gunner), Missile (Dragonfire). In BR this would include the up and down buttons (Helicopter), flares (Helicopter and Jet) the joystick (Helicopter and Jet. The ASM10 is clearly based on the real life AN-94 yet it doesn’t have the AN-94 hyperburst feature where 2 rounds can be fired at 1800 rpm meaning that recoil isn’t felt until after two rounds have been fired. It’s a cool real life ability that would have spiced the gun up properly.

AITA I let my teammates die in hardpoint to make the game go as long as possible.

Just wondering if anyone else does this, so lately I have been grinding to get gold camos for my guns so that I can eventually get to diamond for atleast my most used guns, and when I end up in a match full of bots and we're winning too quickly for my tastes, I'll hide around the corner and let the enemy take the hardpoint and get some kills in so they can catch up (and hopefully get together in a group) then come in and mow them all down.

I almost feel bad for doing it because I have lost a couple of matches this way because the enemy just locks in out of nowhere.

To be fair, the first thing I say to my team is: "Just so you guys know, I don't care about winning, I just want my camos" and so far I haven't heard anyone complain yet.

I tried it training mode and holy shit this thing is broken. Faster ADS than Tundra with same hit boxes. Then it has a fast switch perk which makes swapping secondary almost nothing. And you can equip red dot on it

It's honestly impossible to enjoy this game with all the unnecessarily buffs to smgs and hip fire.. it's impossible to win a 1v1 as an ads player against an hip fire guy since apparently hipfire means 100 percent accuracy. The mk2 absolutely deserves more skins. It only has 1 old legendary skin (mid) and 2 epic skins from battle passes (both have default ironsights) and a couple of lame epics.

Other one tap marksman rifles like kilo bolt and spr have good legendary and epic skins with custom irons. The only way to get custom irons on the mk2 is to buy the old leggy skin. Mk2 is the best marksman rifle by far(im biased) so it should have some good skins as well.

3 line rifle: the first sniper that can be played as a marksman

If I remember correctly, this is a sniper that has a regular red dot sight, har is it can be played like a marksman quickscoper. And this one got infinite oneshot anywhere above the body

Plus another interesting thing i found is that there's a 20 round mag. ON A SNIPER. So unless that's a glitch, you basically don't need to worry bout running out of ammo

Well, this is controlversial. One swing, bad raise, bad raise and drop time. But is able to deflect some bullets, can withstand, some smg, all pistols beside J358, and 50. GS. If you shoot it with a more powerful smg, lmg, ar, marksman, launcher, or sniper rifle. Womp womp, no more shield for you pesky campers anymore. Also, any sharp melee weapons will be able to break the glass of the shield.

Perfect Asian Weapon. Two swings, bad range, amazing drop and raise time, base melee, and is able to throw it.

In battle of pro and noob , money wins

I think , codm is P2W game , i have been pushing my rank , but some team ( same people) are coming again and again in opposite team , they have mythic guns , characters etc , they were beating us like crazy dog , we lost about. 6-8 matches continuously to a same team , i want to quit this game due to this main problem , i think they should change to only currency , which people earn through playing , and can buy crates of guns and characters , i know , some people will not agree to my opinion , but overall, its my opinion as a free to play player , you can say me poor or broke , but i think spending money on games is wastage even if you have so much , thanks

Been looking for a sniper to one shoot to kill no matter where you shoot and distance?

Example: tundra shot in feet = not killed

I also realized that Rytec + termite round (120 dmg) doesn't always kill the ennemy even if close and shot on chest? I don't know why but this happens to me...

Most satisfying battle royal win ever!

So was playing battle royal. There was some guy who worke himself up on top of a tower over looking the final zone before it closed in.

Well I was playing solo so when he downed the last team he was just letting them bleed out thinking they were all that was left. I took the time to line up my shot.... with a tank. Downed him and left him there to bleed out as the last zone closed for the win. Lol

Don't get me wrong I like the new stuff and gulag and movement animations that but seriously why these mfs trying force codm to add shit like tac Sprint and Omnimovement

Tac Sprint is one the reasons why I hate cods after bo4 it's just faster version of default sprint so it's just point less combine that with shit servers and USS 9 slaves it all just abomination

Snipers need to go

idc what yall say, snipers gotta get their Blank scopes taken away and their aim assist, and keep that slow ads on them.
Thats the only way to Balance snipers against guns.

Aim assist too broken for snipers, Bc the drag aim literally shoots for you

And blank scopes are too accurate and cheezy which makes them over powerd.

