Lil talk after a day

These ideas popped out of my head in a sudden,

  1. Destroyable scorestreaks (and also vehicles in BR) should display health (health bars might be too distracting so health% would be better). But I’m worried about swarms and hunter killer drones cuz they fly around. this could help for further game analysis, eg idk how much is that barrel gonna deal extra dmg to vehicles

  2. RAPs should be displayed on the minimap with another symbol cuz the way RAPs are shown on the map rn is the same as the advanced UAV.

  3. More zombie content (Begging)

What other things you guys think could make the game better? (neglecting buffs nerfs or delete guns)

Imagine u start running from your spawn and 2 seconds in and boom someone killed u and a fricking collateral that too.(My device can't handle the replay but that was exactly like it happend in a tournament)

this game has worst matchmaking

it does this on purpose, the matchmaking gives me the most stupid teammates after i have one or two good matches, especially in modes like hp and domination where u require teamwork, the skillbased matchmaking is a joke in this game, i get teammates who can't even walk properly let alone fire bullets, and after losing it gives the same kind of teammates as enemies for an easy win, why can't they just make the teams balanced

Unwanted luck

Anyone else feels like the game has some sort of desire sensor?
This is the third time it happened to me where i wanted something else in the draw and ended up getting the main one.
First one was, I wanted the legendary Shotty in Legendary ghost draw(no screen shot), received Ghost instead (I already have the mythic). Second was getting mythic jack 12, when i wanted the stimshot, and lastly I wanted Hawk in the new draw.

The devs are too lazy to add the guns from the new seasons into the crates, the BPXP it gives for owning crates is minimal at best. They said they tweaked the cache system but I’m really not seeing it. CODM is gonna continue to lose players if the events are and rewards keep sucking. Don’t even get me started on the aurora borealis knock off camo we got.

Not getting fish in Auric Angler

I've used up more than 5 nets to try and catch a fish, but until the time runs out, no fish jumps into my net.
I've tried waving the net around, or following a specific fish, etc etc. Nothing works. Is there some specific way we have to do it, or is it that we are not guaranteed a fish for every net?

Bots need nerfing NOW

For context, this MF Ostbol is a bot (this is a bot lobby) and I swear to god it had the most obnoxious aimbot possible, literally one of the kills it got on me didn't even make sense, it was aiming ABOVE my head yet all the shots landed (and they were all headshots).
Most of the other bots were also pretty bad (they all got a few aimbot instakills on me) but this Ostbol guy was easily the worst.
Activision has to fix these bots, they either idly walk around as free kills, or literally turn to John Wick with how quick they kill you, they're the worst programmed bots I've ever seen in a shooter game in my life, and every time a bot hipfire beams me from across the match, I lose a year off my life.
(Sorry for the rant, I'm just so pissed at these MFing bots, they make grinding camos an agonising)

The contents of the caches might change with the change in reward pool

So as you can see in the video I have 4 mythic caches but those are placed seperately
Now the 2 at the bottom are form the first season of this year when the caches were first introduced and the 2 at top are form the current season. The difference between them is the new ones don't show contents unlike the older ones

So my theory is that the contents of the current caches will change with the update in the reward pool and we will recieve the shards for the new ak47 legendary even from the caches we recieved this season 🤔

What is the best of all types of weapons in br ?

Like I see people rocking with 117 but oden is just better so isn’t it? I see people rocking Hs04 but man I hit a guy 5 times and it didn’t kill what loadout do you use for the best shotgun ? (I’ll only use it against guys that use it)

So I'm pretty sure in team chase a lot of people are still thinking they're racing against others with them. I'm pretty sure your a team and if you mess up, and others are fairly far ahead of you, you can just press the paper airplane looking button to jump to furthest checkpoint. Just trying to help.

Quick Tip For Epic Caches Update

Don‘t know if everyone saw but Season 5 Update will have big updates to shards.