I've done this Combat Advisor athing a while ago.. and now I can't make any progress as an "Advisor". None of the tasks I do with the trainee counts and this unfinished task is stuck forever.

Traveling while playing CODM

A friend who lives in North America is traveling to Europe for a week or so, and wants to be able to play CODM while over there. I know that her account is server locked, which is fine. But will she possibly get a ban if the game sees her IP is suddenly in a different country?

I've seen people get banned for VPN hopping for better priced packs, so I just wanted to make sure it was the purchasing, and not her IP being in a different country, that would get her banned. Or if she should just use a North America VPN (and not purchase anything) while over there so that the game doesn't think that she's "VPN hopping"

Or do I need to tell her to not touch the game while she's over there to be on the safe side? 😂

the is a difference between the two camos but i personally would prefer a real yellow, olive, another red, orange, pink, gray, brown or sand texture, another cosmic dust texture, cloudy, other/better „mythical“/ ancient textures like nephrite but i think we now have enough blue liquid camos

Why pick the Granulated Grip over the Stalker Stock for the SKS?

I've seen a LOT of YouTubers, pro players and regular players opt for the Granulated Grip Tape over the MIP Stalker Stalk (whenever they have just 1 'Slot' left after equipping a Muzzle, Barrel, Extended Mag and a Perk)... Like - it's the exact same downside (-4% ADS movement speed) for the both of them, with the stalk having an additional crosshair drift reduction and lung refresher bonus along with the -25% Ajit Flinch reduction (which is also exactly the same in both cases)! So clearly the Stalk is better right??

Is it just that they don't care about the gunsmith as much as I do or something 😅😅?

Is the 5% Vertical Recoil reduction it gives actually worth having slightly lower movements stats and a slightly higher Hit Flinch (0.77 to 0.84)?

What's Been Your Biggest BR Frustration Lately?

Been playing a lot of solo and winning, but I have also lost a lot at the last two standing because of the fucking Mechanic Drone class. Every time it seems to be those guys as my last opponent and it legit pisses me off as it is such a baby back bitch move to avoid a gunfight.

I get it is a strategy, but at the end of the day, you are using your class as a crutch if you can't win a 1v1 gunfight without it.

Quick Strike vs Vehicles is OP!!! (Season 6 buff makes it the new META)

Notes:

  • Quick Strike (QS) player is immune to the vehicle explosion damage.
  • For 2-taps, vehicle HP is reduced on the 1st strike as follows: Rally Car (4%) ORV (12%), Antelope (12%), Cargo Truck (41%)
  • QS must be fully charged (all 3 bars filled) for maximum damage.

Codm Should add a skin crate that is literally fire.

Since most of the CoDM players don't like the power nova skin, but like the red sprite skin. The devs at this point just make a skin that looks like the gun is on fire, with particles and everything. Or just make a legendary gun based on that (uhh, Jak-12?).

Joystick is fooling around.

Maybe it's something on my settings, maybe it's my phone that's getting funny, but sometimes the joystick I use to move around (mostly when aiming) fails or something.

Let's say, I place my finger on place A, the systems says yes, you're on A no matter how much you move it. But after I aim, the system restarts or changes it so it's now the joystick is on the origin, so it goes from A, to O, at least that's how I understand it.

Any ideas? Someone else having this issue?

Buttons are not working correctly since the S6 launch.

Joystick not working properly, weapon stops shooting abruptly, camera angle movie issue where it won't move where I want it to be. Random laga while shooting. The controls overall seems to be bugged. I bought the vmp mythic and need feedback from those who have it

I got the VMP mythic today and the weapon feels so laggy , at first I thought it’s my device starting to show age , but every other weapon I play with feels normal besides the vmp mythic , I can’t explain it , it’s like the weapon makes my sensitivity feel horrendous, my build is fine because on the normal VMP it plays pretty good , is it the mythic weapon itself? But also at times my character would just stop running for no reason or just decide to walk sideways , like I said I’ve played with my other loadouts and everything is fine nothing strange , at this point I feel like I just wasted money

But also to add , I’ve played with the mythic vmp before in ranked matches when teammates shared their weapon it never played like this , anyone else came across this ? It is maybe a bug in the new update ?

Figuring out Gundam TDM

The Gundam TDM mode feels rather confusing, with all the different buttons and mechanics.

I have figured out some stuff. Please comment anything you discovered as well.

What I have discovered so far:

There is a "normal" shoot mode (there are two buttons for it in the HUD for some reason, but both do the same thing).
It only sometimes hits the target. I think maybe the red aiming indicator in the middle of the screen has to lock on for this to hit properly.