The main one:
—> You can exchange your additional shards for universal shards for future guns (like the leggy AK-47 or any you are missing)

Immediately as I saw this, I got so jealous of all the people that didn’t claim the AMAX & Stun Baton, as they have like 100 extra shards while we been stacking Challenge Tokens😭

So if you are just unlocking the AMAX & Stun Baton - do not claim it, keep getting those extra shards as you will have a big headstart for the leggy AK47. Worth the 2-3 week wait until next season to have dozens or even 100+ headstart

I might get the Ak117 before season 5 too, and will do same but I‘m not sure if mythic shards can only be used for the next mythic or if universal means spare mythic fragments can be used for the next leggy.

When I originally created my account, I simply linked it to Facebook, then later, I made an actual call of duty account. So rn, my account is connected to both Facebook and cod login. Do you think CODM is going uphill or downhill?

CODM has been my favourite game but recently there are things that are quite concerning. One of them is the new warm up feature, CODM matchmaking is taking longer and longer and they introduced this feature so that people do not get bored during matchmaking. Some say the matchmaking algorithm is bad whereas some say that CODM is losing its player base. Another thing is the freebies, they are giving free legendary guns and even mythics, although you need to grind for it and reach good ranks but the motive is to keep the players hooked on the game and reward them for that. Recently they announced free CP too. What do you think about the game's future?

Is there any way to disable being paired with bots? I want to play against real humans that have controllers attached.

I'm fine waiting longer.

  1. I've noticed regular multiplayer matchmaking never exceeds 20 seconds. I've also noticed entire games with idiots staring at the sky. The deception is the game giving them skins and unique names. Why not making it obvious which are bots?

  2. Ranked matches should never have bots. I've noticed, almost every morning on first game launch, a team deathmatch invite that starts instantly and every time. And I destroy every time. Why? None of them are real. This completely jacks off the competitive nature of ranked.

IS THERE NO SAFE PLACE FROM BOTS?

First 3 Months Progress

I played for like a week at launch and came back Febuary and been hooked since.
Working on Legendary BR but hit both MP and BR last season.

Working on diamond grinds now and currently level 483.

Why You Still Haven’t Got the New CODM UI (And What to Expect)

Lately, a lot of players are confused about why some accounts have the new UI while others are stuck with the old one — even after updates.

After digging into this myself and testing across multiple accounts, here’s what I found:

3 Common Misunderstandings:

  1. “You need to download the LD version instead of HD.”
    Nope. I’ve tested both, and it doesn’t affect which UI you get.

  2. “Only new accounts get the new UI.”
    Also false. One of my older accounts (over 6 months old) got the new UI, while a newer one is still stuck on the old one.

  3. “Only certain servers have it.”
    Global players think it’s only on Garena. Garena players think it’s on Global. Truth is, both have random access.

So how do you get the new UI?
You wait. Seriously. Activision is randomly rolling it out in waves with each update — there’s no manual trigger, no guaranteed fix. Maybe you’ll get it next patch, maybe not.

Br players, help

So I made a new account cause I changed countries and need the new less cp currency but I never knew I could get this problem. My pov range is all max but when I go in game it feels different. It's like the character is too close to the screen even though it's all max. I went back to my old account and it was normal (character was abit infront and a wider view). When I made a new account I thought only the lobby ui was different and it didn't really matter but the pov range problem is making my gameplay bad. If you can't understand what problem iam talking about please in your old account put your pov range to all max and see how it looks in br than go make a new account and do the same and than see how it looks. Opinions on 1 pump shotgun in BR

Do you guys think shotguns are overpowered in br? I think it's a little annoying to be on a good game for it all to be ruined by a one tap.

I realize most people will just say hey to skill issue or just don't engage The shotgun player or use one yourself but it's not a question of that I'm just curious do you guys think it would be more balanced if it was only a two tap potential.

Then you add in a movement class that boosts your speed and they just zigzag on your screen and one pump you lol

Cost of skins

The cost of skins is ridiculous. I was hoping to get Elizabeth, and have 5 rewards left, 800CP being the next cost.
Does the cost per item double, so 1600, 3200, 6400 and then still one more to ensure I get all the rewards??

I can't believe it then costs more to updrage mythics. Seems highly unnecessary to charge that much for a skin 😞

Capture ffs

My 7th Hardpoint game for today where teammates think we’re playing TDM or frontline. No one takes the objective for more than 3secs, they play for kills only and never capture. We end up 150-50/150-25 with 40-50-30 kills but literally less than 00:05s objective time for them. The other team be having less than 30 kills each but still winning cause they’re actually playing HP, where they play both for kills and objectives. If you’re playing HP please ffs take the point, help with that not only kills. I get that some might think helping with kills is enough cause it gets easier for teammates to capture, but no it doesn’t work this way.

90 fps problem

I got the right settings and all, my device can handle it but it keeps doing 60 fps. Sometimes it switches up to 90 mid game and I smoke everyone then it switches back to 60 in like 2 mins. I can’t find a solution and it’s so annoying I literally got this phone for this..

This was the whole reason I even went after the “Hidden Completionist” rewards in the first place. I was expecting it to be added today along with the Swap Blitz IV card required to finish it but it wasn’t.

You have the Volcanic Completionist icon in the live game for a series which hasn’t even been released yet, but not this one that was ALREADY DESIGNED AND IMPLEMENTED in some version of the game at some point for the Hidden Completionist which is in your game CURRENTLY and achievable NOW. Explain that to me please? I hope a measly 500 COD Points is not the “big reward” for all the spending required to finish this event.

You have/had a very nice design that your gfx artists worked on and your devs implemented into the game. It was leaked. I saw it, I’m sure other people saw it. So where is it? If the icon is coming to the live game then I would like assurance of such. If it’s not then I’d like an explanation as to what happened here. I don’t think that’s an unreasonable request.

Movement and Aim issue

So basically, as you can see here, for some reason when I hold down to aim from the right side and move from the left at the same time, my aim starts to get interfered and move weirdly, if I move forward while aiming my aim moves up a little etc etc. How do I turn off aiming from the left side? Random annoyances from a major noob.

A few random pet peeves. I wonder if anyone agrees with me.

1 - If an enemy is immune or "Invisible from spawn. They shouldn't be able to kill you.

2 - I've noticed that when bots spawn the k9 unit. They can find you anywhere but its happened many times where I use my k9 unit and it doesn’t fidn its way downstairs if I am ln the second floor.

3 - Diamond camo grind shouldn't be 10 kills per game but rather for every 10 kills it counts as a points towards the goal.

4 - Zombies be it classic or undead seige. The movement is so clunky and slow.

5 - I am better with a controller for aiming but movements are faster with fingers, not sure why that is?

6 - I want to use over ear headphones however I cannot use built in mic its either allows me to use headphones or the mic in my phone instead of hesd phones. Whyeeeeeey?

7 - How the hell do they come uo with prices for mythics? I understand the games about making money but nost mythics or draws are like 300 - 500 Canadian. Thats a week worth of work. If they cut the price in half im sure they would have thousands more people who would buy.

Not a complaint but the "Argus" Though a shotgun feels like a marksman similar to the MK2 so I play it like it is.

So I'm playing and my boys aren't on so I'm running br with Randoms and these dudes think they are the ones and they are not in fact them because they purposely landed with like 5 other teams and get wiped meanwhile I land alone and loot up then head over to get the tags ofc the tags are being camped and I have to wait till they are almost out or have to run away from a sweaty squad but this is what my real problem with the game is because now I'm outside the zone (this is just the 2nd zone) and I die 2 maybe even 3 times faster than I ever have so why is it when your team is down the zone kills so fast is the game just trying to kill you off and get rid of a team at that point

Personally I feel like these are very annoying and detract from the quality of the models themselves. It’s the whole reason I didn’t buy the AK117 BAIYUEKUI, that stupid face on the side of the gun just ruins the whole thing. It would be a sick skin on its own. I don’t need a face or a character on the side of my gun to tell me “Oh, this is the Melodias gun!” or “Oh, this is the Ling Cage gun!” The models are beautiful, the themes and inspirations should speak for themselves, and they certainly don’t need these things covering them up. I’d like to be able to admire them fully.

It should be easy enough to implement. You have a similar system in place already for Mythic Shrouds where you can add/remove elements of the gun.

Though considering it took years for us to get customization for FOREGRIPS I’m not gonna hold my breath. I’m just saying it would be VERY MUCH appreciated.

I need everyones help.