There are three abilities that differ between each Gundam. They can be activated and display cooldowns. They have quirks too, for example the Justice Gundam's skill that launches a drone (?) does not miss, but its laser skill can miss sometimes if the target is behind cover.

Then there is a melee button. Not sure whether it has cooldown, it does not display a cooldown and feels rather spammable

There is a button for flying up, and a button for moving/flying faster. Both seem to consume energy (right side of the middle of the HUD)

Sometimes you can get stunned. Maybe certain weapons do that? I also noticed that sometimes when stunned, my energy bar is drained. Not sure whether that means, if you take enough hits to drain energy bar, you get stunned

Doubts about grinding Damascus

Unlocked gold for 300 weapons within a year, but now it's very difficult to grind for long shots and headshot as bots are more aggressive nowadays.

So how do I achieve more long shots and headshots. Suggest some long maps to grind without hesitation.

Is anyone else‘s phone getting very hot?

I play on an iPhone 13 Pro Max. When I first bought it, it handled the game on high settings perfectly. Now I play on low graphics and especially this new gundam mode is frying my phone. I seriously can’t play anymore without using a cooler which sucks cause I keep that at home.

Haven’t touched BR in a year , someone catch me up?

Been away from CODM since like mid or late 2023. Used to play BR almost daily, day and night, actually until midnight haha.

Thinking of getting back into it now but no clue what’s changed in BR since then. Last I remember, we had Jackals (those jet things) and Blackout map was in rotation.

Just wondering for anyone still active:

  1. Any major BR changes? (maps, UI, mechanics, etc.)
  2. New classes added or reworks to old ones?
  3. What's the current loadout/meta looking like?
  4. Anything new in terms of vehicles or zones?

Would appreciate any tips or rundown for someone coming back after a year. Don’t wanna get dropped into the chaos with zero clue lol.

No offense but why am I being put in these Japanese/Chinese/Korean(idk sry) lobbies?

They are the most tryhard lobbies I've ever played, every single player is sweaty asf using either top tier metas or the recent vmp mythic, I even had to use USS9 only to have a Kd<1😭😭 honestly these lobbies are gonna make me quit the fucking game it's not even fun anymore just tryhards playing the game as if their life depends on it

bruh am I the only one who's facing issues with controls? what has happened to the sensitivity? even after recalibrating I can't walk, sprint or turn properly let alone sliding. It was fine till yesterday (prior to this gundam event going live). Do i need to reinstall the game or do I wait for some sort of troubleshoot update (if it's a general prob with everyone).

Pls help something wrong with my movements

After the new update i have trouble controlling my character in both MP and BR modes
Say i am using my left thumb for the joystick (non fixed) and suddenly the character stops moving because the joystick position has resetted to my thumb location instead of how it regularly works
I tried messing around in the settings but still the problem continues
Not getting solved using fixed joystick position also
Is this a update bug or something else
Anyone facing the same issue?

also.. IT'S NOT THE DEVS DAMN FAULT THAT THE NEW GAMEMODE IS VERY LAGGY ON YOUR PHONES FREE YOUR STORAGE UP.. I've used an itel s23 which is a low end phone and it runs the game perfectly with no lag at 60fps
The storage has only 24% used in it so it doesn't lag much

I won't lie not only this new mode sucks but also it ruined the regular MP hud. Being a three finger claw player I noticed almost everytime I have to fire I also have to make sure that I don't lose control on the joystick. Also out of nowhere my operator stops for some GODDAMN REASON!!!! Does anyone else face this issue?

With all the respect I'm but I'm not liking this new Gundam game mode.

I just want to make it clear. When I log-in to the Codm I wanna play Codm not some rip-off gundam/mecha like game. I would rather see standard game modes with some Gundam elements instead of completely different "game". It is kinda weird to expect us (at least me) to grind in that game mode which has nothing to do with the original game and mechanics. I had much more fun on Krai during 5th anniversary than in this game mode (even though people, me include are not big fan of that map).