I don't spend much in codm. I rarely once a year top up. Recently I had been storing cp the complete a leggy fennec from the for you page in the store, but then I saw the seven deadly sins collab and went crazy over it ( I have the manga of it and of the four knights of apocalypse). Can someone please explain

I'm currently chasing the number 1 spot in the championships. Every half an hour I get like maybe 2 to 5 wins max. But the guys I'm chasing get like 30 plus wins within the half an hour. I don't understand how they are getting more than 1 win per minute. Are they cheating? How is this possible? Please explain it to me.

Getting top 100 in the weekend tournament is pointless

I got top 50 in the weekend BR tournament 1-2weeks ago. I expected to get at least 80CP from the five golden ticket draws but i got the worst crate and the worst reward from those crates every single draw. Then i checked the odds and was dumbfounded, the odds of getting 300CP is like 0.02%, maybe it was 0.002%. Also extremely low for the 80CP. Why would anyone sweat and play a ton to get top 100 in the tourney when the rewards are absolutely shit? Like i did reaaally well, i deserve some decent rewards for that... At least the 80CP bro, anything... I'm def not grinding for top 100 again

If you're trying to trade blitz cards just keep an eye out on scammers in the world chat. This Cole guy and his friends are scamming people, they invite you to their FFA room to add you and delete once you share the card they need without sharing the card they promised to you. I wish people were more genuine and not take advantage of others. Like cole, I understand you needed the xm4 card and I would've given it to you but you didn't have to lie about the fact that you were going to give me the rytec card when you didn't have it in the first place. What a loser.

I could NEVER get myself to try CodM at first, but they sold me when they dropped the Mythic Ghost Skin, so I bought it and have played ever since.. An honestly, it's easily the BEST mobile shooter. Off the bat, of course I enjoyed the mythics, but whats even better is the fact.. Anyone with creativity and good game iQ can actually be good and in there own way at that! Mixing and matching attachments and perks, to create your own perfect playstyle and experience! You can actually be so creative too and have fun trying different playstyles, and not to mention all the other fun stuff inbetween.. Like minigames, to unlock free skins.. The way they constantly are adding new Scorestreaks to tweak with! This game is just simply... Fire🔥

Questions about In-Game Currency and Legendary/Mythic Weapons

Hello! I'm new to COD Mobile, been playing about a month and a half, and just had some questions about certain aspects of the game I'm having a hard time finding information for online. My username is vardavarr, and I'm currently Legendary with 9327 Rank XP, if anyone is interested in playing! Unfortunately I'm still not super good yet but I'm definitely getting there!

  1. Do Legendary and/or Mythic weapons and operators come with any sort of quantifiable advantages whatsoever to using them, or are they purely cosmetic? I've noticed that Epic and higher weapons come with certain Gunsmith attachments pre-loaded on them, but they aren't anything outside of what you could normally equip to the base version.

  2. I spent $8 towards the end of my New Recruit period to get a bunch of deals for COD Points, and I currently have 1,577. I know isn't much, but I'm not really planning on spending very much more money on this game, so I'm wondering what the best way to spend them would be. I'm assuming using them for the Battle Pass is a given, but after that, should I try to go for a Mythic operator or a weapon? I'll eventually have enough shards for the AK117 Lava Remix, which will make it easier to upgrade it with the Coins, but I know people have been waiting for the Templar to come back for a while now. Or should I just wait and save up for something really good coming soon?

  3. Is there anything from the Credit Shop that I just absolutely should buy? I have 29,430 Credits. Seems like some of the Operator Skills and Perks might be worth it, but obviously they wouldn't put anything too good in the store that doesn't require real money.

  4. Lastly, and maybe kind of random, but where the heck is the sniper rifle in Zombies?? I can't find any info for it online, and I'm experiencing a glitch where I'm unable to pick up the rocket launchers for the boss, which makes it so tedious to play that mode. I'm fairly certain it's a glitch, because it looks like some other people have been experiencing it. I've never made a custom ...

I play with a PS4 controller because I'm handicapped with touch🤷‍♂️. Does it happen to anyone else that it takes a long time to match for qualifiers? Making Sniping relevant again in BR

Idk if anyone remembered but in the early days of the game (like og seasons 1 and 2) in BR, the AR, SMG and LMG all have bullet drop (just like Snipers but much more drastic)

I forgot the exact drop rates but it was pretty significant after 100m iirc.. If you stand at the Farm chip upgrade and want to shoot at someone on top of the central mountain, with an AR attached with 3x scope, I remember clearly you have to compensate your aim pretty hard (or in layman's term "aim high above enemy's head".. the bullets follow parabolic motion and you have to account for that when shooting long distances). After some seasons, they changed it so that these classes of guns have zero bullet drop, you can just point-aim enemies 300-400m away and laser beam them... (Side note, They have even reduced Sniper bullet drops by a huge 50% when they introduced Blackout map.. resulting in less need to compensate-aim over very long distances).

Anyway, I was thinking the other day, it would be so cool if they bring this back in to the game.. it will make Snipers a little more relevant than they are now (very little point in using them actually)... Because right now, it's easier to just laser and suppress snipers 300m away with a stability built AR... Make them back off a bit, get a vehicle and charge them or use cover, suppress them bit by bit until you can get in at least 100m or so for clear AR laser-beam kill range... pretty much.. When the AR/LMG bullet drop system was in the game, it was difficult and sometimes impossible to suppress long range snipers (because not only do you have to move around and shoot, you have to aim high above the sniper so the bullet can curve down on them.. getting accurate at this was difficult)...so getting caught in the open was dangerous.

I wish they bring this system back in the game (

We all know that gun skins, especially the paid one's have a special iron sight or a red dot as base one.
So what if CODM remove the count of scoops as an attachment so u would add it or Remove anytime u want
Maybe just make the 3× (and more) scoops counted as attachment and the rest are add free

2025 Golden Week Hidden Completionist Icon

Hey guys - I know some of us are a bit confused as to why we never received the icon despite it being in the game showing as locked a couple weeks ago, so I decided to reach out to support after the event ended and nothing seeming to happen.

The issue is still unresolved, but as far as I can tell from support’s responses we definitely were supposed to receive the icon. Support asked me to show screen recordings of the event as well as my profile to show all icons. Obviously couldn’t do the prior since the event has ended, so I just told them they could see on their end that I completed everything or just see that I have all the rewards from the event.

Based off what was being told by support, it really does sound like a Completionist icon was supposed to be unlocked upon completion of the event. It looks like it’s a bug of some sort, or someone just plain messed up. Fingers crossed this issue gets resolved and we all get our icons!!

Btw if anyone needs some basic info on contacting support - click the button with a ? that is typically on the upper right hand corner, select “Chat with Us” and choose the options that say “COD points/in game items” and then “I didn’t get an item I earned or unlocked” and proceed to explain the whole situation of the missing Completionist icon.

I don’t think they’ll fail to address this whole screw up, but if enough people report it I feel like they’ll definitely work faster and harder to resolve this!

Devs should remove Terminal from Ranked MP

I've read constant complaints yearly about Terminal needing to be removed from Ranked and yet it still pops up. I've had the fortune of 99% of every other map being voted over Terminal but when the 1% chooses it, I already know it's going to be a shit game. Camping cross-map with SRs, everyone either prone or head-glitching, the color of the damn map being so camoflauging of enemies - it's a shit show of a map with modes like HP.

Keep Terminal for the Camping Gods of S&D. I'd rather have Crossfire than Terminal, and CF is a HORRIBLE map with the worst spawns I've ever seen, but at least you can see the damn enemies.

The USS-9 issue and why players should probably stop talking about it.

We’ve all see it, the attempted canceling of the USS-9 and subsequent discrediting of all those who use it. Well, we as a community should knock it off. It’s a gun, coded into the game on purpose by the Devs, it’s not a cheat code, nothing about it gives the opponent anywhere close to an advantage that would render it a larger factor in their rate of success than the skill of their opponent would. When someone is expressing genuine anger towards the existence of this weapon it’s difficult to conclude that they’re doing anything other than projecting the fault of their lack lustre performance on to insignificant factors and then yelling about it, because what else would it be? It’s a really bad look. It’s a gun, in a video game, everyone needs to get over it.

There's something I never understand about CoDM's Battle Royale.