In Love with this built

I feel like this built doesn't get appreciated enough maybe I am just inactive on this sub but as you can see it just takes 2-3 bullets to kill an enemy with this built (still getting used to it, so I suck). The gun in question is the As val, and ngl I honestly didn't gaf about that gun until I got the epic skin of it from the Uss9 nythic draw. It's not meta but it works amazing for me (This video is gm5 lobby though the opponents were kinda noob)

Why are hardpoint teammates literally always such dumb fucks

These dumb cunts never shoot down scorestreaks, keep feeding the enemy scorestreaks, flip the spawn to the other side of the fucking map and never EVER go on the fucking hardpoint and then proceed to go 3/12/0. These teammates literally have fucking red bean paste stuffed inside their neanderthal heads, like I genuinely think they don't know what the goal in hardpoint mode is. Sure you need someone to "suppress" the hardpoint from another angle, and also someone to get some kills for scorestreaks. But that doesn't mean you're supposed to FUCKING RUN AROUND THE MAP DOING GOD KNOWS WHAT INSTEAD OF ACTUALLY BEING FUCKING USEFUL. The ranked system in this game is the biggest fucking joke I've seen in my entire life. Whenever people makes a post about bot lobbies in ranked y'alls dumb monkey brains just go "WeLl DuH, WHy r U COMpLaiNing aBt Free rANk PoINts??" Like what's the fucking point of ranked when every lobotomized caterpillar can reach legendary without getting ANY FUCKING KILLS??

Tencent, fix the fucking matchmaking system instead of doing sophie rain sexdoll collabs every season.

We need a better solution, CODM (“Owned” items in draws)

There are too many draws where I have already received items from a different source. If I had received the item from that draw, then it would be removed. BUT if I got it from a different source, it’s not removed. We need a better option to deal with this. Either make sure items are unique to that draw or remove it from the draw if it is already owned.

This event is just peak

I've seen that a good number of people don't like it, saying stuff about how the controls are difficult to grasp.
I can't say I relate to this since I've won 90% of the matches I've played, while being MVP in said won matches. The funny part is that I'm not so great at the regular mode, but maybe I find it easy because the gameplay is more similar to Free fire, which I've played for a while, than the traditional CODM gameplay.

Anyways let's get into the fun parts - I feel like people are completely undermining this event, just that mode is like an entirely new game with its own mechanics and everything, definitely a great change from the regular game.
I've seen people talk about their favourite Gundams, and from the ones I've tried ( Justice Gundam, Freedom Gundam, Wing Gundam Zero [normal and EW], and Gundam Epyon?) I'm torn between Justice and Freedom, but Wing Zero EW is also decent. But I'm not sure if I'll ever try Epyon(?) again (also comment your favourite!)
Now this might be only me, but another reason I like it, like I said before, I'm pretty good at it and I don't get my ass handed to me unlike in ranked, and yeah, I'm aware it's a skill issue, but all the more, a reason to love this gundam colab!

And the best part everyone can agree on, the Legendary J358... We can all agree they excceded our expectations and it way better than mythics wich are paid for.
Although there's some insane grinding required, we have three months. Still I can agree it a little over the top...
I could say more about the Different Gundams, but I don't want this to be too long. All in all, I think this event is awesome.

First controller movements goofy, fixed it somehow but now I can't use ads unless I hit the onscreen button?

Anybody else having issues with ads? First it was my movements that were goofy so I switched my settings to PS4 then back to Xbox and everything works fine now. But now my ads won't work no matter how I move the settings around or on screen button. I have to actually hit the button on the screen for it to work. Double checked my controller settings in the gamesir app so I know the button works as everything else does normally. A fix ASAP would be great if anybody has some insight thank you in advance!

I have trouble deleting resources

I'm trying to delete some unused maps I have downloaded for storage and because the game is getting too buggy, especially in BR. But whenever I delete a map and wait for it to be gone with the "67 steps" screen, I come back into the game and they're still there. Does anybody know how I can stop this issue?

Is there anyone else experiencing a frozen joystick bug in battle royale when driving a vehicle?

When driving a vehicle in BR, sometimes I can't steer right. The on screen joystick also remains frozen. I use a PS5 controller.

Are any other controller players who play BR facing this bug when driving? I am not sure if it's my controller only. If touchscreen players are also experiencing this, then it's not a controller-specific bug.

PSA: It's possible to finish the Gundam battle pass before next season without playing gundam modes.

Some assumptions:

  • The XP information is collected from screenshots from this sub and assuming it scales the same until lv.80
  • Devs not making any changes to daily & weekly missions.

Total XP from daily mission: 90 days x (300+300+500+500) = 144,000 XP

Total XP from weekly missions: 13 weeks x (1200+2000+2500+800+1600+1000) = 118,300 XP

Total from both: 262,300 XP

  • Players who play MP+BR daily will finish it in 4 weeks.
  • Players who play MP+BR+gundam mode daily will finish it in 2 weeks. (or less if you play a lot)

Astronomy camo? I count 72 crates outside gundam related missions. Usually they add another mid-season event for that (like Nier and alchemy stars camo)