Why are there like little to no players on the FPP-only lobby? Sure, I can switch to FPP in a TPP lobby, but what's the point of the FPP-only lobby being there if nobody is even playing it? Also, isn't Call of Duty supposed to be a first-person shooter game and not a third-person shooter? Even BO4's BR mode back then was first-person only, as well as Warzone.

I know I'm gonna get downvoted for this, but what's the point of the FPP-only lobby if there are no players in it?

Event timing

Anyone knows when the mythic and legendary gun token event ends? I think I won't be able to get the required tokens for the mythic in the time frame. I'm just too low on tokens. How many tokens do y'all have?

Does anybody else experience this bug:
When you pick up the sword near Ski Town i only get one Wax Seal. I would have to do that hundreds of times to finish the mini-comic.

The Real Problem in COD Isn’t the Meta, It’s the Filthy Language

Honestly, I didn’t think I’d be writing something like this.
I’m usually someone who doesn’t let controversy or negativity get under my skin. People complain about meta guns or melee? Sure, but they’re in the game for a reason. You want a level playing field? you're free to ban them. Even Lewis Hamilton in a Ferrari won't come close to Norris in a Mclaren. I like my guns and I don't mind if people stick to the non-meta guns, it is what it is. Don't call it a lack of skill, it's just what it is.

But what has genuinely worn me down is the language. Every Match Starts with a Gun and Ends in a Verbal Sewer.

Most Players are way too comfortable using the filthiest of language online. Some of the things I hear in voice chat or read in text are just egregiously vulgar. Especially and I say this with genuine regret, the language from Hindi-speaking players is often shockingly obscene. The voice chats and the texts, the moment you enter a game, you are greeted with "f**kyourmom's_______" and it only escalates from there , there's no limit.

Extremely vulgar, utter shameless behavior. I play with my friends and my partner, we have a fun time together and usually mute the team chat to avoid this but then they spam the texts. I average at least 15 games a day for a couple of seasons now And 99% of the time, when the abuse starts, and I don’t mean occasional trash talk. I mean relentless, vile, unsolicited abuse..

I understand you can be critical, dislike someone's skill, perceive them to be bad players but I am here ranting about this because there seems to be no limit to how disgusting and vile these comments get.

And we’re adults. Even we find it exhausting and unnecessary. I can’t imagine what kind of impact this has on younger players. The influence this unchecked toxicity has is deeply concerning I cannot comprehend how Non-English Chats are not even barely moderated. Now look, I’m not saying I’m a war god or anything—I’m not out here with, like, a red dot tattooed on my forehead—but I’ve been around. I’ve hit Legendary in both MP and BR every season since 2019. So yeah. I’ve seen things. I’ve done things. I once ran across the entire map with just a knife and rage in my heart.

So the other day, I’m like, “Hey, I’ll hop into Ranked Hardpoint to warm up for Shipment Hardpoint.” Oh. Oh no. That’s like saying, “Let me do a light jog before I fight a bear.” People don’t play hard on Shipment—they play like their life insurance policy is tied to the scoreboard.

From the literal first nanosecond, it’s chaos. It’s pure, unfiltered, caffeinated bedlam. There’s nowhere to hide. Don’t even try. You think you’re safe inside a shipping container? HA! Cluster Strike! Chopper Gunner! Boom—you’re now part of the floor.

You better bring the right loadout, the right operator skill, and the will of a vengeful god, because this isn’t just a game anymore. This is a test of character. And I love it.

Should we bring back original BPs (pre season 9)? And what are the values of these skins?

I was wondering about BP skins recently since they all look so-so, either they're a hit or a miss. I liked the older BPs (pre Conquest) since they have some interesting skins with unique or really good designs in general. Meanwhile nowadays, we get mid rewards.

So my question is, should we bring back the older BPs, and how, since the BP system was different from how it was back then? (picture for reference)

How am I losing ranked xp after playing 2v5

Two players got kicked for being afk from the start then the three players still in the game were afk for the remainder of the game. Only me and 1OrangeStout4 played the rest of the game. How tf did I lose points for playing a 2v5 match?

Umm what?!!

This guy killed me with some leggy or mythic gun and the kill animation, wrote this in the middle of my screen. I couldn’t get it off. It was on there blocking me the whole front line ranked match even through halftime the end of the match and then the menu I had to reset my game to get this off my screen. WT actual F?
